Stayed at the hotel for a night First impressions: tidy place and very welcoming staff The room was minimalist, spotless, and very attractive; perfect for short stays where you don’t need any extras

Bed was incredibly comfortable too, the room however was definitely not soundproofed All in all, it’s reasonably priced in a great location Would definitely stay here again

Janka Krajciova

Excellent hotel with newly updated rooms, great location and amazing breakfast buffet! My only negative comments are that because of the central location, you have to count on the sound of trams passing by constantly (they did put ear plugs by my bed) and there are no toiletries provided, except for a cheap looking plastic bottle of hair/body soap Otherwise, a great stay and highly recommended!

Marco Marigliano

Hotel located in a strategic area As soon as you get out of the subway station you are practically right in front of it Great for getting anywhere in Warsaw since there are trams and buses pretty much everywhere around the area

The staff at the reception is knowledgeable and courteous The room we chose was very bright, with a good view and equipped with all the basic amenities expected for a standard room We had a problem with the air conditioning and the staff immediately took action to check it out Seeing that the problem was not resolved we were offered a free drink and an upgrade to a very nice suite indeedBreakfast is absolutely in the norm, but more can be done since the choice is not very wide In any case absolutely a must try We will return

Clean, well cared for and overall perfect The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and have great views, the complimentary water was truly life saving, the proximity to the subway station was a huge plus There’s space to park your bike/scooter outside

The bar of the ground floor as well as the terrace one were splendid, with amazing selections in drinks and food of the highest quality Everything was magnificent and for the most part accessible via wheelchair Given the price range, this hotel is surely a top choice

Great stay at the Intercontinental Warsaw No complaints about any general amenities Staff was very friendly and a special mention goes to the concierge for a great depth of knowledge when it came to restaurants in the area and a willingness to help

Gym facilities, pool, sauna and steam room were all clean and well maintainedI had a slight water issue which was quickly resolvedWould mention only that I wish the business centre opened a bit earlier

S Wright

Lovely, quiet, clean room on a high floor This hotel is excellent, and the price is very reasonable considering how good it is The rooms are bright, spacious and very comfortable and the service is impeccable

There was a slight issue with our original room and the staff instantly dealt with the problem and gave us a better room – excellent service all round The pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room facilities are excellent, as are the views across Warsaw at sunset I really recommend the InterContinental and I will definitely be returning soon Easily 5 stars

Laurena Pepe

Wow My stay in this hotel was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I checked in til the moment I checked out We were greeted at reception check by the lovely Paulina who was the most friendly and helpful

I noticed she had a trainee badge and if she is this amazing early on in the job I can imagine how much better she will get, she is an asset to this hotel We were kindly upgraded to a room on the club floor The room exceeded any expectation I had, it was huge, super clean and the attention to detail in the decor was incredible Bath and shower was a bonus as most hotels offer one or the other Cute toiletry sets were also provided which is a super cute touch The concierge service was impeccable as any time I rang (for an adapter or bath robe for the spa) they were attentive and quick to deliver to the room with a smile The view from the room was spectacular (specifically at night time) and the bed was super cozy The wellness centre was spotless , with beautiful views of the city from the jacuzzi or loungers Absolutely amazing stay I would be happy to return again to stay in this room

Great experience! Good location (if you don’t get mad about not perfect view if not lucky enough) – some nice parks & shopping malls around, Old Town could be reached on foot

and Chopin Airport is 15 minutes away (by car)We had delicious snacks at The Spot Bar & Restaurant (prices are higher but really worth)SPA zone was quiet busy during rainy day – there is not very long pool, jacuzzi and two types of sauna (including light one with infrared heating)The breakfast was great! Superb variety and quality of choices I believe you could easily live there for a week on not get borred Different smoothies every morning is a small but very touchWe got an upgrade, so the room was excellent Very spacious (living room with WC, bedroom and big bathroom with closet, bath tub & shower) Welcome fruit plate put smile on my face I really appreciate and enjoy this kind of touchesThis time I was there with my wife only but thinking about the future visit to Warsaw with our daughter – we won’t be looking for another hotel

