Such a cool hotel!! My daughter and I stayed here for a night and both loved it The theme/decor is different from a lot of hotels you see in the area and was really fun The room was amazing, had everything we needed, and was really cute

Also the staff was very friendly and helpful both the night we checked in and in the morning when we left!

UPDATE 6/5/22: Two weeks after the stay, I realized my credit card was charged $46 two days after my stay for no reason (room was paid with points) My Marriott account, however, does not show any charges I called the property three times and GM Ellis was suppose to have called me back

He never did I did learn from a helpful front desk associate that their records do not show any charges either I am now disputing the random charge with Chase Check your bank or credit card statements for erroneous chargesPoor excuse for a Marriott property Everything is dingy from the lobby to the rooms Attempts to provide a modern ambience are overshadowed by lackluster amenities Will not be staying at another Aloft branded property On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and had great attitudes

Edited to add: as of today, there is a pending deposit from AloftNot a great experience 2 nights of our 3 night stay we had no television

They came and looked at it and said they would fix but that never happened Our last night there, the shower head dripped and was hitting the metal drain pan I tried jusr closing the bathroom door but the rolling doors don’t close all the way A plastic piece of the door kept falling off but we could just put it back The chargers on the bedside tables seem like a great idea but they don’t fully charge even when on for 8 hrs Last day, our air conditioner couldn’t seem to get the room cool but maybe it was just so hot outside, it couldn’t keep upI told the lady at check out all of the issues and she was very nice and apologetic She said she didn’t have authority to really do anything about it and wrote it all down in a spiral and assured me someone would call No one did so I called a week later and spoke to front desk manger and she said we’d be refunded a night’s stay in 3-5 days Never happened I called again, still nothing Called and talked to GM,he assured me we would get the refund Never happened I have now left a couple messages and talked to a couple other people and while all mostly friendly, they are doing nothing I should have demanded it be taken care of at check out but I’ve honestly never dealt with such a shady hotel Our stay was Memorial weekend and still no resolution

Beautiful hotel, at a good location for us Lot of artwork, memorabilia located in and around the building Our room was mostly nice

The patio was very nice to sit outside in the evening The pool area was very nice as well The lobby and breakfast area was well situated and comfortable Some breakfast items were not always available for long periods of time before they could bring more The staff was mostly helpful On the downside, the lobby men’s room was out of soap and tissues, for the 2 day that I was there This seemed to be story of most of the building Many of the hand sanitizers were empty We had to ask the front desk due to no towels at the swimming pool They got some out there in about 15 minutes Housekeeping was not doing daily cleaning of the rooms I assume due to the pandemic situation They have to sure what they need to do, but some plan as to getting towels exchanged, trash pick-up would have been good to know

Allie Lee

I just spent the past week here for a work trip I appreciated the location, and I had plenty of space in my room The fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink were all super helpful to have

Unfortunately, the kitchen sink in my room leaked water My room was next to the laundry room, so I’m not sure if that was the reason for having NO water pressure in the shower- like water trickled out of the shower head, and the hot water knob on the bathroom faucet did not turn on The front desk worker was irritated when I requested housekeeping for each day of my stay The housekeeper did a nice job on the days that they came but my room didn’t get done one day even though it was on the schedule The one elevator’s buttons were stuck and hard to work and a lot of people’s trash was left out in the hallways for a really long time The gym was nice and not busy at all I’d stay here again if my company needed me to stay here again, but I will definitely vocalize my room issues in the future if there are any

This is an average suites hotel at best, similar to La Quinta Inns level This place is OVER-PRICED They charge like a 4-star hotel

We were looking forward to great experience after seeing reviews and were utterly disappointed I question the authenticity of some of those reviewsProblems: Beds & pillows not comfortable, pool unclean (our child developed skin rash!), dogs barking next door People leaving their garbage outside the doors instead of housekeeping staff going to rooms and picking We had not seen that in hotels costing half of what this Homewood charged usIn short, we would not recommend this place

Hotel was clean and quiet upon arrival Parking was tight as it was kind of busy The room was nice, quiet and cold with a view over the outdoor shopping mall

Keith was very down to earth and enjoyed singing along with us when we told him it was our anniversary The room had some minor issues which we dealt with Tv wasn’t as loud and didn’t have an array of channels Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so the floor was wet and uncomfortable to stand on wet towels by the sink Hotel was in great proximity of everything in the area which made it easy to walk if needed be It’s possible I’d stay here again due to it’s location

I LOVE this hotel! One of my fave in Austin if you want to be away from downtown The domain is a GREAT area, upscale shopping and dining, super fun The staff is great the decor is on point and the rooms are modern clean and amazing

Thanks! I’ve enjoyed the restaurant the bar, attended an event here and stayed here multiple times

sydneysaurus

I’ve just arrived and I already really enjoy this hotel! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and got me checked into my room quickly My room is extremely clean and there was music playing in the TV when I opened the door! Everything has been smoother sailing so far I look forward to eating at the restaurant, working in the conference rooms and swimming in the pool!

