I had the pleasure of staying here and introducing Mom to the Atlantic Ocean for the first time It was a great place to stay – clean, spacious and all the amenities were thought of They were always available to us, through text, if we needed anything

We loved chatting with the others staying there and the direct access to the beach Plus, the river and beach can both be seen from this little part of the island Would recommend Sea View to anyone!

Sarah Lynch

I’ve never slept so close to the ocean before! The beach was empty which was the most relaxing, peaceful part of our vacation We loved going down to the beach in the evening and not hearing a single sound beside the ocean waves! How lucky can you be?!Will 100% be coming back I can’t properly describe how lovely our stay was

It was amazing

Jason Thatcher

Amazing hidden gem Rooms were updated and modern and the bed was suuuperr comfy! The best part is the location, it’s on a strip of beach away from the crowds and it’s amazingI have one suggestion

Let me just say up front, if you’re coming to Melbourne, this is the hotel that you want to be at! It’s the most happening hotel in town! It is a high-class establishment but has some of the most reasonable prices for rooms I have ever seen And the staff is just outstanding in a word I’ve never seen such an attentive group of people who truly love their jobs and helping customers

For example, I had a slight issue with my room, and so I called downstairs and asked if another corner room with a Water-view was available Samantha, who is simply a delightful human being, quickly took care of my issue, and within 15 minutes I was in a brand new room with the exact same room, just a floor below I don’t even need to get the new keys; she sent them up to me immediately She (Samantha) actually has been actively engaged in making our stay exceptional the entire trip! I also want to add that if you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner you are in for a treat if you dine in at the rooftop restaurant that is in the hotel, The Landing Rooftop Everything is excellent and the service is fantastic You really don’t have to leave the room if you don’t want to, however you would be missing out on some great store friends in the historic district, which the hotel is located in In closing, staying anywhere else would be a mistake You will love this hotel!

Nice hotel It was just built last year(2021) Nice decorations and nice rooms

Great staff Samantha at the front desk was great Very nice, friendly and professional William (who came to assist with the bathroom sink), was very professional and courteous as well Parking garage, but it’s not a secured lot Very nice restaurant at the roof top The lobby is nicely decorated Very nice coffee shop in the lobbyTwo issues: we had a weird smell coming from the bathroom sink William came and poured some type of chemical in the sink, which worked for about a day but then the smell came backSome of the towels were not properly washed There was make up on two of them and some other stuff on another one We requested new towels and they were sent right of wayThank you very much for checking in Have a blessed day

Perfection! Had the most incredible relaxing stay this past weekend at the Hotel Melby Downtown Melbourne Florida This hotel and the staff deserve more than 5 stars The hotel is decorated gorgeous, kept very clean, and the staff are absolutely delightful to deal with

The staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and they always had a smile on their face and we’re help with any questions we may have This hotel is well diverse and all are welcome without any judgment The hotel is right next to some incredible restaurants and shopping Hotel is great for a romantic weekend getaway and the added bonus is heading up on the 11th floor for drinks, food, and a view that leaves you speechless We will definitely be back to make more memories

Lovely B&B, Not a Top LocationPort d’Hiver is very nice—and very expensive For the price you should expect a lot and, in most cases, they meet expectations The public rooms are very nice

Our suite was quite lovely The grounds and pools are all well maintained Staff is uniformly pleasant and helpfulMy main quibble would be with the food and the location Our suite had a view of the ocean—sort of There are palm trees and electric lines and a busy road and a beach parking lot between our room, the closest to the ocean, and the water The balcony off our suite should be nice, but it’s not a pleasant place to sit and enjoy with all that stuff in your faceAs for the food, it is generally good But a little variety would be appreciated The late afternoon happy hour consisted of the exact same cheese/crackers/hummus/vegetable slices every day Breakfasts always seemed to be some kind of egg casserole or quiche or some overly sweet and soft French toast or similarAgain, everything was very nice I just have trouble justifying the price for the product

We had a wonderful our visit was this past weekend! Port d’ Hiver is something very special! The Dianne room was more than we expected The view was amazing The music playing in the room was a wonderful touch

The drinks, ice, and delicious cookies were a welcomed treat The delectable breakfast on our balcony allowed for more relaxation in the morning The beach supplies were appreciated and used to the fullest The landscaping created a beautiful view no matter where you looked! Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful We have stayed at many B&B’s on the east coast and this is by far the most impressive!Thank you for giving my husband and I the perfect weekend that was need to disconnect from the crazy real world and reconnect with each other!!We will be back!

