Beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service from everyone! My husband and I are Platinum Elite members and usually stay at the Naples Beach Resort, but he’s a golfer, so we wanted to try this resort We loved it! The staff is friendly, which is normal at an RC, but this team was a notch above They made you feel like family and went above and beyond

The bellman, valet, front desk staff, pool attendants, bartenders, housekeeping – they were all helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience Food is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful to walk, and the pool area is great Very relaxing! Valet had our car in minutes! We planned to take the shuttle service to the beach resort for a day, but we loved this hotel so much we never left! Stayed for 5 days and can’t wait to go back Thank you to the entire team for such a great trip and going above and beyond!

Really hoped to enjoy our stay Chrissy at the pool bar was amazing and should be awarded the honest honor The Ritz has to offer Beside that…Everything was great until our room flooded when the shower drain stopped draining about an hour after we actually went to utilize the room

When we alerted the front desk they were apologetic and that’s where it ended They basically left us with no option but to cut our stay short and just leave They were not overbooked, there were plenty of rooms available but for some reason they chose to just give up on us They told us to “please enjoy the amenities” even though there was a lightning storm going on outside and everything was closed We’re locals of 10 + years and we were attempting to enjoy our 10 year anniversary at what we thought was a high end resort only to find that we were wrongWe even went to the front desk in person to find that management did not want to accommodate us in any way We were not looking for anything for free, just wanted to get what we paid for Very disappointedId love to talk more positively about the entire experience but sadly we’re left thinking only of the worst aspect of it

Paul Francis

Two Thumbs Up, My wife and I have stayed at this Ritz Carlton 3 or 4 times, the experience each time has been outstanding Every single person we encounter was wonderful, friendly, helpful The newly renovated rooms are beautiful especially the bathrooms

The valets were terrific and would have your car brought around in no time We had a great time looking forward to heading back to Tiburon P&S

Part of the Hilton family of hotels Nice Hotel as far as furnishings, beds etc Not the cleanest of hotels

At least, not as clean and detailed as their sister hotel chain the Hampton Inn My wife said the bath tub wasn’t bath worthy In other words, not clean enough Dirt in the corners Carpet not vacuumed well I know A little nit picky but cleaning could be better Only one out of all the staff I saw was wearing a mask and he was the one fixing the omelettes So if that bothers you, avoid this hotel Really good breakfast with a big variety of choices Custom made omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, bread, pancakes, coffee and watered down juice Very friendly staff despite being maskless Comfortable beds and nice room furnishings which included a small fridge and microwave Working flat screen in the bedroom and front room Large bathroom with no exhaust fan Would I stay in another Embassy Suites, yes This one is not really close to any of the typical attractions of southwest Florida like the beach

Spike Hopkins

We always go to embassy suites and we were accustomed to their great rooms and service We noticed over the pandemic the service went down and the free breakfast and free managers drink special went away But it’s great to see that this Embassy Suite is back running 100%

The managers drink special was very nice and they even have IPAs on draft The breakfast was the best Embassy Suites breakfast we’ve ever hadThey offered eggs scrambled or made to order by a chef Fresh fruit, coffee and juices They have a variety of pancakes waffles bacon ham and corned beef hash The meats rotate daily as to which one will be featuredThey do not offer daily maid service unless it’s requested But that’s okay due to the current situation in the hotel industry If you need any supplies the front desk has them on hand to giveThe staff was incredibly nice in all areas of the hotelThe Embassy suites has a incredibly large swimming pool with enough lounge chairs for the entire hotel occupants to sit They also have a hot tubOverall this is probably in the top three of the best Embassy suites we’ve ever been in

Hoyt Phillips

Had a nice stay here recently The staff was very friendly and helpful The pool area is nice with a separate hot tub and a large covered area

The rooms are what you’d expect The hotel is dated but it’s clean The breakfast and evening drinks and light snacks were nice The one negative was low shower pressure We were on the 2nd floor and I was surprised at how low it was Overall a good stay and the location is very convenient to 75

I feel the need to go out of my way to leave a review for this place! (I usually don’t bother) We had an INCREDIBLE time here! I read other reviews right before we came and got scared, but we did not experience any broken amenities etc The property was beautiful, well taken care of, and had enough to do! Our room was gorgeous and bigger than expected, the pools were amazing and there was even a sauna and steam room

The private beach was so cool and super nice that it wasn’t packed Prices of food and drinks were the worst part but that’s expected We would definitely return to this property anytime!! Thank you Hyatt!

