A quick note to express our gratitude to you and your entire team Our group of 30 were extremely well taken care of by all your staff at the lobby restaurant and the rooftop We had a large party celebrating my 40th party originally scheduled for the rooftop

Due to the weather/rain we requested to be moved to the lobby restaurant The staff was super accommodating and set us up with a nice corner for the large group with no hesitation The service was impeccable We were then moved to the rooftop post dinner for drinks and made very comfortable in 2 cabanas Again the service and hospitality of your staff was amazing serving individual drinks to a group of 30Thank you for making our evening so special …Special Shout Out: Marshal (Manager) and Harrison (Waiter)Thank You Again!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! This is our first time here From the moment we checked in, it was wonderfulThe valet guys were friendly and welcoming

The service is wonderful The staff is so great Dee at the roof top bar was extra polite and helpful Everyone from the wait staff to the managers were very attentive They checked on us oftenWhen we checked in, we were offered a complementary cocktail that was deliciousThe rooftop pool was amazing! They offered complimentary daiquiris at the pool All the drinks were delicious and the food was great Fresh and healthy food choicesWe always stay at five star places, but this one was extra special First time in pWest Palm Beach Jessica at the pool was super nice too She kept the drinks coming and offered fruit infused water when it was hot out Music at the pool was great tooJust a wonderful stay!I will be looking for other Autograph Collection properties when we travelWe will be back! We loved everything!

No tea in rooms (never had a hotel not provide tea!!), no-one helped me with my bag despite evidently struggling on arrival, no-one cleaned the rooms for 2 days so had no water for when we needed it, and no sauna/steam room Initially was quite disappointed but over the course of the stay, the staff were actually polite and helpful and even offered us a late checkout with no qualms The rooftop music and service and atmosphere on Sunday was absolutely fantastic

If they improve a few things it could be great

We came to The Four Seasons, Palm Beach for Memorial Day Weekend and never want to leave All details were excellent and the staff is so warm and welcoming Dinner at Flories was delicious and the cocktails are incredible

The rose cocktail was my favorite! We loved spending each day laying by the pool and the service pool side doesn’t miss a beat We had the chance to be driven to Worth Avenue by Chris Jones in the official FSPB Mercedes and he scored us wonderful dinner reservations This resort really goes above and beyond to make you feel special and they want to make sure you love every moment We can’t wait to come back

The studio me n my husband rented 4 the weekend was cute n clean The hotel itself though smells awful! The mildew smell is so strong you can smell it from the road Everytime I entered the building my throat started to hurt n my chest felt congested

I’d leave the building and within minutes feel better, come back and shortly after start feeling bad again The hall ways need updated terribly The carpet is gross The walls have nicotine seeping through the paint and the air conditioning doesn’t do anything to cool off the halls including the tiny elevators The staff seemed to be a bit abtuse but not overly rude just enough niceness as to not get a complaint Overall the studio owner waa great n updated her room but the permeating mildew will prevent me from coming back or recommending this place

We occasionally attend an Orthodox synagogue at the top Since we cannot travel in the Sabbath and holidays, we rent a room in the hotel for the time Most are very nice

some need updatingAnd the area is very nice Located between the ocean and intercoastal, walks through the area are interesting

Stephen Chandler

Historic condo complex in a great location with a fair price on West Palm Beach Island Okay, so the only bad part is the musty smell in the hallways But do not let this deter you

The rooms (most) have been renovated and are clean and modern The complex itself is truly remarkable with a wonderful pool and beautiful garden There is not much to do within the complex, but on the mezzanine level there is a library with a chess table, games and puzzles The place offers a quite and relaxing atmosphere Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops Publix is across the street If your looking for a great place on a budget – book here it’s great

We spent three nights here, and it was just OK After reading reviews and the description online, we were excited for our peaceful get away, and expected much more

They state on the website that they have fresh baked goodies daily, but there were never any fresh baked goodies Just store bought cookies put out In our suite, there were candles on the wall that had about an inch of dust, as well as the several silk trees covered in dust There was a nice table in our room to eat at, but the table cloth was worn and snagged and never changed during our stay, even though we dropped salsa on the cloth The linens on our bed were thin and worn as well as the towels in our bathroom The toiletries were mismatched and not replenished during our stay There were two bottles of water in our room upon arrival, but water was never replenished They have a Brita water pitcher in the fridge downstairs, but you need to be sure and bring your own water bottle There was no choice for breakfast, only the one dish that was served, which was nothing special (toast hard and dry, no preserves, etc) We ended up going to a local diner for breakfast The owners are super nice, and we did enjoy talking with them The property is OK, and with a little work here and there, I’m sure it can be amazing The owner did tell us that the housekeeper quit the week before, and they don’t seem to have a grounds keeper/gardner Perhaps that’s why our weekend was less than what was expected She seemed very overwhelmed and stressed out when she greeted us when we arrived I hope things get better for them but we won’t be back

