It is not a 5 star rating because of two reasons – 1 Doesn’t have free breakfast The other two hotels we stayed during our trip had it, and it was very convenient

2 The elevators are very noisy If you get a room near it, you’re screwedOther than that, the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious Had a tv but it is not a smart tv No complaints there We stayed for only a nightEnough parking as well

We enjoyed our stay! We decided last minute to extend our vacation an extra day Staff was helpful and friendly especially Tracy who we saw upon our arrival Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and nice hot shower

Breakfast was good with hot options as well The breakfast area was busy when we were there but they kept all items stocked well Nice little welcome bag with some goodies and coupons for area attractions and restaurants Will stay there again when in Pigeon Forge!

The evening we arrived I was greeted by smiling face at the desk She was very sweet! Which you never know so that was nice The room was fairly clean

Nothing horrible but definitely could use someone to do all their job Not just what they think will be noticed There was sticky stuff covered by dust on the drawer handles So that been there for a while The pool was cloudy and was in need of towels and stuff The breakfast was good Even the coffee was good! Beds comfy My biggest complaint is the staff sitting outside the side door smoking and acting like you were intruding when you try to walk out the door Oh!!! But the entrance and the front hall smell so good! Overall a pleasant experience

Ty Christian

The hotel was really nice, clean and also spacious Pool’s were also pretty good I was going to leave a five star review but after seeing the bill, not sure if I can

Not sure if they’re just trying to get more money out of people by making up random charges or what As a member, the wifi is free Not sure why there was a ” data charge ” that we were charged twice for Although it was in the original contract, it just seems like they make up things to charge you for more money Other than that, the hotel was very nice and staff was very kind- Chris C

Awesome and totally worth it! Big comfy beds with an awesome view and walkable to almost anything We stayed in a double queen with our three kids on the fourth floor facing the river It was a really great experience

The staff didn’t even give me a hard time when I forgot to turn in the sauna key 😂 Make sure you check out the nature path before you go to the cave pool, once you’re there you may not want to leave! Great hot tub and perfect pool for kids of all ages Can’t wait to head back for another stay

I am giving this hotel a 5/5 for their wonderful accommodating staff!!*long story warning*I am very allergic to smoke and although this is a smoke free facility, I think a previous guest may had broke the rules and snuck a smoke in the original room they gave me because within 10 minutes of being in the room, I was coughing, sneezing, congested, and my eyes started to itch and swell I tried a shower to see if the steam would help, but unfortunately the allergy attack just kept getting worse I just knew someone before us had to have broke the rules because I couldn’t think of another reason I would have an attack upon settling into the room (smoke is my only allergy aside from cats)

I HATE complaining or making a big deal out of things (I’m a super go with the flow person) so I was very hesitant to call the front desk, however there was no way I was going to be able to make it through the night in that condition Reluctantly, I called the front desk and they were AMAZING!!! They immediately got me into another room (and my breathing and flare up cleared up within 20 minutes of being in the new room!!) You can tell they care about their customers I don’t think the room causing an allergy attack was any fault of the hotel or it’s staff, as the room itself was physically clean and sparkly! There was no dirt or anything visible, so I really think someone just broke the rules, making it no fault of the hotel The floors, tub, bathroom, and bed were nice, clean, and dirt-freeWe will definitely be staying here again and I can’t thank the staff enough for being so helpful and accommodating!!! My husband and I like to come to this area every year and I think we have found our new go-to spot!! Affordable and great location

Celena Barton

Smoothest and most helpful check-in ever, and close enough to the fun stuff! To be fair, we didn’t spend much time around the hotel at all We were either in our rooms or down on the main strip of Gatlinburg

