Clean rooms for the most part A few dark stains on the couch unfortunately Nice pool

Mostly friendly staff One huge downside was since no one took the time to explain the room cleaning policy our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay Great breakfast especially with covid going on and everything Super comfy bedding and nice sized bathroom Super great app with digital keys as well

Samantha G

Hotel and rooms are beautiful Easy digital check in process Location is great

Beds gave our son a small rash, probably from the soap used They were comfortable though Everything was clean outside of the room, but our room had some questionable spots Gym was excellent However, there was an awful loud (and constant) humming in the bathroom The fridge/freezer was also obnoxiously loud Walls are paper thin so you can hear every little thing from neighbors and hall Not the most family friend place but overall not a terribly bad experience

Meghan Malone

My partner and I stayed for one quick night for a local event Price was okay for the area, room was clean, there was hot coffee available at 6am when I wanted some which was nice Staff was very friendly upon checkin and out

But I was not offered my bottle of water and snack item upon check in for being a Hilton Honors gold member, this is definitely a hit or miss at other locations as well

Staff was incredibly friendly and explained everything really well Check in went very smooth, we arrived to our very clean, fresh room shortly after check in time We went off-site for dinner and drinks and came back to enjoy the ambiance of the room

Bed was comfortable, plenty of towels were provided as well as other amenities One of the cleanest, well stocked hotels we’ve been to Was very quiet, couldn’t hear anything around us or from other rooms Check out was easy as well with a friendly face to see us out There’s a restaurant, pool, golf course, and more right on site so this is a great family or business destination Great job Best Western Bridgewood!

Our son’s wedding took place at the Bridgewood The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful Our room was a king suite which was large, clean and comfortable

The food for every event was amazing and it was nice to have the Ground Round attached so no one had to leave the premises to get food/drink There was also a small ice cream stand in the parking lot for a sweet treat! I would recommend this resort to anyone planning a wedding (Mary was phenomenal) or just a get away stay

We had reservations for Easter brunch at 10am today The setup was very pretty, and that’s about the only positive thing I can say about our brunch experience We were a party of 6, and the total cost of brunch was 234

00 I would not mind paying that IF the food was good We started with biscuits and gravy I bit into the biscuit and it was FROZEN My daughter took a bite of her Mac and cheese and it was also cold My mother couldn’t even eat the shrimp cocktail sauce due to ridiculous amount of horseradish in it In the brunch description it stated they had a fruit and vegetable display I guess they meant they had a fruit display only if you got there before 10am because it was empty when we were seated at 10 In the description it also stated they had a large homemade dessert selection Next time if you’re trying to pass off desserts as being homemade, you should probably take out the paper dividers and give the desserts a little more time to thaw out I have never been SO disappointed in a brunch before I really wanted to like this place but I can’t believe we just paid so much money and left hungry

My friends and I spent last weekend for a friend birthday getaway and chose this hotel thinking its best in the area The lobby and restaurant is modern and nice I picked 2 suite connecting rooms

The staff are nice and breakfast buffet is decent charge per person Here comes the “BUT’ it is dirty The drapes are dusty I wiped the counter and tables, the back of the couch- dusty and napkin from who knows The bed has washcloth under the sheet could be neglected by unfocused cleaning person and the bathroom was dirty and lots of hair I still left tip for the cleaners I would like to add pictures but it’s gross I got allergies The heater/ac is loud that kept my friend awake Hopefully, the

Neenah is a wonderful place and this hotel is the perfect location…BUT it is a huge disappoint for a Hilton property We stay in many Hiltons due to service and consistency This is a beautiful property, however it is not kept up compared to similar properties

The rooms are not clean, bathroom cleaning not kept up, curtains failing down in the room with evidence of them being duct taped and elevators are finger printed like the haven’t been cleaned in months This was my second stay, a couple months apart and it was same story again This is an easy fix for this location to be brought up to Hilton standards, so hopefully this review will be helpful in that

Patrick Schommer

Midwestern hospitality personified Many thanks to Tammy for bending over backwards to accommodate my wife and I after our reservation through a third party was screwed up She explained the situation, got us a room anyway, told me how to best clear it up, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied

She even apologized for our inconvenience that she had nothing to do with Unbelievable customer service (in a great way!)

