We came to this “Luxury Resort” reading all of the reviews of everyone saying that the staff is great

I would like to say that out experience was the exact opposites that We had absolutely no energy in our Tesla car and they advertise that they do have them We later found out they would not let us in to charge Not even a little bit get to the place that we needed to go to so definitely don’t count on these people to help you out because they won’t I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a place that is so inhuman that they literally will leave out outside of there gate when you are out of fuel and let u just stay stranded Ridiculous not ever planning on coming back Good Luck

My wife and I stayed at the Inn at Europa Village for three nights and we loved it The inn is up on a hill overlooking the valley below and all of the room have been redone We stayed in the Vineyard Master Suite with a large living room, a very nice bathroom with a large walk in shower, a large bedroom with a fireplace, and a very large balcony that overlooked the vineyards and valley below; it was fabulous! That also have a very nice jacuzzi that was the perfect place to watch the sun set

The customer service is poor I think it starts with their management We asked for later checkout because there was a medical need, and they said they have a strict 11 am check-out

In the hospitality business, you should try to accommodate guests, and managers are there to create solutions instead of making guests upset We got the excuse that the hotel is too small to accommodate late checkouts There were other issues as wellRegarding their phone recording, they stated that check-in was at 3 PM, and once we arrived at the location it was 4:000 pm I think part is that they are under staffed The same person answering phones is doing check-in’s

Overall it was an okay hotel Very quiet and nice location Unfortunately I did have some issues

I checked in after a long day and my room had blood stained sheets on the bed That’s a big no-no for me or anyone I would imagine I did call and get them replaced Bathroom was a bit dirty, I’ve been in worse and I was too tired to deal with it I do wish they had complimentary breakfast though They do make you buy it if you want it There is an IHOP down the street so I just went there It does have on site laundry so that’s nice An okay stay Could’ve been better

Yul Gash

Service was great, but breakfast not included We stayed on second floor Room #206 and window did not have security stopper (opened all the way), AC worked unproperly (would not stop at certain temperature ) so instead we preferred opening windows That specific window is facing pool area and in this case might be attractive to climb on for small children or pets

Not here to complain but to suggest to be cautious

Tiara Jay

Nice hotel, I got at a discounted price because I was with a group Everything was great until I came back to my room to find BED BUGS not one but a few A lady came in and confirmed that they were in fact bed bugs

After insinuating if the bed bugs might have been mine The hotel switched my room, in the moment, the stress and anxiety I felt at 12am made me never want to come back to this hotel again, I couldn’t even sleep well in the other room in fear that they had traveled or was in the new room Also the new room’s bathroom had a TERRIBLE smell Yea nice hotel I just wouldn’t go back regardless discount or not

Beautiful, tranquil location away from crowds We were there in November 2020 and colors of the wine were spectacular fall colors Boutique hotel nicely furnished and comfortable

This is a high end, romantic, luxury place a bit on the pricey end for accommodation but worth the experience! We enjoyed their wine too, Temecula downtown is not far away by car and has great restaurants and music venues to indulge

Saralyn Smith

Quiet and dreamy overall property Rooms very spacious and well furnished Felt luxurious to walk out into the vineyard just feet away

BeautifulCan be confusing to book – they might push you to South Coast Plaza rooms

Marius van der Watt

Beautiful spacious room Magnificent views of hot air balloons right from the patioCoffeemaker was broken and couldn’t be replaced until much later in the morning when I didn’t need it any longer

So no housekeeping on the premisesRoom was not cleaned I was told this is due to Covid We are in June 2022 in Temecula Poor excuse! Do I need to book different rooms, just so that my room can get cleaned?

Beautiful bed and breakfast Rooms were spacious and elegant with huge bathrooms, individual fireplaces, and balconies or patios for each room The complimentary breakfast was always delicious, and they had great wine for tastings

Staff was friendly and helpful We did a lot of wine tastings, and this was the only one that provided free palate cleansing crackers Good discount for multiple bottles

Sary Lee

Had an amazing stay here The room was cozy and comfortable Seemed like a brand new bed! I loved the fireplace and the jetted tub

Enjoying the patio in the evening with wine and morning with coffee was perfect Their complimentary breakfast was delicious Front desk and breakfast room employees were all very friendly We loved our little getaway here and will definitely be recommending it to others! Thank you!

