Idalia greeted us with a bright smile and stellar customer service This woman is a gem! She was simultaneously working the front desk, answering the phones, cleaning the breakfast area and helping customers without missing a beat! Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable The breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold items (eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, etc)

Excellent location with easy access to the bus line for skiing Highly recommend staying here !! We will be back !

The stay itself was great We used the hotel stay for a surgery recovery before heading home The room was very clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing me with ice We stayed two night and by the day we were getting ready to check out staff knocked and let themselves into our room at around 9am without waiting for us to answer our door, which my husband was up getting ready to do We were not dressed or ready to have anyone just walk into the room which was very embarrassing

Alyssa Montgomery

Absolutely recommending to anyone that needs a nice place to stay The pool and hot tub were relaxing, the beds were so comfy, the room and bathroom was very clean and we had a microwave and a decent sized mini fridge I think the one complaint that I have was the lock outside by the fire pit was not accepting my key card and my boyfriend had to let me in 😂 other than that, the TV was great, WiFi was good and my boyfriend even enjoyed the breakfast

I hope you love your stay as much as we did!

I was a little bit skeptical about this place at first because it is an inn (remind me of a motel) But it turns out to be great The room is clean and has everything that hotel provides

The location is obviously not downtown, but if you have a car this should not be an issue It has a really convenience access to the freeway Bus no 209 can take you to downtown too The one other great thing that we found is it’s really close to a historic farm You must check that out Really cool and great photography location

Laura Lee-Haycock

We stayed here for a family reunion in June 2022 The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable Service was good and employees were very friendly

It is a bit outdated but not horribly I would recommend a change in the breakfast menu It’s the same things everyday and no waffle maker Coffee is awful We only ate the breakfast twice due to the reason above No variety at allParking is a bit crowded and if there is no spaces in the front you have to park in the back which is not well lit and a but unsafeI would stay here again in the future I would just plan to eat out for breakfast

Monica Murariu

Personnel was so amazing and so helpful, on top of that we really appreciated the shuttle from and to the airport, the location right next to the ski bus, the gym, the pool and the jacuzzi Maybe too much chlorine in the jacuzzi, however that didn’t stop us from spending some relaxing evenings there The rooms were not the most amazing feature of this hotel, but the sofa was so much appreciated! So 4 stars for the location, jacuzzi, sofa and the shuttle for the price! I’m going to return for sure

In spite of multiple requests, our room was never cleaned over the course of a week Managers and desk staff alike were unconcerned to the point of lying about the cleaning schedule, and only the most halfhearted attempt was made to address the issue on the seventh day of our stay The hotel itself is generally clean and well-maintained, but we will not be repeating our stay or recommending this hotel after seeing how they addressed the most basic expectations for room cleanliness

Aubrey Warner

After some plumbing issues at home we needed a quick local spot to crash for a few days Didn’t want to pay cleaning fees on Airbnb so used a hotel app to score a solid rate on a room here The room had two beds , a separate living area with pull out couch and a full sized kitchen with dishwasher! They also serve breakfast and are conveniently located near 215 and Cottonwood Heights

Hit Hogs Wallow for some dinner and it ended being a nice weekend away!Clean and big rooms , safe parking , and helpful staff made a potentially rough weekend , a fun staycation instead

YOURGIRLSAV GREG

We’ve stayed here TWICE now Both times we have requested sheets to make a bed for a child BOTH times we’ve had to call and BUG them to get the sheets to us

It took over TWO hours both times & both times they said “we’ve just finished a load and I will find someone to bring some to you” A complete JOKE There was also a footprint on the bathroom floor and found a candy wrapper on the floor Disappointed to the max

1- limited pool hours, slide not open, hours not posted online The staff closes the slide every hour for 10 min during the five limited hours it is open, but then they don’t come back for 30 So it’s virtually never open

