Only stayed one night, perfect location for catching a show at Marymoore, pleasantly surprised by how easy the trail was to locate right from the parking lot Friendly service and clean rooms Only complaint was hearing everything in the room above us when they were walking around and closing doors in the middle of the night but that’s to be expected in a hotel

Will stay again!

Not a bad hotel, though you can hear your neighbors pretty well Also the customer service was awkward and uncomfortable We could tell the front desk lady did not want to be there

She even seemed annoyed and mad that we were there I only asked where breakfast would be served and when It wasn’t a difficult question The coffee machines in the lobby were out of service Well, one was out of service, but the other they didn’t bother to refill or out a fresh batch in Even the person working in the breakfast hall seemed grumpy It was a weird and gloomy experience It wasn’t even busy and was actually quite dead So I don’t know what the people was Place needs new management Oh and their complimentary breakfast is now cheap with way less options then it used to have Used to be one of my favs about this place Not sure I will return unless I have too

Jeremy Morrey

Front desk reception was nice Location is convenient to lots of business, also right next door to four restaurants and whole foods There is currently no shuttle but parking is free

Room is a bit bigger vs standard hotel Larger than normal mini-fridge is great, and a microwave Second sink and large mirrors are convenient, nice touchesHotel is wedged between two busy streets and a construction area (2022) The windows seem pretty soundproof, so not an issue unless you want them openThe breakfast is not It’s the American unhealthy motel “standard”, meaning there’s only processed carbs, sugar based yogurt, and an upgrade: hardboiled egg But at least the grocery stores nearby and there’s the fridgeAs of May 16 2022 the outdoor pool is still closed though it doesn’t say that on the website There’s a mediocre looking indoor hot tubThe fitness room is a small room with treadmill, bike No weights or weight machine Discount $8 trip to Gold’s is advertised but does not actually exist There is no deal with any gymPersonally will try other options before staying here again Everything advertised as an amenity doesn’t actually exist No real gym, no gym deal, no breakfast, no pool, no shuttle, and no appealing hot tub If you don’t care about any of that, the rooms are larger and there’s a fridge, and the location is good Free coffee

My family and I stayed here for a total of four nights We were very pleased with our room based on overall cleanliness, being on the first floor, and closeness to one of the hotel entrances Parking, WIFI and breakfast are included

They have a 24/7 front desk which was helpful when our key suddenly didn’t work- keep your hotel key away from your electronic devices The hotel is quiet even though it is conveniently located close to the 405 The hotel is also close to a few trails and a couple sports fields There’s also a gas station and quick food places in walking distance as it is accessible via the same driveway to the hotel I would stay here again

Reg D.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, pool, hot tub, bar on the premises I did not have a chance to use fitness center or guest laundry but both are available Parking was adequate and I saw pets were allowed

Loved the hot fresh baked cookie snacks in the afternoon!! Very close to I-405 so the location was great for me This hotel is very quiet and it is in the area of the Bothell Business Park

Ritz-Carlton prices for Holiday Inn experienceThis place definitely has a monopoly on location and knows it The views are beautiful but for $400+ a night (plus resort fee and parking) I expect a level of experience and service

Granted, they have welcome champagne and a “Raid the Pantry” offering that gets you some free food and drinks (actually its part of the $25 resort fee) and there is nothing wrong with the place as it is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the space is nice However the experience (minus the location) felt like a Holiday Inn experience with regards to Staff interaction and the overall ‘vibe’ It didn’t help that our $400+ room got us a view of a canopy, parking lot, and office buildingIf you are in Kirkland, it’s really the only place to stay, but just know what you are getting for the money

Matthew Kent

I stayed here during a move, so I wasn’t able to fully experience the hotel, however my brief time there was very pleasant I highly recommend getting a room overlooking the lake as it is a wonderful view in the morning and at nightThe rooms are nicely appointed with plenty of towels and soaps (surprisingly this has to said)

If I ever find myself needing a hotel in the area this will be my first choice

Doug Harker

I stayed here previously for the Boeing Classic Proximity to great food at Le Grande, Como, & Beach Cafe’ a definite plus Facilities are superb, view beautiful, staff warm and friendly

I always will in the future as well Highly recommended!

