Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area

I’ve been coming here for years If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure!Great hotel! I was there for a conference and it was gorgeous The deck in the room was amazing! The bell staff was extremely knowledgeable, especially Hugh, and went out of their way to help us (we were at a conference) All of the bar and wait staff did as well We look forward to staying here again!

This was our first visit to the Gainey Ranch We arrived very late one evening and the lighting on the property was terrible It was confusing to figure out where the main entrance & parking was

After a long day of traveling it was an added annoyance Upon arrival, we checked in easily, front desk staff was welcoming We got to our room and again lighting was terrible Granted it’s the desert but all of the browns, golds & yellow decor mixed with poor lighting made for a depressing vibeThe exterior views were absolutely spectacular and the pools are great The service at the pool was also spectacular There were a bunch of games for the kids to play pool side so that helped keep the kids entertained! The website made it appear that more of the restaurants were open than were truly open, so that was frustrating Basically there is one restaurant open inside and then you have food/drink service at the pool where they will deliver food to your chair There is a shopping center near by with great restaurants that you could even walk to if you wanted toOverall, location was amazing, but it was an expensive stay and not worth it With the exception of the pool staff, I didn’t think the staff was all that friendly It was fun to visit once, but I wouldn’t make it a destination place to vacation again, unless we had another reason to be there

Recently stayed here for a business meeting and to play some golf A great resort that checked all the boxes for what you need Great location, well kept hotel, and a decent bar scene made this a place I would come back too

Rooms were a good size, with ample sized bathrooms with good water pressure Bed was big a fluffy (although a little too soft for me) Good wifi, and a nice pool round it offAll in all a great place Go with confidence

My husband and I stayed here for a 3 year wedding Anniversary trip When we arrived we had been upgraded to the Presidential Suite It was a beautiful room

We had the best time at the pool with drink service Our room was always spot less when we arrived back after it was cleaned The location is perfect for walking down to Old Town, Fashion Square & Night Clubs The aesthetics of this place are SO PERFECT!!

Enrico Dolcecore

This is a 2-3 start hotel at best The price is WAY TOO much for what you get Rooms are dated, and minimal

You really don’t get anything above and beyond for staying here Choose another hotel across the street for half price and you’ll be happier We stayed her 7 years ago, and it was awesome Pools were fun to hang at, but the price was right We felt like we got what we paid for For $500 a night I can stay at a Ritz Carlton

Alex Anzhela

Place is nice Too much party life in this town in general though If you’re traveling with kids, probably good idea to find a more kid friendly hotel/place/atmosphere

Otherwise the resort is very pretty Also the heater/AC unit in the room emitted too much dust so we ended up not turning it on anymore They do have a complimentary shuttle service which we loved

Beautiful boutique hotel located in a great part of Scottsdale Wonderful service and overall vibe The staff was exceptional and there were so many nice touches (text access to the front desk, champagne at check in, etc)

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any Hyatt property (I’m a globalist so I’ve had my fair share!) The grounds were well kept and unique The only knock against the resort is that it is a little older so one has to accept that the rooms and buildings have an older feel (still very clean) I embraced that as part of its old world charm

Tiffany Griffin

We had our wedding there this past weekend and it was just amazing!! The staff and the service really just did an amazing job One little mix up with the room but they resolved that as fast as they could and made the whole weekend and wedding experience just top notch The guests told me as well that if you needed something they were on top of it

We were just SO impressed with everything! Service, Staff, Food, Grounds, Room If your thinking of getting married, this is the place to be! 5++++ Stars THANK YOU Royal Palms for a FABULOUS Weekend!!

