It is a bit pricey but fulfilled my need for ocean front resortThe breakfast is great The alcohol delivery is way over priced

The ocean side pool, grass areas, fire pit, & couches were amazing The adults only hot tub area was a plusThis animal friendly resort was awesome We did not have our animals, but ended up with a pet friendly room It was spotless They had a clean dog bed in the room too What a great touch

Great location Beautiful views Not so good stay

When we walked into our room my 10 year old son pointed out all of the fly bugs on the ceiling He opened the wooden curtains and found plenty of them dead and alive in the windowsill I noticed the windows don’t have screens so I opened the window to try and get as many as I could out What actually happened is the just all flew away from that corner and into the rest of the room It’s a beautiful location so I asked the front desk to help and they said they were sorry but they couldn’t help with the fly bugs, they could send maintenance to get as many put but that’s all they could do When we went back into the room, there weren’t any more on the ceiling or window but I noticed there were left dead on the floor At night, before we went to bed, we could see all the little fly bugs flying around, once again front desk said it’s because we are so close to the beach and during this time of the year there were many of them flying around, they asked us to not open our windows (which windows didn’t other than to try and get them out initially) At checkout, I asked for an adjustment since we paid close to $500 for the room and had to sleep with bugs around us (might as well have camped) They said they couldn’t make any adjustments because we booked through a third party, then offered me a bottle of Gatorade for the inconvenience We will not be returning to this hotel and hopefully they invest in some window screens

I stayed here for 3 nights Hamed is hands down the kindest, most genuine, and most helpful person I have ever interacted with in a hotel Checking in at 1am I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor

He made sure that all 3 nights of my stay at the Kinney were an absolute delight Anything that I needed during my stay, he was glad and eager to accommodate 5/5 would stay here again just because of the wonderful staff

KeaganPlays

Welcome- 5/5: Was easy to book for a last minute trip The lobby person at night was SUPER nice They informed us some tips for our stay in SLO

Room- 3/5: our room was a small room with 2 beds Was very clean and nice except that it was very noisy and dirty on the floor It looks like someone took a tiny poop on the floor which sis honestly disgusting but the floors were super thin you could feel the furniture shaking if someone walks in your room and you can hear upstairs too It was very cold out there and the heater was great!😊Location and entertainment- 5/5: a little walk to downtown won’t hurt and it is very nice out there The hotel also has Leroy’s Leroy’s had a few games and those were nice but thank you to the girl that works in night in the lobby she literally fixed 1 game and made drinks for everyone who orderedOverall- 5/5: great hotel I do recommend it especially the pool it’s very nice

This hotel was a renovated Holiday Inn Express that had been changed over to The Kinney, a Hilton Tapestry collection property This place has potential because they’ve done a great job decorating and having a fun game area Staff is pleasant

– RESORT CREDIT -Because of our status, we had $30 / day resort credit Unfortunately due to staffing issues their restaurant & bar were closed except for Saturday morning breakfast Sunday night they had beer & wine only We ended up using one of the resort credits on a bottle of champagne, although it was a cheaper brand than was listed on the menuIt was hard to use the resort credit when I have Celiac disease and our waiter said that even the eggs have gluten (which makes no sense) We ended up having to get 4 cappuccinos on the last day to use our resort credit- NOISE-While it looked cool and they did a good job on decorating, as well as having a fun game area for adults, the walls were SO thin and the curtains didn’t blackout the sun in the morning The curtains are actually too short, so sunlight streams throughPeople who don’t know how to close a door and just let it slam behind them were common and it literally shook the entire room every time it happened It felt like the building was going to collapse when the doors slammed which made me wonder if there is something structurally wrong with the buildingThe older I get, the less patience I have for kids who scream and go wild in public (It’s a good thing that I don’t have kids) In the morning, some little kids were making so much noise banging on stuff and screaming next door that I was able to yell, from my bed, at them to quit making noise I know they heard me because the noise instantly stopped for a few hoursYou can hear staff on their two-way radios at like 7 AM, and on the weekend I don’t want to be up so early due to noise I don’t know how they can soundproof, but this building needs it- MAINTENANCE -I let staff know that our mirrored closet door wouldn’t close The tub spout was also loose and pieces of grout were missing in the shower, which may explain the water damage on the walls There was stuff peeling around our ceiling in our room as wellI also had to take a bath with a rag stuffed in the drain because it was missing a stopper I mentioned it to the front desk and the staff pulled a stopper out right next to the desk She said they have a problem with people stealing the stoppers? Very strange issue- CONCLUSION -This could potentially be a cool hotel if it was an adults only place and maintenance issues were fixed, but as is, I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the thin walls and doors that make the rooms quake