Seeing as how we prefer a cozy environment verses hotels, the Sabal Palm House provided the more intimate setting we enjoy Our hosts, Greg and Angela were very pleasant and personable, making our stay a pleasurable experience There is much to compliment but we really enjoyed the home made breakfast served each morning

They also provide a communal fridge offering bottled water and soft drinks The decor and balcony views were great, and it is located within walking distance to the Inter Coastal Waterway, the Ocean, and numerous restaurants Also impressive was the reasonable pricing We will be visiting again soon

tony vega

They should call it bed with amazing breakfast not just B&B Even though we pretty much only went to sleep at night on our week long stay, Angela and Greg were amazing hosts whenever we needed something Our house was getting a total renovation so we ate that amazing breakfast and off to work on our home

Very clean with old time charmWalking the bridge to the beach is a must Plenty of great places to eatViva La Playa, Benny’s on the Beach (under new management), Victoria’s on Lake Ave is one of my favorites

I just ended an 11 day stay at the White Elephant with my boyfriend and have nothing but wonderful things to say about property and staffFrom the moment you walk in the door, every single employee takes clear pride in their role that made our experience flawlessWe had countless memorable meals at Lola 41, had a blast taking out the bikes and we really enjoyed the courtesy BMW to explore the surrounding area

We would like to specifically acknowledge Gabby at the Front Desk, Junior and Damion on Valet along with Angela in Housekeeping who truly went above and beyond everydayThank you and we look forward to seeing you again soon

Caroline List

I stayed at The White Elephant with my family in April Unfortunately the hotel does not live up the standards one would expect for the price (on average $1,800/night) You’re better off spending your time and money at The Breakers, which has a much more pleasant staff and expansive grounds in addition to beach access

For context, The White Elephant only has a pool which is about 15 feet long and 4 feet wideAt night the restaurant downstairs (Lola) is very loud The hotel lacks the security to keep bar/restaurant guests from wandering around the lobby area and upper floors freely On multiple evenings there were people screaming in the hallways and the hotel staff did not step in to handleThe people at the front desk were not clear about room pricing and charges that were appearing over time on my American Express without explanation When I reported concerns about security and service to the Management, they passed me from person to person and ultimately told me there was nothing that could be doneI love Palm Beach and have been visiting for years, but next time I’ll be staying at The Breakers

Lyn Attaway

This hotel is sadly very overrated While the White Elephant charges Breakers prices, it has none of the history, charm or amenities of that classic hotel No gardens or beach

The small pool area is nothing special The only common area, the lobby, is ordinary Our $1800 room overlooked a rooftop with ac units and orange home depot buckets The only thing to recommend about the hotel is the staff who are very friendly I love Palm Beach and will return to the far superior Breakers again on my next visit Even the Aunt Leah’s chocolate covered cranberries which I love when visiting ACK feel out of place here Just so expensive for the experience…

Our son’s wedding reception was on 2/19 The room view was beautiful Pool and amenities were ok

Reception was outstanding! Sadly, At check in our room was not ready It was not ready until 6:30 We could not check in because we were at the reception Our luggage had to be stored in a friend’s room and my wife had to get ready in the public bathroom My daughter and son in law had use public parking a few blocks away from the hotel because parking was delayed due to a government dignitary’s arrival He had to transport luggage, my 7 month old granddaughter and stroller from parking spot Other non wedding guests expressed similar complaints with rooms and check ins Staff was polite but… Guys you have to do better

Kristy C

Just don’t I realized after our stay they can probably justify the prices because the convention center is next door You have to valet- not included- every time you want to leave, so quick trips for coffee are not worth it and the coffee on site ($6

