The staff are super friendly The manager is great You can tell he truly cares about his job

what you get for the price is very reasonable The breakfast is very good They serve real eggs and have tater tots that are cooked nice and brown It is hard to get them crispy at a restaurant Perfect place to stay if going to sequoia/ kings canyon

Mike Nabi

We came by The Best Western Americana on our way to the Sequoia National Park, and we were glad to have picked this hotel The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly My family really enjoyed the complimentary morning breakfast and incredible coffee

The coffee alone is worth the stay, and my wife is very picky about her coffee We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area

Kedar Tembe

Being my first experience in US, I’m not sure how exactly to rate the location as we were here to visit the Sequoia national park, and this hotel is an hour + drive from it But the roads are good, so it’s an enjoyable drive Neat and simple rooms, quite clean, including the toilets, coffee machine within the room, with a few other amenities included make it a decent stay

It’s not exactly cheap, but there’s breakfast with a variety of cereals and juices for vegans, (although you have to carry your own non dairy substitute) Rooms are quite spacious with an ottoman and TV as well

This hotel is convenient and makes traveling easy, but what makes this place 5 stars is their customer service, especially from Gabriel at the front desk Both times I stayed here he was was phenomenal with customer service and was so amazing to speak with The deserves a promotion, a raise, something, because honestly I was hesitant in staying due to my previous visits here before, but now I will definitely be coming back

Definitely come stay here if you’re flying out of Fresno, Totally worth it, 10/10 :)!

Safrey Enterprises-Custm

I was surprised how clean this hotel is and the friendliness of the staff from front desk check in I was going to give a 5 star except our room had a mini refrigerator that wasn’t keeping food cold and a malfunctioning toilet that was noisy and keep flushing itself We appreciate the free Parking and complimentary breakfast

The breakfast though needed extra help with variety and additional waffle maker because many people lined up waiting to have waffle which took a long time But overall the hotel is decent and I highly recommended it

Melina M.

Everything was just about perfect except the pillows are square and hurt my neck And I had to call the front desk right before 1:00 am because there were still a big group of people partying in the pool area and we couldn’t sleep

It was handled immediately and I heard hotel staff telling security that’s why they’re supposed to secure and lock up the pool area The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff is amazing 🤩

Very convenient location for Reedly and being next to the restaurant,Stayed here 3 times now over the last 2 years or so for work and it’s stayed about the same but prices aren’t bad and the front desk is always helpful even when I left a shirt in the room and they had held onto it for me to pickup laterThe pool has odd hours a bit though but I didn’t swimRooms always smelled of that like commercial lemon cleaner smell but the beds were comfy and the rooms are of a good size so your not cramped

TV doesn’t have a guide though so you just gatta guess at the channelsI will continue to come here whenever needed for work in the future though 👍

Cheap Motel, but cheap shouldn’t be equal to dirty… there was a chewed chewing gum lying on the air conditioning, false lashes from the guest before us on the chair, plastic trash at the floor and cockroaches on floor and in the sink/shower, price tag from the guest before us under the bedcover… shower won’t work, no breakfast although it’s said on the Homepage and little bugs in the sink

I would have given 0 stars but it’s impossible so it’s 1 star…I never ever had a motel as dirty as this one is… hope to survive the night never ever again!! Only thing that stays positive in my mind: the front desk was very very friendly…

The BuH

When we arrived at check in, the lady at the desk acted like I was putting her out helping me! Then the keys she gave us didn’t work and you’d swear it was going to kill her coming to help us open our door! The rooms need major updating! The fake, plank wood flooring was coming up in a whole lot of areas, and me and my hunny almost fell a few times The bathroom shower was hard as heck to turn on, and the cleanliness is lacking BADLYOnly thing great was the proximity to the concert venue, The Wakehouse! That’s all we cared about lol

Overall an excellent hotel! Very spacious and clean rooms and courteous staff Great breakfast as well Everything is 5 stars

The only lacking part is that there is too much road noise from the highway in the rooms facing the highway 99 Hence, giving a star less due to its location I am not a light sleeper but I could hardly sleep the night I stayed in this hotel The trucks passing by on the highway are very frequent and very loud! So will advise guests/customers to try and get a room within this hotel away from the highway The staff can’t be held responsible for this It is just the building itself and its location with respect to the highway

S P

I do not understand how people could complain about this hotel The rooms are huge and freshly remodeled The front desk staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable

We had a room with a king bed and pullout couch There was a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausage Gym, pool, hot tub It was a great Holiday Inn Express

Bigg Rigg Edd

Very impressed Though the roughness of neighboring hotels can be a little disappointing, this Holiday Inn was perfect It has Semi Truck parking that can be tough to park in if spaces are filled, and there is a storage unit that is taking up a good amount of space making it more difficult to maneuver around, but very clean inside and out

Staff was great Impressed as always by Holiday Inn facilities

I currently reside here at the mobile & rv park and I love it here The manager is a really sweet, listening understanding person and she holds to her word Not just that though she really goes out of her way for her tenants! In my opinion, it’s a very quiet park and it’s family and children friendly and VERY well maintained

I highly recommend this park to anybody looking for long term, one night, short term whatever your time frames are You won’t regret choosing the Fresno Mobile & Rv Park!!!

