Comfortable, kid-friendly stay! We stopped in for one night on our way to our vacation destination and had a great experience! We watched the fireworks from the rooftop pool and made such a fun memory! Breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone in our group of 8 + 1 pet Staff was kind, informative, and quick to respond to any need we had Easy to access from the highway

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean but it did seem like the shared areas were not quite as tidy Granted it was a holiday weekend, it really didn’t bother us at all We enjoyed our stay! I also noticed a great little gym with cardio & cable machines It was a rest day for me so I didn’t utilize the equipment but it was a nice setup Overall, we felt it was a great value!

Capt M

Clean huge room Accommodated my family of 6 with plenty of room to move around The whole hotel was clean and smelled amazing

Beds were super comfortable The pool was nice and warm and was neat to be able to swim on the third floor Staff was amazing and super helpful One of the best hotel visits in a long time Breakfast was also wonderful and fresh

Sheila Y

Hotel is nice and clean Super friendly staff and they have a shuttle to take you to venues The only reason 3 stars on location was due to the massive road construction being done right there

Made getting into the hotel difficult and also difficulty finding local places to eat So, we ended up door dashing food to us at the hotel Cleaning staff was super nice, too!

Cristina

The Hostel was super cool They have a fire station museum and you could asked them about a tour, so it was awesomeThe rooms are really great, that have restroom inside, what’s really convenient

The location is little bit far away of downtown It’s not to far but if you want to go in the middle of the night there is not a lot of lights The good point of this is that it isn’t noisy at allI discovered that they offer a continental breakfast (toast, cereal, juice and milk) It could be a great point but in my case the bread was out of dayA part of the breakfast (I didn’t expect it because when you booked it they didn’t mention it) I think that it’s a good Hostel

Annie Esteve

I had an amazing experience at the Firehouse Hostel It’s right beside a beautiful park and feels quiet, but it’s also walking distance from downtown and many coffee shops and restaurants Inside, the hostel was clean, spacious, and bright

It is also a colorful museum with a lot of character Mazh, a volunteer, had a warm energy that helped me feel welcome I’m already recommending the place to all my friends

Margherita Romano

Clean, quiet, and comfortable Everyone was very friendly and helpful The location in the park is very pretty and walkable to downtown

The beds were very comfortable, and this was the most quiet hostel I have ever stayed in The beds and bathrooms were also spotlessly clean The building is small and cozy, a very home-y, comforting feel

Solid 4 stars, close to everything, in a relatively safe tucked away spot just off the 630 on-ramp They supported early check in and late checkout but not last noonToiletries were average, for 100 a night after taxes I expected better shampoo and body wash

Small TV and kitchenette including sink and refrigerator No odd smells, AC blew cold Staff was warm and pleasant

Sarah Lou

I wanted to share my positive experience as a guest here at Guest Inn & Suites I made a last minute reservation and spent a few days hereI couldn’t have been happier with the positive attitudes and good vibes the staff had

I think I had interactions with most of the front desk crew during my stay I was having an emotional night and Ashley really made my night and my entire stay I wanted to say thank you to you both!! I still have my hugsThe rooms were very clean, no problems there at all Fresh linens and extra pillows that were amazingThe breakfast bar was spit on Great varieties of breakfast foods and beverages The little convenient food bar in the office was very beneficial tooOverall it was a brilliant place to stay with excellent staff I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are having to travel in from out of town to visit St Vincent’s Hospital It is located on the hospital’s campus It’s not the biggest hotel so book a little in advanceThank You to all the staff I needed a little vaca from everyday life and you all were incredibly amazing- Sarah K

Susan Cardwell

The room was really old and run down looking The beds were terrible, you automatically rolled to the center I have to give the staff 5 stars, they were really nice

But, I think it is too expensive for what it is The breakfast was almost nonexistent A muffin or bagel and coffee isn’t even much of a continental I won’t stay there again

Great stay We had to make a same-day reservation, got in around 11pm The front desk was so friendly and nice

The room was lovely Water was hot The nearby attractions/amenities binder was such a nice touch and it’s a shame we only could stay one night Kudos to the staff for keeping this little place so pleasant–and just off the highway, tooIf we come back to Little Rock, this is very likely a place we’ll land in againThanks, y’all <3

Stacey Zoller

Arrived at 2am on a frigid night and just needed a good place to sleep This place was great! Cedric at the front desk was very friendly The room felt older, but it had a 5-star bed — super comfy! Perfect mattress firmness with a pillow top

