Had an amazing time at this hotel It was so cute and well designed The staff were so very friendly and helpful with everything that we needed and we sensitive to our wishes making great suggestions on how to make our stay the best it could possibly be

We also had a few drinks at the bar which has a lovely atmosphere and the bartenders were attentive, knowledgeable and very kind I would highly recommend getting the bread and butter with a drink at the bar The most amazing bread and butter I have ever had, you’ll just have to trust me on this one! The rooms were fairly comfortable, not as comfortable as your bed at home but quite nice for a hotel I can’t recommend this place enough for a weekend stay or just a fun night out!

This review is for the restaurant only, not the hotel which we did not experienceThe restaurant honored our reservation and we were seated fairly quickly The eating space is not expansive so my wife and I were at a 2 person table and a small room along with a few other tables and the pastry area and espresso machine

The drinks were exquisite and the wine list was exhaustive However I ordered a traditional serving experience for absinthe and they were unfortunately ill-equipped to make that happenI thought the food was very tasty for the price range We’ve had better food and bigger portions at more expensive places of course However my wife felt it was more of a six out of 10 while I would give it an eight out of 10 I left still a little hungry Desserts were limited and your best bet is to pick something from the pastry counter

Josh Birdwell

The staff made this stay wonderful They are friendly and helpful The first night our shower wasn’t draining well and it was addressed immediately

We ate at the restaurant which was yummy The lounge areas are perfect for relaxing and reading a book We had their coffee and treats from the bakery This was a excellent choice for a staycation It’s close to many popular eating spots

Some updates have been nice No longer able to bring one’s own beverage to the newly designed pool That was sad – but bartender was very nice and prices of beverages were doable

Front staff was very nice Room was not an updated one The carpet was nasty bad and the bed didn’t have a bed sheet between the fitted sheet and comforter- but they resolved that for us No restaurant at this time – which is rather disheartening Overall – would stay again

Hannah Langley

The District is such a fun, funky spot surrounded by a wonderful community and fun, lively nightlife Our front desk attendant, Ollie, was attentive, friendly, and super helpful! Even though there was a small mix up with our room, it was totally worth it because we ended up in one of the newly remodeled rooms The pool was amazing, music and atmosphere were above and beyond! John, our server at the pool bar, made amazing alcoholic and non-alcoholic for us that were scrumdiddliumptious! We are so excited to book our next stay already! Keep up the great work remodeling, when it’s done it’s going to be the hottest spot in OKC!

Juan Villarreal

I didnt stay in a room but I went with a friend and had a good time It is very big on pride which can make the place lively and fun but for some people that may not be like as much Good drinks at the bar for good prices and they have a pool that they charge 10 dollars for if your not staying in a room which can make for a good place to cool off for the summer

Rooms are clean and updated, staff is friendly and kind Beds were comfy and the AC worked great Few marks off as the option for room service was advertised, but isn’t actually available (which was fine, ultimately, as it turns out the hotel restaurant/bar is almost exclusively red meat dishes) and the light outside our window was bright enough that we thought it was daylight at 11pm

The attached picture was taken around that time

Got to hotel, seemed nice coming into the doors Me and hubby staying a couple of nights while he is in orientation with a group of others also staying here We got to the room no fridge or microwave and we had stuff with us that would go bad

I put the refrigerator stuff in the bathroom sink and went to go get ice but the ice machines on the 1 and 2 floor didn’t work so I had to make multiple trips up to 3 to get it The others staying here had fridges and microwave and the hotel was short towels and had a shower that had no place for shampoo or anything and we had a dog across the hall that did nothing but bark On the nice side we got vouchers for breakfast and dinner but we won’t ever be staying here again if we don’t have to

Daisey Rabb

NO MINI FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE even though there are refrigerators in the online pictures There are none in the rooms No complimentary breakfast

Only one Ice machine for a 5 story building I was told by one employee there are zero mini fridges in the whole building but then I was told by another employee that the suites have them and we would have upgraded to a sweet if they had told us that first Carpet is super dirty Turned my daughters feet black Toilet seat was half way off with exposed ac wires

