Many good things to say! Most notable is the pool and cabana area, wasn’t expecting that! I let my lovely wife pick this spot and I’m glad she did We booked our room with Katie she’s amazing, and Rob is rockstar who made it a point to show us to our kayaks Brittany brought us extra towels when we went over to the pool! And last but not least the owner sent us an email and thanked us for our stay! That’s what hospitality is all about, outstanding! Thank you!

OMG! First thing, Bonny! The sweetest host! She was kind and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed We extended our stay 2 extra nights because we loved this place so much and herSecond thing, Rooms! Spacious, modern, cute, clean and comfortable

Beach vibes! No complaints about the rooms! We moved rooms when we extended our stay and both rooms were incredible (19 & 3) 3 was our favorite I brought my 2 year old and she was comfy as well and we werent crowded Plenty of space for our things and even a little table to sit and eat TVs had hulu, netflix and disney plus Microwave and fridge Breakfast was every morning and it was nice, coffee was good The hotel is on the water and is peaceful and quiet But also next to a nice bar and restaurant&& Third, Amenities Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs you can use for free Which was awesome when we decided to head to Sanibel The chairs by the water have a fire pit that was easy to use and modern and perfect for winding down at night Grill was great and lounge area was so tropical and nice!! 🌴 pool area was clean and nice A little warm but id rather that then it be too cold! Nice beach chairs to lay in and fenced in which was nice for the kid! No kid pool but it wasn’t needed for usSafe to say I would stay here again and again And for the price, (we got a pretty good deal) it was nicer than any other hotel in the area

Brantley Moore

Katie at the desk is the sweetest girl and she gave us the warmest welcome We were leaving too early in the morning to board the key west Express to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and she voluntarily gave us plenty of breakfast snacks she had to give and showed us the free bicycles to enjoy as well as kayaks to go out on the harbor All complimentary! No additional fees ! The sunset was gorgeous that afternoon as well

My wife and I were stranded in Fort Meyers for an additional night and we stayed at this Hotel The Bartender staff was great and front desk was welcoming They helped me with the App to book a room right in the lobby

All you can eat Breakfast was a great value and complimentary shuttle to the airport was very much appreciated Local wildlife (Alligator) was cool to look at from a distance from the back patio, felt safe as well due to iron fence Made the best of an unexpected delay

Greetings EveryoneThis hotel stay was peaceful and a great value for the moneyThe Assistant manager Mr

Holly was the first one to greet me with a welcoming smile and hospitable the entire 6days stay I was able to check in early on the 4th of July The Hotel was hosting some of the Florida National high school baseball league players and adults It was very busy the Director of Dinning Dave and his well mannered staff, kept the Hotel breakfast buffet clean and no shortage of great food The Director of rooms kept the rooms and hallways quiet and clean I had full service for my room everyday if I needed it Clean sheet, towels, etc Tuesday was roast-beef and Friday was Tacos and happy hour with live music I was fortunate to met one of the owners Brian, a warm and hospitable gentleman who stopped what he was doing to give me a bit of his time The location has a huge parking Its located 5min drive from Golf Coast Town Center Mall and 20min drive is Shopping Miromer Outlets

Rachel

The very nice staff and the very rich pool, I really liked the fact that it closed at 11 pm The only thing I didn’t like is that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the pool but it’s normal because it’s next to a lake, the room was very clean although the design is somewhat outdated The breakfast was very good and had everything from scrambled eggs to fresh fruit

We had originally booked a one bedroom suite for three adults, as there were no other rooms available We were presented with a nice surprise when we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite The room was an entire apartment, it had a full kitchen with everything you need, full living room, two full bathrooms with laundry

It was only a 3 minute walk from our room to the ocean Beach chair rentals were super convenient The gym was even good for a hotel gym, had a treadmill and an elliptical, basic dumbbells, a bench and a cable rack We will be booking here again

Anamarie Rodriguez

My family is currently staying here and I have contemplated checking out and renting elsewhere a few times We are shocked and cannot understand the recent good ratings and reviews The pool is crowded and much too small for the amount of guests, the pool has about three or four big yellow stains at the bottom of the pool, and none of the TVs in our unit work