Also, they “manage” the slide line for safety, but really just play on their phone so the line takes FOREVER to get thru HIGHLY over-chlorinated Just being in the room your eye begin to burn2- you are only given three passes, and have to pay $10 extra for more, but only allowed two more, even if the people entering are fully clothed and there to watch the kids, not to swim But the hotel staff let in their large group of friends with no questions asked3- they tried to stop us from taking in my kids diabetic supplies We just ignored them and went in anyway4- After swimming they don’t let you take the pool towel back to your room We were told that if pool towels are found in your room, you will be charged extra So your dripping wet kids get to freeze their way back to the room after being promptly kicked out at 9pm And really, what hotel closes their pool at 9??When 9pm rolled around, the not-long line of kids who had been waiting 10 MINUTES to slide were told “too bad,” instead of the staff cutting off the line prior to closing They literally shut the gate in a little girls face5- when this concern of dripping all over the hotel and kids having to walk back while still dripping was brought up by another guest, one staff member also said to the one in charge “why can’t they take the towels?” The reply to either the staff member or the guest (I couldn’t tell which since they asked at the same time) was “SHUT UP” No joke6- breakfast is below average, even for a hotel7- the rooms are only just above a motel 68- the parking lot was DARK No lights, even at the front entranceBOTTOM LINE- If you are coming for the pool, don’t waste your money You’d be better off at a nicer hotel with a regular pool, while paying the same priceWill never recommend, ever Will actually actively recommend alternatives

This was one of the better Staybridge Suites I’ve stayed at The staff is very friendly The morning breakfast was very well put together

Very clean hotel I wish they could do something about the parking and the semi tractor trailers parking in the automobile lot it really constricted space They should make all semi tractor trailers Park in the dirt parking lot The Grins and fins and pool was a nice touch Maybe you could put a couple more items in the workout room because all that consists of is dumbbells and aerobics There was one staff person I was not completely impressed with as they seem to take a path at least resistance If you called from your room she would not answer the phone but if you called from an outside line she would answer To me that’s just unexcusable and people you don’t need behind the counter I’m a Diamond Elite member and she did her best to treat me as just a average customer Otherwise I enjoyed my stay thank you

Steven Delsie

Needed a room early and they were very accommodating Wife and I are in the process of moving and needed a comfy place to stay Rooms are comfortable and like they have a kitchen

Beds are plush, fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow Breakfast bar is great, see pics More to come, we will be here a few days Social Hour on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are great Beer, wine, and some type of food was a big plus

We checked in last night after a long day of driving We have stayed at these hotels in the past without trouble in the past, but this specific hotel seems to have some lapses in the housekeeping departmentFirst, after the long day in the car, we all had to use the washroom

We were surprised that our room didn’t have any soap It sounds trivial, but in a time when the world is concerned about everyone washing their hands, I would have thought that this would be an important (and very inexpensive) detail for the hotel to have looked after Second, wanting a drink of water, we realized that our room’s cups hadn’t been restocked Again, not a huge issue, but it meant a second trip to the front desk and a delay in us getting to bed Lastly, however, when going to have a shower, I discovered that there was what looks like blood on the shower curtain! It was disgusting and as a result, we did not use the showerI am disappointed and will not be planning to stay at this hotel in my next visit

Taha Palwala

I had an issue with toilet( it seems little clogged a plunger would had done the job), the receptionist told me that they cannot switch me to another room since those were their premium rooms and all std rooms were fully booked Good thing was that the toilet starting working when i played with it, but the response i got from receptionist was very wierd and upsetting Besides this issue my stay was good

Marty Anderson

One of my selection criteria for a room on this occasion was a hot tub The hot tub was out of service I was not notified of this prior to, or at check-in

It wasn’t until we had changed and gone to the pool area that we found out–very disappointing The bathroom door did not latch or lock, which was a minor inconvenience as we were traveling with children The staff seemed to be overwhelmed at breakfast and had a difficult time keeping up My previous visit to the area I stayed at the nearby Quality Inn for half the price and my experiences were comparable I am still looking for the ‘right’ hotel to use when visiting my grandkids

We loved this place! From start to finish everything was perfect Our young girls (<10) fell in love with the hotel and staff Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we are just a regular family

Decor was beautiful, classic but not ostentatious Room had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and the view over the city towards the mountains as the sun set was incredible We ate at the Laurel – just amazing! They accommodated the kids and our allergies very well The food was excellent, and very reasonably priced Something for each of us – all empty plates and pleasantly full stomachs The girls especially loved the soup, and one really liked the salmon, the other the steak Our server was delightful! We had fun riding the bus and trains around town We took an easy 30 min bus ride to Mount Olympus, and ate at Rawtopia (highly recommend- very healthy organic & allergy friendly food and the kids ate all of it!) Had a nice walk around there tooThe hotel has two pools, so of course we had to try both The weather was a little cold for the first couple of days, so the indoor pool was the winner there Nice and warm, and not too busy On the warmer days the outdoor pool was lovely Plenty of loungers and attentive service The gentle piano or harp music in the lobby bar / restaurant in the evenings was a great way to soothe the girls The hotel was quiet at night so we all slept well Can’t really think of anything negative to say about it We all hope to be back soon; the girls still ask us to send their pictures to both the hotel and restaurant to say thank you!

