We loved this place! From start to finish everything was perfect Our young girls (<10) fell in love with the hotel and staff Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we are just a regular family

Decor was beautiful, classic but not ostentatious Room had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and the view over the city towards the mountains as the sun set was incredible We ate at the Laurel – just amazing! They accommodated the kids and our allergies very well The food was excellent, and very reasonably priced Something for each of us – all empty plates and pleasantly full stomachs The girls especially loved the soup, and one really liked the salmon, the other the steak Our server was delightful! We had fun riding the bus and trains around town We took an easy 30 min bus ride to Mount Olympus, and ate at Rawtopia (highly recommend- very healthy organic & allergy friendly food and the kids ate all of it!) Had a nice walk around there tooThe hotel has two pools, so of course we had to try both The weather was a little cold for the first couple of days, so the indoor pool was the winner there Nice and warm, and not too busy On the warmer days the outdoor pool was lovely Plenty of loungers and attentive service The gentle piano or harp music in the lobby bar / restaurant in the evenings was a great way to soothe the girls The hotel was quiet at night so we all slept well Can’t really think of anything negative to say about it We all hope to be back soon; the girls still ask us to send their pictures to both the hotel and restaurant to say thank you!

This hotel was beautiful Chandeliers everywhere, an amazing flower court yard, multiple lounge areas

Simply beautiful You can pay $20 for them to do valet parking They really take care of you at the front This hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and pretty much anything you want to do in Salt Lake city I attended a conference and they put together meals that looked amazing and gourmet The service was outstanding by everyone we met

Joanna P

High-end hotel with massive suite-style bedrooms, most of which have small balconies The bedrooms are decorated in quite a traditional style and look a little worn in places I stayed here for business but don’t think I would be willing to spend my own money as the nightly rate is very high for quite a dated hotel

The pool is a great size and has plenty of loungers The hotel bar also has a large drinks menu and great service Service at breakfast can be a little slow but the food was solid

We had such an incredible time! The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained On our second day there, we decided to go horse back riding My kids loved it so much that they now want to take lessons

The only downside is that they don’t have air conditioning, so if you go in the summer, be prepared for that Fortunately though, they are located in the Cache National Forest, so it doesn’t get that hot They also provided a portable fan that did a surprisingly good job of keeping the room in the mid to low 70s Overall, the location is beautiful, the staff is amazing and the lodge offered fun activities that kept us busy We had a great time and we will be back

Bethany Forest

We worked with Beaver Creek Lodge to arrange a 2-1/2 hour horseback ride with lunch for a yoga retreat we were hosting They were fantastic to work with from start to finish, and the experience was exactly what we were hoping for The customer service was excellent – and communication was great via phone and email prior to the ride

The horses were great, the guides were engaging, and the overall experience was casual and relaxing with some fun terrain The views were incredible and our participants were very happy with the experience We will definitely be back!

Dewey & Tiffany Woods

My wife and I rented a snowmobile to ride together We had the best time!! Neither of us have ever been on a snowmobile before and what an experience this was The owner was there and was super nice

In fact, he was the one that went over the sled and got us on our way He and the rest of the staff were super nice and a joy to chat with We didn’t stay in the lodge but the lodge was gorgeous and picturesque The trail to the little cafe was well maintained and a lot of fun We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this lodge for snowmobiling!! I want to extend a personal thank you to the owner and the staff! You guys were fantastic and made our experience an amazing one!! Thank you!!

This place felt magical when we first arrived and took a walk around Then we decided to get lunch at the cafe here Connie is so nice but pizza was the only hot option available

Luckily I like pizza and it was good just like she said Other than that they had some grab and go Then we went to the pool At least 25 children in the pool and running around the pool area All chairs had towels on them The kids were out of control and we left and went to room After a low pressure shower in an elegantly decorated bathroom, we decided to check out the on property bakery Unfortunately this was the biggest disappointment as most bakery items were sold out and there were so many wild kids and crying babies it was headache inducingI love kids and raised 7 myself so I do understand but these kids were not being checkedMy advise to this lovely resort: have a small section and pool for adults only ( yes, add a poolside bar and another real bakery we could brag about!)

