With so many fine hotels in town it is surprising that this is the first time we have stayed here, but it won’t be the last Check in and check out went without a hitch The rooms were beautifully appointed and super clean

The views were terrific The bed was very comfy The woman who appeared for turn down service in the afternoon understood our liking for chocolate

Michael Banks

I always love Ritz-Carlton properties It’s a consistent experience at all of them and you definitely know that you will receive excellent service ALL of them are on the pricier side, and they make it as easy as possible to charge everything to your room

Overall, if you want excellent service and can afford it a definite recommendation from meThis one is located in the heart of downtown and walking distance to most downtown attractions

We went without the kids and had a great time It is a family friendly place though! There’s a few spots to eat, the food is good We enjoyed the bars and pool

There’s a private beach area that was great to hang out at all hours The staff was so friendly and accommodatingWe had appointments in the spa, messages and facials They were great, and the spa accommodations were so fun like the sauna and hot tubDefinitely worth our stay

Mandy

Nothing short of perfection! My husband and I just spent four days here and were sad to leave I have nothing bad to say about our experience at all! The property is stunning and meticulously kept! The architecture and decor is just beautiful…simple yet elegant! Every time we entered the lobby area my husband commented on how good it smelled! Service was the best we’ve ever had…from bellhops to front desk to room service to wait staff/bartenders/managers at Horizons and Primrose! They all certainly know how to cater to their guests and do it well! It almost is as if you are staying at a boutique hotel…small and intimate All food and drinks that we had were amazing! It was a little cool while we were there so we only walked down to the beach once, but it was a pleasant short walk down there

Normally we are beach lovers and want to spend as much time there as possible but it somehow didn’t bother me that it was too cold to do that on this trip It was enjoyable just staying on the spectacular grounds of the resort…didn’t really feel the need to leave We look forward to coming back! Perfection!

Absolutely LOVED the Henderson Beautiful rooms and lovely resort Service at the front desk was a little uneven, but all other employees were super nice and very accommodating

Special shout out to the young man who took care of our bicycle rental (Eric?) And valet Don, quite possibly the best employee on the site Wonderful job guys – thanks for your great service! Absolutely loved the pristine beach We will be back!

Very clean, quiet rooms, courteous staff I have stayed in many different hotels in all areas of the US but this on was perhaps the cleanest Lobby, elevators and room

Even the bathroom and tub were exceptionally clean and the room had none of that “hotel” smell Also very quiet The restaurant bar was pleasant but overpriced for ordinary food Garage attendants were prompt A great bargain for convenience to the heart of Santa Fe Worth being your first choice

Tyler Loeffler

Very conveniently located, but the rest was honestly a disappointment Started with making the reservation Made it online directly on their website, and once completed no confirmation email was sent

Had to call and confirm it went through (it had) and confirm my email was entered correctly originally (it was)My wife and I arrived the day of our reservation at 5:30 pm (15 hours after checking began) to be told our room was not ready The front desk offered an apology and to hold our luggage which was kind The room was ready about 30 min later, which gave us just enough time to get ready for 7pm dinner reservations so no harm no foulRoom was not what I expected for the price Wall covering peeling off in the bathroom, what I presume was a soda was splatted on the wall, door on the dresser covering the mini fridge would not close so was alway in the way in the walk way, door to the shower would not close and allowed water to escape on the floor when used, and only one spa robe provided in the room Our room was off the pool and had a private seating area which was very nice!Pool and hot tub area were very nice and well looked after There is a bar by the pool, and you can bring your drinks into the pool and hot tubs which is nice However you cannot bring in outside drinks which we did not know (and in hindsight just feels like a ploy to make more money off you) We were asked to bring our drinks back to our room by a polite employee who also warned he would get in trouble if security saw us I immediately brought our drinks back to the room and went back to the hot tub with my wife A few minutes pass and security comes to very obviously check on us The only other people in the pool area was a couple in the hot tub next to us (who told us they brought their own drinks in Starbucks cups) but security did not even look at them, staring just at us The next 20 minutes security hovered over us, leaving and coming back several times We got uncomfortable by this and we left the pool area and did not returnMy wife got a message at the spa and enjoyed it! The lobby space and hallways are clean and very charming But overall I found the negatives outweighed the positives There are several other hotels and spas in the area, and we will be trying a different one next time

