Overall, the place is great I loved the food, didn’t try the bar All but one of the staff were great, and quite helpful

The room is sparse, but has JUST what you need The sheets had holes in them though, and for $400/ night, I would expect betterThere was a surprising amount of storageI had big bites on my ankles that burned like for every night, and I brought it up to them, but they never followed up I’m pretty sure they were bed bugs 🐛, because my ankles were fine during the dayThe rooftop is pretty, and I imagine the social events are nice, although I didn’t get a chance to partake The location is superb, right off the High Line in Chelsea Can’t beat the location, honestlyIf it weren’t for the sheets and possible bed bugs, I would rate it higher

Lauren Guerra

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a weekend and it was perfect sized for the two of us and in a great location I love the aesthetic of the rooms and the bar/restaurant Customer service was absolutely amazing

Hellen and Martin went above and beyond to help us out the best they could They were both extremely friendly and helpful!! The room could’ve been a little cleaner as you could tell it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while The bright yellow rug was mostly grey from being walked on and there was some mildew in the shower Not horrible, just could’ve been better

Accel.

First of all, the writing may be weird using a translator It was a shame that I didn’t go to many places even though my stay was long I always came out at dawn because I couldn’t sleep well

Thank you, Martin, who is at the front desk every morning When I came back from work, I liked the clean room, and the view of the rooftop roof at sunrise was really nice I took a lot of pictures It was a really nice hotel I am not good at English, so I couldn’t enjoy various events at the hotel, but I think there will be a lot of things to enjoy for travel purposes It looks good to take a walk in the high line every morning

Perfect hotel Great restaurants near by and the free breakfast had something for everyone The free coffee was good and there is a Dunkin about 20′ away

It was a 5 minute walk to the bus station that took 20 minutes to get you to the city 5 minutes from met life, but was in a nice quite location for the family I will be staying here for any trips going forward and highly recommend

Justyna Davy

This hotel and its stuff live up to Marriott’s expectations! We had great stay, loved everything about it! From front desk staff to the clean spacious rooms, the pool, breakfast was absolutely delicious with staff quickly and efficiently refilling food Location is really nice too! We will definitely revisit in future if passing by that area !

Anthony’s Tech 101

Had a fantastic weekend stay at this Residence Inn Hotel with my family! Upon check in, the guy at the front desk was super welcoming, answered our questions and also a very funny guy too, it was a very smooth check in process! And free parking is nice too!Our King bedroom #324 was excellent! Very clean upon arrival, the room has a nice modern appearance, it has power outlets and USB ports all over the room, a pull out couch for the kids, and the best part: it has a full kitchen with GE appliances in case you don’t want to be eating out all the time The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean The Samsung TV has a good amount of channels to watch, and you can swivel to different parts of the room which is cool

Our room also had a decent window view of NYC with the One World Trade Center peaking thru, but I’m sure the higher floors have a better view than us The bathroom is large, and the shower is really nice, however, one small annoyance, adjusting and turning on/off the shower is very confusing, one way says off, but it doesn’t turn off until you turn it all the way around the other way… the instructions on the handle for the shower are misleading and confusingThe hotel amenities were great too! The indoor pool is small but decent and clean, and it can be crowded especially on a Saturday night with families taking a dip, but early in the morning when it opens at 7am is the best bet when no one is there so you can have the whole pool to yourself Fitness center is nice as well and has great workout equipment Guest Laundry is only $150, not bad Breakfast was great too, it’s free, and it has pancakes, eggs, sausage, and healthy items too! And a nice coffee bar to get you up in the morning! Lobby is also very modern and inviting, and outside, it has a front door access to all the shops and restaurants in the mall, and a nice patio with seats and a fireplace and a BBQ grill for cookoutsOverall the stay was superb! We needed a hotel close to the American Dream Mall and the MetLife Stadium, and we felt we hit the jackpot with this hotel! We will definitely be booking here again if we come back to Jersey!*Attached to this review, I have a lot of photos I took of this property, take a look!