My complaints: there were some significant stains on the carpet, the desk chair was pretty tattered, and no bags in the garbage cans But the bathroom and bed were clean and nice, and those were my main needs Factoring in the price, I’m giving this place a 5-star ratingThere was what Cedric called a “grab and go” breakfast, but I wasn’t around for that in the morning And the room included a mini fridge (with nice temperature regulation!) and a microwave

Roy Decker

I have been a Diamond member for quite a while now, which lets you know how often we are in hotels When we arrived yesterday evening, there was nobody at the desk for close to 20 minutes, and several of us were waiting to check in to the hotel The cart for luggage is not in very good mechanical condition

I was told that there were no first floor rooms available even though this is in my profile, and I also requested one when booking our stay The hotel states ADA compliant; however, they do not have an elevator, and the sidewalk leading to the Disabled Parking is blocked by a bench they have chained to one of the disabled parking signs The room seemed nice and clean until we went to take a shower The shower rod in about to fall off the wall and there is a lot of mold on the caulking and ceiling and dirt caked into the corners

Stella Mutrux

My mom, sister and I stopped in LR on our cross-country move to Nashville We needed a safe, comfortable place to stay with our cat and Rosemont bnb beyond exceeded our expectationsWe stayed in the Treetop Cottage, a 1 bedroom 2 bath with 2 beds, a queen in the bedroom and a king in the living space

There’s also a full size kitchen, dining nook, long hallway and private patio with string lights to enjoy the evening outdoors One of the bathrooms even has a large jetted-tub!Charming does not even begin to describe the space The house is a Victorian and the incredible craftsmanship is quite evident, however totally restored with everything working/functioning perfectly Really wonderful details throughout, you just have to come see for yourselfWe came in May 2022 with very temperature and mildly humid weather, a little rain, but I imagine the ceiling fans and fireplace keep you comfortable at any time of yearThe neighborhood felt very safe and was centrally located There is a wonderful cafe about four blocks away called The Root which you must visitI’m already looking for excuses to come back!

Sam Smith

We LOVED our stay at Rosemont B&B Cottages We had a beautiful little suite up on the second floor with our own private balcony–but then almost all of the rooms have private balconies or seating areas The bed was comfortable and we had a jacuzzi tub

the cottages also have a back garden area that has five or six different seating areas If you want to cozy private get away in Little Rock I highly recommend Rosemont B&B Cottages

Sarah Simone

I am a busy mom that works full time and goes to school full time and i was looking for a get away for the evening for my birthday I called Rosemont and at first they did not have any vacancy however, they called me back and were able to accommodate me in the gardener’s cottage What a hidden gem! I had a keyless entry/check in and i can not say enough about how great this place is! I enjoyed a private balcony with beautiful lighting, i enjoyed sitting by the fireplace reading my book in peace and quiet, i had an amazing dinner, the kitchen was perfect and stocked with good coffee and creamer, the jacuzzi tub was amazing, the bed was super comfy- It had all the touches of home and was decorated so cute! I felt like i was in the country and not in downtown- This place is somewhere i will definitely return to!

Very clean Rooms are small and a bit dated (no fridge or microwave) The view on the river side is outstanding! The Robinson Performance Hall is adjoining, so perfect place to stay for any events there

Easy walk to many dining choices Ice machines were all turned off, but found a small ice/water dispenser (and a microwave) in the tiny market next to the front desk

Sam Wren

For a place to stay overnight I cannot recommend this hotel The view was nice, the a/c was cold I was on a road trip passing through

I let my daughter pick the hotel and she wanted one that had lots of good reviews, like this one I will cut to the chase Breakfast is offered $16/adult $11/child Parking fee $12/12-hours or $15 through the hotel where you can come and go The beds were eh maybe 2/5 Pool does close at 9pm Getting in and out of the hotel, it’s downtown For the price point I would not recommend unless you plan on actually staying maybe There is a deposit of $50 Staff were okay, but I tried not to ask for anything If you are passing through, look elsewhere

Clem Mich

This hotel is average a best and has low value for the cost At $170 per night plus $15 for parking is high for a hotel that doesn’t provide towels, doesn’t empty trash, etc, for a four day stay I asked for a 2 hour late checkout that was denied

I would recommend searching for other hotels that provide any time of customer service I get that there are pandemic impacts, but the price needs to reflect zero services

