Found the hotel because of the unsafe and deplorable conditions of the Neighbor hotel! My friend was stranded here due to a family issue and her flight was changed to a layer date and time and she was very pleased but didn’t have the funds to stay on the extended rates The front desk staff were very accommodating and kept her luggage until I could get her some food and handle some business and where even accommodating for her to stay in the lobby of the hotel several hours before getting the shuttle to go to airport for flight home Very courteous and pleasant staff

Will recommend to others

Great hotel Room was nicely furnished and clean There is a restaurant and bar open until midnight

Adrian the bartender was very nice and made great cocktails Food was great Front desk staff were very professional The night front desk clerk was really nice Shuttle to airport was quick and the driver, I think his name is Rudy, was very helpful with loading and unloading our bags Will stay again when in Atlanta

Daniel Martin

So overall I give this hotel a 3 Reason being is staff was not friendly but not unfriendly, entrance well light and welcoming, clean The rooms is where I had issues

From our window we could see a roof for the walkout and had a very dead bird on it The blinds were frayed and broken, the pictures were supposed to be bolted and weren’t and thus crooked The rooms were plan and not welcoming They were very clean at least The bathrooms again were very clean but the lighting was not good at all I feel for the price I paid it should have been a lot nicer Also what hotel, again for the price you charged does not offer any type of breakfast, even a continental breakfast

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in this area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itThe interior was lovely, with a huge atrium The view of the airport operations is really neat The place was absolutely spotless The staff were helpful The breakfast was superb, but very expensive We enjoyed the Western Omelette and the Blueberry pancakes with real Maple syrup We will stay there again!

Great location for av geeks Can’t beat the view just outside the fence at ATLThe hotel itself is nice; clean and comfortable

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, too Even when they were clearly busy, they took time to slow down and help me with anything I needed Very much appreciatedThe lounge and pool are currently closed (May 2022) The fitness center is nice and reasonably well equipped for a hotel gym They have the AC set nice and cold too, which it great It’s a little bit tight if there are several people in there, but it’s workable if everyone cooperatesThe restaurant has standard Marriott items, which are usually pretty good, just on the expensive side for what they are To be expected

Rich Brooks

Negatives: Busy weekend and understaffed Room Phone didnt work Plumbing did not produce water consistently and made a weird sound and would shoot out black grey at first

Positives: Great staff doing what they can with what they got I realized I lost an item after checkout and they helped me retrieve it Location to airport is great If you choose the airport side of the hotel it can be a little noisy for some but we preferred itWould stay again

So glad we picked this place The place is clean and all of the staff we encountered were some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met The place was super clean and spacious

We went swimming and watched all the planes come in which was cool The fire table wouldn’t turn on but it was still nice to sit out there They have a fitness area and laundry room where you pay to do your own stuff Wish I would have known and brought detergent to do our clothes before going home 😅 The breakfast was good (bagels, pastries, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage links, cheese omelets, juice, coffee, and a pancake machine which wasn’t working) Another review said it wasn’t in a great area but it’s off the road so there’s not people just walking around It’s quiet and I always felt safe 🤷‍♀️They have dove toiletries and angel soft paper products I really hate the hotel shampoos and stuff so seeing dove was a nice surprise! The bed was clean and super comfortable! The ac worked great The room had a pretty large mini fridge, microwave, and keurig machine It also had a chaise by the window (we had a beautiful view of some trees so no one to watch us through the window) This would be a great place to pick for a work trip! The bath towels are SO soft and the water pressure is amazing!!You can’t go wrong picking this place!

Abbie Chronister

Wonderful hotel! I was incredibly impressed that they had the zip-up mattress covers on the beds Room was big enough to fit a twin-sized air mattress “Queen” beds appeared more like fulls

I was disappointed that they did not have hot water available all day, and the Keurig in the room wasn’t able to provide me hot water that did not contain coffee grounds But other than that non-necessity, what an incredible stay!

Kia Lewis

Julie was great from checking in to checking out, she was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful She made our stay extra special It’s really great when you can come in from out of state and people make you feel like you’re welcomed and at home

She went out of her way to accommodate us We’ll definitely stay here again when in the area

Tyler Whitaker

For a Marriott I would have assumed it would have been nicer, but the upholstered furniture had stains all over them, the bathroom was very old looking and the shower was scalding hot even on the coldest setting Also, the beds are quite small for tall people I hung off the foot of the bed all night

I am 6’5″ Also, if you’re coming from the airport, check to see if their shuttle is operating before waiting for it Otherwise, the people were very nice and the downstairs entryway and bar area are nice!!!