Shlomi Uziel

We had a family vacation at the hotel this summerThe suite is modern, big and very comfortableThe Breakfast is probably the best we had in a hotel in Europe – you can order extra fancy dishes regardless of the buffet

The kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which are pretty small but almost emptyThe highlight for me was the gym – it’s just unbelievable how big and equipped it is, not the usual hotel gym

Andrzej Kucik

The room was amazing, just as it should be Clean, comfortable beds, nice view, modern decour, nice toiletry, staff was very helpful, and we were allowed an early check-in without any extra costs The location was also very convenient

I believe that a hotel of this standard should have bidets in bathrooms The swimming pool was full of children, who were having a great time jumping into the water, but I don’t think this was what I expected from a jacuzzi-spa-wellness-swimming pool area

Amended Review: when we checked out, I left behind my NuFace devise and was so sad since there was no way I was going to buy a new one overseas We contacted the hotel and after their search, it was returned to our vacation home via overnight post Paulina Waberska (the front office manager) and the rest of the staff were really top notched!! This hotel is my new favorite in Warsaw

It is a delightful, peaceful spot amidst the hustle and bustle A must!!! ❤️

Filip Hedblom

A nice hotel for you who dont need the most modern one, but aquire good service!Older/fancy/”unmodern” but clean and nice rooms! No strange colors, just an older and more fancy style Big though and a nice bright bathroom Older tv, so no Netflix solution

Good lunch, and ok breakfast with different things to choose from I heard that it was buffé during weekend, and not during week days Nice inner “garden” with some tables and sun shade, for your lunch/breakfast/beer/wine momentsVery service minded staff!Great spot next to the chirches, some restaurants/cafés with minor walking distance to the old town

Constantine Alexander

This was a good hotel but a great experiencevery clean large rooms, good facilities and a good location,But by far the best feature of this hotel was the staffthe young chap at the front desk called Miguel was amazing, and hospitable

If not for him it would be a 4 star review!

I loved my stay at this hotel, from beginning to endI was welcomed very nicely and received my welcome drink as a Silver ALL member I also received a free upgrade to a superior room, which is not usually given to Silver members

The room was very comfortable and warm, with a large window that can be openedThe breakfast had an amazing selection of foods for all tastes and was served in a very nice atmosphereIn the end, I was also granted a late check out, according with my ALL statusI can strongly recommend this hotel for all visitors to Warsaw!

Paul (Payam) Moradian

This hotel hotel has a charm It feels unique and luxurious at the same time The lobby was beautifully decorated

The indoor pool was warm and was in a beautiful room The sauna was nice too There was no jacuzzi howeverThe rooms are smaller than average but they are charming and the bed is super comfortable If you are a family, book suite rooms They had nicely set up the sofa bed for our kids before the arrivalThe breakfast is one of the best ever The hotel provides a variety of fresh juicesThe location is next to the old town I loved the locationThe only drawback for this hotel is that it is not a modern hotel with large rooms But the charm of this hotel is unbeatable Highly recommend to stay here

Richard Warner

The staff, especially the Concierge, provided a level of helpfulness that was above and beyond one would expect even from a 5 Star hotelThe cleanliness of the entire hotel was excellent and the breakfast was of a high standard both in terms of choice and qualityThe room was spacious and the beds were comfortable with good bedding

The location is also ideal as it overlooks the square and is close to the old townThe only criticisms are the dressing gowns in the room were a bit old and worn (not quite like the ones you see in their promotional material) and the pool was slightly too cold — otherwise the perfect short break in Warsaw We will definitely returnMany thanks for the hospitality

I enjoyed the stay Rooms are clean and comfortable, service on reception is very good, breakfast is with many options What was challenging: to find a parking, there is no sign for parking and I had to ask on the reception

In fact the parking is just around the corner Second, the parking is very narrow and there is no lift So you have to go upstairs from garage with your luggage And the last one is the fitness, it is very small and equipment is old Anyway, the location is fantastic and I really enjoyed a service My recommendations!!!