Katrice Lenell

Perfect place for couples! We went for the weekend of Valentine’s Day Everything was perfect The wine hour and gourmet breakfast were amazing

The grounds are beautiful The staff were super nice and accommodating Turn down service in the evenings with a sweet treat All the little luxurious touches really make this place top notch We are already planning a return trip!

This was a very pleasant stay Hampton Inn has been slipping, so I was a little hesitant to book it We are Diamond Members and used to frequent them often, but overall the quality has declined

I am happy to say though, that this was an excellent stay First off, the staff was friendly, helpful and engaging The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable The only complaint I have was the room had a musky smell, but as long as you kept the air on cold it wasn’t a problem The dining area was clean and well stocked and the exterior parking area was also clean and tidy We will be happy to stay again when we are in this area

Danielle Exceus

I stayed for 1 night for a quick trip to Melbourne I was able to check in a few hours early because there was already a room available Although I appreciated that, I was surprised at the staff attire

I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns before and love the professional appearance This was not the case Breakfast area was clean Standard hotel breakfast Rooms were standard decor Bathroom was super clean! Lots of towels! Linens and bedding were clean and comfy Inside lamp shade had brown stains inside The phone had no cord connecting it, so there was no way to get a dial tone

Deb -she.her- Cwynar Miller (Precisely Yourself)

Jayne was awesome at front deskDaytime woman staff gave us grief for asking for water (we’re Hilton Grand Vaca owners and Hilton Diamond members and I’ve never experienced that at other properties)Trash overflowing from entryway garbage bin and strewn about entry of hotel including a water bottle that sat there for 3 days, bottle caps, dirty napkins and butts

Bathroom shelves were falling off the wallsThey closed breakfast early by 5 minutesJuice spilled on floor remained there for 3 daysAsked for more towels, never delivered, had to ask againBed uncomfortable compared to what we’ve experienced at other Hampton InnsHI is our first go-to typically because of the standard you can expect This was a subpar managed locationRoom carpet needs replacingAgain, Jayne night time clerk was great and a young black gentleman also was very helpful and polite Appreciated them both!

We stayed the weekend of February 19, 2022 for a family wedding, we had a block of rooms at a very reasonable rate The front staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful The rooms were clean and well stocked

We had the breakfast buffet both mornings excellent service and variety I wanted to especially mention April and the house keeping staff that went above and beyond to make our stay extra special!

Val Jones

Very comfortable hotel! Everything was clean and welcoming There are all the amenities you typically find in the room including a fridge There is no microwave but they do have both breakfast and dinner available in the hotel

But the best part The bed! When I laid down I was blown away by the comfort immediately! The pillows the mattress the sheets Everything felt like heaven! That alone was worth 5 stars! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming too!

Jenine Badger

Overall very nice place We stayed in one of the suites on the corner with a balcony which I would highly recommend Very spacious and there is a mini fridge and a microwave

There are a few different sitting areas inside as well as one outside on the balcony The buffet breakfast at the restaurant is delicious and very reasonably priced We ordered room service for breakfast which was also very good All of the staff is super friendly and helpful There was only one thing that we were disappointed in Which was the cleanliness of our room For the most part it was clean but it appeared that the mirror and shower doors in the bathroom as well as the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony looked like they were cleaned with a very dirty cloth and the table next to the couch wasn’t cleaned from the previous people because you could see rings from the their drinks All in all the room was very nice i think everyone is aware how under staffed everyone is no matter where you go So I am not going to let that be the deal breaker There are far too many great things about this hotel I would definitely go back and I would recommend this hotel if you’re in the Melbourne area

Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds Huge TV Breakfast was good and staff were super friendly

Probably the best, quick overnight stay I have had I was surprised to see a gym and a nice one at that It just needs a hot tub in order to be above and beyond all rivals, but it is an outstanding value nonetheless Still, I would absolutely stay again I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Sunday 1st May 2022 at 08:45 am(!): This is the worst „breakfast“ I have ever seen in a hotel

It’s a cheekiness („Breakfast served till 10am“) No bread except a blank bagel, no jam, no cheese…Only this available, what you can see on my pictures It looked very terribleWe slept well the overnight and the man on the reception on 30042022 was very very friendly!Overall I definitely can not recommend this hotel, this breakfast is really a shame! Awful that we payed for thisWe won’t stay in a Hyatt again

sam Y

I love this hotel, from the front desk receptionist, to the security, and the room that I stayed in everything was almost perfect to the tee! Cleanest in a shower corner is why I’m down one star, but still compared to the rest of Melbourne this was in my comparison the best hotel heck maybe I was just imagining things the hotel was so clean and it was late for me Keep going Hyatt hotel!