Keelie Reason

This hotel was beautiful Chandeliers everywhere, an amazing flower court yard, multiple lounge areas

Simply beautiful You can pay $20 for them to do valet parking They really take care of you at the front This hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and pretty much anything you want to do in Salt Lake city I attended a conference and they put together meals that looked amazing and gourmet The service was outstanding by everyone we met

Joanna P

High-end hotel with massive suite-style bedrooms, most of which have small balconies The bedrooms are decorated in quite a traditional style and look a little worn in places I stayed here for business but don’t think I would be willing to spend my own money as the nightly rate is very high for quite a dated hotel

The pool is a great size and has plenty of loungers The hotel bar also has a large drinks menu and great service Service at breakfast can be a little slow but the food was solid

Good, not great We’ve been here a few times now The first times it seemed very noisy, as far as other guests

Our most recent visit we were on the top floor and right next to the elevators I was a little worried about noise from the mechanical room, but we never heard it This was definitely our quietest experience so farThe staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean The kitchenette is a nice touch at this hotel chain and came in handy with a baby using bottlesThe location is a little odd and isn’t accessible directly from a road, you have to drive to the back corner of a parking lot Otherwise the location is nice and quietThe breakfast is sub par I’ve had much better breakfasts at much cheaper hotels You’re basically restricted to either microwaved frozen breakfast sandwiches (I could only handle a few bites of mine), a waffle station, oatmeal, or typical cold hotel breakfast fare, and even then their selection of fruit was underwhelming, as were their other cold food offerings In an effort to be fancy and modern they laid out their breakfast area in a really confusing, counter intuitive way

Emily Coleman

I was reading the reviews before I booked a room here, not going to lie I was a little worried After saying for 3 days I was very surprised Everyone working was super friendly and very helpful

The room smelled really good throughout the entire trip, although the hallways did kinda smell like pot/cigarettes, if you’re in the hallway for a short period of time, it wasn’t really bothersome The room was decent, very big and had everything you need, BUT the room was kinda falling apart: wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, mildew was on ceiling, you can tell there was water damage also on the ceiling, and the bathroom hook was broken so when I placed my towel it fell off that seems like a lot of issues but it really wasn’t I didn’t mind it too much because everything else in the room made up for it I just figured I would leave it in a review so it is made aware The shower was perfect, nice water pressure and stays hot The pool was probably the best part about this hotel, the water was warm and I’m not sure what they use but it wasn’t chlorine which is amazing! I would recommend staying here because its a decent price for what you get

Fred CD

Very clean! Rooms are truly fully functional complete with a dishwasher a real refrigerator along with anything else you might need at of the kitchen including plates and forks Only drawbacks where when I checked in at midnight my keys did not work I was informed by the front desk guy that the key maker was not working so we did the digital key on my phone but that work sporadically Very unfriendly front desk girl as well when I came down the next morning to see if I could get a regular key I did not hear good morning did not see a smile on her face she actually looked like she didn’t want to be there

Breakfast ends at 9am which seems early compared to most hotels that the breakfast ends at 10 am

We stayed one night Very clean room on the second floor It’s a new building so everything is in great condition

Check in was easy and fast My kids enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast Some options were cereal, oatmeal, pastries, eggs and sausage The only issue I had was having to pay for parking , $7/day There was nothing special about parking, not even covered/gated parking

Ariana Mas

Taylor and Lane are spectacular! They truly are the definition of customer care and what every front desk staff should strive to be I had a small issue but they were so helpful and put me at ease that all would be ok and it was thanks to their assistance One of the supervisor ladies was not so helpful or friendly

Probably one of those promotions for the amount of time with the company not based on merit because she acts like she does not have to do anything for anyone I’m just happy I did not have to deal with her much Overall my stay was wonderful I only had to deal with supervisor grumpy pants when I was leaving but it was very unprofessional of her to yell at my daughter Noone should ever yell at a child especially if he/she are not their ownBreakfast was great except for the last day the oven blew up so they did not have hot breakfast but the kitchen staff were so sweet and loaded us up on fruit and yogurtIf you are one of those who prefer a hotel within walking distance to a store or shops this is not it but it’s a short drive like 5 minutes to a 711 Rooms are beautiful spacious and modern Cleaning staff are generous with towels and kitchen supplies I was very happy wish I could have stayed longer Thank you Lane and Taylor!