Kerry Moore

We stayed in a three-bedroom town home that was beautifully apportioned and clean; everyone in our three-family party was pleased and happy with the amenities All bedrooms were located upstairs and accessed by a long, steep staircase There were three bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with a long table that sat three families with six children comfortably, a laundry room, and a secretly tucked away theatre room

Besides the amazing accommodations, we were allowed to use all the Zermatt resort amenities – like the indoor/outdoor pools (which made a big splash with the entire party), the arcade and game room, the gym facility, etc There is plenty of on-site parking All in all, this idyllic stay in the scenic Swiss resort among the foothills of Midway, Utah was fantastic! We’ll be staying here again in the future!

Live Free and Play Hard

A pretty awesome place tucked away in Midway, Utah along the Wasatch Mountain Range! Beautiful scenery and the resort looks like it belongs in the Swiss Alps Stopped and visited the place while taking a drive to the Wasatch State Park The ambience inside really gave that mountain vibe to it

Staff was very friendly and even though this was just a stop along the way, they shared activities and sites to see and do The lounge is gorgeous and the outside area had stunning views Stopped in the bakery before heading back out on the road and that was a real nice surprise Bought a few pastries and a sandwich on the way out All the bake goods looked awesome!

Mo Family Time

June 2022My family and I only stayed one night in the covered wagon, we were on our way to Yellowstone the next day

What a dang cute place to stay!! It was so cozy and the kids loved all the different activities they had to offer So many fun things to do and a lot of ((Clean)) bathrooms! The staff was so great, doing what they could to make our stay extra nice and comfortable Their gift store/ check in area is so cute!! 🥰 They really have made it a nice, friendly place to visit We will be back, and we will stay more than one night 😉

Juanita Lumpkin

We stayed a night here after being highly recommended by friends who had previous stays– as the end to our end of our Yellowstone and Grand Teton adventuresThe office staff was very kind and quickly attentive to any of our needs The views are vast and a retreat away from the regular hustle and bustle of every day

They have bikes that are free to use, corn hole, and a bunch of other items to keep yourself entertained Firewood and smores were provided upon check in A heater was also provided to help keep us warm throughout the cool nightThe showers and restrooms were very clean Laundry is available at a cost There’s a restaurant on-site along with a bar We really enjoyed our bar tender, Casey He was very well versed in their selection of beer, liquor, seltzer, ans wine items That said, we had an unforgettable time and will definitely be back again! Until then we will be recommending to our friends and family

Nicole Wiseman

We had a wonderful experience at Conestoga Ranch We were only there for one night as we started a road trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone but would definitely come back and spend more time The tents were cozy with comfy mattresses and a heater for the chilly evenings

We received our “smores kit” and roasted marshmallows by the fire It rained in the morning, and it was quite nice to sleep in with the sound of rain on the tent (and staying dry, of course) Both our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were truly wonderful; some of the best food we’d had in awhile and the fluffiest pancakes! Morning yoga overlooking the lake was a nice touch too Bathhouse was very nice Nice playground and “bull roping” for the kiddos Hubby took advantage of the bikes and said they were one of the smoothest rides he’s ever taken Would definitely love to return!

Stayed there for 4 nights from 2/22/22 to 2/26/22, got the one bedroom king suite Everything is great Best location, right outside the park

Wonderful view from the patio door of the room I would want to especially say thank you to the restaurant staffs and chef They all show us great hospitality Vegan menu and non vegan meals are both very tasty

Such a cute resort! We stayed in a two bedroom cabin with an amazing view The cabins are TIGHT for 4 adults but if you love or like your traveling companions you will be just fine! It’s cozy, feels authentic to environment and the staff at this resort are lovelyFamilies, couples, or friends – the vibe seems to fit everyone’s needs

The location is so so close to the park and restaurantsOh and seeing the Llamas made my morning! Loved them!

