We stayed in a riverside room It was updated and plenty of room The view to the left was great! You can see the Ohio River, the town of Madison, and the bridge

To the right are the 3 stacks of the power plant I was nervous as I read reviews that the power plant was noisy We didn’t notice anything in our room or outside They may have been on the other side We went to breakfast and had the buffet Several hot items were cold, may have had an issue with the steam table We didn’t complain, it was still edible There is a nice gift shop you should check out! The staff was very friendly! There are pet friendly rooms When leaving the park just show the person at the gate your room key to avoid paying for the fee

Great location nice rooms I had a fantastic view of the river and my friends had a huge suite Neat pictures on the wall

And located in the park (make reservations early!) We ate at the inn for dinner and breakfast The salmon and chicken were delicious for dinner Breakfast was nothing special and didn’t start until 8 It was convenient and fairly priced

Patricia Jeffries

The stay was great, nice room with a great view The pool was nice and the family had a great time We rented 6 rooms with 18 people for a family trip and enjoyed the park

We love going to the parks and supporting them as much as possible When it came morning time for breakfast we went down to eat and the only thing available was the buffet for $1799 Drinks not included so about $2000 a person The buffet did not have much to choose from and was not as good as most continental breakfast offered at hotels Besides not having many options, the food was not very good The waitress was only seen a few times and never offered refills I don’t mind paying $2000 a person for good food and service but neither one was offered here

When we opened our window it had mold growing on it We both have severe allergies Upon checkout I left the both blinds completely drawn up so that they’d see this

Other than that it’s a great place to stay We’ve stayed at this location numerous times and this is the first and only time there has been an issue Great continental breakfast, everything is great and hot They have a pool, game room and fitness area Could use some more lighting in the parking and ashtrays fir cigarettes I don’t smoke and there were cigarettes on the ground were there are tables

Delana Thompson

The staff was friendly The breakfast was good but I literally had to clean our room Hair was everywhere, food on the floor, stains, hand prints on the headboard

Whoever stays in 323 soon you’re welcome lol I wiped down everything with clorox and thanks to the leaking tub the bathroom floor was cleaned a bit I think they are under staffed but if you want a clean room go somewhere else

Spent our anniversary here This place is so beautiful The entire staff were friendly & accommodating

Just a short ride on the convenient shuttle to dine at the French Lick Resort Dinner & service was exceptional at the steak house We enjoyed all the amenities this place has to offer Our only regret is we didn’t stay long enough 💗

Macey Gaskin

We booked a weekend at West Baden Springs for Valentine’s weekend The architecture and historical value of the west Baden specifically are wonderful! It’s beautiful and the photographs/history blurbs are interesting We chose to participate in the “Taste of French Lick” which is a sample course dinner from each of the resorts restaurants… it was not good at all

The restaurants here are overpriced and the quality is unacceptable We took the shuttle to the winery, NOT good Very sketchy looking building, kind of ghetto interior with Christmas decor up in February It felt like a grocery store We left the winery immediately upon arrival and gave the casino a try Big no It is outdated, understaffed, and the drinks were nothing short of disgusting We were thrilled to come here for the experience and I can say the ONLY positive has been walking through the coliseum and enjoying the historical value We will not be returning

Candace Odili

My husband and I really enjoyed coming to French Lick for our five year anniversary It is a beautiful estate still enriched in the style of it’s time We were only here for a weekend, which was not enough time to fully explore the grounds

There are plenty of activities from horseback riding, to a scavenger hunt and wine tours The restaurants available are nice, which has a live piano performance while you eat We also enjoyed our experience at the spa Which had great customer service This is a perfect place to get away, relax, enjoy and explore I most certainly will come back again

New Harmony is beautiful, and the Inn is well-located for walking to everything one may wish to see and do while there The grounds are gorgeous We reserved 3 nights

