The entire staff continues to go out of their way to make sure every guest is happy diring their stay Janet, the general manager, always makes sure I have everything I need The check-in process is quick and efficient

I love their variety of beverages and snacks you can purchase at a reasonable price The morning breakfast is always on point and they are quick to bring out more if a particular item is getting low Lindsey and Lori are some of the other employees that are ridiculously friendly and know the job well and even during the busiest times they never seem stressed When I travel from out of town this is the only location I will stay Thank you again for a very enjoyable stay

AJ

I have stayed there before and had a great experience it’s actually my go too hotel when I’m working in Whitestown, it’s my hotel of choice, I’ve stayed there two times before at week or two at a time Was going to book again and my plans changed las minute and I called the next morning to cancel my reservation was told it would be taken care of and have a good day I check my card and there is a 200 dollar charge (more than my nights stay!) I stay with IHG and am a member, I’m a loyal customer, and I get a surprise charge

I called and they said it is what it is nothing they can do I understand a 50-100 dollar fee not 200 dollars, I tried to re book this week and they’re sold out so I have to stay at another hotel but it’s insane I got a surprise charge, no receipt, and was not told about it When I call there is nothing else I can do, supposedly the GM says there is nothing I can do, so from now on IHG has lost me as a customer

Was very clean, the bed was comfortable, big, warm & cozy! Staff were very nice Fast & respectful Had a smallKitchen sink, microwave & fridge, also had a couch! Was very nice only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom faucet being a lil loud but overall I slept great good stay!! Thank you!

Me and my family liked the hotel, but there were a few things wrong with it that could use some improvement the check in desk lady made my family do almost everything, because she wouldn’t get out of her chair the room was pretty decent, we got a king sized bed room

the room did have a weird scent that would not go away even though we put cologne and air freshener in the filter we used the pool and the chlorine made my skin itch and my hair sticky the hotel had average breakfast, but they had a make your own waffle stand, which was cool overall, pretty decent, but a litte weird

Kensey Bell

Stayed for a week+ We had different rooms and never encountered any bed bugs Rooms are nice beds are soooo comfortable

The breakfast is ok, could be improved but it’s free & hot so can’t complain too much The pool is coldThe staff is nice but Rachael the manager is a life saver as she helped me with getting cheaper rates during my stay

There is nothing fancy here Plastic furniture and no carpet makes it easier to keep clean, which I appreciate Our room also had a couch, good sized TV and dorm refrigerator

It was perfect for our needs and the price point matched our budget Alex the night clerk was pleasant, helpful and he had a charming sense of humor Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating of our special requests Close to the highway and close to the event we were attending (Whitestown’s Viking Fest) What’s not to love?

Becky Watkins

Room was reasonably clean although did have some dirty walls and hair dryer cord looks like it’s never been wiped down since the smoking room days However the bigger issue for the 2 rating was safety Our chain lock was completely loose, screw holes stripped

We were already settled when we discovered and opted to put chairs in front of door but this is not conducive to a good nights sleep We mentioned it to 2 different employees including manager and were met with a very apathetic response from both, very disappointing Guest safety should be utmost priority and concern!

I was visiting family and needed a great location The hotel looked very clean and nice The staff was very informative and helpful

The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean and spacious We appreciate the great customer service We had encountered a problem with the pool, as it was not working Antonio went above and beyond to make us happy and keep us coming back We appreciate the great customer service

jon pounders

The bad first: The room we started in had barely any water pressure, and we were able to move rooms the next night My wife requested a roll away bed 3 times and nothing Finally, she requested again and almost an hour later after our 4 children were in bed they came beating on the door

Some of the front desk staff seemed put off and were on their cell phonesThe good: the location was great, there are many restaurants in the area and it seems like a safe area The rooms were clean and the breakfast and coffee were goodI truly don’t like to leave bad reviews; you can see that if you look at my profile However, I do hope that the owner or manager sees this and make changes

Whitney Young

This was a very disappointing experience Our room was decent but smelled musky The frustration came from the pool situation

We were told on arrival there were only 15 people allowed at a time and manager had to allow people in There is a 50 minute time limit However when we tried to sign up to access the pool around the time we were told another group would be done, the manager said he would “see if anyone was ready to leave” The “rules” weren’t actually rules and it was incredibly frustrating dealing with a 4 year old who just wanted to swim There was so much back and forth over what was actually a rule and what was not we had to wait in the lobby for 30+ minutes only to be given different information every time I asked Would not recommend this hotel at all

