Great management and great staff Very clean and organized hotel We were greeted by the manager upon arrival and the service was amazing

I would highly recommend this place I will definitely plan to stay here for my next visits to Chicago area By the way the parking was also excellent and lots of shopping stores and restaurants around Thank you team for making our stay as comfortable as possibleSpecial thanks to the manager who guided us around the area and recommended places to go to

Had an excellent stay at this hotel We really enjoyed staying here and will recommend it to others My only complaint the entire time was that the pool was a bit cold

The staff were very friendly and accommodating at every turn Breakfast was great with lots of options for both hot and cold food I was very impressed they even offered almond milk for cereal and coffee

Leanne Clements

The rooms were clean and spacious The lobby, pool, breakfast area and grounds could of used some attention Unkempt to say the least! Breakfast was not very appetizing

We had an issue with our room door jamming and it was handled very unprofessional by the staff The clerk on staff was even using choice 4 letter words dealing with his frustration with the situation! The next day for our inconvenience, I was told I would receive an email with points enough for a free room for any Hyatt Place Of course, that never came Very disappointed!! I would not recommend nor go back to this hotel

This hotel truly is a hidden gem! We have been coming here for years with family and friends There is so much to offer—indoor/outdoor pool, golf, 2 restaurants, game room and more The hotel is just gorgeous, as well, and the staff is amazing! From the time you check-in, you feel welcomed

I have to give a huge shout out to our absolute favorite staff member, Willie, at the pool/golf bar He is amazing—hardworking, personable, efficient, and just an overall fantastic person! Such an asset to the hotel We already can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I were here for a 1 night 2 day work conference We really enjoyed our stay Everyone was friendly and the hotel has so many amenities (large outdoor and indoor pools, nice selection of restaurants)

The conference food, snacks, drinks were great with a lot to choose from Our room was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy Thank you for a great experience Hilton team!

Karissa Plautz

Beautiful views of the golf course and skyline Clean room and bathroom Comfortable king size bed

Modern 2 restaurants and bar Friendly and helpful front desk staff Booked 2 rooms 3months ahead of time and happy to be on the same floor a few rooms away from each other Only downfall is we did ask for room service but they did not refresh towels or clean bathroom like asked

This was the best stay I’ve had in a while I stayed across the way at the Oakbrook suites recently and had instant regret But, this stay at the garden inn was exactly what my family and myself needed

Front desk was extremely kind of helpful The rooms were great and clean The pool & jacuzzi were small but perfect temp and lucky enough for us while we were down there we were the only ones My only complaint would be with the guest not the hotel My first night there were people sitting outside till 3am being very loud and inconsiderate to others Also, there were children loud playing in the hotel hall at night while my children were trying to rest Other than that I would definitely stay here again Everything is very convenient in the area Nothing we needed to get to was 10min or more away

Don’t usually rank low places but this place was bad The thing that irritated me was that they boast about how clean and sanitize they are This room hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, please see the years of dust in my picture

There was trash behind the night stand and food left in the fridge, not to mention the hand prints on the window The rooms are also very dated Plus they advertise a pool but it hasn’t been open in two plus years Messaged the hotel through the app and they didn’t bother to respond Very disappointing hotel in very nice Oak Brook, many other places to stay

Nick Culver

I had a very poor experience with my stay I stay at Garden Inn’s on a regular basis and have yet to be as disappointed as I was during this stay I did not feel like a valued guest, but rather as a burden

The hotel is seedy, stained throughout, and is in dire need of an update to even be considered a Garden Inn The bare minimum is definitely in effect at this locationThis location has diluted it’s offerings beyond a reasonable amount; from the pool that’s been “broken” for the last two+ years, to the weak $10 food voucher that doesn’t cover for even the cost of the tiny continental breakfast, to the blatant refusal to provide housekeeping services, to the persecution received while having a beer in the lobby with my coworker while we debriefed after work Regarding that last one, we were told that they didn’t have staff to clean up after us We were also later told that they don’t have staff to maintain the pool at this hotel or the Hilton hotel next door, of which they ownI think at this point, I’ve given my fair share of second chances the Hilton brand It’s been made abundantly clear to me now that raising prices, while cutting costs and offerings is their main stay I think I’ll be taking my 160+ nights per year to Marriott and Hyatt

Overall, an okay stay My family of four stayed for a 3 night stay Not once did we have our linens changed, room cleaned or trash picked up

