The room was decent, only downside is the rooms aren’t sound proof We could hear everything But other than that, the stay was fine and served it’s purpose

The location is right of the highway And it looked like there was a small park about 5 minutes down the street where you could possibly grill and have a small cookout There were a few tables out there Take a peek if you’re ever in the area But hotel was fine, clean, staff was friendly

The best part was Ms Essie (forgive me if got the name wrong), who was tending to the continental breakfast bar She is definitely a happy person and seemed to really enjoy interacting with guests

Nothing was lacking on her watch, everything was stocked perfectly She seemed to take pride in her work, rightfully so What a sweet lady Our room was what we expected We were next to the elevator but it surprisingly didn’t disturb us The building appeared to have some renovations done within the last few years There was a good sized parking lot with three electric car chargers We were glad not to have to park on the street The neighborhood was fine, it was on the edge of an industrial park It was along the highway but we couldn’t hear traffic from inside There are very few electrical outlets in the room The desk attendants were all polite and attentive

The Best Western Hotel is a great hotel to stay at, it’s clean, up to date and the rooms are comfortable, I felt safe The young lady, Tashema I think that’s how to spell her name I was blessed to have help me at my check in Thursday evening, 06/02/22 couldn’t get any better, she was professional, polite, helpful, she knows her job to the T, and most important to me, she knew what she was doing and didn’t send me through unnecessary tasks

The common area is comfortable and welcomingThe hotel is located in a business district, HWY, and just a few blocks away from Cooper River Park, safe enough walk to, where you’ll find the row team on the water practicing, tables to seat at etc very nice and relaxing park Thank you Best Western Let me also thank the older young lady who also played a positive role in my stay; I met her when the first young lady took a short brake

Great experience start to finish Greeted warmly, room clean and comfortable, breakfast seemed to be gone when we arrived, as the hotel was full and there were many people eating, but then they brought out fresh food and refilled all of the stations Was helped with a much needed toothbrush from the front desk

Bottom line, even though they were fully booked, they took the time to make sure every guest was taken care of

TERRIBLE experience checking in Melissa O, the front desk representative, that checked my husband in was probably the rudest representative I’ve ever dealt with

I booked the room for my husband through bookingcom, not realizing that I needed to be physically present to use the card on file Instead of helping us problem solve, Melissa was rude, demeaning, and created more problems for us When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told there was no one else available that could speak with us When we started to get angry about her attitude, she told us that she could deny us checking in for any reason and if we didn’t do what she said, she would not let my husband check in When asked for the policy stating she could do that, she refused to give it to us and continued to tell us we were wrong The whole experience dealing with her was just absolutely awful After all this, my credit card, the one she told us we could not use, was ultimately charged for the stay causing us to be double chargedTo top it all off the room was only moderately clean, but we didn’t dare bring it up to Melissa as she would have likely just told my husband to leave the hotelI was finally able to get a contact for the manager and left her a voicemail expressing my displeasure However, no one called me back Rather than remedy the issue, they ghosted us I will never stay here again and am extremely disappointed in Hilton Hotels service

Chelsea B

It’s a pretty new hotel but you can tell they do the minimum to keep the hotel looking nice We were called by a man from the front desk at 930 in the morning asking us why are belongings were still in the room because housekeeping needed to get in We stated we booked for 2 nights instead of 1

We asked him to hold while we found our booking confirmation He hung up, we called back and he said there was an error in the booking system You’d think he’d apologize but nope! If you’re looking to stay at one of the “nicer” Hampton Inn’s head over to the one off Route 73 in Voorhees The hotel is nicer with better customer service

Rooms were ok Shower was nice and bed was comfortable Sofa pull out was a nightmare so my daughter just slept on it as a couch

Pool was broken and didn’t know until we checked in so kids were bummed Tried to get a discount but no go They charged a daily deposit on our credit card, after we checked in Usually hotels don’t charge your card until you check out We had an extra $500 charged to our card at check-in over top of the cost of the room for 4 nights Glad that wasn’t all of our vacation money Guy at the counter said every hotel does it this way Not true, that was a big charge all at once And the refund of the deposit would take 3 to 5 business days So be prepared to have deposit money tied up for a while

If I could give this hotel (if it can even be called that) 0 stars I would I’ve stayed in motels that were in less disrepair than this The price is ASTRONOMICALLY OUTRAGEOUS compared to what you get