This was a special occasion, so we contacted ahead of our visit and requested a quiet room away from disturbances We arrived late, an hour before registration closed, so weren’t acquainted with the layout until the next day We were located right above and next to the Inn’s restaurant, which is a busy area The room was very nice, though it did not have a microwave as advertised The cleaning lady opened our door the first morning at 10 am and my husband had to tell her in his underwear that we didn’t require service The following 2 mornings, a grounds keeper was right outside our window by 9 am with a gas powered leaf blower, and the noise continued for quite a while On our last night, my husband went to the restaurant to ask for a menu about 30 minutes before they were supposed to close When he returned to place our order, they told him they were closing early because it was raining This was approximately 7 minutes after he was given a menu We would strongly recommend being crystal clear about your sleeping habits, and not relying on the restaurant to keep its advertised hours Otherwise it’s very nice

Kate Mikkelsen

Absolutely charming Clean comfortable room with shaker style furniture and firm beds Shower was low entry type with safety bars and non skid floor

Walking from parking to first floor room had no steps or hazards, interior lighting was bright Indoor pool is located outside the main hotel building but in decent weather the short walk was fine, lovely to have the chance to swim The Red Geranium restaurant was cozy and affordable with reliable classics Restaurant and hotel both very family friendly and yet serene Excellent multigenerational family choice

Jonathan Jonas

Located in a unique and beautiful town, called New Harmony; this inn is so much more than just a place to recover from stresses of the day There are complimentary bicycles and rental golf carts which are ideal for exploring many points of interest located throughout the area For anyone looking to have a memorable excursion, or even book their convention center for business or family events, this destination should be added to your list for consideration

This was our fourth weekend visit to stay at the Resort First time having our room at French Lick, prior trips we stayed in West Baden It’s a great destination for the whole family with so many activities on-sight

In just 2 1/2 days we did pony rides, trolley ride, night stroll around the gardens, lots of time in the pools, foot golf, hiking, arcade games, a scavenger hunt and free crafts offered by the activities center Facilities are spotless and staff are very friendly and helpful My husband still talks about how comfortable the beds are

Sean Hall

We stayed in the Villas They were very nice (jacuzzi tub, indoor grill, 2 decks, and could sleep 4 families with pull out couches) The grounds of the hotel are very pleasant and quiet for June

There are many different styles of restaurants Bowling is $40/hour per lane but you need to keep your own score I believe There is an indoor pool, a hot tub, an adults only pool and a regular pool Access to two pool bars, and one with a nice lunch menu of a several different salads and sandwiches

This is a beautiful place to stay Unfortunately we only needed to stay one night and did not get to experience all that the Bradley offers as far as on site dining and other amenities The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were great and comfortable, the bedding was amazingly comfortable and we often do not like hotel beds and bedding

They were on trend with utilizing modern technology and techniques for services The only negative, which was mostly because of area construction at the time, was limited parking but they are finely located at the heart of anywhere worth going If we ever need to stay in Fort Wayne, Indiana again, there is no other choice for us

Jewels Johnson

I won a night at this boutique hotel from my salon (Salon Renew, which is the BEST in town just FYI!) It was the perfect getaway! We loved our suite with a balcony and enjoyed the rainfall showers Everything was very clean and well decorated

Highly recommend staying here Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our little get-away special If you stay, you also must try Birdie’s for dinner and Arbor for breakfast Both were absolutely delicious! If you go to Birdie’s ask for Esther…she’s the best server ever!!!

Joe Whistler

A nice hotel with a few demerits It’s new and they bill themselves as a “boutique” hotel Very nicely decorated, but the first thing to hit me was the atomized perfume that permeates the air

It reminds me of my dear sweet Aunt Annie who you could smell before you saw her I can taste it Makes you wonder how much this stuff costs by the gallon! The rooms are very clean and comfortable Be prepared though The is no in-room coffee maker You have to go downstairs and pay $5 a cup This is what it means to be a boutique hotel? One cake of soap to share between the shower and the sink No daily housekeeping, bed making, or clean towels Overall it’s a fine hotel, but I can do without the perfume and I wish I could have a cup of coffee in my room!