We have stayed in the Chaco Hotel in Albuquerque which we love and wanted to stay in more of the Heritage locations This location is not as new as the Chaco but meets all the expectations of a high end hotel, from finer finishes, beautiful craftsmanship, clean environment and friendly caring staff The location is superb with all the attractions surrounding the hotel just steps away from the front door

We did encounter some issues but Roosevelt, a member of the team, was quick to respond to our concerns and confirmed we chose the right place for our stay! We also had an incredible time at the Agave restaurant and bar watching the Stanley cup, while enjoying some cocktails and food

This was the best family vacation spot We loved the spacious rooms and the layout of our 3 bed 3 bath Perfect size for a family & overall a very nice condo

Guest services were very quick to respond and take care of anything we needed Harbor walk is really cool for the kiddos and the views of crab island are amazing The private beach shuttle is very nice, they provide chairs, umbrellas & towels and their is a bathroom on the boatVery easy access to get picked up at by a boat if you know someone that lives nearby The firework show on Thursday was the best firework show I have ever seen and we had the best view of them at the pool I will definitely be back here!

Mitchell Freeman

The overall experience is absolutely amazing Easy access to everything and the kids love it The rooms are kinda small

You can hear EVERYTHING in the bathroom (hope you aren’t shy) The air show and fireworks on Thursday were awesome If I had a major complaint it would be the parking We always found a space but plan for your car to get a few dings The spaces are tight and the garage is always overly packed Entry and exit to the resort is tricky and always busy Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend

Amy Schumacher

Location is nice, hotel very confusing to navigate every day we would be in the elevator with someone who had gotten lost an their own hotel

a map would be good so the private beach, water was nice, shuttle drivers good, but NO BATHROOM!!!! Pool is small for the size of resortlocation on Harbor is convenient, but having coyote ugly across the parking lot made sleeping tough, they played music until after 3am every nighttough to sleep…was at the fitness center and was not allowed to use the restroom on the same floor, spa guests only

Absolutely wonderful spot This resort is only about 25 hours away from our home near Houston but you feel like you are so far away from everything when you’re there

The drive down the 3 mile long, curvy and hilly entrances is beautiful and really gives you a sense that you’re getting away from it all When you pull in to the entrance you can just feel that this place is just awesome Every single staff member we encountered were super friendly and nice The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty to do for everyone We love the lazy river/pool area We’ve been several times to Lost Pines and even when it was 107° degrees, the lazy river feels great Plenty of shade from lots of trees and the water is cool We’ve shot skeet, rode horses, taken nature hikes, the kids did build-a-bearthe place is amazing The restaurants are very good too There’s something for whatever you’re into and plenty of room for large groups We’ve stayed in the Governor’s Suite every time and it’s a great room Plenty of elbow space, couple of small refrigerators and a very large bathroom in the bedroom Great place all around and we highly recommend a stay!!

Lorena Abitante

It was really good overall The staff are friendly The property is gorgeous

You do feel you’ve escaped being there I think it’s over-priced at $575/ night They don’t give you a dang thing for that expense Only two bottles of water per room per day The skeet shooting and horseback and all other activities outside the pool cost extra They even charge $18/ day to self park And everything is expensive in the resort One complaint I do have is the lack of the respect to people who don’t have kids I know this is family oriented That’s great However, every night kids ran up and down the halls as late as after 11 pm and by 9 am And they allowed kids to ride scooters in the lobby At one point I’m dodging kids There’s one space where adults have to go in the whole building to have some downtime called Scribes I was told by staff that they are allowing children in there now Sunday through Thursday Just no! I needed some peace for just a bit They need to keep that an over 21 area They also need to close the doors so it’s even more relaxing Please consider that not everyone that visits has children And we deserve a downtime area Like I said, spectacular place with views of the Colorado River and wonderful lazy River Just leave adult areas for the adults Please