My husband and I paid almost $200 per night for a room that had WET and musty carpets throughout Many things did not work in the room including: the coffee maker and the hot water The shower was dirty with hair and had mold in all of the cornersThroughout the hotel, there was more “under construction” than there was in operation, including: the pool, the gym, and the laundry facilities The entire upper floor was also under construction, but no work was ever seen being done, so it makes one wonder why the upper floor was under construction in the first placeWhen we addressed these issues to hotel staff, we were brushed off and ignored Both managers were suspiciously not at work nor available to discuss these issues We insisted that we could not stay for the full duration of our originally booked nights, as the conditions were clearly unsafe and unfit This hotel is pet-friendly (one of the main reasons I booked here in the first place), however, I feared my cat would get sick from the musty, moldiness accumulating throughout the roomWe left after staying only one night and luckily found a room at another hotel nearby that was satisfactory We even learned from one of the hotel staff at this 2nd hotel, that Hyatt House has had NUMEROUS Health & Safety violationsAfter calling Hyatt customer service FIVE TIMES, the only resolution we received was 5,000 points toward our Hyatt account No refund No apology nor compensation for the risk to our health and safety, not to mention the emotional stress we were put through, just to come to some sort of resolutionI sincerely hope this hotel is permanently shut down one day very soon I honestly don’t ever want to stay at ANY Hyatt hotel ever again after the way we were treated throughout this experience

Scott Calkins

I desperately needed a place to stay on my way down the coastGreat location to the highwayvery comfortable roomIt was just weird that I had to go upstairs instead of an elevator, having bags with me, but I will definitely use this place again

We had a nice stay Our original room had an odd odor, so we asked to switch and was accommodated without issue The 2nd room smelled also, but not as bad

Smelled like old food The bed was comfy and the breakfast was pretty good The hotel needs a lot of updates Stained and old furniture, old fixtures in the bathroom The major downside was that the pool was still closed due to COVID, they said Staff was very nice

Would definitely stay here again Highly recommendedWe wanted a suite with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms because the 5 of us included my son and his girlfriend

We also have a dog so we needed pet friendly (dogs allowed) Staybridge Suites Mt Laurel NJ is one of the few places in the Philadelphia area that met our needs Clean, quieter than most motels (which was good because our dog barks when he hears a sound outside the room, and he didn’t when we were in the bedrooms trying to sleep) Hot breakfast was pretty good with delicious sausage or Canadian bacon, hash browns (also cheese omelet or scrambled eggs (I didn’t try these)), oatmeal looked a little watery, 3 kinds of cereal (cheerios, corn flakes, fruit loops) – I’d prefer a healthier (higher fiber) option like raisin bran or frosted shredded wheat Orange and apple juice ran out 1 day when the motel was full, and they had no refills I mean this as constructive feedback, not a big criticism, shortages happen sometimes Considering we stayed after the “big quit” this motel was well staffed and run Multiple front desk people were very good eg Asian woman, black guy – sorry I didn’t get your names, but you probably know who you areWe stayed 3 nights over 4th of July weekend The Saturday night room price was about 80% higher than the Sunday or Monday night price; I wish there wasn’t as high a premium price for the one night, but other motels did the same or even higher

The hotel room I booked said it slept 3, but upon arrival it was only a king size bed When I called the front desk to ask about a roll-away bed for my 14 year old, they said this room was all they had and no extra bed was available So, we slept 3 in one bed

The condition of the room was terrible—lamp shades askew and w dirt?/burn? marks on them Some outlets didn’t work, there was peeling paper on the walls…it was outdated and rundown The walls were paper thin and we could hear the guy next door coughing all night The ice maker was broken on our floor as well I was extremely disappointed as I have come to trust Hampton Inns as a go-to chain More upsetting was that I redeemed a hotelscom credit on the room and it was a waste Will NOT return!!!