This was my second visit here My first visit was five years ago and I have to say that it was a better visit I will begin with the good

The desk staff is awesome; pleasant and attentive My room was clean and I slept wellThe hotel has several issues that they need to address! I had to call the hotel for the shuttle despite website and phone notification Most are not big issues at all but they play a role in your overall impressionThe restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner Breakfast was fair at best One and doneI could not get the phones to work to report an issue to the front desk; but that could because of something that I was required to do to get it to work? I fear the implications in an emergencyThe sink drains are awful! They need to change them immediately Despite a maintenance call my bathroom sink drained poorly and I had to turn to the tub for hot water I found this matter to be the most frustrating during my stayThe ice machines on the third and fourth floor were down The third floor machine was never repaired, so I had to leave the floor for ice There was also a leaky ceiling in the ice room on one morning that the housekeepers overlooked It was immediately addressedI feel like I deserved a daily cookie for the inconveniences, lol I will definitely read reviews before considering a stay in the future

Andrew

The DoubleTree never disappoints We were met with warm cookies upon arrival, which is a first for me Our room was spacious and clean

The bed was comfortable and the linens were great quality For $10 more than the Holiday Inn, it’s also a great value This is the kind of place you don’t mind staying for a week while in town for business

Luis Parada

Booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds for 6 nights I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance After I checked in I walked up to a 2 queen room with a pullout sofa bed

Went back down and showed the staff my description showing it was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds and 2 separate rooms Figured it would be an easy fix and they overlooked the room description Supervisor apologized for the inconvenience but stated that since I booked through a third party (workperks) I would have to take it up with them Explained I paid almost $200 a night because it was supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite I could have easily booked a 2 queen room for $100 a night Asked to speak to her manager and she stated there was no one else I could speak to Asked her if she owned the hotel and she stated she did not Asked again to speak to her boss and she stated he was busy Asked for a room rate reduction and she said no because of the third party situation Asked if a suite would become available in the next 6 nights and she said no without even checking her computer She then went back to the office and spoke with her busy manager that would not even come out and speak with me and stated that there was nothing he could do She ended up giving me breakfast vouchers Will never book with any Hilton hotels going further for my family vacations and they lost a corporate account as well for their utterly poor customer service My girls were looking forward to having their own room and now we are all in one room for 6 nights

Great experience for the price Love the suites Very comfortable rooms

TV in living room area and in bedroom so different people can watch what they want Beautiful hotel and rooms The employees were very friendly and helpful The free breakfast was amazing Best I have seen anywhere They have a good selection of great tasting food Omelets are cooked to order Best place we stayed on our vacation and the price is reasonable Near the airport We added a second night with no issues Only downside was dinner in the hotel restaurant The meat was terrible, very low quality The manager admitted they were not getting the best meat due to supply chain issues but the prices charged are not changed! If you have a fear of heights, be advised that the elevators are glass and all floors overlook the first floor central area

joshua schneider

Hotel and staff were great and welcoming Only issue I had was adjusting the room temps (hence the 4 star instead of the 5 star), seemed like you couldn’t control the temp to the room It was definitely cold which is welcoming after coming in from the heat, but at night it was definitely cold

Rooms were definitely cleaned with pride

Lexi Sanders

Decent place to stay! Pretty fountain in lobby area, plants and a wide variety of seatingGood happy hour, sweet bartenders, great fresh breakfast (normal options as well as free made-to-order area), good coffeeRoom was very nice, decently clean, no complaints there

Pool was gross, murky, so we didn’t swim

I would like to start by apologizing if I butcher the name of the guy that works over night Our experience staying here was a 10/10 I believe his name was Walid and it may have been the best experience I’ve had staying at a hotel (and I travel a lot and stay at 15+ hotels monthly)