Also, no fresh towels there were toys from likely the previous guests inside the room goes to show the room was not cleaned well beforehand There were red stains all over the carpet The amenities were why we stayed – Free parking, free hot breakfast, and the pool My kids enjoyed coming down and the selection of food It was convenient, but I would not come back based on service and cleanliness

Danijela Tomic

I booked a room a month before and I arrived at 4:30pm only to be told to wait because the room was not ready and that they were inspecting the room I waited half an hour with my husband and two children, we were tired and hungry after our flight When I asked why the room wasn’t ready when check in was at 3pm, they didn’t have a specific answer

After that, another woman came and said that she would give us a better room That was really nice but all I wanted is a room I booked and check in on time Breakfast is ok, nothing special Two stars only because of the check in process and because the housekeepers come every third day And after the third day they changed only one bed sheet and left the other dirty The location of the hotel is great!

Good hotel Quite busy but patrons and staff are good citizens Room good for being a budget hotel

Can’t find better bargain Relax in indoor heated pool – good for kids to enjoy Great free breakfast Good place to stay outside of downtown Although not too far from downtown, traffic doesn’t do justice though Expect highway traffic delays as part of your trip

Just had a family stay at one of the corner suites The room was relatively spacious and looked great with lots of windows though we had the curtains closed mostly due to the sun The décor and the furniture were slightly outdated, feels a bit retro but still in a classy taste which I like

The kitchen area was a bit small but manageable The sink counter space was adequate but hope they utilize the extra space on the side during remodeling Tub and toilet “room” was a little awkward when opening the door since the toilet is in close proximity with the door, but the area was clean, no damages, no rattling shower plumbing fixtures and sloppy caulking job Tub drains well! Beds were comfortable The thing I loved the most about this hotel was the AC unit, it’s whispering quite unlike most other hotels The irony is, the noise from I90 was quite loud Staff member were very accommodating and friendly Having Outback right attached to the hotel worked out great The location is near the Cumberland blue line station You can walk but there is a section of the route doesn’t have sidewalk starting from Hooters So this may not suitable for people with suitcases The area feels safe overall (during the day)

My favorite place to stay in Chicago Martha the manager is amazing and always has a smile on her face They will go all out to accommodate guests

The airport shuttle is also a huge plus Lots of choices to stay at near the airport but this hotel consistently provides excellent service It’s my home away from home in Chicago I don’t have one negative thing to say about this place They also have underground guest parking that helps with the weather in Chicago

Staff is highly trained and polite Have helped us with all of our random questions The whole hotel is spot less and specious Rooms are bigger than normal Hilton hotels, we always take 2 queen bed and got small lobby, fridge, nice finished bathroom, multiple sink around the room 😁 well that is different well you won’t know until you stay here lol but it’s a perk I would sayNice big parking outside and beautiful view of the road we can see from our room Cool and vibrant place must stay here if you visiting Chicago city and the area around here

Clean, comfortable room I got upgraded to a king suite Nice staff

Ideal location for me Just three things I was not happy about-Channel up/down on the TV remote didn’t work Had to manually put in channels Hard to do when you don’t know the channel numbers-Phone in room didn’t work-I was told pool was heated It was not

Cat 3

Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet, the pool is huge Showers had good water pressure The front desk guy that I saw the most was super nice and helpful

Cons: Things that were listed on the website were either unavailable or not true (no free breakfast, the pool is NOT heated, the restaurant is not open) If you have a lot of luggage and need to haul it in with a cart the entrance from the side parking lot isn’t accessible (there’s a step to get in the door) and the back parking lot is gravelI think a lot of the cons wouldn’t have stung so much if the price per night hadn’t been so high I kind of ate the cost because I thought I was paying for the amenties, but to get there and have to go to WalMart to get microwave breakfasts and dinners suckedI would only stay here again if the rooms were 100 or less a night, or if they got the breakfast/restaurant situation straightened out

Richard Willer

AWFUL place to stay including management I took pictures of my room that I will be posting on other social mediaThe room was not cleaned

An opened beer was in the fridge, safety bobby pin on the floor, tape literally holding some of the wall together, and the mirror when steamed stated ‘TRUMP 2021!’ I talked to the supervisor when he came in at 4pm only to say they will just take 20% off and can’t find any product to remove the sign on the mirror! Room preparation is a simple task Hotels accept damage deposits, so most issues should be an easy fix, just buy a new mirror or washing product then! Seems very lazy on staff