Zoe Polk

We had a nice long weekend at the Royal Palms, however I don’t think the property really competes with the other 5 star resorts in the area Our room felt a bit dated and dingy, I was particularly unimpressed with the bed and bedding The grounds are beautiful, I love the natural landscape in AZ

The pool area is very small, and the chairs easily fill up Not the right resort if you are interested in hanging by the pool for a good portion of your vacation We asked the front desk for where to go on a walk, and they provided us with directions with a nice loop around the neighborhood – but it did require half a mile on a busy road with no side walk

When I stayed at this property they had the most amazing beds and pillows! I actually purchased the same type of bed Best decision of my life I took a picture of the pillow tag but was unable to match the pillow with the merchant

They needed more info I called Gainey and spoke to an amazingly awesome gentlemen name Josh He was so pleasant, helpful and super knowledgeable He was able to provide me with what I needed Thank you Josh for the best customer service experience!

Arthur Klein

I enjoyed our stay The pool area was very nice, the other guests were super friendlyThe room was clean, modern and decorated well but the carpeting will need cleaning or updating soon

This is a family oriented location so if children bother you, head elsewhere

Jayneee Smith

We rented a 2 bedroom suite, 2 bath Nice amenities in bathrooms Living area was smaller than other resorts we frequent

Kitchen was not fully stocked and no stove Range was low-end, but did the job Needed to clean the toaster before using as there was debris inside making it smoke and we didn’t want the smoke detector going off Great complimentary breakfast and 5 PM happy hour with food Very social with plenty of seating areas around the pool, water falls, under the trees The outdoor area made up for any issues within our suites Very relaxing stay

What a welcoming resort Suite was very well equipped including full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table for six and table for four on patio Conveniently placed bar-b-ques throughout the property

Children’s play area, putting green, outdoor pool table, were great Everything was clean though some wear and tear is inevitable The pool was amazing though it would have been great if there was a poolside beverage/food service but there is a ‘market’ in the clubhouse to get essentials The staff was very friendly and helpful We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

J Saunders

Would give 5 stars but the dishwasher had a funky smell and they didn’t collect the trash often enoughIt was nice to have a full kitchen but the dishwasher smelled like sewer water They did send a guy out who replaced the filter and ran a cleaning cycle

But the dishwasher would literally run for 3-4 hours each time and had what looked like mold around the edges so we just washed by hand I guess you have to call and tell them when to pick up the garbage also because they don’t do it every dayOther than that, the fitness room and pool area were very nice Glad they had the adults only pool And the staff was quick to respond and very nice Would be nice to have elevators, be warned if you can’t drag ur bags up 3 fights of stairs

Jessica Boser

Beautiful resort, nice condo’s LOVED being able to sit outside our condo on the patio to enjoy the weather, eating dinner while watching our favorite hockey team Good size rooms

The furniture is a bit dated but not terrible Our condo was VERY clean though! The only complaint is if you get a condo off the main road it is a bit noisy with the traffic if you want to sit outside on your patio But when we were inside we barely heard the traffic

We stayed for five nights with my family The hotel is gorgeous, and the staffs were friendly Our room was supposed to be with the balcony, but the balcony was where they were doing construction and cleaning

It was so hot, and the sun was right on the balcony We could not even get out and sit on it for more than 30 minutes We had small kids, and we were told the balcony was by the waterfall, and it was not even near Most of the food is fried food and super expensive! We went out for breakfast at one of the breakfast restaurants, we were sitting with our children to be served, and we never got served when they served three other guests When we told them why we had been here for a while and not being served, the lady came out and said it was her fault However, the people who sat us down were looking at us and passing us while giving menus to other guests I want to say that the people who greeted you in the front were great They were friendly, and I appreciate them for all they did in and out

Mo

Gorgeous resort The Well & Being spa alone is worth the trip to Arizona Staff is friendly, helpful and made the stay wonderful

Our room was nice, nothing special but that was my own fault for last minute booking and limited options available The atmosphere and staff are what make this resort stand out Looking forward to our next visit

Stephen Foster

The grounds and resort as a whole are very nice and kept up to a high standard The amenities on site with restaurants, spa, bars, meeting rooms, and much more make this a great location for both business needs and personal fun The rooms are very clear and spacious

