This hotel was a favorite of our family because it was very clean and modern It also had a nice pool and sauna that my guys loved We had a 2nd floor interior entrance which provided added security

There was ice cold cucumber water in the lobby which is something I appreciated The breakfast was very good too with a large selection of items The only negative for me was that the sink was inside bathroom area I prefer the sink/vanity area to be outside the bathroom area Overall, it was a great place to stay

Simply Levia

The staff was nice and friendly, I told them we were celebrating our anniversary and she gave us the suites roomThey even recommended places to eatThey serve hot breakfast but it was alright,It could be better

The scrabble eggs had a weird texture and it felt like it was cooked in water

My boss booked this place Check-in was fine Upon entering the second floor, I was overcome with the smell of weed (in non-smoking rooms of course)

Room felt dirty, lamp shades askew, crud on the remote control The toilet had pooled pee stains on the base Black hair on toilet and bathroom floor Breakfast lady looked exasperated as she got food out as people were already wanting breakfast a few minutes before 6:30 am Full breakfast not out until about 6:40 then there were crowds – the dining area tables had not been wiped / sanitized for new guests from day, night before In my room I could hear the people walking around in the room abovedefinitely would not stay here again There are much cleaner hotels nearby

I accidentally wrote this review on the Residence in, but it is worth repeating on the correct site The facility is quiet, clean, well maintained, but the shining stars at this facility are the employees The front desk clerk could not have handled herself better when she found my reservation had been cancelled by my travel agent…who will never get my business again

The breakfast staff, and Ralph in particular were accommodating and kind to me and every one else eating breakfast He seems to enjoy his job and it shows

Cathy Krahn

The rooms were clean, and spacious The pool and whirlpool was clean The breakfast was amazing

The chef was out greeting people, interacting with guests and asking if we needed anything I did not get to taste the spinach quiche because I had already had his delicious omelette, but according to the guest next to me, it was fantastic Wish we were staying longer

Chad Morris

We travel all over the country, at minimum 12 hotel stays per month I highly recommend this hotel, the front desk staff are friendly and professional The hotel is clean, quiet and new

The very best part of staying in this hotel is getting to meet Ralph, the chef While you can always eat the normal offerings, Ralph will personally prepare a breakfast for you that is out of this world The breakfast, along with his wonderful personality and great conversation make this a hotel that we will definitely return to!

Wow! Where to begin the new owners (who are wonderful by the way, along with the entire staff) have given this place a glow up

It’s been completely remodeled from head to toe and is spectacular The rooms feel very luxurious Top quality linens and bath products Probably one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had on that mattress!! There’s nothing else with this modern vibe in Durango A true gem Breakfast was amazing as well House made pastries and hot home cooked plates by request Can’t wait to visit again

Sandi Aretino

Our stay at the Rochester was phenomenal The check in process was easy and quick Our room was clean and quiet

The garden is a cozy spot for a glass of wine Kelly’s breakfasts were delicious Haley was very helpful and kept checking in to make sure we had all that we needed I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet stay in a cool town

Sluggo O’Toole

My wife and I stayed at the Rochester for an anniversary weekend getaway Booked on line and was not disappointed The room, #107, was cozy comfortable and clean

The check in process was first rate and the service we received was outstanding We were only there 3 days and 2 nights, but it was a great time The hotel is right near Durangos’ main strip, so everything was with in walking distance Some advice for future guests If you are going to go out for dinner, and it looks like rain, and the owner offers you an umbrella, take it We didn’t and it poured for a good 2 hours The wife and I will be staying there again in the future PS: Don’t worry about the ghosts, they were awesome as well

Amazing-must-go!! First time going and won’t be our last! Many different hot tub temperatures (hottest we tried was 108F) The area is split up between an adult and family section The family section has a heated pool along with about 4-5 hot tubs for the children! The place was super clean in the hot tubs and around the premise

Drinks were great as well! Also, nice and clean changing areas when done! Must do when around Durango!

Holly Gibson

Lovely place with professional staff The springs have no odor and the setting is pleasing to the eye Lots of different tubs with varying temperatures to choose from and you can even buy beer and wine to enjoy while you soak! I got a frequency pass for future discounts because I plan to return repeatedly

A little pricey but definitely worth it Great experience!