Katelyn McMinn

I would not recommend booking the Fabulous Fifties room 118 There is considerable water damage, moldy/wet carpet and the shower faucet drips consistently Upon notifying the staff of the water damage, annoying dripping faucet and wet carpet, they confirmed they were already aware of the issue with the room; so that was disappointing to hear that they already knew of the issues but continued to allow bookings for a damaged room and charged full price but discounted the $35 resort fee on a $200-300 room

The staff was nice but clearly the property is not being kept up and managed to the best of their ability for what you would expect they are charging Luckily we only booked the one night stay as the room was unacceptableThe breakfast and service were excellent but the sweater I purchased from the gift shop is already coming apart at the seams and I only wore it once I tried it on in the gift shop and it left white debris all over my shirt so I felt obligated to purchase the sweater to hide my now dirty black shirtI’d consider going back for the food at the copper cafe but probably won’t book another room stay as I was disappointed at the underwhelming quality of the room and buyer beware of the poor quality of gift shop apparel Great food and staff was nice but not worth the room rates overallTo respond to the owner’s reply below Please locate my contact info within your guest registry for Room 118 for April 2022 I do not feel comfortable posting it publicly on this platform and you did not supply me with an email to contact you directly Thank you

K Flo

This is a great place to visit just to marvel at the decor I only stopped in to walk through and have a drink at the bar, I did not visit the restaurant or stay in one of the rooms There is no cost to get in the door and wander around, but the cost of whatever you buy in the gift shop or at the bar will make up for it

Still it is fantastic to walk through and admire the woodwork, photos, and everything else that makes this place truly unique Hope you like pink!

Charlie Calabrese

The rooms and the grounds are amazing! Absolutely over the top Camp, you won’t be disappointed We also had drinks and ate at the steak house, which were really great as well My only complaint is that it’s not as pedestrian friendly as it should be – to walk from the restaurants/bar up to the rooms was an experience in itself (huge hill and competing with cars)

A nice pedestrian only walk way would be really amazing and make this place even better

Beautiful property with nice views of the ocean, boardwalk access, and lovely fire pits in the outdoor space The decor is great as well, exactly what you’d expect in a coastal California space Good amenities in terms of having a gym and filtered water fountains

Valet-only parking, which honestly makes life much easier so you can focus on enjoying the momentIn the design of this experience, there are still improvements to be made, especially on the “soft” side of the product As other Marriott loyalists have noted, the biggest improvement opportunity is service attentiveness; I do find it important to note that the valet stand has the best service on the whole propertyIn terms of the hard product of the hotel itself, there could also be some further attention placed on the details that truly make a premium experience Two great examples are the lack of softness in the towels and the lack of desks in some rooms

Lauren Benson

Amazing hotel right on the beach Kat at the front desk was so helpful with recommendations and upgraded our room It was much appreciated

The breakfast vouchers we received were still limited because of COVID-19 But the fresh fruit and muffins they gave us instead were a lot better than anticipated The shuttle service was nice to have as well The driver was super friendly Would definitely stay here again Thanks!

Dave Vigerust

Property was very nice Front desk did not acknowledge my Titanium status on check in but the front desk staff during the rest of the stay was exceptionalDown side was that our expensive steaks and side dishes arrived cold ( TWICE!)

The executive chef spent 20 minutes talking to his friends at the table next to ours instead of making sure the food was rightView was great Bartenders were great as well If the Exec chef can learn to do his job instead of shooting the breeze with his pals the stay would be great for you

Room 304 was great until the sinks and bath tub clogged up in the middle of “our” night Front desk was very nice and was able to accommodate us with the vacant room next door I highly recommend this hotel and this room (when plumbing is fixed)

It has a great balcony view and the king beds were beyond perfection One of the best night sleeps I have had in a long time The wife was also happy about that Will be back

Veronica Cortez

Booked an ocean view room for one night Checked in through text and received a text that our room was ready earlier than check in time Definitely a plus since we got in early

The lady at the front desk was super nice and quick The view was great The room was clean overall The bench at the foot of the bed was dirty but I just set my stuff there didn’t sit on it The fridge wasn’t cold enough, we just kept our stuff in our ice chest We liked the fire pits available, we got to enjoy the sunset from there I would stay there again

