Stayed in this hotel this past Tuesday May 10, 2022 for a couple of nights, to enjoy some relax time 2 AdultsWe have stayed here before several times when it was Ramada also, and we loved it Doing this past reservation we found out the hotel changed name and we believe is for the best

The owners of this property show to be very proud of their property by the way it is so well maintained This is a beautiful place, it is very quiet, beautiful gardens, beautiful pool area with Jazmin trees welcoming small birds early in the morning Such a manicured place, it is just so lovely The Lowdermilk beach is near, a very short drive to it The room is big, very clean freshly made beds 200 sheets threating, white as coconut and clean smell The breaksfast is so nice and fresh, with individually wrapped cakes, bottled juice, fruits, snack bars, and fresh coffee in the lobby Greg, and Ty are very knowledgable about the area and very nice, and they are so welcoming Warren and Wally are just amazing, remember them frim previous stays When we were looking to book in this area at first, we picked the hotel because it was the closest to the beach, but we were somewhat hesitant, because the Ramada brand is a medium rating hotel brand But, only to find out we selected a very special place, and with very special people, that care about their property, and their guests We feel so safe and at peace here, and this will be our going away hotel from now on, when we want to go on a break to enjoy the beautiful City of Naples Thank you Ty, Greg for taking this past reservation Thank you Wally and Warren for having made all of our previous stays so nice and safe We really appreciate this location and accomodationsIt is a very nice place, very clean, very beautiful, and very reasonably pricedBest Regards Health to all

For the Naples area, this hotel is a great value for the price point The rooms were clean and quiet, housekeeping and hot breakfast daily (first one I’ve had at a hotel that was actually good since covid!) and a heated pool and hot tub Also it was so quiet at night, even though breakfast seemed packed with people every day! The staff did a great job here

10/10 would recommend!

Dawn Downey-Aichele

For the most part, the hotel was decent Breakfast was good every day, but our room just smelled It was a very musty smell that only went away of we opened the door to the outside

Unfortunately, they were completely booked and could not move us Also somehow the inside metal latch shut while we were out of the room and locked us out Luckily the front desk was able to enter the room from the outside to let is back on Others with us had no problem with their roomsbut #134 needs something done to get rid of the smell

This Best Western punches far above its weight I stayed here for two nights to catch my breath during a long road trip, and boy was I glad I did This was the most pleasant hotel stay of the whole trip

The location was perfect for me: within striking distance of Naples, but also in amongst the stores and services I needed The whole design of the building felt very upscale, and the room did not disappoint Aside from the hot water being slow to heat up (unusual for a hotel), there was basically nothing wrong with it I had a balcony with a nice view of the green space behind the building, as well as the poolI didn’t get a chance to use that pool, but I did get a chance to use the business center The computer and printer worked great The WiFi in my room was also fast and reliable, still a rarity in hotels in 2022 for some reasonLast but not least, the continental breakfast here was magnificent Easily the best I have ever had Whoever is running that show really knows what they’re doing There was a slightly different selection of food each morning, with many, many options, and all of them good This Best Western could serve as a gold standard for other hotels as far as breakfast goes I was beyond impressedOne of the few things here that felt old and tired was the elevators They looked like they could have used a revamp

Might have been a nice hotel in its day but now looking a bit tired in so many ways Showing lots of wear and scars of use Staff was moderately friendly, sometimes seeming to just be going through the motion

Not many white people here and English is the second language Housekeeping was adequate and the included breakfast was subpar at best

Linda Pogor

Choice hotels rewards are amazingStayed here for a nightZero view but all the amenities in the room! Some rooms I noticed have balconies and overlook the pool and Tiki bar area

We got in late and people were still out by the bar It has TV’s and seems to be full serviceThey offer ‘build your own’ burgers, chicken sandwiches and appsThe breakfast offering is substantial and is offered until 10am

The room was even better then pictured and promised We were in room 5 The decor was so cozy

I now want my own LED fireplace Parking is limited, but luckily they’re quick to respond to text messages, so we were able to secure parking nearby via the manager The bed was a cozy king and linens were comfortable Finding two welcome flavored seltzers and coffee with sugar and creamer was a nice touch The Continental was unexpected but appreciated The water side of the place was so relaxing, we spent time relaxing there and socializing with other guests And Prime steakhouse in the corner was another gem! Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the water We’ll definitely be back!