Not only was he professional, but he was understanding, very helpful and has a great since of humor He was able to get us into a room after hours of no luck with other hotels and it being well past midnight The room passed our expectations with cleanliness and was overall perfect With what started as a terrible experience (with James the worker that walid took over for) hung up on me and then was quiet rude once we arrived We were going to leave and find another hotel, but then I saw they did a shift change so I went in to talk to walid Because of him he made the experience great for me and my family After 10+ hours of driving and no hope of getting a hotel if it wasn’t for him we would’ve slept in our car I 100% recommended everyone staying at this hotel if you’re traveling through Oklahoma City

We stayed for a week at 2 bedroom suites Always big fan of spacious rooms It was clean because they just finished renovation

Carpets are brand new Not sure why it was but I can smell something not so pleasant But it got better when we put room freshersShower place has still some moles but I don’t expect to be like brand new If you want brand new, you should look for 5 stars hotelThe service to fix shower door was fast (it was loosen) However, room service wasn’t up to my expectation (Maybe I should look for 5 star hotel 🤣)Not sure about weekend breakfast, but there is only waffle and some turkey sandwich are available during the weekday breakfast I wish management is more sensitive about events So they can at least provide some eggs go along with breakfast since there are a lot of youth staying entire weekStaffs are all super nice and very supportiveLocation is just so perfect and easy to go where I needed to go From the airport is literally less than 10min And many stores are aroundI am coming back for my other trip

Joey Vanek

Hot mess express We showed up at 11:00 pm tired from 20 hours of driving Got our keys and went up to the room… the AC doesn’t work

Instead of just switching us to a new room, the front desk has to come look Mind you we are tired and it’s late Surprise surprise we weren’t lying and the AC actually didn’t work Went back down stairs for them to find us a new room While this is happening another guest gets two beverages from the store After checking out and leaving, I noticed they charged those two beverages to my room… So make sure you review the charges before you leave because the front desk isn’t detailed oriented enough to make sure they are charging things to the correct roomAlso the rooms are “updated” but you can tell it use to be old and outdated The shower/toilet room is so poorly lit a new installment of the Grunge could film in there

Great place for a stop to relax for a few days Great people and service proudly provided by all staff Pool was being rebuilt, so we did not get to experience, but looked very appealing and work done was of high quality

Management is very up to date on place, as we were able to meet managers from corporate who provided more friendly appreciation to us for choosing the hotelFood during happy hour was good, hot ,and salad fresh Noise in hotel is almost non existent Rooms are great for people who want to cook meals, gas grills outside were clean and checked many times a day They worked great as I do like to cook on grill It is close to many fun locations, like go-carting, arcades, restaurants, and food stores for groceries, or you can let them do it for youI would recommend this place

Tammy Dake

Room was large and clean,, loved the full kitchen and amenities Sebastian was great to work with, easiest and most friendly check in ever! The breakfast had a variety and was quite appealing The only reason for 4 stars is because when we tried to check out this morning no one was at the front desk, I waited and said ‘Hello?” Multiple times

Noone came so I placed my keys on the desk

Amor S

I’ve stayed a couple of times while in OKC for work The staff is amazing The rooms have a full kitchen, which is important to me

The location is close to everything I need The daily breakfast is always good A big thank you to Jessica, Sebastian, Miss Sherrie, Cesar and Nestor and the entire staff Thank you for taking good care of me

Everything was great until I went into the bathroom and seen a Bed Bug moving around on the floor I grabbed a tissue and picked it up went down to speak with the night auditor she apologized and moved us rooms at midnight and was told that the manager would be on duty in the morning I also asked to speak to the manager the following and was told that she was not in and that she would call when she came in

I still have NOT recieved a call I will never be back after paying over a $10000 for one night and dealing with Bedbugs in the room this is unacceptable Is all the day shift Front Desk Agent kept asking is “well did you get bit”!!😠😠😠😠

Kyra Waiwaiole

I walked into this hotel with my child ready to book a room, and I can’t even begin to tell you how appalled I was at the cleanliness of the front entrance SO bad, that I walked right back out to book somewhere else There were a group of children crawling all over the tabletops with no adult supervision

