We really enjoyed our small family vacation at this location For reference, it was my 11 month daughter, husband and me We didn’t really do any extra add on activities

Our room was very nice and cleanBreakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend getting the add on breakfast package My husband had chicken and waffles each morning and I really enjoyed their French toast Also, make sure you make your reservation for breakfast the night before It will make your life easierThe water park was nice It stays relatively busy, which I feel is to be expected My daughter loved seeing and playing with the other kidsAlso, my husband loved the pizza place on-site

Melisha Camile

The most amazing family trip we’ve had in a very long time It was everything and my daughter had the most amazing time ever as did my husband and IBest Christmas destination hands down

The pool, hot tub and the water rides were glorious to say the very least I loved the fact that we could have breakfast, lunch and dinner on site so we had options to eat anytime which was greatThe arcade was so very enjoyable, we spent hours and hours there as a family having lots of funThe atmosphere was amazing, staff was just amazingIt was our favourite trip and certainly looking forward to our next trip to Great Wolf Lodge and having an amazing timeDefinitely recommend this place for the family 10 times over

Ignore some of the negative reviews and see and experience this place for yourself This is three star hotel and it doesn’t disappoint If you go in expecting a five star hotel and resort, then you should have gone to one

There are a couple of five star aspects, one being the clean rooms My wife knows a clean room and she says this one is better than any The staff were five star helpful and friendly The water park is honestly a five star attraction It was clean, fun, had enough exciting slides for even my teen It definitely competes with big name water parks, just on a smaller scalePro tips:These come from reading the reviews and our experience- Get there at 1 pm for check in It was a little hectic, but organized After check-in you can immediately go to the facilities before actually getting into the room- Wear your swimsuit at check-in That way you aren’t changing somewhere like a community restroom (or your car) since the room isn’t ready- Leave the luggage in the car until your room is ready- Ask for a room on a floor you don’t mind taking the stairs to There were lines at the elevator throughout the day- Pool towels are available as a free rental However, be sure to verify how many you checked out and how many you check in!- Make a breakfast reservation the day before You’ll thank me later :)- Late checkout at 2 pm was worth it

If you have kids under 40” skip this place and check into the Great Wolf I attended a conference but kids were too small for slides One person maximum going down slides and 300# weight limit(was no where near limit)

Had a three year old that loves slides but he wouldn’t go down by himself like you can at Great Wolf Reception/Staff was not very knowledgeable about water park kept referencing the map Guidelines do not list a one at a time rule Tons of cute things in hotel for kids but posted notes that they are for pictures only, no climbing/touching Two kid meals on menu Again had to reference website for more options Indoor pool is part of a spa and people getting spa stuff done groan on kids actually playing Outdoor pool is hot Weather was over a hundred Nothing inside hotel was for kids except a tiny place you could paint a small cheap canvas or put something together Great wolf is literally next door Valet is high if you don’t use it I will definitely stay at Great Wolf next time and use valet to park Three hour wait on dinner was insane I wish I had known

Glenda Delling

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone was super nice and helpful So many things to do! The shuttles to see the shows were great and the drivers were super cool! My only complaint is that we did not get our room cleaned the last two days we were there and our coffee supplies had run out I called the front desk and they delivered more coffee after about a 30 minute wait

I really need my coffee in the morning! I guess I should have called the night before but I was too exhausted from all the fun!