Bonita Springs has been on my getaway list for awhile and I finally checked it off Let me start by saying, I will be back and I will want to stay here again I was skimming through hotels on google that checked certain boxes within my price point and when I saw this place it felt like a perfect match

Lets be clear, this is not going to be the perfect place for everyone Pulling up, the outside kind of makes me think of a well managed motel, if I had only seen the front before I booked, i may have said “nah” but I know I would regret that decision now The breakfast is nothing fancy, pastries, bananas, oranges, protein/granola bars, yogurt, some juice and coffee, but it gets the job done, if you want something more the griddle was free most mornings and could be used to make a mean breakfast if you were so inclined The kayaks and paddle boards are nothing fancy, but they work and we enjoyed them One of the 4 bikes had a flat when we went to use them, we let the housekeeper know on Saturday and they had it fixed and back in circulation Tuesday morning We were in room 2 (there are only 9 rooms and they all seemed pretty consistently filled while we were there) which was perfect for 2 people that are sharing a bed The kitchenette had good size fridge A little portable cooktop, a microwave, a blender, basic dishes, cooking utensils, a drying rack for after you wash everything and even a couple barstools that I don’t think we ever used bur were a great touch Is everything maintained perfectly? No, the place definitely has some DIY vibes going on but it was clean, comfy and there were no bugs in the room, plus the DIY thing is kinda charming sometimes in its own way even if it isn’t the pristine picture some people may want The plunge pool/hot tub was also great and we spent a couple afternoons out there with some frozen drinks we prepped in the room It can be set to one temperature and it takes awhile to adjust so don’t go expecting always a hot tub or to always be a refreshing cool temperature, anyone can change the settings at any time, which is both a blessing and a curse imo The thing that impressed me the most was all the little miscellaneous perks that I wasn’t really expecting Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers you can take and use for the day (availability limited), bug spray, sunscreen and aloe laid out on the deck for anyone to grab and use, waterproof phone pouches hung up next to the kayaks and more that I’m probably forgetting The staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were all very friendly and helpful I don’t know if I’ve ever been to the same hotel twice as an adult, I like trying new places, but I’d have a hard time coming back to Bonita and not booking here again after the experience I had Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed here with my family from March 31 until April 4 The hotel staff was amazing Justin, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and very accommodating

He gave us a beautiful room, and we will forever be thankful, it made our stay extra specialThere was construction going on, however it wasn’t disruptiveThe shuttle bus allows you to visit the golf resort down the road with a newly renovated poolThere were many great food options and the beach was beautifulWe will be making this a yearly trip!

Kayla W

My husband and I just got home from a four-night stay at the Ritz Naples Beach Resort While there is a lot of construction going on (which we knew about before booking!!), we didn’t find it negatively impacted our stay at all Our room was updated, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view

The food on property was delicious and the cocktails were great (Chris, the bartender at Dusk, was awesome!) We enjoyed the beach & pool, and took advantage of the shuttle to the Golf Resort where we spent a day at the pool/lazy river We can’t wait to come back and visit once all the renovations are complete!!

Laura Dembowski

From start to finish my time at Ritz Carlton Naples was fantastic, literally perfect Though it is under construction, it didn’t affect my time there at all Everyone made sure we were taken care of, the room was bright and comfortable and clean

Oh and the view! The view is so awesome there are no words Stay here and hang out during your visit, as food, drink, and beach vibes are abundant

DO NOT STAY HERE!! For the amount of money they charge (as if it were a 5 star hotel) you would think they would make a bit of effort on keeping the property in a much better condition The lobby had an overall rundown look The room was as clean as the staff could make it but all the furniture was chipped and scratched

The bathroom was dirty, there was mold lines along the caulk and a black stain in the middle of the tub The water pressure was next to nonexistent making a shower a fun experience The staff could use some assistance in customer service I asked for a couple of extra pillows and was told they were sold out so they had none Explain that issue I went down later the evening and asked if the clerk was willing to look and shockingly they found pillows Like I said JUST STAY AWAY, spend your money elsewhere

Ryan Kostecka

Great experience for our family vacationCheckin manger was very respectful to my familyHotel also had beach chairs and accessories that we could bring to the beach with us which the kids loved

The room and surrounding area was very quiet at night which helped the kids get a good nights restA+ Experience!!