Excellent hotel Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable

Really liked the room layout Hotel lobby and staff were nice also My only complaint is not having a safe in the room Other than that everything was great, even the view from the room was nice Location is good Parking is well lit and felt safe

Kaychia Clark

Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay It was clean, comfortable, and great service Great for people who are in town on business

The lobby is set up in a way where you can work and feel comfortable Also have a small bar in the lobby which is very nice if you do feel like having a drink In addition, it’s in a great location with stores and restaurants close by I asked for a late checkout because I had a conference call at the exact time I was supposed to checkout and the staff was very accommodating My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable for me I woke up with some back pain Other than that, nice hotel 🏨

Linda K. Riles

The hotel was super clean I would’ve given a 5 for facility and a 4 for roomsIt was the shower floors that was messed up in 3 different rooms that we asked to be moved to

I fell in love with this place the moment I laid eyes on it It’s a beautiful, historic oasis with a clean pool The backyard was done beautifully

The house and rooms have their own unique charm The bed was clean and comfortable They had regular towels and pool towels laid out for you There’s also a mini fridge in the dining room and by the rooms upstairs stocked with water, milk, ice, etc You may also use them for your own drinks that you bring Waking up to the sound of the backyard fountain was amazing We had muffins, croissants, fruits, and cereal for breakfast, but you can request a hot meal There’s also a coffee bar with to-go cups They’ve truly thought of everything!! It’s also a bonus that it’s close to the interstate but not close enough to hear city noise Everything was about 10-20 minutes away The furthest we had to drive was McKinney Falls (~35 min)

GrandPa G

Okay, first of all I must say that Mr and Mrs Strickland we’re amazing hosts They treated us with care and respect as if we were family If you like historical houses you must see this place

The hardwood floors on the first floor or original White Oak They have a parlor set up, they have a formal dining room set up The place is amazing and appears to be historically correct There is a wrap around porch with comfortable chairs and small tables for visits with friends The rooms are very comfortable and relatively sound proof They have spent a lot of time and money restoring this home Even if you don’t stay there please, walk in the front door and speak to either of them They will gladly give you a tour of the entire facility They have a pool, and a spa that is in a secluded Alcove There is an outdoor fireplace by the pool that they always have stock with firewood ready to go Seriously, if you like historic houses and b&bs and are in downtown Austin you owe it to yourself to see this amazing place

Ryan Daley

My parents and brother have stayed here on multiple occasions when visiting me in Austin The owners take great care of the property and it’s in really good shape and a neat place It’s within walking distance to Hyde Park restaurants, UT or North Loop bars and restaurants

Also, very close to Home Slice’s 51st street location, which is the first or second most popular pizza restaurant in Austin and has stayed busy through the COVID-19 pandemic I highly recommend staying here and I walk past this property on a regular basis with my dogs and it’s always safe and well maintained The rooms are large and there is plenty of space, beds are comfortable

The bed closest to the bathroom in room 228 HAS BED BUGS! Me and my kids stayed after driving 4 hrs to get there and have to wake up in the middle of the night to being bitten and attacked by bed bugs! Upon notifying the front desk all they did was take my name and number and said they’d look into it smh! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying in a so called nice hotel! We were already exhausted then to have to experience that we definitely did not get the rest we needed! Not to mention the ice machine didn’t work on our floor, the room only had 2 towels/washcloths had to get more, the pool was dirty towel bin was empty there was a pile of bricks in the area around the pool and literally less than 4 chairs just looked very abandoned and the pool was only 4 ft deep Couldn’t access the fitness room No clock in the room the telephone looked like it was used from an old motel the channel guide didn’t work on the TV and it didn’t even have all the channels that were listed on the paper guide

These hotels need to be shut down makes no sense to be so expensive and be of bad quality!