NeverMask Beauty

Stayed here and found our room ready early, which was quite nice Room was clean overall with comfortable & fluffy beds (2-queens), plenty of towels, high pressure shower and not far from elevator Service is super friendly too, here! The hotel is beautiful all over with it’s spacious gardens, water fountains, coffee shops and more

Four tickets for their water park were included which was awesome great water park with slides, zip lining, splash pad and more! I highly recommend it, even if it’s just for a nice walk around the hotel and having a refreshing cup of coffee with a loved one! 🌺🍃

I was there only for a big conference and the facilities for that purpose are great! Very spacious and well equipped, they can provide you with both rooms and catering, if neededI love their lobby, so bright and open, it gives a clear overview of both the ground floor and the level just aboveI peaked at the pool from one of the corridors, and it looks really cool, with a jacuzzi on the side

Only thing I would mention, the carpets could do with a little updating, as they look a bit old and in need of a deep clean Maybe they could be stripped all off and replaced with those beautiful tiles they have in the lobby 🙂

This is my favorite place to stay! Staff is always friendly They have a very large indoor heated pool and hot tub Breath taking outdoor pool that over links the lake

Basketball, sand volleyball and Tennis courts Restaurants/bar area The grounds have several outdoor sitting areas Great for large group gatherings We have stayed here several times and highly recommend to friends

Daniel devaney

I really enjoyed my stay at dfw lakes The lake and grounds are gorgeous The pool is on the lake

One of 2 pools 1 is inside However the hot tub outside did not work Other than that I enjoyed walking the grounds and being in the pool Breakfast was very good , even for a buffet The bar staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming, even though they were clearly over worked like everywhere else Hotel is dated But it’s got a nice charm And lots of amenities and space

The rooms seem nice and the place is modern That’s the good part We arrived after a long day of travel and just had an overnight layover

Arrived at the hotel around 9:45 First, you should know that every option for food closes around 10pm So, if you arrive late, good luck Now for the reason for 2 stars The people at The front desk were terrible The customer service, abysmal The gentleman checking us in treated us like he didn’t want us there and was just generally douchy to us Then the woman at the front with him would whisper to him and they would start laughing which made us think it was something about us I know we looked pretty hard but we’d been traveling internationally for 16 hours Also, the staff don’t wear masks I understand it’s Texas and you think you know better than the experts, but you’re in hospitality That means you should make your guests feel comfortable even if you don’t agree with it You don’t have to wear a mask all the time, just when guests arrive

Cyn J

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and only left because they were sold out I’ve stayed at at least 30 Home2 Suites and the rooms at this location are by far the largest I have experienced The amount of channels available is also spectacular and your name is on the screen when you enter the room, which is a nice touch

No rooms were available when I arrived, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and alerted me as soon as one was availableThe hotel is also located in a great area There are so many restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk, so I would definitely recommend this hotel for those without access to a car

Lynn Cabanski

Pros:- Friendly staff- Two brands in one building so I could use both lobbies- Second floor has a water fountain with carbon filter very much like those found at airports eliminates the need to buy bottled water- Room nice and clean- Service level far above what I expected from a Home2 I have stayed more than 40 nights at various different Home2 and this one was one of the best if not the best in terms of friendliness and efficiency

Cons:- Microwave in room 342, the buttons are all in French If you want to test your French, go for this room I had fun watching my boys figuring out the microwave- One of the two elevators, the door was not working right when I was there It would close and open several times before it would finally close

The room was clean The bed was super comfy I enjoyed how big the shower was! We asked for a later check out to accommodate me and my nursing infant as my husband did some business

I was impressed at the front desk’s professionalism and willingness to help us out However, starting at 8:30am the cleaning staff knocked at our door to ask when we were leaving at least 3 times Twice they opened the door to started cleaning once was while I was nursing I’m not sure if the memo of our late check out was not given to the cleaning staff but yea, sorry for flashing the cleaners I guess 😅

Clean rooms Friendly staff Nice clean facility Very busy and great location with several restaurants around and close to a movie theater and the main event

You do pay for breakfast cooked to order and Continental I enjoyed breakfast The pool was heated and clean we used it a couple of times and it was nice Parking lot and location did feel safe I would recommend for business, family or solo trips

Debbie E

Amazing service ! We were stranded at DFW Airport on Saturday, I called and they sent their shuttle immediately to pick us up So very nice and made a very bad flight experience much better Bed and pillows was so comfortable, front desk personnel were super nice and Sam the shuttle driver was awesome! The breakfast was great, and again everything was clean everyone was polite