The bathroom doesn’t make you feel cramped and is perfect for 2 people to get ready at once Over all a great resort and worth planning a stay here

Travelling with family to a work conference held hereWonderful food Clean and comfortable rooms

We requested a room near a pool and it was perfect Great staff All workers who took care of us at the meeting did a great job!Pools all very nice, family friendly Fitness center well appointed Convenient location to restaurants and shoppingThe only small issue was communication with the front desk On arrival, I got a text inviting me to message if we needed anything That service was unreliable Suggest calling or in person at front deskHats off to the landscaping crew Beautiful flowers, interesting cacti

It’s our second time staying at this resort, it was a joyful 4th of July weekend here The food and service was amazing! The resort is always very clean and organized, they can run low on the pool towels, so I would recommend you grab one asap otherwise they don’t get restocked We ran into that problem

Otherwise everything is amazing! Food is delicious! Will definitely be back again

Robert Green

We can not recommend The Scottsdale Plaza Resort enough! They were everything we could have wanted for our wedding weekend! The staff, the event spaces we used, the food, the hotel rooms and accommodations for our guests and everything in between was above and beyond our expectations They made the wedding planning process enjoyable and easy We got so many compliments on every aspect of the weekend from our guests

Our point of contact/coordinator, Kristin, was so organized and helpful through everything and she truly made our day run as smoothly as possible! She was attentive, listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond for us

I’d skip this oneThe only great thing about this place is the valet service that went out of their way to help us as it was pouring down rain during monsoon when we arrived They continued to be the bright spot of the entire stay here

The staff is fine but not friendly Every time we asked where something was on the property we got vague directions and couldn’t find it We weren’t offered a bottle of water or anything that we typically get when we stay with HiltonThe rooms are super clean but old There is a great vanity set up for getting ready but no outlets I’m not sure if the rooms have A/C or swamp coolers but the rooms were hot and muggy- again it’s monsoon season right now, but an A/C doesn’t typically cause that during this time of yearWhen we reserved the room the price said $180 a night with taxes and resort fees but we were charged $211It just overall is a tired and disappointing experience We have stayed at many Hilton’s for much less money and had a better experience I’d skip this one and book elsewhere in Scottsdale

Kenneth Belisle

My daughter and I stayed at the resort for a long weekend over the 4th of July The resort itself is so pretty, and we really enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the cacti, palm trees, and flowers I loved the bar at the pool-they had great drinks for adults and ice cream for kids

Our favorite meal was breakfast, and they also had great food for lunch and dinner as well The pool area was so nice, and the water was warm, and we spent many hours lounging and swimming! I definitely recommend this resort! We can’t wait to go back

Nicole Fraser

We were excellently treated by every member of the staff who were friendly and engaging The restaurant was great with a nice variety on the menu and well prepared dishes The rooms were clean and, with the sole exception of the air conditioning units, quiet

The lake made for a lovely contrast to the desert dry with birds and greenery Absolutely recommend

Enjoyed the stay Clean rooms Meet little upstairs patio overlooking the pool, little bit of shade little bit of sun which ever you choose

Nice part of town w/ easy access to great little shopsJust a few blocks from “Spaces” where we always go to have our meetingsEvery time I go, I like to go to Cartel Coffee just a few blocks away – best coffee around!

Stelios Serghiou

Not recommended Fantastic location and nice staff However, the walls were paper thin (I could not sleep because my neighbors were simply chatting and I woke up with their alarm)

The water in the bathroom sink smelt like sewage water The room was newly renovated but everything just felt cheaply done Tip: if you do stay, request a room away from the nightclub noise

Brent Grablachoff

Marriott name with Best Western quality & Motel 6 service Want to feel valued as a Marriott Bonvoy elite member? Don’t stay here The front desk staff are unwelcoming and will do only the bare minimum expected of them during your stay

