Front desk crew was excellent Stayed 3 consecutive 4 day stints and by the 2nd one, the front desk crew knew who I was and were also kind, courteous, and easy to get along with Continental Breakfast was always hot and fresh and the waffle machine is wonderful treat

They do have smoking rooms, but here’s where the 3 🌟 comes in Was in a non smoking room the first trip and it was updated, fresh, clean, and cozy However, even being a smoker, the smoking room was dingy, odorous, and old looking and outdated I’m not sure how you fix the heavy cigarette odor, seeing as it is a smoking room, but the old, nostalgic, 1970’s looking curtains, carpet, and bed comforters could use a little revamping But other than that, had a great experience and would recommend a stay here any time

I stayed here for a month waiting for my apartment to be ready and I must say, they’re a very nice and friendly staff The breakfast was delicious Besides the eggs and sausage, you have a choice between biscuits and gravy, orange juice, yogurt, coffee, tea, cereal, bagels, toast, etc

whatever makes your tummy happy Word of advice, get the tray(s) that are in the room if you’re bringing food to the room It makes it easier I did witness someone people that were trying to force to stay longer, but if you inform them that you need a later checkout, they will grant that, up to 12 pm instead of the 11am They are very understanding if you say something about it Jeanette, Keema, Cody, Donna, Amanda, Melissa, and anyone else who I may have forgotten (sorry to them) their names are super wonderful! Just say the whole staff They cater to their customers with love and a smile I even had a friend, which came to see me from Lexington, her car battery died when we were talking The maintenance guy and the Spectrum crew helped her get her car running, just by asking the maintenance guy for jumper cables Of course, a lot of things aren’t perfect, because there’s no such thing as perfect people or businesses, but if you come to them with compassion and respect, they will reflect that on you threefold Even when I had people with me, they allowed them to get coffee, copies, etc They also have an indoor pool, which I didn’t take advantage of, but it’s always cleaned and serviced weekly or more, what I had noticed The rooms are big and home like and the beds were very comfortable! Give them a shot I think that you will be satisfied😊

I personally did not stay at the motel My car had been in an accident in where it was not drivable it had to be left overnight for reasons I was told that was fine

Went to send someone to pick it up the next day only to find the manager had already had it towed The fact that it was even done was bad enough but it plainly had a veteran tag on the back It’s a shame that these men and women go to places and put their life on the line and be treated like that in their own country If anyone ask about this motel I’d tell them to find another place especially a veteran This place doesn’t even deserve a star Doesn’t even deserve to be open with a manager like that

Passing through Somerset Kentucky, we stayed at the Hampton Inn Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Samuel Samuel later recommended a restaurant which we tried and enjoyed very much

He also was baking some cookies and hand-delivered a couple of them fresh from the oven What a treat! We always check out our room before unpacking our vehicle Our room smelled nice, looked neat and clean The bathroom was also very clean, very important to us! Our room attendant was Debbie, she did a great job!The breakfast area looked clean and was well stocked Every time somebody left a table it was cleaned and sanitizedThe grounds were well tended, the pool was clean and the area around the pool was clean and neatWe will definitely stay here again if in the area

We were greeted by 2 friendly staff at the front desk Our room was very clean and well stocked They have the good hotel breakfast with waffles, bacon, eggs, all kinds of goodies

Parking for us was limited since we were towing our boat but they had a few trailer parking spots at the top parking lot for us Check out was quick and easy, by another friendly staff member Would definitely stay again!

Scheduled a tee time for two people for nine holes Showed up to play and one of us went inside to pay Told the cashier our name for scheduled tee time, he confirmed our time for two people for nine holes

Cashier drives cart over to our car and helps load both bags in the cart So far so good About halfway through the nine holes we are approached by a woman working for the course who claims she didn’t “remember” us coming through the club house and accuses us of sneaking on the course without paying Makes us show her our receipt and claims we did not pay enough She insisted we stop our round and go back to the clubhouse to pay more Once at the clubhouse the cashier says he accidentally undercharged us Even after paying the woman continues to follow us around the course and simply would not leave us alone Shortly after that our electric cart died and we had to call the clubhouse to bring us another We had no problem paying the full amount but didn’t understand the accusations of sneaking on the course, we were in a course golf cart, which died Will not be back

We played what they called a championship golf course That was in the worst shape of any golf course I have ever played that was still open Nothing had been mowed except the greens

So tall couldn’t tell rough from fairway Tee boxes completely overgrown And they charged 50 dollarsWe had 8 playing and none of us wanted to play another round there if it was free!