00) is glorified diner coffee The room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and because it took so long we decided to down grade our room to get in and move on with our evening plans The rooms were nice but the TV cable was so ancient that it wasn’t worth it so we just watched our phones They should get with the times and use streaming services if the cable takes 30 seconds to change the channel The phone didn’t work to call the front desk They have a $2800 resort fee that is somehow refunded to you in the form of on site money But the only problem is everything sucks The soda cooler in the store was warm and the coffee shop is nothing to brag about The pastries were old Certainly not what I would expect for almost $500 a night out the door for a mid room I’ve learned my lesson to stick to Hyatt

Donna Kamin

Came to the hotel only to eat at their on site restaurant called the Galley Tucked away in the corner of the hotel, it over looks the pool area, complete with beautiful outdoor seating with fire pits The inside bar is classy and has very friendly bartenders

Good selection of food, good sized portions, reasonably priced for hotel food Very nice ambiance and I highly recommend! Hostess is very accommodating and the manager goes around consistently checking on the guests and their experience Nicely done!!!

This was a perfect weekend! Greeted by fabulous staff at check in to our fabulous bellman Our room was beautiful and extremely clean Housekeeping was the best restocking amenities and keeping the rooms clean

The pool staff and food service was there every time you needed them Would definitely recommend this wonderful resort for a relaxing escape! Next time I will use the spa it looked terrific! Thanks again for a memorable stay!

Ornella Giacaman

My review is based on their spa, we booked massages for my friends birthday Our experience personally was a 10/10, from the valet to Rahiem getting us checked in quickly, the wish pond, everyone in the spa rooms helping us out, the wonderful ladies, Julian and of course the Spa manager We got complimentary bottles of champagne, there was also free white sangria and snacks to be enjoyed

The amenities were all clean and very well kept up We had a wonderful time hanging out at the cabana and swinging on the chairs before taking a dip in the jacuzzi and showering before our services which were also very relaxing!Definitely a wonderful place to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasionThank you to the staff and we can’t wait to be back!

Alison Gerken

I spent the day at the spa I felt pampered from the moment I walked in My concierge gave me a tour and a glass of champagne, she was so sweet and professional

I spent a couple of hours in the outdoor area of the spa, which was beautiful and peaceful I had a 90 minute massage which was amazing My therapist gave me options for lightning, scents and music to suit my mood, she told me every step of what she was doing to ensure my comfort, and she checked in with me just the right amount – enough that I felt cared for but not too much that it felt disruptive I then spent 30 minutes in the dry bed and omg that thing is amazing!! It’s the ultimate meditation I loved my visit here and as a local, I can’t wait to return!!

Beautiful lobby, restaurants and common areas, but the rooms and bathrooms are definitely lacking No better in quality/condition than the average 80s or 90s Hilton-type chain hotel, just decorated in prettier colors! Clean and comfortable enough, just dated for the high price Hotel is perfectly located, iconic and has nice amenities

I wouldn’t plan on swimming in the pool (as an adult) unless you want to be on full display of all of the dining patrons just a few feet away

Maria Nicole Lechner

I had a wonderful stay at the Colony Hotel this passed weekend for my friends bachelorette I was very impressed by the level of service and friendliness of the staff They were happy to accommodate any requests and drove my friends and I to all of our restaurants

The hotel is very charming with a beautiful pink lobby and cute outside restaurant I personally loved the older, vintage feeling of the rooms and I felt like I got the full Palm Beach experience! I would definitely go back!

Leslie Millar

This review is not about a stay but rather a luncheon we had outside There is no negatives about how beautiful the ambiance is

What was horrible was the service! We waited for 40 minutes until someone came over to the table to take our drink order We would have been better off going to the bar Once we got our drink order, it took forever to get our food It was a snails pace The food was not bad but for the price, it could have been a lot better The charcuterie board was a joke That was $5 worth of crackers and such for $38 It was laughable I think I had to get up from our table 4/5 times to get someone to come to our table I brought a cake with us for a birthday celebration and I thought they dropped the cake because that was another 25 minutes What a shame going to a five star hotel with a 1 star meal!