Adar Higgs

Everyone was so excited when this place re-opened It is so much nicer than it used to be I love the pools, the atmosphere, and the updated locker rooms

I guess this place isn’t for locals anymore, at least not the 1%? I didn’t feel very welcome yesterday when I wentThe staff friendly when I came in – they made sure to let me know that reservations are REQUIRED (why??), and had a list of many rules to explain to me, which I get, but the person who spoke to me was giving me an angry school teacher vibe, which is strange, since I’m a grown adult (I happen to have piercings and dyed hair, so maybe I seemed like I needed a talking to?)The price has gone up $9 since my last visit, so close to $40 When I asked about locals discounts I was told that “almost all of our locals purchase a punch pass” Read “almost all of our locals can afford to shell out hundreds of dollars on the drop of a dime’ Yuck Yeah, I guess so But I worked here when I was 25, passes cost $14, and the front desk sold potato chips and candy So can you cool it on the ‘we are proving that we are fancy now by being mean’ attitude?I wasn’t offered to rent a towel, or whether I wanted to book a massage, just told scoldingly not to leave a single thing in the locker room, and to make sure that I was out by the time by 3 hour window was over I had wanted to treat myself yesterday, but being greeted in that kind of fashion put a damper on my experience, and I’ll probably think twice about going back again

We enjoyed our stay!Rooms are cleanly All amenities are adequate Nice hot showers, comfy beds

Wish they had updated TVs so that we could watch our own streaming servicesThis hotel is good for families Some rooms have french doors that open up into the pool atrium Additionally there is a bar area that overlooks the pool Parents can enjoy their happy hour drinks while still keeping a sufficient eye on their kidsThere are also rooms not apart of the pool atrium if you prefer quietThe staff were helpful and friendly

April Eggert

Elizabeth and Claire were awesome and got us checked in early, the staff was courteous and showed exceptional customer service The hotel was immaculate and clean The room was immediately clean and couldn’t have been more happy with our stay

The pool and hot tub are indoors which made the stay exceptional cause of the rain in the evenings The happy hour for guests gives each adult guest 2 alcoholic beverages for each night that you stay Conntenatial breakfast is served in the morning from 6:30am-9:30am Also has a 24/7 laundry room for guests

Gene Huegin

I booked this Best Western “Plus” thinking as a Plus it would be somewhat upscale It is located adjacent to a run down neighborhood with people loitering The back gate, which had a lock, was left open 24 hours providing great access to anyone looking to search my vehicle during the night

While pleasant from the outside, I found the hotel dated with my room showing peeling wood trim on the bathroom door I was glad to leave and found it was way below a Hampton Inn or Marriott Courtyard, and at almost $300/night, no bargain

This hotel was wonderful! We were welcomed by Donna, which was one of the best welcomings I have ever experienced at any hotel She provided outstanding customer service and makes you feel right at home The room was exceptionally clean, cool and comfortable

We also ate at the burger joint downstairs and also had exceptional customer service and food I highly recommend the chicken sandwich with the garlic mayo and onion rings I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Durango

Pure Performance

Stayed three nights Friendliest front desk staff! When we checked in the woman was so busy with non stop guest questions etc yet always remained smiling and helpful Very pleasant

Another night one of them got me a whole pot of hot water so I could bring it to my room for tea Every time we asked for anything they went above and beyond Also very clean room! A fantastic stay

Kevin Emswiler

I’m from Albuquerque and have been to Durango many times, I have stayed at a bunch of the hotels around the area but this one was definitely one to remember When we checked in we were greeted by Donna at the front desk who was extremely friendly and actually made an effort to get to know us in the quick interaction of checking in She asked if we had been to Durango before, my girlfriend hadn’t

She immediately recommended that we go to Durango Hot Springs and gave us a 10% off coupon Then she seamlessly pitched the IHG app an really sold me on downloading it She was not pushy at all! She answered my other questions about brunch at a different location told us the pool is open until midnight breakfast was in the restaurant in the morning and sent us on our way That interaction made me want to stay there on our next trip to Durango! Thank you Donna!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leland House Suites in Durango A boutique hotel experience with lovely touches like fresh flowers, toiletries, and a fantastically comfortable bed and fresh linens It was spotlessly clean

