There are several room stylesI stayed in the 1 King bed room It had a jacuzzi in the room

It was mostly clean (a little trash behind the counter and the bathroom could use a little extra scrubbing in the corners, but otherwise very clean) The bed was comfortable The temperature control is a little older (no thermostat, just a knob ranging from “very hot” to “very cold”) but works okay I like the room pretty cold when I sleep and at full blast it seemed to struggle to get it in my comfort zone (not sure how it will do on a hotter night) Room also had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with kcups Service was friendly Complimentary breakfast was pretty good Also had a pool

I have to say we stayed here after a bad time staying at the Hilton whose staff 3 years ago was bad as were the rooms and breakfasts We gave this a try uh no They put a couch in and call it a suite

I can’t tell you my bady experience it was nasty Had to do with a shower and not clean towels This was 3 years ago but I still remember Were in a house now I don’t care people who did not stay there had friends come and swim we had no privacy We had to eat out no place to eat inside Now l have him come stay with me here from London No not worth the money handicap parking and entrance expensive to me But like I say these are my remarks others may like it

Our room was impeccably clean Our dinner was delicious Our breakfast was massive and so tasty

The service was fantastic The only negative thing that I could say is that our room had some sort of blower fan that never shut off that was not controlled by our thermostat If you regularly sleep with a fan going you probably wouldn’t notice It didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our weekend I would definitely stay again It is a wonderful little piece of history

Annamae Mckerns

Lovely rustic restaurant tucked away in a residential area Menu had a variety of choices for a Sunday menu Food was very good although the temperature of the stuffed cod was not as hot as you would expect but it was delicious

The portions of the food were generous and the service was excellentTheir house Cabernet was their own vintage and was excellent We were in the room with the fireplace and it was very cozy We then toured the rest of the building which was really an amazing walk through history

Errone Quader

What a neat place tucked away Our server was helpful and attentive, providing great recommendations Our food was superb

I love a good butter roll with garlic Our entrees, top notch: partner’s filet melted in his mouth, my chicken was moist with a crisp exterior, and the sides, were wonderfulWe were able to explore the rich history of the building after our meal

By the light

of the silvery mooncamping is greatit will make you swoon! However, choose your site wisely Sites in the woods are pretty private Out in the open, roomy but wave to your neighbor The RV electric sites are close together with scattered shade Bring your bikes, your water toys, games galore I personally am working on my rock polishing (with a dremmel) The usual high end campground amenities are at your disposal The place is federal so if you have a national parks pass, don’t forget your discount

Jerry David

This is, by far, the best campground in the area Far cheaper than most You can choose sites that are wooded, open or even electric hookup sites

And since it is run by the Army Corps of Engineers it is very well kept! There are asphalt roads and a couple of boat docks available Prices went up recently, after decades of stagnant prices, but it’s still a tremendous price for the current times (Let’s go, Brandon!)

John R. Gawalt

This is our second time here We use it as a convenient place to overnight The sites are level and reasonably private, and we can get electric if we want

We’ve not tried the lake but it is sizable and several sites have direct access to the lakeshore

I recently traveled from Nashville TN to attend my high school class reunion I had my vintage 1975 Jeep shipped to NY so I could drive it to my reunion as this was what I drove in high school On the way home, I set my GPS to avoid interstates and and hit the back roads

This last Saturday I had the pleasure of finding this Motel, which was built in 1957 It is so unique, like stepping back in time Each room had their own attached garage! Never seen anything like it My room was spacious and decorated with old car memorabilia, perfect for a car guy like me The owners Earl and Rainie couldn’t have been nicer, treated me like family After a long hot day driving my Jeep with the top down, the late night swim in the pool, which I had all to myself, felt fantastic This place is definitely unique, and a great price as well I hope to visit there again

Kaytee Dorr

We found this great little hotel by accident when our family gathering coincided with hall of fame weekend and all the major hotels were booked solid The owners were extremely helpful and able to get both my parents and I rooms extremely last minute The whole place is extremely homey, wonderful customer service, huge rooms, super clean and even our own garage! We wished we would have planned to stay longer! We are already planning to return next year

Laura Foster

Everything about the charming establishment was fabulous Our visit to the Minerva area was definitely enhanced by the accomodations your wonderful family provide for your guests To the travelers considering a place to stay, I would highly recommend ( already telling many) this as a ” Home away from home” residence

Look forward to returning in the future travels

Feels like a holiday! We came for lunch at the Bistro – a lovely barn style building with a wood fire pizza oven, a real fire place and charming staircase Set next to a small lake the setting was charming Our food was good – the menu had a wide variety of entrees

We skipped dessert and headed over to the Crush House – a bar that serves desserts It’s a big bar with funky tables and little seating areas It was lovely and had a good vibe We enjoyed drinks from a creative drink menu Then we walked the grounds I believe the tow path connects through The grounds are charming, very thoughtfully laid out to immerse you in an experience We had a lovely afternoon ! Oh, and the gift shop is definitely with a visit!!