Christine Myers

Might want to clean the vents in bathroom once in awhile They charge for parking

why??? I understand downtown hotels where parking is limited but here I don’t understand I was taking a shower and discovered the conditioner bottle was empty If you are a woman you understand how annoying it is not to be able to condition my hair The bottles are locked to the shower wall so I couldn’t even tip it upside down to get any little amount Mattress are not comfortable Breakfast was disappointing So at 7:15am breakfast items not being warm doesn’t make sense I understand at 9:50am why they might have gone coldThe positives are that the room was really large and it has a good kitchen

It’s adequate but I probably wouldn’t call it good, and definitely not great Room reeked of cigarettes, walls are VERY thin and you can hear even quiet conversations from neighbors When I showed up the room wasn’t very clean–a wad of toilet paper still in toilet, some small bits of garbage on the floor, the dishes in the room had spots on them

Nothing on its own was enough to complain to the front desk about, but added together they were enough that I wouldn’t stay here againStaff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was decent, the rooms themselves are comfortable enough

The front desk staff are so friendly and professional and made my stay as comfortable as they could possibly can The suites are spacious clean and comfortable I haven’t tried out the Elements restaurant as it was closed the whole time we were there, but the complimentary breakfast and meals were great

Thank you for everything Luse and West Valley City Embassy! Will definitely visit you again❤️

Hotel amenities in the room are substandard Several of the light switches in our room didn’t work The TV in the main room didn’t work either

It turned on but only displayed “PHILIPS” throughout our stay (3 nights) The sofabed was completely broken, kids had to sleep on the floor The saving grace for this place was that the hotel staff were extremely helpful and very customer oriented They offered us a second room, at no charge, but can’t accept having half the family sleep in a total separate floor & room We traveled with 2 minors I would stay at this place again if they updated/upgraded their room furnishings The view was awesome though 😀

Bad Room ExperienceI made a reservation a night before my wedding in March 2022 with my 2 kids so we can get ready the next day close to the reception I checked in at 1am, they were friendly Once we were going to bed the Bed sheets were yellow! Disgusting! I called front desk, they apologized and offer to give me another room in the same floor

My kids and I packed and moved We checked the Bed sheets before unpacking and same thing Yellow!I called front desk and they offer another room in the same floor again but this time the Front desk lady went to check the sheets and Yes Yellow again!!So front desk and the security went to get clean sheets, at this time it was 3am!! We had to be up at 6am to get ready for my wedding, we were super tired!!Front desk said they will discount my stay but unfortunately they didn’tVery disappointing to Pay this price for a suit and get a dirty bed! I just hate a night before my wedding me as the Bride and my little kids had to go through this so late In the nightAt least the Breakfast was good!

Check in was super easy Staff member at front desk made me feel comfortable The room was clean & the stay was great, but unfortunately I left my phone charger behind and left the state

I called the same night I checked out and was told I had to call back the next morning When I called the next day to speak to the supervisor for lost and found they told me they hadn’t found anything and they did not have my charger I only stayed for the night and remember clearly that I forgot to grab it I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked my duffel bag that only had one outfit in and it wasn’t there I’m just so sad that my charger won’t be returned

Con #1: They asked for my card even though I had the reservation OPEN on my phone, when I asked why they said “to have on file in case of damage” This is common practice at hotels so it was fine by me and I gave it to them I found out later after we got home that the hotel charged us AGAIN! I have called multiple times and they keep telling me they cannot access their employee account to fix it and that the “manager” will call me back to take care or it

It has been five days and I still haven’t heard from one manager and the charge is still showingCon #2: Bed was not great, could not get comfortable and woke up with a very sore backCon #3: Besides two packets of coffee, everything is an extra fee It wouldn’t surprise me if they charged people $10 if they were walking through the lobby with squeaky shoesPros: It was very clean

No refrigerator or microwave in the room as normal in many Hilton properties I was scheduled to stay for 4 nights I moved to another much better Hilton property for the same rate downtownI would recommend this place only if you need a room to sleep in or it is ski season and the rate was good Definitely better hotels in Salt Lake City to stay in