Location, parking, amenities, comfy bed – all were great! Loved the view from my room, and loved the in room coffee Check-in was easy, accessing conference rooms and using the sky bridge for food/shopping was a breeze Conveniently located near the freeway as well! There is a card that you have to enter all the way inside the door to allow lights to come on, it is a cool way the hotel helps save power, but good to know before you are in a dark room unsure why the lights aren’t working 🤣 I would definitely stay here again! Loved that a room key was required to get to each floor as well, nice added security

Years ago I spent many nights at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue while traveling on business, so I was curious to see how it had changed in 20 years It is in great shape The rooms have been updated and everything is new

The lighting in the room is mostly indirect and is very nice There is coffee service with a Keurig machine in the room The staff were friendly and helpful It was great to be back and see the place reasonably busy Our car needed attention because we had run into a swarm of locusts in southern Oregon, and the valet staff were very helpful in getting our car into the wash and cleaned

Anji Baghel

We recently moved to Bellevue and booked our stay here as we knew it’s a pet-friendly hotel The stay was so good I was worried about my dogs because staying in a hotel for long could stress them out

Hyatt provided a comfy stay for us and my two dogs My dogs loved it here There are a lot of eating options around You can go for a walk in the city Everything is easily accessible And the Hotel staff is always gentle and polite Always there to help and always available

Well I wanted to write this review because I’m still in absolute shock of how poorly ran the Bellevue Club is My family & I decided to celebrate Mother’s Day by going to the brunch they were having today All of us including my Mother, were very disappointed to say the least

After we were seated, our server didn’t even come to the table until we were halfway done with our meal The food on the buffet was poorly put together with overcooked tenderloin, poor-quality frozen breakfast potatoes, hard-boiled eggs benedict, some side dishes that had zero-thought put into it and some seafood that was over-steamed I guess the best thing they had on the buffet for $75/person was the omelette station that was made with liquid eggs Honestly, I feel like it was a waste of money My Mom & Wife weren’t impressed and said in fact that they would of been happier with Denny’s because at least there you know what your getting and it’s not over-priced In the years past at the Bellevue Club, the food was way better for the amount of money that they charge The sad part, is that the food was just not prepared or cooked to perfection of $75/person Last Christmas we went to a dinner party at the Seattle Yacht Club, and not only was the food immaculate but the service was good! Our server today at the Bellevue Club was lazy and rude After today we certainly won’t be dining at the Bellevue Club anytime soon Such ashame because it used to be one of our favorite date-night spots for the weekend

Carl Olsen

A fantastic hotel to stay in, since it’s connected to a full athletic facility with things like indoor basketball courts, swimming, tennis, etc If you need a place to practice and stay in shape when in town, this is the spot to go Parking is outdoors, but secure enough to not worry if you are a car nut

It’s also quite nice as a hotel all by itself

Remsen Jennings

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in! If you’re looking for a hotel that feels like an escape from the big city where you can unwind and feel at home, this is it The minute you walk in, you feel calm vibes all around The color pallete is soft earth tones throughout

The rooms are impeccably clean and are outfitted with tons of smart technology (thermostat, lights, curtains, etc) You can cast anything from any streaming service on the TV, which is a rare find in hotels (usually, you’re lucky if a hotel has Netflix) The bathroom feels like a spa – all beige tones and soothing stones I have to reiterate how CLEAN everything feels – that is even more of a rare find! The cavernous shower is incredibly relaxing The 4-story gym is unparalleled – no hotel has fitness offerings like this However, the hours aren’t ideal if you only have time for late night workouts One other downside is the location – you can’t really walk anywhere off-property for food, coffee, or groceries at your convenience You’ll need transportation Overall, this hotel provides a luxurious, relaxing spa-like experience, and it is well worth the stay

Green Tortoise Hostel was a good place to stay for one night All the required amenities were available Location was definitely the best part – right in the heart of Seattle

The staff were okay – I found some to be rude and dismissive, and the check in process took over half an hour with only one staff member working I’ve stayed in countless hostels all over the world and it’s never taken this long! Bathrooms were okay, although a bit smelly and old Room was also fine I liked the privacy curtains on the beds but needed one on the other side next to the window as it was super bright Breakfast was nice to have for free but I would’ve also liked some sort of social event in the evening It seems like those are only a few nights a week Not sure if I would stay again but it was a reasonable hostel experience Some things need improvement though and I’m glad I only needed to stay for one night

James Rumburg

It was a great stay overall at this hostel! The staff are super friendly and are willing to hold bags on the day that you leave if you have a late flight out of SeaTac as I did The whole place is very clean and had many places to get work done if needed They offer free breakfast which was very helpful

It is right across the street from Pike Place and a few blocks away from public transit that can take you to other attractions and the Airport No weak points in this stay and would highly recommend checking them out!