Every surface needs to be cleaned Carpet in room was sticky Walls are gross

Even the furniture in the lobby needs to steam cleaned However if you are in the market for drugs they are 5 stars Dealers are not only at the front door but on all sides including in the woods behind the building Absolutely the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed

Ginjer Key

It was late I was exhausted from a long trip Got into my room it was dirty!!! The other bed the sheets were off Trash in the trash cans

No shower curtain no soap no towels And they said they had no other rooms And I would get a credit Smh Why give a dirty room? Does anyone not check to see what is going on Was definitely disappointed I should have taken photos

The staff at this property are fantastic We arrived at 2 AM, the night Manager made sure we were picked up from the airport and had our room key readyEach interaction over our two night stay was great

They were helpful and made our stay very comforting Food was good quality and saved us time both in the morning and the eveningThe location was centrally located and convenient for our trip but the neighborhood was not the best The facility was plenty secure including the parking lot Overall good place to stay at a fair price

S A

Our room was impeccably clean! Beds and pillows were very comfortable The kids enjoyed the pool! The front desk employee at check in was so nice and accommodating when we needed a pack n play for our twin babies! Breakfast this morning was great, the only tiny complaint we would have was the dinner wasn’t so great, but its included in the price so we wouldn’t REALLY complain 😀 And the free drinks you get made the dinner better 😀

Erin Bates

We stayed from 4/9 to 4/16/22 and we had an amazing family vacation in AtlantaEvery single person we came in contact with at this hotel location was Fabulous especially Michael at the kickback each evening He included our son by making him Shirley temples and was so nice all week in doing what he could to provide a great experience

We loved our stay for the week!!!Here are just a few very small items of feedback:1 Provide a cookie or something sweet at kickback2 Provide a kids friendly drink option at the kickback in case Shirley temples are unavailable haha3 Provide crackers for soup and chili at kickback4 Provide bread option at kickback5 Like kickback, provide some rotational items for the breakfast- bacon, pancakes, French toast etcIt was a 5 star stay for us but these few changes would have made it even better! Thank you!

I have never actually stayed at this hotel but I park my car here regularly when I’m going out of town The property feels safe and well cared for But the customer service has Always gone above and beyond

Sheri at the front desk always has a bright smile and positive attitude But, on top of that, she goes out of her way to be helpful She showed me that I save money booking directly through the hotel versus using the app And today, she and the morning team went above and beyond to help me catch the morning airport shuttle One person, who wasn’t even a front desk associate, ran ahead of me to punch in the parking lot code so I could drive right through The shuttle driver waited for me and pulled around so I could hop on If this is the kind of service they provide for someone just parking there, I can only imagine the service their guests receive

Long story, short: there’s a lot of hotels in the area, just stay somewhere else unless you want to deal with subpar housekeepingFull story: I stayed here last week, in town for a conference I had an early flight and arrived to the hotel around 8:30am

I have the Marriott app and received a notification to check in early 2 days prior The app lets you put what time you expect to arrive and I put 8am When my flight landed, I called the hotel to confirm my room was ready and that I’d be able to check in I had only gotten 2 hours of sleep and was ready to lay down and take a nap I called three times and couldn’t get through It just rang and then hung up I eventually got through and the woman confirmed that she saw I checked in with an arrival of 8am and that my room was ready When I got to the hotel, the gentleman (who drove the airport shuttle but was now at the desk) said that I would have to pay the early check in fee of $75 No where was that stated in writing, at no point when I checked in on the app did it give me a warning that I would have to pay an additional fee Because I was so tired and didn’t want to sit in the lobby until noon, I just agreed to pay it But if you already have rooms that are available and don’t require any additional work by housekeeping I think the fee is unnecessaryWhen I went up to my room, the elevator floor was dirty and had a roll of toilet paper in it In my room, the shower was not clean I went back downstairs and asked for another room It took awhile for the woman to find another available room but she was nice and apologetic which I appreciated it (young lady with black braids)When I got to the next room, it wasn’t better Again, the shower was not properly cleaned There was some hair in it At this point I was just exhausted and got out my cleaning wipes and wiped down the shower myself I wiped down everything in the room just to be safe Later on, I noticed crumbs on the carpet so it looks like the room was never vacuumed either or at least not thoroughlyThat afternoon I was preparing to take a shower and realized I was missing wash cloths, hand towels, and a bath mat Only had 2 bath towels I called the desk and I had to go downstairs to pick them up Bathroom was also missing a wastebasket The room overall needs some updating and repair The shower door was slightly broken tooUnfortunately, I have a friend who also stayed in a different room and had an even worse experience with her room So it wasn’t just meThe positive: Upon checking out, the woman at the desk was so pleasant and friendly Kudos to her (I think she works the night shift)