Absolutely horrible customer service! An older woman’s husband was dying in the hospital and the hotel wouldn’t allow her to extend their reservation because he wasn’t at the hotel – in person! How in the world would he be able to do that? The woman offered to pay cash but the front counter shooed her away When she asked if he wanted her to sleep in her car, he just shrugged Appalling customer service

All staff were the same None seemed to like their jobs and several talked badly about new management DO NOT stay at this hotel

Because my wife is allergic to dogs and there were no rooms for her at this hotel because ALL rooms are pet friendly We asked to change rooms, no dice

even though the parking lot was basically empty We asked for a refund, no dice because we paid ahead I have stayed at Hilton properties for 40 years This has never happened before, and I hope it never happens again Or I may move to Marriott!

Our house ended up being delayed by a month, so we had to keep extending our stay here by “two weeks” Our experience here was far superior to any other hotel I have ever stayed at Kerri-Ann and Brenna were so friendly and welcoming and both went above and beyond! They even mailed us a congratulations on our new home card! We tried every hotel in the Salt Lake area while we looked at houses and this was the best hotel out of all of them

It is very quiet which is my number one requirement It is clean, has everything you could need, and a delicious breakfast and fun happy hour

Everything was great! The hot breakfast was phenomenal The room was spacious, the pool/spa was a good size, and the fitness center had a lot of options The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and kind

Only 2 things were not perfect, the bathroom sink did not drain well and the bed was less than adequate The bed was pretty uncomfortable That being said, I would stay here again

M M

We were extremely happy with our stay The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding, & the staff was very friendly I used the guest laundry – it was $1

50 to wash & $150 to dry I like to pack light, so being able to do the laundry when traveling with kids really helps cut down on the amount of things we have to pack So convenient!I wasn’t enthused there is a daily parking fee, but it was reasonable-$1000 a night Seemed unnecessary though It’s not like there was limited parking available like there is in big cities like Chicago & New York 🤔

We had a really nice quick stay here The room was immaculate and had a mini fridge, which I always love Towels were soft, bed was comfortable

I unfortunately had to rush out before breakfast, but the amenities looked great There is a staffed hotel bar that runs late into the evening This would be a great place for people wanting quick access to Big Cottonwood Canyon There are plenty of dining options nearby

I would have given this hotel a better review other than other guests and servicesWe did show up 10 minutes early for check in and waited about an hour We were told we would be told when our room was ready

No one came and told us until we got up and asked again Our room was ready, but at least the staff was friendly and apologized And we didn’t need to rush normally but needed to check in asap to do our other reserved activity that eveningAbout 3 am we had people yelling at eachother on the 3rd floor plus other things The rooms are so clean and comfortable, but the walls must be thin and we could hear everyone around us like they were in the room with us Again super late and woke both me and my partner up It really soured our visit as people should have some respect to the hotel rules of quiet time

Beautiful hotel! My biggest concern is that we asked for adjoining rooms and they gave one of our rooms away They did give is a $20 discount, but the adjoining rooms is why we picked Hyatt Place Other then that my only complaint is the rock hard funky pillows

Delicious complementary breakfast

I love the location of the hotel The service was spectacular The front desk and manager were very helpful and constantly making sure that everything was good

I also really enjoyed the atrium The hotel has a lot of great amenities like a Starbucks and a restaurant and a really comfortable giant seating area with a lot of comfortable couches and chairs and ample places to plug in your electronics to charge The pool was nice even though I did not end up using it but I used the fitness center a couple times and it was great The location is very good close to the airport and downtown It is it is definitely a solid four stars The bed was very comfortable in the room was really clean The only reason I would not give it five stars as I felt the rooms themselves were very dated They had kind of an ugly yellowish seventies look and really dim lamps and lighting and I think the rooms are in grave need of upgrading Like I said though they were very comfortable and clean All in all, I would definitely come back

I stayed here about 5 years ago & remember it being pleasant This visit not so much, the front desk was friendly & helpful however there was an attendant walking around the elevators talking about mechanical something or other which made me quite nervous I flat out asked her if we were going to get stuck in the elevator? She said “I think they’re fine but sometimes when they’re at full capacity they can get thrown off” whatever that means? (yikes) I finally asked her to stop talking to us while we waited for the elevator