Benny Castro

A great vacation that really only needs some extra attention to detail to make it 5 stars and worth the priceI really enjoyed my time here The staff were all so great

Everyone was friendly and made us feel so welcomeThe room was nice Mostly updated and very comfortableMy main complaint with the hotel stay would be the lack of food/water There is no room service available, which is truly bizarre for a resort On top of that, the vending machine on our floor was broken, and the water dispenser was broken So we only had our 2 bottles of water This is something that is so easily rectified by simply having housekeepers stock the refrigerator with extra water on floors with broken machinesThe restaurants were all great The breakfast was delicious with nice variety The bar had a nice food selection tooThe Spa is included with resort stay, which is a really nice surprise There’s steam and dry saunas, jacuzzi and pool, gym and massage All very goodThe only complaint I had is the men’s shower was broken and only had cold water, which really sucks But after a sweat in the sauna you gotta do what you gotta doI really would say it’s great, and deserves 5 stars if they paid attention to the broken stuff It’s not a budget hotel, they should be on top of these minor issues that can take away so much from a guests enjoyment

I chose the Intercontinental Buckhead for my wedding room block this past weekend and could not have been more impressed and happy with the service From the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later, everything was handled better than I could’ve imagined Our luggage was promptly unloaded and brought up to our room

We hosted a welcome reception in the lobby on Friday evening The drinks and service were stellar and all of our guests had a wonderful experience On Saturday, the staff helped our wedding parties get up to our rooms to get ready before our ceremony Brian and Lisa, the event coordinators, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and pleasurable Every guest that stayed at the Intercontinental with us was impressed and said they would be returning during their next visit to Atlanta I could not recommend this hotel more! Thank you to all the staff at the Intercontinental for making our wedding weekend exceptionally unforgettable!

I visited here to celebrate our 21st Anniversary Our experience was very good overallThe staff was friendly and we were greeted warmly at the front desk

We dined in the Americano restaurant in the hotel and had a good experience The only this we had any issue with there was being told our food would come out as courses but the appetizer and entree came out within three minutes of each otherOur room at the hotel was great The room was very nice although it seemed somewhat small The room amenities in the room were very niceWe did have a maintenance issue when I used the shower and found myself standing in 4-inches of water due to the drain not working properlyWe found it odd that the pool closes at 9pm given it’s very light outside at that time during the summer months They should also take a look at the planters out there which didn’t seem very well maintained with the large plants being very dry and brownOverall, we had a nice experience and would keep this location on our list of places to visit againOur overall experience was good

Robert T

Overall my stay was comfortable They are doing some much needed upgrades Staff chose a newly renovated room for my stay which was acceptable

However, they missed the mark when it came to the small amenities (no luggage rack, no microwave, desk chair seat was hard, toilet could use a sliding door for privacy, mini fridge needed replacing and parking should be discounted for guests even 10% off for parking would do well as a gesture) The bar area could use a serious upgrade but they’ve worked on the foyer which is nice and the atrium is nice also My stay was comfortable but for the money spent I expected a bit more luxury

Staff is highly trained and polite Have helped us with all of our random questions The whole hotel is spot less and specious Rooms are bigger than normal Hilton hotels, we always take 2 queen bed and got small lobby, fridge, nice finished bathroom, multiple sink around the room 😁 well that is different well you won’t know until you stay here lol but it’s a perk I would sayNice big parking outside and beautiful view of the road we can see from our room Cool and vibrant place must stay here if you visiting Chicago city and the area around here

Fabulous hotel! I stayed here last summer and had the absolute best experience From walking into the hotel for the first time all the way until my last day, the staff were on point and able to take care of my needs at all times The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious! We stayed in the Deluxe King Room and there was more than enough space

The room was also stocked with the best drinks a snacks The hotel also has the only rooftop pool in the area, which has its own bar and snacks to order The hotel is located in a convenient area of the Magnificent Mile and is in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops!

