ARIANNA WAS AWESOME as well as the other front desk attendants to include housekeeping ARIANNA pointed out to us to some great restaurants The only issue I had was the rooms were dated as well as the sofa which needed a little cleaning and our air conditioner was was SOOOO loud that we couldn’t hear our TV

Apparently no one else could either bc the neighbors on both sides of us had theirs SUPER loud Overall the stay was good

This place is a well kept secret Although they don’t have an in house kitchen, but it’s close enough to major restaurants and food placesI thin their decor is just incredible, ambiance is relaxing, everyone is genuinely having a good time

The BEST thing is their STAFF, super chill, helpful, nice and never rush you They care about how comfortable your stay is There was an issue with the TV in the original room they put us in, they then moved us to a different roomChris, Andrew (Andy), Reggie (manager) are incredible human beings They get what it’s like to be in the hospitality industry and always put you at easeWhen you’re visiting a place you need a comfy and safe stay so you can truly enjoy the experience They just GET ITDefinitely going back next time we’re in town Kudos to you guys, keep up the good vibes The world needs it

I don’t know where to start The hotel was very accommodating to all our needs The staff was very friendly and welcoming

Made sure you were satisfied From loaning out umbrellas, to food suggestions, which to me made a big difference in the stay My only suggestion is it could use minor touch ups Coming up from the lobby I expected slightly more from the room That’s just me being picky Oh the bar staff was excellent!

Sarah Franklin

We found the pictures on the website to paint a much nicer picture than what we actually got The lobby is nice with a cute bar but our room felt kind of dingy, the sheets were thin, and the spring mattress was a little worse than our mattress at home Just felt kind of small and the bathroom was fine I just expected more because of the online photos

All the staff was super nice though!

We love the IHG brand so we booked a 7 night stay and were so happy with the accommodations we extended another 4 nights! We had a little trouble our first night and Karin did everything she could to make it right and she DID! The rooms and baths are spacious Hotel views are lovely Beds are comfortable

And the BEST fried chicken (trust me!) is available across the street at Brother’s Hotel is walking distance to some great spots on Magazine St (District Donuts, Aidan Gill, Gris-Gris, Lily’s Nails) and the Streetcar is right outside the front door So glad we discovered Hotel Indigo!

Great stay! I highly recommend the Babins bar & bistro downstairs it has great breakfast and service Steven the manager was very helpful (he gave great recommendations for places to visit) The young Colombian server was thoughtful and attentive in her service

Regarding the rooms and bathrooms they were clean and comfortable This hotel is located in a great spot! Overall I’d book again

Curtis McGhee Jr.

Even though we only stayed here one night during our vacation, it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, especially in New Orleans The room was beautiful, as you can see below Also, we enjoyed having a valet parking because there really isn’t anywhere to park on the side of the street

Overall, a great place to stay We will probably stay at Hotel Indigo again if we visit New Orleans again

They saved my vacation! I was 19 trying to find a quiet place to stay during a break from college, the hotel I had previously booked with denied check in (fine print 21) and barely returned my deposit This La Quinta was the only hotel to be kind enough to accept us for the three day trip The rooms were perfect, staff were amazing, and they made our trip possible

I will only stay at this location for all future trips, thank you guys!

So, I get the feeling that the manager Tony is one of those type of people that looks down on his own people who he feels displays “undesirable” behaviors I came from Wyndham, which is where I am a timeshare owner, but my week was up and I needed one additional night, so I booked at LaQuinta I arrived around 1:50 which is about 1 hour before check-in which is around 3pm

The front desk took my id and credit card info and said that my room would be ready shortly and that I could check in early I waited for about 15 minutes and still no room I decided to start eating my food which was crab legs and seafood fried rice while I was sitting down I was eating the food already for 15 minutes when one of the workers went and told the manager that I was eating it and then he walked over and told me I couldn’t eat the seafood inside I told him that it was fine I was almost finished anyway and I could just finish it when I checked in my room Then he says that his hotel had a no seafood policy and that I’m not allowed to eat it in my room or I’ll be charged a fine I asked him why wasn’t this in the agreement that I signed and why wasn’t I told this at the time they took my credit card? He had no answer Basically he was assuring me that I would be charged even if I bought the food to my room and there was no proof that I was eating it He was completely rude and wanted to argue with me back and forth I asked him if I would be charged even if I bought it to my room but didn’t eat it He insinuated that I would eat it so they would charge me anyway and he instructed the front desk clerk to put a note on my account to be sure to charge me He was out of line and rude This is New Orleans where people come here for the seafood and even some hotels serve seafood in their restaurants Telling a guess they can’t eat seafood on their room without being charged a fine was completely unreasonable and unrealistic Furthermore I don’t think Tony the manager, would have said that to any other guest unless they were guest of color People need to realize that you can be prejudiced against your own kind I feel that Mr Toni targeted me because I am a black woman who was wearing an Afro-puff at that time and I was sitting in the hotel lobby cracking open crab legs, and he wanted to make an example out of me