We stayed overnight and thought the hotel was really cute The outside looked pretty dated, but inside it was clean, comfortable, and up to date (I saw several reviews saying the rooms were dated, but as someone who stays in hotels pretty regularly, I’ve seen MUCH worse) Everyone was super nice throughout our stay

We ate at the restaurant, and the food was delicious Our bartender, Jacob, was great- friendly, appropriately attentive, and knowledgable about the menu and drink options There wasn’t much to do in the hotel itself, which wasn’t an issue for us in a one night stay, but if you’re looking for on-site gym or other amenities of that sort, this might not be the place for you

James Mill

A hidden gem So close to the park and a great restaurant on premises I came through for a night on my way across the country

I checked in, jumped into the park for a quick mountain bike ride (which was awesome!), And then came back for dinner The fried chicken was great, and the bar/restaurant was clean welcoming, and staffed with fun, friendly individuals

Stephanie Addington (Steph)

We were there for an event They were over an hour getting food out

it was a buffet They didn’t even bring out water until closer to the time to set out the food I think the beef was supposed to be prime rib and it was barely warm and lots of gristle They also served baked chicken which was cold The salad was ok Dessert was a choice of different cobblers which looked appealing but were cold who serves cobbler cold? And they ran out of biscuits!

The last time i was there, it was still on the riverboat; so i was excited to see the new casino The casino itself is very nice, the staff very friendly and helpful I tried the new virtual blackjack and video roulette, didn’t care for them to much; i like the interaction with the dealers

There wasn’t many table games open, but i did get there at 9am so maybe that was why They have raised the table minimum from $5 to $15, which i didn’t care for I will go back once more and see if my experience is any different All in all a very nice place to go and have fun

Yo

This review is based on our stay in the hotel, the casino was fine We stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday and upon arriving in the hotel we at first didn’t notice the lack of cleanliness until we came back up from a long night of gambling Once we realized how dirty the room was I was honestly shocked

I didn’t even sleep under the covers because I felt so uncomfortable There are stains all over the borders of the bed they look like they’ve never been wiped off There was a coat of dust over all the furniture, once again not wiped off There were stains on the curtains, couch, and even the little table next to the chairs The toilet was stained as well I took pictures of everything and would post if I could simply the room didn’t look like it had been properly clean and from a 4/5 star reviewed hotel I’m beyond disappointed with the lack of cleanliness Also when checking out, they didn’t even ask how we enjoyed our stay, just rushed us away, we did mention there was dust on the furniture and all she offered was to call housekeeping and did in the middle of us talking Also spent $30 on breakfast that was cold on arrival and tasted like hospital food If you plan on staying for your birthday, I highly suggest looking elsewhere

Barb Carlile

This place is really nice and the staff is exceptional The breakfast crew not only is polite and friendly but they can cook delicious food It’s clean and comfortable

The casino is really fun and again staff is exceptional I saw jackpots hit at this casino and the poker room is great Southern hospitality Don’t bother going to Caesars Indianapolis because it’s horrible No happy winners there and poker room uses tiny printed cards on ugly beige table and dealers aren’t trained properly Different owners

I hosted an event at this hotel today and it was lovely We enjoyed it so much and the staff was so kind They made sure we were accommodated completely

The rooms were great! Super comfy and cleanThe amount of things around was lovely and breakfast was GREAT!THANK YOUUUU!

Paul Parker

As I am not a fan of writing poor reviews, sadly I did need to write this one as a warning to future customers This hotel is significantly unkept Our room was somewhat unclean when we entered

The bathtub had some weird film at the bottom of it The doors and walls looked that like they had been kicked at at some point in time Never properly patched up The pool was ice cold Probably the coldest indoor pool I’ve ever seen But, it probably was a good idea we did not spend a lot of time in the pool because of the light and electrical wire hanging in the pool (That is not a joke, I will attach a picture) However, the hot tub was very nice The only bad part about the hot tub was looking over at the rust covered vents Just seemed a little unhealthy I truly do not write this review to be hateful towards the hotel, as I have had a lot of great experiences at different Sheridan hotels This one just happened to be the worst Hopefully management will take time to update what is needed

Rachel Wayne

I’ve stayed at many hotels during my travels to different cities This was my first time ever staying in a Sheraton If this is how they all are, I am not impressed at all