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we’ve been to a lot The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful, and requests were tended to right away Our room was comfortable, spacious and very aesthetically pleasing

LOTS of counter and storage space everywhere and spacious vanity with bright lighting in the bathroom Whoever designed the layout and details of the rooms did a phenomenal job We couldn’t have been more comfortable except maybe a bit more seating options in our King room (the loveseat was too deep to be comfortable without lots of pillows) And as is with all the Marriott branded hotels, the bed was oh so comfy That’s our first requirement when looking for a hotelThe lobby was spacious and absolutely beautiful We ate at The Bistro, conveniently located in the lobby, and breakfast was amazing That’s the only meal we had since our stay was just one night After continuing on our journey and staying at the next hotel, we wished we could have stayed at this wonderful hotel the entire time We will definitely be back

Yolanda Y

The window in the room does not open so there is strong chemical/paint/furniture smells in the room Can smell it even when lying in bed trying to sleep The staff said that it’s for the safety of the guests but there are definitely better ways to protect the guests than making them feel trapped in the room they pay for

Told the management but they did nothing Would not recommend staying here

Cheryl Roberson

Pros: spacious, updated, bed is comfortable, pillows were comfortable and the staff was incredibly niceCons: NOISY! So incredibly noisy The soffit, above the bed, hold the pipes for the rooms above, so anytime someone flushed the toilet you heard it

The walls are incredibly thin! You can hear the TV in the room next doorI’d stay here again, in a pinch, but it wouldn’t be my first pick

We came to Austin for a wedding and got a special rate at the hotels booked here It was right in the middle of the party district, which was fine with us Also, they had a happy hour every day from 5:00 to 6:00 with free beer and margaritas, and whenever we ask for an early check-in at 9:30 a

m they were able to accommodate us Everything in Austin is expensive, and no matter if you go out to get pizza, ice cream, or barbecue, expect to pay $100 every single time With that in mind, this hotel at their special rate was affordable

Luka

So the cons to this place was there is a college bar right next to it where they blast music all night at insane levels where it makes it very tough to sleep, the music goes on until 3am sometimes which is very annoying The pool itself is nice but it’s small, during the weekend it was too packed where you can’t even get in which is annoying when you pay that much money for the hotel and can’t experience the pool when you want, and finally the valet service is very expensive at 60$ a night and adds up especially if you are going to stay a few nights The rooms themselves were underwhelming and a little small compared to what you would expect

Pros is overall the experience there was solid, the staff is A plus and is very helpful, valet service was nice and prompt getting the car out in a timely manner, everything was very clean and well maintained The amenities areas were also nice and clean The location is also phenomenal and you are in the heart of it all

Dylan Ivanov

Gorgeous hotel with incredible staff and beautiful rooms Greeted warmly by the front desk upon arrival with a free room upgrade and information about free drinks and other events going on in the hotel We asked them for restaurant recommendations as it was our first day in Austin and were advised to go to Via 313 Pizza just minutes from the hotel; the food was amazing and we were able to enjoy it in the comfort of the room

The pictures online do not do the grandeur and elegance of the hotel justice Make sure to book a night if you are in the area!

Let’s start with the location It’s tucked in behind other businesses and the parking lot is inadequate at best I had trouble finding a spot 2 of the 3 nights I stayed

I ended up parking in the neighboring businesses lot one night of my stayThe room (312 for reference), well, for the price I was disappointed The 3rd floor hallway air conditioning was inoperable my entire stay The hallway was stifling at all hours, though the air conditioning in my room worked fine so it wasn’t a huge issue The bathroom was not the condition I expected The bathroom door did not stay latched when closed When you opened the door, it swung shut, so it was always hot in there unless I propped it open with a towel The walls in the bathroom had questionable brown substances on them near the toilet Speaking of the toilet, the seat was not even attached to the actual toilet The wall behind the aforementioned door was cracked from the lack of a door stop The shower had multiple cracked tiles, one was falling away from the wall The pipe that the shower head mounts to was missing the wall dressing/water barrier ring Also it was plumbed in reverse So cold was hot and hot was cold Well luke warm, I couldn’t call the water hot at any settingThis brings me to the service of the staff The staff were all wonderful The hotel was fully booked, yet they were all polite and courteous to me They were the only reason I did not cancel the rest of my stay, so there is that to be saidUnfortunately I will not be choosing this location for my future trips to Elgin

Timothy Ruiz

Biggest complaints:There was a musty water odor in the hotel First floor was pretty strong Second floor was better

But, I’m sure they’ll fix that very soon!Staff friendly! No dinner serviceLocation was well, there’s really nothing there so, sure great locationAC works great so that’s a big plusWas quiet and cleanGet Some