I wanted to give a shout out to Embassy Suites for the amazing stay we had there last week I request a room with a nice workspace that I could do some work to take care of my clients and this is the amazing suite they gave us It was so nice, comfortable/clean, the views were just breathtaking and the cook to order breakfast was delightful

It truly made our week there even better If you ever go to Palm Beach this hotel is the spot We stayed in room 919

L Figueroa

Rooms are old and run down Tried 2 rooms, both smelled bad and the floors had not been vacuumed One had food crushed across the floor and the side tables were dirty and damaged

Both rooms had damaged and stained lampshades The refrigerator was tipping badly to one side lopsided in its cabinet, and it was very difficult to open because the door was blocked by its frame Staff was friendly and helpful Bed was comfortable enough The staff were the only reason I didn’t give 1 star

Max Power

I stayed in the Hotel for 5 nights in Mai 2022 and it was a good option in West Palm Beach We loved the Management Happy Hour between 5 to 7 pm, with free drinks (soft, Cocktails, beers and wine) and some snacks The rate for the Hotel was definitely to high and therefore it got only 4 out of 5 stars here

Room:The interior of the room was a little bit old but still okay I got one with a shower instead of an bath tube and a spacious room It was clean and nice as well The king size bed was very comfy and I had some options for the pillows The only thin what I dislike was that it was really loud I heard every door slamming of other guests I will mention that I booked a suite and the room was very spaciousBreakfastIt is complementary and it is really worth to use it There are some warm options which change every day The best was the fresh made to order egg station Furthermore there was some coffee, tea, drink and cereal options as wellAmenitiesThe pool had a good size (10 m length) for a good swim exercise It was maintained every morning by one staff who was very friendly as well The whole pool was clean and i liked to use itServiceThe fron staff was very helpful and friendly I had a really nice welcome and everything went well I had a problem with the lights in the Bathroom and the front office staff helped me and it was fixed after some hours, while I was away

I really enjoyed staying here The staff was outstanding I was not going to be able to get there until after 5:00 p

m and the office manager was going to be gone by that time However, she put the key in the box for me so that I could stay in my reserved suite The apartment suites were kept very clean and has everything that you could possibly need Very quiet and relaxing I recommend this place to everyone I definitely give them five stars all the way and always will!!!

Dawn C

I secured this listing through AirBnB That’s how I usually find places that are not hotel stays I was there from January 17 through January 21, 2022

My room was 207 The check-in process was easy They have a beautiful water view both front and back They also have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc Two tablesone in the kitchen and another in the dining area The bed is king size and the bathroom has two entrance/exit ways Free wifiif you are on the 2nd floor (like I was)a nice balcony with 2 lounge chairs and 2 upright chairs Nice size pool with plenty of places to sit and lounge around Also they have 2 bbq grills Free laundry area too although you have to take turns washing your clothes Free parking although if you want to get close to your unit you’d better get there before nightfall because spaces fill up quick! As I said in my AirBnB postthe only issue I had with the place was the sliding doors were a little stiff to move Also the metal bar attached to the window frame is loose so you have to be careful and hold on to it when you pull on the strings to pull back the blinds Very peaceful and quite and walking or driving distance to the beach! Will stay there again!!!!

Megan Ingalls

I would give it 3 stars, but I am giving it 4 stars because I liked the location a lot and would stay there again just for that Technically in Palm Beach, this place is basically in Fort Worth and is in very close walking distance (literally right across the street) from the beach and a pretty good beach restaurant called Benny’s It’s a full apartment style place with a kitchen and living room so would be great for a longer stay

However there were some issues We were given the wrong code for the lock box and struggled to get it open, eventually giving up when another guest told us that we could just use the door code to get into our room without opening the box for the paperwork The place was like stepping through time into the 1990s but felt fairly clean At 5:30 in the morning, a broken sprinkler was aimed directly at our window, which was very annoying I did mention the problem so hopefully it’s fixed Then, we went out and came home late at night to discover a large roach in our living room, on the ceiling We tried to get it but it fell and hid under the couch When we went to checkout the next day I mentioned there was a roach in the room, thinking that they might be able to get it out before the next guest arrived However, instead I was told falsely that it was not a roach but a palmetto bug (yes the roaches in this area are palmetto bugs, but it’s still a type of roach) and that “there’s nothing you can do about them in Florida” I am a native Floridian who lives in Florida, so I can tell you that’s 100% not true While you can’t always keep them out, you can most definitely make an effort, and at the very least you can try to remove them from a room when someone has told you there is already one inside

Great location Smaller, 3 story hotel Across the street from the ocean Quiet end of ocean

I love that this hotel offer balcony rooms The free hot breakfast is a bonus as well as free parking which is rare for oceanfront However, the website doesn’t mention that there is a $250 deposit charge required at the time of check in This should be disclosed upfront to avoid any inconvenience to customers