A great hotel located on the Hudson River close to all Manhattan has to offer Clean ,spacious, bright rooms with everything you need for days stay or more Pleasant staff whom are willing to help and offer any assistance they can

Their restaurant downstairs called the PRINT was amazing A varied menu offering just about everything you could think of Service again was tentative, personable, and very accommodating We spent our honey moon here and will gladly visit again in the near future

Jamie Aronson

I wish I could give this place 0 stars For $700+ a night you think they’d at least replenish the toilet paper in the room stars

The hotel offers no assistance with luggage, no one to assist checking people in, no one to replenish water bottles or anything else paid for from the mini bar, and a fake out “in-room dining” button on the phones)The rooms are configured incredibly weird – my bed faces the door It was barely made when I arrivedTo add insult to injury, this hotel doesn’t believe in service apparently I never got a refill of toilet paper or bottled water during my entire five nights stay I had to call down to management every morning I do appreciate the manager waiving the resort fee as…this was far from a resortThe view could not be worseShall I go on? Will never stay here again

Sandra Doussin

Spent a weekend getaway at Ink48 and had a fantastic time! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful The junior suite we stayed in was very clean and super comfortable We had diner at Print

and thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinksThe area has lots of other restaurants and tons of coffee shopsHighly recommend!!!

Can’t say enough nice things about this place! Firstly the staff are second to none The desk staff are just phenomenal so friendly and helpful! I’ve never been to a place with such lovely and attentive staff! An absolute credit to the hotel The room was gorgeous really lovely decor, only thing is you’d want to be comfortable with who you room with as there are teeny windows into the bathroom! Didn’t bother us but it may other people

I’m so happy we stayed here, we loved every minute Thanks for a wonderful stay ✨

Maggie Linde

Beautiful lobby and rooms with minimalist vibe They offer free coffee to guests and have a bar on the first floor The bed was very comfortable but overall, expected a bit more space and amenities for the price

The bathroom was pretty small without a real door (pocket door) or lock and the room did not have any cups/glasses or a fridgeThe room is overall pretty bare I think you could find a hotel with more space and offerings for a better price elsewhere in the area!

kris hernandez

The best hotel Ive ever stayed at Beautiful interior, very comfortable room, and very clean The hotel is close to public transportation so we were able to get around quickly

The entire staff was very kind and helpful They gave us great recommendations of places to go I left a stuffed animal in our room after we left and they shipped it to me! Definitely coming back here

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay while in NJ with a remarkable view that’s quite unique!Front desk staff is very nice and helpful During check in I received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe skyline view! The hotel’s got all the amenities you’d want or need if here for business or personal travel View, lively bar scene, modern decors, fitness center, business center and very helpful staff

The bar had some popping music on Friday which was very cool! In fact this place reminds me of a W hotel except even more hip! Thanks guys for a wonderful stay so far!

Toni-Ann Mason

This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in NYC The staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly I stayed here for my anniversary and we enjoyed our stay that we didn’t want to go back to real life

The location was perfect the ferry is right outside There was absolutely nothing to complain about it was perfect and pet friendly The views were breathtaking

Melinda Rojas

I wouldn’t bother with this hotel Front desk needs better hospitality skills, the front desk drank on the job while checking us in! We could not get a good night sleep because of how loud the music was, room was okay, pretty clean There is no snacks or drinks in the fridge just coffee

It is very hard to get in touch with reception, due to the fact they walk away from the desk and do who knows what, but when we first arrived we saw him at the bar rushing over to the desk to check us In All in all not worth it, I would go somewhere that you can get better service for your money

Everything was good Front desk staff was helpful Bathrooms were clean

Extra towels were provided when asked Breakfast was ok too Only concern was cleanliness, linens were clean but the room wasn’t that clean there was dust on the tables and it was like it’s not vacuumed under the tables and corners of the room View was not great but location is good if you wanna drive to places( not sure about if you use subway or bus) Times Square was just 20 25 minutes away same for Statue of Liberty Overall nice experience