Rooms are outdated with peeling paint throughout the bathroom & shower Glass shower door doesn’t properly protect the shower faucet splatter and your bathroom floor will be absolutely soaked requiring use of 2 of the 3 towels you’re allowed to blot up the mess The beds and pillows ARE very comfortable which is a plus But the entire interior / shared areas of the hotel are run down and it feels like a very cheap motel with Westin or W pricing to stay The major plus is the quick access to downtown Old Town Scottsdale; but I’d rather walk a mile to the action than stay here again Poor management that doesn’t care about their clientele; at all

First – rooms are spacious, very clean and bed was comfortable Now to what really made my stay a five starI was very impressed by how welcoming the staff were

I stayed for4 nights; every single time I passed a Marriott employee in the hall, by the pool or anywhere on the grounds they were the first to say a cheerful helloThe welcoming feel of a hotel always begins with those who greet you first Charles and Paul at the bell stand were extremely professional, and were so very helpful They started my stay on a very positive note and ended it the same way I was very impressed with both of them Caleb, at the front desk helped me with numerous things during my stay, always with a smile These three staff made me feel like I was in my home and truly part of the family Thank you Charles, Paul and Caleb

Laura Huusko

Our stay at the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountain was truly amazing The grounds are beautiful and kept clean The big sparkling pool is absolutely breathtaking, with lots of chairs and shaded areas, some round beds, covered cabanas first come first serve, no extra charge

Lots of colorful towels always stocked The fitness center was big, clean, and all the machines and weight machines were in working order The restaurant food was really nice for breakfast and lunch – we did not try the dinner, but the bar scene looked lively as we came and went in the evening Our room was clean and overlooked the pool, which was a nice bonus We had a small incident while there – something in our room fell off the wall and almost hit our 2 year old Nobody’s fault – these things happen sometimes We didn’t make a fuss but we let the front desk know, and they comped our breakfast and parking for the inconvenience, which was really unexpected and kind of them Best of all, every single person we came into contact with who worked there was beyond courteous They really made us feel happy, relaxed, and welcome We will definitely stay here again!

Colton Keintz

Stayed here for a week for a vacation, entire staff was very friendly, professional and courteous, and truly made a difference during our stay Zain at front desk was great, All of the valet folks were super friendly, and the kitchen staff did greatFinally, I work in housekeeping at a Marriott back home, and was super impressed with how clean everything was

Housekeeping did a wonderful job We took our DND sign off the door briefly one day, and came back to everything being refreshed and cleaned with care From one Marriott employee to others, you should be proud of your property and the work you do Thank you so much!

My husband and I have stayed at a few Curio hotels by Hilton This property is very beautiful but I was left wanting a little more The lay out of the property is great

Location of the room does not matter as you are escorted everywhere via golf carts The casitas are well decorated and clean However their age shows in a few areas but nothing off putting Room service is only for dinner and the food is okay but not worth the priceMy husband and I are not golfers but this property would be perfect for all the golfers out there I wouldn’t recommend this property for families We traveled with family and it is definitely a resort for adults that can minimally accommodate families

Logan Beer

The Boulders Resort is a true gem in the desert Guest get the spa vibe throughout the resort and the staff is very helpful The golf course was pristine and greens were in great shape

Pool facilities have great views— and the sound of the water fall made the space feel very relaxing Architecture throughout combines well with the desert landscape and decor is very tasteful Casita room lay out is very functional The best room feature are the stone floors— the cool ground is a nice touch when you wake up in the morning Many people complain about the room location to the amenities— however, I find this to be a plus, because it allows you to have a very private experience Plus the walks around the grounds are very beautiful Highly Recommend

chuckie Three

The location and amenities were very impressive Resort was clean and neat People were exceptionally helpful and friendly

I can’t get over two things however Our room was located almost as far away from the amenities as was physically possible The resort was nearly empty all three days We needed golf cart service when we left and returned each evening as it was to far to walk in the dark We could have been placed almost anywhere on the property The other issue, our room was 57 degrees when we checked-in at 10pm the first evening FIFTY SEVEN degrees! You didn’t know we were coming? Someone couldn’t turn on the heat prior to our arrival?