They have Dish service and everything, including Netflix and YouTube apps, has been unavailable since we checked in 36 hours ago Also, not the most desirable crowds staying here This will definitely be a first and last for us!

liza elzam kraus

The hotel was very nice we had a very bad experience on the first night bc of a storm the resort had no electricity half a night until morning we had small kids they were scared and couldn’t sleep we had to throw out some of our food we couldn’t finish the dinner and our babies didn’t eat warm milk to bad there is no emergency generatorOther then that the pool was nice and the location is great , no one even tried to come next day to check how are we’reThe BBQ area very nice, the kitchen was equipped

The service was ok and in check in we got some board games for the kidsThank for the stay ,make sure to add to each room a flash light for emergency

This resort is beautiful and it is family friendly for being such a fancy resort! Here are the pros and cons:Pros:• staff is friendly, hospitable, and helpful• there is a coffee shop downstairs which is convenient instead of going to a restaurant• the lazy river and slides were enjoyable and super fun! I definitely recommend going in the slides and lazy river while you stay• bedrooms are clean and the bathrooms are also sanitary as well!• hallways are very sanitary!• room service is great!• the interior and exterior of the resort is stunning!• The fitness center is excellent, spacious, and the equipment is also good!• there is a boat that takes you to the beach• the beds are comfortableCons:•for the water slides, kids have to be at least 48 inches to be able to go in the slides the lifeguard measured my little brother and he was 47

5 inches (ONLY 5 INCHES FROM48!) but the lifeguard didn’t let my brother go in the slide that’s ridiculous!Overall, I love this resort and this is the best resort I’ve been to!! I only had 1 con of this resort, I absolutely love this place and I recommend this resort to stay at for families!! 🫶🏻

This place is a beautiful resort with friendly staff Lots to do on site and in nearby Bonita Springs They provide shuttles and boats to the beach, which is very convenient

The pool area and small water park are great for relaxing or for family fun with water slides and a lazy riverThere were 3 things keeping this fr being a 5 star review First, they are associates with the Hyatt Residence Club down the road, and will try to sell you a time share Second, the hotel hosts lots of business events and weddings, so there is a good portion of the week where parts of the property are off limits, or at the very least you feel intrusive if you’re nearby Lastly, the boardwalk/nature walk was closed, which was a real bummerOverall, this was our second stay, and we will consider going again in the future, but make sure you are okay with some of those items mentioned above

Anika Kahn

We came for a seminar and had several rooms They were incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our needs Even when one of our rooms began to leak water from the bathroom they efficiently moved us to a new room

Sam, one of the guys at the front desk, was cheerful, chatty, and understanding It was a wonderful stay! 10/10 recommend staying here Beautiful building and great entertainment! Thank you to everyone!

We were so pleased with our stay! We went on a family vacation and had no clue what to do and where to stay Our stay was great, clean rooms, friendly staff

they gave us great recommendations for family stuff to do in the area! I thought it was weird the bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it but that’s was minor We would absolutely stay here again!

If you have children & are planning to stay a couple of days, then I’d say you can “tough it out” The pool/sun tanning area in the back courtyard is perfect for kids & adult relaxation (no lifeguard) It’s updated & has lots of “curb appeal’

But if you’re a couple & want a better or upgraded experience, this may not be the hotel for you No central air Their units work, but not at optimal performance The room is musty & damp The rug never seems to be 100% dry I think the filters need to cleaned or replaced Mattress too “sunk-in” Staff friendly Excellent parking (front & rear)

Susie

Our morning flight was canceled and we quickly booked a room at the Crowne Plaza Ft Myers at Bell Towers Megan, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and understanding

She held our bags and let us know as soon as our room was ready (way ahead of check in time) Restaurant staff and housekeeping/maintenance staff were also helpful and courteous Nice workout facility and pool This is a great location with plenty of things to do to fill a day of unexpected down time

We are having a house built and it is taking way longer than we expected That being said we have been at this hotel for quite some time The staff is exceptional! We have had such a pleasant experience (we are still here)

The hotel is clean, guests are friendly The front desk staff and manager have gone above and beyond to make us comfortable Love Ana, Jessica, Margarita all have been great In this crazy time where it is difficult to keep a full staff this hotel hasn’t missed a beat The kitchen staff is friendly (all the staff is friendly!), and the food is always good! Stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Harlie Jackson