Anastasiia Markova

The very good hotel in the city center 30 minutes by walk and you are at the old city with its narrow streets and noisy bars Good for families with children and for business trips too

You will be surprised by variety of food at breakfast ;)There is also a big fun room for children with a lot of toys 🧸A big plus that you can bring your pet to the hotelRecommend +

Daryna Uvarkina

Reception team is great, very lovely and helpful I would like to specifically mention Viktoriya and Anastasia, they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable In my opinion, rooms require a bit of renovation and breakfast was weak due to a high number of people, so there was almost no food left and tables were not getting cleaned enough, those are the only points to be improved

Ibis-like compartment rooms like in a spaceship, or in prison with comfort, with self-closing doors, big to the floor unopenable windows and anti-theft shampoo and liquid soap fixed in placeA strange feeling in this “plastic” and “functional” place, void of home feeling, but rather good sleep

Alina Elizarova

We booked the hotel through bookingWhen we arrived at the hotel, the front desk asked for our passport to find our reservation It is important to note that I and my spouse are citizens of Russia, but we have lived in Germany for more than 3 years and are residents

After 20 minutes, we were told that they can not accommodate us, as citizens with Russian citizenship are not welcome in this hotel, this is the order of the authorities The money was taken from us, there was no official confirmation that people with certain citizenship cannot stay at the hotel This is some kind of xenophobia We were humiliated in public in front of other guests who were in the lobby and heard it allSoon a receptionist/manager came to the front desk and after we pulled out our German id cards we were checked inBe careful when choosing this hotel, especially if you are a citizen of other countries

Hotel has a lot of private events, practically each day a few, which are manageable in a very poor way Sometimes hotel guests don’t have any place to eat, sometimes to seat, most of the hotel services are not available In the night music is not allowing to sleep till morning

Definitely don’t recommend this place It was a good hotel, now is not acceptable

Jonathan Bonnaud

I spent there 3 nights for a professional eventThe room was clean and the bed pretty comfy (the pillow is usually what I complain about, but there it was good) The food was tasty, mostly meat, but always one vegetarian option, vegan not that much

After 3 days the food was kind of repetitive, a lot of potatoes and the sauce for the meat started tasting the sameI highly recommend the hotel for hosting company events

Виктория Диденко

So Checked into the hotel on Friday We ordered room service and I was surprised that out of 3 courses, only dessert turned out to be delicious

Today at breakfast – the choice is small and not fresh, if you, like me, are a vegetarian or eat only kosher food, then here you will not find anything for yourself The only plus is that the room is big and new

When considering a hotel, you always take into account multiple things In Polonia Palace you can take for granted it’s beautiful historical architecture and it’s tidy rooms which are cleaned daily It offers a great breakfast with quite a variety of different foods and drinks

The restaurant is on top of its class! The staff is also very friendly and helpful What the hotel lacks however in my opinion is proper garage space The one that is being offered is a parking spot on the outside with no guard and accessible even to everyone walking by Please consider this if you need to leave your car thereOther than that, it’s a great hotel with even better location! Couldn’t be more in center than here 🙂

Paula Perea

A perfectly located hotel for a reasonable price Minutes or seconds away from bus or tram stop, and many cafes and small groceries are nearby Most rooms should come with mini fridges in case you’d like to buy something at the store

Staff was kind enough to let me check in early and check out late The lobby is elegant and has two street existsIf I visit Warsaw again, I would definitely consider staying here again as my first option

Bradly Schlenker

Price was reasonable Accommodations felt adequateOnly thing I’d knock stars off for (which I can’t because this is an overall trend) is having “double” beds be two twin beds pushed together