I was very disappointed when my wife and I checked in and got to our room We asked for more pillows (package with blankets and pillows for the foldout bed was empty) and hangers The gentleman stated he couldn’t do anything because he was the only one on the property, but we ran into another employee who was working that evening

We purchased our own hangers so we could unpack for a week long stay Hangers are important since the new room design does not have a dresser, just a cabinet with 3 pull out metal wire drawers The room seemed to be half cleaned with most things looking like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag I was wearing white socks and after walking around in the room my socks were brown on the bottom The Wi-Fi was unpredictable and operating in a altered state using only promo codes, I was forced to use my cell phone for logging on for work to get things completed My wife had no luck using it for streaming services most of the time (exact same devices worked perfectly in a Hampton Inn in Jacksonville Florida last week The A/C seemed to be holding onto life, managing to keep the room in the 70’s while set between 61 and 68 (61 seemed to work the best and didn’t freeze up) Maintenance looked at it but really didn’t change anything In the middle of the week the entire hotel lost hot water at 3 in the afternoon and wasn’t addressed until the next morning because they couldn’t afford to call a plumber after hours Hot water was restored about 30 hours later but nothing was ever put out to guests Not sure if the staff is overwhelmed but multiple times I witnessed them walking through the hallway on their cellphone cursing and screaming This was my first time ever to New Jersey and I definitely will find someplace different to stay next time Sandra is a hard working manager who does not have the support from ownership and her staff that she needs

lorray rolfer

The staff was very nice and friendlyThe rooms were meh, not terrible but nothing special Sheets had holesIt was almost impossible to get a cup of coffee in the morning due to a bus of tourist in the lobby all morning

If I returned to the area I’d look for another hotel before staying here again

We booked our hotel room block for our wedding here through Devyn and we couldn’t be happier! The hotel is clean, the rooms are quiet, and the amenities were great The hotel lobby bar was great for our after party with a pool table, giant connect four, and plenty of space to mingle Stephanie, the bartender, couldn’t have been more helpful and kept everyone served quickly all night long

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay Book your room block here if you’re getting married close by! You won’t regret it

Kerri Goust

I travel a lot for my job I love Marriott but I wouldn’t ever stay at this one again Several of my nights had the awful pungent smell of marijuana coming from one of the neighboring rooms

Several of the hotel staff was very rude Additionally, our door was open one day when we returned The door did not close properly Maintenance did come up to check it and he arrived fairly quickly He tried to get it fixed but wasn’t able to do much at that time He was nice

Anna

Aloft Mount Laurel handled by 72 room wedding block with ease Devyn, is an absolute angel and was amazing to work with The bar is great and the courtyard space is perfect for enjoying a beverage from the bar

Not a single complaint from our guests Would highly recommend them to any one looking for a wedding block in the area if you want a seamless and stress free hotel!!

Retta’s Raw Necessities

We stayed for (thankfully only) one night at this hotel The front desk staff was very welcoming We even received warm walnut/choc chip cookies that were delicious! Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end

We were asked to sign an acknowledgment statement that this is a NO SMOKING policy hotel No problem, none of us smoke As we went up to our room, there was a strong smell of weed and cigars wafting through the hallways When showering, the water did not drain properly so we were anklet deep in water There were dust bunnies in the corners in the bathroom areas The phone in the room did not work There were no batteries in the TV remote And the ice machine on our floor did not work My friend, who stayed in another room had food left in her fridge by the previous guests I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk upon checkout The only thing that was offered was to add points to my Hilton rewards For the amount of money they charge, I would not stay at this particular hotel again

Jillian Gundersen

The rooms were decently sized and clean However, we were part of a group booking for a wedding and were staying at the hotel Only half the wedding guests who checked in received their “Thank you” bags provided by the couple with the weekend itinerary and also didn’t receive their breakfast vouchers

This meant multiple trips had to be made to the front desk which is a very far walk from the rooms We also tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer We assumed they were busy but when once again walking to the front desk, no one was in line with only one person behind the desk This person did not have the answers we needed as it didn’t appear he actually worked the front desk and must have just been manning the counter for the time being I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a wedding group booking There are so many better hotels in the area

Scott Aaron

The hotel is a bit dated but for the most part everything seemed maintained The room (#204) was spacious and clean A table and chair would have been nice on the balcony but other than that it was good

There was a small issue with the carbon monoxide detector low battery beep in my room and it did take a while to get it corrected the General Manager reached out the next day to make sure it was all taken care of, nice lady BTW Restaurant was actually pretty good for a hotel Wayne in the bar is awesome, do stop by and see him!