Love a boutique hotel! The staff is very welcoming and the lobby has a delightful little fireplace which is perfect for cold Wisconsin winters The rooms are comfortable with well stocked snacks and minibar (for purchase of course) I was delighted with the jetted tub! I travel a lot and it’s hard to find a hotel with a tub, much less a jetted tub, which is also perfect after a long day at work in the cold Wisconsin winter

You either have to park on the street or in the adjacent parking garage ($5 a day) In either case be prepared to drag luggage a short distance except for loading/unloading The parking garage is worth the money to keep your car from getting covered in snow

Amberlynn Dahling

Stylish, warm, and welcoming, this classic hotel hosted our bachelorette party of 12 with ease We were treated so well here Clean rooms with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on

Just melted right into the sheets and drifted off Regular and decaf coffee supplied in the room Stocked mini fridge (I would ask them to empty next time so we had a bit of room for our things) Easily accessible from the main street, as well as, the side ally parking garage The hot tub room was so relaxing and spaciousWithin walking distance of all the best this prime location has to offer

Jenna Marriott

I booked a room here on a third party website last month I was very excited to stay here until I walked in the front door From the moment I arrived I was treated with disrespect and prejudice

The manager, Peter Rank, who initially checked me in was extremely pompous with an over inflated ego He was less than helpful, rude, and extremely conceited When I came to the realization that I was booked into the wrong room (different from the room I had reserved online), I was met with greater disrespect and apparent classism and sexism In the end I had to spend additional money just to get the room that I had initially reserved Beyond disappointed with my stay here, and hopeful that there will be a change towards the absurd managerial staff

And they matched Priceline’s online deal

Was sadly very disappointed with our stay Immediately when entering hotel hallway the overwhelming smell of wet dog/ musty smell hit you Then when we got into our room the smell was even worse

Our friends on another floor had the same smell It permeated the entire hotel The front desk clerk on the PM shift was not friendly at all Also, the sheet on the bed had a stain on it Sadly will not be staying here again It was a great location to our destination but no thank you

Pandas 424

Room was ok, not the best, but not the worst Breakfast was good for an included breakfast, but it’s the same thing every day If you stay for multiple days, you might get tired of the breakfast

There was also a pool at this hotel, it was kinda disappointing though It was very small and only three feet deep on one end and four feet deep on the other It was also very cold!!! And there was no hot tub to warm up in The location of the hotel was also very awkward Its slightly hidden behind a gas station If you use the main entrance, it’s very hard to drive in and out without potentially hitting another vehicle

I made a booking 15 days before (April 14) for my stay (which is July end) I had to make the reservation on my personal card before I get the defense travel approved This is because of the shortage of hotels in the vicinity as it is the Oshkosh event

I called today to cancel it and the person charged me $25 per day (6 day reservation) I requested to waive the cancelation fee as its 2 month prior But they didn’t budge nor did they care about the circumstances If you are planning your travel early, avoid making any bookings here Especially if you are military just avoid this place completely

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Roost Bed & Breakfast on our recent visit to Wisconsin To say we were pleased is an understatement–this was by far the best stay I’ve ever had in any hotel/inn, anywhere We stayed in the Hunt Suite, which was beautifully appointed

We had all of the comforts of home: a fireplace, a fridge, a gigantic bed, a large en-suite bathroom, and a huge jacuzzi bathtub (big enough for the two of us to enjoy together!)Breakfast was served at our requested time and we enjoyed it both in our room an in the dining room with other guests, depending on the day De Ann is an absolutely fantastic cook; her breakfasts aren’t to be missed While we didn’t spend much time in it, there is a lovely back garden with a screened in gazebo, a bubbling fountain, and yard games for your enjoyment The Roost is conveniently located close to Neenah, downtown Appleton, and about 30 minutes south of Green Bay There’s even a lovely house dog, Zada, who was very excited to greet us and give us all the kisses we could ask forWe will most certainly be back and are recommending Roost Bed & Breakfast to every single person we’ve met, both in Wisconsin and elsewhere If you’re thinking about visiting, please do–it is absolutely incredible and a 5 star experience!

We recently had our daughters birthday here and booked the bunk bed suite Very good service If there was a problem, Ashley and Chris fixed it right away

The housekeepers, Crystal and her daughter were excellent and very nice Highly recommend for a family get away and birthdays Karen (the pool lady) was always smiling and helpful She made it fun for the kids and interacted with them The staff overall treated us like family

Ann Kelly

We had a wonderful time! I brought my grandkids to swim for the afternoon The water was very comfortably warm, the hot tub was wonderful, and the facility very neat and clean They let you have inflatables, and even provide balls and basketballs for in the water

Well worth the money to spend an afternoon in the winter We all had a wonderful time Janet was the lady working in the pool area and was so helpful and friendly

Eric Ebler

We needed a place to stay for a wedding in town, so I booked 2 months early and got a great deal on a king bed whirlpool suite as a surprise for my wife We showed up at 8:30 to check in and they said that they had overbooked that room so it wasn’t available that night so we were downgraded to just a king bed I asked to be refunded the difference for the room and they said that since the price that day was higher than what I paid they couldn’t refund it

Super frustrating and definitely won’t be staying with them again any time soon Other than the reservation issues, the room was clean and the hotel was fairly quiet

