Honestly one of the nicest family friendly hotels we’ve stayed in and conveniently located only about 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara We utilized the gym, pool/Jacuzzi, complimentary bikes, and mini golf course Bonus is great breakfast food at the hotel and Starbucks coffee if you can’t make it over to Dune Coffee just down the street

John Weaver

Very good hotel but it has issues The most obvious is the expense I got the best deal available and it was 340 a night

Women should notice the warning about the hotel posted about chemicals used on property can cause birth defects Restaurant was not open but the Starbucks we No safes in room although they have one available at the front desk Marriot has terrible support issues so don’t bother with their apps

I stayed here for one night on my way to Big Sur I was in a pinch to find a place short notice and La Quinta ended up being one of the few options The outside of the building is cute and fits nicely into the area

The inside of my room was a different story The room was old and dingy The furniture was torn, stained, and generally in poor condition I could have let all of this slide since I needed a room short notice, but this facility price gouges on the the weekends and I paid over $400 for one night when it’s normally $150 If you find yourself in this situation just spend a bit more and stay somewhere nicer It’s frustrating, but not as frustrating as paying $400/night and staying in a room which was borderline odious The one upside is the central location hence the one star

Manny

Hey guys,I chose this place strictly on location A meeting I was in Santa Barbara for was right across the street The team there is super friendly and helpful

The entrance to the hotel is nice and there is some cool landscaping Haven’t been there before so not sure if they’re expanding the property or renovating but there is currently some big construction project underway It didn’t interfere with my sleep though I paid a little over $900 for a 3 night stay and for that price I did expect better accommodations The room was outdated and dark Hopefully this part of the hotel is next on the ongoing project

We had a wonderful time here Nice vacation spot with kids It wasn’t super busy too when we went

All staff were kind, professional and always smiledThe hike trail was one of my favorites, beautiful scenic view at sunset If you can’t hike it, you can access it via parking lotEvery part of the resort was beautiful for pictures I’d recommend to bring your camera !The bistro had delicious buffet options They had fresh juices and plenty of healthy optionsThe beach was okay I wish there was beach lounge chairs, umbrellas etc There was a dead seal and lots of flies It could be maintained better ( I’m guessing it’s not a private beach) The beaches on shoreline are better maintained and better for kids if that’s something you are looking forRegarding rooms, I knocked off one star cause we had pigeon poop all over the balcony And the toilet didn’t flush properlyOverall, I wouldn’t pay $1000 a night again This was my first time staying here but honestly you are paying for the name I’ve been to other 5 star hotels but this location wasn’t worth $1000 a night

C Bee

WOW The beach location of this Ritz Carlton is one of the nicest in the entire California for sure I have stayed at all of the Ritz Carlton Resorts in CA and I can say this beach location is one of a kind

It is truly gorgeous especially during sunset The sunset view itself is worth the $1500/night The room is also spacious comparing to the other locations More of a Spanish style which I miss I owned few properties in Barcelona and Madrid and visiting here last week reminded me back in Spain- We had a great time and we will be back when the weather gets warmer ;)As always, the ladies and gentlemen at the Ritz provided top-notch services

Shideh Bahmanyar

It’s a beautiful and vast resort with great views The food we had for the event we were attending were great For dinner they did multiple tables and had an amazing poke table that was my favorite! I wish I had more time to do the walk to the beach but we were on a tight schedule

Enjoyed walking through the property for our scavenger hunt activity! Sure got our steps in!

This was the cheapest hotel we could find for a Monday night stay While it wasn’t cheap, it was much better than the rest of the hotels in the area price wiseI appreciated the free breakfast (simple coffee, yogurt, small stale croissant type of thing, but not bad)

It felt safe Other guests seemed to be nice We enjoyed the people experience in this hotelOnto the bad part:While we were relaxing in the jacuzzi we noticed a huge rat running around the pool area That made me cringeAs we were eating our breakfast on the patio, we noticed that a previous guest left a plate with crumbs on the floor (tucked in the corner) I hope the cleaning staff is usually thorough and this was just one offThe pillow with the flowery pillow case smelled funny But the white pillows seemed to be okayOther than that the room was okay

My wife and I have visited this hotel regularly for well over a decade It used to be nice, quaint and very well kept We once loved coming here on special occasions, or just weekend getaways