We stayed here before heading to our family vacation and had a great experience The 2 ladies that work at the front desk are so kind and positive They know what they’re doing and act like they want to be here

Our room was very clean and updated The lobby has lots of space and a great work space after checking out We didn’t love the breakfast, but you don’t stay at a hotel for the complimentary breakfast It’s located next to a bunch of places, we didn’t have a rental car and didn’t want to pay for an Uber so we walked the 15 minutes to go where needed We definitely have this place on our list to come back to in the future

Silas Umah

This hotel blew me away The rooms are not only spacious but extremely neat, organized and well kempt The hotel shuttle is very prompt, what an ecstatic feeling not to wait after a long flight

Hotel is close to the airport The customer service is professional and very knowledgeable This hotel is very generous in giving a sophisticated complimentary breakfast Amenities included are gym, outdoor pool to enjoy the radiant of the sun, restaurant, stove, microwave in your room etc It is like a home away from home I can’t think of anything to complain about Please give this a try if you are in the area Very highly recommended

As longtime Bonvoy member let me just say stay away from this hotel Prior to booking I called about the airport shuttle and was informed they have one and there is no issue getting you to the airport Fast forward to checkin and I ask about the shuttle and I’m told it’s full and that airline crew takes president

After a few minutes the desk agent agrees to book and pay for the cab👍 In the morning I wake up to a cockroach walking across the floor and trap it in a trash can When I bring this up to the front desk in the morning she says I’ll let the manager know How about a I’m sorry this happened We get into the cab and arrive at the airport and guess what! Yup the hotel didn’t prepay for the taxi I’ll let you make your own decision on where to stay, but next time I’ll be trying the home2suites just down the road

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I will say the rooms are clean, spacious, and beds are comfortable I never have issues at this specific location But my recent stay I know for a fact I left a pair of expensive Jordan sneakers under the bed and I called about them a day later and I was told there was nothing found

I am so upset and can’t believe they actually have thieves who work for this company I will never stay here again after this Great hotel but please double check for your valuables because the housekeepers will keep them!!

Great place to stay Rooms clean, staff very friendly The breakfast is great as it changes up daily

We didn’t use the pool so I can’t say as to how that was but it looked well kept and didn’t ever seem too crowded The only thing that I would say would be a negative would be coffee lol, as a big coffee drinker the coffee they provide you to make in room is not very good but the coffee offered in lobby is great so stick to that if you drink coffee regularly

Michael C

Great location, within walking or short driving distance to places to eat, drink and shop Right next to I-75 Also next to a Hilton Garden Inn (👎🏽)

Front service desk was really good The manager reception at 5:30 was awesome, free snacks, beer and wine until 7 The room was huge with it own kitchenette The TV was a little old and outdated Free breakfast with a smile in the morning I previously stayed at the Garden Inn next door Avoid that one and stay at this Homewood instead I would definitely stay here again

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here at Latitude 26! I stayed here in October with 2 friends The staff were all very personable, friendly and more than willing to help with any request The amenities were unlike any hotel I had stayed at anywhere else

Gas BBQ grill, gas flat top grill, outdoor gas fire tables just to name a few all of which we used with zero problem! The pool was phenomenal and the view at the back of the property was amazing as well! I HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re ever visiting Ft Myers! The location is just minutes away from “Times Square” and several entrances to the beach!

Do not book this hotel if you are on tour, traveling for work or if you’re a travel manager booking for your company This might be an okay place to stay if you’re just vacationing for a few nights But it does not accomodate the person who has been living in Hotels for weeks or months

There is no Guest Laundry room, just laundry service that is ridiculously over priced I mean if your rich enough to spend over $200 just to get your laundry done then by all means do so I had a very small load and I did the math It would have cost me $150 do get my laundry doneI had to drive 30 minutes to get to a laundromat waited there an hour plus to wash my stuff, and then drove back another 30 minutes Exactly, the thing I want to do after driving hours to get here from my last hotel When I get to my hotel I expect peace and relaxation not stress and headaches I’m extremely tired and so disappointed at this hotel for its ignoranceIn addition the hotel provides no water in the gym, no fountain, just a tiny four dollar bottle at the front Unsurprisingly they used covid as an excuse to ignore this problemStaff closed the pool at 8My window faces literally just a wallI cannot imagine why anyone would pay almost $400 a night to spend the night hereLastly I think its funny how the hotel admin chooses to respond to all the good reviews but ignores all the negative ones