Mark McMillan

Not impressed with this place at all It’s a really dingy old hotel It’s in need of the renovation that most other Hamptons have done recently

The beds and pillows are absolute garbage The design of the hotel is stupid because there is no way to walk upstairs to your room Front stairs only exit to the lobby and if you come in the middle entrance there is only an elevator I was also very annoyed that they can’t bother to replace the water jug in the fitness center Overall the breakfast was pretty decent but I don’t understand why they can’t stock the sugar-free syrup that is supposed to be standard in Hamptons for their waffles I’ll be coming back to this area soon but I’m pretty sure I won’t stay here again

1) I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and only 1 of the 2 elevators “worked”, after waiting over 7 minutes for it to come I reported it to the front desk but it was clearly a well known issue that, apparently, management is not in a rush to fix I was told by other guests, as they were leaving, that they have had the same issue during their stay

2) The hallways to the room smells bad, the rooms are small and you will be woken up to the sweet sound of construction going on3) If you go to theirs restaurant be ready to know what you want to order, as soon as you are handed out the menu, because you will not see you waiter for a good while, specially on weekends4) After being out all day, on Sunday, we wanted to stay in for the night and relax, ordered some food to go and got ready to watch the Super Bowl but “oh surprised!” the Hotel blocked ESPN in the rooms so all the guests will come down to their very crowded restaurant (keep in mind that I have a lung condition and that’s what I have been trying to avoid, this was my first vacation since the pandemic started and was being very careful of places I went) what a disappointment!!!5) The day before check out I asked at the front desk if there was anything I needed to do before the morning and the young guy told me I had to come down and hand them the room keys, which I have never heard of but whatever Came down at 6:00 am, waited for 15+ minutes, calling for someone, and no one ever showed up Called them once I got home just to find out that this was not necessaryBig waste of money, DO NOT recommend it to anyone, very disappointedThe customers are clearly not a priority at this Hotel!!!

Front desk and housekeeping crews were very attentive and friendly Room was ready for us even though we arrived earlier than the designated check in time Facility was slightly dated but was very well maintained

The facility had a nice bar and restaurant area to sit out by the harbor They offered complimentary beach chairs and towels helping us to travel light Would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect location Staff was excellent and very accommodating Nick and Michelle both went out of their way to make the stay pleasant and I loved every minute of my stay My first 2 days in the area were spent north at a major chain and I wish I’d found this sooner! I will be back

The rooms were beautiful and very clean I loved how some shops were connected to the resort and had a view of the Marina We had a huge balcony which was really nice

Everyone was very friendly and ready to help they allow you to check out beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach which was very convenient The gym was super nice and same with the pool area It is a large property so a lot of walking is required This resort has a lot of stuff nearby so it is a quick 7-10 minute drive to a lot of restaurants and shops I would stay here again if I come back to Naples

The food is nothing special Perfectly fine, but not going to knock your socks off We both had seafood dishes which were good, but not great

The crowd skewed heavily toward the 70-somethings, which may explain why they seem to not make much attempt to be creativeThe real attraction here is the location, with tables pretty close to the beach Although the patio is raised on a concrete deck, it’s covered in sand and near the waterThe service was friendly and reasonably attentive The menu offered just a few seafood dishes, which seemed odd for a beachside restaurant

Hotel was great!!! No complaints the room was clean The covers smelled like chlorine wich is a good indicator that the bed covers have been disinfected

There is a vending machine and ice machine on the second floor It does take credit cards Breakfast was a bit disappointing but nothing horrible Coffee, juice, toast, butter, and danish with milk and cereal Wish they had eggs and bacon but I understand for the price it might be too much Overall great stay

Kerry Krivoshein

I’m not sure if it was new or recently remodeled, but this is a template for what a traveler’s hotel should be Rooms were a little bigger than average, bathrooms were a bit small, but had plenty of room for storing extra towels, etc Floors were composite tile rather than the usual carpeting that gets dirty easily

Check in and check out was virtual, that is, a hotel employee was on a TV screen interacting with patrons in the lobby Parking was easy as was access in and out of the building There was an employee always cleaning something Breakfast was excellent and on time Beam me up, Scotty! The future is here!