RECOMMEND 100%! This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed! It’s difficult to express in words how much we loved our stay at The Baker! The Turret Suite was everything we could have hoped for and more! Absolutely stunning! There are no words to explain how WONDERFUL the owners and staff are! Owners were VERY quick to respond to any texts messages! Kila & Beatrice-WOW!! The owners are very blessed to have these 2 ladies helping to represent them! Both are the sweetest ever and are TOP NOTCH employee’s that went above and beyond in customer service! Due to the winter storm, Kila stayed on property to make sure the guests were ok and was there for anything that we needed! I have never felt so welcome as we did here HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Side note, but an important note: They provide Charmin toilet paper in the suites not a cheap tp brand like many others!! =))

Katherine Taylor

I can’t say enough positive things about this place The building itself is absolutely gorgeous and the renovation kept it true to its historic beauty We stayed in the turret suite but were part of a wedding party so I got to check out all the rooms and they were all equally charming

The separate cottage was lovely as well The ONLY drawback is the lack of parking specifically for the Baker, but even on a weekend with another public event, none of us had any problems finding parking If you’re considering booking this place for a weekend getaway or a wedding, don’t hesitate for a second You won’t regret it

Mark Timmons

The Baker house is such a beautiful and historic home riding downtown North Little Rock in the argenta district It is a great place for a wedding and wedding reception The house is closed to the trolley line which can take you over into Little Rock to the River market district

It’s also close to Simmons Bank arena There are great restaurants in the vicinity and actually it’s just in a perfect spot to where you can go for walks and don’t have to drive!

We are staying her now and have been for a couple of weeks, We were staying somewhere else and switched and it was night and day, this hotel is great, clean, room service is great, clean linen and everything smells clean , pool is clean and kept great Very glad we are staying here now and will be for 2 to 3 more weeks Beds are very comfortable, if they had 6 stars to give then that’s what they would get

The room was clean But the man in yhe office lied to me about how much the room was supposed to be He over charged me by 12 dollars

When I said something he got really mad and said he would give it back to me But he ended up taking another 12 dollars off my card When I told him what happened, he started to yell and threaten me When I showed him on my phone, he started yelling I don’t care about your phone But I needed the room so I didn’t care, I wasn’t going to fight over 24 dollars But there are at least 4 other hotels/motels right around there Don’t go to the Quality Inn unless you want to be ripped off and yelled at The man was a complete jerk

Mark Niemeyer

Wonderful indoor camping experience! The first room we were given smelled like smoke and we thought it was cigarette but in hindsight it was likely meant to resemble a campfire Had we known of the immersive experience they were trying to convey, we would have stayed in the room It wasn’t until our second room that we truly appreciated the indoor camping experience! The various creatures of the great outdoors that greeted us took us back to the great camping experiences we had with our boys in Cub Scouts

The dead cockroach under the couch was nothing compared to great entertainment of me chasing a large spider around the room It was like the campfire skits of the past! We went to bed in awe of the ambiance and wondering what else was in store The next morning did not disappoint The hundreds of ants swarming the coffee station confirmed what we knew all along—that our immersive indoor camping experience was complete! Thank you Quality Inn of Jacksonville!

The hotel is “alright” Nothing terribly wrong with it but definitely could be better The staff was very nice during checkin/checkout

We left around 8am the next day and never saw a breakfast setup The room smelled mostly like mildew when we got in the room It could definitely be cleaned better as there was dirt/mildew in some corners The main surfaces were all clean thoughIt’s a cheap hotel I wish I had spent more on a cleaner hotel but our stay was honestly fine You get what you pay for in this situation so if you’re looking for something clean, go elsewhere, otherwise, it seems safe and has easy access to your car and the main roads

SCAM ALET!!!! WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel is running some type of credit card scam DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a room a head of time

Arrived to check in and when the so called owner was running my credit card I selected credit instead of debit He got very agitated he said were not going to do that Got very angry and began yelling when I asked about running my card as credit The man told us to leave after charging our card, threatened to call the cops He said he was the owner and that he didn’t care that he was putting kids on the street for no good reason DO NOT STAY HERE SCAM ALERT!

Ms Davis

They have bedbugs and roaches everywhere, the room was dirty,Poor customer serviceThey took all my money for a Monday to Wednesday stay after stating I would get a refund We showed them the bites and they had absolutely no remorse for how bad our stay was including our kids I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

I’m a little surprised this hotel does not have a higher rating as our stay was excellent in every aspect We actually stayed here on way up to Chicago and were so impressed we stayed again on the way back Room was clean and the view was great

Staff (Mark) was helpful and friendly Breakfast was amazing and the staff there super friendly alsoIf I’m ever in Little Rock, AR again would definitely stay at this hotel Definite 5-star experience

Lizzy Boo

I liked the 2-story suite I stayed in It’s obvious that it was at one point two separate normal sized rooms which was converted into an upstairs-downstairs suite That’s not a complaint, by the way

