We booked the Fairfield Inn for the group rate for our wedding hotel, and they did a really great job for us They were very accommodating to our needs, and sales manager Sandy Gramowski was incredibly helpful setting everything up for us and helping us through the whole process The hotel itself was excellent

Rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly, and the continental breakfast was very good and served for a generously long time, and, in what may seem like a miniscule detail but was a very big deal for me personally, the coffee in the lobby may be the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel! They also not only accommodated our dog at the last minute, but welcomed her very happily and gave her a small gift bag of treats, so she recommends it very strongly as well Would definitely stay there again the next time we need a room in Clermont without a doubt

The hotel landscape was beautiful Lobby was beautiful The Breakfast had frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches Not much to choose from

The room was Horrible Bathroom toilet Leaking water very generic bathroom the toilet looks like rust or poop all around the edge The bottom of the tub was stain Brown the mattress was very cheap Along with the furniture in it 19800 dollars a night Too bad it doesn’t allow me to post pictures

Jennifer Nunezdelatorre

One night was 300 and well the pay is not bad if the rooms are great I am not sure of other floors but the first floor was a bad idea The television service was horrible, limited amount of channel

The bed was super hard and pillows almost flat The rooms were not really appealing at all I couldn’t believe this was a Marriott My family stayed across the street and that hotel looked better than ours in a lot of ways The jacuzzi was really the only thing that was enjoyable in our stay

Beautiful, clean and modern hotel within walking distance to the Magic Kingdom The monorail runs through the hotel which is super convenient given how hot the weather can be – it’s so nice to wait for it in the A/CWe stayed in a Garden View room in the garden wing, and loved how quiet and low key it was, as compared to staying in the main tower

It literally took us 2-3 minutes to walk over to the pool each day, we loved it!Front desk staff is kind and always looking to help And there’s a nice coffee/smoothie shop in the hotel lobbyCan’t wait to stay again!

Stephanie Sigmon

Beautiful rooms with The Incredibles theme Bathroom in the room was amazing with a walk in shower, wonderful lighting and a separate closed off toiletWe did have an issue the very first night very late, but Tad at the front desk was fantastic with helping to resolve the issue

Todd and Jim with Concierge more than made up for our issue and really made some magical moments for us!The monorail was a fabulous amenity and the walk to Magic Kingdom was less than 5 minutes Dining options at the resort were wonderful and convenient with everything being in the same buildingHave stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

While I had issues with no bellmen or woman or carts being available making a pair of 65 year lug everything upstairs Everything is what you would expect for this high end resort I will say what put them at 5 stars is the service recovery provided There were no freebies given nor requested

The manager called me less than 10 minites after I completed the issue form and took ownershi of the issue

The Edgewater Hotel towers over the quaint, historic downtown area of Winter Garden, and also towered above my expectations for a Bed and Breakfast It sits right on Main Street that is peppered with lots of little shops, eateries and outdoor activities that you won’t find anywhere else The hotel itself is home to two restaurants and a homemade Ice Cream parlor

The hotel has a classic manual elevator (that requires, for safety, staff to operate – so keep that in mind if you have health or physical complications because stairs are also available and more commonly used) Each room is designed to remind the guest of days gone by Hardwood flooring and private baths are among what you’ll find here The delicious included breakfast is cooked to order, and the ladies who prepare it are also your hostesses and couldn’t be friendlier, providing information about the area and the history of the buildingHaving stayed here four times while on vacation, this place just keeps getting better and better with a recently remodeled breakfast area and other visually pleasing updates that enhance the stay but doesn’t take away from the old time experienceVery highly recommended

We really loved our 5-night stay here with our family of 5 We have 3 small children and they were very accommodating They set up a pack n play in our adjoining room

Katie was also so great serving us breakfast every morning We loved having a common room/kitchen that we could use at other times of the day Having a sink, microwave, and some snacks available were game changers for our family, making this a much better option than a regular hotel The bed was comfy, the towels were nice and soft (unlike most hotels that have scratchy bleached towels), our room was lovely, the decor is so unique and fun, and winter garden is the most adorable little town to walk around in Such a special place, definitely recommend!

