We were long term for several months and things were not bad but then we had issues with a worker He was arrested and won’t be back but then when we checked out they over charged us for extra days, they didn’t pay my wife for cleaning the bathrooms and club house the last month Then we left an envelope for any mail to be sent to our new campground and they didn’t send it, even after repeated calls

Now they just hang up on us because we are asking for the owners name and number

This is a really wonderful campground The management is really friendly and personable, and you can tell they care about the grounds and guests There are trails and ponds, and the scenery is lovely

Great location with Macon an hour away, Lake Sinclair 20 minutes, and historic Milledgeville 5 minutes away It’s far enough out to be quiet, but close enough to town to not drain your tank for groceries

We chose this hotel location as we were attending an airsoft even fifteen minutes down the road We made the reservations online through IHGcom

The rates were very reasonable The staff were very professional and friendly for the duration of out stay The location is up on a hill and a Wal-Mart is conveniently around the corner The only cons is the motion-activated exhaust fan in the bathroom We had to turn it off every time we went in there and the beds were so firm that they were almost hard Otherwise, a very pleasant stay

The staff at the front desk Mrs Jasmine was superb and excellent skills/knowledge when it comes to questions and fixing any problems Rooms are comfortable & quiet, housekeeping were nice and helpful

The pool has been broken for a while and the pool water was green (algee), they ned to fix that pool especially with the heat in Milledgeville The breakfast was ok, however about half hour before closing they ran out of some food No AC on the elevator and no back up generator when the lights went out for about 3 hours, some guests got stuck on the elevator and the FD had to be called to get them out Overall was an ok stay, could be better if they fix those issues that I’ve mentioned

Security CamerasI loved this hotel, I’m a regular here Until this weekend

There were a lot of drunks and one of them hit my brand new truck (he was driving a burgandy challenger) When I requested the license plates They said the cameras are not good and didn’t catch anything

The rooms were very nice and clean The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was by far better than most with a great variety of options for everyone The staff makes you feel welcome the instant you walk through the door and are willing to answer any questions you may have

This hotel is certainly one of Milledgeville’s hidden gems

I was traveling with a middle school band and although the kids were well behaved, middle schoolers can be very loud The staff was nice and helpful, especially the front desk clerk She was patient with some of our kids forgetting their keys in their rooms and my botched third party reservation

Clean and comfortable rooms Thank you!

They had everything set up so cute & perfect when we arrived for our company “lake day” get together! Susan was a pleasure to work with & they made sure everything was perfect & that we had everything we needed for the day The event building is perfect! Its on the water, it has bathrooms, a nice size kitchen, an inside/outside fireplace, plentiful parking, & beautifully decorated! We rented the cabanas on the beach area for our people to enjoy & stay cool! These are the perfect touch to this park! The kids (and adults😜) loved playing on the inflatables in the water! We rented a boat & some jet skis for everyone to enjoy! This made for the perfect company get together! Thank you Oconee Springs Park!

Great little spot on the lake! My family and I had a great time The staff is very friendly and welcoming The other RVers there were also friendly and we didn’t have any issues with noise

We are new to RVing and my wife was worried about getting good sleep as she is a light sleeper We didn’t hear anything from fellow neighbors during the night Our kids enjoy the beach area and the water inflatables Great family spot and we plan to come back!

Took a nice day to spend with family here Nice little area without big crowds Small Sandie Beach area for swimming, a dock and boat ramp if you prefer boating

500 for a all day parking pass is not bad at all They do have camping areas also if you want to spend the night away Easy to find and very well taken care of Also have several picnic tables and grills

Mitzi O’Hearn

For a campground, what a shame! Very run down! Could be such a beautiful campground We were in the area and rode thru to check out to see if we’d like to drive hour and a half over to camp here Nope! Sites are over grown and some completely covered in leaves for this time of year, beach area covered in grass

I would consider this place too inviting to snakes and wild animals with all the over growth Wouldn’t recommend bringing kids here to camp I’ve done remote backwoods camping and this place reminds me of that! This place has such potential! The campsites are great as far as location and spacing from each other Several level spots for rv’s Really wish it was better taken care of, heartbreaking!

I’ve stayed at hotels all across the country and Milledgeville has been the best by far The staff make the stay wonderful, they’re the sweetest most personable people and because of them we have gone out of our way to stay here as long as we could even though our business is all the way in Marietta and down in Florida It was well worth the extra hours of driving just to finish up our days here

Thank you for a fantastic experience! Please, if you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet hotel with the best hospitality the south can offer, make a trip out here!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, however I have to give this one star because of the experience I had this morning I needed to grab breakfast on the run so I picked up a granola bar and chocolate milk from the breakfast area On the way to the job site I opened the milk and took a drink and felt the first chunk hit the back of my throat

The smell filled the car a moment later It was a miserable experience I only hope I don’t get sick from what little I wasn’t able to spit outIt speaks volumes when a company doesn’t put the health and safety of its guests first with something as simple as food storage The carton was still 5 days from expiration, so this could only be explained by improper storage/refrigerationDo better, Marriott

When I first walked in I smelled clean That is so importan!! The place looked great The rooms had nice comfy beds

My room had a fridge/microwave New TVs that had good working remotes with plenty of channels The bathrooms were very clean and the black and white tile was a nice touch The hotel has an indoor pool that was pretty large It led out to an outdoor area with a nice gazebo A small gym, was located next to the indoor pool

Hotel was super clean Staff was extremely friendly and professional The receptionist girl (I forget her name) was awesome, she helped recommend some nice places to check out over the weekend

The breakfast prepared by Loretta turned out amazing, more hotels should follow suite and prepare different breakfasts like this The breakfast room was different but nice and comfortable Pool was small (seems to be a thing in this town) Shower/bathroom was great, room was clean, (please upgrade microwaves as they can’t even pop a small bag of popcorn) Location is great, the food, mall, and theater are basically walking distance, along with a bar (super expensive tho $10/hr for pool tables) and Walmart less than a mile away Workout room was a bit small, but had decent equipment from what I noticed Has a hookup for RVs from what I saw Internet was good, fast and at the time was decently secured tho it doesn’t like Linux computers

Amanda Hughes

Front desk customer service is lacking The male who checked us in barely spoke to us, did not smile, and did not make us feel welcome The girl at check out greeted us

When we went to the room, it was open YES! There was no hot water! These were reported twice, but disregarded, by even management Room was nice Update – I called the hotel & spoke with the manager He was less than helpful I completed the form as he requested & that was that NO 100% satisfaction here

Only 2 things this hotel has going for it are the massive rooms and indoor pool The hotel was dirty from time of checkin to checkout The room had ashes from a cigarette, shower was disgusting to look at

Pool was small but good for kids I guess Cockroaches on the stairs and some dried substance in the room floor I don’t know how it received a 3star rating – maybe only due to the room size maybe? After seeing the bugs I wasn’t about to have the breakfast

Carson Nelson

To start we arrive at the hotel and the lobby is extremely hot, the front desk staff was very nice We get into our room and find hair, stains, and holes all inside the sheets of the bed The couch had writing all over it and the walls had large scratches

The bathroom was disgusting and seemed like it had not been cleaned in ages I would never recommend this hotel

David Roberts

I had a reservation for tonight Yesterday I got a call and a cryptic message was left saying they needed to talk about my reservation Today I have tried to reach them 6 or so times throughout the day and they don’t answer the phone

I’m pretty sure this is how they passive-aggressively cancel my reservation? If you are going to cancel my reservation please say so Communication is better than cowardice Comfort Suites is terrible, and does not honor their commitments
