Selenia Martinez

The rooms were very clean, bed was comfy so were the sheets I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a microwave in the room especially for the price paid Which was $200

For only 1 night I see they had one downstairs in the lobby but i didn’t want to get back dressed to go down and warm up my food So cold food it was The water pressure in the shower isn’t great, but it’s nice and clean I wanted a room on the top floor over looking the airplanes but they had none available which was a bummer The Staff was welcoming when we walked in We did not know what time was breakfast as we were not told, but we found out they wrote it on the key card Which was to late by the time we got down 😫

Kiersten Cassidy

I stayed here for a one night layover It was nice and close to the airport, very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating Claudio was a rockstar and provided the best customer service

Pool was clean Everything was great Quiet, clean and comfortable space to unwind before hopping back on the morning flight Would definitely stay again They also had a snack bar/ water area by front check in and a shuttle that took me to the airport for free in the morning Shuttle staff was great and helpful Kind individuals that lifted my luggage into the back and played great music! Just make sure to tip your driver 🙂

Innocent Junior Richard

I think it’s pretty good hotel overall Not too far from the airport Not to be confused with another hotel located nearby, the Comfort Suites

I got off the shuttle at the Comfort Suites and it was at the reception that I realized my mistake Going to the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel via the parking lot was not too easy, I took the wrong road twice Arrived at the hotel, I was surprised not to enter the reception directly and suddenly I came out to see if there was another entrance Having found no other entrances, I turned around to see if I had missed something and that’s when I came across a roll up informing that the reception is on the second floor, shame It was when I arrived in the room that I also saw that the hotel had sent me a message giving all the directions for taking the shuttle and finding the reception However, during my short stay, I noticed that other guests had difficulty finding the reception as well So I wonder if the roll up is the best one to use to indicate reception? I don’t think so, because when you enter, you tend to think it’s advertising for an activity that takes place at the hotel, so you don’t read it right away I think we really need to find better But overall I enjoyed my stay, the view from my room was quite nice The room was clean and the breakfast quite good

Friendly Neighborhood Black Man

My girlfriend and I came to the sweets because she was having surgery in the area The room was very nice it included a kitchen with modern and up-to-date appliances The shower is very tremendous it was a walking shower which was very nice this Saturday it was me and my girlfriend so use your imagination

The only problem I had was the water pressure in the shower And since they were two of us in the shower we had to take turns to use the water because the water pressure would not allow the water to reach the second person so that was awful Other than that the breakfast was very nice in the morning complimentary of course Who was very nice The staff were excellent But the one other problem I had was a location it was mostly in an industrial site even though it was nearby the airport Other than that I would say five stars for everything included they just need to tighten up on some areas

Armando Porroa

Of course this is not a five star but a really good relations price versus service and quality of roomsBreakfast included is good option It’s close to the airport, have great nice spaces outside the room for quite good moments of relax or readings

Inside the rooms there some kitchen with silverware for 2 people Bath a clean and everything on the bet and rooms is fresh and tidy

Haley Madole

After a very long day at the airport this place was just what we needed! We were greeted by the two men in charge of shuttling people to and from the airport They were waiting on us upon booking, and we were greeted with such kindness and joy! Evelio and Lorenzo were absolutely incredible! They helped us figure out transportation around town, and after a very long and frustrating day, they gave us so much joy! We left the shuttle with a smile on our face! The hotel is only a few years old and in excellent condition The rooms are very clean, and the beds are so comfy! I can not recommend this place enough! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel quite quiet and not far from the airport for a traveler in transit Clean, indoor pool, gym I had a great view of a golf course

Breakfast included in the price of the room, not diversified enough but enough to be satisfied Shuttle available on request both on arrival and on return Very courteous and helpful staff I had a pretty good time On arrival also a list of restaurants in the area is offered If you are passing through Miami and you want a hotel not far from the airport, you can choose this Best Western Plus, you will not regret it

Persistent Dreams

Nice hotel located about ten minutes from the airport terminals They have a free shuttle to and from the airport that runs from 4:00 AM to midnight so that’s a definite plus They even took us back just to have our COVID tests done and picked us again