I have the distinct pleasure of working with the Sales Department and Front Office Department in a corporate capacity! Our company books approximately 50 guests (100 room nights) per year with AVID and have never had any issues Jen in Sales always goes above and beyond with a cheerful professional attitude Likewise for the Front Office staff

This hotel is new, clean and offers an incredible continental breakfast We can hold an agreement with any local hotel and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the service we receive from AVID, not to mention they also have the best prices in town Keep up the great work!! We love our relationship with you!!DebFour Star Real EstateIndian River Colony Club

Hotel has “NOW OPEN” sign upon entering The building and everything else seems brand new Free cold breakfast, tasty grab n go muffin

Room 210, was a bit noisy from outside hallway, noise sounded like someone was making coffee often TV would not sync with phone AnnoyingEverything was very clean, bed was comfy, black out curtains Premium JR Watkinns soap/lotionOverall great stay, would recommend

The hotel has only been open about 6 months It has a lot of problems though The cable flickered a few times, and the picture cut in and out in the room

My key card had to be re-keyed Grab and go breakfast didn’t really have anything that interested me, so I had breakfast elsewhere It took a few minutes for the hot water to kick in in the shower The bed was pretty comfortable at least

Lovely hotel by the beach Careful getting in the water – there’s a coral shelf about 2-3 meters out on which I bruised my shinPros:LocationBeds and bedding were comfortableLots of nearby locally owned shops and diningThere was live music on Friday by the pool area toward the beachQuiet – there was a softball tournament when we visited, so it was packed, but we heard nothing when in our roomCons:The toilets are weirdly difficult to flush and take several flushes to completely vacateThe water pressure is abysmalWe discovered a big bug in our room the day we checked out, but their response was very professional

They immediately sent a request to spray the rooms and told the housekeepers We did not hold this against them Florida is mini Australia when it comes to bugsOverall, we liked it We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the live music while watching the waves We played on boogie boards They have people who offer lessons, and you can rent an umbrella and chairs for the beach if you want One star docked for the toilet issue (completely unnecessary and strange) and the water pressureThe picture is the view from just outside our room

The Crown Plaza was by far the best Hotel we have stayed at on the Space Coast From the check-in to the house keeping staff, everyone was more than happy to assist with the wants and needs of our family The room, double queen beds, was exceptionally clean, well stocked with towels and extra pillows, toiletries, and coffee

The only things our room was lacking were a microwave and personal safe We were more than pleased with this location and highly recommend everyone stay there and enjoy it all

We came for 2 nights in February with my family for my birthday weekend and had such a wonderful time! The view from the room is so incredible and the service is amazing The bartenders we had, especially Kenneth, were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was great for all of us The area is great because it is not very busy, maybe it’s the slow season, but we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves

The bar and restaurant food is also really good! We were surprised by how good it was Overall great stay and will definitely be back Best view I’ve had in a while

Hotel is a bit old but clean The staff was friendly Pool bar made good drinks but outdoor seating was limited

Pool is on the small size and doesn’t get a lot of sun late in day Beach is great! Hotel has chair and umbrella rentals The food is surprisingly good and room service was fast Signature chocolate chip cookies are not as chunky as they used to be but still a nice treat

This is such a beautiful hotel! The lobby is very classy, and then when you walk out to the outside pool and entertainment area it’s definitely a step above your average hotel pool area They have a space for live music, and I was able to enjoy the Phoenix band playing They have a fantastic pool, hot tub, and bar/food hut

Not to mention that they are right on the beach with such a gorgeous view Overall just a really great environment and everything was very clean and nicely set up I’ll definitely be coming back

This was a nice, new, clean Hilton hotel I stayed for 4 days The staff was always pleasant

The room had everything we needed The AC was quiet and the beds were comfortable The breakfast area was up and running and they did a great job at keeping things sanitary I liked how all items were individually wrapped to keep others from touching your food The towels and washcloths were a bit on the “rough/scratchy/cheap” qualityThis Hilton allows dogs in the rooms and while they are mostly limited to the first floor, they were present on other floors I love my dog but don’t travel with her and I was a bit concerned how they can really clean a room, linens, furniture, and floors clean and disinfect everything with dogs present Many of the guests (with pets) stay long-term and I can only imagine the condition of the room after an extended-stay We are loyal Hilton customers and if we ever need to bring our dog with us, we will choose Home2 Suites, but I think I’ll choose a different hotel the next time we come into town I always appreciate that hotels offer the option to bring the pet

What a perfect example of how a hotel should operate When you enter, you see a modern, clean facility Wonderful aromas and friendly staff