There’s no practical reason in this hotel why a “double” room can’t be a Queen or king size mattressOutside of that – the hotel does give a bit of Las Vegas vibes No smell of smoke or whatnot – just the aesthetic

Holiday Inn hotels is one of the hotels I have visited in the USA, UK, Korea, and the other countries of EU The hotel itself was very clean with nice staff members Very clean place with smooth check-ins, but I was surprised that my room did not have any mini-fridge where I could store my water

This was something I have never encounteredThe location itself is not the best for those who are with children or trying to come for a leisure, but for any business trips or a quick city tours, I would recommend to stay at the Holiday Inn Warsaw City CentrePS I have completely forgot to mention, this particular branch had one of the best, if not the best, hotel breakfast I have yet to experienced I am a huge breakfast person that it is the main reason why I stay at hotels, and for the breakfast wise, I would give them a five star rating! 🙂

It was an overall good experience The only real down side was that I got a two bed room it was a queen and a twin, the twin was on a metal frame that was slightly uncomfortable, but I’ve had a lot worse it didn’t take away from my stay at all It was lovely to have a restaurant and bar down stairs with good food

The breakfast buffet is amazing not a lot of changes, but it has a good selection! The staff are friendly and are accommodating I highly recommend staying in this hotel

It was our first time in Europe itself and we didn’t expect anything in particular so we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of people working in this hotel The staff is certainly the pillar of this place and anything we needed we were helped with Also, it was a nice touch to see the celebration of Easter

Seeing a smiling bunny at the breakfast was hilarious Hope to visit Warsaw again and explore more historical places here Thanks for the good vibes

I really appreciate smooth check-in process and fantastic breakfast The service at the breakfast was superb as well as the choice of foodThe room seemed a bit old and “worn”

What I really didn’t like was the fact we asked the staff to add the shower gel to the empty container and nobody showed up to do it Not a big task but still annoying if you have to take the shower without the shower gel

Great hotel with spacious family rooms Staff were very friendly and helpfulRooms could use some upgrades like TVs with Netflix and a little modern refresh

That said it was more than acceptable for the priceThe breakfast buffet was goodmaybe stay away from the custom omelette We did not like it Other than that there is something for everyone

The hotel is a mixed bag experience Let me start with the fantastic: Mrs Idalia, one of the managers, is like no one else I have ever come across in a 5 star hotel

She is a very warm person who treats the customers with extreme respect and is super friendly and helpful She is actually out in the lobby talking to and helping guests personally a lot of the time That is something I don’t see in other 5 star hotels around the world-congratulations Mrs Idalia! Unfortunately, even though the hotel is generally pleasant and offers a very comfortable stay, the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired For one, the staff is not very friendly or helpful I went to the front desk to renew my card twice and they still weren’t working which resulted in us being stuck in front of our room in robes after a pool visit None of the staff, front desk or cleaning, were too concerned about guests locked out of their rooms even though we went back to the front desk and called the hotel from in front of our room When I reported it to ALL the front desk staff at check out, I didn’t receive an apology and one (in glasses) was actually talking back to me! Luckily, the matter is behind us and will be a topic of laughter for years for us, but the hotel needs to retrain their front desk staff before they start losing customers! We will be back as we miss talking to Mrs Idalia and the lobby restaurant and roof top bar service is exceptional

A very good hotel for come and go tourists who want to have some experience with the city of Warsaw and also for others The rooms, rather than being somewhat old (and fine looking), they are good enough with the option of well made beds and very good and quick service which you could rely on The location is very good, being at the center and giving a good view of the shape and nature of the city and everything in it

From it you could manage lots of the good places to begin in Warsaw and its attractions The food is very good and fine for breakfast and with a good amount of variety (not sure how much vegans could have here, but if staying for just a day or two morning coffees and places in the city would be fine) It’s a good spot near a dinners courses for people like eating outside (didn’t try eating dinner indoors) I know there are lots of indoor activities, like a swimming pool and a sports room for everyone, and also dinner bar at the top of the building You could sit there for needs of working and more at the lobby if needed (I assume there’s a good service there)In a short sum up, this place is very good for having a good experience of Warsaw with the location, eating and different activities and quality Recommended!