Tiana Ramos

Comfortable stay here I think there’s lot of improvements to be made, the room appeared clean, however, you could clearly see dust *everywhere* in the roomThe bathroom counter was clearly not sanitized

Keurig broken and spit coffee/grounds everywhere 😬 aside from that it was a comfortable stay Beds and bedding clean Iron worked well I just think that surface cleaning of the room needs to definitely be a priorityBreakfast included was okay There was eggs, bacon, bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt, danishes/cinnamon rolls The scrambled eggs were not good But aside from that I think it’s still a nice perkI highly encourage they invest in a couple of 4 slice toasters 😅 the price you pay to stay, I feel like there’s no reason 4 people should be in line to toast their bagels/toast Toasters are inexpensive I also wished they had whole grain bread and almond milk but that’s just me being picky I guessOnly other note is the front desk can improve their customer service I called twice both the front and housekeeping regarding towels and the coffee machine It just rang and rang with no answer

Maggie B

The hotel is nice The rooms are pretty spacious and clean The only issue were the amount of flies in the lobby area

Also during check in, there was an issue with management and a housekeeping employee regarding rooms cleaned for the day I thought this was extremely unprofessional being that there were customers around The Continental breakfast was good They offered a variety of options

Always a great place to stay during my trip to the big Apple! The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Always trying to make sure our needs are met The front desk is always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated

Minus one star for the cleanliness of the rooms (not very consistent), but everything else is great!

Shereen

Service was awful (or racist) When I arrived I pulled into valet and was told to park across the street in the garage I told the attendant I don’t want my car in a garage its a brand new MB, I would like it valeted

He proceeded to tell me it’s cheaper, which it was not the sign said $50 for the garage and $45 for valet (it was The Fourth of July)I proceed to the front desk to check in and I would like to change the card on file I was asked “if I have enough money on my card” before switching cards how insulting!! I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be staying “if there wasn’t enough money on my card”My husband and I decide to bike on the Hudson then dine on the patio for lunch where the two host did not greet us but gave the nastiest look at me from my feet up to my head! After being seated my husband asked the gentleman was there an issue and he said “oh my friend wasn’t supposed to be at the host stand so we were just making a joke for him to go back to work” I lost my appetite after the third strike and left the restaurantI only stayed one night to enjoy the fireworks with my husband and endured all this chaos on americas holiday I guess I received the true American experience The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the room and the location

Haydynn Fike

I was stopping in to use the living room as I have stayed at some W properties before and I was just looking to get some coffee and do some work They were filming a movie at the restaurant and coffee wasn’t available Joanne was at the front desk, and she offered to get me a cup of coffee and wouldn’t let me pay for it

As someone who also works for Marriott, we can use more like her Thanks Joanna! Can’t wait to stay the night at your property

Another stellar outpost from an outstanding NYC mini-chain serving upscale seafood fareEverything is delicious The lobster Mac n cheese came with SO much meaty lobster pieces

The salmon was impeccable and juicy My friend had the chicken and raved about it too The ceviche was also delicious! And complimentary chocolate pudding desserts! This will be a hot date spot in West Chelsea for the foreseeable future, and with good reason!

Hugh Price

We went for the happy hour It was incredibly tasty, the service was very friendly and efficient and the it had a great ambience I was particularly impressed with the happy hour oysters which were the east coast ones

The oysters were exactly as described them and I found them surprisingly meaty Also the tomato salsa that comes with the calamari with a perfect addition to the meal

Great hotel, clean and comfy Great location, walking distance to many attractions The staff was friendly

The room was a bit small but still had room for the baby pack and play (provided by the hotel) and for luggage They offer a personalized housekeeping schedule that you can define per your preference We stayed in higher floors and the elevator worked great, very fast, never had to wait long