V P

DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 114 IT SMELLS LIKE URINE IN BETWEEN THE DOUBLE BEDS BY THE NIGHTSTAND IT SMELLS TERRIBLE IN THAT ROOM

THAT SMELL WILL NEVER GO AWAY The rooms are dirty Housekeeping should clean counter tops and surfaces and not leave dirty streaks everywhere There was NO SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER IN THE SHOWER DISPENSER SO I HAD TO USE A BAR OF SOUP TO WASH MY HAIR NOT GOOD The floors are greasy and slippery pretty nasty The workers are nice and accommodating when you need assistance Beds are comfortable pillows are comfortable and just right Pool was nice

My wife and I decided that we would go down to Atlanta the day before our flight to Vermont so we could take the hotel shuttle to the airport We were able to leave our car at the hotel until we returnedOur room at Courtyard was very nice

We had dinner and the next morning’s breakfast at their Bistro restaurant Meals were good and reasonably pricedShuttle service to and from the airport was comfortable and didn’t take long

Sabrina Valentine

I arrived at the international terminal in ATL and was disappointed to hear the shuttle only ran to the domestic side At the moment, logistics at the airport is not the best especially waiting for the domestic connector shuttle so it was a hassle getting to the Domestic Terminal Waiting didn’t take long for the shuttle but after I finally arrived

I was disappointed to see the quality of the Hotel go down as soon as I made it to the hallways that lead to the elevatorsI noticed a strong cologne scent on the first floor only The room was clean and descent I noticed it had an updated bed (cheap sheets and pillows), furniture, and television, bathroom sink and toilet; still had an outdated tub and AC unit I woke up several times listening to the water drain in the AC unit I spent 2 nights here so I was in the room more than I wanted to be The rooms are not soundproof so I heard everything in the parking lot (outside my window) and even walking and mumbling in the other rooms and hallway There were times through the day, I heard construction and the floors and walls were vibrating I wanted to leave to pick up a delivery and the bolt on my door was stuck to a point they needed to call maintenance to help me get out There’s some extra jiggling on the handle you may need to do if you’re in room 229Thankfully I didn’t need to park but I was overall disappointed in quality of the stay due to shuttle hassle and soundproofing 3 stars only because Service was friendly and attentive The courtyards were very well kept and I could see a pool out there but didn’t take part Leaving was easy and the shuttles run regularly Just be sure factor in time for logistics getting back to the international Terminal if you don’t want to catch a cab, Lyft or Uber

Danielle Boukai

This is by far the worst Courtyard I’ve stayed at Won’t see me again The staff is rude, don’t want to work

They keep making jokes at the front desk and can care less is the guests are waiting for assistance I checked in for my daughter volleyball tournament in the city and the room was smelly, dirty Complaint but no one cared to help Don’t plan to come back here ever again !

Arrived here from the Atlanta Airport after a super long flight and was totally exhausted I used the shuttle service to go to the hotel and the driver was super friendly and very nice, I believe his name was Curtis Check-in was super easy and painless, which I was thankful for as I was so tired, and my room was great! Comfy bed, nice shower and bathroom

The restaurant was great too, highly recommended the buffalo wings and their runaway breakfast Absolutely delicious They also had a happy hour!Highly recommend this hotel, I had a wonderful experience here!