Where do I even start? This historic hotel is a truly unique experience in old world charm and hospitality Pictures don’t do this place justice You really have to see it and experience it for yourself

because it truly is an experience As soon as you walk in the lobby you’re magically transported back in time to 1927 Every aspect around you is antiqueor looks antique It’s so hard to describe! I was only able to spend 24 hours here and let me tell you I wished it was longer I was sad to leave! The staff that I met (Lily & Lilah) were so sweet and kind! Lilah checked me in and showed me the breakfast room upstairs with unlimited snacks, soups, chips, trail mix bars, granola bars, coffee and teas anytime of the day or night that you like Wow! Awesome! Then she showed me to my room I was blown away I couldn’t believe that I had the privilege to stay in such a beautiful, cozy, charming room as this! Beds were very comfortable, nice thread count sheets, thick comfortable comforters on the beds Pillows nice and lofty, heavy I’m guessing goose feather down? Extra blanket in the corner on the chair Mini fridge in the corner I stayed in room 213 by the way right next to the breakfast area My room overlooked the front street where you could see the shops and people walking by At night time the view was stunning Had a great night’s sleep Ultra quiet in this hotel When I laid down to sleep I had the biggest smile on my face The next morning I had breakfast at 8am Lily served breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese, English muffin, orange juice, sausage, hash browns, orange marmalade and French Toast Lots of options to order from! Huge, amazing breakfast! Omg! You are treated like absolute royalty here I felt like a queen I have stayed in many many hotels in my lifetimethis is hands down my favoriteof all time I stayed here on July 6th and will be returning either in the fall or right around Christmas when Plant Street is all lit up and decorated with 25,000 people in the street Can’t wait for my next visit back! I want the same room again! Try this place, you will not regret it!

My wife and I had a great stay We stayed from Wednesday 5/11 through Monday 5/16 The staff was very courteous

My wife and I had an evening flight home and were going to spend some time with our grandkids who lived nearby before heading back to the airport for our evening flight home Unfortunately, we got a call from our son, in the morning, who said our grandkids were sick and had to go to the doctor So my wife and I were not able to visit them I was concerned that my wife and I would have to spend 8 hours at the airport waiting for our return home I called the front desk and spoke to Giselle and told her our situation She was super accommodating and we were able to stay at the hotel a few hours past normal checkout time so we would not be stuck waiting at the airport for many hours My wife and I are truly grateful for Giselle’s customer service and being so accommodating My wife and I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting our family in the future Carmen and David P

We’ve stayed at Oakland Manor House numerous times Its proximity to Orlando is nice and has the ability to feel like you’re at home The home is a historic mansion and has an awesome history that the owner purposely kept intact so that those who visit and stay understand the history of this mansion

There are 2 separate kitchens and housekeeping kept me & my family stocked on the essentials We walked to the dock every night It’s a little piece of FL that has remained the same For those that want frills and commercial-style lodging with an ice machine, stay in town but if you want a genuine, history laden location with true charm–stay here!

The place is infested with ants It is run down There is no working ice mash one

The chairs in the coffee nook are falling apart and the stemwear leaks it is ikea old stuffAnts in the pantry, kitchen bedrooms porch upstairs – they are living I The wallsYou can easily hear the person staying In the innkeepers suite These glowing reviews below are so so old!The tree in front of the property is dead this is a massive oak Neighbor next door biker club shooting off air rifles Backyard which was supposed to be good for pets is a dump site, the garden off the grace room is the same way There is no grass just gravel and weeds Stay interrupted by “emergency “ workers who were called days before we checked in yet the work didn’t happen until five days later some emergency!! Loud and disturbing we left to work at the library! No tv connection and we had to carry the tv from the sun room into the house Old linens which had ants so we stripped the beds and put our own on and then we were accused of damaging this moth eaten bedspreadAnnoying security lights (yellow) which for some reaso were on a couple nights Could not shut them out as the blinds didn’t close I That room Shower heads clogged A c unit I Grace suite very noisy as was the ceiling fan Water pouring from the ceiling and puddling on the floor damaged our property Water sealing from the walls!! Owner a bit demented as well I never spoke to her but she claimed Some pretty defaming throngs about me after I asked air bnb for a refund Look at the limited nimrod reviews before you agree to rent at this s holeAudrey minion appeared on property several times without telling us first She upset my service dog which is weird he is trained to smell drugs and he went off on her Owners acknowledged ants coming out of the electrical sockets in the kitchenIt’s a mess no attention has been paid to this smelly property in years

Response to the fake name that described The Oakland Manor as an ant invested, walls seeping, damage to property lady you are violating the true rights of people to leave a legitimate review about a place

You are not who you say you are and you are only trying to degrade an honest business only to gain some sort of notoriety or compensation for your own personal losses in your own lifePlease do not bring fake comments into an honest review area, you are insulting ALL of us who need a truth worthy commentary Please consider this “whatever her name is” untrustworthy and very dishonestThankU

I had planned to stay only two nights at the Summer Lake House, but the location and the house were so amazing that I changed my travel plans and stayed an additional night Even that was not enough to enjoy all it had to offerThe fly-in opportunity was an extra bonus for me and made the place even more special

I was warmly welcomed by the owner family and they made me feel like homeThe Summer Lake House is elegantly decorated and offers all the amenities that are needed to enjoy a vacationI ‘m definetly recommending this place and hope to come back soon myself

We had the pleasure of staying at Mission Inn while attending a British Car Event in April The mix of old historic Florida with modern day conveniences was outstanding and welcoming Walking the grounds was like a day at the botanical garden

Hard to describe the beauty and ambiance of this magnificent and almost magical location It was a experience no one should miss Now, I need to find a way to golf this one of a kind golf course Maybe my next visit?