The only thing was the room AC (window unit) was loud and annoying, but the friendly staff and great treatment we got made up for it, we were just thankful to find a place, and are glad we chose this hotel Hopefully at some point they can install a central ac vent in the rooms

My family has always stayed at Staybridge They are by far the best hotel Rooms are always clean

Housekeeping is always attentive Front desk is very responsive And this particular location was great I love that the rooms have a mini kitchen complete with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and even pots and pans and eating utensilsWe did have a minor issue with our toilet not flushing but front desk sent maintenance immediately and it was resolved My only complaint was the breakfast Definitely could have been better But overall we enjoyed our stay

Megan LeBeouf

I NEVER leave reviews, but this was the worst experience in a hotel we’ve ever had The first clue should have been the stagnant, hot air in the hall, leading to our room Once in, we attempted to adjust the temperature to cool things down, but it never kicked on

We spoke with the front desk and both rooms that were offered to us were then “taken”, from the time my husband came up to the room to discuss which option we wanted to go with We ended up waking up our kids and leaving at midnight to stay somewhere else If we can help another family out, I’d say this: Word of advice, chose another hotel

Charlie Sanders

I’m late with this review, but I stayed from April 14th-15th, but was charged for the 16th as well because it was after checkout The area and the outside of this hotel does not match the interior The rooms were outdated and Room 318 had mold located in the AC register and the tub (see pictures below)

The AC seemed to be intermittent as well, even after adjusting the thermostat I told the front desk and the staff was willing to move me to the 1st floor, but after checking the room out (still outdated with a torn couch) I decided to leave and canceled my remaining time there The area is nice, but I would not recommend staying here

The hotel staff was extremely friendly Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and we were always being greeted in a friendly manner The reason I am leaving a 3 star review is because I thought the coffee at the breakfast was absolutely terrible

Now I write this review and a professional reviewer I understand it is complimentary coffee, but it doesn’t take much to serve a descent cup of coffee You guys certainly serve a great “real” cup of coffee from the bar that is not free but the free coffee served with breakfast was just tan water It is probably better that you do not serve any coffee, then that coffee Every single person I asked agreed that the coffee was terrible I do also feel like the rooms need a good carpet shampoo as well But for the most part the hotel was nice and I most likely would stay there again if I traveled back to Dallas

kat

I’ve stayed in quite a few Hyatt Place hotels these past few months so I’m basing my ratings on comparisons with those While the room is great, the bathroom was dismal There was absolutely no where to stand in the shower/toilet room

The door took up the entire area In two of my pics you can see the door actually touching the shower stall and then the toilet They definitely should switch to pocket doors here or just redo the bathrooms The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a good location Free parking doesn’t hurt either!

Vada Abrahamson

I had to stay one night here after missing a connecting flight All of the hotel staff were so friendly, but the free shuttle to and from the airport is what topped it off They sent us a shuttle after the closed shuttle time and William still seemed so please to serve me and my sister, telling us all about the beauty of cruises and making us laugh the whole way

On the way back to the airport checkout was extremely smooth and our second shuttle ride was great as well Tim was such a calming presence in the middle of a truly chaotic flight, if you get to ride with him sit back and enjoy the ride while learning all about his life adventures He inspired me and my sister to stay calm and experience more of the beautiful parts of life in just a 15 minute drive

Staff was friendly but we wanted this hotel because of the indoor pool, the website did not state that the pool was closed They offered to let us swim in the outdoor pool next door There is no tub in the bathroom, the toilet paper was horrible quality, I’d call it 1/2 ply

Breakfast was gross some egg cheese bagel thing and freezer burnt potatoes The lobby was nice and cool but the rest of the hotel was a miserable mix of humid and hot What a shock to go from a cool room to a hot hallway and elevator into a cool lobby My bathroom had scratches on the wood, the lamp was cracked and the towels were rough Absolute not worth what I paid for