Tom Scott

I called ahead for an early check in I only had a small window of time because I was coming from a wedding and had to run back to it I was told that there would be no problem getting in by 3 PM

When I arrived at 3pm, the front desk told me that there were no rooms available When I pressed the issue and told them about my call, a room was made available, room 132 I was checked in and told about your no smoking policy When I went to the room, it was definitely not ready at all and reeked of marijuana So I hurriedly went back to the front desk and told them Another room was made available, room 202 When I arrived at the room, I saw cleaning towels on the bathroom sink When I opened the cabinet underneath, there was a pile of dirty towels Cleanliness is high on my list of priorities when I choose a hotel When I see things wrong in that area, I can only assume that there are many other things that I can’t see The lady at the front desk was nice, but the staff in general seemed to be in disarray This was my first time using your hotel and will be my last

We had reservations at a near by motel that was way below our standards so we called the courtyard and the manager was very accommodating and set us up right away The staff are all very nice There is a Starbucks inside the lobby

The rooms are clean and comfortable and again the staff are all so friendly Pool area is great as well

Adriana Berrios

Always feel welcomed atmosphere is great Love the fact that they had the pool man come right before 10 to make sure the pool was clean and to see what treatment needs to be done Room was clean the shower still had hair but that could have been washed down

The shampoo and conditioner I’m so pleased they had Paul Mitchell tea tree but the body wash was empty so i didn’t even use My main complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable i didn’t get a good night’s sleep kept moving to re adjust That’s the main reason why we get a room for sleep I have stayed at multiple Marriott hotels and always comfortable

Comfiest bed ever Excellent, quiet spa Pool has an amazing view

Great drinks Location is perfect Friendliest staff The only improvement I’d love to see here is a quick and easy breakfast option rather than a sit down breakfast Even a table of muffins and apples or something Also I wish the chair on the balcony was actually sit-able It’s more of a large pillow Overall great experience

Kathy Condon

What a beautiful hotel! My style, is contemporary, hip, and so romanticRight downtown SLO so you can park your car in their parking lot under the hotel and forget about drivingA large complex, juxtaposed so everyone has a sense of privacy

I stayed in the Garden Suite with a large patio, lovely sofas, and a private firepit A locked gate took you out to their large roof-top edible gardenLove this hotel!!

Keysone Hatzidakis

I stayed here 3 nights for my birthday, I was not treated well I emailed a complaint back in June and never even received a response Hotel needs new management already

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on the day of my birthday with a specific time never received it Wrote my special occasion was my birthday, nothing was said or done My friend called into the hotel and paid to have a wine bottle delivered to my room, never showed up My husband and I kept being mistaken for a bride and groom staying at the hotel… it was honestly one of the worst birthdays I’ve celebrated Luckily slo had a lot of nice restaurants to escape to

This was a short trip for us, and one that was a wonderful surprise! Recommended by our nephew, the Casitas grounds are vast, green and blossoming with every sort of flower! The mornings are the kind of peaceful that begs for a comfy chair outside, and time to think Our room was decorated with hand-painted tiles and a bright, embroidered bedspread and shams Breakfast on our private patio was truly unbeatable

I fell in love with this place, and it feels like the amazing owners fully put their hearts into it! We look forward to going back!!!

Absolutely Perfect! The casitas are comfortable and well appointed Beautiful well-cared for property Cozy fireplaces

Stunning views The gourmet breakfasts served on the patio are another highlight We enjoyed every minute As a swimmer, the lap pool was a plus for me and my husband felt like Pat and Tony became new friends Only sorry we didn’t discover this gem sooner

Excellent location for our needs with local charm, but not without flaws I read reviews and was expecting a very basic inn There are some cute touches, but the creature comforts are lacking for the pickier traveler

The bed really seems smaller than the advertised queenI have a queen and slept on a queen the following city The very firm tiny mattress was fine when I slept on my side – so more an issue of size not comfort I did bring some of my own extra plush blankets to ensure I was warm enough Pillows were subpar The shower had extremely low or close to zero hot water pressure, but the bath tile and sink appeared to be updated in the last decade I washed my hair in the sink with cold water We did visit the restaurant and they seemed to be challenged with not enough qualified staff Pancakes and eggs were good enough, but coffee was not to my liking Lobby coffee and tea were a nice touch, with a slightly better brew in the lobby I did get a text about free wine, but I was not able to enjoy it A pleasant surprise was the two-person hot tub which was awesome after hiking and biking for two dayswe did also get a kick out of the nightly frog serenades Some of the car engines could be heard early but the benefit of a single story was no audible hotel door slamming or heavy-footed neighbors Phoenix in the lobby was very friendly upon check-in