The rooms and bathrooms were a little small, but for an older hotel that really isn’t surprising, nor did it hinder us in the slightest And, the beds — in our opinions — were really quite comfortableMost rooms do have a small balcony overlooking the creek that runs alongside the back of the building, and the balconies each have two rocking chairs and a small table Very nice and cozy and relaxing generallyThere are two swimming pools: one outside and one inside (These were both open during our stay, though we did not have time to enjoy them)The tiny little Cafe by the pools at first glance might not seem like much, but they are open all day, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even beer I’m pretty picky when it comes to breakfast foods, and especially gravy, but this little Cafe’s breakfast gravy on their biscuits was really good I didn’t even have to add any salt or pepper at all Matter of fact, I got biscuits and gravy with bacon both mornings 🙂 Even the husband liked the gravy, and he’s even pickier! ;)It is a good little trek down to the main strip, at least a half mile *Wear comfortable shoes! It’s easy walking down there, but keep in mind, it’s uphill on the way back ;)We only spoke to any staff when we first checked in I’m sorry to say I didn’t get his name, but he was some sort of ‘Check-In Superhero’ This man knew his stuff He was armed with maps and a Sharpie, and was answering our questions before we even knew what to askAlso of note: this is a pretty family friendly hotel, so keep this in mind when planning your stay There might be some kiddos running around having fun!CONS:The hotel is pretty aged and could use some cosmetic touches along with regular upkeepWe were really looking forward to the creek that runs alongside the rear of building We were not aware of the construction going on out back that began directly at the opposite side of that creek — so that was a surprise But I’m sure it won’t be long and all that will be done and over 🙂

We frequently visit Pigeon Forge and have stayed in hotels, cabins, and chalets Holiday Inn Express has been the best hotel yet!! Very clean, great location and staff was very accommodating One of the young ladies at front desk even helped with a lady issue out of her own purse 😂

Beds were super comfy and the shampoo station in the showers was a great touch Loved that the bridge behind the building leads directly to a tram station to the island allowing my husband (typically my DD) to have some drinks with me Breakfast would have been better as a complimentary offer as it was good but not worthy of paying $13 per person for but it worked out and was convenient Would highly recommend this hotel!! 10/10

Caroline Beech

We loved our time at the Pigeon Forge Holiday Inn on parkway! Room and beds were comfortable, spotless, accommodating withe fridge and microwave, I loved the shampoo station in the shower The hot tub could have been hotter, I guess there was a maintenance issue but David at the front desk was the most helpful and polite person! He was SO kind and informative! I loved our stay and would definitely come again!

Joe Bullen

The lobby of this hotel is swank for a Holiday Inn Express The check-in clerk told me that this hotel had just been built The rooms here are also spotlessly clean

A pool adjacent to the lobby, along with the balconies that come with each room, make this place more reminiscent of a seaside hotel There is also an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet for $1295The beds here, however, are much harder than the other Holiday Inn Express hotels where I’ve stayed I didn’t sleep well I’m giving four stars on this account

Michael Brooks

Excellent family friendly stay We stayed during off peek season, so the outdoor pool wasn’t available, but there was an adequate indoor pool available The room was extremely clean and comfortable

The bed seemed a little firmer than my liking, but acceptable The shower/tub was large and clean We tried the restaurant which offered a variety of delicious food, the waitress was not the friendliest or attentive to drink refills The front staff and cleaning staff were super friendly and courteous

Vanessa Taylor

My husband and I are very picky, and we had zero complaints about the resort We found our room clean, and the resort overall was very comfortable It definitely had a different feel from other resorts

It was very warm and welcomingMy only complaint, and caution to others, is you should check your final bill at check out We had over $100 charged to our room from the late night lounge and we never went there! We drove back the same day that we checked out when I saw the charge The desk clerk had it removed and said it would be investigated When we returned home, the charge reappeared on my credit card I called to speak to someone and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, when the line finally disconnectedWe watched kids put pizza/ice cream on their rooms by just giving the room number, so be very careful It clearly is very easy to have something charged to your room that is not yoursOther then that, we loved the resort I would have given 5 stars had we not had the room charge issue

Ashley Harvey

The staff was amazing which is why I am leaving 2 stars The rooms are basic and the beds are hard The inside is pretty but very simple for such lavish prices

There are other hotels/resorts in the area with better prices My daughter who is a huge fan of dolly was unimpressed by the place and she is 7 I definitely will not be staying here again

Fantastic stay! This was a family vacation and we chose this location because of not only the amenities at the hotel offered but also the location to the Smoky mountains and the attractions around itFirst off the room was super clean and had everything we needed it was a two bedroom with a view of the pool Beds were fairly comfortable the showers were fantastic water heated very quickly and got nice and hot