This was a mixed experience, I’ll start with the goodGood:1 The view from the hotel was stunning

The room was clean, had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave2 Tons of TV channels to entertain my son3 He could also ride his bike in front of the rooms, which was fun4 The restaurant across the street has corn hole, horseshoes and sometimes live music5 They provided makeup cleansing wipes, QTips and plenty of towelsBad1 We tried to check in three times starting at 1:30 and each time they said we had to come back and they didn’t guarantee to check in until 4 The last time I stopped by was at 3:30 so I guess they cleaned the room in half hour The staff weren’t very friendly about it either2 They said the pool was heated but it was freezing when we tested it3 The kids above us were loud all night, running around It doesn’t make sense to put kids on the second floorOverall, I would stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay here Obviously pool and hot tubs are amazing and really not too crowded except for around 4:00 Lots of stuff for kids to do

Staff was amazing Shout outs to Brad, Matt, Monique, Wade and the guys at the ski valet So nice to walk in and out to the slopes Rooms aren’t as nice as some privately owned condos but stocked well enough This was our favorite place to stay in 9 years of family ski vacations

_

Great location for staying at the base! Not a ton of restaurants there but most places will deliver and if you have a car, groceries aren’t far at all Hotel is great, but pool is outdoors only, no indoor side But one of the best hot tub scenes I’ve ever witnessed, modeled after hot springs with waterfalls its a wonderful setup

Rooms are generally clean and nice but would be better if they werent carpeted Overall a great place to stay at PC

Cheryl Spriggs

We stayed here 25 total nights in the last 12 months (summer season) We love it! The amenities such as the pool, hot tubs, games and other entertainment are fantastic! I love the fire pits and my kids love making s’mores in the evening It’s so great to be right at the base of the mountain for easy access to hiking, biking and other activities

We also love walking to Main Street from the Marriott Mountainside They have daily activities for kids, weekly live music and some conveniences like smoothies When you call the desk for something, they are polite and quick to respond with the items you need

We had heard a lot about this amazing place but had never taken the time to go It was such a fantastic experience and the atmosphere was surreal It’s very different from many other five star resorts we have visited all around the world

It has a very minimalistic feel while also having everything you need or could wantThe food was fantastic along with the morning hike to the cave We met some great people which added to the wonderful experienceWe did also take time to visit the spa which was also very minimalistic but the treatments were probably the best we have ever had even in the finest places We were a little sad that the steam room was not in working order as that’s always so enjoyable in the dry weatherBut honestly the treatment was so fantastic you quickly forget about those basic amenities when you have so many other fantastic magical places they have created all around the resort to enjoy! I’m almost glad they didn’t have it otherwise I may not have taken the time to appreciate the thought and work that has gone into creating each magical areaIf you really wanna get away from everything and feel like you travel to another universe we would highly recommend… Amangiri🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼Steve & Julie WeintraubGold & Diamond Source

My boyfriend and I stayed here last week over the course of 4 days We really wanted to like this place but it just ended up being really disappointing We arrived to the receptionist telling us that the hot tub was closed for maintenance – the amenity that we were looking forward to the most as we planned to do a lot of hiking – and that the water to the whole property was being shut off on Thursday and we needed to make arrangements during the hours of 10am to 5pm if we needed to use the restroom

We had full intentions of booking spa services, but ultimately ended up going to another spa because we assumed they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us with the water issues I think these issues definitely should have warranted, at the very least, a courtesy email before we had arrived and even a rate adjustmentWe also thought the room was very dark and small, although it was clean and the bed was comfortable There also is no fridge so food we had purchased prior to arriving had to be thrown out All in all, this hotel is probably great when there isn’t construction going on, but I don’t know that I’d recommend staying here, especially if you are hiking and came with gear