Phuong Huynh

What a great place for the value! I’ve stayed at a lot of hostel in the US before and I think Green Tortoise would be one of top ones!I came when it was fully booked due to a convention but it still felt not crowded Pro:1 Super close to Pike Place and many attractions, plus public transportation to airport2

Target is right next door for anything you need3 Beds frames are made of solid wood, doesn’t make noise if using top bunk or moving ( unlike a lot the cheap ikea metal frames you’ve probably seen at other hostels) The storage space is half a twin bed size for luggageone of the most comfortable mattresses I slept on 4 Bathrooms are individual rooms, so it’s one person at a time5 Some Rooms have sink, so it’s easy to brush teeth without need to use bathroom6 Common areas are fairly clean and there’s always room to chill There’s free breakfast but I didn’t eat itCon:It’s downtown, so it can be very “urban” if you are not used to homelessness and noise on the streetSome rooms are street side, so it might be noisy if you are a light sleeper but they have free ear plugs!Rooms can be hot but each bed has a fanBest thing is the wonderful and nice staffs, they are super friendly and chillTip: get 4-6 beds, it’s worth the couple extra dollars compare to 8 beds

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014

The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

James Wald

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

I would just like to say The house keeper name margarita was astonishing She was so nice about not barging in to clean while we were still packing up to check out

When we took a couple bags down we realized she was watching over our door and complimented on how nice are kids were behaving! The rooms were extremely clean! 10/10 to all staff!

Stephanie Kirk

I was here for a business trip, but I really appreciated being at this hotel Breakfast was great in the mornings, and I loved the tea set up at night There’s a bar at a hotel across the lot that is affiliated, and the food and drinks there are pretty delightful

It felt like I was close enough to everything I needed to do and yet far enough to feel rested when back at the hotelI’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Eric Ganko

Avoid on weekends — their staffing is almost non-existent on weekends, lacking front desk staff in the evening, and no housekeeping, breakfast, or bar over the weekend Nobody even picked up the phone on Sunday morning at 8:30a! Instead you are directed to their neighbor, the Elements hotelThe physical parts of the hotel are nice enough – the gym had a good amount of equipment and space – but the service turned us off on this hotel

I’m staying at this property for a girls trip We are not even halfway through the stay and I’m so pleased with this hotel and overall staff/ customer service experience I wanted to brag on them for a moment As an ambassador elite Marriott member, sufficed to say, I travel a lot and stay in Marriott properties across the country

This one has been exceptional Brenda at the front desk has been so accommodating and got us into an awesome room – which has truly boosted our whole weekend experience Thank you!

They took away EVERYTHING that was great about this hotel and not only did they not lower their prices they increased them! In the lobby, no fruit water In the room no robes anymore, no fluffy towels, very few towels to begin with Our AC was broken and the room was 74 degrees the whole time

The craziest thing was not having a fridge We were told we had to pay $20 a night After I just spent almost $300 a night to stay here?? So disappointed We’ve been here many times but never again We hear they have fridges and AC at the W

Anne Kittendorf

I cannot say enough good things Responsive to every need and desire- need towels or fresh bottles of water? They arrive within 10 minutes Our first night peaceful and quiet

Unfortunately the next night a very loud group of people next to us intent on loudly partying the night away- the night manager took care of the situation within 20 minutes Speedy valet and very nice pool/hot tub area Will definitely be back

The first impressions were very positive Check-in was fast with very friendly staff and the room was clean And the location is really amazing, it is probably the best thing about the hotel

However, there were two major issues that prevented me from getting barely any sleep overnight First, the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear everything that’s going on in the next room, especially at night when the noise carries I got woken up in the middle of the night when my next door neighbors seemed to have come back to their room, took a shower, brushed their teeth, The walls were so thin I could almost make out the conversation they were having in the next roomSecond, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes overnight It was coming from the bathroom, where the smell was unbearably strong and it spread throughout the room There was a vent in the bathroom so it’s possible the smell was coming from one of the neighborsBetween the noise and the strong smell of cigarettes, I ended up getting only a couple hours of sleep If you are a very deep sleeper, this hotel might be for you If you are not, either come prepared with ear plugs or you’ll have a rough time trying to sleep

Nina Thang-Winters

We pulled up and was not greeted by the valet We were out there for some time and sorted out things from our vehicle and still no greet by a valet We went inside only to find no receptionist

Both the valet and receptionist came out of the office at the same time Indeed I questioned his whereabouts because we HAVE to pay for valet ONLY Friendly & good service but I was not impressed with the required valet service The room is cheaply made without fire rated doors We can hear your conversations from a few doors doors down I can hear kids running and what is being said on the radio between hotel staffs The single King room has a beautiful bathroom but the shower has no shelves to put your necessities The view… no view…too close for comfort The food was good! The stars goes out to the staff