I would give no stars but one is the only option This Marriott used to be great for a family stay or just a solo vacation to relax or travel to The thermostat didn’t work and the ac was blowing out hot air

The dishes were stained and not properly cleaned As you look around there were knobs and holes in the rooms Hotel staff were friendly at the main office but yet facility was disgusting The room had a crack bag in there and also blood and bodily fluids on the sides of the sheets Breakfast was limited and ran out quick Great staff in the kitchen but wouldn’t change out the trash bins and would let it overflow Pool not open to customers of course of COVID standards but still charge you for the luxury of it Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all Laundry room everything was closed or not in service very high prices for a 2 star motel experience

Allegra Trice

Upon arriving, staff was very respectful and polite Once I entered my room, I noticed carpet was not clean, found a glass mixing bowl in the oven with an odor, old dried out rice and ground beef in it The fitted sheet had a stain the size of a cantaloupe

I asked for my sheets to be changed, the staff told me it wasn’t my day for my floor to have room service They sent someone up with a set of sheets to give me That set had a rip in it As I pulled the first set of sheets off, 90% the mattress was STAINED NEVER again!!!!

data masked

Very disappointed Definitely not a value for the $ they charged Weak management

Breakfast marginal at best Institutional eggs, pre cooked single meat choice , packaged everything else Toaster did not appear until day 3Water leak appeared on 2d floor and made it to the first floor Hotel shut off the water but no messages sentRooms tired and need an update Cracked tiles, carpet undone, mattresses not flipped, toilet paper holder fell offFront desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, as best they could They were the bright spot in a stay that was tolerated but will never be repeated

This is a great hotel in a nice quiet location near to all sorts of places like Whole Foods, historic Cherry Hill, and many more If you are in town for a regatta, the location is great for teamsThe room we had was spotless and comfy and I did not hear any major noise from the neighbors

The front desk gentleman was beyond kind and even got me signed up for IHG awardsIt’s funny that this hotel was better than most other local “luxury” hotels I experienced, mostly because you could tell the staff went above and beyond to keep the place in shapeThe price is a bit steep, but that seems to be the trend in the areaBook here and you won’t go wrong

Tommy Show

I have stayed in better Although it has been remodeled there are things that need repair Minor things like one flag pole light is broken

Ornament pole ligts are broken as well Door locks with card access also do not work on some doors The inside looks pretty good but the bathroom floor looked dirty Also ottoman and chair in room were worn Had a good abundant breakfast The decaf coffee looked like tea, it was not brewed right or something

Very clean and historic Everything is near by so you can hit the night life and enjoy yourself My only issues were the tub, it’s so high so don’t climb in there if you cannot take a big step

Also the walls are very thin so prepare to hear your neighbors conversations Lastly it doesn’t have microwave, refrigerator or things like that but other than that I like this hotel

Rae Morse

From the moment I arrived the service was wonderful The gentleman at the front desk let me check in 4 hours early, which was so kind He suggested the restaurant on site, the Panarama, and it was amazing

The hotel stay is comfortable, they had coffee and muffins downstairs in the morning The bed was perfect The location was close to the subway station and many sightseeing spots I the building is a historical landmark I am very glad I picked this hotel

Stephanie Jacobs

I booked this hotel for a last minute visit to Philadelphia for Fourth of July We were so pleasantly surprised with the room and extremely happy with the accommodations It was clean, very cutely decorated, and the staff was extremely helpful

The location was amazing because it was close to pretty much everything around Penns Landing and market Street We had to walk everywhere due to traffic and you couldn’t be this location I would definitely stay here again

Not a bad place to stay with great access to highway and also good food around it’s ideal for me

Good breakfast and pretty good rooms not the best but they’re good and pretty clean My dishes were dirty so I ran the dish washer and the couches could use a type of washable cloth that would allow for easy cleaning other than that it was a good night’s stay for a week! I’m returning next wk for sure!

Terry B.