This Hilton is a perfect spot because it is so close to Old Town The staff is welcoming and friendly Love the free bottles of water they offer and the breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced

Great coffee and they even have flavored creamer The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable The patio near the pool is relaxing and lovely to sit at The pool could be a bit bigger but is okay The only downside is, more shade and umbrellas are needed there because the sun beats down on you The drink selection at the bar is also nice The price for a room cant be beat and I would definitely stay at this Hilton again if in Scottsdale

Kristi Rhinehart

Very nice place to stay Location is great This is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops in Scottsdale

The rooms are very comfortable The hotel amenities are plentiful and service is terrific 👌 The elevator is pretty slow but that’s hardly a huge concern There is a nice snack bar in the very stylish lobby for snacks and drinks The salt water pool looks very refreshing and I can’t wait to the a dip in it Very clean and well stocked fitness room too! 👌

Scott Stevens

You get exactly what you expect from Hilton Comfortable accommodations, clean rooms, facilities and a decent work out space The front desk staff was gracious and helpful

I booked this hotel for one of my wedding blocks and the process could not have been better or easier for my Bride and I The team took care of everything so we had no involvement whatsoever

The McCormick Scottsdale was recommended by our family living in Scottsdale The hotel has quite a lot of amenities, which we weren’t able to enjoy However, we really enjoyed using the amenities that we were interested in using, during our stay

We had a very busy schedule that our family members had planned for us that we were gone for most of our eight days stay at the hotelThey have a very friendly, and great supporting staff, that lets you know that you are welcome and they show their appreciation by letting you know that they are glad that you are staying there We would like very much to compliment, and thank, the housekeeping staff that were assigned to our room The young ladies that my wife and I met while leaving for the day to be with our family, were so friendly and accommodating whenever we requested their services to tidy up our room and to exchange our bath linens We will definitely return to stay there when we visit with our family again

Gustavo Vegas

The hotel is well located and has many amenities Has a decent restaurant in the grounds, with tasty foodThe staff were helpful and greeted us with a smile

Now, the hotel needs a makeover, it is very dated Our room has a musky smell, and one of the beds squeaked as one sat on itOverall, I would come back in the future, but a renovation would make it more attractive than other hotels/ resorts in the area

My husband and I stayed at the property for to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary The check-in staff was very professional, very polite, and helpful The room was clean and comfortable as we received an upgrade to a king suite from a double queen room

We did not use any of the other amenities available to us such as the pool, restaurant or spa area I was impressed that the pool is available to guests until 10PM My only complaint is the resort fee charged at check-out even though I prepaid for it in the app I reserved the room under It was eventually taken off by a manager, but I should not have been charged in the first placeThey could also use another elevator on the other side of the hallway, as we had to walk down some pretty long halls to get to our room Otherwise, a great experience and I would certainly recommend to family and friends

Excellent property with a lot of options Our bungalow was right next to the main pool, which was great We also spent a lot of time at the spa pool, a bit more relaxed and often not very crowded

Such nice people there SpecificallyScott and Mark, two of the bellhops They were ready to take us wherever we needed and did so with great conversation and attitudes Both of them are exceptional ambassadors of the Andaz We had a blast, thanks to the Andaz for a wonderful experience

Very comfortable resort with a truly fantastic restaurant Loads of spots to sit and relax with friends Super friendly and accommodating staff

Comfortable rooms that feel kind of like cabins at camp, but desert chic edition Fantastic, well-designed showers The only thing that could be better is the gym Why design a gym in the desert to be open air?!?