I am guessing they were the children of the workers As the front desk rep sat outside smoking cigarettes knowing there were customers waiting to be serviced It smelled bad inside, and there were sticky fingerprints all over EVERYTHING Will never go back

Chris & Amie Johnson

I’ve been a huge Marriott fan for decades and only stay at one of their properties whenever I travel For the first time ever I was greatly disappointed, with this property in particular I was surprised how outdated the rooms were and shocked by how dirty certain areas of the hotel

For example, the elevator smelled terrible and was filthy (literally trash on the floor all afternoon/night The front desk staff were amazingly kind and engaging which is the only reason this got two stars This does not change my high regard for Marriott, but I think the management at this particular location

Never stayed at a four point before but i Had a great night’s sleep! Very comfortable bed with good pillows, and sheets I got the Jr suite king room, felt clean and ultra comfortable The shower and toiletries they give you are great

The curtains roll down against wall and black out 95% of the light in AM, if they sealed up the other 5% I don’t know of I’d wake upThe AC ran at 65° for me at night and never made a crazy sound or woke up like at other places I enjoyed my stay and will be looking at four points for future travel

Kelsey Graham

This is probably the most run down Sheraton I’ve ever stayed at, but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable It’s a good layover spot for a night My biggest complaint is that, in my morning rush, I left my straightener cooling in the bathroom

I called to ask about it less than 24 hours later, and – to no one’s surprise – they “didn’t have it” I was told the manger would call me – that was 3 days ago I don’t expect I’ll get that call, and I’ve already bought a new straightener So, if you stay here, make sure you don’t forget any valuables You won’t be getting them back

Revans Prophet

The bar only had liquor and 1 type of beer Half the food menu was unavailable The door to the bathroom has hard to close and even harder to open

There was a urine stain on the toilet The “buffet” consisted of cold eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns It was $9 a person The swimming pool was disgusting and cold The only positives are the beds were decent, the workout room was nice, and the coffee was good I would not recommend this place for the price You can stay near Bricktown for 20 or 30 more a night

I LOVED the hot tub I was surprised it was in a room with the sauna, usually its outside but they had a sauna It was amazing and very hot which I LOVE!The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The rooms could be updated but it was good and surprisingly big Standing in the tub felt like either I was going to fall through or like it had bubbles underneath the tub Sorry, thats the best way to describe itThe bed was too firm for me

Dawn Garza

This is a nice place to stay if you’re on a budget and don’t want a lot of frills Is a little dated and breakfast got old after 2 days, but staff were great and our room was spacious and had a separate living/kitchenette We would stay again if it was for a day or two and I brought my own shampoo, soap, etc

Overall all a good experience

Lovely little place with classic vibes Stayed here for a weekend in town and thought it was definitely close enough to everything and really accommodated all my needs Asked for an iron at the front desk and was easily supplied one

Ended up eating all of the snacks in the room You can buy beer at the hotel! Not terribly priced Speaking of pricing, the room was pretty reasonable, especially compared to some of the other near by lodgings One top complaint was the shower, it was just a warm dribble, definitely needs a water pressure adjustment I would stay again!

Kella Bertoch

The staff were all super nice and accommodating!Classen Blvd is busy and noisy; but that patio was so cute and comfortable!! And you can’t beat the parking! The room was great Nothing more than we needed and the attention to detail was awesome! Everything was cute and so very clean!!The snacks supplied in the room were so reasonably priced, we ended up drinking and eating most of itI also love the door codes instead of having to not lose a keycard!!I will definitely be back for another stay!! Already recommending to my friends as well!

Tanner Jenkins

Hands down *the best* motel I’ve ever been to The room is a little small, but oh my gosh it’s cozy and very clean! The colors of the decor and artwork really pop and the mid-century design gives the motel a really unique and quirky feel The real star of the show is the bed

I have a lot of trouble sleeping in hotels, a combination of a firm mattress and pillows will do it The Classen Inn offered the softest bed I have ever laid on and it had me snoring almost instantly The pillows are so soft and cradle your head perfectly, too I will definitely be returning any time I’m in the city!