I’m actually intrigued The upstairs bathroom had what looked like a jetted tub I didn’t use it to confirmOverall, the suite was neat and clean, with all expected amenities and no real issues My only complaint would be the soap dispensers on the shower walls The upstairs’ body wash dispenser didn’t produce any soap even though it was full Guess it was clogged or somethingAnyway, it was a comfortable stay and I’ll stay again if the stars align

Timothy McCollum

First, the breakfast (except the pineapple) was edible at best Hard and cold biscuits and gravy, bacon crumbles (for bacon), powdered eggs, and the potatoes were tasteless and coldNight one our AC unit soaked the carpet because the drain was blocked

We were told someone would be up to repair it We left the hotel and 7 hours later not a soul has shown up Called the front desk, the manager says “ I just got here and don’t know anything about it “ Someone did however show up this time It could not be repaired and we had to pack up everything and move to a smaller roomLast but not least, the pool From a distance it looks nice When you get closer, the water is cloudy, filthy with trash, and the sides are coming apart We actually tried one afternoon to enjoy the pool We were there about 30 minutes before no less than 30-35 kids show up all within 15 minutes of each other They were loud, rude, inconsiderate (slashing water all over people laying out ) It was pretty obvious these individuals just showed up without parents and weren’t staying at the pool The few people who were there before also left like we didLastly, the pool closes at 10pm There was yelling, screaming, partying in the pool way past that and it was very difficult to sleep I did ask the front desk to enforce the hours She said she would send security down Needless to say, it took another phone call and time to get it enforced so we could actually sleepThe staff overall were nice I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone It’s a wannabe Marriott in disguise as a motel 6

Absolutely beautiful! Modern, upscale, comfortable, quiet and friendly full service hotel and facilities The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Little Rock The location is perfect for business and events in the city

It is also attached to the convention center The lobby, common guest areas and my guestroom immaculate and decorated beautifully My guestroom was above average size for a hotel It included all the nice creature comforts and amenities you expect from Marriott The hotel staff associates were very nice and efficient The afternoon front desk registration staff were amazing when I checked in Not only did they provide excellent customer service, but answered many questions regarding restaurants near the hotel My stay was brief and I was unable to experience many of the hotel’s amenities However, I have no doubt all the hotel’s amenities and services are “top notch ” and consistent with the superb Marriott Brand My colleagues and I had fantastic, peaceful and enjoyable stay! I highly recommend this beautiful, friendly hotel!

Heidi Hemmat

This Marriott is really great and I especially enjoyed all the amenities The fitness center was nice and clean The rooms were spacious and clean

The staff was very nice and helpful The only downside was the on site restaurant that claims to be a steak place I got an over cooked 50 dollar rib eye, my employee got a really under cooked pork chop, which will give you food poisoning They tried to make it right but definitely failed Otherwise, the hotel was so nice and the people so friendly, I give it 5 stars

Nitron

I was pleased with this Marriott property, especially after a horrible experience at a Hilton Embassy Suites a few miles down the road The rooms are clean, updated, and modern The bathrooms are smaller than expected and the toilet is a little too close to the shower

those were the only things that were less than ideal Everything else was just fine I really appreciated the 24/7 M Lounge accomodations! The staff inside the lounge was very nice and attentive Overall, I enjoyed my stay

This is a great location with a ton of options around the hotel for just about anything I experienced one bad receptionist but over all a great experience I will definitely be going back!!!! King size room was a bit small but was super clean, white sheets, perfect size bathroom, large shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smell fantastic, like fresh squeezed lemon and also squeeze bottle soap and lotion by sink

Included the usual hairdryer, iron and ironing board All that being said none of it can be taken home Definitely not travel size but for the convenience it was well worth not having ones I could take home and never use!! Disappointingly there was no microwave and no coffee pot but coffee was set up out of the normal eating area Not positive but it could have been available all the time There was an indoor pool, which I love, but again I was so busy I did not have a chance to advantage of one of my favorite features Overall I would say this is a 4 star hotel

This hotel is new, so it was very clean, daily room cleaning was available unless you decline Breakfast was great! The staff were all very nice The only problem we had was the noise from the back door whenever guest would exit the building

Our room was located about 2 rooms down from door, otherwise I recommend staying at this hotel

OVE THIS HOTEL! This was our first experience at a Tru by Hilton and we were very impressed! Great vibe right when you walk in Staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful! Hotel was very clean and modern The extras (indoor pool, game room, patio, putting green) were all wonderful amenities when traveling with children