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to old town, shopping or Talking Stick Get the prickly pear lemonade at check in 😉 it’s delicious and they’ll add a little vodka if you’d like The main pool is a fun

Great atmosphere with music, cold drinks and tall palm trees The spa pool (18 and older) is quiet and peaceful The fire pits and lights through out the property are an excellent touch A beautiful resort we will definitely be back

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I’m sure!Visited the Westin Kierland today to spend the day at the pool and celebrate a birthday WOW! The accommodations and service could not have been better We were first greeted at the front of the pool by Savannah, who was lovely and showed us around After we settled in, the manager Matt stopped by and was not only helpful, but incredibly delightful and really added to our overall experience Because of how helpful and friendly Matt and the staff were, we will absolutely be back We are so glad we picked the Westin to spend the day at!

Enjoyed a sunny November day at the pool with some girlfriends Everything was clean and the pools were refreshing The staff was friendly and attentive

12/10 I’ve traveled quite a bit in the US and this is by far the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed at The staff is unbelievable, extremely attentive with constant attention to detail

Special shout out to Buzz, Meredith, Christine, Martin, and the other afternoon concierge (woman) I can’t think of one negative of our experience here Buzz and Meredith – the best breakfast staff ever Christine – thank you for getting us settled upon check in! Afternoon concierge, sorry I didn’t write down your name, but thank you for helping us get a dinner reservation on short notice Martin – thanks for the best pool side assistance! We went to relax and that’s what we got – the ambiance at the Canyon side is so peaceful and wonderful Easy quick walk to the Phoenician sideDefinitely check out the Cactus garden, the night time S’mores (by request), and walk around the groundsHighly recommend Mowry and Cotton for dinner, we went for lunch as well but found the dinner food to be much betterThe pools are amazing, loved the adult pool at the Phoenician side, so much to choose from! Our room was so cozy and large – love the double closets and the day bed on the balcony House keeping was top notch!I can’t wait to return – Canyon Suites has set the bar so high in all areas of hospitality I was so sad to leave, but so thankful for an amazing and perfect experience

Scott Foody

Very nice property Staff was very friendly Definitely much less going on than The Phoenician side Only 60 rooms vs

Over 600 at the Phoenician But a quick 300 meter walk or a ride in one of the golf carts gets you to all the pools, bars, and restaurants at the Phoenician If you’re looking for a more secluded experience, this is the place you want to be I have the same complaint as I do at Every other Marriott property and that is no matter if you’re staying at a $100 a night Town Place or a $900 a night Luxury Brand, you get the same garbage pillows that feel like a pillow case stuffed with old Teeshirts Whoever is in charge of pillow purchasing has most likely never slept on one of these

We thought the property was quiet and the staff was attentive We needed help moving our luggage from our car to the room After requesting a different building, we moved, again

Greg Harper works for the resort in a guest service capacity He was amazing and made the moves quite simple His high energy and willingness to help were so valued Thanks again for an enjoyable week!

Savannah Batth

It was a bad experience because I paid a lot of money and there wasn’t very good customer service and there were loads of mosquitoes in our room and the mosquitoes were everywhere there were even dead ones in the refrigeratorAnd when I went and told them that there were mosquitoes in the trim they just said that there are mosquitoes everywhere in Arizona and therefore they said that no matter where you stay you will find mosquitoes We are currently staying in a another resort and there is no such sign of mosquitoes here

They told me that I had to checkout very early in the morning at 9AM and we checked in very late that night Overall I would say that if you don’t have any other place to stay and it’s your last resort then go for it The good thing was that there were a lot of resources in the rooms such as a kitchen that was fully equipped and there were laundry machines so you can effectively do your laundry And you can enjoy the pool and golf course ,I just wish that there were more cleanliness protocols for the actual room because there was also a foul smell when we entered the room as well Some of the furniture didn’t look well cleaned as well Definitely not worth the price

Outstanding staff members who care about your stay at the Villa Mirage Nice place to get away and relax and enjoy the moment The rooms are clean and equip to meet all your essential needs

The grounds are well kept and the security staff gives that safe environment to be at ease upon your stay! I would definitely stay at this resort again!