On our way to Flanagan, I called to see if my husband could get a massage appointment at the same time as me the next morning Sarah took the call- she first mentioned they were booked and then told me that she would make a few calls to see if she could find a therapist who could come in Viola- she did! Our massage therapists, Ellen and Raina were excellent! They were attentive and did a fantastic job! Onto our villa

We stayed in villa 1- what a treat! The views are amazing, there is a baby grand piano in the living room with a gas fireplace and two stress relief chairs/recliners that are comfy to come back to It is spacious, the bed is comfortable with nice linens, the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub which was perfect! There is a small office/meditation room, backyard with a prayer bell and spacious courtyard with blooming treesThe villa is a very short walk to the entrance of Zion CanyonWe made the best decision to start off our trip at Flanagin’s! Great s-a, great villa, excellent people who work here

This is actually a review of the restaurant – spotted dog I did not stay at the inn I visited in an off season February

This is an excellent restaurant in many ways Seating was immediate and the place has a great ambience It was not crowded so I cannot comment on the noise levels They were plenty of options in the menu including vegetarian The staff were friendly, professional and prompt They checked on me multiple times without feeling intrusive The filet mignon was delicious with a good portion size Medium here is not medium in north east It is plenty pink The salad was fresh with dressing on the side Pricing was appropriate for a small town like Springdale At the same time the food is outstanding This restaurant and its staff are a good reason why we need to support the restaurant during this pandemic

I didn’t like the hotel, there is no free parking, no breakfast, I had to slam the door so it could close every time The shower was clogged up, the pillows were old because they didn’t keep the shape, the light fixture in the bathroom was rusted, the valance on the curtain was falling, furniture was old, bedding was stain They claimed the pool was heated which was not true

Also they don’t have housekeeping If you are used to someone making your bed, getting you clean towels and taking out your trash, this is not the place You have to put your trash outside of your door and ask for everything else you might need but they didn’t tell us that when we checked in To top it all off they don’t have late check out We paid a lot of money and it was not worth the price in my opinion I paid nearly $1,800 for 2 rooms for 5 nights and they couldn’t accommodate for me to check out 1 hour later in one of the rooms It was just 1 hour Some staff were friendly The only good thing about this hotel is LOCATION !!! There is a few hotels around the same area with more amenities so next time I visit I will look somewhere else to stay I feel robbed for the price I paid

Didn’t enjoy that we had to pay for parking

$10 per night per car Must have missed that in the description Hotel is a little run down Receptionist was nice A light breakfast would be nice, muffins or something on the goMake sure to put the do not disturb on your door Even though check out is 11am, room service woke us up walking into our room around 830 Doors have large gaps at the bottom so we could hear everything going on in the hallway Kids running, the ice machine running We woke up a few times because of noise in the hallwayThe only plus about this hotel is the close approximately to city center Temple square is right there, the tram is across the street, City Creek Mall is a block away

Stayed 4 days Check-in was easy, and all the staff were very friendly There is no complementary breakfast

Bathrooms are a little bit small but functional enoughThe exercise/workout room has treadmill (was very fussy), a couple elliptical machines, and a set of free weights: workout options are a bit limited The room and bathroom were cleaned well enough, however On the positive side, I thought the staff were very responsive, and the hotel is very close to the light rail and the convention center

Great place to be for a conference! Loved the shuttle system to avoid the parking in the downtown area! Super slick The driver was awesome as well as the concierge service on places to hike Also the document that has the places to hike is nice! The wait staff that helped with all our meals was exceptional, very attentive and friendly! Although I didn’t see the room staff, they were super as well!Loved the courtyard, the fun fireplaces to sit at and enjoy!