A Guy from Earth

Great hotel for the price I paid Located in a good area Some upscale stores nearby and a Starbucks right next door

I found everything to be clean I liked the layout of the room with the sofa area being like almost another room (separate from the bed)The in-room coffee station has a mini fridge (although it wasn’t very cold inside the mini fridge I adjusted coldness levels too but nothing made it colder Probably just needs to have coils cleaned or replaced entirely, Room 427)The work desk was also nice and it didn’t make the room feel cramped Breakfast was great and included eggs, bacon potatoes, bagel, cereal and fruit Coffee was also great and freshLastly, front desk was friendly and helpful I checked in on the app and when I arrived front desk gave me the key Check out was also smooth and easyI would stay here again without hesitation 5 stars

N N

Hyatt at Coconut Point in estero completely misrepresents guest accommodations The GM pretends ignorance and the CEO ignores complaints The rooms are dirty, dilapidated, air conditioning doesn’t work, there are no actual bed pillows only some small square things, the mini fridge doesn’t work, the towels are so hard it literally will scratch your skin, the shower is dirty as are the floors

The furniture is old, scratched up, damaged Most of the outlets do not workThis is not a Hyatt as you would think or expect, guest rooms are more like a seedy roadside motel

I feel the need to go out of my way to leave a review for this place! (I usually don’t bother) We had an INCREDIBLE time here! I read other reviews right before we came and got scared, but we did not experience any broken amenities etc The property was beautiful, well taken care of, and had enough to do! Our room was gorgeous and bigger than expected, the pools were amazing and there was even a sauna and steam room

The private beach was so cool and super nice that it wasn’t packed Prices of food and drinks were the worst part but that’s expected We would definitely return to this property anytime!! Thank you Hyatt!

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quaint condo My son and I stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom apartment Newly renovated with nice decor

Came with a galley style open concept kitchen with a dining area and living room We did not hang out too much in the room too much as there is a great pool area with a lazy river The cabanas are extremely reasonably priced and come with a tv that you can use your streaming services on as well as a mini refrigerator We also took the short shuttle boat ride to the private beach that they offer Super nice experience not very crowded at all They also sell drinks and small snacks at the beach The staff is super friendly and very helpful Highly suggest this hotel/timeshare

A Nice hotel for the most part Rooms are clean but starting to show signs of wear and love Most of the employees I saw were friendly, even the ones who didn’t have to be, so that huge plus taking them from 3 to 4 stars overall

They do keep the hallways hot, but the room AC units do a decent job of cooling Nice selection of snacks in the lobby, and surprisingly the prices aren’t bad The restaurant though has very limited breakfast options Making the restaurant by far the weakest link at this location where as most Hilton’s usually have a decent selection Lots of nice eating places within a few minutes drive I will be back

Mercedes Sereno

This place was nice and the room was very clean, we got 2 complimentary waters which came in handy This was super last minute since our flights were cancelled and needed a place to crash and recharge The bathroom was up-to-date and the beds were super comfortable

I would def recommend this hotel to those looking for a clean, comfortable place near the airport

C Cole

I wanted to give this hotel 4 stars because it’s nice And they are very accommodating with friendly staff The issues in my opinion are too great

The first is with the air conditioning It works well but the humidity control doesn’t work well so it’s cool but you’re constantly feeling a little wet too The other issue for me was with Breakfast Do not spend money on breakfast It really wasn’t very good I’m pretty sure it was all freezer to plate Otherwise there are the same issues other people have mentioned with the outdated decor All true If I were looking for a hotel again I would try elsewhere

It’s a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff Maria at the front desk was very professional and accommodating at check in and also very friendly and courteous We canceled a reservation at a different hotel and extended here because of the staff

The outdoor setting is beautiful to sit and eat breakfast by the fire pit! The rooms are so clean and welcoming as well Management is definitely doing an amazing job thank you for you amazing hospitality!!