If you are looking for something small and quaint, this is the place for you I booked our stay via Hotelscom

Parking: Plenty AND it’s free!General Area/Front Desk: Check in was a breeze But, I think I would have been frustrated if we would have arrived later as nobody is at the front all of the time, you have to call It wasn’t a big deal for us as we didn’t need anything I absolutely fell in love with simplistic yet welcoming scenes inside The general areas/niches were tastefully decorated with wine themed wall decor and the cutest sofa tables, credenzas, accent tables and leather chairsThe Room: The room was spacious King bed, fireplace, side tables, small fridge, and dresser I can’t comment on the bed because it doesn’t matter where I stay, I’m never comfortable in anything other than my own bed The closet was small and did not have enough hangers The bathroom was large but a little odd in how it was designed There were two sinks, a jacuzzi tub (which we didn’t use, I stay away from them as I think they are a petri dish of stuff I don’t want to know about), a toilet and a shower One thing I would have changed about the layout is put the toilet behind a door and place a hanger next to the shower so there is a place to hang your towel The shower could have used a thorough cleaning on the ceiling as you could see mold beginning to form It looked like someone new at painting had painted the bathroomyou could see their mistakes, it was pretty obvious The balcony had a table and two chairs which was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening As prior reviewers have stated, the walls are a little thinnow and again I could hear noises from the room next to us I feel bad for the the people next to us, they probably heard my hubby snoring most of the night! But heck, after a few glasses of wine, I didn’t hear a thing!Breakfast: Service was amazing! The area was clean and the food was good too We visited in April so we sat inside If you can, sit outside It increases the ambiance and maybe you will catch a hot air balloon or two taking off My only recommendation to the kitchen, add gluten free optionsWine Tasting: Well, we were the only ones there at 10 am, which was fun We completely forgot about our free glass until we came home! Maybe I can collect on it another day The wines were good, but we definitely need to go back because I don’t think my taste buds were operational at 10 am!Anniversary: This little trip was for our 20 year anniversary I ordered a basket along with some decorative touches This included 2 rose pillows, heart decor on the bed and three battery operated lights The cutest part – the front desk calling me to see when we were arriving to make sure the champagne was chilled Oh and I didn’t pick up because I thought it was a scam call Nevertheless, we were welcomed by a chilled bottle of champagne to start our adventure! So, if this place was so amazing, why the 4? Well, the mold on the ceiling really freaked me out It tells me the cleaning staff is not paying attention to detail Then, the schlepping of our luggage up the stairs Granted, it was only 14 steps, but when you have packed for a week (clothing for warm and cold temperatures so suitcases were heavier then normal) it kinda puts a damper on day 1Would I stay here again? Absolutely, it’s close to the other wineries, easy on the wallet and we Ubered everywhere we went I can’t wait to stop again when the grapes have ripened!Check out my pics!

A very nice building Did not eat breakfast there Too expensive for an average breakfast

I think it should be included in your overpriced charges Had ants in my room, which I stayed with my sister for a wedding We had to move our room, very inconvenient After having our flight delayed We checked in and room was given away This was for a family wedding The garbage by the elevator on second floor stunk so bad They did not clean it, because it was only half full Where is their nose Nice people the workers But this hotel needs to have some more experience workers Just so you are aware You cannot charge those type of prices when your establishment is not working up to par I have stayed at less priced hotels, whose employees are on target for professionalism They were charging 300+ per night Not impressed Your bar drinks were over-priced Ask for late checkout could not accommodate after staying 4 nights We had a family wedding But others in the wedding party did not enjoy their breakfast So we all, close family members decided not to have your breakfast again So we met up at other restaurants Your idea of family enjoyment, Leave a lot to be desired Your pool made up for your other shortcomings I managed a small hotel, and because, we took care of our guest, we had a lot of repeat guest, especially the young professionals You need to change your management, to oversee the employees Not staying their again, even at a cheaper rate Sorry, it’s my opinion