We are so happy to have experienced such kind hospitality as we did at the Residence Inn Chicago Oak Brook The hotel works out very well for us given the superb location close to the Oak Brook Mall and many awesome eating options More importantly, it has been a very cozy comfortable place for us to call home while there with spacious and sparkling clean rooms equipped with all the necessary conveniences

The staff is extremely warm, friendly and accommodating as well An especially worth mentioning staff member is Darlene who has gone out of her way to make sure our family has everything we need for a comfortable stay and has gone well above and beyond the level of service we have experienced before at any property The lady in the breakfast area too is so kind and friendly and always offered service with a smile! It is due to the hospitality we receive at properties such as this one in Oak Brook that people like me continue to choose the Marriott brand for my very frequent stays when away from home Thank you Darlene and staff for making our stay in Chicago so special and memorable!

I visited this hotel years ago and had a great time on new years eve Back then the hotel needed some renovations I came back on 05/10/2022

The hotel was renovated! The rooms have great furniture, excellent tvs and an overall modern decor The hotel lobby looks great and is functional The breakfast was tasty and hotDuring my previous visit, some years ago, we received attentive and professional service from Darlene To my great surprise she is still employed with the hotel Although I did not initially recognize her, I received a great level of service from her I reminded her that we visited years ago and was impressed with the new look of the hotelDarlene is so professional and quick to assist Keep up the good work Darlene, we look forward to visiting again soonEveryone we encountered was pleasant and professional too So kudos to the management

5 day stay The room wasn’t cleaned once I took out my own trash and disposed of my own dirty towels

They couldn’t give me new towels They couldn’t give me an extra blanketI tried to extend my checkout and was told I would need to pay for an extra night I was ready and willing to pay for the extra night They then retracted the offer, and I was forced to leave

Excellent hotel, comfortable beds, really awesome lap pool and gym, and hot tub Little deep for small kids but we brought a life jacket and our daughter loved it I was able to swim for hours alone during the day

It was so relaxing Great restaurant down in the lobby Great breakfast in the executive lounge Super friendly staff Definitely recommend staying here

Emily Stranski

Love this place We first visited in December for a pool night during Christmas break We just went back again last week because the kids kept begging to go back

The pool and hot tub are great! Huge pool, much larger than most hotels It is 4 feet deep throughout, so good for my kids who can swim wellHot tub adjacent to pool but tucked away so nice for me to relax while still able to keep an eye out Over Christmas, there were maybe 2-3 other couples/ families using pool while we did This last time we came during a snowstorm, so we literally had pool to ourselves in both the evening and next morningRooms were well appointed, recently renovated, and clean Exactly what I was expecting Front desk is very friendly and helpful as wellI’m a bonvoy member and enjoyed the late checkout offered with my status in order to enjoy the pool longer before we leftThis hotel is right next to Target, the Yorktown mall, movie theater, restaurants Plenty of options and amenities for a business or family type traveler Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and it was great The room was spacious with two queen sized beds The lobby looked very nice with fast elevator times as there were 5 elevators

+bathroom+spacious room-Stephanie-room service-pool area-parkingThis by far was my worst Hilton stay! I called in advance to see if I could check in at 2pm The lady on the phone asked me my last name, confirmed my reservation and told me coming at 2pm would be perfectly fine Well I get there and Stephanie who did not come off very customer friendly at all quickly shut me down and told me I could not check in early

I explained I called for this very reason before driving 40minutes She told me I’d have to wait about 30-40min and there were people ahead of me That was the first thing I understood she was doing her job but she comes off very rude with how she speaks and her facial expressions Once we were finally checked in Stephanie then gave me & my mom the same room number on our keys so I had to go back downstairs to get this fixed The rooms were very spacious but so outdated, the carpet and furniture was hideous but I liked the space and the bathroom was my favorite We stayed 3 nights but room service never showed up until we called On day two my husband saw room service and asked if they could come get our trash and dirty towels and she told him if we wanted our room cleaned we had to call the front desk I’m not sure if this is new but even when you stay for a couple of nights they at least come to your room to offer new towels and pick up any full trash When we finally got new towels my towel was so thin and hard it hurt, literally it was nothing like the first set of towels But, my biggest complaint is the pool Our swimsuits had a awful smell after getting into the pool/hot tub I have never had an odor as such after being in a pool Next thing I know we are all sick by the time check out comes The only person that was not sick is my mom and she is the only one who didn’t step foot in the pool or hot tub To top it off when I checked in I was handed a card to put in my car but was never told I was being charged daily for parking I have never paid for parking when staying at the Hilton This was my first time at this particular Hilton and will be my lastIt was my most expensive stay but yet my least favorite I will say the gentleman that worked the night shift I didn’t get his name but he was very friendly to myself and my daughter