The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed large and comfortable, and everything worked Water pressure is excellent; love the new rainfall shower heads It even included a small refrigerator and microwave along with the coffee maker The buffet breakfast included in the room price was decent and plentiful and it also starts at 6:30 AM, which is a plus if you have an early day There is a small indoor pool, but we never got a chance to use it and a business center where you can print boarding passes and other documents Would stay here again

Irene F

Good – It was close to the airtport and the room was clean and what we expected There was good wifi and the free breakfast was really quite good Front desk staff was pleasant and we were able to extend our stay another night when we needed to at the last minute

Bad – The hotel pictures are a brighter than reality, although technically it looks like that Amazing what some lighting can do The room smells a bit old/ musty We had to wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel for 40-45 minutes (when it was only supposed to 15-20) The driver forgot to pick us up 🙁 There are a couple of places to eat that you can walk to, but not a lot

Gorgeous hotel and very friendly staff I stayed in the king suite and it was beautiful! Very spacious with the bedroom and seating area that can be closed off The bathroom was huge and shower was wonderful

Loved how open it looked when the bathroom curtain was up but could be closed if you wanted privacy The only complaint I would have would be the lighting in the rooms was pretty dark and I would have appreciated brighter bulbs with dimming

Tee Tyme

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and location being near the airport Karen was awesome She checked me in with over and beyond service

Friendly and quickly at that The room was just as pictured in the photos! Which was definitely a plus I understand why the bathrooms were mentioned so much Very nice Very quiet for being near the airport Bartenders and the shuttle drivers were also very attentive and friendly I will definitely stay here again Thank you for a nice hotel experience Karen and staff!

Ngozi E.

This was my first time even hearing about EB hotel— and I’m happy that I did The staff is kind and accommodating and very helpful The rooms are modern and clean, and the beds are very comfy

It’s also easy to get to with the airport shuttle Last but not least the breakfast is yummy and affordable— not so much the dinner But still it’s very convenient to have the restaurant on site I’ll be back next time I have a layover in MIA

What a lovely and perfectly designed hotel! You can tell that people were thinking about the guest experience in a way I’ve rarely encountered in an updated vintage motel Beautiful mid-century touches in the furniture and exterior design The beds are comfortable and the pillows are the best hotel pillows possibly ever

Gorgeous heated pool There is a fun, laid-back atmosphere here If you want to engage in the party, it’s friendly, if you don’t, the party won’t disturb you We relaxed and rested well here

Fantastic customer service! We arrived very very early (like 7 hours) and were worried we’d have to wait forever but they accommodated us and we were able to check in with a small early check-in fee Totally worth it The rooms are spacious, clean, hip, cool, and very comfortable

Check in was a breeze The pool looks fabulous and there are a bunch of wonderful little restaurants and a few vintage shops around Overall very pleased with this hotel Thank you, Vagabond!!

It was a decent place Nothing amazing, nothing terriblePros: big spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, and common areas are nice too

Staff was friendly and helpful Our flight got in early and they put us on a list to get our room ready faster and gave regular updates to us about itShuttle from the airport was very convenient and efficient!Pool area was nice If you don’t mind planes every 2 minutes overheadCons: rooms and facilities definitely need a repainting Lots of stuff marks and whatnot, same with bathroomsThe area the hotel is in is very industrial and there is nothing to go eat within walking distanceNot rated: food or barOverall, we would stay here again depending on the price at the time When we booked, the room was almost 200$ cheaper than it is at the time of our stay If we did not book earlier, we would certainly not stay for the current going price

Marissa L

Please I wish I could leave no starsI really had high expectations for this hotel

The pictures looked nice and the rates were decent Against my better judgment, I didn’t read any reviews for the property First, the area around the property immediately screamed “ghetto” The chairs in the lobby are so dirty, stained, and obviously need to be replaced My room had trash left from previous guests The shower (actually the entire bathroom) was absolutely disgusting There was Hair and stains everywhere The light switches were also stained and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years I honestly felt gross my entire stay I do not recommend this hotel at all The only good thing was that our room was close to the elevator so we could leave Ruined my trip for sure

Kelvinia Munnings

I enjoyed my stay here My stay was for 3 nights I gave it 4 stars because the restaurant was overpriced(IMO) and the ac wasn’t blowing hard enough