Kara M

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quaint condo My son and I stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom apartment Newly renovated with nice decor

Came with a galley style open concept kitchen with a dining area and living room We did not hang out too much in the room too much as there is a great pool area with a lazy river The cabanas are extremely reasonably priced and come with a tv that you can use your streaming services on as well as a mini refrigerator We also took the short shuttle boat ride to the private beach that they offer Super nice experience not very crowded at all They also sell drinks and small snacks at the beach The staff is super friendly and very helpful Highly suggest this hotel/timeshare

Wonderful hotel for a convention Every room has a balcony with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico I only wish the Gulf was a little closer, so I could have made it out to the beach

They do offer shuttle carts during the day, but I was busy with the convention until they were done running every day of my stay The convention staff and bar staff were excellent, making you feel very at home and welcome The banquet food was exceptional, especially the artfully prepared desserts The hotel has excellent happy hour specials at the restaurant and the lobby bar, including special events at the lobby bar during the weekend Overall a wonderful stay and a great hotel

Laura Thompson

Beautiful property Great room and fabulous pool Shuttle service to beach was wonderful

We had a great experience at the Inn The staff was very professional, they did a great job I would definitely go back

Each morning they provide fresh fruit, yogurt, toast/bagels and a waffle maker They will temp you with fresh donuts as well There is a daily free shuttle to Vanderbilt beach which is just up the road The rooms are very nice with wood floors and a small balcony

The Dugans

While I usually come down to Naples for business, on this last trip I was joined by my wife On a picture perfect day, the beach shuttle and complementary beach chairs and umbrella made for a great outing on the Gulf coast The front office manager was extremely helpful and gracious

The cleanliness of the room was impeccableThe ambiance and customer service at the Inn provides a five star experience without the exorbitant cost

Nathan Foster

We had a bit of a mixup with our room upon arrival, but they were more than able to make it up to us Everyone we encountered provided good service and staying there a week we really got know some of the staff The pool is shallow and not too big but very clean and inviting

Rooms are cute and have a small balcony Breakfast was ok but has absolutely no protein except for some small yogurts Fortunately, everything you need is next door at either Publix or CVS We didn’t use the shuttle since we had a car and the local beach looked crowded Overall, we had a pleased stay here

I wanted to say thank you to the staff at Courtyard Marriott Naples They helped me with a birthday surprise They decorated the room with balloons, banner and streamers

They accepted the Publix delivery and made sure to put all the items away for me It was a great surprise could not have done it with out their help The pool and hot tub was relaxing at the end of the day Look forward to staying there again

Alexa Hernandez

Had a decent stay The only reason I did not rate this as a 4 or above were as followed For the hotel being recently renovated less than 3 years ago it was very flawed

The shower head and shower faucet in our room was leaky, the faucet was not sealed properly, the beds were in OK conditions but the mattress was a tad bit poor since I could feel some springs The house keeping service needs to do a better job at cleaning as when I arrived I found hair from the previous guest, the floors were super dirty and full of crumbs and other debris and the sliding glass door was disgusting I went out of my way to go to the store to buy some cleaning supplies because even the shower was dirty as I could see the scum on it and I was not going to give my toddler a bath in a dirty shower Hotel was spot on when request where made which is good but apart from that some upkeep is needed Staff is attentive and very nice so that’s a plus

Tamika Fraser

Bill was So Helpful and Friendly at Check onHotel is newly updated with hard wood floor (So much nicer than carpet)Great location and there’s a mini starbucks!

