The lodge was nice Clean and quite The pool was very refreshing and overlooked the lake

They have walking trails behind the lodge with an amazing view of the lake There is a restaurant but we did not dine there They had a nice playground area in the front with picnic tables The rooms were a little smaller than a typical hotel but they have large windows to see the scenery outside They also have two room suites available if you need more space

Jaystofer Bird

Absolutely killer vacation spot All the staff are super friendly and polite, especially Gina David, Rick and Shanon Food is spectacular, scenery is even better and the rooms are very clean

There’s extremely little trash outside so people clearly care about keeping things clean! Lots of stuff to do and plenty of variety in trails so it’s perfect for anyone no matter their experience Highly recommend!

Katina Shelton

We had a nice time! The staff was nice and welcoming The room was clean The breakfast buffet

the best!!! We participated with all the scheduled activities: the bird walk, animal tracking, scenic lake tour, etc Our kids love the outdoors so they absolutely loved all of it! Thank you for a comfortable stay!We will be returning

My family of 5 and our dog stopped here for the first time on our way to Tennessee for Christmas Our first impression was they had gone out of their way to decorate for Christmas It was welcoming and festive

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating! The price for all of us and our dog was fantastic! The room was clean and smelled recently disinfected The beds and pillows were comfortable Even the pull out couch was comfortable for two teenagers The bathroom was large and clean, and we appreciated the double sinks In the morning they had a wide variety of breakfast items As we were loading the car, one of the employees who noticed me struggling to put our bags in our car top carrier offered to help Overall a great experience I would recommend this hotel to others!!

Ilene Riddle

Front desk clerk not especially friendly We booked online through hotelscom

Clerk asked if we wanted 2 queen beds After we explained that we booked ‘deluxe’ king room she gave us key to a room on the 2nd floor that was still occupied! She seemed surprised, non-apologetic, and a little unhappy that she had to give us a different room (which ended up being handicapped accessible and not what we requested)The room was nice, with a comfortable bed that had nice cozy soft bedding All in all it is a nice hotel in a safe convenient location

Monica Poole

Chose this hotel as it had good reviews on hotelscom and google Got to the hotel at 9:00 pm as we were traveling from the east coast back home

There is one handicap space and all the other spaces on the front side were taken The AC in the room worked okay but not enough to get the room cold It was also extremely dirty, lots of dust accumulationOn the plus side, the room was quiet and clean We checked out a little before 6 am so not sure what the breakfast is like but it smelled delicious

This place was top notch! Motel 6 should follow the lead from this facility My stay was a last minute decision because I was tired and realized I needed a good night’s rest “Being honest”

I wasn’t sure this was my best of choices until I walked inside Realizing how clean it was and meeting with Jay (hotel staff) changed my mind, instantly He was such a gentleman, kind, helpful & honest It was great seeing a happy face rather than what you often see, someone that clearly doesn’t want to be there The checking in couldn’t have been any easier After walking into my room and doing the “all clean and clear check”, Jay called my room He just wanted to welcome me again and made sure that I was pleased with my room and or if everything was up to par for my stay It appeared that the sheets, pillows and bedspread were new and or very clean, chairs & table clean and great condition, working TV & clean screen, clean floors, newly painted walls & baseboards and or very clean, new floors and or very clean, new toilet, sink, counter, shower curtain, clean window and curtain, working phone, and in my mind, one of the most important things, a working A/C unit When I checked out the next morning, the lady that checked me out was super polite, offered me some coffee and printed me a copy of the receipt I would 100% recommend this place and will stay again if I passing through

Cecilia Turnage

If i could rate this a 0 i would! As soon as i walked in there was a giant roach on the wall! To top of roaches the ac didn’t even work! I literally paid to stay here and turned around and left! I get the low prices but roaches are a no go! When i was leaving he asked me was everything okay and i told him there was a roach He played dumb I’m sorry but when there is one there are more somewhere else

You can’t miss them bc they don’t stay still or hide so it had to have been known they are there

Kristen Dement

The staff was friendly both over the phone and upon arrival Room doors are inside the building My non-smoking room smelled extremely fresh, unlike most older hotels that have a lingering odor from decades past

Pet-friendly with lots of grass outside for dogs Excellent price for the value Updated interior Close to several restaurants open late, though most are fast food Waffle House, however, is just a 3-4 minute walk, and is open 24 hrs If you look at the location on a map, take note it is between I-30 and HWY 67, so there is some traffic noise Rooms are also very basically equipped, so there is no coffee pot, microwave, or refrigerator in the room TV and A/C worked great! Other tenants could not be heard

We stayed here one night and the cost was $89 bucks We got a king size bed, microwave, mini refrigerator, dresser, office desk, office chair and lounge chair It was quite a large room

Breakfast was included and was good I had hot biscuits, scrambled eggs and sausage links They also had cereal, muffins and coffee The WiFi never would work even though we had the password It was clean, if a little dated The knobs in the shower were mismatched but they worked fine The shower was hot and the AC was cold For the price this place was fantastic

Happy with our stay, would recommendThe man at the front desk was a character, nice guyBeds were comfortable, sheets clean