Was a little warm in room until the last night of my stay But everything else was great Staff was amazing Our shuttle driver was very nice There was a yoga setup in the room, which I thought was cool My family and I enjoyed the pool The hotel was very clean Not much within walking distance but if you’re driving, stores and other places aren’t far to get to Will be back again

Absolutely HORRIBLE service/scam activityI reserved a gorgeous apartment in Miami for my upcoming birthday weekend with this rental company on VRBO They did not have the “request to book”option, only “instant confirmation

” Reviews were decent and it was available on the weekend I needed I clicked book, got the confirmation on VRBO, email from the Global Grand email with instructions for check in, charges already pending on my bank account within an hour of clicking “book” Two hours later I receive a email from Global Grand saying that they are unable to do short term rentals in Miami due to covid-19 (complete lie as I have booked another rental), they said I had to cancel it because they can only do long term It seemed weird that if this was the case, why was I able to book short term in the first place, and why didn’t they cancel it as they are the host So I clicked cancel (guaranteed 100% refund if clicked before Feb 26) In the messenger on VRBO I told the host you have to APPROVE the cancellation He continued to just respond in the messenger but NEVER approved the cancellation nor give me a refund Every day, I have contacted VRBO and they have reached out to the manager, some days he would answer, some days he wouldn’t And he would tell them “yes I approve, I will do it” 9 days later and my refund has NOT been processed I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as a scam VRBO said if I don’t get my money, they will remove this company from their website I am HIGHLY disappointed in this company and I just want my money back

Romeo Telton

Really don’t have to say much about this company other than the fact that they are awesome we come to Miami every year for new years and we always stay with them they are great and have amazing condos

Though i have to say the building does have lots of regulations and rules that make it a bit hard for guests but it has nothing to do with them and their service thank you guys and i would always recommend you

Stacey Donayre

Gina and Roberto have rented a house on E-lake where I live and are now renting it on airbnb for short term rentals Their renters are illegally using our lake with jet ski’s, having large parties when it is not allowed and they refuse do do anything about it They have no regard to the people who own homes and live here

I do not recommend them Morally they are not good people just out to make money at any cost

I had a hard time choosing a hotel in Miami and ended up going with this one We weren’t sure where we wanted to stay in town and we didn’t want to go with the priciest option, so this seemed like a good middle ground on all fronts It ended up working out well! It seemed to be 15-25 minutes from everything we wanted to see in Miami

The rooms were very nice and the hotel seemed new or at least recently renovated The staff was always friendly, especially the housekeepers we saw in hallways and on elevators The breakfast was passable–we mostly grabbed fruit and muffins Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice

JASON BLAKE

The room was 3hrs until ready and fine with the exception of the AC which was working fine when we got there but we went out and came back to the room the AC was barely keeping the room cool the shower pressure left a lot to be desired as it was a little more than just a trickle

Otherwise the staff was great and we had no other issues 🐻

brett brown

HorribleShort answer: 1)possible bed bugs or extremely poor washing of sheets2) Lack of hospitality to say at the Kindest way possible

3)Maid knocked on door at 8:30AM with the Do not disturb placard on the door4) Called Hilton Honors to address my concern and they patched me to the physical location at this Hampton Inn Management took my information and detailed account said he’d call back same day but never did For the money they charge DO not waste your dollar

Tina Graziosi

We were displaced from the airport due to the inefficiency of the airlines We needed to spend the night so we could fly out the next day The hotel accommodated us quickly and gave us a pretty good price

What I would like to say is that the young girl that helped us at the front desk was phenomenal We just got married and she helped calm our nerves from the frustration of the airlines I don’t remember her name, but she was Venezuelan and has short brown curly hair She provided us with some appetizer and drink vouchers for the restaurant It was such a nice gesture and made our night more pleasant We enjoyed some empanadas and chicken wings at the restaurant before going up to bed so we could make our 8:45 AM flight the next day The hotel does need some updating, but it did the job for what we needed it for The bed was pretty comfortable I would really just like to thank that girl at the front desk again She was working Monday 4/4/22 around 6:30 PM if that helps identify her