Fantastic staff from manager to front desk to maintenance to janitorial Everyone has been so helpful Love the restaurant and Tiki Bar – 2 for 1 drink specials are great

Music almost all day which we enjoy And right on a beautiful wide beach Everything shuts down around 10 so not too late for a good night’s sleep This is an older property but it was exactly what we were looking for

Chelsea Besselsen

This place was an absolute gem to stay at! Our rooms were facing the courtyard and had a blast dancing to the band The tiki bar has the friendliest employees and all around make you feel like you’ve been vacationing there for years The pool is perfect temperature, and if you forget a floaty like we did there’s a gift shop right there! Cannot wait to come back, thank you for the best time and memories!

FRANK SOLORZANO

So let me be fair, I paid for the location, you are within walking distance to the beach Great location! But this is not a resort or you will get a luxury room, the rooms are small and the furniture and appliances are outdated, the outside not well kept at all, the pool is small, with 10 people inside the pool was crowded If you are looking for a hotel with beach front this is affordable in comparison to the other places, but do your research

With in walking distance you have great choices for breakfast dinner or lunch The cleaning staff work hard to make sure you’re room is clean Great job guys! So do your research before you book your vacation

He gave us a beautiful room, and we will forever be thankful, it made our stay extra specialThere was construction going on, however it wasn’t disruptiveThe shuttle bus allows you to visit the golf resort down the road with a newly renovated poolThere were many great food options and the beach was beautifulWe will be making this a yearly trip!

Kayla W

My husband and I just got home from a four-night stay at the Ritz Naples Beach Resort While there is a lot of construction going on (which we knew about before booking!!), we didn’t find it negatively impacted our stay at all Our room was updated, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view

The food on property was delicious and the cocktails were great (Chris, the bartender at Dusk, was awesome!) We enjoyed the beach & pool, and took advantage of the shuttle to the Golf Resort where we spent a day at the pool/lazy river We can’t wait to come back and visit once all the renovations are complete!!

Laura Dembowski

From start to finish my time at Ritz Carlton Naples was fantastic, literally perfect Though it is under construction, it didn’t affect my time there at all Everyone made sure we were taken care of, the room was bright and comfortable and clean

Oh and the view! The view is so awesome there are no words Stay here and hang out during your visit, as food, drink, and beach vibes are abundant

Hotel was great!!! No complaints the room was clean The covers smelled like chlorine wich is a good indicator that the bed covers have been disinfected

There is a vending machine and ice machine on the second floor It does take credit cards Breakfast was a bit disappointing but nothing horrible Coffee, juice, toast, butter, and danish with milk and cereal Wish they had eggs and bacon but I understand for the price it might be too much Overall great stay

Kerry Krivoshein

I’m not sure if it was new or recently remodeled, but this is a template for what a traveler’s hotel should be Rooms were a little bigger than average, bathrooms were a bit small, but had plenty of room for storing extra towels, etc Floors were composite tile rather than the usual carpeting that gets dirty easily

Check in and check out was virtual, that is, a hotel employee was on a TV screen interacting with patrons in the lobby Parking was easy as was access in and out of the building There was an employee always cleaning something Breakfast was excellent and on time Beam me up, Scotty! The future is here!

Angela Valentin

Again this hotel manager lied The hotel does have bed bugs We have written proof from the doctor

She said she has never seen a case so bad in her life The Lee County Health Dept will be notified with the sickening photos of the bites over my husband’s body Do not stay here unless you want bed bugs If anyone wants photos I will share with you

The property was clean, fresh, and essential to my trip to Naples! Thank you so much

Stayed at this property this week and found hotel and staff excellent Juli at Front Desk was very nice and Jean from Operations addressed AC system in room (even though he had already clocked out)We were in town on a friend’s family matters and it was nice to have a comfortable getaway each evening before we dove back into family projects each day

Also, breakfast was tasty and the Newspaper (USA Today) was appreciated, as I had not seen physical newspapers at any hotel in US/overseas since before the pandemic Much appreciated entire stay 😊

Michael Kyle

We booked the Homewood Suites as a last-minute stay between Christmas and New Years This hotel is in a centrally located area with plenty of food options around It’s not far from the beach and about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers airport