All the appliances were brand new at the time of our stay and the suite had been newly remodeled and updated with comfortable furniture Alec and staff were very prompt in all their communication and were either present on site to check that we had everything we needed or answered texts within minutes when we had questions The bar and food trucks with covered patio that adjoin the hotel was a fantastic area to relax at the end of a the day and visit with other guests, and the coffee shop next door was so convenient for coffee and breakfast too We enjoyed Durango and skiing at Purgatory and hope to go back, and if we do would love stay again at Leland House

Sam Kaplan

We had such a fantastic experience at the Leland House! The contact-less check-in was a seamless process thanks to the owners being super communicative The location made getting around Durango quite easy as we barely had to touch our Rental Car Most slogans do not live up to the hype, however Leland’s “Live Like a Local” motto truly felt real! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Ana “Ceci” Lorenzo

We recently stayed here for a friend’s wedding We found Leland House to be perfectly situated in the town with easy walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants we were interested in We found our room to have a very fresh, contemporary decor and to be very well appointed

It was just what we needed for our stay We will definitely return

We were given this hotel as one of two choices by the company my husband was doing business with We’re so glad we chose this place The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful

The rooms are very clean We had a couch, two chairs, desk and two queen beds and it was really roomy, even with a kitchenette and bathroom The beds are very comfortable and you’ll get a good night’s sleep You don’t hear noises from the hallway, rooms next to you or the highway It really is a peaceful place to stay The pool and hot tub were the cleanest we’ve seen in a hotel, and we always stay in nice places, so this immediately caught our attention Please don’t forget to pack your swimwear, you’ll want it For those that need to have an extended stay, they do have a laundry room so you won’t need to pack a lot and the laundry room is just as clean as the rest of the hotel The rooms have a refrigerator, mini-dishwasher, double stove top, pots, pans and utensils so you are able to cook if you wish to If you don’t want to cook, they do have a large selection of breakfast foods, both warm and cold, to satisfy any tastes The dinner in the evening is just as good When we were here, the breakfast and dinner were both complimentary (Things change fast in business so I don’t know if that is still the case, so please check) We definitely will stay here again if in Durango

I read some of the previous reviews and I’m sure they were true at that time But, when we stayed here 4-18-2022, we didn’t have any issues and the hotel and room were clean When I came in there was a sign on the desk that said they would be right back

so, I took advantage of that time to take photos to show you the area so that you can judge for yourself 🙂 The Internet streaming on the TV wasn’t working, so as a tech person, I just unplugged the TV and the cable connection (behind the TV), plugged them back in and everything worked! The breakfast was sparse, but we didn’t mind We did NOT wear masks, but the front desk people did I found the two women that I met at the front desk to be completely nice and accommodating We went for a walk down by the river so that was a nice bonus that we did not expect My only complaint is that we were near the highway and it was loud! So, that does disturb my sleep, so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper Overall, totally good experience!

Okay normally my visits at this particular hotel are always great, totally 5 stars, with no problems but this time was… a little on the are you kidding me side My significant other and I had room 108 and as soon as you get to the door it looks as though someone tried to break in because the door and frame were chipped away like someone used a sharp tool to pry it open Then there was the fact that the peep hole literally had tissue stuffed in it

An finally the shower The caulking in the corner was splitting to the point that i was afraid of the side of the wall fallingOf course other than those things it was still a great visit Clean area and friendly service They were very accommodating and helpful I really appreciate that they call and check on you shortly after you check in (although I didn’t notice these things til later) I still plan to come back again and again

The front counter desk rep started off with a bad attitude We stood at the desk for 5 minutes before being assisted Andrea (if that is her real name) was not pleasant to deal with

Then they give us this room where the tub was so filthy After a challenge, they finally gave us a different room It should have been no question in getting a room that is clean and up to par The last thing that occurred was Andrea nasty attitude upon check out I questioned the bill and the rate of different taxes I have never seen, and instead of her bring great customer service, she wanted to be combative and unruly Her manager then comes out (Cruz Baca) and proceeds to defend her as oppose to understanding the situation I spend a lot of money at Marriott chains and the least I should get is respect and kindness, along with a little understanding My husband tried to get her name and then she refused to give it, because she knew her actions do not align with Marriott core values Considering staying at a different location if you can

Had a lovely stay with Walter, Jodi, and Norma! Such a peaceful getaway in a beautiful home We really enjoyed the hot tub, common spaces downstairs, delicious coffee, and beautiful scenery The Early Bird room was fantastic and little touches such as the robes and slippers for the hot tub were very thoughtful! We enjoyed talking with Walter during breakfast and will definitely be returning when we are in Durango next! Thanks for the lovely stay!