Daniel McGrath

Truly a 5 star hotel experience Allison was able to assist us at check and make the process smooth All the hotel staff was very professional

There is no lack in amenities, and the rooms feel spacious as well as luxurious The bathrooms were especially nice; having both a nice tub and rainfall shower head Location was great since it was close to shopping and good food options Would have be nice to have a few more free weights in the gym, but it was still adequate Would definitely stay here again

Tanya

Came here to feel pampered and that’s exactly how I left It was my first time staying in Gold Coast and I LOVED staying here! Cameron at front desk was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating — thank you for making check-in a breeze! Can’t beat the location The beach is a short walk away

Amazing restaurants across the street Great places to shop all around Booked the Grand Lake View King and the view was insane! Ordered in-room dining from Somerset and the food was delicious and the perfect portion for me Had the bubbles add-on which was a great treat A true 5-star experience Can’t wait to be back here when I visit Chicago next 🙂

My husband and I stayed at Chateau Elan this past weekend for our anniversary weekend We had not planned to spend a small fortune, but did – simply on food and 1 spa service The massage was mediocre at best

We paid for a couple’s 50 minute full body massage and the staff didn’t massage my whole body I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they didn’t seem to care They were already paid and charged the gratuity automaticallyIt was nice to have the shuttles from one building to another It was also nice to have so many restaurants on-site, albeit costly We had hoped to visit the winery on Saturday, but the shuttled-in “wine tour” groups overtook the space leaving no area to simply chill out in So, we went to the Marc’s bar and just ordered cocktails I just felt like they were catering to the external wine tasting groups, and not to their guestsWe also had zero vanity lighting in our bathroom the extent of our stay, which was not too fun Overall, the accommodations were nice, beautiful common spaces, friendly staff

Katrina Bonds

We decided to do something different for Christmas Day and had dinner at Chateau Elan The buffet had too many options to name There were stations set up with too many options to name

Some of the stations had servers and some were self serve The servers all wore masks There was an entree station, meat carving, salad, desserts, and seafood Everything was delicious Our waitress was very attentive and encouraged us to take our time, which we did The price included food and non alcoholic beverages After dinner we walked around and went to the winery, purchased a bottle of wine and sat outside to enjoy it Overall a great experience!*We did not stay overnight, just spent the day there

Marri Glass

Beautiful location Great hospitality from the staff Had the salmon

the flavor was not something to wake my palate, plus for the portions, a starch would help to keep one from feeling the meal was not worth the price Now the cheesecake, oh my, that was divineIf you are going to the tasting room, make sure you wear something you can stand in for at least an hour on concrete, it may take a minute to find a seat

Recent two night stay at this property Very welcoming team and easy check in We like the location in Boulder and the pool and hot tubs weren’t too busy when we were there

The property has a nice outdoor seating area and on-site bar and restaurant Our room had a small balcony that looked over the mountains The room had a shower and a tub The housekeeping team was great during our stay We found the room spacious The in-site gym is functional but small We would recommend the property to anyone visiting Boulder

Patricia Bradby

Stayed here for a work trip and had the most lovely experience My room had a beautiful view of the mountains The soaking tub with the bath salts in the room was such a pleasant surprise

The water pressure in the shower was perfect The towels are large and the washcloths are thick The food we had catered in the conference center was all delicious, as was the dinner we ate in the restaurant (Jill’s) We loved being able to sit outside in their patio area and order food and drinks from the restaurant The location of this hotel is just steps away from great shopping and restaurants on Pearl Street We even walked out the back of the hotel just across the street to a walking path that led us to a nice park along the Boulder Creek for a picnic lunch We could not have asked for a better meeting venue I will definitely put this hotel at the top of my list for my next trip to Boulder

Patricia D. Eddy

I stayed at the St Julien in April for an event Everything about the hotel from the staff to the rooms to the amenities to the location was perfection