Josephine Ponsiglione

Double room was nice but no refrigerator They have a shuttle bus to the airport which arrives every 15 minutes The gift shop owners were wonderful, kind, always welcomed you with a smile I absolutely loved this women owned business

Has a gym, pool, bar, and restaurant The workers at the restaurant were very nice and the food was good I was able to use their amenities while waiting for my flight 5 minutes from the airport Very affordable hotel

Wow! What a beautiful hotel It was very nice and clean Very modern and contemporary feel

The pool is amazing in the back The staff is so pleasant and will help you at all hours of the night The airport is minutes away, close to all gas stations and all amenities A special thank you to Juan the GM Excellent experience and my family and I will be back for sure!

Nhi D

The stay was good for the most part We were out most of the day so we basically just came back to the hotel to change or sleep The pool didn’t seem as clean as I would’ve expected and some of my friends felt that it was salty? We were missing a hair dryer, but that probably could’ve been fixed by going up front to ask for one

Free breakfast was nice The hotel is very close to the airport so that made our early flight out a lot easier With traffic, the beach/downtown areas were about 40 mins Oh and parking is $2000 PER night so definitely keep that in mind! Overall this hotel was good, and i would consider to stay here again

Stephanie Latta

We’d stayed at an Element in Utah, and the experience there had me very excited to try the Element in Miami I can only conclude from other reviews that this hotel exists in two dimensions Unfortunately, we ended up in the darkest timeline

“OK“ is a generous review for the alternate dimension in which we ended up It was late at night when we arrived Even later than it should have been with the very late shuttle – it’s apparent now the other dimension gets the on-time shuttle The room layout was great, the bed semi-comfortable, and a local overpriced, under-whelming pizza joint delivered At 11 pm, that was important It was also the best part of our stay The first room we were given was dirty Towels stuffed into the rack behind the door, dirty counters, hair, and dust all over the floor dirty The hotel moved us ThankfullyThe second room was cleaner than the first but not much cleaner In the darkest timeline, the hotel looks old inside and out, and the staff is tired So very tired The pandemic has hit double hard in this alternate dimension I was scared we’d hit this dimension on our return stay, so I quickly changed my reservation to the Residence Inn, where we had a great stay To those considering a stay at this Element, may be odds be ever in your favor

The hotel was the best service I have ever received, the room service was perfect and punctual, the front desk staff was very nice and professional & the valet staff were super fast and nice!I highly recommend to check this venue out!!!

Olga Morales

I came to the hotel for a wedding and stayed the night Check in was online and very easy The front desk made it very simple and were helpful

The servers at the venue were efficient for the most part I found myself asking for water on more than one occasion, though The room I stayed in was clean The view was nice, but we couldn’t go out on the balcony due to construction The room had everything you needed, but I noticed that the fridge was placed outside the cabinets which caused me to hear it throughout the night and it interrupted my sleep Checking out was easy as well You exit the parking garage and place your keys in the box next to the keypad

Beautiful hotel Came here on a volunteer voucher The hotel room is very clean and stunning

Smells incredible and includes all you will need as complimentary little things The pool area is incredible and has a bunch of games for the kiddos on a hidden little area past the laundry mat Very friendly bartender/server I got a chicken Caesar my bf got a Cuban sandwich and coconut shrimp I was craving a salad and it def hit w the chicken The coconut shrimp was bomb and intense flavor w it’s little mango salad on top

Vanny Thach

Everything was nice and modernly designed Comfortable king bed Aestethic lighting

Food was delicious and staff was extremely friendly Very down to earth and better than any hotel I’ve been to so far The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the floor I stayed on (6th) reeked of a lingering mildew smell Probably from the carpets being constantly wet from pool-goers? Oh yeah, and the rooftop pool and layout was incredible!