The kitchen was super spacious and the kitchen table was nice and big fit all of usThe hotel itself offered an indoor water park and outdoor water park The outdoor water park was only open one of the days we were there since we were before the season really started I was aware of that before our stay so not a big deal and the day it was open was fairly chilly so we didn’t actually take advantage of it However we did go to the indoor water park almost every day and my son had a blast They had some neat attractions and my son loved all the splash areas and pool area for the little onesThere is also an arcade with some things to do a restaurant a candy shop etc Didn’t take advantage of like the mini golf or anything like that my son’s a little too young for that but we did take advantage of the arcade and he had a blast with that he can’t really play the games but he thinks he is and he had a great time with itThe location is Great especially if you’re staying for a lengthy amount of time and want to bring groceries there are several grocery selections right down the road and you’re only 30 minutes out from all of the major attractions in the Gatlinburg areaPigeon forge is even closer it’s just a fantastic location I highly recommend it to anyone wanting something that has a lot to do on property but also gives you the option of easy access outside of the property

Jason Higaki

Location was nice since it was outside of the really touristy area Room was very basic but good for what was needed We didn’t have the greatest experience considering there were ants in the room

Maintenance did take care of it, but when the issue was brought up, there didn’t seem to be much urgency to try and resolve the situation There are 3 main buildings there so be aware of this There is a shuttle that will take you to the main building with the indoor water park The front desk staff didn’t seem to be the friendliest and appeared to be some issues getting along with each other and helping each other outThe water park, both inside and out was nice The staff inside the water park were great Plenty to do in the water parkWould definitely recommend the water park portion (they do offer day passes), but might give it a second thought if staying there overnight Hopefully our experience will want the standard

TiJuana Jackson

My family and I have been visiting since 2013 and we love it here! This year we rented a Villa and it was beyond our expectations! The townhouse was very spacious for the 7 of us and it was equipped with everything we needed The shuttle service picked us up and brought us back which was and added bonus My children love the attractions and the restaurants available at the facilities

We have a great time every year and look forward to our next visit!

We just stayed there this weekend! Loved the breakfast, they were super sweet to our fur babies, and we loved spending time with Megan at the front desk! She was an amazing bartender/front desk We left a few things at our room and she is helping us through each step to get it back to us Megan is AMAZING!!!!!! My husband and I are actually looking to move to TN and she was so informative about the cities in TN that we’re interested in and so much more! She was 80% why our stay was so great! We will be back 🙂

Nice place to stay! Greeted by very friendly staff front desk, house keeping Very clean hotel Peaceful and quiet! Checkout is 12pm sharp

Pretty good breakfast Weekday was $114+ taxes Veteran discount put my room at $100+taxes Nice view from room 402 They do have a bar with beer only! My only complaint is that the refrigerator didn’t work in my room I’d definitely stay here again! Convenient location off of I75 travel and cracker barrel restaurant on the other side of the highway Happy and safe travels to all 😁

Justin Nolan

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay as we traveled back home It was very clean and had a decent breakfast with a waffle iron that my 11 year old loved! I was worried about it being a pet friendly hotel but we never once heard a dog and the kids loved seeing the different dogs in the lobby The pool looked very nice too

We just got in too late to use it The only thing keeping me from giving five stars would be that there were only three small pillows per bed I am used to usually four per bed To be fair, I never asked the front desk if they had extras we could use I definitely recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay for a quick trip

I really enjoyed my short time there Having a shuttle to transport between parks/buildings is a huge help! Screaming/running kids everywhere is just kind of part of the whole experience, but it wasn’t too terrible Indoor Waterpark is pretty great

Outdoor park is crazy fun, but and I can’t emphasize this enough BRING PLENTY OF SUNBLOCK Don’t make the mistake of thinking it’s just there There’s places just down the road to get what you need, but definitely remember that if you plan to go Rooms were very clean, simple and that’s about all I can say about that Service in every situation was great, staff is friendly and willing to help Food is a little expensive, but I opted for the Thirsty Miner buffet and it was very good, plenty of options for everyone It was a really fun experience! Go there, plan ahead and have fun!!