Stayed at the Marriott in Warsaw for 4 nights and I have to say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve visited so far Location is great, close to some very nice places to eat, view is superb, it’s nice and quiet, staff are friendly and the food and drinks are great! No complaintsI removed one star as the basic room is just that, basic and doesn’t really bring anything new to the table but I’ve seen some of the higher grade rooms which do not fail to impress

The hotel is simply wonderful Unfortunately, I could not appreciate all the advantages and services of the hotel in one day But the reception staff is very friendly

The room surprised me completely (although I think I was lucky) For 350 zl in the center of Warsaw, an apartment with a bath and a large terrace was a surprise (as far as I understood, there are only 2 rooms with a terrace in this hotel) The hotel has its own underground parking, as well as several places in the hotel yard Photos will tell more

Neo Hamaluba

The room itself was extremely beautiful and clean👌🏽 Amazing breakfast too!but the service was a bit horrible They lack a sense of urgency to their clients needs

They agreed to airport shuttle at 12 (which we had to pay for) almost missed my flight because shuttle was suddenly unavailable The receptionist called a cab, and WE had to incur the costs……The place is nice tho ✨

stefano pirondi

5 for the room (big and clean)1 for the welcome (it’s tough to reach it by car and parking the car might take very long time3 for the staff, almost useless

1 for the noise, come if you want to party, not if you’re in Warsaw for work

The hotel is simply great ! From the rooms, to the breakfast and the rooftop, everything was built to make you have some great vacationsPrice is definitely worth it!Only thing to improve in the rooms is that they are not greatly isolated, so it can become noisy

CXDezign

The rooms are modern and clean, we were promised a double bed but instead got two single beds put together, despite being told otherwise The two beds can unfortunately spread apart Everything else about the room was as expected and advertised

Service is great, multi-lingual, location is good, right in the centre of Warsaw, everything you want or need is close by

Very nice location, close to modern districts of Warsaw The rooms are super spaciousThe view is amazing (rooms are located on floors 18-28, our room was on floor 25)

The rooms might require renovation, in particular the shower But everything was clean and was working as it shouldI’d book here again

Domantas Baguckis

We have stayed here as we were looking for a place close to one of the famous restaurant in the area We have stayed in the area in other hotels before Compared to the other ones this is really bad

Parking is VERY expensive and dangerous and it is very steep People with low car be aware that you will not be able to go to garageRooms Shower is from plastic, small and outdated, toilet also Coffee machine is not working, room relatively small and corridor has horrible door which were hard to move as we had luggage and baby strollerThe only positive thing about this place is welcoming guy at a front desk and breakfast ladiesDo not book here if you have a chanceI have stayed at Leonardo Hotels before This one is rally bad

Primarily you stay in a hotel for the rest I was willing to go to sleep at 23:45 cause needed to get up early, but blue led didn’t turn off I tried all switches – no result

At 00:00 called reception, no answer 00:05 finally after 5min waiting got a reply, to try combine switches as I was stupid and didn’t try it before 0:15 another call, receptionist promised to come in a minute 0:20 another call, no answer 0:25 tall receptionist with dark hair came and realized that he could not turn lights off as well! After 40 minutes fighting with electrics I got a reply “wait 5 min I will call technical support” So he offered to wait god knows how long, to have electrical repair, that would take god knows how long, deep after midnight?! When I refused guy just turned around, said “goodnight” already walking out and closed the doorI placed clothes, pillows to dim the annoying light and slept an hour less in total Worse can’t it be as hotel failed to provide the main service – give a guest a possibility for a good rest