Barbara Dunn-Knudsen

Took a short trip to SLO for a concert Booked a stay at the Apple Farm Inn Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprise how lovely the grounds of the surrounding area were

Upon checking in, we were given fresh cookies and tickets for free wine tasting in the Apple Farm Cellar They also offer coffee, tea and warm apple cider in the lobby after 5pm Although the buildings seem older the interiors of the rooms were upgraded with great thoughtfulness to comfort and convenience The the room was well situated and bed was very comfortable with crisp clean linens Although our room was close to the street, literally right off the highway, relatively little noise could be heard from inside our room In the morning we had breakfast at their restaurant The coffee was great and our breakfast was delicious! We will definitely plan to stay there on our next trip! They offer great rates as well Give Apple Farm Inn a try

Ron Mellen

We showed up on Thursday night with no reservation The hotel was pretty much sold out We had a very nice, helpful man named Steve trying to find us a room

Not only did he get us in, but our rooms were spectacular We were two couples and we wanted to stay one more night and we were able to keep our same rooms with the great juggling the hotel desk did to get us covered I love this place and will definitely come back again soon

Beautiful, new rooms The bar is exceptional with creative cocktail selectionsThe electrical situation in the room is odd

I tried charging my portable charging unit and after a while it would just stop charging until I unplugged and plugged it back in Shower water pressure in our room was very low No blackout shades for the window/sliding glass door, which made sleeping more difficult for meOverall, it’s very nice and I would stay here again

this hotel is possibly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed It’s gorgeous, and in an unbeatable location right in downtown SLO We stayed for two nights and were easily able to get a very late check-out our last day, so we could sleep in, eat some room service, and go for a last dip in the pool! the room was gorgeous- huge and airy, with a fantastic bathroom and really beautiful contemporary design

We also brought our dog- this place is seriously dog-friendly, and she sat with us while we ate, sat by the pool, and was super comfortable in the room when we left her We will definitely be staying here again!

Erum Kiger

The most amazing hotel! The space is stunning and modern A really stylish space Our room was so spacious and clean

This is our 2nd stay at La Fonda Hotel and we love it even more! Both visits have been during the pandemic so not all amenities have been fully restored If they’re doing a great job now, can’t wait to visit when all restrictions are lifted! Friendly staff, comfortable room, delicious fresh baked treats, the thoughtful welcome basket and card And of course, great location and bonus doggy treats! Thank you La Fonda staff for making our stay wonderful!

Vera Martinez

This was our first trip to Avila Beach and Avila La Fonda Hotel and we were so pleasantly surprised We chose this hotel because it’s a dog-friendly hotel and the staff was so friendly! The hotel provides a welcome basket, continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, evening wine and appetizers, and pie and ice cream in the evening!!! Our room was nice, with a small patio to sit and enjoy our morning coffee You’re only a block from restaurants, shopping, and the beach

We will definitely be back

Obviously comes with a high price being dead center in Pismo and offering a beautiful view of the city from the rooftop and beach if your lucky to get an ocean view It is modern, but lacks the cleanliness that would be expected of an expensive hotel The valet parking was nice and customer service was decent

They had a small bar downstairs that I did not utilize The restaurant on the rooftop with the hot tub was fairly nice Quality view, but it got kind of chilly and windy Drinks were made well, but the waiter and bartender were in no rush The most convenient thing is the location There is good eats and coffee shops all in walking distance The rooms were clean and the service was good The hallways could use a touch up as they seem outdated A decent location if your honeymooning, but there is some hotels near the cliffs that provide better rooms if you plan on staying indoors If your a family looking for an easy going trip, this is the place to be

Inn at the Pier is my new favorite central coast hotel The quality of service provided here is superb and rare these days The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond being kind and helpful

The oceanfront view is nice because it’s situated across from the pier, and from the vantage of the balcony, there is an expansive view The location is perfect, and the hotel is within walking distance of everything that downtown Pismo Beach has to offerThe rooms are comfy, the beds were amazing and the shower is huge Try it, you’ll love it!