Rest of the room was tidy, floor could have been cleaner, but everything else was good Nice bathroom, decent shower water pressureWas worried it would be too loud as our room was facing the highway, but this wasn’t a problem at allOnly room complaint was that the lights were unpleasantly bright and white, draping a shirt over them helped someBreakfast wasn’t very impressive, most of the fruit was too old They had okay cereals available, oatmeal you could make, but there wasn’t anything else out by the time we looked at 9:20 There’s a convenient McDonald’s right next door though which is quick, safe, and easy to walk toAir conditioner was great Outdoor pool looked okay, I saw a family enjoying itOverall we enjoyed our stay, good place to stop for the night on a road trip Even my picky old mother was happy

Levi

Staff was nice The room was clean and smelled good The atmosphere of the area was good

Right next door to some fast food There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room Price was decent Only a short drive to the lake or river Would definitely stay here again Only complaint is the entrance, it merges with the fast food drive-thru exit and it’s a little discombobulated

Megan Denton

We had a wonderful one-night stay as we were driving from TX to TN and needed to stop for the night The low price seemed too good to be true, but the experience was great! We got in late and the staff was very friendly and helpful Our room was clean and had everything we needed

If I ever need to stay in Arkadelphia again in the future, I’ll definitely come here again

Stayed at Marriott properties for the last 3 nights and was very disappointed with the rooms and amenities at 2 properties so, I decided to give HI a chance Glad I did! Service excellent from all staff Breakfast put Marriott to shame! Room was clean and comfortable

Everything was a step ahead of my usual choice I would highly recommend this property and will look for a Holiday Inn Express on my next road trip

justine courtney

Clean room!!! Great breakfast, great selection! Had a room on first floor, didn’t hear any of my neighbors, nextdoor or above me, which was important cause I needed peace Convenient location to Hwy, yet far enough from it so no hwy noise Close to restaurants, fast food, and convenience stores

Decent price through Priceline Friendly staff Great stay!

Hotel is awesome Cracker Barrell across the street Large truck parking lot behind hotel

The lady that checked me in seemed disinterested I booked my room online through the IHG app I’m spire elite and stay in a hotel 180 to 200 nights a years My preferences are set up for a high floor I was given a room on the first floor and no spire upgrade Given it was Easter Sunday and the hotel appeared less 50% capacity I asked why I didn’t get a high floor or spire upgrade I was told I could get an upgrade I still was only moved to the second floor I asked why I didn’t get a room assigned by my online preferences on IHG I was told she had know way of seeing that Just felt like someone didn’t want to do their job

This was one of the BEST hotels that me and my family has ever stayed at There were police patrolling the area which made me feel safe! And this was such a PERFECT location to everything we did while on our stay! We didn’t drive more than 10 minutes at a time to our destinations! Sadly, I do not know any of the staff names, but each and every one of the employees at the front desk we beyond AMAZING!! They were super friendly and helpful!! And I can’t forget about the cleaning staff They were a big help with our trash since we stayed there longer than we normally do

Jen Edwards

Employees are friendly, breakfast is good, and the room was clean Had some trouble with the heat—it just blew cold airRoom was very very small, with an unusual layout, but as I mentioned it was clean and the bed was comfy

Try to get a room on the “even” side of the hotel—the odds are right next to the highway and a truck parking lot and are rather loud

Jacquelyn Cain Gleason

Stayed at this hotel on my way up to pick up my daughter at Camp Ozark from Louisiana Front Staff was amazing Room was clean

The breakfast was fully stocked and the staffer working the breakfast was constantly cleaning and restocking which was such a reliefTo make things interesting, I left my brand new, ver expensive, computer and charger in the bed when I checked out Two days later when I finally realized and called the hotel, the housekeeper (manager) , Pam, called back promptly She confirmed it was found and sent it the same day Today, I received it Very thankful for everyone making my trip comfortable and for Pam retrieving and returning my computer

Front desk staff was helpful and nice Check in and check out was a breeze The hotel itself is quite a different story

It is a little run down and looks questionable Multiple nice vehicles in the parking lot so I was less concerned about leaving my vehicle all night The pillows were awful It was like a pillow case with some cotton balls in it The room does have a lingering smell of cigarettes, but with it being a smoking or non-smoking hotel I can’t complain The breakfast, what breakfast there was hardly anything The bed/room was clean and minus the smell it was quite comfortable The TV is small but because we were only staying one night it wasn’t a problem

404Lyric

My socks turned black with filth within five minutes, there were mysterious stains on the bed, mysterious stains on the wall, and I felt incredibly unsafe Left in under two hours, hotel is giving us a hard time on a refund Other reviews mention blood?! Makes me wonder about the stains in my room

The entrance is hard to get into and out of The rooms are hot and humid

jonathan parchman

Hello I can’t give this place of business no more than two stars Why well the rooms are out dated and the hotel needs many updates I stayed here for one night and the room that was given to me needed a new ceiling in the shower area also the room had a bad odor

After letting the receptionist know about the problems she offered me another room Another bad business tactic that this hotel has is putting a security deposit hold on customers credit cards without letting the customer know up front The continental breakfast isn’t for a adult! But for a little kid! There was two positive points to my stay at this hotelI did sleep good and also the receptionist was nice!