This was a very pleasant stay for our business trip to Oshkosh The hotel staff was top notch Probably the friendliest I’ve ever met at any hotel

They always greeted us with a welcome back and a smile anytime we entered the lobby We always left before breakfast was served but there was always hot coffee available along with the yogurts, cereals and fruit During our stay they even had complimentary beer and cheese every evening Adrianna from corporate was a great host and made us feel right at home as soon as we would walk into the lobby From my understanding, Amanda the GM has won awards before so I can see why this hotel is so outstanding I will definitely come back here again whether it’s for business or pleasure

Samantha Vande Voort

We used the Fairfield Inn and Suites for our wedding block and could not have been more satisfied Every staff member that we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful from our booking experience all the way through to the end of our stay The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and comfortable

We even were able to comfortably use one of the queen suites for hair and make up for my eight girls and I on the wedding day I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel for a wedding group or anybody passing through

Elizabeth

Clean rooms and very friendly/helpful staff I have never been to a hotel where all of the staff were so nice besides this one Great housekeepers

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area My son got sick at 2am and the front desk lady helped me to get cleaning products to clean it up And then the housekeepers were at my room right away in the morning to clean it Which was so nice and helpful

The staff were helpful but when I checked into my room but all 3 shelves in the mini refrigerator were filled with half eaten food from a past guest, the ice bucket was also missing I went to the front desk and they did give me a garbage bag and came to pick it up because it was full of old food but they gave me a water pitcher to use as an ice bucket This is definitely not the level of a 4 star hotel?! I wish it was a better experience but unfortunately you should expect more from one of the nicer hotels in the area

Wanderers Compass Travel Blog

Sadly not impressed The lobby is beautiful The staff is nice but very young

No water given though a Diamond member The room, and we had a higher end room, was not in good shape The shower had minimal water pressure, a drizzle really, and leaked a lot When I called to request it fixed they tightened it so tight only cold water came out, just a drizzle still Shower soap tray hanging off the wall Sink was backed up but they did fix that AC was very loud Beds were comfy and clean but much else needs updating Asked to have the room cleaned they brought towels and but did not remove wet ones on the floors or straighten beds as asked Toilet paper was empty and the did not give us more I did let reception know at departure and they wrote it down and said the manager will take care of things Never heard anything from anyone Disappointing stay!! I love Hilton but this location does not represent the brand well

Robert De Corah

This review is for the bar/restaurantI am staying next door and they don’t have a bar/restaurant, so I found myself here I was immediately greeted by one of the warmest, authentic, and excited about their job people I’ve ever come across in the hospitality industry, Steve

I travel about 150 days a year, and I’m overly critical of people in the service industry as I come from a long experience of working in it I can say without a doubt that his interaction with guests, curiosity, and passion made me come back a second night Steve was just the same as the prior night, and not just with me, but everyone he comes acrossWhen you travel it’s people like Steve that make my time away from my family enjoyable Thank you for always keeping it positive!PS They have a pretty decent whiskey selection for a hotel bar, and Steve has mastered making ice cubes that are completely see through

This is a lovely new property Rooms very clean I like the couch with the rolling ottoman and the furniture is nicely designed

The dresser is a bit small but for two days it was fine I didn’t get a view of the River from my room, but I imagine it would be pretty nice if I did Nice staff and very nice lobby There’s not really breakfast here though so you’ll need to venture out The coffee shop looked nice Also no microwave, but a small fridge If I try the bar I’ll update the review for that

Jon Seilkop

Beautiful, spacious, and clean rooms Bed was comfortable Very cool and comfortable couchs which are also pull out beds

The riverfront view rooms are worth the extra if you’re planning to stay for a while The breakfast is great (do the added cost to include the breakfast with the room – $5/person vs $10/meal if you buy on your own) Nice bistro with very tasty foods Reasonably stocked bar at reasonable prices Beautiful outdoor sitting area with a fire pit Very good location with lots of things to do near by We will be staying here again next time we’re in town

Joanne Palzkill

A beautiful location, I recommend the water view The hotel including our room was immaculate, staff extremely friendly I accidentally left my planner behind and didn’t realize it until we were 45 minutes out of town

When I called they checked my room, located the planner and then offered to send it to me at no cost It arrived the next day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Franklin Street Inn! Keith and Lori are wonderful hosts Our bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast – homemade, gourmet come to mind – with delicious local coffee – fantastic!!Fireplace (electric in our room), jacuzzi, spot-on clean room – who could want more? The best part, though, was the genuine interest shown by Keith during our breakfast conversation, while Lori worked hard in the kitchen We didn’t feel rushed at all, enjoyed a trip down memory lane, and felt very welcome and appreciated

Highly recommend Keith and Lori’s Franklin Street Inn if you want to enjoy local lodging as it is meant to be! Top notch