From the start the whole experience was awful! We arrived and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before finding the gentlemen at the desk hiding in the room playing on his phoneWe attempted to check in and the gentleman was very rudeWe booked the suite to accommodate our family

Upon entering the room we had a spider in our bedroom, the floors did not look like they had been swept, there was dried urine on the toiletWe chose the suite which sleeps 4, there were no sheets for the pull out bed, one blanket and only enough pillows for 3 of usAfter dealing with the gentleman at the front desk none of us wanted to go down and ask for more things to accommodate us so we just made do with what we hadWe tried to make the best of the situation and decided we would take the kids down for breakfast and then go swimmingBreakfast was a nightmare, the milk and yogurt were both spoiled, we were afraid to try any of the breakfast sandwiches in fear that we would get sick since nothing else seemed to be good so we went on without breakfast and went ahead to the poolThe pool was nice and literally the only good part of the entire stay!10/10 would not recommend!

Dee Swinson

This was the guest hotel for a 50th Anniversary Family ReunionThere was a few traveling sports teams and contractors when we arrived for our 3 day event but the Desk Clerks – were FANTASTIC They made sure that we had everything we needed and by Saturday afternoon, we were grilling and hanging out with the other hotel guests

The kids enjoyed the pool party and outdoor movieThis was an epic weekend without any incident and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rodney Mines

Worst Marriott property management I have ever encountered! Work trip…drove up from Alabama, due to inability to get a timely flight, so we were bone tired by the time we arrived Instead of quickly getting into our rooms, we were given an hour+ run around and a hassle because they overbooked (despite my reservations and Marriott rewards membership) Night manager sucked…

gen manager sucked…front desk sucked complained to Marriott and got no response Will never stay near again AVOID at all costs!

The Brick Street Inn is lovely Zionsville is a cute little town, and although there’s lots of dining, we loved the food in the restaurant on site Lovely room, beautiful hotel and restaurant, restful surroundings

We stopped here on our way through Indiana in Rt 70, and it made for a refreshing final stop to our cross country trip Definitely hope to be back someday!

Hunter Bragg

I can’t say enough about Brick Street Inn! As we were celebrating a birthday, they made our stay special before we even arrived The staff were extremely nice and accommodating The restaurant was amazing, the room was quiet and cute, and the hotel itself was just adorable! We were able to sit outside by the fire after dinner at Auberge

We will definitely be back for a visit – thank you very much!

As an avid Choice Hotels guest, I expected slightly better It’s still a 2- or 3-star hotel, so manage your expectations The staff was friendly, but not always helpful

(I found the language barrier especially difficult here) The space is conveniently located near the interstate and 5-10 restaurants Facility seems either old or just hasn’t been maintained as well as othersMy primary issue was that all the mounted/wall lights were on timers you couldn’t avoid This means approximately 5 minutes into a shower, all the lights turn off If you don’t catch them fast enough with movement, they won’t come back on Two of my three mornings included a shower almost entirely in the dark When I approached the staff about the issue, he (kindly) said it was a corporate decision and I should consider moving a desk lamp into the bathroomOtherwise, the parking lot and some aspects of the room were just ragged (See pictures)

Incredible! These rooms are the ultimate romantic getaway! It’s very expensive but worth every penny if you can afford it I wish the price was more manageable so we could book more than 1 night, and i wish the check in time was earlier than 6pm but it is still an amazing experience! The room seemed very clean as well as the pool! Staff was friendly as well Only complaint/issue we had was I stepped on something sharp in the pool and when my husband felt around, he pulled up a pool filter cover that had 2 long sharp screws sticking out of it

Not a huge deal because luckily it didn’t break the skin, but when we checked out, we gave the part to the staff and told them what happened, and all they said was “sign this paper stating you were not injured” We weren’t expecting to get anything from it, but it didn’t seem like they were concerned with anything other than getting our signature for I’m sure legal purposes, which is absolutely understandable, but it just seemed cold or something But again, no one was injured and we had an amazing experience! It was awesome to have an indoor pool to ourselves! Would definitely recommend 👌!