Austin Prasad

Really not the stay I expected from this hotel Let’s start with the bright spots: valet was awesome, bed was comfortable and location was good Now for the not so good: took me 35 minutes to check in to the hotel because nobody was at the front desk at night, key card didn’t work 2 nights in a row, bathroom door was broken, dirty rags on sink upon arrival and rest of room was not completely clean

I let management know on site – but I simply could not justify another stay here at this price point, I thought my stay would be nicer If it were cheaper and a 2 star hotel would totally get it Has a ton of potential – hopefully owners get some staff to help out as it seemed like the staff was overworked

The building is historic and each room has a picture book explaining the history of the hotel They’ve updated the rooms and made them very nice We couldn’t hear any street traffic or other hotel guests The beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms neat and filled with provisions We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night, and enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar the second night Each time we had outstanding service and the food was delicious The hotel is in walking distance of a few restaurants, and an easy drive elsewhere Slightly longer walks will take you to the touristy parts of the city It’s nice the hotel is slightly set apart and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Seattle

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any place This website will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure!We celebrated with our wedding party at Hotel Sorento the morning of our wedding as we prepped for the big day We rented The Penthouse and used the rooftop as the backdrop for our first look The staff was amazing, the food was to die for, and Reina the event coordinator was so helpful getting everything taken care of for us We stayed there that night, along with several of our guests and the accommodations were fantastic It is a beautiful hotel and each room is unique with views of downtown Seattle Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent for a private event or to stay overnight!

I love staying at the Sorrento! It’s such a great location between Capitol Hill and Downtown I’ve been coming here for trips to Seattle for 20 years and I love the dark wood lobby and the clean, classic rooms The service is always warm and professional- and the value is really good

I just stayed here again after a cancelled flight meant I had an unplanned stay in Seattle and I was surprised to see how good the rate was

Wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel In photos and on paper it lists a bunch of perks and great design, but the cost does not meet up to the experienceI booked the city view superior king which was roomy but lacked details that make a great hotel experience and justify the price

For $400usd per night, there were no hotel slippers, hygiene amenities and an extra robe for two people staying I think it’s fair to expect at least things like this to be provided and ready in the room if the cost was going to be this high You’ll need to call front desk to ask for some of these items Also out city view was looking into the back of they alley wayIn addition when you book any room you’re asked to pay an extra $20 USD for an amenities fee This includes access to the gym, wifi, a ‘wellness kit’ and welcome and departing hospitality drinks We didn’t receive any wellness kit and welcoming or departing drinks Again, for the price you pay, there are other competitors that provide WiFi and gym access as a standard, included in room fees Check in time was also later than most which is set at 4pm There is also a sad looking coffee bar at the reception area that constantly has 3 pieces of pastries sitting on display and noone working behind it Prices are same to nearby coffee shops so I would recommend walking a block to get more promising coffeeThe highs of this hotel is that yes it’s in a great location and walkable to many downtown locations Room was clean, tidy, contemporary and trendy Staff and service were decent but not outstandingSummary is cost was not in par with experience Won’t be staying here again

We have loved this hotel stay so much but… I will say it was incredibly sad not to have access to the hotel bar It required us going out of the actual city center to find one We know Covid is in effect but it’s something we absolutely were looking forward too

Outside of that we LOVE the lobby Welcome cocktails were amazing, bikes for rent rocked & location to the Link, bus, monorail transportation as a whole rocked It’s also walking distance to tons of sightseeing from Pikes Place Market, to Capitol Hill & shopping… with comfortable rooms, great beds, & super welcoming staff we loved our visit & would come back again! Also upgrade for the suite with the soaking tub! It’s worth it! We would have upgraded for the penthouse but it was booked our weekend WORTH EVERY PENNY!The character of this place is a 5 star for sure!!