Hannah Kistler

We are on our last day of a 5-night stay The rooms are very clean and customer service has been excellent I have been very impressed by the lifeguards and employees at the indoor water park – they are all kind and seem to take the safety of visitors seriously

My kids (9, 7 and 4) have had an absolute blast on the slides and in the wave pool Only drawbacks are:- The bathrooms at Stone Hill Lodge really are truly tiny, but we have survived- I wish there was free real coffee like most hotels offer (the teabag style coffee for the in-room coffee pots is pretty rough)- A second entrance to the hotel would be nice We stayed near the very end of Stone Hill Lodge and it seemed like half a mile from the main entrance to our room, which isn’t very convenient if you just need to run in to grab something But that may not be possible since it is literally built on a hill :)For the price we got it was fine, and we would probably return if we find a similar deal in the future

Jennifer McLeod

Rooms are clean and spacious Gives that little cabin feel with the furniture and decor The shuttle bus is vary convenient to go back and forth to the indoor Waterpark

Prices are very reasonable for a family on a budget Arcade area is huge with plenty for the kids to do The Waterparks did not disappoint! Plenty of fun for the whole family!

This was our second time staying at this facility and this is certainly one of the best Hampton Inn locations I’ve ever stayed at The staff was friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze The room was clean and everything was in working order

The location is a short drive from I75 and has a vast number of major stores and restaurants nearbyBreakfast was the best hotel offering we’ve experienced in quite some time with a wide variety of options Mini western omelets, sausage patties, biscuits, sausage gravy, hard boiled eggs, an assortment of cereal, warm oatmeal, and a number of pastries They even had gluten-free bagels, which was a huge feature for us as we typically need to skip anything with wheat The breakfast attendant was extremely friendly, welcoming and ensured everything was in orderOverall it was a fantastic experience and we look forward to staying at this location again in the future

Gillian Melquist

We really enjoyed our visit to the Hampton Inn, Cleveland TN We were a group of 8… 3 Adults and 5 small children We had 2 queen rooms and were very comfortable

The staff was friendly but one staff member in particular stood out the most to us, Beryl Beryl was working the front desk when we arrived and immediately was warm and friendly to our very rambunctious family She was helpful throughout our 3 night stay and always greeted us with a smile Thank you Beryl for your kindness and true hospitality We would highly recommend this hotel

This was our second time visiting Whitestone We stayed in the hawk’s nest room and the view from the balcony can’t be beat! The location is perfect and it’s a beautiful place to come and relax We had fun using the kayaks and paddle boards, too! Breakfast is amazing (and Lisa is so kind!) and the chef for dinner was very willing to make accommodations for my gluten allergy

My only regret is there weren’t some healthier options for the snacks that are available in the farmhouse during the day (maybe some gluten/dairy free options or fruit?) Our room was nice, but the property could benefit from some general improvements like painting of railings, trail maintenance and cleaning the sidewalks from all the goose droppingsWe so appreciate the ministry Whitestone has to those of us in ministry who need some time to get away and recharge What a blessing!

Benjamin Guider

My father was married here over the past weekend As part of the wedding package he got my family a room The place is nothing less than gorgeous and amazing

My 16 y/o daughter loved it and began immediately imagining her own wedding being hereThe people who operate Whitestone we’re wonderful, warm, friendly, and dedicated to making the experience perfectWe plan to return simply for a weekend getaway

I seldom give a five star review but with our overnight stay, I have to say, you have earned this high review First impressions are usually a sign of what is to come Upon entering, we were met with the front manager Sam

She was so nice and informative Great beginning to the overnight stay After checking in, next came the room No complaints here Very clean, updated, and everything worked and in its place Great sleep was to follow The breakfast was good, not great, but definitely hit the spot and set you up for the rest of the day We noticed a very clean an inviting indoor pool To bad we didn’t have time to utilize it Check out was a breeze All in all, great stay and if needing another overnight stay, we will check here first Thanks for the hospitality

Very nice! We stayed in a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath in Wellington Place With limited mobility, it was nice to stay in a condo with no steps, inside or out We had a lovely porch overlooking the hiking trail and golf course

The condo included a dining table for 4, 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter, a fully equipped kitchen, with nice pots and pans, very nice kitchen knives along with a washer and dryer The living room included a large screen tv and sleeper sofa The rooms also included televisions and clean, crisp linens Our unit was clean and smelled nice upon entry Tracy was very personable and welcoming at check-in, taking extra steps to find us a ready room and a condo without steps Alison was our lovely and helpful concierge; she provided us with lots of ideas and materials regarding things to see, places we could easily drive to and nearby restaurants We met Skip later in the week at the Activity Center and he helped us make walking sticks and also shared ideas to things to do in the area We attended a business meeting and had a nice BBQ lunch and met Josh, who shared a lot of information about the Wyndham products and he was both charming and pleasant! All in all, it was a lovely week at Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Glade This was the perfect home base from which to tour numerous parks, hike trails, see beautiful waterfalls, take a pontoon boat ride, tour wineries and distilleries, antique shop and just relax!