Okay the lobby is pretty nice and the breakfast is pretty good also But as soon as I walked into my hotel room I felt scammed, it was so small and for $700+? No microwave, lacking a lot of things Room service only comes every 3 days so if you plan on staying for 2 days don’t expect a room cleaning

Now the fitness center isn’t that bad But the pools are a joke, there are so many hotels with better pools these pools were 3 feet deep Honestly big waste of money

Between a 35 and a 4 star rating Downtown location is great for those just getting in from the airport

It is on a busy straightaway of the city, so sometimes the car noises make their way into the room Listed as a 3 star hotel, but I still felt like it was slightly overpriced ($200 a night)However, the BEST hotel breakfast that we had Everything was fresh and warm!Picture is of the open and airy lobby

Stayed just one night with my wife and daughter for a birthday celebration Convenient downtown location with a boutique hotel feel Check-in was a breeze, and the reception and lobby area was bright and chic

The room was spacious and well-appointed, but its view of the car park from the room was a letdown Plus, the room lights kept turning off every few minutes which was particularly annoying when in the bathroom I called and reported the problem, but no one came before we were ready to sleep, so I canceled the request The food at the complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options However, it would be nice to have someone clean away people’s empty plates, etc, as we had to clean a table ourselves to sit, while a kitchen staff member just stood and watched Check-out was fast, and when I mentioned the problem with the lights, the receptionist kindly removed the parking fee

I’ve been to this hotel several times since 2019 I am a diamond club member The kitchen staff prior to the pandemic was exemplary, the cleaning staff was great, the rooms were clean and Patrice was always welcoming, friendly and helpful

The last 3 times I stayed here I encountered snide remark’s from the waitress at breakfast Witnessed an full trash can by the elevator that was not emptied for several hours, food trays lingering in the hall and a dirty room After one night we decided to go to the Marriott That proved to be a great decision! If you all rehire Patrice and retrain the current manager and please let me know Your location is perfect for our travels but I won’t pay for dirt and disrespect

It was a wonderful hotel, really comfortable and clean Centrally locatedBut I can’t be completely satisfied with the service because when I ask about a late check out they completely smack me with a hard stop, the lady at the front desk on 6/29/2022 clearly reaffirmed it was imposible , if I wanted to stay after 12 I have to pay another full day ( not negotiable)It probably was my mistake staying at Hilton, that will never happened if i were booked with Marriott or Hyatt

We arrived at the hotel in the evening the reception lady was rude she didn’t even greet us She just hid behind the computer and avoided eye contact

We stood in front of the counter for a while After some time, she asked if we wanted to check into the hotel Next she told us that our reservation has been canceled and that the hotel is full We had not received any information that our reservation had been cancelled however, we got a room in the end The room was otherwise ok, but the toilet was a bit dirty When we checked out another reception lady was very nice and polite

Spacious, comfortable unit with wide deck and view of intracoastal Apartment was very clean and check-in, a breeze

especially appreciated during Covid times The location near Palm Beach and across street from Lake Worth pier is a plus Furnishings were a little dated but what was provided was more than adequate There is a charming pool area, propane grill area and even a small dock for watercraft

Rowan Lacy

Staff is rude! Prices are ridiculous They offer minimal to no activitiesHotel prices are high, rooms are old, no locks on bathroom doors, and they don’t allow roll away cots because of “room size

” Isn’t that the customers choice if they want to give up a little space for a better nights sleepWouldn’t recommend and won’t be backIf you are looking for a luxury resort Beaches Turks and Caicos 5 stars! Worth every penny – and you won’t meet anyone that doesn’t smile

I loved staying in a place situated on a jetty where we could see water from each window and sliding glass door In fact, because we stayed on the second floor, I kept the blinds open overnight so the first thing I saw when I woke up was the gorgeous morning sky over the soundWe really enjoyed the pool and fishing dock, and the fishing on the small beaches astride the beach club

The only things that would have made the stay even better was had there been beach access across the road, and some cosmetic improvements inside our condo

The boutique BnB is superb The hosts: Chet, Jeff and Randy scurry around quietly all day ensuring that everyone is comfortable during their stay The location is quiet, very private and has a very “Vintage Hollywood Glam” vibe with its cabana stripe canopies, sprawling palms and iron gates

The breakfast is continental-ish, set up like a buffet, but each day a hot entree is served under the cabana We met some wonderful new friends The pool is a tropical oasisperfect for relaxation, a book, a sip and an escapeThe property offers private rooms inside of the main house, and more private cottages with kitchenettes and sprawling soaking tubs We enjoyed the comfort of the Mango Suite with French doors that lead out to the pool We are already planning to carve out time to visit again Book it!

