The A-Lodge is unique, fun, affordable option to stay to explore the Boulder area! It’s a great place if you need a landing pad for adventures or somewhere low key to relax with a view The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was a bit dated Nothing too bad, but not somewhere to stay if you like things a bit fancy

My husband & I grabbed pizza from Nick-n-Willy’s and ate out on the balcony above the lobby to enjoy the view & sounds of the stream on the property There are numerous common spaces accessible to enjoy the tranquil surroundings That night they had a bluegrass jam session on the lobby patio that we had a fantastic time listening to The musicians were talented, welcoming, & friendly Overall a great stay!

I booked one of the van camping spots and for the price it was a great value! We were right along a beautiful creek and the entire property was beautiful Restrooms were just a short walk over the bridge toward the office And it truly is a 5 minute drive to downtown Boulder

No cell service, but good wifi Unfortunately, my partner and I were involved in a car accident on our trip so we weren’t able to stay our second night The staff was sympathetic and quickly credited our stay and gathered the items we left at the camp site Thank you again – great staff I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms, but would definitely recommend the camping!

Tiffany Rowe

The people working there were very nice and friendly I really enjoy odd weird things and places so I was excited pulling up to this place because it wasn’t a typical lodging place You have to drive off road down a steep hill and navigate narrow paths it was really cool

But the smell 😔 it smelled like BO and sewage We had to open the windows and spray our perfume everywhere because it was nauseating I had a essential oil diffuser so the eucalyptus helped mask the odor We also HAD TO keep the bathroom closed because it smelled like sewage really bad Unfortunately I will not be returning unless you deep clean those rooms

The sweetest rustic Inn and Spa! I probably had the best massage of my life with Brooke This Inn really goes the extra mile and you can tell in the details They had a great breakfast spread, fresh made cookies throughout the day, a complimentary wine and cheese hour, they even put out special night time tea in the evening

All the staff was wonderful and super accommodating We had our children with us when we visited, but I would definitely return sans kiddos This place would be the perfect romantic winter getaway Niwot is a safe and small town with a ton of wonderful dining options and outdoor experiences nearby Highly recommend!

Tzvi Wertenteil

What a place Came here for two nights in January and it was the perfect little romantic getaway Close enough to Boulder that you’re not stranded and far enough that you’re in a small town

The rooms were perfect and cozy The spa treatments were amazing and the wine and cheese evenings were so cute All the staff were wonderful and 2 nights 3 days was the perfect amount of time

Kaylin Thomas

If you feel like coming home to a little log cabin and being spoiled with wine, charcuterie boards and cookies, this place is what you’re looking for! Every room comes with its own fireplace, deep tubs, heated toilet seats (I miss these the most, probably), snacks, a TV, and enchanting décor The atmosphere of the entire place is so welcoming and warm The staff is incredibly friendly

We left our room at 10 PM to get some water, and found mugs with tea bags, honey sticks, and mints left out in the lobby, with a whole mound of freshly baked cookies beside it They even have breakfast foods, coffee, and tea ready for people who wake up earlier than the breakfast chefs We’re definitely coming back to Niwot just to experience the Inn again!

My husband and I recently stayed here after having the worst experience at another hotel the previous evening When we called Staybridge and spoke with Yvette, she was extremely helpful and patient as we explained our situation We were needing a hotel for the remainder of our 9 day trip and we needed a room as soon as possible

Yvette did not hesitate to speak to her manager and they were able to book a room for us immediately They even offered for us to check in early as we were unable to even shower at the previous hotel we were atAs soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Yvette and she was beyond helpful The lobby area was extremely clean and welcoming and we were so happy we were able to book a room here without any notice Our room was perfect for the two of us It was sparkling clean and had more amenities than we even needed for our trip All staff members we interacted with were so nice and always asked if we needed anythingThis hotel will be our new “go to” when visiting CO! We had a wonderful experience and can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating on such short notice!

Trini Chan

I stayed at the Staybridge for a wedding and they were very accommodating The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable This place is also walking distance for the outlet malls, Raising Canes, and In N Out

My fiance left his suit in the hotel room and we didn’t realize until a week later Devon and Nick were so helpful with helping us find it I highly recommend!!