Angela Valentin

Again this hotel manager lied The hotel does have bed bugs We have written proof from the doctor

She said she has never seen a case so bad in her life The Lee County Health Dept will be notified with the sickening photos of the bites over my husband’s body Do not stay here unless you want bed bugs If anyone wants photos I will share with you

Amazing hotel, pools, nice sized hot tubs Staff was top notch, room was awesome Could see the pool from the balcony, but had enough trees that it still had privacy

High end Italian restaurant attached, but I didn’t try it Didn’t come with the proper attire, but the poolside bar/restaurant next door was great More things to do around you than you can do, 10 minutes from the beach And the beach is gorgeous, my 11 year old didn’t want to leave Hell, neither did I 😂😥👍👍👍👍

My family loved this little garden paradise in the middle of the city The gardens surrounding our room where beautiful and we loved the large and comfortable space around the pool We had fun having a family shuffle board contest in the morning after enjoying a light continental breakfast

The room was not fancy but was very clean and offered plenty of space and storage for my family of 4 We loved having a small kitchen to make light meals or snacks The staff were very accommodating with any requests we had

We just wanted to get away from Fort Lauderdale so decided to go to the West Coast just for an overnight stay to cleanse our brains I booked the room the day before and the price was very reasonable for a last minute booking Check in was at 4:00 p

m but we arrived early We asked if we could check in but our room wasn’t ready BUT another one was so they allowed us to check in early Already #1 in my book We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room It was like an efficiency apartment A complete kitchen with stove, fridge, sink, dishes, silverware, microwave, pots, pans, plastic cups, along with dish liquid and a dish rag You don’t see this anymore The room was extremely clean You open the sliding doors to the garden where a table with an umbrella stood So lovely and tranquil The pool was nearby Also, they are Pet Friendly We had to bring our dog because we didn’t have anyone to watch her She loved it too I can’t say enough good things about our stay We will definitely be recommending The Fairways Inn to everyone we know and WE WILL BE BACK Thank you for a lovely stay

Calling the corporate reservation line was a huge headache so after booking online and arriving things began to get better Upon check in the front desk was very friendly, price matched priceline which was nice and quickly gave me my room key The room was clean, spacious and comfortable

The only issue I had was with service during the evening, I had called the front desk to ask for a few replacement items and they said I could just come to the front to grab them When I stay at a hotel vs motel one of the things I expect is convenience The front desk eventually sent someone to replenish items so at the end it was okay but definitely encourage the evening service improve Overall a nice stay and would come back

The room was awesome & the pool was a great experience The balcony has the AC displacing the heat directly into the balcony area, so you choose between a comfortable quiet balcony or a cooled room in Florida The dining & pool was serviced by a single person

The food was mediocre The location was great Definitely a middle of the ground experience

Gordon Wainwright

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to my needs My room was ready and waiting upon arrival The hotel is conveniently located for necessities, entertainment and shopping

DoorDash and the hotel staff complimented each other well Hotel parking is well planned out; I didn’t have to walk a mile to get the hotel after parking the car when I returned to the hotel late at night

From the moment I walked it, I was greeted and welcomed by all the wonderful staff! Jonah did an excellent job at informing me of all the hotel’s amazing amenities! One amenity was a shuttle service that took you to the beach which was driven by Perry! Perry was a real delight, informing me on the surrounding area Henry at the front desk in the mornings was very kind, and Robert was also a hoot! The property was clean, fresh, and essential to my trip to Naples! Thank you so much

This hotel has the BEST guest services and amazing amenities to make your stay a great one! Henry and all other guest services agents made sure we always had what we needed – beach chairs, cold waters, bike rentals, etc to make our girls trip special and unforgettable He even surprised my mom with some sweet treats for her birthday ready for us in the hotel room after a day out at the beach! It honestly made her day

Everyone treated us so well and made our time a special one Check out Shulas restaurant that’s connected to the hotel for a nice night of dining as well Would HIGHLY recommend Hilton Naples for your next getaway!
