One of the Best comfort Suits, everything is so good Starting from checkin fast and smooth, parking – they have lot of parking spaces safety – cameras all around the hotel, right on I-5 north east access to freeway

Very important point is they are very near to shopping complex which also have Costco Inside the hotel, rooms well maintained, very neat and clean Breakfast big space, lot of privacy, I didn’t had anything but everything is so neat and clean

Worst customer service and experience I have ever had at a hotel After canceling we walked right next door and booked at the Holiday Inn Express instead Still waiting for my refund that they guaranteed would only take 3-4 days

Well its been 7 days already and nothing If you call and ask to speak to the manager they transfer you to their voicemail not a person, three times this has happened now I’ll be headed back in in person on Monday since I’ll be in townI definitely don’t recommend this hotel to anyone However the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn nearby are all incredible hotels Stick with those f you like peace of mind!!!

Brittany Reitan

Morgan and Courtney (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were so very wonderful They were very professional and their customer service was amazingThe room was very clean they seem to have staff that truly cares about not just cleanliness, but also about all around great customer service

If we are ever back in Sacramento I will definitely be coming back to this hotel

Really nice hotel A wild turkey greeted Us in the parking lot! Rooms are clean and spacious enough for my family of four to sleep in They do skimp on body wash and shampoo

Definitely not enough for a family of four to use so we had to get more The pool is a good size and has towels that you can use in cabinets next to it Only thing I would advise is go to breakfast early We unfortunately went 15 minutes before closing and they’re not one to have it fully stocked until the very end There wasn’t much for us to eat except for some bagels and cereal All the hot stuff was gone It was definitely higher on the price per night than most other hotels but you can’t beat the location if you’re there to visit the student or do something on the campus Never got to use the fitness room but if we have the ability to stay here again I would definitely use it because it look nice

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating! We attended as part of a non-profit/conference group and the staff were such hospitable hosts and had no complaints of us! They were flexible w/ check out and even didn’t express any complaints of us staying/working in the lobby until 3-4 AM multiple nights back to backAlso, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable for a hotel that seemingly appeared small from the outside

Ashwin Raghuraman

This hotel is literally amazing! In planning for our field trip, we made multiple bookings for individual rooms, which could have resulted in a chaotic situation, however the staff reacted to our error extremely well Particularly, Hamid went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant experience, and it’s thanks to him that our field trip was able to go smoothlyAdditionally, I went to the lobby around 2 AM to get something to drink, and after noticing that the hot chocolate packets were out, Amaris offered to make me a hot chocolate herself (which was delicious)

The rooms themselves are very clean and quite large, with comfortable mattressesAll in all, this is an incredible hotel with truly wonderful staff

Quaint and old fashion, but it is a riverboat, so wonderful all the same! Our room was on the river side of the boat and the sea lions woke us up each morning, but they were fun to watch and we were able to make coffee in the room which was helpful The included breakfast was good and all of the staff we encountered were great to work with The proximity to old town Sacramento and the train museum made this hotel the perfect location

We enjoyed ourselves, but remember this is a very old restored riverboat so book with that understanding and you will not be disappointed

Steve Ody

It’s an old boat so many of the little issues can be explained away Definitely not a luxurious hotel but an interesting experience Rooms are small but decent and clean

Free breakfast was good but a bit cold Bar was fun, especially on Irish nightRecommend for the experience but maybe only for a couple nights max

Brendan Sargent

I stayed here 1 night in late Feb 2022 as i needed a place close to the Amtrak station I loved this place! It has so much personality and was cheaper than other downtown hotels It includes an amazing and complimentary breakfast in a dining room that is elegant and unique and i had friendly service

Yes, some people complain the rooms are small and the toilet is old school (but it made the experience unique and everything worked fine) but i thought the room size was perfect for 1-2 people I highly recommend this place and think it is great value for the money

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel It was very clean and updated and the room was spacious I would only recommend each guest be informed of the housekeeping ‘only upon request the night before’ rule, as soon as they check-in