June Moon

The staff were all friendly and very helpful The bed was comfortable I was happy even before I got home and realized I left my pillow behind

I called and they already knew about it and had it sitting behind the counter They put my name on it so I could come the next day and pick it up instead of driving back right that moment Very pleased

My husband and I came to Austin for a friend’s party, and we took a chance and stayed at the Cat Noir Hotel We were honestly very pleasantly surprised at how unique and wonderful an experience we had at this lovely boutique hotel The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and VERY comfortable

We booked a room with a large, separate, freestanding tub (not something we see at this price point), and we used it every day The location is fantastic, and the people who work at or run the hotel are genuinely thoughtful and friendly There is, indeed, a big black cat named Louie who hangs around and is fantastic (if you like cats, which we do!) We can’t wait to come back and we will choose this hotel again, gladly I recommend it highly!

K S

I can’t rave enough about this hotel The location, the staff, everything about our stay was fantastic I chose to stay here after a poor experience with the staff at a different Austin hotel

and Cat Noir exceeded our expectations from our first interaction They upgraded our room to the large suite which was absolutely amazing The staff was so kind and accommodating Uncle Nicky’s is attached and the bar staff there was so pleasant and we frequented there a few times during our stay It’s right next to a liquor store that also sells a handful of non-alcoholic drinks and was a life saver when we needed water There’s shopping and a coffee shop a few steps away, and a food truck park across the street There’s also plenty of scooters around and you can drive them a few blocks down to another food truck park It was just an amazing experience overall and I can’t recommend it enough The only two “downsides” were the parking situation isn’t exactly ideal, but that’s what you get for East Austin Luckily the staff was so accommodating with the parking It was also a bit pricey but completely worth it, and I mean that 10000% recommend!!!

Rebecca Ochoa

This place is a gem! So quaint and comfortable! Thoroughly enjoyed the clean room with luxury linens, cold beverages and espresso machine! The roof top lounge area was so cool to enjoy at sunset with the capital building lit up off in the distance The counter service cafe in the lobby offers yummy options along with cocktails and specialty coffee Everybody was so friendly and welcoming! It was a perfect place to enjoy an anniversary weekend!

TAKE CARE:Fridge has a motion sensor for items If you are not going to use it and pay high prices, do not even open the fridge I had problems They write a notice on the door of the mini fridge, which is not very clear They should let you know at check-in and with large letters on the cabinet where the minibar is, to avoid unpleasant situations for those who are innocently curious to see what is in the minibar or try to keep something They should change the minibar policy to avoid this type of problem that I know is common in the hotelBut I informed the hotel immediately, after checking the minibar and they didn’t charge They also brought an empty minibar for free to store products

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any place This web site will compare countless booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you choose this place you won’t be disappointedMy girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience Everyone was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed This hotel is in an excellent location in downtown Austin Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub, it offered a great view of downtown and was very relaxing and clean We found that the price of the hotel was very reasonable and would recommend anyone visiting Austin to stay here!

It started with one hour early check-in which was the only good thing to say about our stay After that, we were notified of shortage of staff and room service is not available everyday This is a deal breaker

Having so many other options to stay, the reason we chose this hotel over AirBnb was room service and breakfast We did not get room service for our entire stay of 3 nights We put the garbage outside of the room and no one picked up the garbage Breakfast: didn’t have vegetarian option except milk and cereals No breads or bagels Juice machine was broken as if it’s a thing in hotels nowadays I haven’t had this bad experience at other Marriott properties 1 star is because of room size

The holloway family

The hotel is very old and stale The carpet is filthy We only stayed one night because we couldn’t get out money back, but had to cancel our other night because we could not tolerate the filth

I probably used an entire bottle of Lysol trying to disinfect the room Did I say the carpet is filthy, the bathroom floor was disgusting, the pillow cases were dirty Even the free lotion that every hotel provides looked 1980ish The rooms are super small I have stayed in a Motel 8 and that hotel was better than this hotel I’m not going to get started on the subpar breakfast Muffins smelled like play dough I could go on and on, but do not pay anything more than $75/night for this hotel Trust me, you will be highly disappointed I hope that my negative review will motivate management to fix the problem

Siva Kumar

The hotel was filthy and it seems like Marriott retrofitted an old hotel into its chain The room amenities did not work as expected The fridge leaked water in the room floors, the microwave did not work and the ac/heat were either too hot or cold

It could not be controlled We just stayed there for a night but it was probably my least favorite stay in a Marriott chain I would not recommend it to anyone