Stayed here for one night while driving along the coast Location is great, you can walk to the beach and nearby restaurantsI was excited about having a morning coffee on the rooftop, but they don’t allow entry outside the working hours of the bar, so it’s not accessible until noon or after 9pm

Valet parking is unfortunately mandatory, however it’s included in the price so some people might like it Crew was niceRoom was good, big and quiet, however the water pressure was somewhat weakI paid over $400 for a night, which didn’t even include breakfast, and the one thing I looked for (rooftop view) was closed, so I think the price is too high for what you get

We had brunch outside overlooking the ocean What a gorgeous view The food was terrific

My boys had the pancakes and bacon and I had the omelet with mushrooms We did enjoy the endless mimosas and my only complaint is they don’t leave the bottle or a pitcher on the table I get it is a service thing but it sucks flagging someone down However, our waitress did an amazing job

Just came back from celebrating our 5 yr anniversary And this place is amazing My husband and I were so pleased with the customer service upon check in

Not to mention he emailed them before arriving and they helped him by preparing the room with roses and champagnethey have so much to offer their guests They go above and beyond They were accommodating with the roomswe wanted to enjoy the hot tub room and next day we got to relax and have full ocean view Amazing breakfast while watching the ocean Very clean and close to everything you’ll need

Crystal Gramm

This was a interesting experience The negative points were pretty negative, the positive were extremely positive! I would return based on the location and positive points The beach is right across the street! Sundeck has amazing views! The breakfast was so delicious! And the free pie for dessert was such a nice treat! I would recommend getting a bottle of wine, grabbing your free slice of pie + ice cream, take it to the sundeck until the sun goes down

So the room we choose could definitely use updates, more attention to cleaning, and repairs I will be more careful when choosing my room next visit

Thomas Blain

I stayed here with my family four years ago and I still think back dreamily about it It was easily the best option in the area and probably the best stop on our trip The owner was super friendly, they had breakfast

At night we laid on our balcony listening to the ocean waves The rooms were comfortable and had character It was great I hope to go back some day

A little farther away from the main town, but not without its perks! I booked this trip as a more budget friendly option that included similar amenities at other higher end hotels The staff here were super friendly and the rooms were extremely clean! The cottage style vibe was really nice overlooking the ocean! This place also has fire pits outside that allow you to relax in the later afternoon This place is also next to a cliff, which allows you a better view of the entire ocean and for some amazing sunsets! However, one thing I did notice is there can be a lack of privacy in the ocean view rooms

Although not a major issue, it was an affordable option with an ocean view that made for an excellent trip This hotel although a short ways away, is still near the main town and it is not difficult to walk if your in for a little morning exercise! Love Pismo area and I would highly recommend the cottage inn if your on a budget looking for a clean and friendly atmosphere!

Boston Batavia

The room was a very nice size, clean The bed was very comfortable, the towels were fluffy, the amenities were very nice with lavender lotion, mint shampoo, etc The room was equipped with a microwave, which is very useful

There was also a lovely fireplace in the room to keep you warmThe view of the sea from the inn was perfect There happened to be pods of dolphins in the sea in front of the inn We could see them flipping and jumping I wish I could’ve stayed more than one nightThe only things I would add for the room are slippers and kettle for non-coffee drinkers

Lily Baldwin

I loved this hotel The staff were very kind and helpful The location was perfect

It is about half a mile walk on the beach (or street) to the pier so quiet and very easy beach access without the crazy traffic I thought it had the best patio amenities compared to the other hotels lined next to it, with easy to light gas camp fires and fantastic views The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that my room needed updating – the bathroom and beds were clean but tired We fully intend to go back and hope they bring the room up to date sooner rather than later, especially for the price

Absolutely love this place! This hotel is perfect for self-sufficient travelers There’s no front desk–they just text you codes for the front door and your room I never expected how nice it would be after a long drive to just go straight to my room, rather than dealing with check-in

Beyond that, the place is gorgeous My room was spacious with excellent bedding and a fabulous shower & toiletries There’s a shared living room area that was very cozy We spent mornings sitting on the couch drinking coffee and listening to records What a great way to start the day! There’s also a nice shared wet bar area that has excellent coffee, very fancy teas, a bottle of complimentary wine, as well as some additional treats that popped up now and then What a great home base for our trip to SLO!

J.D. DAVIS II

Came to SLO for my wife’s birthday and couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay at The Butler Hotel This was a new type of stay for us as there is no front desk, however once we walked in we immediately understood that this property was special and didn’t require one They email and text you the code to the front fore and the code to your room

Upon walking in we were shocked at how nice everything looked and the attention to detail with the design There was a bottle of wine and local treats on the bar, and cute little reading/sitting area, and the interior design was amazingAs for the room, we loved the tall ceilings, lighting, and bathroom design Everything just seemed to flow wellI would definitely recommend this place!