Mainhia Vue

Stayed there for a week and house keeping only came by 3 days out of the whole week we stayed there I liked how they had an ice machine, microwave, and a small fridge and provided a quick buffet style breakfast Not that there was much to choose from and get full off of

Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, prepackaged muffins, prepackaged bagel, small cream cheese packets, cereal, milk, yogurt, apple and orange juice, coffee, oranges and bananas

jazmine moulden

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel , however I give it four stars because there was something on the shower handle that was very unpleasant to turn the knob from hot to cold because of whatever is on the handle I took photos so that hopefully they get this corrected asap Other than that the room itself is nice and cozy the beds are pretty comfortable and I can appreciate the space

The ONLY reason I paid what I did for a 1 night stay was to have a Spa tub in our room The staff was very friendly when we arrived, room was clean and we settled in I filled up the spa, turned on the jets and the tub instantly had debris shot into the water

At first I thought it was mold from the pipes Turned out to be a bunch of rose petals and 2 big pieces of thin plastic Not knowing what this was at first we decided NOT to use the tub at all When checking out I reported the issue and even had a plastic bag with some of the debris I had collected I was given a weak apology and offered “points” Haven’t seen any points on my account Could have given me a discount or maybe a free night or discounted stay*UPDATE*After being contacted by Hilton support this matter has been resolved I am therefore updating my review and adding stars I can’t give 5 since I feel this should have never happened to begin with

Matthew Clark

Room was very nice and food was delicious but no housekeeping services were provided Stayed in a room for a whole week and never had the room cleaned once The front desk explained that the room only gets cleaned before and after the stay

I had to pay laundry fees to have the room towels washedRather look else where if you want a hotel that offers room service

Alfred Perez

No hot water Room had a jacuzzi and was not given a discount Shower walls had hair from previous occupants

Room needed maintenance, especially restroom TV kept turning on and off Staff was not friendly Called front desk to report issues and I was placed on a long hold because she had a customer in front of her (as if I wasn’t a customer too?)Don’t recommend this place My first and lastvisit Thanks Hampton Inn for making my anniversary memorable 👎

Nice resort Every room has a view towards the water Parking underground seems fairly safe

Employees are courteous If you’re coming here, you know you’re getting a sales pitch You can’t avoid that part For me That’s the worst part But once you get past that everything is very nice Pool is large jacuzzi’s large kids Splash pool is fun too

trathom49

Our stay was a gift from a friend, and what a nice gift it was! The resort was beautiful, the room was spotless and well appointed, and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating There were lots of amenities, like a pool, gym and basketball court The ocean view was glorious and there was a lovely balcony to enjoy it from

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nathan Osborne

Parking was fantastic You can keep one car in their garage under the building Then across the road there is a HUGE parking lot that has free parking

The outside and pool areas along with the clubhouse were incredible Rooms seemed a little bit dirty and outdated Paint peeling on some of the walls Didn’t feel like the room was cleaned well before we checked in It just felt a little gross touching thingsThe walk to the beach was about 11 minutes and you can walk through a cool little harbor on the way there

Nice getaway from LA Don’t try to check in early Even though rooms are available, they say they will text you (not!) when your room is ready

Prices are good until they add in tax, tourism assessment, and Resort fee Had to run the hot water for about 5 minutes to get it for my showerOverall, I’ll go back now that I know the gameTheir restaurant is fantastic!

Alexander Marjorie

This is an overpriced motel When we arrived for check in (a few minutes past 4pm) we were told our room was not ready – our room was not ready for another hour Do you think they somehow compensated us for the inconvenience? No, they actually sent a check out message stating to make sure we checked out on time because they were fully booked – the audacity

The rooms are clearly old and have not been kept up The small and air stuffy The water in our rooms did not properly drain, creating a disgusting puddle at the bottom of the tub Also, keep in mind this is a popular golfing location so you may not even find parking near your room because all the golfers take them We regretted so much not booking our getaway earlier so we could snag a better hotel Would not stay here again

I had originally booked a different hotel because it was cheaper, but cancelled when I read their reviews I’m so glad I booked a room here for my family trip of 4 nights! The room was huge and clean We walked 20 minutes to a nice park and beach our first night

The proximity to I-5 made traveling everywhere very convenient Staff was friendly and helpful Housekeeping checked in every morning with fresh towels and coffee pods Breakfast offered a variety of foods each day and staff managed replenishment really well when it got busy The hotel was family friendly with lots of kids My kids enjoyed playing in the pool The location felt safe and everything was just really easy!