This hotel was really refreshing It is clean in the lobby and the rooms smell so fresh when you walk through the door The furniture was nice and clean

There was a really pretty painting that covered one of the walls The remote was in a zip lock bag, which says a lot because the remotes have the potential to be super dirty and this is something that I do when traveling The bed was clean and comfortable The shower was huge We were in a 1 bedroom suiteThe staff was very nice, personable and professional The hotel is in a nice location, there was a little town area that was in walking distance My only complaint was that there isn’t a pool and not enough parking You have to park in the check-in area up front or on the streetI was very impressed after driving around trying to find a decent hotel all day and leaving one that was very gross

Very nice hotel Front desk staff and bellman very attentive Room wad very nice and comfortable

Very convenient to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel Restaurant staff friendly but after we were seated, it took a long time to be greeted by our server We even had to ask if our server knew we were seated? Server apologized couple of times for being slow to greet us Server was friendly and cordial Food choices not extensive, but was good Will go back to this hotel next time we fly somewhere

The location was great The staff and the promptness of their service was 5 stars! The atmosphere lacked the level of sophistication and upkeep I’m use to when staying at a Marriott hotelThe carpet was stained and the TV didn’t work properly

The pool was cloudy blue I stayed on the 9th floor and it didn’t smell pleasant at all The windows are super thin and the highway traffic can be clearly heard The toilet handle was broken and kept getting stuck and not filling up There was no soap or conditioner in the containers (when I called they brought it right away) The hotel phone only work on speaker and the outlet didn’t work so my phone never charged The door needed to be forced shut or it stayed ajar (huge safety issue)The handicapped front door did not stay open long enough when my mom walked through it closed on her every timeWhen traveling the attention to detail matters

Jasmine Miles

This is a 2 star hotel with makeup on Firstly booked one room and it smelled of urine Booked a different room because of this

Upon leaving we realized we left a charger we called the front desk and they said they would get it Approximately an hour later we come back and the front desk claim they did not see it Go back to the room to see the house cleaner cleaning the room and he stated he did in fact find the charger and he would bring it to the new room This never happened I’m have now been sitting at the front desk for 15 minutes waiting on “someone” to help me Still have not seen anyone They clearly stole the charger The bathrooms are gross Rust everywhere Tubs dirty The drains don’t drain well The sink pooled with water after being turned on for a few seconds We had cold water last night that we had to wait to get fixed The room is so moist the bedding also seems wet And The people are rude DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS DISGUSTING THIS IS NO LONGER AN UPSCALE HOTEL Ps I’m wrote this whole review and I am still waiting for someone

Easily accessible from the airport, via the Sky Train, but they don’t mention that in the booking email When I couldn’t find a shuttle bus, I phoned the hotel and the receptionist wasn’t particularly helpful I don’t think it occurred to her they might get out of state visitors who would not be familiar with the airport

The room and bathroom were a good size and a pleasant style change from the usual chain hotel Not sure about the bare concrete ceiling in the bedroom, looked more like a money saving than a style The hotel itself was newer, clean, quiet, but soul less Fine for an overnight stay, but that’s it I didn’t try the restaurant which seemed more of cafe

The friendliest hotel staff I have ever met The guy at the front desk helped me when i had a migraine Everyone is always smiling, happy and friendly

I wish i remembered their names so i could give each person a shout out Love this place Giving them 5stars because the staff is amazing!!! Great for events too, their energy is contagious

Immaculate, is this first word to described this wonderfully up-kept, neat and royal like bed and breakfastHosts are amazing, they truly adhere to the COVID guidelines that they advertise such as cleanliness, masks wearing and social distancingThe amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and sitting area by the lake was a plus

Refreshments, and in-home movie theater and exercise room are also great additions I’ve never witnessed at any hotel or bed and breakfast that I’ve stayed at, the actual cleaning in between use of the hot tub This was stellar to witness as a guest, that they truly take hygiene and cleanliness to heart! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast is pon par You can not go wrong with a stay here I’ll definitely return

Would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with children We were placed at this hotel by delta after a flight delay and called well ahead of time to request a crib We were assured on the phone and upon arrival that we’d have a crib in our room

There wasn’t a crib, turns out the only remaining one was broken (but we weren’t informed of this, we had to call 2-3 times to find out), and they offered us a roller bed (for a baby??) This place is not worth the hassle or the money Room was also small and the AC didn’t work The only redeeming factor was an incredibly friendly shuttle service staff (specifically Rory) Other than that skip this hotel and find something else