Carl Kroboth (CPK3RD)

Is it terrible? No Is it excellent? NoBut hello 1990, I hear you want your hotel back

Updates are definitely needed, as the rooms look the exact same as when I traveled a lot in the late 90’s and early 2000sAs for the cleanliness of the room it was a 3 out of 5 One stained bath towel, and the old furniture just doesn’t make the room inviting The shower leaked through the door soaking the bath matNot to mention $20 for a $10(value) breakfast Only because the closest place to get breakfast is 10min awayJudging by the other recent reviews it looks like Hilton has some work to do to bring this hotel back to the 5 star status it once was

Robyn Christopher

Booked a King Suite, stayed 3 nights The location was perfect! Close to highway into Chicago, near shopping and plenty of dining optionsThere must have been a few mix ups with our booking, initially they were showing as 2 nights not 3 but that was straightened out at check in

We didn’t have a king bed in the king suite, it was a queen The mattress was very hardThis hotel has an elegant banquet hall next to it and uses it for events like weddings There were 3 during our stay This wouldn’t be an issue, except once the event ends the guests staying at the hotel tend to continue the party in the center of the hotel The center is a gathering / seating area and the noise traveled very well up to the 6th floor and thru my door at 2 & 3 in the morningFront desk staff is relatively non-existent and isn’t very friendly or helpful Breakfast is OUTRAGEOUS $12 for their “continental” is some fruit, a few bread choices and cereal And for $20 you can have breakfast like sausage and eggs from a warmer

I rarely write 3-star reviews but I thought this might be good for anyone with families to readHere are things that we didn’t like about this hotel:1 The living room is very noisy and bright

I have 2 teenagers, and we thought the pull out couch would make a good place for one of them to sleep to give them some space It did not work out well They have glass panels in the hotel room doors, which was pretty, but it let in all the hallway light You could also hear everything from the outside They were very busy during our stay and they lounge area was noisy into the middle of the night We could hear this despite being on the 5th floor2 The staff was mostly nice but not always helpful My son got sick while visiting He unfortunately did not make it to the bathroom in time We cleaned this up ourselves because it was out son and we didn’t want to make the cleaning service do it However we didn’t want to keep the towels with vomit in the room I put it in a plastic bag and took it to the front desk for laundry and the lady looked at me like I was crazy I also had to twice ask for beddingThings we did like about the hotel1 The complimentary drinks was a nice touch and appreciated Unfortunately it does get pretty packed during that time so you may not have a place to sit2 The location is perfect Close to other hotels, conventions and the train station is within a 5 minute walk

You get breakfast for each day you stay you get two drinks between 5:00 and 6:30 each day u stayHallways and elevators were way too hot Elevators need at least one fan or two felt like you were going to have a heat strokeRoom was decent I like the setup

Nice size tvs the shower could have been deeper water pressure could have been harderEven though we were by the airport didn’t really hear it unless you were standing outside so that was a plus didn’t get a chance to get in the pool but the area we were in was pretty good restaurants down the road Casino shopping $33 parking but it’s well worth it because you can get in and out without them charging you each time you leaveFirst day of breakfast eggs sausage French toast make your own omelette oatmeal regular toast muffins bagels and cerealSecond day eggs sausage pancakes make your own omelette regular toast muffins bagels cereal oatmealI do recommend this place and I will stay again🙂

We stayed here for a 3 day conference The bad: the employees at the front desk don’t know how to deal with crowds, they were ready to explode at any minute, anyone asking to change a room, or wanted a service that they don’t offer, felt like a crisis happening, at some point I thought an employee was deaf because he was completely ignoring a person who didn’t stand in line As someone who deals with people often, these employees need training, serious training

The good: The hotel was very clean, all our needs were met, the service at the bar for lunch and the rooms was superb The food servers at the dinner hall were welcoming and fastWe were able to leave our luggage at the hotel desk after check out to tour the city then come back pick them up in the evening before leaving to the airportThe shuttle to the hotel is a great service! Over all will come back for sure