Dusty Sparks

My stay was great! The hotel was nicer than I expected Millie, the housekeeper is super kind and friendly Give her a raise, she deserves it! I don’t know if there are employees that live on site, but it appeared so, and they were hanging out around the pool area drinking alcohol and being loud about 9pm

The next day when I went to use the pool at 11am they had left their beer caps and other garbage by the tables That being said, a great hotel for the price!

Leanne Gislason

I stayed here for the Oceanside Ironman 703 The breakfast staff went above and beyond to feed everyone and keep everything well stocked while being super friendly

The room was basic but clean and we didn’t notice bugs or mold The reason for 1 star is David, the front desk agent who was working when we arrived after a long day of travel from Canada He was rude, condescending, and creepy He made claims that part of our reservation process would get another staff member fired (a worker approved a room change over the phone prior to us getting there) and mocked us for being surprised about that He insinuated that we ripped the hotel off by booking through a third party travel site Travelling as two women, this was pretty uncomfortable and we avoided him the rest of the trip, double locking our doors Ew, David

Such an amazing hotel Apparently a brand new build and it’s got a great beach vibe, almost reminds me of MiamiThe rooms are immaculate and well appointed with everything you would need staying for a night or beach weekend! The pool deck is phenomenal it’s right on the strip walking distance to the beach

You can get beach chairs too!The hotel was kid friendly but I would stay across the street at their sister property Mission Pacific The restaurants were great too, brunch looked delicious at Piper but we went across the street to High Low and man it was on pointThanks to Elijah and Sarah for taking great care of us So nice to have a great hotel like this 30 min from San Diego for a get away

federica barone

Great experience I was welcomed with a warm touch and that made me feel at home but with lots of additional attentions Great place for couple as you can enjoy a beautiful Romantic sunset on the ocean from the suggestive rooftop terrace

Music there embrace you with a private atmosphere Breakfast is delicious Rooms very comfortable as well as the bed but the best thing overall, if you chose to stay to the front ocean view rooms, is that you can wake up immersed in the pink light of dawn that colors the sea and the palms with golden reflections! Absolutely a remarkable stay

Chad Rea

Stayed 2 nights in a King partial view and on the 3rd night upgraded to a Grand Ocean Suite The property is gorgeous, the lobby is stunning, you can tell a lot of thought went into the light, cozy, chic look The valet was attentive, even explaining options to self park if you did not choose to valet (there’s a $5 paid lot adjacent to the hotel)

Front desk agent was welcoming and attentive, despite being a fairly new hotel the staff felt like seasoned pros On the last day my wife took the kids to the beach (less than 5 min walk) and the staff brought beach chairs, towels, and sand toys for them to play with (don’t forget to request these prior to coming down from your room, we didn’t know that)Rooms were beautiful, the view of the Oceanside shoreline was perfect You can also get a good view of the house on Tom Cruise’s house on Top Gun (currently undergoing renovations) The rainfall shower heads is always one of my favorite things in hotel rooms Patio seating was surprisingly comfortable My favorite thing about this hotel is the focus on sustainability, they provide you with your own refillable water bottles, the lights are all on motion sensors (including the hotel hallways) which also eliminates another touch pointThe wife did try out the Spa, which is co-ed and on the small side She really enjoyed the massage, although the price is quite high (close to or more expensive than the nearby 5-star Park Hyatt spa) If we did not have a property credit to negate most of the cost, not sure if she would have paid full priceBreakfast at Piper was good,All in all, relaxing stay Can’t thank the staff here enough for the 5 star service

The bathrooms were nice and the hospitality was very pleasant Our room had a huge balcony, the view was the free way but it was still okay other than the massive amount of spider webs everywhere The room had a weird smell but that is common when you near areas with water

We stayed here because they said they had cribs for babies which ended up just being a playpen The complimentary breakfast was the best part, fresh omelets, waffle, bacon, and of course a the standard items Sound travels through the walls and room very easily but overall id stay here again

