I stayed for a few months and what an amazing experience!! The staff is wonderful!! This is the place to stay if you want to feel like home! Everything from the time I got there to the time I left was perfect! The team truly knows what hospitality means… make sure you say hi to Tasha, Bret, Tom, Lovetta, Pete, George, “young” George, Vince, Keri and the rest of the staff! They are all wonderfulThey also love dogs!I would give more than 5 stars!

This hotel was the worst stay ever I am an active traveler with my family, our two dogs make up that family! This place actively promotes that it is “dog friendly”… they should advertise it as “dogs accepted” because they were NOT friendly! First day we checked in, several hotel members came to our door to tell us to calm our dogs down My dog barked once that day

We were also on a dog friendly floor! The hotel manager Rhonda harassed us in the hotel lobby when I was taking them on a walk continuously asking us what hotel room we were in… weird! There was a guest next door who did not like dogs So in return of bringing dogs, she piled up her garbage in front of our door I am extremely disappointed People with dogs should NOT go to this hotel, it is hurtful and mean the way they handle the situations This hotel ruined our vacation and we are Marriott gold members

Jordana York

From the second we entered the hotel, we knew that this was going to be an awesome stay! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially James! Everything was extremely clean The suite we stayed in exceeded all our expectations The price was surprisingly good for the quality received

Added bonues was the fact they had a large parking area that accommodated our boat trailer & truck! -> THIS HOTEL will be our # 1 spot to stay for all our fishing trips and weekend getaways!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are Diamond members and booked our room on points We wanted to change our date of check in to be a day later Because we booked on points we would have to cancel the reservation and book room again

Because our room type was not available they couldn’t guarantee we get the room again after cancelled So the only option was to check in through the app lose the night and then next day when arrive get our cards to room I called diamond desk who noted this in the system and left a note with lady at front desk on our plans We arrive at hotel to get our key cards and the woman at front desk proceeds to tell my husband we don’t have a reservation Very rude and doesn’t even offer to get manager My husband comes out to our car to say we don’t have a reservation Can you imagine having a family for 5 nights and being told this I go in ask for manager show my app that shows me checked in with room number and finally I’m now all of a sudden in system Not one apology by either employee When you make a mistake and almost give a heart attack to a family saying they have no place to stay you own up to your mistake Now it was time for check out So we decided to leave at 4pm and wanted to give the courtesy at the front desk that we are leaving early so they could get room done for next guest Same nasty lady at front desk My husband enters to say I’m checking out and she rudely says well you can but it doesn’t matter you are past check out time As if we were looking for a refund My husband couldn’t believe it and walked out I had a reservation for later this month and just cancelled that reservation If staying here try to stay away from front desk On top of all this they charged my credit card for my son’s service dog! Corporate will also be getting complaint with full names of employees

BEWARE DO NOT BOOK!! Not only is this place dated, it’s nasty & smelly If you look at the pics those wipes you see are from the toilet that was never cleaned My biggest issue is the lack of care from M*ria at the front desk who lied about not having any other rooms available & not being to clean the room until the next day

We ended up leaving up & going to the Residence Inn right down the street which was much cleaner and newer! Save yourself the bad experience do not book here!

I’ve stayed here four times over the last month The staff is the best Kevin is a star! He has the best smile and always does whatever he can to accommodate my family and me

I wish I could say that we’re special but truthfully, I’ve seen him treat other guests with the same generous, above and beyond serviceThe location is safe and convenient to stores, food, and even playgrounds for the kids The hotel is a little older but clean It’s not a fancy place but it is a solid choice for spending a few days in the area Overall, the size of the rooms, complimentary breakfast and complimentary parking add incredible value to an already great price

Examiner 007

You can tell that this was a premium hotel at one time She’s starting to show her age The staff is super nice and friendly but over worked and short handed

I truly appreciate them and really enjoyed my stay The room was very nice Large and comfortable The breakfast is good and the drinks are reasonably priced The water feature is my favorite and the glass elevators are pretty cool too I hope to come back and I’ll stay again as the price is reasonable Hope they get more help soon but that’s not a reason not to go there It’s also safe as no one seemed out of place like some locations near the interstate 😊

Carol Scott

My family and I had a good time The rooms were pretty clean, but they were a quite outdated Apparently this was a very busy week for the resort because they ran out of clean washcloths two nights in a row, so that was not a great experience

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly The highlight for us was the beach, the pools and the activity center They offered a variety of events each day that our kids loved Tony Lucas at the Activity Center was exceptional!! He greeted us and everyone warmly and really made us feel welcomed He made sure we had a great time there

Kaitlyn Cole

My family of 4 came here last week and we had a great experience We did book an 1 bedroom ocean front and it was totally worth it Our view was spectacular