Going to a wedding in New Orleans May 6 Twice this hotel has canceled our reservation without any notification No call and no email to state cancellation

Today I called to check in on my latest reservation and it was canceled No rooms available and no explanation I am left with having to go and find another place to stay because they can’t figure out why they canceled our reservation Unbelievable! I am very very disappointed I did file a report with Customer Care

SUPER nice staff, specially the valet gentleman (he’s the only reason for the stars)Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep at all With the highway and Canal street on each side and windows that seemed to amplify noise rather than block it, you can hear every jerk with a modified tailpipe (every few minutes down here), every police chase at 3am, every car blasting is radio

Just as I feel asleep around 4am, and again at 4:30am, the microwave started blinking super bright in the dark room saying FOOD out of the blue for no reason waking me up againThe room decor is cold and uninviting with concrete floors They’ve replaced the cozy seating area with a makeshift kitchen strip (though the oven only stays on for second before overheating)Both plugs under the bedside lamps were having well out with live exposed wiresFirst room was hotter than the hallways or outside Even after two engineer visits, it was still 81 degrees in the room while it was 75 outside Front desk was very reluctant to move me until I said I’d be leavingSpeaking of front desk, they also wouldn’t upgrade me (gold elite) when I was first checking in even though it was mid week during a slow seasonMoved to another Marriott the night after and slept like a baby

Shanitra Jackson

The hotel itself was very nice I only gave 3 stars because during my stay they experienced an issue with the water Apparently ships docking affected the water pressure, resulting in NO water in my room

We couldn’t shower, toilet couldn’t flush I had to brush my teeth with water from a water bottle and no one really seemed to care They all took an, “oh well it is what it is” attitude I didn’t appreciate it; my group and myself had to leave the room for the day not feeling clean and they didn’t even offer as much as a complimentary bottle of water Smh, I understand that things happen but do better

Resauche Flax

The room was clean and overlooked Canal St The staff was pleasant The location was perfect for us since we like to get our steps in daily

We walked the entire French Quarter during our stay I am however extremely disappointed with the handling of room availability upon check-in There is a $17 per day self-parking (a block away) or $34 for valet

If this hotel is 3 stars, then I need 4 star because this was not 3 star quality according to my standards In my room the air conditioner was noisy, the carpet runner was falling away from the wall This revealed a wall which looked moldy, the carpet was dirty, the bed skirt was stained

They bed was uncomfortable I could not sleep, maybe my anxiety was taking over, anyway-it was not good rest The kicker is that, it was the only room available on the first floor, and I had an elderly parent who is unable to walk the stairs Then again I’m not sure if the room upstairs were any better-according to my guest whom I had booked in a room on that floor There was trash scattered around the halls and parking lot Just gross 🤢 I do not recall having such a bad experience on a previous stay at this hotel… very disappointed I will certainly choose elsewhere the next time I’m in town 😒

Sean Foley

Stayed here one night before an early flight from MSY The hotel is recently renovated and the room was clean Bed was fairly comfortable

Check-in was fast and friendly The odd-numbered room face a bright and fairly noisy gas station The sign outside the hotel said happy hour was 4-7 with free Abita beer, but the front desk never mentioned it Overall, a decent place to spend a night

Room 718 I’m convinced has mold or some other allergen My sister and I stayed 5 nights On the second night it was so bad we could not breathe

The front desk moved us to room 709 which had an air purifier It was better but still bad Bellmen, valet, front desk staff were very nice The location was great and the hotel looks very nice 50$ nightly for incidentals 10$ nightly for a preservation fee (please read the fine print) If they are charging to preserve the building they could do a better job Overall, I would not stay here again The air quality in those rooms are horrible Been to many hotels in my travels and this is something I’ve never experienced