Kelsey Simpson

My husband and I stayed here and overall the experience was nice We loved the pool and got massages which was amazing However there were a few negatives for the price we paid

We stayed in suite 5 there was an odd smell in the bathroom The bathroom altogether could use a facelift The waterfall was freezing cold and definitely a disadvantage that it’s on a timer and you can’t just turn it off The bed was so uncomfortable We could not get any sleep by how uncomfortable it was The massage chair definitely needs an updateWould I come here again absolutely however I think there are a few updates they could do to make the experience even betterThe time and experience with your partner is very important and worth it in that aspect I just really wish the bed had more of a comfort level If it did then even with the other negatives I could justify a 5 star review

Keisha “Keisha” E

We had a wonderful stay here The pool, hot tub, hot mist sauna and shower was beyond amazing I love the lights around the bed and the mirror above the bed

The room was clean and smelled good This was truly a great experience that was worth it It was easy to reach the staff for clean towels and any additional amenities that we needed (ice, iron etc) This location is close to a bunch of restaurants, movie theater, stores etc The outside set up look like town homes I believe the rooms are sound proof as well We received complimentary wine glasses and a spa bag for the pool area There was also robes in the room for us to use

as a titanium for life member I expect to be greeted appropriately and acknowledged I expect a clean and functional room I expect friendly service

my room was clean there was no welcome no acknowledgement no bottle of water no nothing service was unfriendly no one ever smiled, almost as I’d everyone hates their job no soap in room (they said their is a national backorder)would not return this is a $79/by hotel, not a $129 hotel

Doug Perkins

Second time here Good stay with the exception of checkout I stayed there a week and the staff was great until the morning of checkout

I had an early flight Some hotels keep coffee hot The night clerk came out and there was no “Good morning, how can I help you” He just stared at me I handed him the key He asked if I wanted a copy in which I replied yes I asked him if there was hot coffee and he just pointed to the thermoses I made one pump and tasted cold and nasty I then told him that and his reply was “Okay” There was no greeting or apology or have a nice day This young man needs to be retrained or fired In most cases I give 2 stars but the rest of the staff is outstanding

Jon Zink

Hotel is a bit on the older side, but seems to be recently renovated Someone was smoking in the room next door It could use a good cleaning inside and updated and maintained landscape

Even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, Housekeeping was pounding on my door at 8:30 while I was on a work call The breakfast food was disgusting at best

Yea I don’t know about this one

they keeping the appearance up but it does not get cleaned well for sure I won’t get in to what I found in bathroom The AC doesn’t work in 129 so it’s smelly and muggy in there I had to leave windows open to get air Fo some reason a picture on wall kept moving a lot and making noise It was so annoying The lobby and all that was reap clean though and front desk woma was so nice and quick The dishwasher had nasty water build up Cute room with nice layout too bad the staff isn’t keeping it clean very well

Room was OK but not great, bed was a cheap uncomfortable bed The reason I’m leaving this review though is the CREDIT CARD FRAUD that somebody at this hotel just attempted against my card After getting the messages from my card, calling to talk to a Fraud specialist, and having a conversation about the charges

somebody in Indiana is trying to make charges on my card, related to “electrical contracting”The only person in Indiana who knows I was there for “Electrical Contracting” and had access to my card is the girl who checked me in at the hotel last Monday night, April 18th, at approximately 8-9pmSo just be aware if you stay at this hotel, one of the employees is stealing guests credit card info, address info (which you have to give to book a room online), and any other details she can get on you and then attempting to put charges on your cardHopefully the hotel handles this, I did call and complain to the front desk earlier, after I spoke with Chase and we narrowed that down She said she was going to call her manager immediately and that this had also apparently happened to ANOTHER guest, presumably today I told her to tell her manager that I will be happy to follow up on this review IF THEY PURSUE THIS AND SEE THE THIEF CHARGED BY THE POLICE If not, my review is going to stand, as is, as a warning to the next traveler so they aren’t ripped off and inconvenienced tooSo if you don’t see an update the hotel didn’t pursue it, and the Thief/Thieves are likely STILL there

Jay Bird

Staff were very friendly Room was what you’d expect for the rates Bed wasnt bad

Fridge, dishwasher, stovetop (stupid temp knob was messed up on one electric top), microwave Building did however reek of weed i kinda got the feeling that it was partly the staff too lol didnt bother me tho might bother someone else is the only reason i say it

4/4/22 Update: Marriott made it right!I was contacted by the hotel manager and credited the appropriate amounts based on the original reservation This was a big surprise and completely unexpected We had a nice conversation and because I was not told of the price change at the time the change was made so I was refunded the difference