We must have hit a bad night

our stay was not great We got a suite to accommodate our family Upon arrival at around 7pm, we got into our room to find zero toilet paper [yep, 2 empty toilet paper holders with no extra rolls], an empty kleenex box, and a very musty smell There was no TV remote, no blanket for the fold out bed, and only 2 towelsfor a suite The front desk man was apologetic and got the things that were missing But if they knew we were coming, shouldn’t that all have been checked beforehand? Also, the bathroom was very dirty, and it was gross We have 3 girls, so I understand it’s hard to clean up hair But there was so much hair on the floor and in the tub, and it was nasty I will post pics to show We paid over $200 for this room, and we’ve stayed in much nicer for much less The next night we stayed in a different hotel for cheaper and it was so much better and cleaner The 2 good things were the nice front desk clerk and the sheets were soft

For the money, this was an excellent hotel The staff was ultra friendly, helpful and responsive A special shout out for the wonderful lady who furnished the hot breakfast in the mornings

She was so attentive, warm and friendly! Most we’ve ever experienced! The rooms were spacious and clean We had a total of 5 rooms across our large party Some of the rooms were better (more updated) than others, but everyone said they would rate this hotel at least a 4 Gave them a 5 because of the excellent staff With a little more updating to such things as carpets and blinds, this hotel would definitely be first class

OK so to start, I grew up going to this resort every summer as a kid My grandparents had a time share there So for the nostalgia of it all, it was wonderful

And to now be able to share those memories with my kids, it was awesomeThey have made many upgrades to the place There is a brand new gym with nice equipment and even a rock wallHowever, the pools do not open until 9 and the 2 water slides do not open till 11:15!! The clubhouse (which right now there is only 1 open) does not open till 11!! Which means you can’t check out equipment like fishing rods etc until almost the heat of the day! This place is supposed to be a family resort but does anyone know what time kids get up in the morning?!! Hint, it’s not 9 or 11! LolAnd then all the pools close at 9 so if you and your spouse wanted to go enjoy the hot tub in the evening on your vacation, you have to do it earlyIt’s just oddWe had a mouse in our room Not a huge deal, it happens right but all they had were huge rat traps! The mouse set them off twice but was too small to be caught by the contraptionYou have to reserve a time slot for most all of the activities which seems nice except for the fact that you’re on vacation and sometimes don’t stick to a schedule But most of the time, you couldn’t just walk up and do somethingAlso, if you reserved pickle ball at the nice main courts, you still had to go to Melody Hill to pick up your equipment! All in all, very odd Things were not open for very long or at the right times, reserving time slots was stressful and the Grill restaurant on site was very expensive :(Loved it growing up but I’m not sure we’ll go back

Wasn’t the best experience First thing after checking in you are invited to a Timeshare event/tour They were not pushy about it

The staff did try to make things right but in the end it just didn’t work out The first room we arrived at hadn’t been cleaned, so drive back to the front desk and wait in line They did send someone to help us move to another room Our son was to sleep on the pull out sofa, the mattress had a big stain on it, we had to call to get blankets for it, which arrived at 10:35pm Pull a towel from underneath the sink and it has mold on it Back to the front desk where they reimbursed our resort fee and gave us Resort Credit Not knowing how to use that we got instructed by the Front Desk We were able to use it twice but then the computer system went down for the remainder of our stay which means we barely used any of that perk for the inconvenience Would have been nice if they just took the remainder off our bill since there was now no way to use it If the resort credit had been reliable, I would give this place 3⭐️

My family was kind enough to invite us to The Welk Resort for a 3-night stay They got a good price from probably a social media page You know the one that pulls you in

The check-in process was quick, but they really want you to purchase, we weren’t on the list so they even offered us a trip to Hawaii for two in exchange to sit in a presentation Not specified whether it was a round trip nonetheless, we quickly declinedThe resort itself is huge, we arrived on a Tuesday and there was a farmers’ market, quite small but sufficient (I will have pictures and a review of the market on a another page)ProsPool was niceThere was always parkingBBQ stations cleanRooms were clean and amenities sufficientFamily FriendlyConsPlace was hard to find on the mapWater park was extremely crowdedRec room needs renovation not the room itself but the amenities; pool table, ping pong table, shuffle boardIT SHOULD BE NOTED – The last evening there, the power went out and our friends were out of power since 12am, I know they left at 6am but nothing came from the front desk except apologies and no incentives Guess if you’re an owner it doesn’t matter?? Thank goodness we didn’t buy