Molly Hurst

– check in is at 3 pm No flexibility They said they had no clean rooms

But if I paid $50 extra, magically there would be a room- requested room to be cleaned daily immediately upon check in Room was not cleaned for two days despite 3 phone calls and 2 chats with the front desk No clean towels No refill shampoo etc- front desk was rude, slow, and unwelcoming- views from the lower level rooms are Into a clothing factory with workers all days of the week so you cannot keep your windows open at all Leads to a very dark experience at all hours of the day

Briana Smalls

Nice and clean hotel centralized in the heart of Midtown within walking distances of many shopping places, attractions, and most of all transportation

Very accessible to the 42nd/Penn Street subway station Security at night and the ability to use your card to access the building after dark made me feel secure Highly recommend and would stay again

We needed to find a clean and comfortable hotel, walking distance from my cousin’s apartment in the Columbus Circle area and after reading through the reviews, I was a bit skeptical to book But seeing that it was only a block away from her place, we took a chance and stayed there for 3 nightsThe location is very convenient, an under 10 minute walk from the subway stop at Columbus Circle

The hotel is also surrounded with plenty of restaurant choices, food market, coffee places, pizza shops, pharmacies and bus lines that can take you cross town easilyPrice was very affordable and rooms are very clean The front desk (morning shift staff), are very friendly I also saw the hotel manager serving their guests as well and that was a very pleasant site seeing that she was there to oversee things We did not get a chance to check out their breakfast but was told that there’s breakfast available daily between 6:30 to 9 am Front desk also allowed us to get checked in at 10:30 am because they happened to have rooms available and that was a big bonus as we were all tired from our red eye flightTruly grateful for that! Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to NYC Keep up the great work!

Yoli G.

The rooms had everything I needed The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size considering it’s in New York The bathroom could have been a little cleaner

It smelled like urine perhaps they should use bleach They have a good size gym with the basic equipment The breakfast was not best but certainly not the worst Although the coffee was very good The hotel is located in a convenient area and it’s within walking distance to major interest points such as Central Park and Time Square

serge daix

Nice hotel located in a quiet area Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom Room size fine

Unfortunately if all the staff was fine One receptionist was really not helping and difficult to deal with Other negative point we had 2 rooms for 4 nights, both rooms have been cleaned (and towels changed only once)But I still would say it’s a good hotel

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! They supposedly have it posted somewhere that the shared garage (only parking available) has no security and the Marriott will not be held liable for anything regarding your vehicle Parking garage is dirty, has skunks that roam at night eating garbage left behind and also has super small parking spots that make your car HIGHLY susceptible to being struck by another vehicle parking or just trying to open their doorIn addition to that, the website is VERY misleading

There is no bar, there is no food service (except 2-3 hrs in AM) and there pretty much is no amenities You’ll be provided with 1 coffee pod no matter how many days your stay is and not enough towels I’ve been there 2 years in a row and both time there has only been 1 working elevator If you are there for the convention center, and time between running back to your room and event is time-sensitive, do yourself a favor and stay next door They have food, bar, SEVERAL working elevators and much friendlier staff Literally every person working the front desk or managing at this MARRIOTT are miserable human beings

Angel Chapman

I chose this location as it was close to home but still in a nice area where I could feel as thought it was a get away I reserved a king bedroom for Valentine’s Day weekend I have no complaints regarding my actual stay but rather what took place after I checked out