Speaking of staff, they are kind, and hard working They address your needs…from the front desk to housekeeping We stayed almost 2 weeks (transition between buying a new home)the only issues we encountered was “Kids” Baseball tournaments must have been going on over both weekends They were just being themselves…but some parents stayed by the pool and let them run through the hotel (I don’t blame the kids or staff…just inconsiderate parenting) Overallthe hotel did a great job of managing any issues If your looking for quiet weekend getaway…this might not be your first choice (Call to see if there are tournaments going on) Short of that…you can’t go wrong

Kimmer Stoudt

This cozy hotel was just what I needed I’m a person that is challenged with anxiety from specific sounds Because my stay was over the 4th of July celebration, you can imagine how hard it was to find a quiet spot

I wanted/needed rest and decompression I’m happy to share that both occurred The staff is professional and kind The amenities were nice The location was away from city noise and MOST of the guests were friendly and respectful of their fellow travelers I hesitated to share this much about this Hilton property for fear of it getting overbooked

Can not say enough great things about this hotel Regina helped me book my stay a week before my trip on the phone She was so nice and just made me feel so at ease with the whole booking process

Once I arrived at the hotel it was so nice and clean outside A great area Felt very safe coming in and leaving as I was traveling alone I was able to stay in a King Suite It was AMAZINGfelt like a rock star It had everything you could need and more and so spacious Regina was working the desk when I arrived with the best smile Very friendly I complimented her on how she helped me with my book process How I just felt so at home She was so humble and informed me without hesitation that it took everyone at the hotel not just her to make my stay feel great Super super clean everything The pool was really nice plenty of chairs and tables for shade The breakfast was delicious! Can’t wait to go back Don’t hesitate if your staying in Melbourne this should be your first choice! Oh and Regina I still would like that autograph My hero Thank you again for the great great experience!!!

Room nice and big Which is hard to find while traveling with a quadriplegic; hospital bed, hoyer lift and four extra bags of luggage for his supplies, etc

We had plenty of room Only negative, was the main room didn’t have much light; my only complaint Hot breakfast buffet was nice and it changed daily Staff was friendly and very accommodating Close to shops and restaurants We were too busy with family activities to use their pool, but it looked nice and inviting Close to I-95, but not noisy

Wonderful stay for a week in beautiful Florida! Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff! The hotel property was kept very clean to include the common areas and the room itself Staff worked constantly to make this happen Breakfast was great with a full variety each day and each night at 6:00pm fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were served! We had an issue with our shower (it quit working) the second to the last night of our stay, but after some negotiation, we were comped accordingly

Would definitely recommend and return to this clean friendly property!

Beautiful rooms, spacious and extremely clean Beds and bathrooms were also very clean and the beds were comfortable Continental breakfast from 6-10, it is hot they have sausages, waffles, granola/oatmeal bar, and bagels you can toast

Very classy and fancy hotel and speaking of bar they have an outdoor bar next to their huge pool that you can enjoy from 5-10 pm everyday This is one if the nicest Marriots (and hotels in general) I have ever stayed at Got two rooms but one got upgraded to a suite! Highly recommend Marriott has a done a great job here Also front desk and breakfast staff were courteous and helpful Would absolutely return in the future!

This location was great the check in spanish staff lady was really nice and professional

She made sure to give me all the necessary information I also asked about near by restaurants and she gave me a few different options The weekend was good and the Melbourne beach was only under 20 minutes away The 4 out of 5 stars is due to some pet hair that was still in the room after check in This is a pet friendly hotel but i did not have a pet and if the room was cleaned and ready for check in it should not have pet hair from the previous check in

Updated rooms on the first floor that are pet friendly! We stayed with our 2 pups… The walls are pretty thin and the gaps below the doors (both the entrance and the one between rooms) are pretty wide… Light comes in and the dogs were curious as to what was going on next door! The staff…

WAS GREAT!!!! Always friendly, accommodating and helpful!! The rooms were not spotless but very clean… We will definitely stay here again!!