Wickedly Purrfect

Our room was cleaned and stay was great Breakfast was okay, grab and go on most days of souffle and breakfast sandwiches except on Saturday-they have scramble eggs and bacon computer access with printer

The gym is open 24 hours and they have some treadmill, elliptical, cycles, and weights to use Laundry facility has two washing machine and dryers Overall friendly staff except for the two days where the breakfast server was grumpy and clearly doesn’t like working there-she complains about everything and everyone right in front of you Close by and short distance drive to Naples, Sanibel’s Island, Fort Myers

Terrible breakfast experiences Management tagged no ownership and just throws some rewards points your way that still won’t feed your family when the refrigerator breaks and your groceries also go bad Details below

On Sunday morning, they’re was NO BREAKFAST LEFT about an hour before breakfast was over, to explain, there was no bread, no bagels, no warn breakfast, no coffee, not even a toaster left This is not just items missing, this was no breakfast It gets even worse when your employees start trying to explain it off with random excuses which really irritated me because I dislike being lied to To explain some of the excuses:1- Toasters were no longer allowed because guests were leaving things in it and the smoke would activate the alarms (mind you, the toaster was there the previous day, and also the following morning) great job blaming your Marriott guests2- They also told my father that they also discontinued bagels We countered that we saw bagels the day before and were told that yesterday was the last day for bagelsThe biggest issue for me is that one of the reasons why I booked this hotel was because of the included breakfast and the reasoning behind this is that I was on a very special 4 generation trip to Naples with my baby, my cancer patient dad and my 87-year-old grandma My plan was to avoid exposure to C-19 as much as possible for themAfter this issue on Sunday I had a lot of trouble finding breakfast for them considering it was mid morning on Sunday It was not funSunday afternoon I decide to get some cold cuts, cheeses, juices and milk and leave them in the refrigerator in preparation for an issue on Monday morningMonday morning, no bagels, no bread, only cake pieces and jalapeño cheese muffins apart from sweet cereals ( None of us eat jalapenos for breakfast ) My only option was soggy sausage sandwiches (see pic below) No one wanted to eat them of courseThis obviously was a second failed breakfast so I turned to the items I purchased the day before and Surprise! My refrigerator was hot inside and out was all ruined the food, babies milk etc I reported this to your front desk by phone I’m polite so I cleaned out the food and informed there was ruined food in the trash so they would go get it out as soon as possible and not stink up the room for your next guests I also let front desk know the back of the refrigerator was a block of ice so they needed to defrost it

Lovely hotel, mostly hospitable staff (they do kick you out of the pool/hot tub AT 10PM – they are not playing! LOL), nice breakfast offerings, comfy bed/couch/rolling chair w coffee table & desk in room

Only real complaints are no fan in bathroom & no seating @ smoking areas8/10 recommend – good pricing for how nice it is

Lisa Metcalfe

Friendly, welcoming staff in lovely, quieter, just-off-the-main-road location Pleasant pool/hot tub area with umbrella table seating and soft background music as well There are disposable ear phones, filtered water and sanitizer in the well-equipped fitness center–Love the fish tank in lobby! Dining service was fantastic and the grilled, 4-cheese grilled sandwich with tomato/basil soup was perfect😋

Highly recommend! I travel often and this is one of the best hotels in this price point Many hotels still do not have Netflix and other streaming service capabilities in room tv and this hotel has that and cable The gym is above average for a hotel gym

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and everyone seems super happy to be working here with lots of positivity Lastly, the place is spotless The hotel lobby is constantly being cleaned and wiped down The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable I have stayed here on 2 separate occasion while traveling for work for a total of 6 nights Definitely will stay again if in the area!

