I have been traveling more frequently and try to stay at Holiday Inns This decision is based off of my confidence in Holiday Inn I am able to comfortably stay at a hotel with the cleanliness and amenities within my budget

Unfortunately my past 3 stays made me feel that the brand’s customer service is not of importance to the company I had to travel to Long Island recently and this branch was everything I think of when staying at a hotel The room was immaculately cleaned, my bed was a cloud, the decor is updated, the woman who checked me in was professional and seemed happy to meet us and the breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious 😋

Saran Kaur

From the booking process to the check out process, everything went smoothly! Customer service was excellent! I booked the room the day of and was able to get a double queen room for a pretty decent price, considering all other hotels in the area were booked! Check in starts at 3PM, I didn’t make it to the hotel until 7/8ish PM but the wonderful receptionist did give me a call to make sure I was going to make it, and reassured me that my reservation was secure (I hadn’t paid yet, did the whole pay at location option) Housekeeping had done a good job with cleaning the room and restocking! As you can tell from pictures, there was enough parking (they had more in back), views weren’t anything special but decent for a hotel right off the highway Overall had a good stay!

Grace Wilson

The desk attendant who checked us in kept talking to her coworker in Spanish while checking us in Stayed for 5 nights room was only cleaned the first morning and the fourth day Called front desk to advise them that our room had not been cleaned for 2 days

They sent up clean towels and assured us that our room would be cleaned the following day Had to empty our own garbages Note slipped under the door advising that the room would only be cleaned the following day if we requested it Called front desk and the lady said we had been added to list already because the room was not cleaned for two days The next day room was not cleaned Went to the front desk who advised that they were not aware that we had requested that the room be cleaned Breakfast was good Requested a wake up call for day of departure that was not received

Great accommodations Hotel in very good condition Our room was spotless and refreshed on each day of our 6 night stay

Very comfortable beds (some might say a little firm, but I slept like a baby) No issues with anything (TV, lighting, A/C, etc) during our stay Hotel was very busy on the holiday weekend but had no impact whatsoever on our experience Staff was on top of their game Excellent price compared to some 2 star hotels in the area No free breakfast, but it was nice to see complimentary Starbucks coffee available in the lobby and if your on Long Island you’re not far from a fresh bagel Plenty of dining choices within a couple of miles Will certainly stay here again

Mary

Hyatt Regency Long Island made our one-night stay so incredibly special We brought out kid for a special celebration for graduating kindergarten I called ahead and asked the housekeeping manager to make the room special and he said he would make the room have towels folded into the shape of animals and he also made a special trip to get small balloons saying ‘happy graduation’ and a graduation card

The pools were great – indoor and outdoor The breakfast restaurant was very tasty and the service was very nice The dining room / bar restaurant upstairs was just fine for a quick bite – if you want something more private or intimate, look elsewhere for a romantic dinner because it was very much a hotel lobby restaurant as opposed to a restaurant that happened to be in the lobby of a hotel The room service we ordered arrived incredibly quickly though they were unable to make an espresso martini (we managed to survive) All around a very lovely stay

Dotti Gallois

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the week because of work I cannot say enough about the great experience Every staff member I have encountered have been the best and friendliest people

And let’s talk about the food at Nu Bar & Lounge I had two meals therethe Long Island Cobb salad with chicken and the Turkey Club sandwich with grilled vegetables every bite was amazing!

1) very strong smoke smell when I just opened the door But The room actually is non smoking room!2) duplicate charge for pet fee Called them asking for refund and they never pay me back!We booked 2 rooms for 2nights on November 2021

The policy says each pet is $25 per night We only have one dog stayed in one room so it’s $50, but they changed me extra $25 for no reason So I eventually paid $75 for pet fee I didn’t realized that until I saw the credit card statement Called them and the person said they can refund me on the credit card Now it is 7 months after, no one contact me and no refund to my accountThe nonsmoking room has super strong smoke smell and when I stepped in the window is opened ac is on fan is on It literally just like someone just smoked In the room one minute ago and left Front desk lady changed the room for me with no problem But I think it should not happened like this if it is NON SMOKING ROOM

Joyce Venezia Suss

This hotel is updated, beds are clean and comfortable, and front desk people are friendly BUT if you are handed a key to a ground floor room, REFUSE IT Our room had an overflowing humidifier and smelled musty, and our window faced the outdoor pool, with no privacy

Our children’s room across the hall was dark, blocked by shrubs next to the parking lot The pool crew was using a loud power washer on the deck while I was trying to rest before a wedding The front desk receptionist offered to try to get me a new room, but it was almost time to get ready so I refused Lesson to share: AVOID THE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS!