I stayed in room 209 The sheets reeked of chlorine It wasn’t noticable during the day, but at night, it made it hard to sleep

One of the elevators was not working I liked the plants in the lobby It made the place feel much more comfortable The breakfast was good The shower wasn’t working I tried to pull the little thingy on the water faucet but it didn’t work so instead I just used the bathroom sink The toilet paper was too far behind the toilet which made it hard to reach The electrical outlets are kinda iffy Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’tIf I ever come again, I’ll bring my own blankets and pillows I think it’s genuinely a good hotel It’s just got some design flaws

The hotel is very clean and beautiful with great breakfast but there’s room for growth especially in the service areaAccording to one staff member you need to request your room to be served otherwise they won’t clean it even if the do not disturb sign is not displayed at the door That’s exactly what happened to us, but once we addressed the issue they brought us everything we needed and the front desk gave us some treats

Rich Carey

There is only 1 working elevator at this establishment, which made for a crowded elevator ride, both up and down A couple that I visited with said that the elevator had been down for one entire week, even though it’s clearly marked that the service for the elevator has been scheduled With the currently working elevator, it would make a nasty shimmy when stopping at the top floor, which made for a scary/uncertain experience which was troubling

Within the room that we stayed, there was a very disgusting spot on the curtains, the buttons on the telephone in the bedroom did not work properly, there was a crack in the bathroom sink, the television set in the bedroom only connected to audio and would not connect to see what was on the screen, and the microwave oven was filthy/dirty/nasty We then reached out to the front desk and were told that the maintenance individual had already left for the night When we called back, there was no one available to pick up the call We then went downstairs and saw the front desk person sitting in the atrium casually visiting with another hotel employee When we went downstairs, with pictures, we shared with the front desk personnel what we had seen/experienced in the room and magically the maintenance person was still on sight to go upstairs and review the problems that we had reported I felt that the staff was very nonchalant and was overall not very helpful Also, we had been upgraded to the premium suits, complete with snacks and beverages, but were not made aware that the snacks and beverages would only be available at the initial check-in, and might only be replenished if we stayed more than four nights, since the hotel policy is that any room service/housekeeping only happens after a four-night stay I realize that a lot of things have changed since Covid, back in March of 2020, but I hadn’t realized just how much has changed

The atmosphere was nice and the hotel was very clean Beautiful hotel The staff were very nice and accommodating

Unfortunately the good review ends there We ate at the restaurant in the lobby Paid 68$ Each for 3 inedible steaks covered in so much spice and salt you couldn’t tell they were steaks The manager was the worst however We have a service dog with us He asked what job he performed which is illegal as hell We told him and he finally left but what the hell? Why don’t you ask a person in a wheelchair why they’re in a wheelchair? The next morning we put out breakfast door tag out before midnight Nobody picked it up If we hadn’t had to take the dog out and seen it was still there then I guess we wouldn’t have gotten breakfast and we had a meeting that morning The eggs were beyond over cooked So in general yes we love the hotel but the kitchen and it’s manager need some work apparently

Room was large, lovely and clean with a huge balcony and fireplace I loved it Service was generally friendly – the one drawback was the check-in process

The man checking me in at the desk asked too many probing questions about my personal life He read the details of my ID aloud and commented on my address saying he knew where it was, then asked who I was “getting away from” at home, along with repeated questions for my plans that night that were beyond what I’ve ever been asked while checking into a hotel I’m sure he was clumsily trying to make awkward small talk, but for the money I paid, I didn’t think this was great guest experience and it started my stay off on an uncomfortable foot Just gentle, hopefully constructive feedback Everything else was wonderful

My wife and I just stayed in the Archer’s Den w/ Balcony Suite between 6/11 to 6/13 The suite is nicely appointed The tub in this suite is phenomenal and excellent for couples to share

The Nespresso machines are a nice touch and we enjoyed using them Now for the bad Our suite was on the Rock Rose side of the hotel So for the 1st night we had to endure the music from the clubs on Rock Rose that only seemed to get louder after 10:00pm and then kept going until 2:00am We didn’t even fall asleep until 2:30am I went down to the lobby in the morning and politely asked to be moved to the same suite on the other side of the hotel which I felt had to be quieter The front desk staff were nice enough to acquiesce to my request They also had our bags moved to the new suite The 2nd night in the suite on the Nordstrom side of the hotel was very quiet compared to the 1st night Unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t great in the 2nd suite and the sprayer head barely sprayed even when redirecting all of the water in the shower through it Both suites had some intermittent cooling issues with A/C during the night I had to sleep on top of the covers due to getting very hot with the thermostat set in the 60’s When you are paying $60000+ a night for your suite, you don’t anticipate dealing with these issuesBest Advice: Make sure to ask for your room to be on the Nordstrom side of the hotel, so you can actually sleep (especially if you are getting any of the suites with balconies) If you are on the Rock Rose side, I recommend staying at one of the clubs/bars on Rock Rose until last call and then going to sleep at 2:30am in your room