The front desk staff was great We were always greeted when we came in the front doorBreakfast was complimentary It didn’t look that great for us and frankly, there are some excellent breakfast and brunch locations in the area We only grabbed coffee and a danishThe room was clean and comfortable My wife thoroughly loved the bed but it was a little stiff for my tasteHousekeeping is not cleaning the rooms daily because of the virus This isn’t that big of a deal but I do miss it Honestly, it’s one of the perks of travel that I think I always took for granted

Bella Montalvo

Location is perfect! Close to beaches eatery grocery and retail stores! The facility is run down needs improvement beds are smaller than your standard queen size At the time of my visit, we couldn’t enjoy the complimentary breakfast by 8:15-8:30am all the food was gone! Staff let guests no additional food will be cooked This hotel is pet friendly

Please be aware Of dogs walking around in the cafeteria, sitting area and pool side Digital key didn’t work The hotel is loud/noisy They didn’t have enough towels to give to guests We are a family of 5 we only received 2 towels per day Guests were at the pool drinking alcohol and playing music loudly I found their rates to be high I’m guessing they are pricey because of their location which is the only thing great about this hotel other than that, its poor service all around, I do Not recommend!

You would never know it’s there Location is set behind a plaza off of 41 It is quiet and peaceful if you’re looking for relaxation

Room/condo is well equipped with all the essentials Room was very clean, nice clean scent Service, staff is great Although resort is not on the beach, beaches are nearby Considering this is a Sunstream resort, I expected more Resort is outdated, rooms are outdated Not what I expected based on the rate I asked for a room in a quiet part of the resort and it was provided However there was construction in the room next to ours! Not quiet I would recommend Parkshore in Naples if being on the beach is not important and you would like the comfort and convenience of a condo home type room

The room was even better then pictured and promised We were in room 5 The decor was so cozy

I now want my own LED fireplace Parking is limited, but luckily they’re quick to respond to text messages, so we were able to secure parking nearby via the manager The bed was a cozy king and linens were comfortable Finding two welcome flavored seltzers and coffee with sugar and creamer was a nice touch The Continental was unexpected but appreciated The water side of the place was so relaxing, we spent time relaxing there and socializing with other guests And Prime steakhouse in the corner was another gem! Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the water We’ll definitely be back!

Bonita Springs has been on my getaway list for awhile and I finally checked it off Let me start by saying, I will be back and I will want to stay here again I was skimming through hotels on google that checked certain boxes within my price point and when I saw this place it felt like a perfect match

Lets be clear, this is not going to be the perfect place for everyone Pulling up, the outside kind of makes me think of a well managed motel, if I had only seen the front before I booked, i may have said “nah” but I know I would regret that decision now The breakfast is nothing fancy, pastries, bananas, oranges, protein/granola bars, yogurt, some juice and coffee, but it gets the job done, if you want something more the griddle was free most mornings and could be used to make a mean breakfast if you were so inclined The kayaks and paddle boards are nothing fancy, but they work and we enjoyed them One of the 4 bikes had a flat when we went to use them, we let the housekeeper know on Saturday and they had it fixed and back in circulation Tuesday morning We were in room 2 (there are only 9 rooms and they all seemed pretty consistently filled while we were there) which was perfect for 2 people that are sharing a bed The kitchenette had good size fridge A little portable cooktop, a microwave, a blender, basic dishes, cooking utensils, a drying rack for after you wash everything and even a couple barstools that I don’t think we ever used bur were a great touch Is everything maintained perfectly? No, the place definitely has some DIY vibes going on but it was clean, comfy and there were no bugs in the room, plus the DIY thing is kinda charming sometimes in its own way even if it isn’t the pristine picture some people may want The plunge pool/hot tub was also great and we spent a couple afternoons out there with some frozen drinks we prepped in the room It can be set to one temperature and it takes awhile to adjust so don’t go expecting always a hot tub or to always be a refreshing cool temperature, anyone can change the settings at any time, which is both a blessing and a curse imo The thing that impressed me the most was all the little miscellaneous perks that I wasn’t really expecting Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers you can take and use for the day (availability limited), bug spray, sunscreen and aloe laid out on the deck for anyone to grab and use, waterproof phone pouches hung up next to the kayaks and more that I’m probably forgetting The staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were all very friendly and helpful I don’t know if I’ve ever been to the same hotel twice as an adult, I like trying new places, but I’d have a hard time coming back to Bonita and not booking here again after the experience I had Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Gullwing The property was great, the rooms spacious with everything we needed The walk to the beach was perfect