This will be more useful and less frustrating than having to call the front desk and ask why your room wasn’t cleaned IMO Also, a few more breakfast hot food options would be good as well (such as bacon, sausage, pancakes etc although the waffles were excellent and they even had sugar free syrup as an optionnice touch!) They have a small gym and a nice clean outdoor pool area with a grill for BBQing if that’s your desire Also, a covered outdoor smoking area and a security guard on duty in the evening/night parking lot, and since we arrived around mid-night, we really appreciated this touch and felt very safe Overall, I was very happy with our stay and would definitely come back

Ashley Harrison

This place was great I had a long day of trave I try several other places before this one with No success the hotel was nasty, not in a good area are just plan oh to expensive

I called the Hilton number and we found this hotel which I didn’t know of at the time Should up check in and received excellent service The front desk clerks gave me a complimentary gift, meal suggestion and were to advise The room was very nice and clean the bed was comfortable too In all I am happy I got to stay at this hotel

Jennifer Hoglund

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and decided to stay overnight and watch Rivercats game The hotel we usually stay at was booked and we found this one instead The hotel is a quick and safe walk from the stadium

The room was nice, the hotel and parking lot area was clean I was a little concerned because there looked to be some older motels next door and I was worried about the car Everything was great and our car was safe

Great location and very comfortable and clean hotel! I called the day before our stay to find out if we could check in early and I was told we could check in as early as we wanted to We ended up checking in two hours early and were greeted very warmly as though they were expecting us The pool and hot tub are nice

Location is perfect as it’s close to downtown and other area attractions Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice linens 10/10 would stay again!

J Loco (Jess)

Stayed here while passing through The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the property site was well kept Maybe a few homeless dudes a couple parking lots over but other than that, no worries

I also use the Hilton rewards app It’s a good benefit I could check in, get my room number, and digital room key, all in one swoop It was a lovely stay, thank you

The staff here were super gracious and hospitable Really elevated the entire stayWe were traveling for a family vacation and enjoyed the pool and hot tub as a group

The fitness center has treadmills, a hotel style universal machine, medicine balls and yoga matsThough we were traveling for vacation, this could serve as a nice business hotel based on amenities and locationThere is an extensive snack shop, a bar with dinner menu Breakfast is reasonably priced and we enjoyed our mealThe entire stay was a pleasant surprise

I was unfortunately having to quarantine with covid while in the field for business The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport Natomas were incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond with their friendly service and hospitality They took safety precautions (putting me in an end of hall first floor room, near an exit door, for example) while still providing stellar customer service

It truly felt like a home away from home The hotel appeared clean and well maintained and the staff seemed to have great attitudes all around The food from the hotel restaurant was top notch, with well prepared, fresh meals during my stay The steak in particular was cooked perfectly The kitchen/room service staff were so friendly, even writing get well wishes on my to-go/room service containers The hotel was clean and well maintained I will most definitely be staying at Hilton Garden Inns in the future whenever possible Great location with a very isolated walking path right outside (neat wildlife around too!), and easy access to grocery stores, parks and various restaurants all close by Thank you for everything!

A+From digital check in to check out, this stay was perfect The room was well equiped with all amenities, nice touch with the welcome message on the tv screen Very clean, comfortable and new

Coffee maker, microwave and fridge, nice closet with drawers, full bathroom with large shower and great water pressure Wonderful staff, free parking, best spot to stay to and from SAC airport with easy freeway access Loved everything about this hotel!

Rowena Branch

We have been traveling extensively this summer, and have stayed at numerous Hilton hotels We had some unfortunate circumstances with previous Hilton hotels across the US, but this hotel is well managed Excellent and very friendly customer service and the rooms were spotless

It is apparent the management here knows how to hire and train and represent the Hilton brand I was disappointed we could not stay at this hotel during our entire CA stay but we needed something closer to our base

The Westin Sacramento is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at (and I have traveled quite a bit) The staff was exceptional We arrived about 9 p

m without a reservation and they accommodated us immediately My son is allergic to down, so they quickly changed out his pillows and comforter This hotel is absolutely beautiful The lobby, bar area, and conversation room is pure class There is a large fireplace in front of the comfy chairs and couches that we took advantage of, while relaxing with a cocktail from the bar There are gas fire pits on the grounds lit in the evening, if you would like that experience All nestled along the beautiful Sacramento River The hotel restaurant is Scott’s Seafood, which is first class Although we were traveling and could only stay one night, I would not hesitate to stay here as a destination for a relaxing vacation! Absolutely lovely!