I am a very satisfied about the exceptional service I have received at this property Last night my A/C broke at my home and rented a room at this Marriott property (close to my home) The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and quickly accommodated to our room by Ms

Sue Kunz, which was very pleasant and professional, and was overall very happy with how clean the room is The bed sheets are very clean and smell so good, too The staff are very professional at all times and will likely recommend this Marriott property to our family and friendsThank you!-Luis

I grew up in Round Rock and remember watching this hotel be built as a kid That said, it’s more than 20 years old and it’s starting to show While it’s still very nice and the lobby is updated, the rooms could use a refresh

Still giving it 5 stars because it was very clean, staff were nice, and the price reflects that it’s not the nicest, most modern hotel in town I also loved that it’s pet-friendly, as normally I have to stay at not-so-great places in order to have a pet-friendly hotel Would stay here again (Stayed here at Thanksgiving, 2021)

I could rave on and on about this place! Comfortable beds with soft sheets, gorgeous spacious bathroom with nice big bottles of JR Watkins toiletries, good grab and go breakfast with hot and cold options, coffee all day that actually tastes good, and just an overall clean facility (no carpet in the rooms is a huge plus) Our room did have a small cube fridge and microwave, which wasn’t clear when booking, but a very nice surprise The whole place is just super well put together, and we were thrilled with our stay

This place had absolutely everything I look for in a hotel I’m definitely hooked on the avid brand and will be a repeat customer if the prices remain comparable

We literally just checked out, and this modern hotel is Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed in…and yes, that is considering the high value hotels! As an Army veteran, I have traveled all across this country, and one thing that makes my stay the best is the customer The customer service here is second to none!!!! No matter what concern I had, they were prompt, professional, and kind while addressing this issue!Additionally, the breakfast options were amazing! My children loved everything they had to offer, and that’s rare 😁 The hotel is kept clean and stocked with some of the best snack option And the coffee was freshly brewed in a machine that literally grind up the coffee beans to order! Wow!!!!!!From Becky’s great welcome, the young man on 3rd shifts’ integrity and professionalism, housekeeping’s hard-work, maintenance’s kindness, to Erin’s generosity to my children before leaving, WE LOVED this hotel staff!!! Don’t be fooled by the low cost, you will be getting top notch service!!

I booked this hotel for a work trip that I had in town I feel that the hotel was clean – check in was easy and every encounter that I had with the staff there was great! Everyone was very nice and friendly The breakfast was also nice

One item to note is that the room is TINY – even by NYC standards I could barely walk around the bed – which was not I expected It is also close to the highway so it was a little loud at night There are also no drawers for clothing or a closet in my room (one king)I liked the gym – I will say that it was well equipped and fully functional! A highlight of the property for certain! The other item to note is that there was no housekeeping I feel that is just ridiculous So everyone can be congregated at breakfast with no masks, staff does not have to wear a mask (which is consistent with CDC guidelines so no issue there) but you don’t have housekeeping because of COVID? That does not make a whole lot of sense and just looks like a cost saving effort on the hotels part It was frustrating to have keep asking for fresh towels/soap etc from the front deskIf you are going to reduce your rates to account for the lack of housekeeping, that is one thing – but to charge full fare for no housekeeping, I did not think was fairOverall, liked the property so I would stay here again though

What a lovely stay! The hotel is perfectly situated away from downtown, but also close enough to downtown to enjoy both The vintage vibe is wonderful It truly felt like a country get away despite being in the city

We loved the room So many snack and drink options for a reasonable price The pool is nice and heated We will most definitely be back

Our family with two kids stayed here over fourth of July We had a really great time! We stayed in the standard double suite which was great because we were away from the pool area which has a party atmosphere in the evening The kids loved the fires in the courtyard and the room was excellent

We enjoyed the fridge and snacks provided in the room and found the prices to be reasonable While you can eat on site there are food trucks around so we tried a lot of different places to eat They also had charging for our EV on site free of charge We did the three night stay and it was perfect

Savanna Garde

Felt like we had a true Texas experience We will be back!