The rooms were some of the quietest I’ve ever stayed in I am usually *very* aware of folks in other rooms near mine as well as traffic in the hallways I heard nothing from the other rooms (and I know there were people in the rooms around me) and amazingly, I heard no one in the halls either The design of the hotel means there are a lot of corners to the halls, which does a fantastic job of dampening the soundsI didn’t get a chance to partake of the pool or spa, but every other aspect of the hotel was perfect One of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on in a hotel, and wonderful pillows The bathroom had a very thoughtful touch of a motion-activated very dim night lightRoom service was prompt and exceedingly friendly, the valets were prompt and courteous, and the hotel is walkable to almost everything you’d need I wish I’d had more time to spend in Boulder and at the St Julien, and I will definitely be back

The Sewanee Inn is an excellent hotel! Everything is first class The pillows are soft, they towels are luxurious, the coffee maker has its own sink and there is a nightlight in the room The shower is great and the bathroom has an exhaust fan, unlike most hotels

Half of the rooms have a view of the golf course The restaurant has excellent food The prices of the rooms are very reasonable for the quality This is a great place to relax

Hotel is beautiful inside Room is very nice, clean and roomy; beds are very comfortable There’s a $75 holding fee for incidentals

One drink vending machine only took cash, went to another vending machine and looked like it took cards; however, when trying it all it said was authorizing but never did anything so we canceled the transaction We went back to the room and tried to order some waters through room service but was told it might be a little bit because they will have to ask house keeping to bring it to us House keeping staff was very pleasant Restaurant was good, only one server available but she was great Parking options are either valet or self parking at another hotel parking garage for almost the same amount as the valet

Five star review, but that’s what I would expect to experience for a hotel in this price range Really impressive architecture inside, rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained Ate dinner at the 1st floor bar

Food, atmosphere, and service were terrific Really enjoyed my stay, first class Only surprise was the $24 mandatory valet parking (or go find public garage), though I did take advantage of it and appreciate it

The hotel is beautiful, but we were not treated well and some things are slipping through the cracks Valet was nice, but they are understaffed and couldn’t keep up with demand We saw them wreck a luxury vehicle in the rush of trying to keep up with customers

We booked the hospitality suite because we were in town for our wedding reception (my husband and I eloped last year in Kenya) and needed extra space to get dressed The suite looked nice but needed maintenance The Murphy bed leaned to one side and the first pack n play they brought for our newborn would not stay engaged (unsafe!) Upon checking out, my credit card was charged for a marble table that I’m sure was chipped before our stay Even after communicating that I noticed it was chipped while getting my makeup done, the director of sales charged us without doing further investigation This hotel looks great on the surface but its operations are struggling Also, the photographer for our bridal party called ahead to get permission for us to take photos inside the hotel; however that was not communicated with the staff on duty We were questioned by several staff members and watched like a hawk by the head of security even after he was given the info he needed It was such an uncomfortable experience and disappointing

Despite having brought probably over$200,000 in business to the resort over the last ten years, I will likely be finding somewhere else to bring my golf outing guests from now on Over the last two or three years the Grand Traverse resort has steadily reduced its level of service, the quality of its accommodations, and the competence of its staff, especially its management From being hours late checking my guests in, to not providing housekeeping service for 4 days, to refusing to provide separate checks to a party of 13 in the Aerie restaurant, to not providing airport transportation, to taking 15 minutes or more to answer calls to the front desk, to failing to have a manager on duty for three straight days, to rooms in need of repair, and poor communication resulting in some of my guests being overcharged for replay rounds on the golf courses, I was sorely disappointed by the resort overall