For a suite that can hold 6 to 8 people we were provided 3 wastebaskets One in the kitchen and one in the bedroom and one in the loft None in the bathrooms

We also had to ask for extra towels because only 4 were provided The kitchen was pretty well equipped with enough to serve 5 people Breakfast was served at the building where the front desk was and it was pretty good All in all I would get a room elsewhere next time

Dan T

I’m torn between 3 stars and 4 The double bed is comfortable, best part of the room I got a room with two doubles, my coworker got a room with a queen size

There is significantly more space in my room, and a better couch- relevant if you’re spending much of your day here The bathroom, in mine at least, is ridiculously tiny, to the point they took a chunk out of the door so that it would swing past the toilet I have to wedge between the tub and toilet to open/close the door The breakfast provided is meh, but it’ll do Prepackaged breakfast sandwiches (at least they vary day to day), yogurt, oatmeal nothing fresh except overly green bananas A/C works well and no offensive odors The staff at the front desk were good at giving us a laugh, I enjoyed our interactions with them The room service only came one and a half times overa week span Overall, I’d stay here again, so I guess 4 stars it is

We liked our stay at Hyatt Place; it was very clean, and they did offer breakfast When we got there the staff was friendly courteous and professional They informed us that they had implemented a policy of no contact with the cleaning staff because of COVID19, but we could call to receive fresh linen, unlike some other hotels where they offered nothing

No clean linen or explanation for anything Our only problem had to do with remodeling and refreshing of the hotel The Hyatt is in need of an update other than that I would recommend this hotel as worth the stay

Savannah Taylor

I would definitely stay here again! Good service, comfortable room with really lovely modern furnitureOnly complaints were that the bathtub could have been cleaner (found a couple loose hairs and dirty spots that would have easily been rubbed off), and there were a couple mold spots on the shower curtain But I still felt comfortable taking a shower and otherwise everything was great

This was the perfect spot for us because we were on a road trip and we were leaving the Philadelphia area the next morning for Connecticut So we completely missed the Philly traffic the next day by staying there and it was really easy to get going onto our next destination

This is really a great place to stay Clean rooms Comfortable beds

The only thing lacking was a more expansive breakfast option They’re still operating on mostly prepackaged items, which is a surely a relic from the pandemic But many other hotel chains have returned to normal in that regard And we’ve long since determined that COVID doesn’t primarily spread through contaminated surfaces, so it just seems like unnecessary overkill at this point Masks are optional, but we can’t have a regular breakfast? Seems odd Otherwise, I’ve never had a bad Hyatt place experience, and this lived up to that record

Would never stay at this hotel again!! There for my sons wedding Should have realized what I was dealing with when they gave the bridal suite to one of the other guest at check in More than 24 hours after check out, they tapped my credit card again for approximately $300 and can give me no explanation whatsoever what this charge is for…fraud?? What they have mastered is the art of “a manager will speak with you later tomorrow “

You didn’t take my money out “tomorrow “ so why do I have to wait to get detail of charge?? The rooms were all left in impeccable condition at check out They were not staffed for wedding after party and guests were waiting 30+ minutes to get a single drink Very unorganized to say the least Their service did not meet basic necessity Half of the rooms had no hair dryer, none of the rooms had refrigerators or microwaves I will certainly be speaking to the wedding venue who referred us there to inform them of the disgraceful manner in which they treat their guests Maybe time to connect with a hotel that reflects their upscale values and the Westin Mt Laurel is bottom of the scale in my opinion as well as many of our guests

There were several opportunities for the hotel to make my husband’s stay right No steps were taken If 6 of your housekeeping staff called in sick – if should probably call your guests to let them know check in would be delay or find different accommodations

But that wasn’t done My husband arrived at 5 pm – well after check in time Took over 40 minutes for him to get “checked in” to an in uncleaned room He just needed to take a shower before going to a family event and was told by the time he came back the room would be cleaned He arrived back at the hotel around 2am Room still hadn’t been cleaned There was no call from the hotel to let him know So he went to the front desk No solution was provided so he slept in an unclean roomSo then I call the hotel in the morning and spoke with a Carolina – told me she was a manager She seemed sympathetic and offered points Stated that it would take a couple of days to adjust I wait the requisite number of days No points Called back the hotel – she’s on vacation so I asked to be transferred to the customer service line Spoke to a rep on the phone and was told no points had been entered in nor had any notes been added Got to a supervisor who was rude, spoke over me and hung upWorst experience ever

DO NOT STAY HERE This place ruined my wedding day from start to finish The front desk lady with greasy red hair was beyond pathetic and extremely rude