Great place Beautiful setting with lots of great views Amazing sunlight

Cozy rooms It’s like a maze with many little rooms to discover Bathrooms are shared but there are so many bathrooms that we never had any issuesThis place is a true gem

Christopher Kennedy

I haven’t been to the Belvedere in 40 years Not much has changedI had never stayed in the Water Room before, which included a King Size bed, which consisted of 2 twin beds joined together!A hard lump in the middle and one bed higher than the other didn’t leave much room for romance or a good nights sleep for that matter

A chair to sit in would have been a good addition as well We won’t be back

Evan Lacon

The place needs a little attention and a good cleaningThe staff is not very friendlythe young guys have a lot of attitude and the older people that work in the office seemed a bit tired of the whole thingthe pool is much smaller than it looks online and the cushions on the chairs around the pool are so worn out you might as well be laying on the hard chairs themselvesI did like the Shady seating area

Every hallway in the hotel WREAKED of marijuana GM said that since marijuana is legal that there isn’t anything that can be done about it—Hey GM, smoking cigarettes is legal too

Don’t sell a room that says NON-SMOKING then People have allergies to smoke—like me The mattresses had stains GM said that’s normal except the BIG ONE that we saw—she thought that was too much But all of the other stains were acceptable according to her The slick move of charging $10 a day for “parking with security” without mentioning it prior to booking meanwhile I did not see “security” NOT ONCE I was in and out of the hotel all day and night for an entire week GM says they mention the parking fee on their website I told her we booked through bookingcom—she said she isn’t responsible for what they say or don’t say What a scam The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant That was the only thing that was good at this MOTEL What a disappointment Homewood Suites has no integrity

L Ramos

We always try to book in a Homewood suites since there are 7 of us We had hoped to enjoy our stay by spending time in the pool

Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance the entire time we were there This was a major inconvenience as we had purposely booked our trip in the middle of winter in a place that had an indoor pool The room was fine, no issues, but not having access to the pool ruined the trip with no recourse

Amanda Grey

***DON’T STAY HERE!!!***Maids must have smoked in the room both before and after we arrived for a quick stay on our way to a family funeral Since neither of us smoke, and I have asthma, I wanted to report the room immediately because the smoke was disgusting but we had no time We went to the wake, came back to sleep, left early for the funeral and the manager is swearing that we smoked in the room and charging us

Liar liar pants on fire Don’t stay here The maids will screw you and you will literally pay with your wallet since the manager does not believe honest guests

The check in went very smooth! The front desk has been very friendly and welcoming! Sabrina at the front desk made sure we were having a wonderful stay! It smells fresh and clean in the halls The room was very clean I love the amenities, specifically the gym and outdoor patio area with the fire place

It’s my first time here and I will definitely recommend and come back for future stays! The rooms are very spacious for families They also have a basketball court provided with a ball at the front desk of the kiddies get bored

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times including before, during and current covid times This and the building next door (courtyard) are some of the newer hotels around suffolk county If your traveling and not a local, there is a target down the road and walmart and supermarket a little further down

I’ve never had a problem with my rooms, always clean, ac or heat always worked, tv , shower everything was fine No mold no bugs none of that The staff has always been very nice The only issue this hotel has seems to be in the warmer months or near holidays (valentines/4th of july) people having hotel parties during one of my stays last year there was a pretty big party but the staff had them removed I stayed recently and there was not a peep! I would recommend, and will be staying again

We booked a block of rooms in December 2021 and also planned a dinner at the hotel for 25 guests We worked with Rosemarie Tibball, Sales Manager on all the details including menu, room set up for the dinner, guest coupons for breakfast and giving out gift bags during check in Rosemarie was always available to respond to questions and also made herself available to meet with us in person

The hotel was recently renovated The rooms and lobby were modern and spotless clean All the staff including the front desk, server during our buffet dinner and servers at breakfast were all excellent The food for the dinner buffet was delicious Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Ami Qureshi

We were here for a wedding this past weekend I was part of a bridal party so I had no choice but to stay here for the weekend My room was absolutely disgusting

I spoke to front desk manager and they did credit me $50 for the inconvenience I have videos of spider webs all along the window sill, headboard, and lamp There was no cold water, and carpet was sticky While checking out, someone also at front desk told me that they don’t usually put anyone in room 254, and were shocked we were given this room The AC hardly worked unless you put it on really low I understand this is a 3-star hotel, but with a name like ‘Hilton” you’d think the cleanliness would be better I felt like I was in a jail cell Very upset with my stay here Don’t recommend until they actually go through with their renovation

Kristen Suter

The best part of our stay was Josie at the front desk We have never had better customer service! She was kind, took an interest in remembering things we talked with her about, made sure we had everything we needed and was just amazing! The hotel itself is very nice, as well Comfortable beds, clean and a nice outdoor seating area with fire pits

I highly recommend this hotel!