We hadn’t visited in several years, and during our most recent visit (My wife’s 50th Birthday), we were highly disappointed We had friends meet us from out of town, and it was frankly embarrassing The property is in desperate need of updating Room furnishings were very old, worn, and cleanliness was questionable at best There are now long term residents living in the villa area, which at the time were filled with MANY tenants packed into one room Very sketch It’s sad to see what this once lovely place has become I hope someone is able to give this hotel the attention it deserves, and return it to the classy boutique hotel it used to be I was hesitant to post this, but these issues are easily solvable, and this place is too great to be left to deteriorate I’d love to stay here again, but not in its current condition

Guy Smith

We weighed out the reviews before we booked and decided to take a chance – and we’re so happy we did We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 5If you’ve read through the negative reviews, we didn’t see any bugs, our room was clean, the furnishings fit the character of the property, the mattress was comfortable, and the bedding was perfectly fine

We loved our room, the property, the breakfast, and the front desk folks were wonderfulWith that said, this is an old property, so no AC and the walls are thin We could hear the folks upstairs walking in their high heelsAnd in most cases there’s just one person working the desk – our check-in was quick but on a busy weekend you may need to wait a bitFor us this was a wonderful place, it felt inviting, a place you want to just sit and be

I seldom stay at a Residence Inn or a property in an industrial area, but I gotta say this place worked out great for usStaff was both very friendly but also savvy/efficient Got a bottle of wine as my market item welcome amenity

Breakfast spread was impressive compared to most “free continental” offeringsHotel is 3-4 yo and in very good repair Rooms are very clean and quietGiven the pandemic, we loved being able to play games and eat in our rooms (was visiting with my retired parents)If you plan to spend your time in Santa Barbara proper, keep in mind that it’s a solid 15-20 min drive from the propertyWas too cold to use pool or outdoor areas, but they seemed nice

Marian Grant

I had the most amazing time at this location The staff is amazing! The grounds are amazing There are BBQ pits outside if your wanting to throw something on the grill

The staff makes sure the pits are on and hot 4 1/2 foot pool and jacuzzi There’s also 5 hole punting Green While relaxing how about a game of chess? The is large so you can walk the board Friendly or highly competitive game of ping-pong Enjoy the out door patios and fire pits This is a highly recommended location if you like going to Santa Barbara and neighboring cities Enjoy the gym for a full workout! The indoor fireplace was lit the entire time we were there and the seating near the fireplace was very comfortable! Parking is plentiful

Farah Farah

The hotel is okay, nothing too special but the staff was not nice or helpfulI booked two rooms, and it took them 5 hours before they could confirm if the second room was clean up or notWe kept checking and they kept saying they will bring the second key to our first room but they never bothered to call us or bring it up

Eventually we had enough and went once again to check on it and they finally checked us inNo apology no nothing, definitely was not treated like a paying customerThis hotel is too pricey to be giving this kind of service

This was our third stay here and we can’t wait to come back again We (my husband and I) love the charm and quaintness of this place We love the large rooms, the kitchens, and the location

We parked our car three nights ago and never got back in it because everything was so walkable This visit we got lucky and had a room right by the pool We loved being just steps from the hot tub each night! The beds are comfy and the champagne in the fridge is such a pleasant extra! And like every visit, the hotel staff is always so friendly and helpful

Neil Stone

We arrived at this quaint hotel for a one night stay over on the way to LA We were greeted by Brent at reception who was very efficient, polite and informed us of the facilities the hotel had to offerWe dropped our bags off and were greeted by a clean twin bedded room, with good sized bathroom and kitchen facilities

We had complimentary champagne waiting in the fridge and little things such as putting water in the ice tray was a great touch! We felt the furniture and decor was a little outdated but it did suit the ambience of this traditional American hotelWe didn’t use the pool, but our room overlooked it and was nice to have a bench outside our room so we could relax in the eveningWe took advantage of the complimentary wine and snacks in the evening and although we were a little late for breakfast we were able to grab a drink and pastry before we checked outGood location to the harbour, which was a short walk away and the views were stunningLocal restaurants, bars and shops in the vicinity were helpfulIf were are in the area again we would definitely stay hereThank you for a great stay!