I drove from Nashville to Chicago for a visit and chose Indianapolis for a midway stay, meaning I stayed here on the way there and back I was initially put in a corner room where it was very hot Engineer came to check AC and commented that “the corner rooms do not cool well – they are all like that” So, I had them bring a fan so that I could sleep without sweating The air vent is in the oddest place and blows toward a corner only No more vents in room; bathroom is really stuffy Flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on anywhere My neck is killing me on the morning after my second time around staying here I was put in a different room this time (not a corner one) yet it was still hot AC turned all the way down to 63 degrees but barely blows anything just like corner room No complimentary breakfast like all the other hotels I’ve ever stayed at FOR THIS HIGH PRICE Pool was closed “for maintenance,” which after reading lots of reviews this morning I’ve discovered that it’s been closed for at least 4-6 weeks already How long does it take exactly for “maintenance?” That appears to be dishonest and an excuse not to have it open So many people look forward to this at expensive (and “nice”) hotels like this one Oh and you gotta pay to park in their garage too – $15 per day It’s insane This place is a money pit but not worth it whatsoever The rooms feel outdated and the HVAV system definitely needs some work I am so disappointed Best thing about my stay here was the salad I ordered via room service my first night Very expensive but that was truly the most positive thing about my experience I can’t believe the lack of amenities for the very expensive price tag Will NEVER stay here at another Sheraton again

Great hotel Kept the nostalgic feel to the building and lobby, but the rooms are very modern and spacious Super clean

Loved the wide hallways and common areas to hang out with other folks you’re traveling with (thoughbwe weren’t) Free pool table got some use, and the bar downstairs was a great atmosphere and reasonable pricesAcross the street from “The Garage” and “Pins” which were great food, beer and entertainment Popular hang out spot for the 20’s-30’s crowd

This gem of a hotel is a must-stay when in Indianapolis! I stayed here last week on a very quick business trip and fell in love with it- the professional and personalized service, cleanliness, the size and the room decor all combined made for a perfect home-away-from homeI loved the way they turned this historic building into an amazing Art Deco space The attention to detail from the red lacquer doors to the rock n roll artwork to the marble bathrooms…and gold pens all set the tone for a comfortable and chic hotel stay

The old school photo booth was so nostalgic and such an added bonusI couldn’t wait to tell all my friends and family about it I am already planning my next trip to Indy!

Grant Brown

By far the premier hotel choice in the Circle City!Phenomenal in every way The absolute epitome of modern luxuryBeautiful historic renovation of the Coca Cola bottling plant and located in one of my favorite parts of the city – Mass Ave

Ground floor and lobby have a very historic and elegant feel Dark wood and original tiling are contrasted with the dark and modern guest room floors with wide hallways, creative and functional lounge spaces and eye catching bright red doors Modern, elegant and just downright sexyGuest rooms were breathtaking Every detail carefully thought out and crafted If you have the ability to splurge for a room with a terrace – DO IT You will not regret it I stayed here for three nights and was so sad to leaveAs far as comparison, this hotel would compete with properties like: Conrad, JW, Le Meridian, Iron Works or Hotel Carmichael I’ve stayed in 3 of those and this would beat them by a long run any day of the weekElegant & modern luxury without the stuffy, sterile, up-tight vibeI couldn’t recommend it more…if you were on the fence, your decision just got easier! Do it!

My family and I stayed here while we visited Holiday World because it was the closest best Western branded hotel and we love this brand This hotel fell a little short of our expectations They had really small cups at breakfast

And the whole hotel felt a little run down Check in was very quick which we enjoyed because we were exhausted Also when we asked for extras of anything they were happily given too us Ants in the breakfast area which is to be expected around sticky syrup but would appreciate better cleaning Would stay again but would appreciate if some updates were made

Kelsey Y

This is a pretty nice hotel, everything was very clean and the people running it were very friendly The hot tub could probably use a cleaning though, there was some black moldy looking stuff around the edge of it The included breakfast was average, could use a meat option and some larger cups but the waffles were nice and everything was super clean

Thanks for a good stay!