I recommend paying the extra points or price and getting the ocean front The building we were at , dolphin , was super close to the family pool Since I had 2 kids (5 and 1) it was important to be near there We never had any issues getting a pool chair The beach was walking distance We did have to pay $100 for 2 days of beach chairs and umbrella If I had to do it again, I’d figure out a way to bring a tent of my own but we flew so that wasn’t as likely I’m not sure I’d do that again just the 4 of us since my kids wanted to be in the water and I didn’t have much time to relax The food at the resort was good I can’t say it was spectacular but for us it met our needs It was also walking distance to the little town area to get food Not many restaurants on the beach in the area which was disappointing

Ava Gividen

The hotel has so many pools and so spacious It’s spread out so well far apart that you hardly see other people I’ve had to pull to myself multiple nights with just been a very peaceful calming experience

I like to watch the sunrise and there’s only a handful of people out in the morning They have lots of cool shells on the beach Their pretzels were delicious

Just Me

Some people get the pool view; we got the homeless view! Same man sat on the steps for hours and hours, and it was uncomfortable walking back and forth to my car alone Even looking out our room window was weird, because he looked up at us every time we looked out Was in plain view of front desk, I think, so not sure why they didn’t ask him politely to go elsewhere

Outside of the hotel looks really nice, but the inside feels like an old, dark, dingy, dirty Motel 6 from the 80s, with a bit of a creepy vibe The front desk staff was nice enough, but I wouldn’t say went out of their way to be hospitable Young male workers there were very sweet They are the reason for one star The location gets another star Price was good compared to others in that area BUT really not much different than a $50 hotel in Orlando Breakfast was decent enough and the ladies taking care of it worked hard and were kind

Matt Mahl

The hotel itself seems nice but even checking in another guest was at the front desk with a complaint the handle on their door brokeNow once we got into the room we immediately noticed roaches and bugs everywhere in the bathroom, this was their deluxe corner suite room 414, not one or two but an alarming amount of bugs We ended up not even staying more than an hour there and got out the place was a mess, they offered us another room but that rooms AC unit was broke and it was full of ice and dripping water everywhere

Lastly Debbie at the front desk should absolutely find a new career, I called twice with questions before our stay and could help but feel like an inconvenience to her and we tried getting a crib for our room and she wouldn’t reserve one yet when I called back another hotel staff said she would have it ready for our stay

John VM

Room clean but breakfast area not, needs update badly But could be a great place if given more care Bathrooms not cleaned in stall corners

Had discarded nail and bandaidBreakfast, only hot item was container of scrambled eggs

Our first stay at The Breakers in Palm Beach was everything one could wish for We stayed on the concierge floor and has access to the best staff, food and beverages one could imagineOur room was not as large as one would expect for the price but the bathroom was very large updated and more than adequate

There were a few pools one for adults only and two for children and adults and one for anyone any ageThere was at least 6 restaurants Most were on premises but others were nearby with a shuttle or limo to drop off and pick up Taxi / limo/ shuttle Service was very fast and no wait time essentiallyAll restaurants were large and quick service and food was exceptionalThe spa was beyond beautiful peaceful clean and esthetically beautiful I got a hair trim and it was perfectly doneThe gym was very large with new equipment overlooking the ocean They had equipment also on the patio outside the gym if you prefer to workout outdoorsThe golf course was 18 holes —-on the property situated a short walk or shuttle (every 10 minutes) The course is easy and enjoyable The golf club house has everything including a great Steak Restaurant Lots of fun indeedI highly recommend this Iconic hotel that represents a bygone era updated for even the most experienced traveler who knows the best of the best

We spent about a week there this July and have stayed here multiple times in the past It’s always been great but last time was over the top! Outstanding service and attention to detail! The Italian restaurant was great and very good with kids There’s a play ground outside and an arcade inside on top of great food! Our ocean view room was perfect!! Definitely 5-star service and amenities!!!

Bryan Eger

We are annual guests at your beautiful resort and this past stay was one of the best yet We were especially impressed by one employee Erica G who was stationed at the spa She spared no detail in ensuring that my family and I had the best stay

She went above and beyond her role and has truly made a lasting impact on us and we will remember her everything we speak about the Breakers She remembered our sons name after only meeting him once and would always greet us with a smile and greeting by name anytime we saw her across the property Erica G is an exquisite example of what the Breakers has always stood for regarding sophistication, customer service and family idealsThank you for making this past stay truly amazing

Overall the hotel itself is nice I’ve stayed here twice in the last two weeks for multiple nights One room we stayed in was newly updated so very nice but the caulking around the bathroom sinks wasn’t given time to dry so the sinks leaked