During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night I then called again once my plane landed Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don’t have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel

My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a “special event” There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit But the units at this location do not have the option for “Always on” so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an “always on” function- the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events

Amazing hotel Sky high ceilings if you are on the ground floor We had a toddler and the ac unit panel buttons are disabled due to a wall mount which is awesome

Shower, ihome , 2 TVs very clean, great breakfast too 100 percent will go back We had some extremely loud neighbors which dampened the glory but not the hotels fault We didn’t call it in But this place is awesome, friendly front desk We let her know we had a toddler and didn’t want his running around to bother anyone so she gave us a ground floor Great stay, bad neighbors

The grounds were very clean and security lights made us feel safe The staff was very Helpful and Friendly I had a room on the third floor but my vertigo was extremely bad so Azucena and Jose were so generous in finding me a room on the first floor right away

The cleaning staff did an Amazing job in our room and hallways Breakfast was very good and was Clean My only concern was the people who walked around without masks near the food I’d definitely recommend to all We will reserve there again Thanks for reading and God Bless 🙏

What a wonderful space and place – from the free breakfast in the morning to the friendly staff and especially the management The pool, the microwave the refrigerator to the snack area Many things to provide comfort with food a close distance away

The conference room and the business room are additional feature The front area / check in is large and comfortable looking When I visited there was people mopping and cleaning Terrific place to stay

We had a great couple night stay with a few other friends with trailers Dallas and Evangelina at check-in desk and general store do a great job Grounds crew always doing something to maintain and improve campgrounds

Owner Simon even took took the time to make sure we had everything needed Have stayed here a couple times and will definitely be back

Joe Reyes

This is truly the best RV Park I’ve ever stayed in The place is very well kept I’ve never seen a greener and cleaner park

But what makes it stand out is the wonderful people who run it and maintain it Dallas and her office crew were always helpful and accommodating And then there’s Charlie Charlie is the heart and soul of this facility From the moment you step foot he greets you and gets to know you And you best believe he takes care of you He is truly someone that we will miss Thank you for all you did for us Charlie Til next time my friend

Cynthia Mag

This place is nice It is definitely lively and full of people The only issue we encountered was an older white man on a golf cart that approached us very angry and yelling asking if those were our kids, pointing to kids jumping off ledge

They were not our kids and his tone should have been different Needless to say he went over to the kids and yelled at them Very inappropriate Stay calm and address the problem He must have been the grounds keeper or something Left a bad impression Aside from paying $10 a person to get in, there needs to be compassion The price is another thing It is not per vehicle it is per person And many reckless jetskiing in the area

The hotel itself seemed a bit run down The rooms were somewhat clean except the bedding had a random yellow stain on the comforter that they covered with a white sheet The location is great

It’s located right across from the airport The staff was very friendly and deserves a five star rating All in all it’s not a terrible hotel for a quick night’s sleep

Bella Erick

The only good thing about this place was the location The mini refrigerator smelled like vomit There was a cockroach in the bathroom

Bathroom sink did not drain properly Toilet was hit or miss with the flushing This was one of the hotels that I felt like they didn’t change the bedsheets between guests, wish I had my black light to check Housekeepers were nice Upon checking out, the clerk was not paying attention and helped the guest that came after me first She also didn’t care when I told her the keys didn’t always work (makes sense since I was checking out but she could have shown some empathy being in the hospitality business) There are plenty other hotels in the area and I will not be staying here again

Anna Wunderlich

Good location, but that’s about all it has going for it Might have been a nice place once No breakfast buffet, no AC outside of lobby or rooms

Dumb design means you can hear the kids shouting in the pool, so good luck if you wanted to sleep Got stuck in a room with a broken AC, gum and other sticky substances on the carpet, mold in the vents in the next room too Asked for housekeeping, no housekeeping despite being told they would come by, and to top it off they rent parking spots out to airport flyers so good luck finding a spot that isn’t on the other side of the property

Beautiful place to stay! The room was very clean and well equipped! The staff was polite and respectful I enjoyed to spend the night here and highly recommend this place! My room was on the 7 floor, northern side It is quiet and nice there

Internet was fast, the digital key feature is great too! I also reserved the breakfast option, and it was good and three times cheaper than to buy it for cash/card

Adam Quartarolo

Good central location in downtown, the relatively small fitness center has a good selection of free weights, along with treadmills and elliptical The selection of the restaurant was surprisingly large, but given its proximity to the convention center and catering needs, makes sense I wish room service were available later, but compared to many other hotel restaurants since the pandemic, the Fresno DoubleTree’s is impressive

Food was cooked well and priced fairly No issues with the room itself – clean and comfortable, if not especially “new” feeling

Thor

Hotel is fairly nice, it’s well arranged, has a nice restaurant and bar in it Staff was friendly enough, room has a nice big TV which is appreciated since many hotels don’t have large TVs Could use some slight upgrades, noticed the ceiling in the bathroom was a little dirty and some of the fixtures were loose/damaged but overall a good stay

Best customer service from a hotel front desk I’ve ever received in a long time This gentleman Tony met me at the door held the door for me and had a cold bottle of water in hand to offer me I had been outside working in the heat all day but he had no idea and still greeted me with a smile a welcome and a much need water

The man is a major asset to this property and the reason for my 5 star review My hotel reviews have received over 127 million views and none of them offered the hospitality this employee did GREAT JOB!!! You’ve earned a loyal customer from a diamond select member Thank you for the complimentary diamond select suite upgrade btw

Our school was competing at a local high school and we booked over 30 rooms With that many rooms and that many kids, the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us As chaperones, we tried our best to keep the kids in line but with so many kids, we did have some noise issues

The staff informed us of some complaints but was very nice about it The facility itself was good Every room was clean The staff was exceptional and the hotel was located to many fast food and stores, all in walking distance Only gripe would be that it is right next to the freeway and was a bit noisy, but that is not the hotels fault Definitely recommend