I was in town on business and needed a place to rest for a bit I booked a room at The Westin Sacramento They offered valet parking but I wasn’t going to be there overnight so they allowed me to self park

Check in took less than 5 min probably I went up to my room and it was clean and tidy The room was quiet which allowed relax for a bit I didn’t get to check out any amenities but would love to go back and eat at the restaurant I hear its great!

Nav3466

We are checking out today and had a wonderful experience at the West Inn The parking is valet only but it is convenient The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the mirror lights in the washroom, the rain shower, the tub, as well as the lavender sleep sample

Loved seeing the bike every time we came in Great attention to details! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I would 100% recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids! It was in a very nice location surrounded by tons of restaurants The outside pool was beautiful, basketball court was nice, and we loved the hot tub! The pool and hot tub were very clean The only issue I had here was the pool didn’t seem heated and the rooms are a little outdated for the price point IMO

The bed was so comfortable, but the pillows were very flat The couches might have been older cause they seemed to have some ware and tear and the bath tub had some possible stains However, the breakfast makes up completely for everything! The workers were so sweet and they kept everything stocked Everything tasted great! If ever in Sacramento again we will for sure be back!

Mike Nitzel

This was my go to hotel when business brought me to town I understand we have all made changes during the pandemic This property made changes that will keep this lifetime Hilton Diamond member from never staying another night

Once I finally got into a room it wasn’t what I booked The front desk was rude at best A typical answer was always that is how it isThe room had several issues from the ceiling falling into the tub to the heater not working properly I was given a towel, hand towel and a wash cloth That’s fine but nobody tells you they don’t clean your room unless you request it 24 hours prior I called the front desk to get some towels brought to the room Well that didn’t happen I went down to get themThe breakfast was as expected Nothing great but it works My final breaking point is the do not have a dinner at night anymore besides Wednesday Then it’s very low budgetI had spent several evens hear but never again Off to the Embassy or Hilton Garden Inn

Lisa Marie

This hotel is fine for a night or two Room was clean, and had a well-appointed kitchenette Furniture is old and tattered and needs to be updated

Breakfast was hot, fresh and tastyThe low point of our stay was the fire alarm that went off at 5 am We hustled outside with the other guests No one from the hotel bothered to come around and tell us what was going on or when it was safe to return to the building We all went back in the building when the alarm stopped Fifteen minutes later, the alarm went off again Still no word from the hotel staff on what was going on A little communication would have gone a long way!

What an amazing location, room, and so so clean! We stayed at indulge for two nights and I was in Awh over how beautiful this location, buildings, and our room was (Photos online don’t do this place justice) Staying in hotels is always scary to me, but wow was I pleased You walk in, smells and looks so clean

With covid, check in is done over the phone day of, and then you get a code for front door and also your roomThere is a decent amount of ring cameras everywhere to make you feel safe Great keurig and coffee in room and everything Definitely want to come back!

NekoSarine

I stayed there with my boyfriend while visiting for a wedding There were awesome breakfasts every morning and the room was amazing and kept clean We even set up a couples massage one of the days and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had

Near the end of our stay my boyfriend became my fiancee He had them set up the room with rose petals and champagne The staff was so nice and when they saw us the following morning they all congratulated us

Jennifer Foreman

Came here for my birthday and stayed in the Villa King Suite on bottom with my man and two little ones It had a beautiful living room and kitchen with full kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, table, oven, and kurig coffee machine with tea and Pete’s coffee The bedroom and bathroom with jet tub and shower were lovely

Oh yeah can’t forget the super plush robes available as well Lots of space for your belongings as well with a dresser and closet thst had a safe, iron and ironing board This suite is especially kid friendly and is the only one that can hold up to 4 guests There’s a park/playground across the street so perfect for if you are bringing children The sparkling champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were so tasty, the pull out couch was super comfy alongside a gas operated toasty fireplace TV was also available with subscriptions only though I’m pretty sure Overall though I really enjoyed my stay, and I hope to stay here again real soon In the same suite or even try a different one next time😊