We stayed there nights and this is a wonderful hotel The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to needs There was an option for a free cocktail every night around 5 which was free

There was a little coffee shop in the hotel and a Starbucks across the street The location was amazing for the Pikes palace market, space needle and attractions I highly recommend this hotel for I know we are already thinking of when we can come back

We love these places! Got our passports, and are having a blast filling them up We always meet some interesting people, too 💖😎Since there are no refrigerators in the rooms, they should offer ice, and ice chest rentals (We brought a rolling cooler) Only a suggestion

The staff really rock it The grounds are really beautiful also

We had a wonderful time and stay at The Anderson School We were visiting Seattle after attending a wedding in Mt Rainier National Park and absolutely loved the hotel and room we were in The ceilings are insanely tall and the room was spotless

The pool was big and my son loved it The restaurants were good other than poor table service one night they were very busy We understood they were understaffed at the time There were constantly people stoking and adding firewood to their fireplaces and fire pits in the courtyard Lastly, we had bought movie tickets and there was a mix up with an event they were having Instead of just refunding us the money, they gave us a private showing! Absolutely above and beyond

Really cool hotel with lots of history to learn about The restaurant on site was delicious and had a cool atmosphere The lagoon looked really nice, I’ll have to swim if I stay here again

The only downside to our room was it didn’t have a fridge Even a small one would be nice, especially since it was almost 90 degrees when we stayed there

Great hotel space, family oriented and very homey if your looking for a good sleep or getaway with family or a quick business trip Room was equipped with a desk already As well as morning beverages like coffee and hygiene needs

Clean linens and towels First hotel booked for the first time so the experience was nice and flowed smoothly into my check out Check out is especially really easy and great thing is delivery may come to your room if you want to, thumbs up for that Really enjoyed this accomation It’s within budget range as well if needed

Fairly good for the price Nice looking hotel/rooms with friendly and helpful staff A few major drawbacks

There was a carpet beetle crawling on the fabric part of my bed frame The bed sheet had a faint stain There is no elevator (I wish this was made more apparent when I booked) The toilet ran loudly on and off for extended lengths of time throughout my stay

Madison Conibear

The staff were super nice Our room was missing part of the coffee maker so we couldn’t make coffee I booked this hotel mostly for the hot tub

But it was closed the entirety of our trip So that was super dissappointing Walls are very thin we could hear word for word the conversation of our neighbors Bed was comfy! If the hot tub is fixed then I’d stay here again

We stayed at La Quinta Inn at NE Northup Way Kirkland, WA in December 2021Receptionist guy in the night shift was very nice and decent But the hotel itself is not very clean Elevator smells filthy and floor is pretty nasty

Room was very cold when we got there , they didn’t run the heater and smells like old stale carpet They also allow pets which is ok but if you are allergic to pet hair then it’s not the hotel for you You will see traces of pet hair on the bed linensReceptionist woman in the morning shift is not so friendlyThe free breakfast are some oranges, yoghurt and muffins So just a warning if there’s like 2 or 3 of you eating they will not provide a paper bag or any kind of bag so you have to put the food items in your coat or prepare to manage it along with everything else ( masks , luggage, kids/babies etc) I lost valuable items in the room and unfortunately nobody called from the hotel yet to return the items I hope someone with a good conscience realizes that the items are important to their guests and return itTo be fair to them a manager emailed us regarding this concernA month later Still waiting for someone to call us from this hotel and return the wedding band and engagement ringUpDate April 2022This hotel property address in Northup Way apparently is closed or under different management

The folks that work here are all extremely nice, at least everyone I met so far I feel very at peace here I think the loudest person here may be me

Really though, it’s completely quiet and utterly relaxed The man who helps me at the front desk on a regular basis couldn’t be more hospitable The rooms are good size a wonderful deal !!! I’ve paid $50 more for the same size room or smaller It’s a little rough on the outside, (mainly old paint) The woman who took my reservation over the phone She actually helped me to the point of a FREE early check in Nobody is promised that I’m sure, it was terrible weather out and cold She allowed her heart to help This place is really like that Well worth a little extra commute What’s kindness worth these days? I still can’t believe it’s as affordable as it is

Talon Windwalker

Room was fairly comfortable, and I appreciated having a recliner so I could put my feet up Not enough pillows and no extra pillow or blanket in the closet They can’t say they currently offer a breakfast

You could get a piece of fruit and a very small yogurt, and that’s basically it Staff have to hand you the minimal food, yet the spoon, lid for your coffee, and the stirrers have to be grabbed by you which means people’s fingers are likely touching the stuff which will be going in your mouth *eyeroll*Your only option for a sweetener in the lobby (for coffee or tea) is sugar When I asked about artificial stuff, the staff said “We’re asked that all the time, but this is all we have” If you’re asked for this “all the time” why not supply it? Not like it’s expensive!Location is decent and convenientHallway on the 3rd floor was FREEZING I needed my jacket any time I left my room Thermostat in the room couldn’t be lowered beyond 65 I like a chilly room, and there is too much traffic noise for me to leave the window openBathtub is small, and no bars or anything for people who might need some help with stability Just an FYI Toilet paper roll was under the sink cabinet which made it difficult to roll so would rip after 2 squares