Sorry to say this was not a good stayThis trip was with family Some driving and some flying

Knowing we would all arrive late in the night, we called ahead for shuttle pickup We were told it ran until 1AM It didn’t Had to leave hotel and pick up family from a delayed flight at 12AM Then after late check in Tried to take a shower and the shower was Mildewed and would not drain Before finished had to stop because water was about to overflow Had to finish by rinsing off in the sink and wife couldn’t take shower at all She rinsed off in sink Called front desk they offered another room but it was after 1 AM and we didnt have the energy to dress, pack up and move Beds were comfortable and clean But pillows are too smallNext morning looking forward to a good breakfast we discovered that the ovens did not work in their kitchen and all they could offer was cereal, some toaster items coffee and juice Kitchen person tried to make it work but hot breakfast, room comfort and shuttle was why we booked with Hampton Inn We have always enjoyed our stays in the past but this was a huge fail!!** Note if you book through 3rd party booking they will not reduce or refund your rate If there is a problemBest of luck to others that travel through

chanel Statham

The guy who checked us in was wonderful & helpful The pool was our first thing on the list It was gross

Like a green color so not properly maintenanced a nasty ring around the pool It stunk like garbage in there also🤮 next room was clean but it says NO SMOKING it smelled like old cigarettes in our room Sheet on one double bed had what looked like a squished bed bug or dried up blood definitely wasn’t trying to find out My son was so congested in this room like he couldn’t breath He ended up falling asleep and woke up screaming something bit him Sure enough he had bites along his neck Someone was beating on the wall for hours After we decided to pack up and leave and got in the car my son wasnt so congested The room was stuffy and humid For the price I am beyond disappointed This was a place we planned to spend most the week at for spring break Waste of money Don’t even bother

Hotel is under construction so the whole front entrance is closed That’s not a problem as they are working to make the hotel better When my family and I checked in around 5pm on Friday evening, the front desk attendant didn’t give us our breakfast coupons(we didn’t know this at the time)

So the next morning (Saturday) trying to get breakfast I had to deal with this with the front desk and breakfast staff Then again on Sunday morning I dealt with itAlso I asked for a 30 minute late check-out and was told I couldn’t get a late check-outRooms were pretty good Hotel was clean

Renée Jackson

I had a horrible experience with this hotel during last winterI booked a hotel room close to the airport in Dallas—a room with free airport shuttle and a great Indian restaurant nearby, for a quick overnight stay with the charitable non-profit for which I work The room was fully paid ahead with a business credit card—not just a “credit card on file”—in order to receive a discount