Three or four years ago, I did not have these problems It seems like the hotel management used Covid and the confusion issues from it to significantly degrade service levels and overall quality, while raising prices The golf courses are still in good shape and enjoyable, but everything else about the resort has gone downhill in the last several years I will definitely be looking for another place to take my group Crystal Mountain might be a good alternative although it is not as convenient as the Grand Traverse resort You’ll also notice that the idiots in management at the resort keep posting the same form letter type reply to all of the complaints people make That’s the same level of service and quality you will get if you stay there At least they’re honest, because even though they say they will discuss people’s complaints internally, they never say they will fix the problems in their canned reply See you can bet that the chances of getting the issues corrected are about zero I will definitely be looking for another place to take my group starting next year

While the staff was absolutely amazing I wouldn’t classify this place as a resort The shop that sells breakfast stuff was completely empty, the elevators weren’t working at times so we had to use the stairs , in addition to the elevator being located directly on front of the bar made it difficult to navigate, the last times the rooms were updated was probably 1974, my room rate was wrong , even though I told them at check in and they said they would fix it they didn’t so I had to now wait in line to have it corrected instead of just being able to express check out I will say the bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast buffet and omelet station was very good

We went to the house and home show so we didn’t actually use the resort, but we did take the chance to look around It is beautiful The shops are very attractive and there is a spa

We also drove past parts of one of the golf courses, but I’m not sure which one It looked very fun, but challenging The h and h show was really well done There was a big event room and everything was very well organized We enjoyed our visit very much

I love everything about this resort It’s a beautiful place I brought my daughter on a mother/daughter trip and we both had a great time

We took several wellness, meditation, yoga, stretch, and pilates classes All were enjoyable The room was very comfortable The device free areas was a nice way to unplug The serenity pool was very pretty and quiet Food was very good as well The Just Cook for Me with Cooper was so much fun She is talented and everything she made was amazing All staff we encountered were kind and helpful I would definitely come back again with my daughter or my spouse I would also enjoy coming back just as much by myself

Loved the resort and the people Everyone was so nice I came for a group retreat so we had our own programming but there are also plenty of classes and things to do

I will say however, that our group meals were underwhelming There was a great buffet so we could have easily gotten our food from the buffet then retired to our group’s room Our catered meals were cold and tasteless I’d return in a heartbeat to this wonderful facility

Cute, quaint, old building Delicious food The breakfast is *really* good

Great baconTouristy as all get out though, and priced as expected If they renamed it “New Mexico Land,” you’d know exactly what you were gettingThey give you an adorable bear on your pillow I brought mine home to my wife and she loves it That touch won the 5 star rating from me

Lindsey Buffamante

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Loretto Inn & Spa The staff was professional, attentive, sweet and super helpful We met for a last minute girls trip from all over the country and did minimal planning

The staff went above and beyond to help us plan and enjoy our stay The hotel was beautiful, clean, a short walk to a bunch of great restaurants and has an amazing breakfast We can’t wait to come back with the whole family

Anthony Rinella

Ate at the restaurant, the hotel as we walked through looked very nice There was a hand full of cool little shops within the hotel as we walked to the restaurant The location was outstanding so was the valet area at the hotel

The Inn is literally within the center of everything Santa Fe If we ever visited Santa Fe again the Inn & Spa at Loretto would definitely be at the top of the list for places to stay It’s a very nice property from what we saw

My visit to Goldmoor Inn was for dining onlyThe place is beautiful The owner is charismatic and very easy to talk to, he obviously loves this place

The inn is beautifulThe dinner could have been better Beef Wellington was overdone and the mashed potatoes were super thin, almost like a sauceWe’re not entirely disappointed we made the trip out here, but better food, or at least food and prices that fit us better can be found on the main Galena strip, without the drive

Jan S

This bed and breakfast inn will not disappoint! The location is amazing as well as the rooms, service and food The view is spectacular! The staff were always pleasant and anytime we asked for anything they were prompt getting it to us After the whole covid shut down other hotels have cut out a lot of their services and you have to specifically ask

We were pleasantly surprised to have our room made up daily with bed made, fresh towels, and a delicious full breakfast delivered to our room This is a definite place we will return to every year! Thank you to all who made our 45th anniversary special! Jan & Mike