Megan Howarth

There’s a reason this place gets almost all 5 star reviews- it’s honestly perfect If there was a rooftop pool I’d want to move inIt’s definitely different

If you love the experience of staying at a hotel, this might not be for you If you want the feel of an AirBnB with the hotel touches, this is the place If you like great design, thoughtful touches but don’t want to interact with people, this is the placeThere is a contactless check-in, you simply punch in your special code The bar area is set up with complimentary wine in the afternoon and a nice continental breakfast spread in the morning (little Danishes that tasted so fresh, muffins, fruit, etc) There is a lounge area with beautiful seating, a record player with great albumsWe stayed in Room 4 and the bed was so comfortable The bathroom was clean and spacious Every detail is well thought outThe main area was a bit warm during the day with a large fan running, but our room was perfectly ACedWe took advantage of the bikes and cruised around the downtown area, all the way to Madonna Inn and to the SLOMA We also sat outside in the morning with our coffees, which you can prepare with the french presses set up in the kitchenI don’t have plans to be in SLO again, but if I did, I would 100% stay here againKelly was The Butler and so helpful with any questions we had Thanks Kelly!

The Cliffs is extraordinary! A staycation within its premises We stayed in a beautiful king suite room, well polished and very clean Upon arrival you are greeted with free valet service and free welcome wine glass

Outside in the courtyard is a decent size pool and beautiful views from atop the bluffs overlooking the Pacific To the right there are stairs that lead you to a public but very secluded beach Hotel staff is more than accommodating and had a very relaxing stay My wife took advantage of the day spa located on the first floor Would stay again!

Love and Peace

We had a wonderful short gateway on 4th of July weekend at the Cliffs Hotel and Spa Everything was simply perfect from the gorgeous ocean view from our balcony to tiny but precious details such as rubber duck for the bathtub enjoyment The staff was very friendly and helpful

Literally every member of the Cliffs team went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as it can be We did not spend time on the pool but instead we enjoyed the gorgeous beach with a breath taking view, which located down the steps The hotel has a Marisol restaurant where we dined in for 3 evenings We love the view, the service and the menu As vegan, I am never sure if I would be eating anything exciting when I go to a new place Marisol met my expectations ! We highly recommend The Cliffs Hotel and Spa – we had great time staying there and we will be coming back for sure

Jodi Fleming

Everything about our long weekend stay at the Cliffs Resort and Spa exceeded our expectations! Beautifully appointed and spacious room, lovely pool and jacuzzi, incredible ocean views, walking trails to small beaches, an oceanfront lawn with entertainment and plenty of chairs and tables to relax in! Our afternoon at the spa was delightful! My esthetician was so accommodating at my every request and made me feel and look amazing My daughter’s massage was the best she ever had Dinner at the restaurant was scrumptious, front desk staff and valet were so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this beautiful property for your next stay in Pismo!

We’ve stayed here several times, and the first time we stayed here we were thrilled about having found a gem of a little hotel, so it’s unfortunate that we have to call out the Inn for the condition it’s currently in In short, maintenance and cleaning are very neglected Our room features one faucet that doesn’t work, one faucet that leaks all over the counter and onto the floor (and has been leaking long enough to leave hard water deposits), carpet that is beginning to fray, unpainted wall patchwork (also found in hallways), unpatched scrapes in the walls, the shower doesn’t drain well, wood trim that has been broken and left shoddily/not repaired, worn out and mismatched chair upholstery, missing patio screen door, curtains are filthy, dirt and dust in lots of places (oddly not dirty everywhere) and the finish on wood chairs and cabinets is pretty rough

It pains us to have to leave this review, because the location in a wooded creekside spot is so magical, but it’s clear that there is a lack of oversight on the execution of cleaning and maintenance – this doesn’t look like something I can blame Covid on We’ll be watching the hotel’s website for a note about improvements to determine if we’ll come here again next year

Betty Luna

We were very disappointed 😞! The rooms are small while the restroom was big! No coffee makers in room, had to go downstairs to get coffee The cleaning was not good I paid $1900 for 5 nights, was supposed to have a jetted tub it did not work when I asked if I would be reimbursed some of my money was told no

My balcony was not cleaned when we entered the room, nor was it cleaned during our stay Not enough amenities, plastic cups, glassware not washed during cleaning Very discouraged 😞