Ellyn Taff

We previously stayed here in 2020 and when we decided on going to Santa Barbara for our honeymoon, we decided to stay at The Inn at the Harbor So glad we did! We were upgraded to a suite along with a bottle of champagne! Pleasant surprise!! The grounds still have that tropical feel and the room was awesome! Love the fact that we can park the car and walk to the waterfront Thanks for contributing to making our special event even more special!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the pool area and jacuzzi were great with plenty of chairs and loungers to relax in The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we neededWe hadn’t planned on using the grab and go breakfast but after our first day that was all we had for breakfast

There was a good range and the cakes in the fridge were really nice! Good coffee too and the kids loved the range of cereal and fresh milk in the fridgeThomas on front desk was great, breakfast and the coffee was ready nice and early, great when you’ve arrived from a completely different time zone!

The staff at this hotel deserve 10 stars I brought my son to school and we stayed two nights The staff make you feel welcomed and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need

The room was impeccable and the grounds were very well taken care of You can tell the staff at this hotel take great pride in where they work The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good Coffee, oatmeal and other snacks Not to mention you can grab some waters for the day I highly recommend this hotel

Rosemarie Melkowits

I almost cancelled my reservation after reading some not so nice reviews but am sooooo glad I didn’t Is it older, yes, dated, yes as some reviews said but I can tell you the rooms were very clean the beds were extremely comfortable and the courtyard was just beautiful The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature

It was only 60 degrees during our visit and the kids were in the pool that’s how warm it was Breakfast was a grab and go type, yogurt, granola bars, wrapped banana bread and lemon cake, oatmeal, cold cereals, fruit also breakfast sandwiches that you could take back to your room to heat up The lobby coffee was probably one of the best I’ve had Joel at the desk was such a great help I can’t say enough nice things about him He somehow managed to place my daughters room close enough to ours so we could help with the kids, which made our trip even more enjoyable Victoria was also helpful All in all we had a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone

We stayed 3 nights at this Ramada and were very pleased ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful, every single person we encountered The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

We had a view of the lagoon which had multiple birds, turtles, and fish The pool and hot tub were clean, warm, and well kept They do offer a grab and go breakfast (we did not use) and have a freezer with some things you can purchase Our rental car plans changed and they were able to send a (free) taxi to get us at the airport within 10 minutes, and they arranged to have a taxi pick us up at the hotel and take us back to the airport when we left (free) If you stay here you will need a car or transportation plan, it is not within walking distance of anything other than a gas station and Ihop for the most part We used Uber had had good experiences with that For the price we paid (they were offering a stay 2 nights get 1 night free deal when we went) I was very pleased

megan lopez

If you like to sleep in past 8am this is not the place to stay Every time I stay here I get woken up at 8am consistently with the maids talking/laughing outside the room doors quit loudly The whole place echoes and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor does (I listened to my neighbor talk on the speaker phone for 3 hours from 6-9am and I could hear everything coming from the phone

) They are also doing construction and start working with Loud tools at 8 am as well No consideration for morning sleep here They have Comfortable beds, and cute patios, and they just started doing normal breakfast again so there is a plus

We had a good time in this place Clean Confortable

Good breakfast Dominique is really good host, she is very attentive In my point of view there are little details that need to be attended to be a five : the blinds do not cover well the windows, so you will have a lot of light There are a lot of things in the rooms, so you do not have much space There are ants, so you need to be careful with food And something that was not in her control was that neighbors were repairing things so there are a lot of noise in the mornings The hotel is pet friendly that it is a plus for us

Mrs Pops

Unfortunately, I had to arrive late I called in advance like my instructions told me too The cottages reminded me of a cottage I use to live in when I lived in Lake Tahoe

The rooms and outdoors pathways reminded me of my mom, who passed away in Feb The flower bedspread and table clothes to the brick curvy pathways I was delivered Breakfast to my room I told them the night before a later time for breakfast But while having dinner with my siblings, they wanted to be on the road at the time I suggested breakfast The cook did not have any problems making breakfast an hour earlier for me It is a really relaxing place I enjoyed the short time I stayed I needed the peace of mind It has been a tough year for me, and I left feeling a lot calmer than I did when I left LAX

missy marie

such a quaint, romantic, and cozy place the owner, dominique is as inviting and lovely as the space she has made the complimentary breakfast was a delicious quiche

i was able to communicate my vegetarian dietary preference and still had a filling meal the hotel cat, peanut is friendly and naps all over the property would definitely like to return here one day soon