Our room block for our wedding guests was so messed up and we could not have been any more embarrassed Our bridal and groomsmen ready rooms were booked on the wrong date and had to be moved last minute, the fault of solely the hotel My husband was promised his things would not be touched and when we returned to pick them up, they were thrown in another room This hotel has no respect for its guest and honestly should be shut down It’s completely run down and the rooms are dingy Do yourself a favor and run the other way from this property You too, will have the worst stay of your life I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone We were charged multiple times for our rooms because the front desk has no idea what they are doing STAY AWAY

If I could give them 10 stars, I would We stay in hotels that are comparable to SpringHill in Voorhees for dance competitions, this one is my favorite The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is great (love the waffles), staff assisting with breakfast were extremely effective

Rooms were clean and fresh The shower had a feature that streams water at your back The rooms are well lit It is definitely kid friendly and is always packed will well mannered kids for tournaments and competitions I think the pool was closed but since COVID, that doesn’t surprise me Not a great picture and it is only part of the breakfast, but…

A good experience overall Nice size room at a reasonable price Only two issues with our room: the shower head felt like it was going to fall off when adjusting the tilt and the mini fridge tipped forward when opening the door

One general issue with SpringHill Suites is the sliding bathroom doors don’t usually lock Love the included breakfast!

I was hoping to not write a negative review, but this was a horrible stayWe got here around 6pm, when we walked in our room was at 77f We set the thermostat to 68f and went to dinner

at 8pm it was still 77fCalled the front desk to see if someone could look at it, they sent someone and they suggested changing the temperature to 62fThis hasn’t changed anythingI called them to let them know at 9pm to see if we can switch rooms They said they would have to speak to management as other rooms of the are booked, but they would let us know I told them we have a little one that needs to get sleep soon, so please let us know ASAP40 mins later and still waitingcalled back and there apparently was a miscommunication and they thought the AC was fixed, so they never called backI explained again it wasn’t fixed, I have a wife who is 7 months pregnant and a 2 1/2 year old, so I need some kind of answerI was told they would check with their manager again (via text) and they would again let me knowAbout 15 minutes later the front desk called to say their manager said there is nothing they can do and the room just needs time to cool down#1 they don’t understand how HVAC systems work, it doesn’t take over 4 hours to cool down a room 1 degree and mind you at the time if writing this it’s 10:10pm and 70f outside#2 they clearly don’t care about their guestsAs Marriott owners we usually have a good experience, this however was notWe understand things happen, but the lack of communication and service is inexcusable

The hotel staff was very pleasant! Everyone from the valet, bartender, front desk, and security were professional The room was clean and we enjoyed the water view from all of the windows We sat by the water and watched the ferry, paddle boats, jet skiers, and families

The location was an easy drive from the highway and great for walking to some local attractionsIt is a long walk form self parking to the lobby People with children, elderly, or a lot of luggage might need to use the valet

Front desk agent Sadat was very surly As I have worked in the hospitality as well as customer service field for 6 years, I’m very familiar with the professional and disposition a front desk agent should withhold His demeanor was very unpleasant, cold, and withdrawn

As a diamond member I know that accommodations that can be made as well as the empathetic values Hilton prides themselves on This man, holds not one of these qualities He was very rude to me and the guest before and after me I ultimately ended up canceling both of my reservations and going to a more pleasant Hilton location due to his attitude, unpleasantness, and the way i was treated at the front desk There was an issue with a credit card that could’ve easily been switched and well as room booking issues But after my short interaction with him, i decided to cancel the entire stay This was supposed to be a treat to my family after a rough patch in our lives and many deaths due to Covid-19 But i am absolutely never coming back here and i pray that no one else comes to this location for the same reasons i did and receive the treatment i have The location is beautiful but the staff needs improvement

The hotel was nice, but it lacked many amenities I found out once arriving that the executive lounge only had tea and coffee The tea was just bags of Lipton and the coffee was from a gas station style dispenser that you put your cup under and pushed the button

I was not given bottles of water that I usually get when staying and there was no water in the lounge either The front desk also stated that the restaurant is closed until the weekends and the breakfast available is a grab and go style The next morning I went to the table containing breakfast items and was asked if I would like to put it on my room I excused myself and confirmed that they did indeed honor the breakfast credits for diamond members They said they did so I had them add on a cappuccino and a breakfast sandwich Upon checking out I found that credits had not been applied to my stay for the breakfast items purchased