Dan Kelm

My wife Megan and I stayed at the Franklin Street Inn Bed and Breakfast for a short getaway on New Year’s Eve Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Keith who provided exceptional customer service & a polite and welcoming attitude Having only been to one other Bed & Breakfast before we immediately felt comfortable in a unique environment

The room that we stayed in, the Franklin Grand Suite had a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom area with shower and two-person tub as well as fireplace A quick 30-minute drive from the inn led us to Titletown in Green Bay where we rang in the New Year Whether staying in Appleton or heading to any of the rest of the Fox Valley or Green Bay it is an easy driveWe were able to pick when we wanted breakfast anytime between 8 and 10 and had a very nice meal – blueberry french toast, turkey sausage and fresh fruit along with various juices and coffees Just as important it was great to have a conversation with Keith about his story, how they got to be innkeepers and the history of this particular Bed & Breakfast Lori would have been there as well but she had suffered a sprained ankle and was hobbling a bit at this time They were great hostsOverall, Megan and I would recommend the inn for anyone that enjoys the unique charm of this type of environment It was a very positive experience and will lead us to continue to explore bed & breakfasts on into the future

Jane Petersen

We chose Franklin Street Inn from an online search, and it turned out to be a very good choice Every effort was made for our comfort and convenience Lori and Keith are great hosts, friendly and helpful

Both are good cooks, and we had delicious breakfasts every morning It was fun getting to know them and other guests as well We would stay there again!

TH place i very nice however as a Tesla Owner it was listed that it had EV charger stations These stations are 120v plugs at the base of their light Poles UGH!!! this is NOT an effective EV charger

You will need in excess of 24 hours to fully charge a battery!!! Unacceptable Definitely not a destination Charger!! There listing should be more accurate

The staff, especially Carol & Diondre were amazing The staff worked hard to keep the hotel clean and sanitized We were in town for a hockey tournament and they were so kind in letting us hang out in the breakfast area as long as we kept the noise down

The hotel is a renovated property but done well It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable Breakfast was standard breakfast fare The only complaint would be the morning garbage run Our room was on the 2nd Floor directly above the dumpster Every morning before 7am an employee would come out and throw the lid open and it would hit against the back of the dumpster with a loud bang Then they would proceed to throw the bags in which was also loud The first morning I figured it couldn’t be helped, until I looked out the window later that day There is a sliding door on the back of the dumpster that they could put the garbage into which would definitely be less disturbing before 7am The hotel was conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Champion Center where our tournament was It’s conveniently located near lots of restaurants and a nice shopping mall

The breakfast buffet is passable- Standard issue cheap, not unpalatable Sat night got very loud in the parking across from the front of the building- some kind of hot rod car meet-up which meant revving and tires squealing which went on for about an hour before the cops broke it up Also highway nearby, you can hear it, not too loud At least one extremely startling door slam occurred each night Felt like it shook the walls Couldn’t tell where it was coming from Anyway, staff is nice Pool and jacuzzi were OK, no problems there Overall, a competent operation

Nicole at the front desk needs a raise!! We came to Green Bay from out of town with our toddler nephew for Disney on Ice but did not intend on staying the night After a flat tire and no help from AAA, we called Country Inn but they were fully booked Nicole went the extra mile to find us a cancellation at 11 PM

She offered my very tired nephew a cookie and talked to him about the show They gave us tooth brushes and tooth paste The room was spacious even with 3 adults and a toddler The beds were comfortable, room was clean On site breakfast was a life saver Our tow truck was late in the morning, so they even extended our checkout time to 2PM with no extra charge Cannot compliment them (& Nicole) enough for making a stressful night much more bearable We will never forget her kindness!

Mattress was on the harder side but not uncomfortableKitchen was fully equipped Pot in the kitchen was so warped it bounced around and made a racket 2 burner stove adequate for cooking supper Dishwasher to clean it all upFull breakfast was served in the lobby, included a hot meat and eggs each day we were there They also had yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and breakfast pastriesThere were no housekeeping services during our stay, so trash cans were overflowing by the end of our stayThe pool was very nice The hot tub was a great temperature Pool towels were abundant

(This location was chosen for me due to business travel)The staff was friendly and helpful The room was clean and spacious but the counter space was minimal (I ended up in a handicap room, so I’m not sure if there was a differencein configurationbecauseof that

)For a return visit to the area, I would choose a different place as there are no on-site meal options With a later check in, I prefer to have an on-site restaurant Door Dash to local restaurants is convenient, but I payed double for the same meal I would get in NJ at ihop

Stay ANYWHERE ELSE!They charged my personal card 2 times, credited only once, finally got it straight, but then overcharged my company card twice Can’t ever get a manager, they only work part time, but they are the ones who did all the mistakes Evening staff can’t be bothered to get off her personal phone and leave the living room area to go behind the desk

Problem after problem