Jackie Hudson

A good place near the airport if you have a layover Courtesy van runs every 30 min and was very efficient and driver was professional and helpful Disappointed that two chicken sandwiches and to mixed drinks plus tip was almost as much as the room ($90, no kidding) but there is nothing close by and we were too tired after 13 hr flight to look for other options

Booked a king room Got double full size beds that barely fit both of us Both beds didn’t use a fitted sheets, which is fine if the flat sheets actually covered the mattress

Both were not completely covering the mattress at the foot of the bedAirport shuttle arrived and left late Appeared to just be sitting on the side of the hotel across the street until 5am where it pulled up to pick up people there before coming over to the Doubletree If it cannot leave on the hour as stated, the time should be adjusted Shuttle driver left the door shut until loading all bags making us wait, before letting everyone on (although there were guests from the other hotel already on the shuttle)! Why would it matter if people are already on? I’ve seen this before at this hotel during the winter thinking it I’d appropriate to have guests wait in freezing weather to board

First impression of my visit this past weekend (6/10/22) was that this place was going to be great The lobby was impressive and well maintained and check-in was friendly and efficient Unfortunately this trend did not continue

Once we reached the ninth floor the halls were overly warm a thermostat on the wall near the elevator stated it was 77 degrees and it remained that way our entire stay My group and I were treated to various unpleasant smells over the course of our weekend stay in the same hallway Again our first impressions of the room were great but that faded as the weekend drew on A moderate sized stain on the carpet we discovered when we moved a chair to play board games, small spots of peeling wallpaper, messy grout in the bathroom shower, incredibly dirty AC/heater vent, and mini fridge but no microwave were amongst the biggest annoyances for a room of the price range Breakfast was the biggest surprise, there was a buffet with a pretty standard spread of items like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, and a fruit bar We were waved over to a table and then went to get our food, some of the items that should have been cold were room temp like the cottage cheese Imagine our surprise when the man who waved us to the table brought us checks as it was not posted anywhere or ever told to us that this was not complimentary like it is a “lower” caliber hotels After tax something like $21 per person for this buffet One of our group only had a small bowl of cereal and a glass of water Overall very disappointed

Great place to stayRooms were ample and nicely furnished, I like coffee pots that do not use pods My room had a tub, unfortunately didn’t had a chance to enjoy it

Location is unbeatable, walking distance to the outlets and very convenient shuttle service to the airportEven taking the CTA train is just a 10 minutes walk awayFront desk helped out group a lot, we had special requests and they worked hard to help usGreat place to stay, the welcome cookie is a nice touch

OK it’s not the worlds worst Marriott but it’s darn close AC doesn’t function well, you can’t see out the windows because they’re so fogged up inside the glass There is a sign leading to an ice machine on my floor and it was just an empty alcove

But what really bothered me was the television Not the television itself was bad but the service was abysmal Not like your standard Marriott Just scrolling guide with only about 30 channels, most of them just worthless No guide, you had to just remember what channel you liked wait for the scrolling and then go to it No possibility of logging in with on demand All Marriotts have had this as standard issue for the past five years or so, this is just silly and frustrating Posting this review now, but going up the chain of command to make sure the president and CEO of Marriott are aware of these inconsistencies The hotel looks nice from the outside but once you get inside you realize that really it’s just a one and a half star motel at best

Irfan Waseem

Horrible experience The hotel is extremely dull and run down and location is not great either On top of that, the front desk Staff named Dana was extremely rude

We were visiting from NJ where the indoor mask mandate had been lifted I totally understand the different mask mandate in illinois however, the staff needs to be courteous in reminding people for wearing masks She screamed at us saying “wear your mask NOW” We reported the hotel to the Marriott customer service and checked out right awayThis hotel is not worth my money or my points I visit Chicago every month and this hotel is totally off my list I would recommend the hotel management to properly train their staff and manager in customer service

Heidi Pinkham

NEVER will stay here again, nor would I recommend Hotel run down and employees rude The breakfast was a joke

I ordered French toast The preparer toasted the bread in a toaster, sprinkled confectionary sugar on it and served with syrup The drink I ordered expired 2 months ago My sister ordered a “Starbucks” coffee and it tasted like water When she tried to get another cup, the manager was rude to her and gave her another cup of watered down coffee Seriously, this is a Marriott???