After checking out I received notification of the hotel attempting to charge me $250 My bank declined it where they went on to then try for $200 that my bank allowed I called the front desk to speak with someone and was basically told a manager wasn’t on site and I would have to call back to speak with one After trying to reach a manager for 3 days, a general manager finally called me back She explained to me I was being charged the additional money because I had tea light candles in my room… I asked her how can that be when I was never told I couldn’t use candles I even told the check in host that I would be doing a valentines set up and still wasn’t told no candle usage was allowed The employee on the phone said to me “it’s in our policy” I took it upon myself to check the policy and the only things mentioned that I wouldn’t be able to do was smoke in the room Which I did not I explained this to the manager and she said to me “oh everyone knows not to” & still decided not to refund me my money… Ma’am what does everyone knows not to mean? I’m going by Marriott Secaucus policy which doesn’t state anything about candle use How can I be charged a smoking fee when I was never smoking?! The policy mentions nothing about candle usage, only smoking… as well as nothing being posted in the establishment about candle use, only no smoking signs… again I do not find this fair and have decided to take this matter to legal services after not being able to resolve the issue with a manager This hotel fraudulently used my card as I was not notified of any charges before hand and no one can tell me where in the policy it says no candle usage as they had previously claimed SMH so I am leaving this review so others know that they will find a way to charge you a “fee” after check out even if it doesn’t apply I have since disputed this with my bank because I will not pay a fee for something I didn’t do You should only stay at this hotel if you wish to have your card used without your permission for things you didn’t do For future reference I will reserve with another hotel for romantic holiday stays as this one will charge you extra for nothing

Izzy Cyn

Overall good experience, but if you’re going to put recycling bins in the rooms, then please actually recycle the contents inside When we went to one of the housekeepers and asked to dump our recycling, she told us to just throw it in the garbage and when we later asked another employee where we could dump our recycling, he told us he would take it just so that he could throw it awayOther than that disappointing element of the stay, the rooms were clean, the employees were nice, and we were able to get extra necessities without any hassle

This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in! Extremely nice and accommodating staff There was a misunderstanding with our booking but the staff took the time to explain the situation and help resolve The entire atmosphere was comfy and so cute! I loved the idea of having your own blankets when sharing a bed – the best blankets ever!! We only stayed a night so our small comfy room was perfect for our short time! A nice little touch was having free waters and coffee

There was even a $10 food credit to use if you wanted We would absolutely stay here again! We even adopted our own little Dash!!

From the moment we checked in, we had incredible service The rooms were perfect for the two of us with a good sized en suite bathroom/shower room The hotel has a nice lobby with great, funky decor that prevents it from being a stuffy hotel, like so many can be

The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows and bedding and the room very clean The staff were extremely friendly, consistently helpful and nothing was too much of a trouble – always welcomed us or wished us good day and made sure we had everything we neededPerfectly located in Midtown with quick access to Times Square, Madison Square Garden/Penn Station and the majority of Manhattan via subway – most tourist sites are accessible from the nearest tube, just 2 blocks awayI would not hesitate to stay at Staypineapple again In fact, I’d book again now if I could!

Very cute small lobby and branding concept Room was small but big by NYC standards, had a little room to walk around the bed on all sides Good bathroom and plenty of mirrors for ladies to get ready

Cleanliness and maintenance of room could use some work There was a pubic hair under one of the “clean” pillows when we checked in The shower head pipe leaked but didn’t affect use – still had good pressure and good water temp Safe didn’t work The rooms are not cleaned daily which was fine with us bc we didn’t mess it up Floor was slippery/sticky like it was washed but not rinsed – wear slippers AC worked well, comfortable bed, and room facing the back was quiet (no view) Great location for sightseeing All staff was very friendly and very helpful Full disclosure – we didn’t request any repairs or cleaning during stay Good overall for a short stay

We loved our rooms Having the kitchen island area to work instead of a desk was great and everything was really clean The location is great with a good view of NYC

On our last day in New Jersey we went to explore NYC We had asked the front desk if we needed to move our car or if the parking pass would still let us out They informed us the pass didn’t expire until the end of the day When we got back to our car and went to leave the card wouldn’t let us out and we had to pay $18 in addition to the $22 for parking we paid every day we were there It was a good stay but only about half of the front desk staff were great

Really great hotel! It made our stay in New York more relaxed and special Very clean and modern suite, and kitchen had all utensils necessary for cooking and eating, dishwasher was also there, and washing powder provided Personnel was also very friendly and helpful

New York city easy to reach by public transport, bus or ferry The view of New York was stunning

This hotel is so pretty It’s right by the water

the only thing is, they don’t have any rooms that are waterfront directly but you can definitely see the water from the side window The suite is so spacious and updated I love how it has a full kitchen and a huge refrigerator The woman at the front desk was very polite Parking is $22 in the garage that’s located right outside of the hotel Make sure you let the front desk person know that you will be going in & out so you can retrieve a parking pass for a one time fee It’s very close to NYC!! Complimentary breakfast… don’t expect a full meal It was breakfast sandwiches, cereal, quick meals Still good 🙂 the only thing is I wish they had a pool but it was still a great stay This will be my new go to hotel when I come into town Thank you Residence Inn!!!