Amanda Johnson

My family and I had the privilege of staying here on our trip! The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate my husband and I, our 7 year old, and our 2 year old twins surprisingly comfortablyCustomer service was excellent and willing to help with anything we needed Check in/check out was a breeze, and anyone who has young kids knows the importance of everything going quickly and smoothly! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

The people who work here are trying hard Embedded in my reason for a nice review is that the management has to keep their employees happy for the place to run smoothly like thisBreakfast was buffet style but done well

Facilities had a basketball hoop with inflated basketballs my 8-year old thought was what made this a nice hotel It’s not cheap but if you get the price digested it won’t let you down

Mark Goldenberg

Very nice hotel to stay at in Boulder It is conveniently close to the University of Colorado Boulder and not too far from downtown Boulder The rooms are clean and modern and the pool, hot tub, bar and other amenities are kept very nice

However parking can be difficult especially later at night since there aren’t many open spots in the underground parking garage and the parking lot outside

E Rodriguez

Terrible! Stay somewhere else Not what we expected from a Residence Inn, rooms get serviced every other day because they are are short staffed Our room was serviced 1 time during a 5 night stay, we overstayed 1 night because we liked Boulder and even then they did not have our room serviced when we we got back to the Hotel the front desk people are not helpful

We demanded a clean new room for the last night we stayed and just got my summary of charges and are being overcharged 16400, called them and they couldn’t fix it so I’m opening a dispute with the credit card Just stay somewhere else You’re welcome!

Jazmin Alvarez

So this review is a few months late However, Let me start from the beginning My husband and I were searching for a hotel close to our wedding venue and we stumbled upon this one

It was maybe 5 minutes away from the venue and we thought it was perfect In July we took a tour of the hotel with the old hotel manager Renaldo He was great and everything seemed to run smoothly We have a large family and they seemed like a good fit since we ended up reserving over 60 rooms We ended up signing a contract in August 2021 for our wedding block in April 2022 In January I received an email from the new hotel manager by the name of Isaac, he stated that they have no records of my contract at all and that I would need to sign a new contract This was surprising, but I had the old contract saved already I sent it and asked this manager several questions about the rooms, event, and any special accommodations for older guests I never received a response February came around and I sent another email and called the property and no response This happened for weeks My father ended up having to go down to the property and talked to Destiny Mind you I live 15 hours away from the venue and I wasn’t able to drive down Destiny stated both the property managers are no longer with the company and I should handle my business with her So I did Destiny was rude and short with me during all of our interactions Upon checking in, the front desk women were absolutely horrible and rude They were rude to my guests, mother in law, my parents, and friends The male staff were great, but the women were awful I would not recommend this hotel for big events what so ever This place is unorganized, rude, and deserves a lower rating for sure Brain had emailed me after I finished the survey and responded with “I didn’t see anything” so it basically didn’t happen right? After I responded and gave him different incidences he never responded Take your business elsewhere

Gie Hartzog-Bunn

Wonderful helpful people The manager Brian was especially wonderful to me after another hotel overbooked and basically told me they didnt care if i had to sleep in my truck The rooms are extremely clean and roomy and the beds are comfy and it is so quiet

They let me check-in early because I work 12 hour nights at the hospital I love this place! Highly recommend

Amber Anderson

Right when we got to the property we were told that the room we reserved wasn’t available I had reserved a room for four people and two queen beds well in advance But upon arriving I was told that the only room available for us was a king bed with a pull out bed

The pull out mattress is awful! It is very thin and well used My husband ended up just sleeping on the couch And even before that, we noticed an awful smell while entering the room The smell lingered our entire stay The room was clean enough, but just wasn’t fit for four people I don’t know how they can sell it that way (And two of the four of us are children)Then, we wanted to use the pool the next day before we had to leave and the pool doesn’t even open until 10 AM This doesn’t make much sense with a noon check out timeThen, to top things off, we witnessed an ADA violation A lady in a wheelchair had to scoot down the stairs on her bottom because the elevator was out and her room was on the floor above the first floor When she complained to the staff working the front counter, she was not treated with kindness and was basically just told that she could go to a different sister hotel We didn’t even bother complaining about our stay at that point after the person In front of us was treated so badly

The staff was exceptional but some of the rooms and the furnishings in the lobby are worn and in desperate need of helpFortunately we were able to shift rooms after our first room which had not been maintained There was mold/mildew under the bathroom caulk and stained grout

Additionally, though it had a pull out couch for our son, when pulled out, there was no safe way to maneuver within the room The second room was a vast improvement and much more up to Hyatt standards The chairs throughout the lobby are worn down to the vinyl liners, chipped and unsightly All that said, the staff was excellent The manager of housekeeping was lovely and helpful The front desk staff was great The highlight is the exceptional team member Noah, his exuberance and positivity is a real testament to Hyatt’s hiring practices Great to see so many helpful and positive staff Hoping the rooms and furnishings are renovated as we are regular visitors to Boulder and would love to come back here, but not with the risk of getting a room like our first

George Valdez

Noah owns the event that is breakfast, and we’re just along for the ride I haven’t seen this kind of enthusiasm in years My man is a whirling dervish of energy

I feel like whatever he does, he’s going to bring it all I hope he maintains that in whatever he does in lifeThe hotel was spotless, modern, really 4 star quality Nice restaurant next door, convenient to many things I look forward to staying again!