Me and my husband stayed here back in February and it was amazing This was our first time away from our kids since the pandemic started and we enjoyed every moment The staff was really nice, the hotel in general was very clean

We stayed in two different rooms and loved them both, I really enjoyed the tub and shower and was able to relax The restaurant/bar was great and the drinks were the best I can’t wait to visit again and do some more sight seeing in the area

Derrick Woolfson

Well appointed hotel with several conveniently located restaurants & shopping Staff at desk were very friendly and accommodating They offered to check me in early, which was great

I also highly recommend their spa The massage therapist Agnes was incredible, honestly one of the best massages I’ve had All in all, great hotel for our business meetings and would absolutely stay here again Thanks for making our stay a pleasurable experience

I was so excited to try this hotel for a few months now I stayed here one night and everything was just fine Everything was cleaned really no issues just nothing to tell other people about

The price is kinda high as well, I think the price is the main reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, doesn’t offer a good bang for your buck (In my opinion)

Hotel is definitely dated, in need of upgrades for sure We had a few issues with our room (A/C went out, condensate line plugged and got the carpet soaked) however they relocated us to another room Staff was phenomenal with the exception of a front desk employee (a male) who got an attitude and acted like he wanted to go outside and fight

Want to thank Nathan for fixing everything!! He is good as gold

Ben Cerveny

Everything was very average or below in the rooms No fridge, just a “cooling box”, the toilet was put in crooked so the door would close in the tiniest of bathrooms and the whole place is from the 70s They are updating this year which is very needed

Also, the pool was closed even though the website says they have one The only savior is the bed was fairly comfy

Jack Oxley

The stay at the hotel was nice and quiet The food was very good as well as the service However, I pre-paid for a room through a third party company on 7/27 and 7/28 and then received an email from the hotel with charges for 7/28 for the room

I have been attempting to contact the accounting department to correct it several times leaving messages with no return or email correcting the additional charges This is bad customer service and wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless this has been corrected

We celebrated our anniversary yesterday and stayed here We were surprised by the hotel with champagne and chocolate strawberries in our room, nice touch 😉 It was a lovely experience overall

Though we could imagine how beautiful the scenery is in the summerwe will definitely be back! The property is huge, pool is big enough to swim laps, there’s a hot tub too Gym is also very big There’s a cute restaurant that over looks the lakewe didn’t get to try it because we arrived after 3pm and it’s only open for breakfast and lunch but you can still get dinner later in the bar/lounge Clean, beautiful, relaxing property and staff was very nice as well

One of the most romantic hotels I’ve ever stayed at Rooms were clean, and a big plus is that they have windows that actually open and you can get some fresh air in the room The front desk was professional and attentive

The design of the building and the location give you that unique lodge feel, like you’re somewhere in the mountains of Austria Great stay, and will stay here whenever I’m in the area They are dog friendly and the prices are more than fair $25 daily pet fee and 60lbs weight limit

Marian Jones

Love love love the location The scenery was beautiful The rooms could have been cleaned

There was dust every where My niece room had a spider web in the corner of the room with a spider So that room hadn’t been cleaned in awhile The bathroom sink had mold or something around the faucet So i did cleaning myself Because staff said the rooms don’t get cleaned until the 3rd day

The location, customer service, and speediness in responding to requests was great! There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area! We declined housekeeping, but every time we requested something, we received it within a few minutes Everything else could use some work The parking lot flooded on my first night and I had to wait until the water receded before I could get in my car

It was so flooded that ducks were wading in it The building is old, but renovated…but there’s only 1 elevator My room was on the absolute opposite side of the hotel so it was a long walk With that said, I decided to take the stairs throughout my entire trip…to include dragging heavy luggage down the stairs upon checkout The towels and bedding were all dingy There was a giant spider and cricket in the room The bistro’s menu looks appealing, but several of the items are pre-made and only heated when ordered That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but the prices should reflect that I visit this area quite often, but not sure that I would choose this hotel again

Greg Geuss

We were glad we found this hotel ,due to our reservation with another hotel had Flooded and not able to accommodate us ,so we were at the availabilities luckThe room is nice, the bed is great !!The unfortunate part is the design of the hotel is in the shape of U

they only have one ! elevator and a couple of stairways which in which in some cases makes it very inconvenient, To get to either the lobby or your vehicle ,given the location of your roomNice pool,Lobby has drinks and or food for purchaseNice quite area