I really don’t like to write reviews But I was really disappointed by this hotel It didn’t feel like even a 2 star hotel

The refrigerator kept freezing all my kids snacks and vegetables and the lady at the front desk said she will send somebody to fix it But nothing changed We always stay at Hilton hotels but this time it’s different The first night, we all woke up because of all the screams and fights between 2 girls??!! Weird!! I told the lady on the front desk and she said she will address it to the manager but it looks there is no manager The room service is not the best, I called them the third day , or they are lazy or they don’t know what they are doing They didn’t vacuum the carpet because I can still see all the crumbs They didn’t clean the bathroom sink, they only put the toilet paper holder on it empty!!!!And the Kleenex box empty!!!!I had to call the front desk and ask them for towels, for tissues, for toilet paper, for shampoo…… The air condition vent had candy crumbs on it that my 7 year old showed me I told her leave it open so they can clean it But they only closed it and left all the candy crumbs there? The room is really mediocre for this price we paid The entrance to the hotel is hard to find The good thing, it is close to the bus that take you to NY CITY But I will never go back there Really disappointed ☹️

Let me begin with the staff was wonderful at the front desk -giving an upgrade and helping us—but we could not complete our stay at this hotel Our first room smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke we went back to desk to change rooms The second room had dirt and crumbs all over the carpet, the bathroom was not cleaned and it also smelled of smoke

The lobby is nice but goodness do those rooms need an update and cleaning! We decided to spend 7 hours on the road home rather than stay here

The staff at the front desk was nice and very friendly, my reason for giving it a 3 was first my tv kept freezing and losing signal a lot, I tried not to complain to much because we was gone during the day Second I tried to wash my hands in the bathroom just to realize the box they placed on the sink for hand soap was completely empty as if it’s just there for decorations, third housekeeping knocked on my door the second day there I told her we didn’t need her to come in and clean but I asked if I could have two towels off her cart she only gave me one and told me not to tell so I was confused as to rather or not if we are only suppose to use towels that are already in room, it would be nice if the basic breakfast was included of course for the amount we paid to stay so we only ate breakfast here once, the hot tub was dirty it look like little ants in the hot tub Lastly I get it this place does allow pets but they should not be allowed in the swim area we went down the other day and there was a dog in the swim area with a family luckily my daughter not scared of dogs and this dog just so happens to be nice however you never know when a kid can come in and get scared seeing a dog and start to run and panic and a wet area so not a good idea but besides those things front desk staff was nice and I came into a clean room

This place is clean, the bed is comfy and I love that they provide you a back pillow to give your back support while watching TV! The bathroom is quite small The bathroom door is barely able to open because it hits the toilet seat… really appreciate the parking garage! No free breakfast offered, and the food on the menu is quite expensive The only thing I wish they can improve is the indoor pool

It seems like the filter is not working properly The water is not clean, and it’s not heated in winter

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, however I’m not coming back I understand the prices and inflation have impacted the cost of everything but I was a bit surprised to see a very significant change on the cost of stay this time around However, I was dismayed to see that on top of the fee change, they have also eliminated the “free breakfast”; a permanent staple of this category of hotels

Next time I’m in NY I won’t be staying at the Best Western Premiere

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel I liked it very much But, the only thing is that I couldn’t use their phone to make international calls with room charge, or they don’t have the international phone cards or anyhting like that

So, as an international visitor it could be a problem if you have an emergency call to make A part from, everything was good