I am the broker/owner of Bates Realty I have stayed in the hotel as well as visited this casino many times Pala usually has live bands at the bar in the casino, and great food options! The pool is beautiful for relaxing during the day

They host many musicians/comedians as well! Pala is a great venue for live shows The stage is outside and it’s a perfect spot to listen to entertainment under the night sky

Stayed here for 3 days for an upcoming wedding Upon checking in, I told them I was with the wedding block and had called 2 months before We arrived WELL all the room blocks were full

So they gave me a regular room, checked it out but it did not have a balcony or view So I went back down to the front desk to see what they could do for us They did manage to get us in the wedding block which I was thankful for Went to the Villa and walked in and found a Cockroach 🪳 in the room! Room was nicely renovated and big with a patio which was great Day 2 the air was not working hardly at all! I guess we weren’t the only ones! Upon checkout I did let them know again of the problem In all I give them 2 stars but would not stay here again! There are nicer places for the money we spent!!!

Cheeto

Scenic and peaceful Course wise, I cannot comment, as I am neither seasoned nor a neophyte We were there for a conference

The room and areas around the room conference room itself were simple and pleasant I absolutely loved the grand piano in the check in lobby That said, I advocate for the staff: if you do not play piano WELL, then DO NOT HAVE INDECENCY OF PLAYING IT All caps, yes, but I am a musician You’ll understand (hopefully) Rooms wise, we stayed in the eight hundreds Very spacious, clean and adequate lighting I would recommend that there be a dedicated dim light for the bed, as having a general room light for everything in the main area is very harsh on the eyes Same for the bathroom It’s either dark or retina searing bright That’s for the lighting Bed wise, very plush and comfortable I slept soundly Furniture wise, I had no complaints Simple, minimalistic and clean The shower? Easy to walk into and it did not spill water Food wise for events? Meh for breakfast For lunch from three restaurant on-site? A very meh We ordered the Tuscan Chicken Panini, nachos and beyond burgers Everyone was unanimous We should’ve ordered elsewhere Staff in general? Courteous and helpful We we stay there again? Yes, but eat elsewhere Everything else is tranquil and calm

Immaculately clean from the floors to the gambling machinesThe staff is great and very helpful,The food in several of the restaurants was not so good and something that management has to look into because a high quality casino like Pechanga has to be 100% from front to back, in and out,One very important thing that stands out is paying $800 for the well drinks while gambling on a three day and two night stay is not cool at all since the amount of time that we spent in the casino definitely means that we left a very good amount of money

Will we come back, of course but we will be visiting other casinos in the area first,

We came in July We made reservations online and luckily I took a screenshot of the order confirmation because I never received an email receipt or anythingChecking in was good

The hotel looked clean and shiny and was covered with artwork Parts of it even look like a little museum with artifacts in casesThe room was nice There wasn’t a tub but the shower had a good water pressure The view was pretty They weren’t doing house keeping while we were staying but if we needed extra towels we just rang the front deskThere are plenty of restaurants, I highly suggest getting reservations on the weekend because during dinnertime everywhere had an hour long wait The food court was good Plenty of places to sit and eat

Nathan Smith

Great place, depending on the reason your visiting If you are going there solely to gamble, the place is gigantic with hundreds of machines Sounds like a great thing, but is definitely overwhelming

Super hit and miss, some days you’ll feel like you’re doing pretty well and leave even and most other days It just seems like you’re paying the bills there or paying into the renovations that are constantly going onNow if you’re going there for a retreat and staying in the hotel, I definitely would give it a 5 out of 5 The hotel is beautiful and brand new and is very well taken care of The pools are amazing, especially the pool side bar! Great for people of all ages Food is excellent and so is the restaurants You honestly cannot go wrong