I arrived as planned, after waiting a lengthy hour for the free shuttle ride from the airport I arrived to find that they sold my fully prepaid room out from under me—with ZERO advance notice for which the front desk barely halfheartedly apologized So they sent me to the Las Colinas—miles further into Dallas away from the airport—about which this review reportsAt the Las Colinas, no one would recognize my reservation sent from the first hotel Desperate for a bit of sleep, I gave my personal credit card number so that I would simply have a place to stay, in faith that the cost would be sorted out later In the morning, neither the Las Colinas nor the first hotel would pay for an airport shuttle–which cost far more than planned now that I was farther from the airport than planned In the morning, the clerk wouldn’t give me a receipt but said it would be emailed And when, back at home after long flights, I found the receipt, it was charged for the amount I had prepaid at the first hotel PLUS $17 extra (before taxes) AND it was a duplicate charge on the same business credit card that they couldn’t look up the night before Very fishy; very dishonest; and totally not okayIt took about a dozen calls and emails to the managers at both hotels, neither of which were very responsive (the first hotel was responsive once, and after that not at all) It took about a dozen phone calls to Hilton’s US Customer service to get them to put a “case” in place toward getting the charges and refunds straightened out—the duplicate charge lowered by $17, the duplicate charge taken off the credit card, the $35 shuttle fee reimbursed, etc Why the hotel itself couldn’t and wouldn’t refund the money is beyond me—especially since they were able to charge credit cards they said they didn’t have, and for fees beyond what was promised The Hilton national offices had to issue the refund, and promised it would show up on the credit card statement within one week After I thought it was a lost cause, the refund finally showed up 8 weeks laterThe extra charges might not seem like huge numbers, but for a non-profit agency flying me for charitable work, which I accomplished in Dallas, they are major Not only that, but the ethics of services purchased, services rendered, and customer service promises from the hotels, is very important to me I don’t take broken promises lightly when part of a contract between myself as a well-traveled customer and one of the biggest hotel chains in the world I will do everything I can not to patronize a Hilton hotel for a very long timeYes, finally, the second room charge and the shuttle fee were reimbursed, only after many unkept promises along the way How does a hotel chain like Hilton make all of that right? Surely not only by refunding the bare minimum of the extra charges that were THEIR fault Since no one did anything to try to make this right as far as keeping their word, or going above and beyond, I have no reason to stay at a Hilton in the future They treat customers this lightly? There are far better options out there I have traveled all over the world, and everything that happened at the two Hilton properties during those twelve hours was outrageous

S

My only critique is You have to pay for breakfast I feel like if I spend 15000 on a room and I am a Hilton honors member breakfast should be included ! Besides that the hotel was very clean my room was very nice and clean i got some really good sleep and felt comfortable pillows were very soft plus the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful I would definitely come back! I do recommend this place

We set a reservation here for my sister’s bridal shower The experience was AMAZING from Valet (complimentary with Spa) We were greeted at the door and quickly ushered to our individual rooms

The massage was very relaxing and much needed The facilities were kept very clean The waitresses were always there for anything that you needed I do wish they had more hot tubs and the sauna wasn’t working at the time I believe for as much as we paid EVERYTHING should have been operational and ready for use That was disappointing However, we then went to the brunch at the Outlaw and when I tell you it was SOOOO much food I was overwhelmed with all the food selections Not complaining at all let me add Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely return one day Thank you

Stayed the weekend for a wedding The room service was so good it made me want to leave this review lol I was surprised that the prices were fair as well! The room was great and had a balcony overlooking the pool

The housekeeping crew should definitely be rewarded! They cleaned our room multiple times per day and would organize your things It was wonderful My only complaint was that the bar closed at midnight I later learned that the patio area was still open for drink service but the bar tender just closed the door right when he saw our wedding party approaching and didn’t share any of that info

Victor Poore

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Four Seasons Las Colinas! The location of the resort was convenient as both Dallas and Fort Worth were less than 30 minutes away The service from the bellmen, the golf shop, and the restaurants was Five Star! The cocktails at Outlaw were potent and the meals at Law restaurant were very good 18 holes at the golf course were challenging and the conditions were commendable

When in Dallas, I will make every effort to return here

Every corner was spotless 2 Friendliest staff across the board, from the manager Mr Shepherd, to Carla, Santos, Bernard, and Brenda 3 Welcoming – always greeted with a smile and “may I help you?” 4 Complimentary breakfast: Brenda goes out of her way to make sure it is delicious and nutritious Walnuts, almonds, cherries, raisins, etc to top your Old Fashioned made from scratch oatmeal 5 Accommodating – our renovation start date moved several times and Mr Shepherd assured me that I did not need to worry, he would take care of us – and he did It all starts with him He has done a fantastic job with this property and it shows

Every single employee made our family feel welcome (including our dog!) They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful Most mornings, the breakfast offerings included home made oat meal, with a wide variety of optional extras What an unexpected treat! Our rooms were clean (and quiet), the beds were comfy, and the location was convenient

In all ways, it was a wonderful experience!