Frank Migliarese Jr.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Stayed for just one night but in that short time was treated the best I have ever been at a hotel Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful Made it seems as it was a pleasure to do their job to make make my experience as comfortable and positive as possible

The men and women of the valet especially were great and welcoming Hotel is beautifully decorated and elegant Room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated as well Would stay here again given experience and location

So, I first went to Le Pavilion over 10 years ago – it was beautiful (and still is in some ways) in an old world sort of way The lobby is glorious, and the rooms felt old and lived in and early America It’s a haunted hotel, although I’m sad I haven’t seen a ghost

It may be because about 5 or so years ago they renovated all the rooms, modernizing and sanitizing them, and they lost that old world charm It’s sort of sad that it feels like a Holiday Inn now The lobby is still spectacular, but the rooms are bland Sadly the pool was closed while we were there, and the front desk wasn’t very friendly We inquired when we checked in about a military discount because it wasn’t available to select when we booked, but then the person at the front desk said that we needed to do that when we booked – well, then I guess you don’t give a military discount since it’s not possible to get it Let’s just leave it at that, shall we? Nonetheless, I had some wonderful experiences in the past at Le Pavilion, including the fruit basket in my room the 2nd time I went back that had a card that read “Welcome Back, Mr Meek” I still remember that little gesture, and it still makes me smile But that was then, and I don’t think we’ll be staying at Le Pavilion anymore It’s not the same, although I will miss the PB&J happy hour, which is a nice holdover from before all the renovations

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I’m sure! The room I got was really small with one wall of old brick, and at first I had some misgivings, but it grew on me I stayed for two nights and found the room to be cozy From the hotel I was easily able to walk to the aquarium, Jackson Square, and Bourbon Street I will definitely consider it for future stays

Nidhi Kikkeri

Stayed here with family over the weekend Its located in the downtown and within a mile from the Jackson square and the french quarter Hence, these places are walkable from the hotel

Room was clean However, it was smaller than it appears in the pictures One other drawback is the parking It is paid self parking in a parking lot, which is about 03 miles from the hotel Wish the parking lot was closer The AC in the room was too noisy through out the night Breakfast was good and had options Overall, the stay was okay

K Greatting

We were very pleased with this hotel It was very clean, had a nice breakfast and the staff was friendly It was very easy to walk most places we wanted to go and there is a streetcar stop close by for anywhere further than we wanted to walk

The only downfall was that parking was a couple blocks away but we were able to unload and reload our vehicle right in front of the property when we arrived and when we left We would stay here again

Bourbon St isn’t too far from this hotel at all Rooms are clean & well kept Room service was great, we had a two night stay When we got back our room had been cleaned, restocked with everything River view was great All charges were told up front no surprise Definitely will be back

Katie Rages

Good location but room was somewhat run-down The air conditioning was not keeping up but not quite bad enough to be worth changing rooms Pool was nice but be aware it’s in the shade in the afternoon

You will be charged a hefty fee to self-park (because the valet section is full or under construction or something?), but don’t worry, the five valet guys standing around will be happy to go self park for you for $20 Good location to explore the French Quarter and the Riverwalk outlet mall though!

The room smelled very musty It was dank and damp and did not feel clean The curtains did not stay closed and were being held together with plastic clothes pins

There was no vent in the bathroom so everything was wet from the steam from the shower The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were cheap substitutes in the Watkins bottles There was no room refreshes that are offered at other HIEs We were told the room would not be cleaned during our stayThe mildew in the room made my daughter sick and we had to end our trip early

Whoever commented within a year to 18 months had to be a friend family member or a paid employee/person to make false statements only to bring business to this hotel People just visit and do a eye assessment yourself as you walk up to the building entering the building the smell walls floors I will not settle for poor treatment

I’m still here for the one night stay Going elsewhere Over a hundred to two hundred a night to stay in a garbage smell hotel I couldn’t sleep almost 6am Getting ready to leave once daylight hits I loved visiting this hotel in the past Me and My daughter put carpet fresh down with a plug-in to help with the order But still paying out of pocket for services should have been completed before my arrival