Daniel Cumming

Amazing place to stay We stayed here for a wedding in Boulder and unfortunately groom got Covid day before We asked the front desk if there was anything that could be done to reduce the number of days of our stay even tho we book a non refundable rate

Jeff and his staff worked with us and was very accommodating to our request Will stay here again!

We made a mistake with our online booking and Kevin was quick to rectify it over the phone By the time we got to the hotel, he welcomed us with his friendly & warm demeanor and made check-in breezy The room was cozy and the outdoor fire-pit area was a great place to enjoy our takeout dinner at

The complimentary IPA was a welcome addition, albeit a bit hoppy for our taste There’s several great places nearby to grab a bite at or pack up for a long hike We missed the breakfast but I have no doubt their offerings are a great way to start the day All things said, the Hilton Garden Inn, Boulder is a fantastic place to stay at reasonable prices The 5-star review is partly credited to Kevin being the GOAT He’s the best!

E Marin

Clean, good parking, love the pillows, comforters, bed, there’s a fridge, ice machines and filtered water on every floor The pool on the rooftop can be used across the street at the Embassy suites, they share a pool with patrons of both hotels Great location if you like the city feel- Walking distance to everything! Groceries, shopping, dining, & drinks

Kevin Wagner

Called to have them get the room ready for my wedding night Asked if they could add flowers and champagne to the room Got the champagne and also random prescriptions, trash, and hairy soap

They did put us into a new but didn’t comp anything, not even the extra snacks that were supposed to be included in the room When I told the front desk in the morning, he offered 2 bottles of water and rudely “congratulated” us on our wedding, didn’t apologize at all or offer anything elseEdit:The GM called and made it right, so really appreciate that Still can’t believe the front desk’s attitude…

I had a pretty decent room on the corner with good square footage and layout I also have very good status with Hilton I usually stay at Hiltons and have stayed at many Hampton Inns

I also understand the prices in this area can be a bit high But when I spend that much, I at least expect the paint is not chipping off the walls (this is the bathroom ceiling) I also saw that some of the caulk in the shower was a bit mildewy I was not super impressed

Mister Kyle

The hotel front doors were locked 24/7 requiring key card entry, not the safest feeling in the world The room I was in was not properly cleaned including a towel covered in hairs hanging in the shower The breakfast was extremely average

I’ve always enjoyed many of the Hampton Inns across the country, this is one I’d not recommendDiamond Member

Stayed in really nice room with included full kitchen Loved the room and layout although bathroom single frame double door was a little strange The bed was comfy and appreciated the black out curtains

The room felt unique It was clean and stylishThe breakfast was okay, but thought there would be something other than paper plates and plastic cutlery for the price of the rooms A little bit more attention to detail on the breakfast with hot water and less packaging would be nice

Natasha Wright

Summary: Not great for a family of 4 Staff was super nice and helpful, but room faced car dealership and it was BRIGHT in the studio king room at night making it difficult for the family to sleepPros:- full kitchen, great for traveling with kids- nice staff- free (basic but good) breakfast- seemed pretty soundproof, didn’t hear neighbors- cleanCons:- super bright at night because of the lights outside, room really needs a light blocking curtain on the small window on couch side- bathroom doors, why the 2 mini door design with a crack so big in the center I can stare at someone on the bed while I pee?- got 2 random calls, one around 4am and one at 5am that woke everyone up (perhaps alarm from prior guest?)- no inside accessible stairs, really would have preferred to take the stairs vs waiting on slow elevator at the lobby

David Green

I stayed here for a month in early 2022 and regret it My main complaint is with housekeeping, who managed to block the toilet twice during my stay after trying to flush their disposable cleaning wipes When I reported this to reception the second time, I found the girl on reception to be disinterested and unhelpful

This was about 6pm, and she just made a note to send maintenance the next day, no urgency Of course, nobody came the next day and the toilet was still unusable when I got back from work, so I went to reception again and received exactly the same unhelpful response from the same person This was extremely frustrating, so I fixed the problem myself in the end Reception also requested that I specify the days that housekeeping clean the room (the default was every three days), but they did not attend on the days I requested and continued to come every three days The breakfast was also probably the lowest quality I’ve ever had at a hotel The room had clearly seen better days, and during my stay there were several problems due to minor water leaks in the kitchen and bathroom They fixed the leak in the kitchen, but the leak in the bathroom was still there when I left On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the location close to the Flatirons mall was convenient, but I would not stay here again

For other options in this price point in the area, I like this one the best even though the hot tub is not working The staff is very friendly and accommodating as they managed to get us checked into our room very early because we had been driving all night The receptionist was even sweet enough to fill me in on the beautiful pond to walk around right outside the hotel and a little bit further than that an awesome park to bring our son to!! Thanks guys! Would stay again!