I highly recommend this Holiday Inn! The hotels were very nice with comfortable beds and amazing huge windows! The entire hotel has been updated and was very modern My only issue was my toilet that was flooding when I first got to my room I didn’t check in until after 10:30pm

I then immediately went to grab dinner so I didn’t make it to my room until after 11pm I had driven for hours and was exhausted When I opened the backroom door there was water all over the floor and it was continuing to over flow from the toilet I turned the water off on the toilet and was able to then dry the floor Since it was so late and I was exhausted I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to switch rooms for just one night and since the toilet was no longer flooding the issue was temporary fixed When I went to check out the following morning I let the front desk know about the toilet They were very apologetic Everything else was nice during my short stay and I would stay again

I often come to the area for business and always stayed next door at Hampton Inn or Courtyard I figured I will give this location a try this time May 8-12,2022As soon as I checked in at 6:35pm Sunday , my first impression of the place – clean and bright ( I like these) I was greeted by Lynn and she was extremely helpful and friendly

I explored the features both outside and in my room Great set of toiletries , room was clean , good desk to work on , comfy beds , good lighting etc Only annoying thing is the clock radio , kept buzzingAll employees I met were awesome – from the three front desk personnel and the breakfast lady My apologies that I forgot their namesWednesday was my last night of my stay and Lynn asked me ( she remembered my first name )- “ so , did we win you over ?”My response was —- “ definitely , I will be back in two weeks “Thank you for the great stay

May 26, 2022 My husband is an over the road truck driver and his truck broke down and is being worked on near your hotel It is Memorial Day weekend 2022 and he should have made it home but such are the ups/downs of trucking The 2 ladies at the front desk helped my husband get to stores not within walking distance to make his stay more comfortable

We are very grateful for your kindness and generosity towards him and may you be blessed 10 times over Thank you for helping, Chuck and Patty Malcolm

We Loved our stay here! We stayed here 5 nights The Staff was so Friendly, our room was wonderful and quiet The bed was the Best ever! Walking distance to Chick Fil A, Chili’s right across the street! We have family and friends that live here

This was our first time staying here and we definitely will be back!! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant:)

Stephanie Hood

If you’re staying and need restful sleep, do not stay here … the beds are like sleeping on a pallet of concrete blocks In addition, my bathroom was infested with ants, and the early morning coffee/ breakfast in the lobby requires you have have an extra 30-40 minutes to sit and wait 1 breakfast sandwich and 1 coffee to go = minimum 30 min wait and the price is premium for a flavorless meal

The people were nice, that’s really the only positive I can speak of Above everything though, the bed was absolutely horrible

Angel Welsh

This hotel was absolutely amazing a very much worth the price bed was huge and comfortable very clean in room couch turned into a twin bed everything new and modern didn’t even need block for phone charger it was installed in table already shampoo conditioner and body wash is also supplied smelled amazing as soon as we walked in air conditioner worked amazing I will from now on only stay with this chain also the front desk lady was super amazing actually held a conversation and seemed to care ! (Marked out person face for privacy )

This is one of the best experience I’ve ever had at a pay to stay establishment The proprietor was very accommodating and helpful, friendly, cordial and caring for the well being of their guest

The price was exceptional and all problems were immediately corrected, not that there were many i stayed for a little over 30days and i felt welcomed every day There was no unnecessary traffic ( illegal activities) felt safe in my area This is a really good place to stay for the value i highly recommend Thank you D&Sarj and the staff at America Best Value Inn in Somerset Ky for making my stay memorable

This was by far the worse hotel we stayed at they charged us $175 for to nights!!!! First off the bed was broke in the middle, so I called front desk to ask her to move us not only was the bed broke but she put us in the back and I asked her not to but she agreed to move us and said she would call us right back 30 minutes passed and I called back up to the office and asked when we was getting moved and the girl said she had no clue what I was talking about that she just got there so the front desk clerk just ignored us so then when we shut the lights off to go to bed we seen there was holes all throughout the curtain so people could see in, at one point my husband got up cause he thought he seen someone outside our window when he looked there was the man that was staying next door to us that we seen as we was carrying our luggage in standing staring inside our room through the holes, so we left for a few hours came back with hopes we could get some rest, after we woke back up we went to take showers my husband had to bend down so he could shower because the shower head was so low even I had to duck down so I could shower and I’m only 5’6 we left right after we showered to go eat and decided that we wasn’t staying there again and went to a different hotel and paid for two more nights a much nicer one at that they overcharged us charged us a night a we didn’t even stay and was terrible at the front desk

Mar Han

They gave me a wifi code that never worked(incorrect password) and then said it was spotty The mini fridge did not work A space but no rod to hang clothes

Online said $54 but i stopped in person and they wanted $85 only discounted $10 when i showed them the price on my phone No breakfast, but did have coffee The noise from the traffic was a nuisance Oh and the access key stopped working the next morning I do not recommend Especially if you need wifi like i did

If we could give 10 stars, we would! We have rented boats several years in a row, but it is the first time renting from Jimmy and Happy Camper RV Park This was, by far, the BEST boat rental experience we’ve ever had Jimmy thought of everything (including bags of ice for the built in drink cooler!) They gave us tips on where to go on the lake and communicated very well back and forth prior to and during our trip

It was just a FANTASTIC experience!!!Can’t say enough good things Great job and we will definitely be back!!