Steven Duttine, Jr

For $650 for three nights I was expecting room service to tidy the room and replace towels while we were visiting Bourbon street; I guess not We paid ahead before coming and there was a $50 holding fee that would be “refunded” The entry smells moldy, no breakfast even though the website showed pics of some

Parking lot is not wheel chair friendly Beds are very firm and sink fixtures rusty and crooked Parking lot looks to have night security and the view from the balcony is very nice

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be let downLovely, clean room Friendly staff No telephone in the newly remodeled room I assume it was a cost cutting effort since we all have cell phones now Did not have a brochure in the room for local information or how to dial the front desk That would have been helpful Just across the river from everything! Plenty of parking

Adre A

This hotel was top tier! Keia was our primary representative at the front desk and she went above and beyond to help ensure our stay and cruise plans went off without issue The entire staff was beyond kind and helpful to our whole party (there was a lot of us) The rooms were so clean, updated, and affordable! Housekeeping provided everything we asked for with a smile

We needed batteries for our remote and maintenance came within minutes with a new one We tried to not require a lot but they still made us fee like any request was a nonissue They really know how to treat a guest at this place and I can’t wait to stay again!

Kaelysia Cooper

This location was recommended for my daughter’s dance competition Not the prettiest place to stay Looks worn or as if undergoing construction outside and in

My daughter and I went to eat at the restaurant We waited 5-10 minutes to be seated until finally walking up to the bar to check with the server Unfortunately the kitchen was closing/closed Room, beds, bath area was as expected Only 1 outlet out of 16 total outlets worked We found out the morning later when only one device was charged And though I can’t be sure of it, but I think their outlets somehow shorted our chargers 3/4 chargers did not work once returning when they were functioning perfectly fine before Close by many food and shopping options

During my 3 night stay, I was bitten several times by bed bugs at this hotel I did not see any bugs, but I noticed several bumps on my legs on my last day there I initially thought they were mosquito bites, but it was an itch that I had never experienced before

The bites formed welts and were in a line on my legs I eventually counted a total of 10 separate bites Further research revealed these signs/symptoms consistent with bed bug bites I immediately contacted hotel management who launched an investigation and had the room inspected Management claimed that the room tested negative for bed bugs and that there was nothing that they could do By this time I had checked out, so I asked if it was possible for me to see the report They denied my requestI understood that despite the ample evidence on my body, I didn’t have a strong case because I didn’t see the bugs during my stay and had already checked out (I should also mention that my room had not been adequately cleaned when I checked in and the hotel had to contact housekeeping to clean the room again) However, what most upset me is the lack of empathy and rude and patronizing behavior of the management at this hotel As you can imagine, this has been a stressful experience First, I have welts and bites on my body that are extremely uncomfortable Second, I was so worried that I might have brought these bugs home I took the proper precautions and have not had any issues because thankfully I noticed the bites early enough Though, I had to incur the costs of throwing away belongings and professional laundry services to ensure I did not bring these pests into my home Yet, management presented themselves as experts on the topics by denying my claims and telling me that bed bugs don’t bite legs (which is completely inaccurate) I did not receive any compensation from this property, which I knew was likely given the inspection results However, at the very least, I could have received an “I’m sorry you are experiencing this” or “I understand your frustration” from this property I rarely write reviews, but I would hate for someone else to experience this The customer’s experience is not valued here and you may encounter bed bugs

This hotel is newly renovated so the lobby and the rooms are absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and had had wood floors which was a nice touch compared to most hotels that only have carpet in the rooms The beds were super comfortable and the staff was quick and attentive whenever I needed to contact them The ability to contact the front desk through the Marriott app made everything even more convenient

This location is also ideal because it’s a short walk to the busy French Quarter without actually staying over there I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel overall is well-maintained The hallways did have carpet bunching that probably needs redone The room was great

We had a city view room that did not disappoint Housekeeping did a great job with our room When we had an issue with AC, maintenance was up right away The pool was nice, though smaller and shallower than anticipated They have a nice bar downstairs in the lobby area A negative is that there is not enough staff at the front when people are checking in or out There was a bit of a wait time, most likely due to the number of people staying for the conferences that are hosted in NOLA and even at the hotel The location of the hotel is top notch It made our experience so much better than I could have imagined Overall, we would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time There’s immediate access to restaurants, stores, bourbon street and transportation is everywhere The room was on the 25th floor and we had a nice view of the city on the pool side of the hotel