Great motel in SB The room was great, well furnished (lacked a fridge though)Service was awesome, Ben (who speaks fluent french !) checked us in and helped us multiple times, he made the stay a really pleasant experience

They have a laundry room with washer/dryer, takes quarters: 25$ for the washer/2$ for dryingLocation is perfect, step from the beach while still being quietOnly thing we didn’t like was the spa and pool being at opposite sides of the motel(Also, freshly baked cookies? Yes please)

Alex McCaw

This is an awesome remodeled motel super close to the beach and funk zone We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it Easily walk to all sorts of great restaurants/bars

Beds were super comfy and the water pressure was solid Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars are the walls are very thin We had some rowdy neighbors who woke us up for 2 nights One night they were told to pipe down though Otherwise I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here in their ocean view suite It had such a nice room/patio! We enjoyed that we got complimentary glasses of wine with our stay Room service wasn’t going since it wasn’t the weekend, but we ate outside at the restaurant and the food and service was good

We enjoyed how they have games throughout the grounds (chess, checkers, croquet), how close it is to the beach and parks, and how the buildings are split up Great hotel and wonderful service by everyone!

khristine jackson

I had a meeting with some VIPS We also had to discuss “Top Secret” details concerning a project

So I decided to arrange the meeting in my suite I had stayed at this hotel some years back when it was owned by the late actor and hotel owner Fess Parker He guest starred in the television 📺 series called “Daniel Boone” This property is rather largeso you may want to have a golf cart ride you to your buildingencase your not in the main lobby area The hotel has made some up gradesgone are cookiesthey use to give They were so delicious 😋 🍪😂 I included a few pictures Unfortunately I couldn’t include pictures of the lunch and equipment because these VIPS would not want to be included in an online review what I can say is my view of the ⛱️ beach was superb There is a poolSelf parkingThe bed 🛏️ was rather shorter but really comfy I really loved the 🚿 shower The buildingsyou must use a key card as a safety measure There is a park close by and an area off property where you can exercise In the end even though it’s no longer the Fess Parker It’s still a lovely place to spend a weekend, vacation or have a business lunch on property

Catherine Berry

We stayed here three nights for an anniversary getaway, and it was wonderful! The property is beautiful, a set of Mission-style buildings facing the ocean across a wide expanse of grass and palm trees Our room was very comfortable, and the accessibility features for my disabled partner were top notch However, the very best thing about our stay was the staff

From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, often anticipating our needs before we even asked I will definitely stay here again the next time I need some pampered relaxation time

The reason we chose this hotel was because of the free hot cooked breakfast that was supposed to be included For the price, we thought that was decent considering we could have stayed elsewhere for the same price that included breakfast So that’s disappointing! Also, parking fee of $10 was not mentioned when booking room either

The deluxe room IS nice though because there is a bedroom and a living room (where the sleeper sofa is) so can’t complain about that Very spacious! So if you’re looking for free breakfast and free parking, look elsewhere I should have called ahead and asked all the questions prior to reserving the room!!

Pros; beautiful property, comfy beds, attentive staff also linens were soft ie towelsCons; Breakfast featured in pictures and on website but not available due to pandemic, pictures need to be removed and notated on website breakfast not available, also didn’t appreciate additional parking fee should be included in room fee without notice ALSO don’t book a room where room construction is below

Customer service was horrible when we first arrived Her name was Odalys She rude, doesn’t smile and not very helpful

The hotel is big rooms good size but it’s old So our carpet stain and the toilet Lots of bugs If it can be updated it would make the perfect hotel And they need new employees I am bummed because I forgot the name of the guy who end up checking us in he was AMAZING!!!