Have been staying here for ten years during the ski season Still a great place, starting to show its age in some places but the rooms and service are great Pool area and work out area very clean

Room was clean and room service friendly My family’s needs were quickly met We will be back Missed the former gift shop and eating in the hotel restaurant

Air quality was terrible in the room (basic room, not Hilton Pure or honors room) The building is older and our room smelled of an old smoker’s room I woke up with allergy-like symptoms in the morning, despite not having allergies

Location was great, we could easily walk to the old town area and staff were friendly However, the $12 charge for parking at the hotel seems excessive given they are the only business using that portion of the parking lot

5 stars across the board Attentive and kind staff were in the right places at the right times B&B places have it hard trying to balance how much service to provide

Too much service and you loose all privacy Too little and you begin to question what you’re even paying for in the first place They nailed it Excellent food from chef Eric, beautiful views and cozy accommodations I’ve already prebooked for another stay later this year!

Compass Customs LLC

Outrageous prices per night Over $200 for the cheapest room for one night and it’s only a 3 star hotel They charge over $600 a night for a cabin

I guess nobody on social security could afford this hotel This is what you call gentrification This must be where Trump stays Ridiculous I found a much nicer place for only $80 a night right in durango that’s both 420 friendly and with polite employeesWatch how the owner responds to negative reviews Very stuck up and rude

My fiance and I (along with my parents) toured Blue Lake Ranch for our upcoming wedding I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else for a potential wedding booking Their customer service and ability to follow through is so lacking it is astonishing

I emailed their website contact on April 30, 2021 to schedule a tour for July 2021 After some emails back and fourth with Jill C we had selected a date/time that we would be in town and could tour the venueOn May 12, 2021 I got a final email from Jill with a Google Calendar invite for the previously agreed upon date/time for the tour I accepted this invite, and assumed it was all setOn the morning of July 2, 2021 my fiancé, my parents, and myself arrived to the venue location and waited in the parking lot for Jill to arrive After 10 minutes past our set time had lapsed, I called the number listed on their website to see if we were in the wrong place Long story short- Jill never showed up We ended up meeting with a different employee from the venue who showed us aroundJill has also never followed up with me to this day about missing that appointment While we were touring the site in 2021, our wedding wasn’t planned until 2023 After confirming with my fiancé that this was the venue we wanted to book, he called Jill to schedule multiple times with no response After being given the run around by the front desk staff, we submitted a request as instructed through their website in October 2021 It’s now April 2022 and no one has contacted us to follow up on that request or tried to confirm our bookingThe blatant lack of customer service and run around that they provide their potential wedding clients is incredibly frustrating Needless to say we’re happy to take our money and our business elsewhere- to a venue who acts as if they care

We have always wanted to check this out and enjoyed our stay here The staff were mostly friendly, the rooms were beautiful, and the location/views were nice We could not adjust the thermostat in our room (it is locked), so it was about 76 the whole time we were here

There was also a lot of outside noise throughout the night, but that comes with being centrally located on the strip The bar/restaurant downstairs seemed to have some great music and was a popular hangout Disfruta / Enjoy!🏔 🏨 😎

The Strater is a genuine classic hotel with all the ambience you would expect in an historic property such as this Take your time as you arrive to soak in the gorgeous lobby, library, and dining room Make sure you stop in the Diamond Belle Saloon for a bite to eat and enjoy the period costumes of the waitstaff as well as the incredibly talented ragtime piano player

We may have cut corners a little on our room choice as it was rather spartan and overlooking a roof area Many of the hotel rooms are very lavishly decorated in a Victorian style, but are quite pricey Our room did have beautiful beds and furniture along with original tin stamped walls and ceiling The bathroom was cruise ship size and somewhat of a challenge The location of the hotel is perfect for walking the main drag and all the available shops Two parking lots provide plenty of free parking nearby Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!