I have stayed at hotels over 1000 nights of my lifeThis place is way over priced! I have no issue with paying 500 per night for a room if it warrants thatHotel staff as a whole was catered to Latin community

Even to them, they weren’t exactly helpfulThe breakfast had no real variety Burned croissants, odd breads For $15 breakfast with almost non existent staff, we were much happier at Dennys up the street 3 blocks30 dollar per night parking in a garage that smells like pee The “security” at the gate acted like he only spoke SpanishI have lifetime Mariott rewards at the silver level- but currently Gold member, and I can say you are better off giving this place a hard pass as it’s not worth more than 150 per nightThe thermostat is motion sensitive, installed directly next to the bed Our group was woken up probably 20 times per night from that aloneThe sheets were always a bit damp from the humidity The decor- they were selling paintings they were putting up during breakfastA truly odd experience

The customer experience nearly ruined our stay Let me start by saying that some of the grievances began with the customer support for diamond members, but the hotel employees didn’t make it any better

First issue: my husband called the diamond status line to cancel one of the days that we would be staying there The rep said he did what we asked but my husband received an email notification that all our days had been canceledSecond issue: Called the diamond preferred number again and the lady didn’t understand the issue and hung up on my husbandThird time we called: CS rep apologized for the issue and wanted to make it right She upgraded us to a junior suite My husband got an email and saw that we got a double instead of a kingFourth time we called the hotel and told them what happened The guy at the front desk scoffed at my husband and called him a liar when my husband told him that we were upgraded He did this without even looking at the account And by this time, my husband was highly frustrated and the front desk guy hung up on him after my husband expressed his frustrationFifth time, we called Diamond number again and spoke to a manager He ended up changing us to a Junior suite with a king bed and issued us a credit for the points we usedSixth issue My husband was trying to surprise meSince it was our anniversary He had a box with four dozen roses sent to the hotel and asked them to set it up in the room so that when I walked in, I would be surprised The hotel said they would accommodate Luckily, my husband asked some friends to keep me busy while he went to check in And when he did, the roses were not set up like he had askedSo all in all, it could’ve been a great stay Rooms were clean View of the bay was nice And the hotel had an entire retail area But the employees are there to do the bare minimum and could care less about their customers

Very nice hotel, beautiful views of the Bay from my room and an excellent location! One main gripe I have are the cookies

why do y’all have only chocolate chip & walnut? There are so many people w/nut allergies, why not offer plain chocolate chip? On to my review Unfortunately, there were gnats flying all throughout our room and we could not kill enough for them to be gone The shower sprayed water from the top of the shower head and put water all over the toilet and bathroom floor Room service didn’t make our beds the first day we were there They just dropped clean towels and washcloths and moved to the next room During our meals, one lady on the waitstaff was so quick to try and remove people’s plates/silverware, she didn’t even bother to ask if we were finished our meals And when we objected to the removal, she tried to give it back, but by then she had already touched it and we no longer wanted it We had to complain to the service manager, Ramon, I think (who was amazingly AWESOME) and he made sure to take care of my table both days His smile was BIG and infectious; he was a gem! The carpets in the hallway were dirty and full of stains, where one was so bad, I honestly thought it was blood I also saw an employee sitting in the bottom floor lobby area smoking a vape Shouldn’t that be done outside?! I, for one, am very sensitive to any type of smoke due to a medical condition, so I feel would this would be unacceptable and not allowed by hotel management The upside is the food was really good, the meeting rooms were large and spacious, and the outside terrace had spectacular views! The location could not have been more perfect! Also, the front desk staff were very courteous and professional The pros outweighed the cons for the week I stayed and may consider this location in the future

Building is in rough shape Guest wifi barely strong enough for email Our ceiling leaked enough to fill a trash can overnight

Elevators won’t get you to ALL rooms, so be ready for a few oddly placed stairs Ocean side view is great, staff was very friendly and helpful Valet was prompt and reasonably priced Good location to walk to lots of things worth walking to Stay because it’s far cheaper than the real Hilton across the street, but that’s about it

Don’t bother if you’re staying for more than a night I stayed for 3 days and not once was our room cleaned We had to go to the desk to ask for new towels, toilet paper

Asked for the room to be cleaned and never was Staff was friendly enough but not enough to make it worth staying there again They claim the rooms are sound proof but they are not We could hear both outside and in the hallway No wash clothes, two bottles of shampoo but no body wash The shower has less than half a pane of glass and no door They were clearly going for form over function when they designed these rooms Beds were comfortable at least Location isn’t near anything and isn’t in a great part of the city