Great selection of items (snacks/drinks) for purchase in the market Ice, water refill station, laundry, and gym were all just steps from our room Super convenient! And I have to say, the gym itself was IMPRESSIVE!! Not only was it a larger gym than most hotels but offered everything including free weights! Beds were very comfortable and rooms had tons of storage/organization Breakfast was the BEST! Everything from pastries and oatmeal to fresh waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, and more! Lots of mix-ins and toppings available plus a nice coffee bar Staff mentioned that they are a newer hotel and GPS often confuses this location (North) with the other location (West) but Apple Maps took us right to the front door of the hotel without any issues The pool and laundry/gym close at 9pm, even on the weekends, which was a surprise We checked in late after traveling all day so it didn’t leave a lot of time to do laundry or swim before bed but golfing made up for it!! Only downfall was that the alarm in our room was set for 6:00am when we had planned to sleep in 🤦🏻‍♀️ We aren’t in Little Rock very often but we will definitely be looking for more Tru by Hilton’s for future stays!!!

My advice would be to spend an extra $10-20 to get a better hotel The hotel had an odd smell in the halls, the lighting was bad, the walls were paper-thin and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing, and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable and had a small spider on it The hotel seemed like an older hotel that was just lightly covered up by poor cosmetic renovations

Also, check-in was a pain I had difficulties with setting up an account and adding my stay to my account, so I just checked-in in person Got there right at check-in time, got my stuff and went up to the room Neither of my keys worked Came back down and had to wait behind an entire girl’s soccer team Only one person was working, and at no point did they ask to see if I had issues getting in my room, which should have been obvious After waiting fifteen minutes, someone else finally showed up I told them my keys weren’t working, and they said that “they’ve been having problems with that lock,” instead of apologizing I saw her reactivate my keys, went up, and it worked first time There were no issues with the lock, they just didn’t activate my keys the first timeOverall, it wasn’t bad enough to give only one star, but this place was not worth the price they charged Don’t trust the pictures, it doesn’t look that good in person Spend a little extra elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did

On the first night I did complain about the headboard peeling so much so my kids and I woke up with remnants of it all over our body and here Stayed 2 nights with my 4 kids no cleaning on either day and then the head housekeeper informed the front desk man that my deposit should be kept because the room was too dirty I mean 4 kids two nights we brought our own food

Of course the two little trash cans didn’t hold it all but the trash was properly packaged for disposal Yes the floor needed a good vacuum esp with 4 kids for two nights but if it’s too much for housekeeping staff then they should provide bigger trash cans and vacuums in every room because I would have cleaner it myself There was no way I would let them keep $150 deposit over a floor that needed vacuuming Because I raised a fuss about my deposit I had to cancel the next two days I booked there!

It was a great parking lot to take a quick nap Didn’t rent a room , just had to take a break from driving Traveling from Wisconsin to Texas take a lot of energy once you just got off from work 9 hrs earlier, than been up for 28 hrs

It looks like a very nice place, and they didn’t make a fuss about me pulling into and parking So 👍

I would have gave 5 stars except the rooms in general were ok, but rooms need some deep cleaning from time to time First are the bed skirts, more so at the head of the bed where dust, hair and body dander collect I found what has to be many many months of dander and stains

The bathroom had small urine puddle on floor in front of toilet I wiped with toilet paper and it was yellow Carpets were sticky to walk on I guess due to moisture from the air conditioner The room air felt moist and the bed coverings as well Im giving them a good rate for being very understanding to our concerns and allowing us a new room which was much better The cleanliness was much better but I did see the same areas needing attention We did have to tighten the toilet seat which wasn’t hard I just think the cleaning staff needs to be more thorough Its not too large of a facility to make this possible I would still recommend staying and we will return if opportunity ever arises The staff was very nice and helpful

Meredith Miller

I received a call about 9:45 asking if I still wanted my room I told the lady yes we would be there in about 20 minutes Upon arrival she said we had the last room

When checking us in on the computer she said uh oh something is wrong and proceeded to go to the room to check on it She came back and said alls good Well all wasn’t good when we got to our room The beds had been made but the sheets were dirty!! There was hair and small specks of dirt on both beds The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned nor had the floors been swept She changed the sheets and we used Clorox wipes we brought to clean the toilet seat and sink We have stayed here before and it was nice but we won’t stay here again after last night

Craig Hutson

A very positive experience staying here all of last week during the icy weather Facilities were clean Front desk staff and housekeeping were very responsive in addressing and resolving issues that arose

I was night auditor at Holiday Inn while in college There are always daily issues in hotel management These folks were exceptional in addressing concerns Thank you for the work you do