Excellent dinner with my wife on Sunday I felt the food was declining over the years; the menu was kind of the same, however tonight we tried new dishes and were simply amazed by the flavors! The Million $ Devil Eggs are to die for and my steak was cooked to a perfect medium! Dessert was a pistachio cake (highly recommended!) Tara was our server and she was the best! Will for sure be coming back again!

We had an amazing 25th anniversary celebration for 3 days at this amazing winery Exceeded all our expectations From the food, the service, the room (Villa) to the wine! Very beautiful and relaxing

The grounds are gorgeous and we’d love to go back when everything is in full bloomMust give a big shout out to Rita at the Still House who was a doll and gave us such great recommendations She is by far one of the best waitresses we’ve had She gave us great tips on the local town as well which we wish we had more time to go into Canton😘

Bowling Clean

As a business owner and a travel RT I see plenty of hotels, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone Rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and staff is extremely friendly! I did see some people complaining about the parking lot, but if you drive slow it is not bad at all, and the parking lot is out of their control (it is the malls) Overall if you’re looking for a good place to sleep, come here

They will take great care of you

Lee Diogeneia (True)

So here’s the deal This is a decent hotel with a nice pool The rooms are great for the price

It was also only about ten minutes away from the university where our event was However, the hotel itself is behind an old, halfway abandoned mall All roads leading in are littered with CAR KILLING POTHOLES! They haven’t even been touched up with cold pack! The hotel parking lot isn’t great either Wear your glasses, drive on daylight, and pay attention or you WILL mess up your carMuch of the whole area is like this It’s really a bad look for the city What are their taxes going to? My husband and I grew up poor in Cleveland and the roads there were better I honestly feel bad for the business owners around here They need to band together and pitch a fit over thisWe traveled here for an eSports tournament at Mt Union College

100% recommend this motel to anyone staying in alliance Management and all staffing are kind and welcoming Rooms are 100% updated, clean and quite

You are right in the center of alliance, close to restaurants however, very quite for a great nights sleep The pool is about to open for summer as well Definitely the best motel around!!

Jyoti M

For the price you pay, it’s a motel that gives you a roof over your head and breakfast in the morning However, if the motel wants to take this place to the next level, I think they ought to improve the maintenance of the bathroom and the rooms If you’re looking for a place to stay overnight that’s safe, has nice staff, offers breakfast, and is affordable, pick this motel

What a fun campgroundAfter two days in a tent I had some serious camper FOMO The owner was polite enough to show me the camper rentals they offer and even offered up advice in terms of purchasing one

My friends and I enjoyed the pool and were pleasantly surprised how polite the guests were in terms of adult swim hour You could see a camaraderie among what I must assume are seasonal campers My friends and I will be back for surePrice point 👍🏼Cleanliness👍🏼Staff👍🏼

Elizabeth Wright

We spent 10 days here and was a little disappointed I saw no restrooms, only Porta potties, did not see a mini golf course and the pool was so small that it was often over crowded I don’t understand why there is a huge dog park if only one dog is allowed in at a time

The guy came around Thursday to cut the grass ans we moved our things because I wanted the grass cut, when he was done it didn’t even look like it was cut The store was closed at 5pm so we couldn’t even get ice or propane The people fly thru on their golfcarts, especially a guy in a blue cart Needless to say we won’t be back

Kimberly Gray

This place is a lovely family run campground with many amenities and has always been very clean and welcoming to us when we’ve gone the last 2 years! We dont have our own RV yet, but they have several cabins and RVs available to rent and my family and I have always had a wonderful time! There us easy access to Mogadore Reservoir where we also spend a lot of time fishing! Definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Sebring Mansion was an experience we Won’t forget Beautiful throughout decorated for the hollidays, each room was an adventure into the past

They have preserved and restored this mansion to it’s former glory We can’t say enough about the staff!! From day one we felt like family They were so nice, I knew them by their first names in very little time All of them would listen to us and be right on it if we had any concerns or questionsA special thanks to Robin, Pam, and the night girl in charge who was so helpful to us both Thank you all for a very memorable stay!!! Thank you, Dave and Stella Thomas

The Sebring Mansion is one of a kind It is in a rural town, but only 30 minutes from a bigger city, AkronOur stay was wonderful from the moment we walked in

The Mansion was nicely decorated for Christmas, which added to that charming feel Also, the staff was friendly and so attentive We stayed during an outside work event, so it felt like we had place to ourselves We lucked out with private dining for dinner in the pub and used the heated indoor pool by ourselves The food served for dinner (steak with potato gratin & asparagus; and coquille saint Jacques) and breakfast (egg soufflé and waffles) was top-notch We also loved the Victorian Era feel in our bedroom and bathroom Overall, if you’re looking for a romantic weekend or an experience at an upscale Inn, then the Sebring Mansion is a great choice!

Christopher Hartsel

It’s beautiful What a wonderful stay Such a beautiful mansion

Everything is well kept with such an intimate level of service Definitely a place for a lovely getaway with a loved one, family, or group of friendsWe enjoyed the meal service, the couples massage sessions, the intimate bar setting and conversation with other guests Just walking around the mansion is an experience There is so much to enjoy about your stay I wish we had more time and nicer weather