Sometimes it’s hard to find a good hotel where you can just relax, lying on a sun lounger by the pool, drinking a good Mojito, especially on a hot day Lemon Tree inn managed to surprise me, it’s an amazing place for the price, especially when comparing alternatives in Santa Barbara 20 minutes walk and you are already in the city center with a huge number of cool establishments, the restaurant in the hotel itself is also worth noting, it is really good, it reminds of the vintage atmosphere of the 90s, but what delicious food, it is even tastier with a 10% discount for guests

From controversial points, it is difficult to contact the staff, but given the busy days, it is quite difficult for them to answer everyone, but they try However, if you want to have a good time, this hotel is for you

Front desk staff was amazing, personable and professional They worked very hard to honor my specific requests for where I wanted my room located That was so appreciated

From desk staff, waiters, gardeners, housekeeping and maintenance you cannot ask for better service and friendliness I have been staying at Lemon Tree when I come to SB from northern CA for over 25 years, it is like coming home There are great restaraunts all around and a new Starbucks about 1 1/2 blocks up from LemonTree on State that is awesome You can’t go wrong with Daily Grind and their heavenly scones Can’t wait for next trip to SB and Lemon Tree

Overall hotel was fine Nice pool and breakfast My biggest issue is when we checked in on a Monday night they must have had several rooms available because they asked if we wanted the first or second floor

I opted for the first floor Everything was fine until the morning when they started to remodel the room right next to us promptly in the morning Lots of construction noise and there was tools and supplies outside of our room pretty much the entire morning We were planning a slow start the morning and unfortunately it wasn’t pleasant with all that noise The other minor grip was in the morning of our departure We had a very early flight and I went to the lobby to get coffee and it was empty The desk check said there wouldn’t be more until breakfast started, which was slightly disappointing, as we had to leave prior to breakfast I thought it would have been nice if he offered to make some more

This property was great for our one night stay Breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff very helpful and courteous!Bianca went above and beyond in helping us get situated after a 45 hour flight delay, car rental closed, etc etc

Then having my phone fall out of my pocket in the taxi Everything that could go wrong went wrongThe welcoming of front desk staff, the help in locating my phone (iPad app) to locate the address where my phone was and the phone call made to the taxi driver was all facilitated by the team They were wonderful and I so appreciate the help Taxi driver brought it to me when picking us up in the morningWe will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to allThank you staff!!

If you are looking for yourself or your family, reconsider there are much better hotels in the area with a friendlier morning staffI told the receptionist I needed to reserve for my family and at first, I was met with friendly customer service Everything went South from there, some staff receptionists were sarcastic and aggressive was checked out without my knowledge when attempting to rebook since I did so from my computer

I was constantly contacted by the property and there is absolutely no privacyOn the last day of the reservation, I was unable to access the room because I hadn’t “paid for it” despite them running my credit cards every day of my stay Communicated to the staff consistently about my situation and contacted all of my banksUnless you want to be stranded in Santa Barbara, stay somewhere elseThe housekeeping packed my things and I am still looking for my watch”I have 4 pending charges on 2 cards so I would appreciate it if someone could explain the situation better instead of rotating among numerous employees that do not know the circumstances, my family was in town for my birthday and this has been by far the worst experience I don’t need an explanation or passive-aggressive response, clearly, other customers have had a similar experience ^^^”

This is a nice hotel I went here and was satisfied with my experience I booked this hotel online and checked into it

This hotel has the doors of their rooms on the outside, so you have to walk around the hotel to get to your room However, the hotel’s parking lot stretches around the hotel, so you can park right in front of your room The room I stayed in had two beds and a bathroom with a pretty large shower, but much to my surprise, the room also had a kitchen and dining table with four chairs, which was pretty nice The interior of the room was pretty dated, but other than that it was nice This hotel has a restaurant as well with some pretty good food I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice, big rooms and a restaurant as well

Outstanding service by Gabriel who not only checked in all 8 of us on our Gal Pal trip from San Diego April 10-14, 2022, he calculated what each of us should pay individually, which was a complicated procedure Later that evening, he helped us find a missing credit card At all times he was very calm, professional and listened very well

He has excellent listening skills and is very personable He was our hero!