RES RES

We stayed for two nights and liked both the location and the size/layout of the room (2 Queen Suite) The price was better than others in the area, but it was still overpriced and is the reason for only 4 stars The room was clean, the breakfast was ok (appreciated the large granola bar selection for teens who just wanted something quick to go), the pool was clean and a nice temperature, and the staff was friendly

We had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night so we all had to wait outside for the fire truck to come I was surprised the inconvenience wasn’t mentioned at check out at all There was plenty of free parking and the diamond member spots were often available We would definitely stay again

Jason Bigelow

Pool is fine Rooms are good size with desk but only 3 shelves for clothes Toilet would not flush unless you pulled to top off to move the mechanism

The biggest disappointment was the WIFI internet only worked for 1 of the 5 days we were there Close to Hertz arena I saw good reports of hot breakfast (Eggs and meats) but I didn’t think it was very good Cold breakfast was fine along with the portage and waffles with the extras Breakfast staff is friendly but front desk not as nice Very cool use of digital key for the room but didn’t work at the pool or other locked areas

Jonathan Diehl

So it was Mac’s first night behind the check in counter and he did great explaining the services and check in process The room was clean, but the tv did not work (nevermind the 1950’s remote), nor did the phone to contact the front desk! As I explained this when I got to the front desk I was offered no explanation

As I was waiting for the elevator, I overheard the conversation between workers saying it will work tomorrow! Being that I am bringing my child to college and will be staying in the area many times over the next few years, I will not be staying here!

Part of the Hilton family of hotels Nice Hotel as far as furnishings, beds etc Not the cleanest of hotels

At least, not as clean and detailed as their sister hotel chain the Hampton Inn My wife said the bath tub wasn’t bath worthy In other words, not clean enough Dirt in the corners Carpet not vacuumed well I know A little nit picky but cleaning could be better Only one out of all the staff I saw was wearing a mask and he was the one fixing the omelettes So if that bothers you, avoid this hotel Really good breakfast with a big variety of choices Custom made omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, bread, pancakes, coffee and watered down juice Very friendly staff despite being maskless Comfortable beds and nice room furnishings which included a small fridge and microwave Working flat screen in the bedroom and front room Large bathroom with no exhaust fan Would I stay in another Embassy Suites, yes This one is not really close to any of the typical attractions of southwest Florida like the beach

Spike Hopkins

We always go to embassy suites and we were accustomed to their great rooms and service We noticed over the pandemic the service went down and the free breakfast and free managers drink special went away But it’s great to see that this Embassy Suite is back running 100%

The managers drink special was very nice and they even have IPAs on draft The breakfast was the best Embassy Suites breakfast we’ve ever hadThey offered eggs scrambled or made to order by a chef Fresh fruit, coffee and juices They have a variety of pancakes waffles bacon ham and corned beef hash The meats rotate daily as to which one will be featuredThey do not offer daily maid service unless it’s requested But that’s okay due to the current situation in the hotel industry If you need any supplies the front desk has them on hand to giveThe staff was incredibly nice in all areas of the hotelThe Embassy suites has a incredibly large swimming pool with enough lounge chairs for the entire hotel occupants to sit They also have a hot tubOverall this is probably in the top three of the best Embassy suites we’ve ever been in

Hoyt Phillips

Had a nice stay here recently The staff was very friendly and helpful The pool area is nice with a separate hot tub and a large covered area

The rooms are what you’d expect The hotel is dated but it’s clean The breakfast and evening drinks and light snacks were nice The one negative was low shower pressure We were on the 2nd floor and I was surprised at how low it was Overall a good stay and the location is very convenient to 75

Fantastic staff from manager to front desk to maintenance to janitorial Everyone has been so helpful Love the restaurant and Tiki Bar – 2 for 1 drink specials are great

Music almost all day which we enjoy And right on a beautiful wide beach Everything shuts down around 10 so not too late for a good night’s sleep This is an older property but it was exactly what we were looking for

Chelsea Besselsen

This place was an absolute gem to stay at! Our rooms were facing the courtyard and had a blast dancing to the band The tiki bar has the friendliest employees and all around make you feel like you’ve been vacationing there for years The pool is perfect temperature, and if you forget a floaty like we did there’s a gift shop right there! Cannot wait to come back, thank you for the best time and memories!