Loved the folding doors on the bathroom to allow for privacy as some hotels don’t We had went to another area hotel to get a room first and realized quickly it was seedy and shady Paying the extra money was worth it Do not regret There was security visible as soon as we got out of the vehicle doing a walk around checkThe breakfast was extensive We didn’t know what to expect because some of the reviews were not accurate at all There is the normal breakfast fare Coffee, fruit, toast, bagels, cream cheese, boiled eggs, etc but you turn the corner and there is a hot bar too Almost missed it It had waffles, eggs, hashbrowns etc I think some of the people on the reviews literally did not turn the corner! This hotel is VERY close to the Guatemalan Consulate and a good option for those with appointments there

I booked this hotel with the only purpose of letting my kids swim and have a relaxing weekend We get there and the pools not even full but 3/4 of the way Hot tub is green, landscaping tools and limbs everywhere

So in other words no swimming for them I politely requested a refund and said I would just rebook with another hotel with an open pool Possibly even another affiliated hotel They denied my refund even though the pool was a guaranteed amenity So for $130 I guess we had a place to sleep Not to mention there was nothing left of the breakfast the next morning Waffle and pancake batter was depleted and they wouldn’t even refill that Needless to say we won’t ever be back or be staying with another La Quinta again

If I could give 0 for service I would Was accused of my card declining when it wasn’t was sent to wrong room Twice because I forgot my room number Police were called on me and I was banned from the property Didn’t get any rest after a 19 hr drive

Was accused of being intoxicated when I was not passed my toxicology with flying colors Was also accused of pestering Guest services when I have a mental health condition and was trying to find my room As an experienced Guest service Supervisor I would never treat a customer the way I was treated However hotel is in a great location and the rooms were very clean from what I got see* Replying to comment from owner I was aware of my surroundings I did know my name it was your Employee who was incompetent on how to handle a Guest with very bad anxiety & clearly unaware of how to do their job because he would have looked up my name that I clearly stated to him and the police even trued to show my payment on my bank app Please don’t disrespect me more than you have

Great experience and pleasurable stay Rooms are very nice and the bed comfortable Great view from balcony

The hotel is decorated very modern and everyone is very friendly The only thing I would suggest to make it a even better stay would be to clean the carpet in the room The room we stayed in had crusty spots all over it It could use a good cleaning but the room was very clean and decorated nicely This hotel is located in a great part of town off the beaten path in a quiet subdivision I definitely saw a better side of OKC staying at this hotel I really enjoyed watching the aircraft across the sky going to the air force base Will stay here again Price for room was reasonable I also enjoyed the food in the concierge lounge The guest laundry only has one washer and one dryer But overall a great experience and recommend this hotel

This hotel was such a let down For the price I thought we were getting something really nice I even paid extra for a balcony and breakfast

Do not bother with that Balcony has rusted out railing and no chairs There is a glistening substance on my couch cushions There were hairs in my bed We asked for extra blankets that were crunchy There was toilet paper in my shower There was just a lot of rust and dirt It felt really dirty Pool/fitness area is disappointing at best Almost nothing was open the whole time here This was way too much money I would have been happier at a Motel 6, at least I would have been prepared for the stay

Smells good and is clean That’s the plus However, not worth spending 250 something dollars for the “bigger” room and “European walk in shower

” Made it sound like it would be huge and the shower would be big Not at all If you need a separate living area and then a long skinny hallway and a more private bedroom then fine But if you want an area that’s just open and spacious, this is not it Also, the shower and bathroom was a huge disappointment So small And the details are in much need of an update like this handle that’s about to fall off…Also The seal to the patio door is weak and you hear a howling sound of wind CONSTANTLY Sounds like a siren goingEdit: at 1:30am I’m listening to a very loud and sounds like it’s about to die air conditioning unit Our room is getting hot and we just want the air to kick on BUT, it’s hard to sleep with this loud awful noise!!!! This hotel room was for celebrating our wedding anniversary and we really wanted a nice experience This certainly was not it