LeAnn Archangeli

I’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting familyThe front desk : Anjoli is extremely kind, a hard working and professionalMy rooms and the bathrooms have always been extremely clean

I’m very particular about thisThere’s a well stocked breakfast bar in the morning and they even have a small buy- and -go snack and essentials area for anything you need or forgot to bringThere’s plenty of well- lit free parking close to the buildingThis establishment is very conveniently located and right across the street from great shopping possibilities as well as quality restaurants I never have to drive far for shopping or dining which saves me a lot of timeConsidering it’s great location it is an amazingly quiet area with nearby parks for a nice walk I feel very safe while staying here

Angela Mitchell

Pros* the employees are super nice & helpful, the hotel was always clean, very pleasant smell, breakfast which was kept full the entire breakfast time, rooms are larger than most, and there is a laundry roomCons* there is only one washer and one dryer, coin operated and the dryer has to complete two cycles to dry the clothes, in the room the mini fridge is indeed mini, and there are no kitchenettes even though people stay for extended periods of timeOverall, it’s a very nice place to stay but for extended stay where you don’t want to eat out everyday, I’d choose somewhere with a kitchenette

The room was clean and quiet One person in our party used the pull-out bed in the couch and found it comfortableI didn’t like the sliding doors on the bathroom for sharing the space, but that’s just me whining

The staff was friendly and responsive to requests The pool was warm and clean and is 35ft deepThere were many choices for breakfast including an omelette station, self-service waffle makers, and also fruits, yogurt, and cereals The coffee was pretty good and had a variety of creamers available The complimentary evening reception that included two beverages per guest was a nice touch

Marina Rudolph

We stayed for about four weeks while evacuated from our home after the Marshall fire and it was an amazing experience We had two room suites and they are very roomy and comfortable The couch is a little slippery? But fine

I have to say the staff is what makes the hotel The housekeeping staff was amazing, attentive and did a beautiful job keeping our room clean and comfortable The breakfast staff always made incredible omelettes and started the day with coffee and positivity! Then the amazing evening staff, the bartenders and waitstaff were the best So nice to us and our dog! She loved going down for happy hour She would get so much attention and love The drinks were great and the food was good with healthy options They made such an awful situation truly wonderful We moved to a hotel for a kitchenette and it’s just not the same We miss everyone so much! Great hotel and people!

There is no option for 0 stars- DO NOT STAY HEREThe staff seemed busy and uninterested when approaching the front desk They keep the work fun by staying on their phone and socializing

I requested room service each day but it never happened even at $150+ per nightThey allow dogs in rooms but some owners left unattended dogs in the room which were barking late into the night (11PM) due to starvation and neglect – front desk staff seemed unable and uninterested to deal with the situation, with no maintenance personnel onsiteI had to change rooms late at night and I was not able to get any sleep before an important business meeting the next morningThere is no option for 0 stars- DO NOT STAY HERE

This place is unsafe and they do not care At 4 in the morning a guy walked in our room He had a key!! I chase him out and he gives me the key and hits the stairwell

I checked to see if we lost a key but we had both keys! Got new keys but the old ones still worked! front desk didn’t care Emailed manager and no response! Two stars for location and cleanliness They responded like it was no big deal and it happens all the time! Stay away for safeties sake!

We had our wedding reception here! And hands down, it was fantastic! Our wedding coordinator, Carli, went above and beyond helping us through the process We are an out-of-state couple, and they helped us get all the tiny details accomplished! The service was amazing, breakfast was always fantastic All of our guests loved their stay! The views of the mountains were phenomenal

If you are thinking of booking here for your wedding reception- I highly recommend!