FRANK SOLORZANO

So let me be fair, I paid for the location, you are within walking distance to the beach Great location! But this is not a resort or you will get a luxury room, the rooms are small and the furniture and appliances are outdated, the outside not well kept at all, the pool is small, with 10 people inside the pool was crowded If you are looking for a hotel with beach front this is affordable in comparison to the other places, but do your research

With in walking distance you have great choices for breakfast dinner or lunch The cleaning staff work hard to make sure you’re room is clean Great job guys! So do your research before you book your vacation

The pool area was clean and nicely maintained No hot tub The room was clean and bed was comfortable

The pull out sofa bed was old and extremely uncomfortable The cushions sagged We had to purchase a foam mattress topper to make it able to be slept on Overall the stay was enjoyable We liked the location convenient to Sanibel and the excellent diner restaurants within walking distance to the property Good lower cost alternative close to the beaches without paying premium prices for a beachfront hotel

Margie Lieto

This hotel has the most professional, friendliest, courteous employees you could ever ask for I encountered at least a dozen during my stay One more pleasant than the next

The general manager is excellent You can see how she cares about her hotel guests and her employees Breakfast was wonderful and a different selection each day Pool is beautiful and clean Hotel and rooms are clean Do not ever go to the Holiday Inn express which is right next door They have the rudest employees, the Holiday inn express is dirty, when you walk in you are not welcomed Hampton inn and suites fort myers beach fl will give you a happy, memorable experience I will stay at the Hampton inn and suites again for sure!!

Chuck Stanford

GROSS!! If we weren’t so tired from traveling today we would have left immediately The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the tub would not drain out, the walls are paper thin, the power went out momentary but came back on Totally not recommended! Go next door to the Holiday Inn Express for the same price! That is where we will be tomorrow night

(The only nice thing we can say is the guy checking us on was very friendly)

I stayed here for seven days July-August of this year This place is fantastic Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great pool and Tiki bar/restaurant

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating Cold A/C in the roomsThis is not the Ritz-Carlton and they’re not trying to be Nothing fancy but everything you needThe only “con” I have is that they could use some more healthy options at the restaurant!

Haley N

We had a wonderful time at the Tiki Hut Great entertainment and I have to give a shout out to the Bar Boy That kid looks to be loving life and always has a smile on his face

Also, the front desk ladies were very pleasant! The rooms are very simple and that’s just fine with us We only used them to sleep in 😀We will definitely consider this place again when we venture back to Florida

To anyone reading this that is looking for a HOTEL/RESORT, do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTSFirst of all, this is NOT a “resort,” this is a motel This is a fact

Go into street view to get a good look at the place from the outside along with the general area it’s in Then Google the definition of “motel”The photos they have on booking sites are all flattering angles of the few redeeming qualities of this place that are not at all worth the stay They knowingly omit and hide all of the unappealing things that greatly outweigh the goodHere’s my story: I booked this place for my mom to enjoy Mother’s day We were both under the impression that this would be a very nice resort to stay at because of the nice pictures they had and the overall star rating of the place We were both looking forward to it When we finally arrived, we almost immediately realized that this place is a motel We decided to still go ahead and check in The room was exactly what you would expect from a motel Low quality beds, a tiny television, a very weak air conditioner, etcWe thought it was a mistake and so we asked for another room, which they granted, and it was the same We paid about $160 for a night a crummy motel fronting as a resort What an absolute jokeLong story short, they denied our request for a refund and we found an actual hotel (Holiday Inn) literally one block from there for cheaper ($140) on a same day notice, providing a much higher quality experience I could see the miserable place from my balcony from how close it wasTrust me Avoid this place and save yourself the money and disappointment I was convinced that this place is a scam the second they refused to give me my money back Although I admittedly should have looked deeper into the place before booking it, a business with real integrity that stands by what it provides would not hesitate to provide a refund for an unsatisfied customer WHO DID NOT EVEN USE THEIR SERVICES There is no ethical justification to that and they simply took advantage of the fact that they are not obligated to provide a refund once the refund period has expiredEDIT in response to the owner’s smug response: The agency I paid through told me that the business must authorize the refund before they can go through with it Therefore your intentionally bad analogy of buying a book from Amazon and asking the author for a refund just reinforces the lack of integrity I initially wrote about Also, the prices I stated in my review were accurate for when we booked it, which was Mother’s DayHow about taking responsibility instead of trying to underhandedly save face while trying to seem like you are being graceful?