I was in Pigeon Forge for my birthday weekend and I stayed at another hotel the first night, it was a disaster I called direct to the Ramsay and the front desk clerk was very friendly I told her I needed a room and she gave me the best rate

And that’s not all, once I got there to check in they bumped me up to deluxe suite just because(hint – did i say it was my birthday ☺️) The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was everything and some The pool was very nice as well as the breakfast This made my remaining stay perfect I’m so glad I chose this hotel I would definitely stay here again without a doubt Thank you to the staff and manager Great customer service!

I say this with complete honesty that is undoubtedly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in We entered to a large parking lot with plenty of space (Tesla and handicap parking as well) and took in a huge Christmas themed building The inside is decorated from top to bottom with Christmas decor and has the most wonderful scent of the holiday season

I thought the trees may be dusty or tacky but everything was truly clean as could be and very in styleThe rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean! I’ve never stayed somewhere so clean and polishedEvery morning you can visit with Santa downstairs and enjoy a wonderful complimentary breakfast that features an omelet bar, waffle station, continental buffet, and more Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful courtyard!Every evening there’s complimentary cookies at the front desk and coffee/lemonade served daily all day in the lobby Try their signature flavor, you won’t regret it!We absolutely cannot wait to come back to the amazing gem of a hotel

We have been staying here since it opened 15 years ago It’s always been a five star experience My kids say they love it more than the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons

The indoor and outdoor pools are fun with the slide Free coffee and lemonade all day Freshly baked cookies every day at 8pm The two room suites are especially nice with a kitchen and large Christmas tree

Pulling up to the building was very impressive very clean the outside was nice looking The indoor lobby was very elegant very clean people were somewhat hospitable We were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies and a hello from the person at the desk at the spa

The condo rate was pretty decent it wasn’t cheap The rooms were very spacious nice set up all the comforts of home They seem to be a lack of new towels and toilet paper and basic amenities, during the stay, to get them to the room we had to actually go to desk and get them ourselves We also found out the pull out couch does not have any bedding at all, you need to bring that if you’re going to use the pull out couch I would also suggest bringing your own tube the lazy river has some, but they’re very small and there is a lack ofThey told us we would be near the lazy river when we got to our condo was however Looking out the windows we saw the fact that we were right on top of the patio Of the lazy river, zero privacy whatsoever While eating dinner with the window shades open I felt like people outside were eating with us We wish they were more clear about the location of the condo we probably would’ve wanted another condo either on the higher floor or on the other side of the building for a little more privacy due to the fact that we had kids that went to bed earlyWe had a sign inside of condo saying the lazy river and patio deck, would be closed At 10 o’clock Many nights it went past that until we had to make a phone call to report loud and late night events, it felt like spring break We brought this to the attention of the front desk and management and nothing seem to help except for the next night they did shut it down but not until 11 o’clock We finally got a hold of the manager after a few days of check out they did compassionate a little bit but I don’t feel the comp was satisfactory considering the fact that we paid so much money to stay at such a high end resort

I love this particular Holiday Inn Express because they have the most comfortable beds of almost any other hotel I frequent in the state of Tennessee The staff at this hotel are always great, however I would like to recognize and highly commend a relatively recent addition to the team here I’ve stayed here twice in the past two weeks and each time Claire has been at the front desk to greet me and my colleagues

Both times she has been extremely kind and accommodating I’m kind of a needy customer and each time I’ve needed something she’s been glad to help Whether I needed to break a larger dollar-bill, or needed a bottle of water or two, she’s gone out of her way to ensure that my stay is as comfortable as possible Thank you so much Claire, and keep up the good work!