I can’t even believe how amazing this hotel is Pulled up in front and the guy is there with the luggage cart waiting Another person immediately takes an ice cream cake I’m holding and puts it in a freezer

Another person is waiting at the desk to check me in Get to the room the man that brought everything up to the room unloads everything and doesn’t leave until he makes sure everything is as expected I rented a regular room for one night my daughter and 3 friends and an joining one for me I asked if they could have a table set aside for my daughters birthday dinner They called me the day before I arrived to not only tell me they would have a special table but that they would make special menus with her name on it Went over all safe food because we had one child with allergies I can’t even tell you how many little things each person working here did to make our stay special because there were so many! For dinner They had a room to themselves with their own waitress, they decorated the table with different color napkins in each glass and a birthday sign This was all done as standard service, all I paid for was the rooms! The pool is amazing! The desk found out two of my daughters friend had to leave for a short time and they offered to keep the pool open later so they didn’t miss out on any pool timeI’ve never stayed at such an amazing hotel!

Update- I was refunded $50

honestly at that rate don’t bother refunding money, id just take the loss My family got about as much sleep as we’d have gotten if we slept in a tent in the parking lot and it would have been a heck of a lot less expensive I’ll be staying at the Marriott down the road next time we’re in town Do not recommendPositives- sufficiently safe and no bedbugs Also the staff at breakfast was lovely and helpfulNegatives- sticky floor, dirty walls, hair all over the bathroom, no fresh towels, no working vending machines, but the best part was the fire alarm in our bedroom going off at 2am when we were sleeping After calling the front desk, who very nonchalantly told us to call back if it went over again (it did), we had to wait for someone to come upstairs to look at it Apparently there was a miscommunication between them and the front desk because the gentleman who came into our room spent a few moments trying to wrench the thermostat off the wall, leaving piles of wall on the floor before we pointed out the problem was with the fire alarm He removed it and told us they’d replace it the next morning They did not We had to call multiple times to have them send someone up with what I’d consider a basic safety requirementOther notes: everything is outdated, the walls are thin and you can hear everything

Matt Fisher

This is a fabulous hotel with very clean rooms and the most magnificent pool and hot tub! The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs right away and the food at the breakfast buffet was exceptional I highly recommend the omelet station and fresh baked croissants even the kids were raving about all the choices!!! Very spacious rooms and a gorgeous lobby bar with lounge seating all around was the icing on the cake!

We just checked in and have always enjoyed our stay here over the years We have come for quick getaways, had parties here with our family and friends and enjoyed the restaurant and club The rooms have always been perfect and the staff wonderful

Until today We booked a specific room because we are traveling with five people 2 beds and a pull out When I arrived I notice one of the papers said $239 but I didn’t think anything of it because I thought to myself the A balance would be taken care of on check out We get to the room and it’s the wrong room Not the room we paid for I go back to the desk and the attendant says “ well yea we ran out of rooms and my manager just left and gave you a discount” no phone call at any point to tell me this as we came from four hours away So I explain this won’t work We need the room we paid for I asked to speak to the manager and she goes in the back and says “ he said he won’t talk to you he is off now, not much more I can do we are sold out, we can make up the sofa” Meanwhile the sofa sleeper was for the two kids so we are still short a bed Terrible customer service and communication! So disappointed

I was at Danford’s for a Sunday Brunch, not a weekend stay The place is so very pretty! Service was great My friends and I were seated at a lovely spot facing the water and enjoyed the fine food in a lovely setting on a gorgeous day

We were all sorry that the pandemic kept us from a return visit for so long, relieved that it survived I hope to be back this summer!