Hotel is nice, but housekeeping and front desk are hopeless Do not expect any sort of housekeeping or maintenance They state their lack of housekeeping is due to COVID measures, meanwhile none of their employees were wearing masks, so it’s quite clear that this is a cost-saving excuse

However, they say they will come by to do housekeeping and give you new towels if you request itthis is a pretty big stretch of the truthDuring our stay, the toilet wouldn’t flush We called the front desk and asked them to fix it while we were out for the day They said they would Nothing happened We then called again and someone finally fixed it The maintenance person very strangely didn’t seem to have a key to our room, which I found very oddThe next day, we asked for towels while we were out Again nothing happened Our pile of towels was left in the room and we were granted no clean towels We called again Their solution to the problem was to leave a bag of towels for us on our doorknob for us to set up AND they gave us the wrong amount of towelsIt seems like the staff categorically don’t have the ability to access rooms, which is the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard of for a hotel I wouldn’t stay here again

Really appealing updated motel calling itself a hotel The design is quite nice, but they’re aren’t done just yet Currently being renovated, so note that it’s under construction

Restaurant looked really nice, but it was closed, as it usually is on Monday and Tuesdays sadlyTried to get an espresso as we were checking out Wednesday morning, but they closed 5 mins before at 10:30Nice but missed the markWish o could do 2 and a half stars

This is a nice little hotel with competitive prices, good service, free parking and is very dog friendly The grounds were well kept, the pool was large and heated, and there was a small area where dogs could relieve themselves The room was comfortable enough but was beginning to show its age

The bed did not have a box spring so it was a bit firm, and the down pillows needed to be doubled-up to provide adequate support Shower pressure was good My only complaint was that the happy hour menu items were a bit pricey for the quantity Plan on ordering two of each item! The ambience in their outdoor dining patio was really nice

Christine Lauer

I’m giving one star not because I feel that this hotel is necessarily a one star hotel in general quality, but I paid over 550$ a night to stay here for memorial day weekend with my family and they market this hotel as a classy boutique hotel The biggest problem we had was that on Sunday night, the hotel (on a relatively small property) without any warning hosted a sorority formal, and was PACKED with college kids running around being mildly loud and disruptive to a property with kids and families in bed They played music for hours past when they said they would, loud enough to feel bass thumping while laying in bed

The teenager at the front desk kept telling she thought it would turn off soon! At which point we asked a refund for our night It is kind of cute, but it is a motel that got a kind of lackluster makeover, its lobby is very cute, and I will say the restaurant is good, but the place runs like a motel! They advertise housekeeping which we couldn’t seem to get them to provide, everyone who worked there seemed 19 years old and lacked experience in service industry The rooms are very small and don’t include many amenities, and our shower drain was clogged when we arrived, so the first one of us to take a shower was standing in 4 inches of shower water by the end of their shower, and the next person in line had to stand in the last person’s shower water left over Overall the nice things about this place were so far overshadowed by the absurd price you pay for a motel about 15-20 minutes outside of SB The advertising of the place is a little deceptive, it is basically a motel with lipstick on Don’t be fooled 😐

Very nice location A couple of blocks from the beach We had a very roomy, corner unit

It was very clean and the bed was very comfy I only had very brief encounter (check in) with Greg the owner who was very nice Never met his wife We were there the week after 4th of July, which I guess is peak season because our room @$360 p/night was a bit pricey I’d stay again but, would plan to go off season

S.V. Fire House Cat

Serving Santa Barbara since 1976, Greg and Jennifer Mishkin, owner-managers of the Pacific Crest Hotel, (pictured) delivered quiet, clean and safe accommodations for my visitThey indicated welcoming and serving prior happy guests, over time, has been/is is a very rewarding part of their lives After staying at several of the larger name brand hotels near by, it can be stated their service standards exceed the competition

A definite recommend Book directly through their website for best price and fewer headaches!

Christine Harvey

It’s hard to get past the treatment I received from the owner but will say the room was fine just know it’s a renovated motel, that comes with small bathrooms and no food or drink options on site Beyond this, be wary of the hotel owner, Greg- he is very unkind Before even checking in, I had a tragic family emergency and prior to arrival I wanted to cancel the last night of 3

I had booked the nights using points through Expedia, and they would allow me to cancel the third night if the property gave permission I had called numerous times with no response from the property, and at this point, I had only been receiving confusing communication via text from Greg When I finally did get a call, Greg, the owner, not only showed no empathy whatsoever, but threatened that “if I said another word he would not allow me to stay at the hotel at all” and that those working for Expedia are “foreigners and liars,” before hanging up on me I never Please consider the kind of person you are supporting by staying here