My wife, Lora, and I have stayed at many a fine hotel, and as Titanium members with Marriott, have grown accustomed to excellent customer service, but nothing has been as exceptional as our latest stay at the Phoenician in Arizona From the moment we entered the resort, where we were warmly greeted by Eddie and Ryan at the front desk, who gave us a complimentary room upgrade, to the day we departed, when Charlotte in Food & Beverage gave us a complimentary fruit platter, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional During our stay, when our flight was cancelled, Haley, a Front Desk Manager, and Jonathan, a Front Desk Agent, were kind and considerate, helping us negotiate another night, complete with a late checkout, for which we are grateful

Of course, the grounds of the resort are lovely, and the pools are amazing, but the best part of our wonderful stay has clearly been the people we had the pleasure of engaging with, so thank you to everyone at the Phoenician, you made Lora’s and my 10 year anniversary exceptional, and we look forward to staying at your beautiful property again soon

Susan Oergel

Celebrated my birthday with my daughter and a couple friends with a high English tea The petite sandwiches were tasty and the desserts were amazing! The staff was excellent looking after our needs The only thing that would have improved the ambiance was that the piano music was way too loud

All in all we had a wonderful time and a great memories were made

Raahuul M

I had a horrible experience at this hotel, it was a beautiful resort but front desk night agent was not very friendly and greeted us very rudely If it wasn’t for everything else being sold out I would have rather stayed in my car I did not feel welcome at all

I did meet an amazing housekeeping worker she was more helpful than the front desk agent Do better

Jessie Lynn

The check-in process was smooth until I got to my room The key didn’t work and the light would only turn red I went back down with my luggage to have the issue resolved

No big deal, mistakes happen They moved me to a different room, so back up I went The room looked clean and presentableI picked this hotel because on the website it said there was a restaurant and room service However, when I called down to ask about ordering a dinner, they said that room service was only for breakfast and that I’d have to come down to the pool bar for food The menu was very, very small They did have gluten free bread though I ended up ordering their burger and was asked how I like it I said “medium” The burger came back and the poor thing really can only do well done- it was the same patty that you get in a school lunch or in a hospital Definitely not what I was expecting from a Hilton resort, and not for the price that they chargedThe room was ok, however, I must have been placed right under the AC or something (on the 3rd floor) because every time it turned on, it was a very loud creaking noise that would startle me awake about every hour I even tried putting ocean waves on my phone to drown out the creaks, but they were too loud I was disappointed that they didn’t leave water in the rooms too They said that water was available as self-serve behind the check in counterThe next day I attempted their breakfast which didn’t have much improvement from the burger So for dinner, I went and got takeout but got up to my room to find that I needed a fork I called down to the front desk to ask if they had any extra forks She said that they did I asked if I needed to come down to get it She said, “yes, because that would be considered room service and we only do room service for breakfast” Wow! I was in complete shock!I was under the impression that checkout was at 11am However, I had housekeeping knocking on my door during the 9:00 hour ready to start cleaning Definitely the cherry on top to my stay I hate to leave a poor review, but with so many things that just don’t match the expense and reputation of a Hilton Resort in the high-end city of Scottsdale, this was just not okay

Brittany Webber

This Hilton is more like a 3-star hotel I was only here for one night before my flight from Phoenix Upon arrival, the staff that checked me in were great

Very friendly I went to relax by the pool after check in It was late in the day (after 5pm) and there weren’t many people there The pool area was trashed with leftover food, plates etc all over the lounge chairs So bad to the point that birds were all over the place scrounging for food It was incredibly unpleasant Hotel was also noisy at night I was woken up by noisy guests walking the hallways in the middle of the night Bathroom was also not throughly cleaned Overall, this is good if you are just passing through or staying for the night, but I wish I would’ve stayed at one of the nicer “real” resorts up the road
