This is an amazing historic building, and McMenamins did a great job making it a fun place to visit! Staff was friendly and very helpful! Our group had a dinner and everyone enjoyed the food and were really impressed with the quality of food and how great it was The Spanish Ballroom is a great music venue! The sound system is excellent and a really cool space to check out live music! I definitely will return as I know I missed some of the great spaces Parking is mostly street parking, so that was the only reason I gave location 4 stars

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area
I have been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you won’t be let downLove love love this place! So unique and so fun! What a great atmosphere, from the inside to the out and from the top to the bottom! Each bar is so different and I think my favorite thing is I don’t know if there’s 2 matching light fixtures in the entire place! Oh And the food is so good!!!

McMenamins nailed it again with the Elks Temple property; a beautiful renovation of an historic building, well-executed and full of fun bits of history to learn about the building and the area Fun to stroll the entire building (the diverse collection of chandeliers is amazing — don’t miss the atrium!) We had dinner in the pub; the service was solid, and everything was tasty and a decent value
Even had a couple of cocktails which were pleasingly well-madeThe bed was great, the room was clean and everything worked Only downside was a bit of all-night industrial noise and light from across the water; it was great to sit and look out at it all with a drink, but a touch noisy for good sleep Pulling closed the heavy drapes in the room took care of all of the light and most of the noise though, so it should really only be an issue for light sleepers

Devon at the front desk went above and beyond for us The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and never wanted to get out of bed it was so comfortable The only very minor thing was housekeeping only left 2 cups in the room and 3 different types of single serve coffees
1 decaf, 1 medium roast and 1 bold No cups for the ice bucket or bathroom either What if you had 4 people in the room with 2 queens You would have to ask for more cups and coffee (which we did) or share I realize this is pretty minor, all you’d have to do is ask for more but when you pay that much for a room for 2 nights they should stock it accordingly Shouldn’t have to ask for something that should be automatic

Absolutely amazing service My reservation got mixed up and the front desk and managers were super accommodating to switch my days around AND talk to my credit card to help get me a refund I stayed here for work only 5 minutes away and will definitely be back for future work trips
Rooms have actual fitted sheets on the bed which is the best and rare for hotels And reasonably priced! 5 stars

I was really impressed by the staff here I’ve stayed in some of the higher end Marriott brands that didn’t have the friendly staff that this hotel has From the front desk to the team at breakfast to the housekeeping staff
everyone was engaged and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and enjoying our stay Ask for a room side away from the highway It can be noisy if your room faces the highway
RUTH G
The room was clean and had great water pressure! Most of the staff was great The gentleman who check is in must have been new He did explain where and thing was, our room, the elevator or breakfast
He also didn’t mention the Wi-Fi Hopefully he improves with some training Word of warning the parking sucks Small parking lot that has a bunch blocked off do to exterior work The rest is on a steep incline and the spots are small

I’m not sure which was more beautiful, the home or the lovely couple running it Actually, the surrounding neighborhood was pretty great, too Toni and Martin were so attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the entire house
Now we want to stay in all of the rooms Everything was clean and nicely decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! And Toni totally outdid herself at breakfast, to include taking my husband’s special diet needs into consideration We had a lovely stay and we’re looking forward to going back some day
Brody Sauers
Stayed here for several weeks while working It was a great stay Toni and Martin were outstanding hosts and super friendly
The room was beautiful and very comfortable And the location is great Short walking distance to everything you’d need, including a grocery story (stadium Thriftway is 10/10), restaurants, bars, pharmacy The immediate area is filled with beautiful houses that are worth a walk to see as well
Lani Bartlett
Very impressive building and grounds It had an historical and grand ambiance to it The hosts were very accommodating and friendly
The breakfasts were fantastic The fruit salads in the picture were elegantly assembled The only negative was that the building and grounds were in a bit of disrepair and there was more clutter than expected But all in all, we enjoyed our stay very much

My family had to stay here for 40+ days during our move out of state The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good There is a staff member named Ray that roams the halls doing odd jobs
He is rude and unfriendly He looks as if he is homicidal or suicidal I’d avoid him Everybody else is above and beyond friendly that goes above and beyond for the guests There’s a pool and hot tub that’s well maintained as well as a bar the serves drinks and food on the weekends There’s a small store by the front desk and a laundry room that requires $3 in quarters to wash and dry The business and conference rooms are great and helpful to work in The outdoor spaces are nice and include an outdoor smoking space behind the building If you ask to borrow a vacuum you might run into Ray or his boss He won’t speak to you just stare at you like he hates you She will literally yell at you that you better bring that vacuum back Disgruntled staff I believethey are the only reason I won’t give the hotel a 5 star This hotel would be a 5 star easily if they weren’t working there

I stayed here for a business trip in the area The rooms were clean and simple which I liked As with most any accomodations you will have to contend with the sound of other guests meandering about, but the beds were comfortable enough that I slept well
The staff were friendly and informative, and they provide a basic breakfast I enjoyed the small amount of time I spent here and the convenience of it’s location, so I will be staying here again
Kels J

First of all, the indoor pool was a lifesaver Even with the weather I was still able to go for my daily swim (AZ native, what can I say?) Service was amazing and above and beyond accommodation
Breakfast is nice, not the best for those with dietary restrictions but they do have *some* options Room and hallways were clean and very well kept, so would definitely come again
Judy Benson
Everything was good except they didn’t have enough wash cloths The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay went well and were very friendlyWe kept having to make U-turns just to get into the hotel one street up so, a little bit of a pain
Tony Rossi
Stayed at this hotel with my wife and parents while visiting the area for my Sons graduation The rooms were excellent, staff very friendly, breakfast excellent However, our stay was greatly affected in a negative way by a large group of people that filled up the public lounge area and began to play a very crude game called, “CARDS AGAINST HUMANITY”
I’m a United States Army veteran, and construction worker of 20+ years There is not much that shocks me, but this game being allowed to be played in a public area where families are present was beyond any form of public civility The staff realy let us down and allowed these people to poison an otherwise Wonderfull stay

I often wonder if there is a group of rooms set aside for people that on Expedia or other places like that This is not the first time we have encountered a room sorta cleaned Also, please know there isn’t an elevator therefore no luggage cart
The location is great and staff nice There is breakfast but we didn’t take advantage of it We walked into town and ate

Our room was very nice I wish i could give 45 stars instead of 4
Only issue with the room was a very leaky sink in room 2016 Service at the front was slow but the gentleman in front of us had a party of 20 and it was obvious someone was new and learning Location was perfect Right near the main street in Enumclaw and short drive away from the plentiful amount of hikes nearby Breakfast served from 5a-9a on weekdays and 5a-10a on weekends if i remember correctly Non smoking rooms only as far as i could tell