Matthew Repecki

Rooms are in pretty rough shape even after renovation, do not get a street view room if u want to sleep as it is obnoxiously loud Front desk staff is nice but can do little to help other than offer a 20 percent discount Not really worth the price of the rooms at all, is similar to a 2 star hotel

Nice area and views though once you leave the room

The property is beautiful and well maintained Rooms are clean My stay was on a weekend, didn’t get a chance to sample breakfast

You don’t get room service unless requested and had to ask for towels twiceLocation had quick access to LIE, but is a little off the beaten pathOverall lovely stay would definitely recommend if looking for kitchenette for your stay

Beautiful hotel nice spacious rooms majority of the staff is pleasant and helpful, rooms kept clean , and the hotel is always quiet but be aware of the egotistical manager Travis who has no compassion and consideration of a miss understanding that could have been cleared in 2 seconds, but when certain people are put in a position of Power then they power trip A miss understanding of my kids charging ice cream to my room and my card not being billed because I had to cancel my cards because I lost my wallet resulted in Travis kicking me and my 5 year old daughter out and his exact words were “Things happen good luck”

Good luck to him Karma always comes back

Went for dinner and drinks with work friends We were a group of 8 people Had called in advance for seating and the table was set and ready for us at the appointed time

They sat us right by the fish tank which is very pretty The waitress, Kathy, was excellent and courteous We all had the price fix meal which was great Appetizer, dinner and dessert It was spaced out perfectly, not rushed but not so long between courses for us to wonder where our food was This allowed us to enjoy our dinner and have nice conversation It was a great evening Everybody enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the service

Very nice hotel Pool and hot tub indoors, room kept very hot Coin laundry very cheap

Nothing really near hotel except Red Lobster and Smokey Bones No breakfast Large pantry, items expensive Room fridge very tiny so really unable to stock and eat for cheap Stayed on business Not sure I’d pay that price for no breakfast and tiny fridge on a vacation

The room was very spacious, I took a room with double beds for my kids and myself It was clean, I really love the individually wrapped cups and overall cleanliness even though I take wipes to do a once over as well Tiny fridge but enough room to store leftovers

Quiet and peaceful area It was a really hot day so we used their indoor pool, it was fantastic There is also a hot tub available as well The staff was friendly and my stay was wonderful There are two restaurants in walking distance The Ronkonkoma train station is close by and it’s an easy jump to the LIE On site parking for a fee Small pantry area with plenty of stock

This place was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the towels were normal size (lol) The rooms were not brand new but the beds were very comfortable and the TV was a 55 in (I have stayed at a few lately with itty bitty TVs and terrible cable service) Everyone who works there that I spoke with was extremely professional and friendly

I would say the only part that was weird was the way they had breakfast for sale items set up in the pantry To that same note, the pantry area was stocked extremely well compared to many other Marriott courtyards that I have stayed at recently I will definitely stay here again

I chose this hotel because they advertise an airport shuttle, which they do not have in service Therefore, I had to spend nearly $50 for an Uber Additionally, I had an early flight

The checking person told me there would be a few breakfast items to grab on my way out However, there was nothing, not even coffee available with no one in sight at the front desk The room at least was very nice and clean

This place has really gone downhill Sofas and chairs are ancient and sag to a point of being unusable The counters are wiped clean but it it is clear from the grease on cupboards that others have been cooking there

Air conditioner is so noisy you can’t sleep No hot water one night The staff is friendly and helpful but clearly the place is not taken care of

On 3/26/2022 I stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Holtsville, NY Before arrival my sister called and spoke with Gio Guilfucci to request a credit authorization form so she could put her credit card down as payment for my stay Gio was so friendly and provided very prompt service, when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the whole check in process was such a pleasure

I felt very welcomed and attended to, I would definitely recommend this hotel just on the customer service alone I look forward to booking again 😊 Thank you again Gio and Marriott for the wonderful stay!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Marriott Melville before and after our wedding at Westbury Manor and absolutely loved it Around 60 of our guests also stayed at the hotel and they kindly put the rooms together that we requested The rooms were super clean and well presented and the spacious executive suite was great for getting ready for my wedding! We also enjoyed having a farewell breakfast for our guests in the pretty atrium with lots of natural light

Friendly and helpful staff all throughout the weekend Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Three Village Inn We chose them because for multiple reasons First Tom our point of contact was incredible from the sales process all the way through to the big day

He made everything very east and fun Next, the banquet rooms and grounds are perfect for a fun not to over the top wedding We were also able to sample the food which was amazing and so hard to choose what we wanted Now the day of the wedding went off without a hitch, Ashanti the bridal attendant left no detail undone and was with my bride and myself every step of the way Our host walked us through everything step by step and made us look like we’ve done this many times(we haven’t) If your looking for a wedding, or party venue on Long Island book the Three Village Inn you will not be disappointed

Rachel Karduna

i was at the three village for my best friends wedding most of the staff was very sweet and helpful however, the woman who runs around in a pantsuit was not

she had been nasty to multiple friends and spoke badly about guests theres no reason to be nasty, especially not to guests i’d advise her to try to keep it together before other people start speaking out