(But it is still their policy that the price would change on a reservation update based on current rates) Good on them for recognizing this and correcting the errorI am updating the rating from 1 star to 4 stars I would have given 5 stars had this not happened in the first placeOriginal review:Buyer Beware – a cautionary taleSharing to prevent others from experiencing my fateReservation Confirmation # = 81326***I originally booked my room in late Feb Early March for 4 nights 3/9 through 3/12/22 The rates for this original reservation were3/9/22 = $1073/10/22 = $1073/11/22 = $1513/12/22 = $151Total for 4 night stay with taxes etc was $60372My plans changed and I called the site to change my reservation on 3/8/22 to shorten it by a day, from 3/10-3/12 I called the hotel and they made the change I called, instead of making the change on-line, because I wanted to make sure the rate would not increase if I made the change I was not informed that if I made this change my rate would go up during this call, so I assumed it would stay the same I was very surprised to learn after reviewing the email that was sent to me to update the reservation that the new rate was3/10/22 = $1263/11/22 = $1893/12/22 = $189Total for 3 night stay = $58968Thus I saved a whopping $1404 after taking a night off my reservation Had I known this I would not have made the change I should have been informed of the rate change and new total prior before the change was executedHad the rate stayed the same I would have stayed through 3/12/22, but I was quite upset about this change and decided to leave a day earlyNet result is a lose-lose Marriott netted less money than they would have originally since I decreased my stay by another day, and I left upset at their lack of communication and poor treatmentWhen making reservations in the future, why on earth would I want to make them with Marriott, and why the heck would I ever recommend you to anyone Not that I won’t, stay with your chain again, but your hotels will be at the bottom of my list instead of the topCheers

NOT TEAM FRIENDLY!!! Our team stayed this weekend at the Courtyard by Marriott Northwest, using a stay to play link Upon checking in our parents were met with 2 pages of extremely tight rules pertaining only to those checking in as part of a team Understandably there were rules pertaining to quiet hours but also restrictions about youth not able to be walking in the hotel without a parent or guardian, no horseplay, no playing of games or sports in any public area around the hotel, no bringing of sports equipment into the rooms (kids have expensive equipment that needs to be protected in our rooms at night and not left in a vehicle), no playing of music, no outside food or drink allowed in the lobby

Also, there was a rule that if there were complaints logged that we would be charged an additional night’s stay if the hotel mgr decided to compensate those logging the complaint for their stay To make matters more difficult, when you are traveling with a team you want to hangout/congregate as a team This hotel would not allow groups to congregate on their propertyThe staff was incredibly unfriendly and very accusatory of any parent/guardian/adult in the lobby or front desk if they saw a kid away from an adult One time my husband was asking for assistance and was told rudely to get his kids under control, but the kids in question were not ours He explained that they weren’t, but the hotel rep continued to be accusatory of us breaking the rulesAs you can see, all this made for an extremely poor experience attending our tournament I’ve also sent this information to the booking agency for stay to play so that they can reconsider this hotel for team accommodations

Keith

The rooms were extremely clean, well furnished and quiet! The only complaint that I had was the maid came by in the morning and knocked on the door to see if she could clean it Since I was only staying one night, shouldn’t she have checked with the front desk to see if I had left instead of knocking on the door and waking me? The location was close to the highway It needed more parking spaces

I could not sleep with the crying babies, barking dogs and little kids in the hallway I tried to get my room changed I was told that could not be done because they were understaffed I left the hotel Upon trying to check out, the front desk was closed Supposedly they were cleaning rooms However, when I got in my car and called, someone picked up I was told to call back in two days because the manager would have to approve the refund I called back, there was not a manager available I left a message I did not receive a call back It’s been two weeks I’ve contacted Choice Hotels Corporate office and Bookingcom Now I’m contacting my bank The hotel just said they cannot refund my money I am not standing for that

Staff was always polite & friendly The rooms were clean, comes equipped with toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, soap in med sized bottles attached to the wall, mini fridge, microwave, single cup coffee maker, but, I suggest bring your own coffee pods, the brand provided I did not care for but they also serve coffee downstairs throughout the day with the extras one could add as wanted Morning breakfast is typical continental breakfast, biscuits, eggs, sausage, gravy

It has dry & warm cereals, bagels, pancake maker, offers orange, apple, cranberry juice & milk Offers extended check out till 1pm If traveling with a service animal make sure you have your paperwork, they will check for it Has a nice space for animals to play & relieve themselves Water pressure is decent, but, the temperature fluctuates between hot & cold vs regulated temperature Right off the highway for easy access to the road Overall, this is a nice location & will stay again

Maybe I can post pics later Not impressed They must be moving toward a Days Inn franchise

I missed them changing the omelet ingredients to include styrofoam Old milk bottle in my fridge No sugar or cream for in room coffee Want hot water with your oatmeal? Then walk to the lobby AND, if you want more than 4 pieces of bacon you might just have to pay extra points This platinum member rates this property at the bottom of any IHG property I’ve stayed