We had a great experience staying here for a couple of nights The location is perfect for having access to everything in Park City, and the amenities are better than most hotels The room itself was inconsistent with country-style furniture and a somewhat uncomfortable bed

The layout also isn’t very efficient However the kitchen is the best I’ve seen in a hotel and the bathroom is modernOur initial impression was muddied by a somewhat unwelcoming front desk, but the rest first day we interacted with many of the staff who were fantasticWho made this a particularly memorable experience was the easy to use shuttle that makes getting around Park City quite simple, and the outstanding complimentary breakfast I’d actually go as far as to say that it was the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel

Currently in the middle of a week long stay at the Chateaux and the family is having an outstanding time We are staying in one of the luxury suites and absolutely love the room, the service, and the views The hotel is a 3 to 4 minute walk to the nearest lift for skiing which is nice and in the summer in particular the Chateaux is a no brainer as a home base

Its located right across the street from Silver Lake village and in close proximity to three great restaurants, tons of hiking trails and a 5 minute ride to town As of the current stay, we will definitely be back!!!

We were in Salt Lake last week for my daughter’s volleyball tournament We were pleasantly surprised with both our hotel and the wonderful people working there Cold weather during spring break was not something we we’re looking forward to but our experience at SpringHill Suites West Valley was relaxing

Miguel, the general manager is a great person The ladies at the front desk always greeted us with a smile Our room was spacious and clean The workout facility was clean and adequate Breakfast was perfect for a family on the go early in the morning The location is a fairly short drive to the downtown convention center My wife and I enjoyed a few drinks across the parking lot at Pins and Brews Red Robin, Starbucks, In and Out Burger, and a DQ in the mall…we enjoyed our stay in SLC and our home base, SpringHill Suites

Jerry Zhong

Overall a solid night stay, and location is very convenient However, the breakfast was slightly disappointing: lacking a bit of varieties compared to other marriotts we’ve stayed at Also, if you arrive in an EV and is planning to use the charger at the hotel, take it with a grain of salt since both the plugs were out and I had to go to downtown to top up

Markia Lewis

We stayed here on business and we really enjoyed our stayThe staff was friendly and accommodating; they called me when my Amazon package arrived and placed us in a non pet room since I’m allergic to pet dander They provided clean extra towels, without a wait

The hotel is directly across from the mall that has one of the best movie theatres on town! We selected lounge seating and the theatre also had excellent surround sound There are also a lot of resturants within walking distance; and a bowling alley that has a full rssturant and bar, axe throwing, pool table, video games and billardsThe room was super clean!***My only major complaint, the hotel needs to offer decaf coffee This is the only Marriott hotel that I’ve stayed at, who didn’t offer decaf coffee You should offer a decaf option

We stayed in the Maui suite and really liked it Checking in was super easy and the room was nicely decorated There’s a lot of privacy and the whole experience was fun

The breakfast was good but came cold when we requested it at a later time, so I’d recommend getting it around 8 Although the suite was pretty cool, it had some things that needed fixing It took more than usual for both the bathroom sink and the shower to drain The toilet room was covered with a panel instead of a door We didn’t mind but we did notice the panel was a little difficult to fold Overall we had a good experience and would stay here again to try a different suite

Alex Condie

Our stay here was terrific! Each room is quite unique so my review only reflects staying in the Tahiti room The location is a little weird to find but when we arrived I was happy with being able to just key in the code and get straight into our room – no check in process whatsoever I really liked the theming of the room with real sand and the floor fish tank being nice touches

Bed was surprisingly comfortable (but the frame really needed some WD-40, so squeaky!) The breakfast was good and they were flexible on when to bring it The complementary snacks and movies in the hallway were nice as well This is specific to the Tahiti room but I didn’t realize there was no standing shower, just the tub and a short shower head wand It wasn’t really a problem but if we stayed for more than one night it would be a bit of a painOverall though, we had a wonderful time and will be back