Really nice looking hotel with that real authentic old Western feel Beds were more comfortable than I thought they would be White noise maker in the room was appreciated

Slept well Cool decor Parking is generally a little walk because it’s very limited on the premises but it is free Not the best place if you want to bring in your mountain bikes We won’t leave ours outside in the truck We were lucky to be on the first floor I don’t think there are elevators There’s an awesome river walk trail close by to walk or bike

Jim and Leslie, the owners of the B&B, couldn’t have been better hosts So friendly and accommodating, genuinely nice people Leslie is a heck of a good cook

Farm fresh eggs from the “Chick Inn”, their chicken coop We had a minor issue in our room, and without us even asking, they upgraded us to a cabin location on the property The cabin is remodeled and is room, comfortable, modern and just a relaxing great space, located steps away from the main home We hope to come back and visit their place again!

Our stay was so nice, so many flowers in bloom around the pond and our cottage, the peaceful sound of the stream outside our bedroom window put us right to sleep The owners are so nice and she made a delicious breakfast, an added bonus was their home grown apples used differently every day Our cottage was very nice and cozy, we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family

A great place to stop if you’re exploring Southern Colorado My wife and I came in late, but the hosts had arranged a way to get our key to us They are dog friendly, so bonus points

The lot is on an old apple orchards, and the steams and old apple trees are wonderfulThe cabin was very well finished and constructed Shower was great Our cocker was a happy camper If I had any nitpicks, the shades facing the courtyard are a little thin, and I had trouble falling asleep with the light coming through Wife didn’t have any troubleBreakfast was included, made to order, and very tasty Our hosts made conversation while we ate and then they sent us on our wayOne suggestion I’d make is putting in a level 2 EV charger We’re considering an EV, and I think it’d be a selling point to have a home base to charge up Even paying 10-20 dollars a day extra for the convenience would be more than fairAll in all, if you’re exploring Durango, this is a great place to lodge Thumbs up

Just visited O-Bar-O for a wedding and loved it We were there for 5 nights and it was wonderful I will most definitely be back when I will have more time to just sit and relax

(Helped with wedding setup so ‘worked’ a lot) Can’t wait to go back and just chillax by the flowing river behind the cabins and read a book or just enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings Definitely recommend

It’s a clean hotel, comfortable beds, hot tub and pool area were beautiful but also under construction Breakfast was pretty good with a vast selection of different items Our room was dated and smelled very heavily of all the cleaners

Had to air the room out for a while before closing the door Good location, but very noisy @ night being right by the road Definitely book here in advance- HUGE price difference

Stabby Chick

My husband and I stayed here for right at a week It was our first trip to Colorado and this proved to be one of the more economical choices for our stayThe hotel appears to be a bit older and is currently under renovation but don’t let that dissuade you from staying here! Our room was comfortable, clean, and had every amenity we needed for our stay

The mattress, while nothing fancy, was comfortable and the bedding was great and surprisingly warm! I didn’t know that there was a crew working on the hotel until our 3rd night there In fact, I would have thought we had the hotel to ourselves for how quiet it was during our entire stay – even though I ran across other guests every day!As far as the renovations, I was shocked – I’ve been at many a hotel before undergoing work and it was always a noisy hassle I met one of the gentlemen working on the place, Tim, and he was just absolute a sweetheart and gave some wonderful insight on some local restaurants One morning, I saw him and his crew working on stuff and was amazed – my husband and I never once were interrupted by the sound of them! The pool/hot tub area was just wonderful! There were plenty of towels, it was well maintained, and offered additional access upon request (the hot tub was open from 3 pm -11 pm but you could request to get in there earlier or later) It was very clean and didn’t seem to be over-chlorinated It was very relaxing and absolutely gorgeous with the stone and plants everywhere! The breakfast the hotel provided was most excellent – make your own waffles and burritos! The food was all fresh and warm with a wide variety of sides – yogurt, toast, cereal, fresh fruits, etc If you chose to eat in the breakfast area, there was a lovely fire place type thing in the wall that was pretty and you could see all the mountains in the areaThe hotel manager(?), Mike, was just an absolute delight! Arguably, he was one of the best things about the hotel! He was super accommodating and just a great conversationalist; we ran across him several times throughout our stay and every time we just had a wonderful conversation We needed a late checkout and he made that happen with absolutely no stress for us – even though we told him kind of last minute! For longer stays, there is a grocery store and liquor store within walking distance To get downtown, there are 2 trolley stops within a 2 minute walk – we stayed a whole week without a vehicle and had NO issues getting around! We got in later on a Sunday and there were dinner options within walking distance, so that was nice too!TL;DR: This hotel is an excellent bang for your buck!!! We WILL stay here again when we go back!