Stayed for one night prior to a flight I booked via a 3rd party and when i called to confirm my booking the lady was super friendly and helpful Upon arrival, the man working the desk was so nice and very quick/efficient with checking us in

Parking feels safe and secure Our room was clean and the bed was comfy We paid a great price a couple months in advance Would definitely stay again if flying out of MIA We obviously didn’t use any of the amenities but the bar area was busy and lots of guests seemed to be enjoying the other areas

JK cseskr

We enjoyed our stay Front desk was helpful and printed our airline info for us Place has a cool design and a nice lobby with bar and table games

Overall a cool design to the hotel, almost felt futuristic with nice Florida touches Breakfast wasn’t much but 2 were included with the room and it’s the first in Miami I’ve ever gotten breakfast at a hotel also had water and coffee/tea in the room which was clean and quiet Super close to the airport with a shuttle if needed

I had a 12 hour layover from Trinidad back to Vegas, and refused to sleep in the airport So, I decided to book this hotelIt’s appropriately a 7 minute drive from the airport

The hotel is very much modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable! They serve free breakfast from 7-9 if you book directly from the hotels website In addition to free coffee from around 6am I didn’t have the opportunity to taste any of it, because I left early for my 830am flightChecking in was smooth They hold a $30 on your card for incidentalsWhen I read previous reviews, people wrote that it was so noisy, because it was near the airport I only heard two ” loud” planes Nothing major, and I only heard it because I was up doing work on my computer It’s amazing the differences in people’s perception That’s why you have to experience it yourselfThey have a microwave, and refrigerator in the room, and microwavable food downstairs in the lobby They also have snacks and ice cream for purchase The front desk representative told me there was a Latino restaurant about a block awayLoved my stay , and I would definitely be returning, if I have another long layoverOne minor thing, they don’t have the free shuttle service, and it wasn’t listed on my reservation I waited for it like 15 minutes from the airport, then I called, and that’s when they informed me The service has been suspended since the beginning of the pandemicMy uber ride at 930pm to the hotel was $11:72 To the airport around 6:00 am was $7:51 So, it’s not expensive at allAgain, great location and stay

Pretty good airport holiday inn Friendly staff, easy check in We booked king but called to changed to two beds and was confirmed the changing room type, however, it was still a king when we arrived

The front desk was super nice offer us extra beddings for our kids, one ended up on the couch, one on the floor They are kids, happy to sleep in camping style Room is nice and comfy, all amenities are there Nice breakfast in the morning Cant beat the location for airport and cruise port Will be back

Upon arrival, I felt welcomed and assisted by valet In the lobby, I was greeted promptly and warmly I had made some special requests on my reservation but they were never mentioned

Once in my room, it was hot and dark I immediately set the air to cool the room but that took a few hours to do so Luckily, I was leaving for an event, though when I returned the few hours later, the room was still a bit warm and humid I was surprised to have to set up the coffee maker myself, as it was stored away in a cabinet There were no snacks or drinks in the room My shower did not transition completely from one head to the other, so one leaked while the other was in use (there are two), lowering water pressure The pool deck is very niceI never understand why hotels that are more costly, with high-merit pricing, charge for parking Ridiculous What am I paying for? There were no luxuries that made this stay worth my funds I would not stay here again for what I paid I would try somewhere else

Hotel was very nice and clean Stayed in a junior sweet which had plenty of room for 5 people Hotel was about 10 minutes from cruise port, maybe less

So location was very convenient for us We were able to take a ride share after settling in to the nearby shopping area as well Would definitely stay here again when cruising out of Miami

Hilton staff are always above par anywhere you are in the world! I have been to many Hilton’s in many many locations and this location was no different! Staff that was very detail oriented and of course handled any needs and wants with a smile This location isn’t far from the airport and was an obvious choice for Hilton members Great location! Close to shopping and great food

Parking should have been covered with your stay but was not, the concierge will provide a discount card instead This is the reason for the 4 stars for location category We stayed in the Presidential Suite which provided an absolutely massive room and a killer view with multiple angles of the city and the water All in all a great location and my favorite Hilton staff so far! Great job! Thanks,