The decor was super dated, bathrooms were absolutely filthy behind the doors & around toilets, the sofa sleeper also had a brown stain on one cushion I wish I could share photos of our findings We paid $225 each for 2 rooms that my 14 year old twins didn’t even want to shower in because they were noticeably grossI wouldn’t recommend eating here We got the breakfast buffet @ $15 a head & didn’t eat anything but the sealed yogurt & a little fruit Honestly I’ve had better food in hospitalsThis place is overpriced but under delivers…at least we didn’t find any bedbugs :/

The front desk representative Chino was amazing! Very sharp and knew exactly what she was talking about, She helped from when I checked in to my check out day!! She was always willing to help and was always happy and positive!! The housekeeping on the other hand was not so great, I had requested service the night before the day I needed it, and I was gone for the whole day when I returned my room was still dirty, which I understand them being very busy, but when I asked them to clean it they took about 25 minutes and when I went back into my room it was still dirty and bathroom was clearly skipped, the only thing that they did was restock my towels, which I was grateful for but why did it take 25 minutes? When nothing was cleaned? I was a housekeeper for 4 years and I know what is supposed to be done, very disappointed with the housekeeping service, The breakfast chef was amazing!! And was always smiling and was very helpful! She made great omelets! Very pleased with the food!

My wife and I were very impressed with our stay here We have definitely found our hotel of choice!Everything was clean, seemed new, and we loved the modern feel Hardwood floors made us much more comfortable than any other hotel we’ve been in (No icky carpet)

I haven’t seen a bathroom that was as clean either The bed was comfy and the larger than average TV was coolOnly minor complaints would be that the brightness of the TV wasn’t adjustable and too bright for my liking (while trying to watch in the dark) and there was a slight gap in the door letting in light from the hallway These things didn’t take away from the pleasure of our stay thoughUsing your phone to check in and as a key card is something I look forward to using at our next visit

We enjoyed our 3 day stay @ this hotel while visiting family Room & bathroom were perfect size for twobigger people Nice to have no carpet in room

(We are use to hardwood floors @ home) Loved hooks on wall to hang coats & my purse Staff friendly & helpful @ this hotel Breakfast good & enjoyed fresh pancake machine Husband wished that bread available to make toast he is not a bagel person We would stay here again & look for this type of hotel @ other places we visit

This hotel looks nice but it has some pros and cons Staff seems great and the only issue they could help me with they helped me quicklyPros: modern look and feelComfy bedsCons:The ac unit in my room sounds like the beginning of a movie on surround sound at max volume I never got more than 3 hours of sleep at a time because that bad boy would roar (literally) to life

I set my room at 75 to try to avoid it to no availThe desk and chair in the room are not ergonomic- the chair is pretty but awfulThis seems like a nice area of town but there were constantly people walking around or sitting in the parking lot near my car, walking around while I was in the pool Super weirdMy alarm was set before my arrival and it woke me up at 6 am the one day I was able to sleep in I got it to stop but the empty room next to me also had an alarm going off… very frustratingThe rooms are not sound insulated at all- every person that uses the door by my room wakes me up I can hear them very, very wellHear me out, but the showers are too high pressure There’s no way to change it Showers feel like a minor domestic assault, or alternatively, aggravated assault if you try to change it and pick a more aggressive settingOverall a pretty hotel that missed a lot of details… I would try another tru hotel again but it seems like tru went for “flashy” and not for “quality”

We took a spontaneous road trip & decided to spend the night in UT, we had a hard time finding a room with two Queens anywhere so we settled for a king size bed here It turned out that our room had a pullout couch too so it worked out! Darci at check in was so kind and welcoming I think it makes all the difference at hotels when you’re greeted with a warm welcome The room was small but very cozy and clean

We enjoyed our stay and when check out came around I was surprised to see Darci was also there & still with a great attitude

This was such a great hotel to stay at, the hot tub is pretty big which I loved, the pool is small but it was still clean and fun The room was very clean and spacious and the price for the room was so good I couldn’t believe it Breakfast could have had more options but it was still good as well

We will definitely be staying here everytime we are in town

Michael Silverstein

It’s not the Ritz Carlton but rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, there is a little Fitness room with some free weights, elliptical, and treadmill, nice indoor pool with hot tub, and walking distance to grocery store and a few places to get food All in all, it is more than sufficient as a place to stay during business travel