I can’t say enough about our experience at the Mission Inn Resort! We had our wedding at one of their venues in December and it was one of the most delightful experience I’ve ever had Jessica from the mission inn weddings sales team could not have been more helpful and transparent on the experience we would have They helped us with great vendors and had everything in order with the hotel and resort to make sure our family was well accommodated

They helped us meet Kelsey, our wedding coordinator, who was our superhero leading up to the big day Kerry our catering manager went above and beyond with her staff to make sure everything went off without a hitch She employed a wonderful staff who were understanding and responsive to everything we addressed I would recommend this resort and experience to everyone and look forward to my next stay!

Excellent Disney resort I like that the hotel had its own individual sections rather than one single building The pool was really good actually

The beach although artificial was still interesting to look at This resort is also just a boat ride from Magic Kingdom also so it’s very convenient as well This is a nice resort and I wouldn’t mind staying here again at some point

Elizabeth Tate

For the most premium resort at Disney, this place lives up to expectations without being uncomfortable I’ve been to Ritz Carlton’s in the past, and that’s what this feels like without everybody dressed like they are utterly perfect all the time Everybody at this place is normal 🙌🏻The employees are fun to talk to, the food is great, and the front desk goes above and beyond to figure out reservation and ticket problems

Everybody is super sweet, and we met multiple people that said they have been working there for the past 20 years which spoke to a positive workplace experiencePerfect for kids, perfect for adults, what more could you ask for?!

Bryan Jasin

We enjoyed our stay here at the Grand Floridian First and foremost it feels a tad dated and old You get the sense it needs a facelift but still classic

Many food options with varying price points It’s great to be right on the monorail as well My girls loved all the pools Cast was very helpful and attentive We ate at 2 of the on property restaurants and service was slow

AWFUL maid serviceUpon entering our room, we found a used towel and dried up red pasta on the floor beside the couch – extending couch to bed – half eaten cookies!! 🤮I spoke to management and received the “We’ll do better next time speech” I was still shocked my room wasn’t cleaned at all

Half way through our 10 day stay – I walked in to find maid service without masks or gloves – they weren’t changing the sheets just a repositioning on day 4/5 – as a DVC member – we have never seen / received such AWFUL service The bed was well past it’s comfy dateThis is my home resort- the atmosphere LOVELY Their maid service needs to be retrained In the 5 years I have been a member this was the first time I felt All Stars did a better jobI’m a guest- I shouldn’t have to ask for sheets and make up my own room!

Beautiful Disney and Nature all in one Staff is AMAZING

Bus service from Hollywood Studios= easy Pool beautiful Fun slide in main pool Disney lifeguards are hands down the best of any place we have traveled Watchful, effectively stern when needed often using play techniques to redirect kids who are running Our room is very clean Housekeeping super responsive Disney Magic for sure!

Heather Parkman

Wilderness Lodge is a beautiful resort! The lobby is breathtaking and the restaurants are amazing! We are DVC members so attention to detail is important We stayed in a two bedroom villa for 4 adults Plenty of room for everyone with 2 bathrooms

Upon entry room was very clean and well stocked with towels and amenities The theme was a bit subtle from what we are used to at other DVC resorts But what it lacks in room theme touches, the resort is all around a pleasant stay Especially great location for Magic Kingdom lovers!

Stayed here for 2 nights and my stay was perfect I like the location on the west side of town, easy drive to retail and restaurantsThey were able to check me in early, the pool/hottub area is nice and thebreakfast buffet is outstanding

They had fruit, cereal, eggs, variety of breads, waffles, yogurt and juicesThe room was what you would expect, small fridge and microwave Everything worked as expectedI was very pleased overall

Absolute nightmare My mother came down to visit recently and paid over $700 for a room for 3 days Their system was down, so we had to be escorted to the room in order to get in each time we had to leave the room, even just to get ice down the hall

EVERY SINGLE TIME Not only that, but apparently the pool closes at 10pm, but advertises 11pm I guess it’s perfectly fine according to them to let kids run around the lobby and pool, screaming, while their parents get drunk in the lobby at 10pm, though I used to come here over 5 years ago and it was great, but now it’s awful Rude staff; terrible service Would NOT recommend staying here unless you wanna pay an absurd amount for a mess