We even borrowed their bikes and rode around for a while Definitely a vacation we plan on taking again The staff was extremely accommodating and Jessica just made the stay even more special Thank you for everything!

Our family of 5 stayed in room 1201 Great size it’s basically a 3 bedroom condo

It was very spacious and comfortable Balcony had excellent views of the gulf and the bay Full kitchen was useful to make breakfast at home the proximity to the beach is great, can walk right thru the pool area to access the gulf was 89 degrees when we were there Beach chair rentals were $30 per pair staff was very nice and helpful arranged a late check-out for a small fee only minor gripe is one of the showers had low water pressure, but that’s nit-picking great place and location driving towards the pier can get jammed

First of all I would like to give the good1 Very Clean Resort

2 Great Amenities3 Great LocationNow the bad1 No positive hospitality for people of color2 No courtesy call from the the front office other than to remind of check out3 No overview of amenities mentioned when I checked in4 You have to use google to find out where the fitness room is5 Too many shells in the sand which makes it difficult to walk in the sand6 The person renting the chairs and umbrellas did not get out of the chair to acknowledge my husband and I until we literally had to say something to them rather than them saying how can I help youMy first and last time coming here If you are a person of color, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

First time I stayed here and am VERY impressed Was upgraded to a king suite just by asking (no additional fee) Room was very comfortable and quiet even though we were in the first floor near the elevator

The breakfast every morning was what you expected but the staff made it exceptional Beautiful heated pool overlooking a lake Beds were firm and very comfy Close to everything Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was perfect for what we needed The front desk staff was friendly and informative The room was clean, which is important to me

I didn’t really hear roadway noise, so I slept good There is hot coffee or hot water available in the front lobby There is also a restaurant nearby that you can walk to, but we didn’t have a chance to try it There are other great restaurants you can drive to that are minutes away Many are first come first serve, so get there a half hour earlyThe elevators do take forever, especially if you’re in a hurry I wish there was a sign to indicate how close or where the staircase was, so I can go that route if I wanted to I couldn’t immediately find it The beds are slightly on the firmer side, if that’s what you like Other than that, there are no other issues or complaints that I had for this hotel

We had originally booked a one bedroom suite for three adults, as there were no other rooms available We were presented with a nice surprise when we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite The room was an entire apartment, it had a full kitchen with everything you need, full living room, two full bathrooms with laundry

It was only a 3 minute walk from our room to the ocean Beach chair rentals were super convenient The gym was even good for a hotel gym, had a treadmill and an elliptical, basic dumbbells, a bench and a cable rack We will be booking here again

Anamarie Rodriguez

My family is currently staying here and I have contemplated checking out and renting elsewhere a few times We are shocked and cannot understand the recent good ratings and reviews The pool is crowded and much too small for the amount of guests, the pool has about three or four big yellow stains at the bottom of the pool, and none of the TVs in our unit work

They have Dish service and everything, including Netflix and YouTube apps, has been unavailable since we checked in 36 hours ago Also, not the most desirable crowds staying here This will definitely be a first and last for us!

The hotel was very nice we had a very bad experience on the first night bc of a storm the resort had no electricity half a night until morning we had small kids they were scared and couldn’t sleep we had to throw out some of our food we couldn’t finish the dinner and our babies didn’t eat warm milk to bad there is no emergency generatorOther then that the pool was nice and the location is great , no one even tried to come next day to check how are we’reThe BBQ area very nice, the kitchen was equipped

The service was ok and in check in we got some board games for the kidsThank for the stay ,make sure to add to each room a flash light for emergency