Rooms aren’t cleaned properly Room smelled strong of mildew & mold No drink vending machines

They will sell you a soda for $3 from the office Breakfast is horrible I got sick from sausage served at breakfast There are cigarette butts everywhere in common areas Had to clean up water & towel I used was black with dirt from bathroom floor The bed pillows smell like dirty hair & body odor The staff is very friendly, I think they can only work with what they have I don’t think you should rent rooms out & have guests subjected to the very strong paint odors People pay a lot for nothing really special about this hotel & when painting is going on, at least close the floor down so people don’t get headaches & sick from the strong paint odorsThe only reason I would think about staying there again is due solely the excellent friendly staff employeesHave your headquarter office or corporate office spend a little money & time on this hotel, then with the staff would make it a great place to sayOne more note I do think housekeeping staff needs to put more effort into sanitizing the rooms, especially with Covid cases on the ride again And please clean inside refrigerators & defrost the freezers Just too many bacteria areas for me to stay here again until some serious deep cleaning is done

Greg Schmid

I was impressed with my experience here I told the front desk people I had to call the property twice prior to arrival and both times they answered the phone quickly, answered my concerns and were patient, kind and polite That’s not the norm anymore

*Best price in area too!I stayed 2 nights The room was super clean, the property was clean, breakfast was good, no complaintsThe bicycle in the exercise room did not work so I was disappointed about that but otherwise it was a very good visit

This place is amazing! I normally just stay at a hotel when we’re in town for family but this time tried Crane Creek Inn and so glad I did! Just a place to stay became an actual vacation thanks to the attention to details and warm hospitality – the house is cozy and inviting and the grounds allow for both relaxation and fun activity Will be staying here from now on Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Kathryn Barcikowski

Our stay at Crane Creek Inn was wonderful The Inn is clean, cozy and the view on the creek is relaxing and peaceful We stayed in the Melbourne Room, which is the best room to stay in – it has its own private porch that overlooks the creek

My husband and I spent most of our time outside on the porch taking in the view or sitting by the pool The Inn is literally around the corner from downtown Melbourne, which was great when we ventured out for dinner I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the train nearby I went by quite frequently at nighttime and kept us awake We didn’t let it deter us from having a great time and enjoying our stay though

Ramona Gray

I am so sorry it has taken so long to get this review posted

sometimes life just happens! I won’t lie, my husband and I were a little concerned when we found out that our favorite place in Melbourne had new owners There was absolutely NO need to worry Mark and Meghan are amazing! They have already made some great improvements and we look forward to staying here many times in the future This property is so relaxing – plenty of great restaurants nearby in easy walking distance Just sitting by Crane Creek is amazing! This place is a treatenjoy it! We do!

We had a very good experience Brian was a very good host at the front desk The view is amazing when you walk through the door of the room

Room is a little dated but spacious Housekeeping was awesome, always good to return to a clean room, bed made and clean towels It would have been nice to have the pool heated in the cool weather Thank you

Melissa D

Very beautiful location! Sunrise was amazing Awesome location on the beach and on the quiet side I would say this hotel is not meant for children

I would stay somewhere else next time with the family The pool was not heated and it was definitely on the cool side Also seemed like housekeeping did not want to work Our room did not get cleaned one time They asked if we wanted it cleaned one day and they never came back the rest of time we were there (for 3 nights) We asked if they would come back in an hour and never saw them again We were gone for 2 full days and the room was never touched I also was with a couple on the elevator and they said their room was cleaned every day So just make sure you ask for housekeeping Just thought it was on the pricey side and not the best service

We’ve been staying here off and on since our honeymoon 26 years ago We just stayed a few days last week and it was by far the best stay we’ve ever had The front desk experiment was amazing and the gentleman that helped us was so friendly and kind

The breakfast was the BEST, food was awesome and the service was so great The food at the tiki bar was amazing! We especially loved the cheeseburgers and the bar staff was incredible The room was so clean and sheets and towels so soft We stayed on floor 15 in the corner unit and it was great to have the balcony that wrapped around I know the hotel is short staffed, but everyone was so nice and kind and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Overall very nice place You can get some food and drinks but it’s not a full restaurant or full bar They have a nice pool, a gym, and very nice courtyard area

They have a grill which you can use with a table beside it to eat at if you like The hotel is super close to the beach and about 25 minutes from the Melbourne Zoo Dog friendly The staff is helpful and amazing We always have a great stay here

Charlie Ludwig

We found the hotel and our room very clean The beds have firm mattresses The coffee maker in our room did not work so I didn’t get my hit of caffeine first thing in the mornings

The hotel has a Bistro but we opted for meals at a couple of the many eateries that line the street that the hotel is on Check in/out is quick & simple We had a quiet, peaceful stay at the Courtyard Inn in West Melbourne Fl

Regina Rucker

The two queen bed room was very dated and dirty Buyer beware when you have to ask for cleaning services Walls are paper thin and lots of noise

My room had an unnecessary balcony when the 3rd floor view was the parking lot and an extremely ugly industrial rooftop The owners should plant palm trees and foliage to camouflage the ugly view on the west side of the property Best things about the hotel were the friendly staff and the updated lobby Unfortunately, I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend this property