Marjorie Osborn

I understand why this place is costly though for $200 per night it was not worth the price The tub was chipped and not something I would soak in The air conditioning in our room was set at 60 when we came in the room

We bumped it to 73, when we tried to bring it down to 71 while sleeping it wouldn’t change It was stuckThe pool is so small It can fit maybe 10 peopleThe breakfast area had cob webs above the waffle ironsThe staff is kind and respectful which is appreciated Because they were so kind it made the stay feel welcoming

A nice and newer hotel with a great location off of the interstate The staff was helpful and friendly But we could hear the people next door very loudly at 11pm – but they seemed to be talking at their normal volume

We called down to the front desk and they offered to move us – but packing up the family at that hour is difficult Thankfully they went to bed and we were able to get back to sleepThe breakfast and happy hour were great Good food and friendly service

This was really a really fantastic hotel to end a long cross country drive The rooms were very nicely appointed The common space was really enjoyable

Sofas and fireplaces A great bar Outdoor firepits and cozy seating The full buffet breakfast was delicious The staff were friendly and helpful This was the most relaxing of all the hotels we spent the 4 day drive in We fell back to sleep after breakfast and were given a late checkout without delay when we asked It was a nice hotel all around and if I were in the area it would, without a doubt, be a place I’d stay again

We recently stayed there for a baseball tournament and talk about convenient We walked to the ball diamonds everyday and it was so nice to be so close in between games The hotel rooms were exquisite and very clean

The staff was incredible especially Emily at the front desk The lobby was a great place for everyone to gather and hang out Would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Great location for ballgames at Grand Park, a nice lobby for team activities, and generally well-designed and decorated It will be loud on the weekends in the summer, as youth teams enjoy being young people My biggest complaint is that it features those atrocious showers that do not close – they consist of a single pane of glass that only halfway occluded the shower opening

This means that the floor is always soaking wet when you get out of the shower, there is a constant flow of cooler air as you clean up, and you spend a good chunk of your time in the hotel wondering what committee approved an idea with no benefits and a host of obvious drawbacks

Very nice property Because of Covid concerns they did not offer any restaurant services or food, that is the only reason for the 4 Star review, otherwise they get all 5 STARS We stayed for a soccer tournament, and had a hotel full of people

I asked to be on the hugest floor away from the elevators, and that was a great choice We had a potential Tornado at 3am and the hotel staff had us meet in the lobby and stay away from the windows Every single staff member I interacted was extremely pleasant and concerned with how our stay was Great location if you are going to the Grant Park complex

Our room was large, clean, and comfortable with big windows and really cool decor The shower has a big rain shower head with fantastic water pressure There was a bowl of water and a bowl of dog treats by the front desk so they are very pet friendly

The food from the restaurant downstairs was great! The service was fantastic The valet usually opened the front door for us and the owner of the valet service was there one day and he was very friendly The front desk staff was great Very accommodating The only down side to the hotel is that it is about a 30 minute drive from downtown and our big windows looked out onto a giant parking lot

This is a FUN hotel! We stopped here for one night on our way from Cincinnati to Lake Michigan for vacation It’s a great complex/campus with the hotel, apartments and retail We ate at two of the restaurants there as we were only there for one night

They gave us an upgrade when we got there, so that was a pleasant surprise The room was so cool and well-appointed Beds were super comfortable It was all very clean Lots of fun photo opportunities for sure – I wish we had taken more photos and had more time there Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a fantastic getaway to Indy for a long weekend The hotel is ideally located near great dining options and lots of fun activities The staff was very friendly and helpful

There is a nice common area next to the lobby with a bar It was perfect for socializing with friends before heading up to the room for the night The rooms are clean, nice, and have a mirror positioned right next to the bed that can be lots of fun if you are staying with your special someone

Victoria Wilkinson

Unless someone else is paying for your room, you require epic views from a high-rise, or you absolutely can’t leave the building where your event is being held, save your money and sleep somewhere elseThere’s nothing special about this hotel beyond the location and the excellent room views Oh, and the post-shower robe they provide is pretty fluffy, if that’s important to you

The gym is spacious, with good views and free water and towels But there’s no pool or hot tub Apparently there hasn’t been one since it went under renovations before the pandemic, but the elevator sign still lists it as being on floor two The breakfast option at the Italian restaurant is a $28/plate buffet The valet is $55 overnight It may be obvious from the name, but this is not a place to go for value

The executive lounge on the top floor is absolutely gorgeous and top notch serviceI cannot say enough good things about this hotel Highly recommended