My wife and I stayed from Mar 20 to Mar 22 The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice Very good for the price

The staff was very courteous, which is important to me As a final positive, I asked for a very late checkout time because of the need to take care of something for work As a one-time gesture, they gave me the late checkout time at no extra cost even though I was willing to pay Very awesome!! I know it was out of standard policy for them to do it and it likely wont be something they can do in the future, so i really appreciated it I recommend this hotel of you’re in the area

The hotel it’s self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of usWe were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes

The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn’t have to listen to the planes all nightI was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning It was a quick, easy, comfortable rideThey do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly

Jacob Tidwell

Overall, it was a regular Westin experience It’s a deceptively large conference space Room was comfortable

The lobby/atrium ceiling opens up 4-5 floors, which made it incredibly loud at all hours for those of us on the end of the hall Most of the interior restaurants were closed or barely/poorly operating, which has become the norm in hotels during the pandemic Staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating Banquet food was wonderful!

Great hotel!Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass byTheir bar is opened until midnight Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer

Food was great I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned!I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it’s not an issue for me Phone was taken by nobody So I removed one star

The friendly and helpful staff is what mostly made my stay go well The fitness center is a tad small, however guest are able to use the huge gym next door for free There are rumors of that gym closing however

The food could use improving as far as expanding the menu and having it at an affordable price The beds are alright Could be more comfortable

We travel A lot as a family every year We even kept up our travels during Covid and most places we visit we stay at some Hilton owned hotel or resort So to say we have stayed at many homewood suites is a fair statement

This location is not corporate owned and it shows By far in the top 5 worst hotels we have ever stayed at So I’ll keep my review to the main issues not allll of them for sake of time When arriving I ran to the lobby restroom where a employee used at the same time as me, she was standing behind me to wash hands apparently I was taking too long so she look at me goes “it’s ok I don’t work in the kitchen” and takes off, as if that isn’t disgusting enough the next working I saw her serving breakfast There was rotting garbage in the hallway that I had to ask for 2 days for someone to take care of the smell was atrocious Dead roaches in the hallways Good and trash in the hall ways Showed and tubs covered in rust, we had to put towels on the floor of the tub to even shower The breakfast was sub par and they never once had waffles

Joseph

I was put next to the laundry room and asked for another room 30 days ago Still waiting Can’t get room service half the time

They say every four days but it’s now six and won’t be until tomorrow Fridge went out and couldn’t get service till next day Out of luck on loss of food What would you rate? Going to Residence Inn later this week Won’t take much to be better

Joel Francis

Got to the hotel and was upgraded at no charge to a room that was super hot There solution drop it 2 degrees of what it is and when it gets there drop it two more Just buying time for the sun to do down cause they new very well of the room getting hot

If I would have known at the time of check in I would have just kept the original not worth the upgrade Now we get to sleep miserable and not enjoy the stay

The hotel itself is wonderful Nice rooms, beautiful lobby, nice amenities The complimentary breakfast buffet is great

omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal A variety of juices, soda fountain, water, tea, coffee A complimentary snacks happy hour The front desk staff and management and shuttle drivers are unpleasant and at times rude The staff doesn’t seem to be the quality of typical Embassy Suites/Hilton Staff which are known to be professional and top notch/customer oriented

Deepak Patil

Shuttle arrived within minutes after requesting Easy 5 min ride to hotel from airport Front desk was very welcoming

They had cocktails and snacks when we arrived Room was very clean Next door neighbors were very loud and it felt like walls were paper thin Complementary breakfast was amazing Omelette counter was super efficient and made some good omelettes

Teresa Baker

Love this hotel, very clean The staff is friendly, food and drinks are great Shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes

The only Downfall was long-term parkingWhen I called Hilton they quoted me 1000 per night for parking even with me staying the night before my flight I went online and found a parking offer by a 3rd party that was much cheaper, and you don’t even have to stay at this location