I arrived at 2 and was told to wait an hour as guests were checking out fine no problem

Upon finally checking into a room I noticed my water wouldn’t get hot in the shower I contacted the front desk and 45 minutes later an engineer arrived He suggested I move rooms The current room I was in had been vacant for over a month (so why was I made to wait an hour for a room that had been vacant?)Moved rooms which was a hassle and eventually ordered room service The attendant Deborah I believe had the nastiest attitude over the phone I over looked it, times are hardWhen I arrived downstairs to retrieve my food The 3 attendants behind the desk were arguing! I stopped them I was told by the SAME attendant that took my order that room service was closed 🙃I informed her I was i ordered 38 minutes ago, she told me to go check with the Starubucks, we’ll you guessed it Starbucks closed early, and my food was NEVER PREPARED I waited in the lobby, in my pajamas, for 37 minutes to get my food and it was uncooked I did not receive any sort of apologyI won’t ever stay here again unless I can speak to actual Operations manager who can assure me I won’t be experience this level of inconvenience at a 4 star hotel The shower in the second room was rusty Just horrid

My room was clean I slept very well, and got to the airport quickly The water is free, I really appreciate that after staying at W hotels with their lowkey not free waters

There is a bar inside, and people seemed to be enjoying it The bartender at the Delta lounge recommended it, and she was all sorts of helpful so I’m sure this bar is greatIn addition to free water, and what looked like a fun bar, the hotel provides a shuttle to the Sky Train It’s about a 5 min walk if you’re fastThe shuttle can also pick you up from the Sky Train, but again I think its faster to walk than to look around for the shuttle It’s kind of a creepy walk in a dark parking lot which is maybe why they provide the shuttle service Whichever method of transport you choose, this place is about 20 min to the security gate

The hotel is very nice! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and comfortable! If you need anything, such as sugar and cream for your coffee, call the desk and it will be at your door within 5 minutes The only problem, the water pressure is to lowMy husband and I will come back again!

We arranged for the park and fly, 7 nights parking back in March We stayed 1 night on the front end and 1 night on the back end of our trip The room was clean and bed comfortable

Enjoyed the lounge, bar and food However, you really need to get your parking situation handled You supposedly need a room key to access this area but no cameras, security, etc The door of our SUV was hit hard in two places (dent/paint chipped) and the glass on the passenger side was chipped How does that happen? From reading other reviews about recent car break-ins, etc we won’t return The hotel takes no responsibility for parking/damage issues (posted)

Wasn’t the WORST If you’re staying one night and don’t need top notch, it’s decent The main issue was the overall cleanliness of the room

There was a lot of ( extremely noticable) dust on the lamps and whatnot The balcony door wasn’t sealed and allowed the floor inside the room to get soaking wet when/after raining Don’t look under the bed! Just don’t!Beds were comfortable and service was OK Great location to the airport, 5 minutes from car rentals Balcony had a pretty cool view of the airplanes landing I was able to hear the sounds of the airplanes, but it wasn’t enough to keep me awakeIf the cleanliness was up the par, this place could have been much better

I was told prior before travelling, the shuttle would pick up from the airport just called the receptionist said I arrived, then called, and I was informed that the shuttle was unavailable it was 1pm and I had wait two hours I decided to take a paid vehicle instead! I also asked could check in early and when I spoke to them on phone prior no problem

Course when I arrived I was informed that the room was not ready And actually the room wasn’t ready until 4pm mind you check in at 3pm Now they waived $100 fee that was not mentioned anywhere on the website and I had no idea about The pool was unavailable why advertise?! I paid extra for balcony which I had no access to why was room more expensive Mind you the managers never spoke to me for the shuttle or my room delay I would not be recommended this hotel to anyone nor will I be returning I have stayed at five or six Best Westerns; this is a franchise and they give Best Western a bad name, an embarrassment!

Hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the ATL airport The free, hot breakfast was great You can smell it from the front desk! If you miss your shuttle, Uber will cost about $16

00 to the airport I took one at 6:45amRoom was clean Good amount of space! No funny smells The electrical sockets are loose on the night stand lamp, so make sure your charger stays plugged inThe front desk will give you 2 bottles of water, for free, if you ask

The room appeared clean but I didn’t get the burst of clean that I expect from Hilton The coffee table stone top was not secured to the table and it almost fell on my two year old (yes it’s heavy) Food is way overpriced but it was fresh and tasty

I had the turkey club, my wife had the burger and my son had the chicken tenders Hotel staff was extremely polite Our microwave didn’t work but we called and they brought one up ASAP! We needed extra pillows and towels and that was brought up ASAP Quiet hotel even though Delta rooms there Would recommend based off location and not as expensive as being in downtown

Aside from there was a gross hair in the bathtub, the ice bucket being very wet inside (very gross), and the wash cloth had some kind of black residue, the beds were comfortable, parking was convenient, the rooms were mostly quiet but the walls seemed thin (we heard our shared walls alarm going off this morning and their kiddos), and the resort was beautiful! I would definitely stay again! We booked our room through ZenHotels and overall had a great experience We would definitely stay here again, just please make sure that the rooms are more thoroughly cleaned

Shoutout to Vanessa at the front desk She understands customer care, service, and good business After coming in from a very delayed flight at 1AM, with no available rental car options, the she saved me with a last-minute room reservation and shuttle ride

On top of that- one of the nicest people I’ve ever met The staff handling breakfast was great as well And the hotel is nice too I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling for business or pleasure

I came for a little me time I booked for a week My King Suites was nice and clean and the climate was perfect

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice Miss Connie and miss Ambyr were both very welcoming The pool was the perfect temperature and was clean The only thing I would rate low would be the snacks during the managers reception hours They could be warm finger foods The breakfast was great and the drinks at the bar were OK I do like that it is centrally located to everything I was interested in which made getting around very easy for me

If I could rate this hotel in the negative, I absolutely would Viewing this hotel on line I was really impressed Once arriving to the hotel I was immediately turned off

The building in general was hot and the air was stale and humid When I entered my room it was the exact same I took over an hour for the room to cool and the air to begin circulating Eventually, hours later the room did get cold The restroom stunk so bad, to the point I didn’t even want to go in there to use the restroom nor shower Unfortunately, I had no choice but to do so so I sprayed my perfume which did not help I’m not for certain but it almost seems as though the smell is reeking from bad plumbing, maybe but it’s awful I also took a picture of the ceiling over the hallway sink where it’s bubbling, lumpy and could potentially be mold It looks as though all it was just painted over and that’s it I was highly disappointed with my stay and will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel I expected way more form this hotel, especially at the rate that I payed I know going forward I will not ever stay at any other Embassy Suites hotel due to the dissatisfaction and disappointment I felt This was disgusting and I really hope this feedback reaches someone who can make changes and rectify these issue

HANDICAP REVIEW: This was a great stay! Parking was tight with regards to using our ramp The room was large enough for me to maneuver my power chair The rollin shower was great

The bedroom portion of the room was really tight for my chair and walker The breakfast was great, as it is always at this location This was our third stay at this location The staff members did a great job of making us comfortable and making us feel welcome

We were very pleased with the hotel until we requested that they service our room We were told they clean and restock the room every third day Supposedly a Covid issue

We had to go to the desk with our dirty towels to get clean onesWe were told that someone would service our room after our request only to return and find it had not been doneTheir posted policy says that they will clean the room if requested Not!

Clean and comfortable The staff were friendly and professional We had to stay for one night due to plumbing issue at our home and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the stay was

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable The only two complaints is first of all, later at night, when my husband left for work (he works overnight) there were a few undesirables hanging around the front area of the hotel which was disappointing to see especially since he had to leave his wife alone The other complaint was the breakfast It was really bad Nothing seemed edible Powdered eggs, small dried out sausage links, pancake sticks from a box, burnt looking biscuits, no fresh fruit, etc Even the water for tea was questionable (was brown instead of clear) They really need to step up the breakfast game

I purchased 2 nights in room 216 I overlooked the mold growing on the ac vent, but once I woke up with a scratchy throat the next day, I knew I couldn’t get my money’s worth and stay the second night I didn’t want to make a big deal of it so I just told the concierge on my way out

The concierge made a note to tell maintaince I hope it changes and they check for mold on a weekly basis in all rooms, so you and your family don’t have to worry about what you’re breathing inThe staff was nice, breakfast was good, and the towels could have been a bit softer Only other thing was the comforter that has two sheets around it may not be washed, because the edges of mine were very yellow