My wife surprised me with a weekend getaway at 5th East Hall – Bed & Breakfast It was a ton of fun going into the Tahiti themed room and spending the evening thereWhat we enjoyed about the place:- We loved the theme and how they tied it into everything found within the room

Because of the Tahitian theme, there was actual sand in our room near the large tub- There were complementary snacks and a complementary breakfast, as long as we requested it which wasn’t bad- They had a small DVD selection that you could take a movie from to watch in your roomThe reason for taking off a star:- The bed The frame for it was beautiful and fit right into the theme It squeaked like no one’s business You move slightly and it would make a loud squeak Enjoying each other’s company made for a stressful time when our room was right next to the front desk Even sleeping in the bed was rough Didn’t get a restful night due to it making constant noisesWonderful place that we will visit again! Would recommend

We love this place for a staycation It has restaurants and shopping, spas, a movie theater, and activities right on site We just park and can do everything within walking distance

The rooms are spacious and clean and modern The views of the mountains or the mall are cool We’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times and will keep coming back The gym has all the essentials and a good amount of space for doing exercises The breakfast is nice in the morning too Great for a quality stay if you’re traveling or just want a local escape

Ashley O’Flaherty

Overall it is a clean nice hotel My room was spotless It’s hard to find parking near the hotel entrance

The front desk staff was so rude We checked in on Friday July 29th She was so unfriendly We asked if we could have rooms together and she put us at opposite sides of the hotel Not even the same hallway She acted put out that we even asked Didn’t give us any information about the hotel or anything she asked “did you want the complimentary breakfast?” We said yes She said we had to give her a time to come eat Like she implied we wouldn’t get breakfast if we didn’t give a time Honestly that’s terrible customer service I’m there for vacation and relaxing I’m not there to show up for breakfast at 7am sharp The coffee had floaters in it? Don’t know why… everytime I walked in the lobby a ton of young people were standing laughing and drinking at the front desk Just kind of unprofessional like the hotel is being ran by high school kids So that’s about how the experience went Honestly I’ll just stay at the Hampton across the highway next time this wasn’t worth the extra cost

Brittnie Hilton

Very disappointed Had reservations for our anniversary to spend the weekend there Day of, we ended up in the ER with our 1 year old

Called the hotel to cancel or move to another weekend They refused Not even with proof of why we could not stay on the original date Expedia reached out on our behalf as well, with no avail Will not ever give them our money again

Although I had read some negative reviews prior to staying here, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the hotel We were on the first leg of a 3 state anniversary trip and upon arrival we were told we were upgraded to a tower room at no extra charge The room was VERY large and well equipped, a definite upgrade to what I had booked

Older decor throughout the hotel but well done and a change from what we usually stay in when traveling Just a couple of minor suggestions: provide glasses for beverages, only paper coffee cups were available Also, our room had a spacious balcony with a great view of the city but their are no chairs to sit and enjoy it?

I used to work here so I sometimes use my benefits to get a room for a day or two with my children as a short getaway Always a great experience and the coffee shop has some of the best soups and salads I’ve ever had We also had the brunch buffet a couple of times and loved it because of the variety they offer

There’s also a gift shop, a lounge coffee bar and indoor/ outdoor swimming pools We usually stay at a tower room but one time we stayed at a garden room and it was beautiful too I highly recommend Little America for your next hotel stay in Salt Lake City

Lisha Redford

I chose this hotel for my one year wedding anniversary with my husband Where the main desk is to check in, is beautiful, but the rooms are a completely different story There were stains all over the floor, the walls were dirty, the heating/air system was dysfunctional, the heating vents were hanging halfway out of the walls, the wallpaper was coming off in certain places

Absolutely no effort to clean this room before we checked in, or keeping up on the maintenance of the room I went to sit in a chair to do my hair and there was a huge red stain on the chair We ended up leaving and not even staying the night If I could give a negative review I would The $100 deposit is absolutely ridiculous, I would expect that amount from a nice hotel but this was disgusting Very disappointed
