We checked in today and the room was warm, but we just thought it needed a little time to cool off We went eat dinner and returned around 8 to a warm room The hall was cooler than our room

I called twice and both times they stated they would get someone to call me and put in an urgent order, but no call received I was told there were no other rooms available and that we were just going to have to in a sense deal with it I am so disappointed and appalled that we are going to be subjected to such sub par standards and service Furthermore, the receptionist did not even appear to be concerned or helpful to resolve the AC issue

Absolutely perfect Quiet and CLEAN Housekeeping is fabulous

I was there 4 days and when I tell you they clean a room…they really clean it! The price is well worth it If you have trouble getting around book downstairs It is a straight up climb to second floor I had a king on 2 They have 3 rooms up there that have balconies The ladies let me peekThat’s where I’m staying next time Already booked again There’s no front desk and the only people there are the ladies cleaning Ice machines and snacks in your room Best part of the Mississippi coast It’s so peaceful and relaxing in that area Also their restaurant that is attached is wonderful I had one of the best filets ever anywhere Attentive employees and ownership Can’t recommend enough

Great place to relax and unwind They have a nice pool, campsites are kept up, is on site and clubhouse is nice Being a “resort” it would be nice enclosed With A/C Laundry facilities without mosquitoes flying out of the washers and hot water but they get the job done

A lot of friendly people and everyone watches out for everyone New Camp Hosts are awesome! 1 Female staff member with long black hair is rude and works to ever smile but that is not the resorts fault Bring mosquito spray and enjoy the peace of this wonderful place:) You will truly enjoy your stay!

Very weird… I called and wanted to go with my daughter and they would’ve probably had a member because I just bought a new RV However, me going with my daughter was not good enough for them they needed her stepmother to come tooI thought this would be a great place to take my daughter because we love going to the beach often

I guess not

Watch out for 2-faced MaggieMy latest husband and I were talked into a membership back in 16 We used the Coast to Coast more than anything else, which comes with the membership for an extra annual fee We rarely stayed at TLC and when we did things were ok

Fast forward to present day My husband passed and I was faced with the decision to sale the membership God help you if you ever have to go through this The whole process was a nightmare having to deal with Maggie who doesn’t work weekends, doesn’t want to help any further than the bare minimum, hung up on me twice after requesting a hard copy of my contract that I paid for because she already emailed it(which does not cost anything to do) Had someone there to pick it up for me and refused to give it to them after given permission multiple times Told me that my contract is null and void now so she no longer has to deal with me I mean wow, sounds like a real gem doesn’t she I am thankful I no longer have to deal with her as well, but I do feel for those of you that do My late husband and I only dealt with Tim and he was always willing to listen and help My suggestion is that the rest of you do the same If not, I wish you the best of luck Darlene and Tori are excellent to work with as well

It’s pretty nice hotel for a night or two Our room unfortunately didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave and we tried to call the receptionist and they put us on hold and never called us back The pool area is beautiful and the outside is peaceful at night

This hotel doesn’t have complimentary breakfast and depending on what floor you are on, you can hear the casino music from below The hotel and casino staff were very friendly and polite The rooms were clean and put together nicely

By far my favorite coast casino Great buffet on the weekends Do not recommend the buffet during the week! Eat at the diner during the weekdays and buffet on weekends for sure

Restrooms are clean Table games are decent variety Lots of slots to choose from Wish they would get more of the newer slots For example there is no ” huff n puff” no “Wonka” no “drop n lock” no “James bond” no true high limit “pinball” In my opinion they have far too many video poker slots, plenty of space there to downsize on video poker and add in some new stuff But that’s my opinion Overall very good place to stay overnight, eat , golf, gamble, stay at the RV park Enjoy

Amazing staff, friendly, very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and very informative The rooms are very large, microwave and fridge was great and convenient, carpet looks clean however room and hotel did have an odor TV signal was awful so just go to bed😤

Room needs loving care for the price you pay, it reminds me of one of those highway motels that transients stay with an odor Just a little more cleaning, cork and mold/ mildew buildup cleaner can make a big difference, along with at least making sure doors close properly Beds ok for a good night sleep Convenient location, however road to hotel needs repair If it wasn’t an urgent need I would not have stayed however I would say plan accordingly This was and is my opinion Safe travels everyone

Has coffee pot, room was clean (311) lots of clean towels and wash clothes, linens clean Everything in room worked Front desk person was super nice and understanding as I wanted to check room prior to booking

Has breakfast in the am and price was cheaper than internet with AAA discount Hotel needs painting is only thing I could say If you want 5 star go pay $100’s I did not see any bugs

Gina Robertson

Nasty is the word to sum up this hotel room We paid $12900 a night for this room

We voiced our complaints, and we were offered to move to another room; but the entire hotel is old and in need of renovationsThe room smelled old The windows had mildew, the entire ceiling was filled with dust mites handing all over the place The ceiling over sofa sleeper was cracking – water damage for sure Bathroom was disgusting Ceiling over shower peeling and stained – so nasty Molding around outside of tub ain’t been cleaned in ages Light fixture over tub hanging, phone not working and lamps stainedThank goodness we brought our own bed linen and several cans of Lysol

I truly Love this PlaceBut with a Sad Heart

It’s coming to the end of Great Camping and Great times For our Family Friends and Group’sThey have raised there price to stay there so high its not Worth itThey have almost double and tripled there fee’s We have stay there more then any other park, months and even a year CampingGambling, eating ,swimming and Enjoying the awesome employees and camp groundBut it seems the RV guess doesn’t matter any moreIt’s a homey place to go, but for the Price now there’s not enough to offer for itThere are many Nice Campgrounds with in miles cheaper and just as nice and better, You may have to go to the other casino’s but for the amount of savings you can’t beat itI truly never thought it would come down to thisThe things they have promised over the years of camping at the RV Park has never happenedSo you just paying for a parking spotSorry to be negative but the facts are of there choice to raise the prices even on the top guess not just the little guessThis is so sadI hope the management will reconsider and bring back the once one of the greatest RV Parks on the Coast🏕🤔☹️

OK so we gambled over $1,000 per hour for several hours a day (3 days) with 2 players cardsWe stayed at their onsite RV location ($38 per night)When I asked if the RV site could be comped, the casino told me to check with the Hotel and the hotel said no

Most casinos will let RV’s stay for free regardless

Brittany M Goode

I love Hollywood, staff is usually eager to help but as it goes every where you do run into those employees that hate life and work and you Basically the rooms are greatly priced during the week but triple in price come friday, Saturday, & sunday I like how small of fee it cost to upgrade regular room to junior suite

Slot play, benefits, and free play monthly are nicely distributed to all card members I do like Hollywood Casino andthink anyone who gave it a chance with some time and open minded would like it too