The three times I have stayed here were within the last month On all occasions, the check-in was easily under two minutes It took a few minutes for someone to come to the desk for checkout the first time, but the last two times was fast and without issue

All areas of the rooms were very clean The kitchens were spotless, and there was a fresh smell to the bedding and towels It seemed to be a quiet hotel, at least on the occasions when I was there I usually ignore breakfast offerings of hotels, but on the second visit here, I happened to check this one out and found both pork and turkey sausage, well prepared scrambled eggs as well as hardboiled, hash browns, and the usual waffle machine with probably more variety of muffins and bagels than average for a hotel of this range Andrew at the front desk is helpful and a good communicator, and the entire staff is fairly engaging and seems to be doing a good job I typically give few reviews, but will definitely be staying here again and will recommend to friends It is well worth the extra small amount of money to stay in a far better place than similarly priced hotels

I loved staying here! I had the most wonderful experience The staff was so kind and anything my friends and I needed they made sure to help with I can tell they truly care about their guests receiving the best experience

The breakfast was amazing They did an amazing job with offering variety of food options based off of dietary restrictions Definitely staying here again!

There were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, didn’t know if they were clean or dirty And the weirdest part…Okay, we have a kitchenette with a stove top and an oven

There are cooking utensils, but no pots or pans??? And no microwave either, or toaster, or eating utensils… There is absolutely no way to heat up food, or my child’s bottle We asked the front desk and they said they didn’t have any I’m just really confused honestly… a few years ago we stayed here for a couple months while we were looking for a house, and we had all of these thingsUPDATE:We ended up needing to switch rooms because the air wasn’t working in the first room The new room has pots and pans, microwave, toaster, and utensils… so apparently they do have them, but room 225 is excluded for some reason

Hotel is thoughtfully represented in a historic area of downtown, rightfully representing its past as a former ford factory Parking outside of valet is a bit out of the way, but a little walk is expected and enjoyed when your down town Just prepare for inclement weather if your not valet parking

Upon checking in the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they answered any questions we had and asked if we had stayed before In case you haven’t they will give you a run down of what to expect from the hotel, it’s amenities, and it’s rooms The food is great and can be ordered from room service, and while you wait you can take a stroll down the hills and through the lobby area, after all, your staying in a literal art museum The exhibits are unique and beautiful The purple penguins are an art exhibit within themselves but you can feel free to move and manipulate them Just don’t take one off the premises The rooms have high ceilings, espresso machines, industrial styles plumbing attachments, a lit closet, sliding doors, and a massive window beyond the head of the bed Converting this into a hotel was done so with ample thought Inside the room lighting is versatile and charging opportunities are ample Overall a great and interesting stay, even if just for a night, you can’t beat the pricing for what you receive If you get the chance to stay, book, book, book!!!!

Love this hotel, good location for a night life the 80s retro bar around the corner was awesome, the rooms was huge with tall ceilings and big widows A modern feel, the museum throughout the hotel on the first level was pretty cool and my kids loved it The art work on the other floors was pretty cool

The restaurant for the hotel was a bit pricey but good The staff was very accommodating Will definitely stay here again

All I can say is … it was different Between Mind-blowing and mind-boggling, I don’t know which one to say…Service: the staff are very friendly and always on top of everythingSurroundings: Sightseeing ~ not short of things to see … there’s museum, art exhibition, some creative art sculptures , and even a few videos /movies to watch

Room: upgraded to a suite Room was huge with tall ceilings and big widows Very modern and futuristicFacilities: restaurants offers gourmet food Their new restaurant that connects to the pool was doing a grand opening and tasting event at the time we were there I would love to go there and try the food if I go there again in the futureIf you are tired of the ordinary 5 star hotel owned by the big enterprises, definitely check this place out Nice for a change!