The service was phenomenal and went above and beyond as far as friendliness is concerned The staff were very pleasant in general It was quiet and comfortable, we used the gym a few times and loved the wide selection of machines and equipment I would happily stay here again in the future

The location is amazing It’s within walking distance to so much in the French Quarter and the streetcar stop out front is convenient The view of the Mississippi from our room was awesome

The beds are very comfortable Rooms are clean and nice The pool was nice, but much smaller than expected Staff was nice, but seemed a little annoyed at being asked questions about the cityBut for a 4 star hotel, the amenities are very lacking There is no refrigerator in the room, the bathrooms are very small, the closet is very very small, there is no free wifiit costs money each day, the number of open outlets is lacking, and the parking is outrageous You can’t use a luggage cart on your own, either, so if you have a lot of stuff you’re stuck carrying massive loads up and down, or paying large sums of money to bellhopsThe parking is way overpriced and valet is even more ridiculous For the cost you’d expect actual security in the garage, but nojust cameras The garage is very narrow and dangerous and poorly lit I was very nervous about leaving our car there with some things in it, but we had paid for 24 hours and didn’t want to pay even more money to find luggage storage after we checked outI guess I expected more from a 4 star hotel

Excellent hotel with decent pricing! Room was very clean and the amenities are great for those of us traveling for business This is in a perfect location to get on I-10 from the convention center while still being in walking distance of the French quarter Parking can be tricky but by using the premium parking app you know what you are in for in the area

What an enjoyable stay! The Staff is amazing! LaShonda at the front desk made me feel like I had been there a 100 times Randall offered to walk my things down to the convention center (he may have regretted it) and went above and beyond! I could go on and on as every staff member I encountered treated me and everyone I saw them encounter like we were family The hotel was very clean, updated and had a lively bar

This will be my new go to when in New Orleans!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic The staff was sooo friendly and our room was gorgeous I went stayed at this hotel for my bachelorette party and Amber was wonderful working with my mother to ensure we had 3 rooms next to each other and that there were gifts set up for us in the room

Rich was also the most incredible concierge attendant He even went out of his way to order us a fantastic ride to the airport Rich smiled at everyone who came in and made you feel like you’ve known him for years I truly loved my experience at this hotel and cannot wait to make another trip to NOLA and to the Omni Riverfront!

The staff was very friendly and nice Even the over night staff was very nice and friendly I did breakfast every morning at 6:00am and the was met with a friendly and heartwarming “good morning” every morning

It was during the Essence fest and I believe one of the young ladies actually attended the Janet Jackson concert the night before It didn’t let out until almost 1am Then for her to have to turn around and be back to the hotel just a few hours later to make sure the breakfast was ready to go for 6am was amazing She may have been tired but was still really pleasantThe hotel was really clean and my room was too Over all I enjoyed my stay and had a great time I will stay there again

Kitchen Staff needs to be more customers service oriented The employee seemed mad all the timesRoom service should be offered more often for long stays

Front desk were niceNote: Please remove services you don’t have available to avoid misleading communications Like the pool which has been closed since March 2021This was our first time ever in New Orleans and we are very disappointed We don’t plan to be back again nor recommend it

Our original thought was to stay in the French quarters But with the ridiculous pricing for parking we’ve decided to stay on the outskirts at this hotel with free parkingCheck in with fairly quick

They gave us some waters, cookies, and some king cake But nothing was labeled, so I can not eat it It was nice, thoughUnfortunately they do not have any rooms on the 1st floor So we got the 2nd floor The room was pretty small but clean There’s really no view outside except for the parking lot We have a soft travel shell on top of our car that I was really worried about But it went undisturbed all nightEveryone was friendly, from the staff to the other guests I won’t lie; we were the only white people around I mean, we literally saw no other white people Which I don’t mind But, I was a little worried that we would be treated like outsiders We were treated just like anybody else Everyone is just so nice When my husband checked in, he told the girl I had a terrible migraine, and when he went back down for something, she asked how I was That was super sweetIt’s pretty quiet around We didn’t hear too much noise in the halls or from other rooms The bed was decent A little firm for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference Overall, it was a good stay