STAY AWAY!!!!! I would give this a -0 if I could If you have reservations cancel them We had NO maid serve at all, none for 3 days

We had to go get towels everyday and there was no one to remove your trash or old towels Every morning we went to get breakfast all the platters, bowls, coffee or batter were empty No one overseeing and bringing fresh food Had to go to the front desk to tell them One morning I told them about the coffee The girl didn’t even look at me just said yeah I know she is getting more The last day we didn’t eat there This is also a motel, not a hotel, horrible experience They sure take your money and don’t want to give you any kind of a refund for NO serviceShame on you Best Western, I expected more from this chain Average or ok would have at least been acceptable

This was probably one of the cleanest IHG hotels I’ve stayed in, in quite some time The hotel seemed fairly new, but I’m not sure it was It’s right on the river with a big deck overlooking Animas

The gym was spotless with real nice/new equipment Our room was very clean, and the breakfast was warm There were plenty of options at breakfast I’m not sure why u have to pay $5 a day to park, but that’s not terrible If I had to critique anything, it would be the water pressure I wish it was a little harder Also, the lady working on the morning that I checked out seemed really hung over I left early on a Sunday morning I guess she had a good Saturday night She wasn’t too friendly or happy, but she was not rude

Alex Choi

We stayed at a room with balcony and view was great Good breakfast and walkable distance to downtown although I think it’d be difficult for folks who have trouble running across the busy roadCouple issues with room upon arrival

Room wasn’t clean, and blanket was dirty We carry our own light blankets so no big deal Wall is thin, so we could overhear conversationsIt’s pricy hotel, unsure if it’s worth the moneyOverall, decent experience

Hungry Madre

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express Julia made our check- in process so easy and effortless, she welcomed us warmly and suggested local spots around town This is a gorgeous hotel with a beautiful view and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk around

Continental breakfast buffet was A+ The omelettes, bacon, cinnamon rolls and juice were delicious! If you’re planning a trip to Durango, this hotel is the place to stay!

We have mixed thoughts on the General Palmer Beautiful old building, but it’s falling into neglect Numerous places of chipped paint and rotting wood

Rooms were comfortable, but the carpet is in dire need of being replaced The staff was…interesting(?) Some were positive and cheerful while others seemed out of it with no need to be working in the service industry No refresh of towels which is disappointing for a property of this class Great location right next to the train station We enjoyed sitting the hotel balcony and watching the engines shuffle the cars into play for the next day’s run Would we stay here again Not sure

World Traveler

Stunning Historic HotelYou will feel transported back to the 1800’s in this stunning property Heavy woodwork throughout the lobby complete with period furniture Sofas in the front windows to relax and people watch

And a large sunroom type area in the rear overlooking the railroad station Our room was large with an imposing four poster bed along with Victorian style chairs and an antique secretary desk A large granite vanity with sink and mirror was just off the bedroom with a clean bathroom as well Even a large closet with iron and board We were on the second floor overlooking Main St with traffic noise at a minimum at night Breakfast in the morning was found in the rear sunroom area and was plastic wrapped muffins and coffee That’s not breakfast, sorry On the next block down is a French bakery and restaurant along with a family style cafe Both were excellent Stay here if you want the real turn of the century experience in a convenient location to the railroad and shops

Suzanne Burns

The location was convenient but our room did not feel clean, particularly the bathroom I always bring my own lysol to hotels (I’m that person) so was actually doing some scrubbing myself There was splatter on the door and commode as well as visible dirt and dust

In retrospect, probably should have asked for a different room but not sure it would’ve been any different When we reported the conditions the response was simply thanks for letting us know though I would have appreciated more of an active response like we will look into this or we will address this We had it booked again for a stay in December but most likely will look at some alternative options