Stayed here for a quick mom break and it checked all the boxes This place is very quiet, the bed was comfy, my room had a bathtub, really clean & spacious Great service at the front desk and in the restaurant

My only negative on this hotel was the breakfast It is not free which is fine But the a la carte menu is a major rip off $16 for a small omelet (came with a handful of home fries) and $4 for a small glass of orange juice I’ve read great things about their breakfast buffet and my server this morning told me it will be coming back this week But for the time being, I’d go out for breakfast

Very disappointing Room very outdated The toilet is so low – kids size

Fan in bathroom does not work Food stains on the carpet Very dark room and awful “view” I paid extra for what I thought would be an upgraded room for a family trip What a disappointment Yest – the lobby is pretty, but if you want modern nice rooms- go somewhere else

This was a great place to stay during my family’s vacation in Colorado We had so much fun and were comfortable here The staff were amazing and always helpful and welcoming

The outdoor bar, two pools and hot tub along with the beautiful view of the mountains were excellent! I do wish there were more restaurants or food type options in the tap room but the food there was still delicious and we enjoyed the beers too We will be coming back in the future when we visit Colorado

Everything was great Couple hidden fees but not terrible We enjoyed this hotel so much we extended our stay twice lol the restaurant is good, the bartenders are better

Room was extremely clean No problem getting more towels or anything we needed Also my little boy loved the hot cocoa hr they had each evening Such a nice touch We will definitely be staying again whenever we return to the Denver area conveniently located right outside of the hustle and bustle

We were in Denver for a death in the family We originally booked 1 night and ended up staying a week! The staff was so gracious to let us keep extending 1 day at a time We so enjoyed our time here! We had some lovely times with the family just sitting on the patio for hours! The pools are great! Lots of great spaces for gathering! The staff in the restaurants were fabulous! Front desk was wonderful! We really didn’t want to leave! I loved the different fruit waters in the lobby every day! And the cookies and pastries after 4! Seriously top notch place! I was a little disappointed with the limited food options, but our waitress at breakfast one morning told us how they are still trying to get back to their full service, so I understand

I also thought it strange that housekeeping didn’t give us clean glasses every day We had to request clean glasses after several days of not getting them Also, I wish the little fridge had a freezer that would fit anything The freezer slot was so small I am not sure anything would fit, maybe an ice pack I got ice cream and had to have the bar and front desk store it for me Also, one suggestion To have a waitress at the pool going around to take orders would just add another level of awesome! We so enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will be back!

Pull out queen bed had OLD DIRTY sheets and blanket rolled in middle of bedMattress has NO SUPPORT, springs poking my shoulders, back, knees and kidney I tried to sleep in the wicker chair from 1130 to 2am

Then back to mattress, so tired to sleep a little, managed to sleep 2-519am Back to the wicker chairBathroom sink can’t drain easily the pull up stem locked in placeTurn on the hot water, it takes awhile, the quick heat unit comes on and the 1 light of 2 light unit flickersBanisters on outside walkup rotted woodNot enough towels for 4 person stayI do NOT RECOMMEND this facility!$360+ a night NIT WORTH IT!

The cottage is very nice with a retro feel good equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms The service of all the employees is wonderful The location is awesome just backing to the flatiron trails

The Wifi is terrible It disconnect all the time the speed is very slow, you call technical support you wait for 30 minutes one the line then someone answers, try a bunch of stuff, nothing helpsI stayed in this place for over a month and had to work from the cottage, I kind of able by using my phone hotspot but that is also very slow and this in not a solutionI never been in an hotel were the Wifi was so bad If you came here for a night or two and don’t care about Wifi I highly recommend this place Otherwise stay away

Loved our experience here! Leslie provided fantastic customer service and made the experience even better The cottages are cute, clean, and well furnished Love that Chautauqua Park is a short walk with beautiful views

Was super impressed, and the remote check in/check out made it so easy Definitely want to come back The only downside was the tight parking that is first come first serve, and some rowdy neighbors, sound travels quite easily with the old cottages and close quarters

This location of Homewood Suites is wonderful! They recently handled a group rate for my daughter’s wedding From start to finish they were easy to work with, kind, professional, and excited to see/ensure her wedding day was perfect! They accommodated over 20 rooms for us and included the meeting room for the bride and her attendants on the day of the wedding including champagne mimosas to toast the happy couple The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean

Truly some of the best beds I’ve slept on in a hotel! Breakfast was of good quality and variety, and the staff was happy and kind for our entire stay! Weddings come with lots of little requests, accommodations, early check-ins etc they were able to manage everything for us and did it with a smile The young couple handled most of the arrangements themselves and were pleased to be treated with respect and kindness from the start by this hotel

Elissa Hammond

The front desk and the breakfast lady were so helpful and thoughtful I was surprised at how bare bones the amenities in the room were, but between COVID and cost effectiveness, I could guess at the reasons and figured if I really needed a blow-dryer, I could ask at the front deskFree breakfast was fantastic

So many options, plenty of grab’n’go options and snacks for laterOverall, this place was very comfortable and refreshing It was conveniently located for extended stay as it was right by a grocery store
