This hotel is beautiful! It is rustic luxury and the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us They personally showed us up to our room There are sitting areas with beautiful antique furniture

Upstairs there is drinks and room amenities at your own disposal You can walk out of your room and grab fresh towels and coffee or anything else you need It’s comfortable, relaxed, and everything is personal The staff actually cares about their guests, unlike large chain hotels I absolutely loved this hotel!

The service was wonderful We were shown 2 rooms and got to pick the one we wanted Who does that? No one! Beer, wine, and snacks are complimentary! Try finding that at a large hotel! The bed was fabulous, not your typical brick

Even the pillows were comfortable There is not a laundry room which is the only downside The price was higher than the other hotels I looked at but all the perks made it worthwhile I will definitely stay here again! You won’t be disappointed!

This place is horrible Dirty, Noisy, Lights don’t work properly Door doesn’t close completely and tight, Security is an issue, water leaks from toilet and shower on the floor, slip and fall could happen Stinks and smells from cigarette smoke

Transient’s living full time in the rooms Drunks hang out and argue and fight at night The internet pictures are true representation of what the place looks like Do Not Stay here This place should be closed by the health depart and shut down completely

Renter beware I selected the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Acadia as a place to stay both near bar harbor and Acadia National Park This is going on our tenth national park vacation and I haven’t actually ever had a bad vacation until this one

We arrived later in the day having traveled from our home Upon arrival we received a room, ostensibly for the 500 (approx) a night for 6 nights that I had paid for I woke up the next morning and while drinking coffee on the balcony, I noticed that our “garden view” as promised by the concierge and the map of the property was actually a garbage area where various hotel employees would deliver trash and other waste The view from our 500$ a night room (3k total approx and note, I paid the same amount for oceanfront in Hawaii) was people wheeling trash, a large awning attempting to hide all the trash, and very much not a garden While there were a number of other eye rolls and annoyances on this vacation, I would strongly advise not staying here if you are not crazy about children and/or if you are a professional woman (I was not the only woman annoyed in the check out line) There are children everywhere and only half of them are being watched by an adult While I can guarantee that the stay acted as a personal birth control, I can’t say that was the intended purpose Also be really wary booking the tours We saw about 2 puffins on the puffin tour and no moose on the moose tour My sentiment leaving bar harbor and Acadia was that they use disappointment to fuel spending by patrons who aren’t having a good time but want to (I haven’t researched it but that is my hunch) We won’t be back Blueberries were good and Acadia is beautiful

My husband and I stayed at Cross Creek RV Resort for two months this past winter on site 322 We had a beautiful site and wonderful neighbors We enjoyed taking long walks around the campground, swimming in the beautiful pool, listening to musicians perform and eating delicious dinners prepared by other residents in the clubhouse

We appreciated having our mail delivered to the mailbox provided and having packages from UPS and FedEx delivered to our site We would love to return again next winter for two months, but were told by the office staff that there may not be availability I would hope that as a previous renter, we would be given first priority Fingers crossed!

This is by far the best RV resort we have been to Clean,Friendly, well organized, activities over the top, They thought of everything The GM is accessible, and very open minded

The staff in the front office are very nice and acessible They listens to your requests and commentsWe will be back next year as a full time yearly occupantWe are already excited to returnThank You Cross Creek You are the best !

Sharri Branson

This is a very clean park Except for our neighbors Their site looks like a homeless shelter, because of the canopy they constructed

Also their place is cluttered The guy put the car on blocks to work on itThe park has an extensive rule book, which makes us wonder how they let the neighbors site look so badThe other neighbors are very friendly and all the other sites are beautiful and well maintained

We stayed here a month and had a wonderful relaxing time The staff, neighbors, and locals were very kind We enjoyed the pool area and biking on nearby back roads

The laundry facility was wonderful with a key card system that works well; at first you need to purchase a $5 key card and then you add funds to the card to use The fresh local market s in town were amazing, would stay again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!!!

This park has a lot of permanent manufactured home residents It is a nice park out in a quiet location off of Route 17 Sites are grass, with concrete pads beside the coach

My Class A fit in, but just a bit snug between the concrete pads Don’t let that deter you, it is a pleasant, quiet park with a pool and a dog park You will enjoy it

WIN Inc.

This is THE WORST PARK WE’VE BEEN TO! Very low budget! The park looks good but then there’s the gal who runs the office! She’s as COLD as the showers! The showers weren’t even lukewarm and they wouldn’t even offer a refund! Bad BAD BUSINESS Would never come here again and highly recommend you pass this place up!IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD

I stayed here for a work thing, as it was convenient to the highway — but this may be a destination locale for a special trip! Why pay $$$$ for a hotel on the beach where you DON’T get fast service, plenty of super clean room, a cold and empty mini fridge, and a delicious breakfast? Just stay here! I was in my room within 3 minutes of arriving Plenty of useful-but-not-in-the-way furniture in the room All the accoutrements– iron (which I used, thank you very much), hairdryer (which I did not), mini-fridge, good-smelling soaps and lotions (with the offer to provide anything I forgot), and a super-comfy and clean bed

I was out like a light Breakfast was unexpectedly good — good coffee, hot sausage, BISCUITS AND GRAVY!!!, pre-made omelettes, pancakes, cereal, bagels, yogurt — seriously, why would you stay anywhere else??Room and bathroom were both very cleanWe reserved a small conference room (which was weirdly on the 3rd floor in an odd area, but the front desk attendant came in with a fresh pot of coffee and was super friendly Wasn’t big at all (maybe 10’x20′?), but worked for what we needed

Eboni Montenegro

This 2 star hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean, Chris and his staff were not only friendly but accommodated our group with ease We were visiting for the weekend for a basketball ball tournamentThe breakfast was not too bad either, better than I’ve had at most hotels

I would highly recommended if you need a clean space on a group trip with kids

The beds are sooooo comfortable!! I love soft beds The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all extra soft and hugged my bodyThe rooms were very clean! And I loved the modern style and decor, in the room and throughout the hotel

The room had blackout curtains, which was very helpful for sleeping in!I enjoyed the free breakfast, I had lite apple juice, pork sausage links and sausage patties, an orange, and blueberry Chobani yogurtThe process to unlock the room door is longer than normal The employees will demonstrate it at the front desk, so you want to ask for that demonstration upon check-inThere was some chipped paint on our door and some rust scars in the tub by the drain where enamel had been scrapedI would definitely stay here again