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel Have had to stay here quite a bit during a 5 month job assignment

Trying to find affordable housing in South Florida has been an absolute mess Luckily this hotel has had rooms available at decent rates I’ve stayed in a variety of rooms and each is clean, spacious, and for the love of everything that is CLEANLY the rooms don’t have carpet Only a small area of the room is carpeted The staff is great and always super accommodating I’ve only experienced one WOC who works at the restaurant / bar who isn’t always the friendliest but we pay her no attentionand won’t let her affect the rating of this hotel Definitely my go-to hotel in the West Palm Beach area

Marti Santos

Easy to find, easy to park Good location, clean property Quiet room, very accommodating layout

Airport shuttle available And *VERY* pleasant, gracious, and welcoming clerks at check-in and throughout our stay! Although we didn’t partake, food (breakfast, dinner) was available Certainly a hotel we’ll keep in our contact list for future visits

We had excellent attention when we arrived with the check-up, the young man who treated us super, we went as a family, we had two reservations and the rooms were impeccable, super clean and spacious The pool was a bit dirty, the pottery around it and the broken chairs The breakfast was very expensive and they did not serve everything that was requested

We had an awesome time Saturday afternoon by the pool (even though the water was freezing), with great drinks and great food Music was on point! The rooms were spacious and very accommodating And that shower pressure was to die for! It was a very modern take on urbanization decor

The staff was super friendly and very helpful when i accidentally parked my car in the wrong building!! Their front desk staff, especially Mr Richard, was friendly and the epitome of hospitality We look forward to more stays at the canopy!

The hotel is nice but for the price you pay per night it does not live up to my expectations We booked 3 nights and the hot tub was not working and they said it would take a week to fix After a long day we expected our room cleaned and towels refreshed when we took off the “do not disturb” sign and left our room at 7AM

What is the point of the sign if when taken off no one comes to clean the room? No fresh towels for a 3 night stay and apparently you have to request cleaning That’s no problem but at least they could have told us this at check-in When we did call for towels it took an hour for us to get them You have to sign up to use the WiFi and it times out Also parking is not free! Not happy with the hotel service hereI would like to add that the bar staff at the rooftop bar were amazing! No problems there

Mona Haghighi

The Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach is a beautiful hotel with amazing service It is spotless, serves good food and spectacular drinks, and it is walking distance to City Place, Restoration Hardware, and many other restaurants I stayed there for the weekend, and although it was too cold to use the beautiful rooftop pool, we had drinks at the Tree House and enjoyed the view

We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the city I will definitely go back soon

As we checked in last night everyone was courteous Once we got into our two bed room, we discovered no luggage racks! No place to put the luggage except laying them open on the floor! I was shocked at that basic item missing They said they didn’t have luggage racks

Today I checked with front lobby and asked the gal about luggage racks She said they had none and won’t! Even after I told her it was very difficult for me as a 77-year old to have to kneel down to get into my luggage items on the floor, she said to use the chair but that was not workable I’ve been in many hotels even outside US such as Cayman Island, Israel and Jordan, and the US where I live and never ran into this dilemma of no luggage racks or place to put my luggage on the dirty carpet! If I was staying one or two nights I would not unpack my clothes If I were staying Longer than that I would store my clothes in drawers and closetwe had problem with TV channel pixilation; Phone in room was not operational; A/C very noisy; last night at the pool two gals had their dog with them swimming IN the pool!!! I stood in horror at that The dog was very frightened and shaking Today I asked if that was acceptable to hotel policies and they said no Indicated it may had been kids who live in condo apartments next to pool! Because of all this we will not stay here at the Courtyard Marriott Boynton Beach, FL ever again The hotel looks nice on the outside and nice pool area but it does not help my feelings about all that was wrong Too bad

Johnny B

My company sponsored a luncheon for 140 people today (5/17/2022) and the staff were beyond accommodating I believe the Hotel Manager on duty was named Richard, I apologize of that’s incorrect because he was awesome When we ran out of supplies, he made sure we had what we needed

The staff there goes above and beyond I would HIGHLY recommend hosting a corporate event there