They clearly rushed getting these rooms updated The other room we stayed in was a two bedroom suite Perfect amount of space and had everything we needed just outdated style wise which isn’t a big deal My issue is that house keeping doesn’t come on Thursday and only comes to clean the room every 5th day?? The breakfast offered was mediocre at bestThey also messaged us multiple times about leaving a review of 95/10 Even reminded us as we checked out to leave the reviewThe biggest issue I have is that after leaving both stays my card was charged multiple times EIGHT charges for our first 3 night stay and three charges for our 2 night stay that are way over our final bill total Disappointing that I have to go through so much trouble after leaving a vacation to make sure I’m charged the correct amount

Scott Walters

Amazing I have stayed at Hilton Homewood Suites before, but this is by far the nicest one I have been to On top of that the staff is top notch

It is like they move behind the scenes and are rarely seen unless you need them The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful I felt right at home Also, a big shout out to Wolf at the front desk You made our experience incredible Thank you

Stuart Yancy

Nice location with very friendly staff Wolf at the front desk was probably the best front desk person I’ve ever dealt with He was friendly and helpful to everyone he came in contact with

He even texted me after we checked in to make sure all was still going well He always had a smile and a wave when I came into the lobbyThe breakfast was excellent I do miss the Monday-Thursday evening socials They still do daily housekeeping (a rarity these days) The rooms was nice and spaciousWe were there to go to Roger Dean Stadium The hotel is about a 2/3 mile walk from the Cardinal practice fields and a mile from Roger Dean Stadium There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance This is our go-to hotel when we are in Jupiter

Worth every penny, in every way except breakfast Whichever hotel ever really decides to commit to doing this right, they will lead the pack and get all the bookingsPeople want real, quality, tasty, food to start their day

Not just cereal boxes, egg substitute, and dried up potatoes! The exception was the bacon though I could have ate a plate of thatRoom was a beautiful set up I’ll be back anyway Just lower your expectations on breakfast even though this is a Hilton property

This was by far the worse hotel I have stayed at in my entire life The rooms smells like urine, no one at front desk was available for a good 20-30 minutes Rooms weren’t available to us at 3:00PM

waited until 4:30PM without a real time on when the rooms were done I will never ever stay at this hotel again Would not recommend it for families We traveled with 11 guests coming off a cruise Negative stars Also we found a dirty blood stained towel on the top of our showerI guess house keeping missed thatOnce we spoke to the front desk, they said they’d all us back with a resolution, they never did Oh if you’re a DIamond memberdon’t expect any special treatmentthey don’t care

Stephanie Richmond

The hotel is well located to 95 and shopping in the surrounding area I had several housekeeping issues during my stay My reservation stated a feather free room and when I checked in the desk couldn’t verify if housekeeping had read my booking notes and told me I’d have to check myself, which is not a great solution as I am very allergic to feather pillows

When I got up to my room I discovered my pillows were feather and my in room phone was not working I was also missing a coffee table Later that evening I discovered there were only 3 tissues in my tissue box and when I used my cell phone to call the desk since my room phone wasn’t working, I was told I would have to come down and get a new box myself The next day my bathroom light burned out and I had to call the desk again, by cell phone It wasn’t a great experience overall I’m not planning to stay at this Homewood again

Our son’s wedding reception was on 2/19 The room view was beautiful Pool and amenities were ok

Reception was outstanding! Sadly, At check in our room was not ready It was not ready until 6:30 We could not check in because we were at the reception Our luggage had to be stored in a friend’s room and my wife had to get ready in the public bathroom My daughter and son in law had use public parking a few blocks away from the hotel because parking was delayed due to a government dignitary’s arrival He had to transport luggage, my 7 month old granddaughter and stroller from parking spot Other non wedding guests expressed similar complaints with rooms and check ins Staff was polite but… Guys you have to do better

Kristy C

Just don’t I realized after our stay they can probably justify the prices because the convention center is next door You have to valet- not included- every time you want to leave, so quick trips for coffee are not worth it and the coffee on site ($6

00) is glorified diner coffee The room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and because it took so long we decided to down grade our room to get in and move on with our evening plans The rooms were nice but the TV cable was so ancient that it wasn’t worth it so we just watched our phones They should get with the times and use streaming services if the cable takes 30 seconds to change the channel The phone didn’t work to call the front desk They have a $2800 resort fee that is somehow refunded to you in the form of on site money But the only problem is everything sucks The soda cooler in the store was warm and the coffee shop is nothing to brag about The pastries were old Certainly not what I would expect for almost $500 a night out the door for a mid room I’ve learned my lesson to stick to Hyatt

Donna Kamin

Came to the hotel only to eat at their on site restaurant called the Galley Tucked away in the corner of the hotel, it over looks the pool area, complete with beautiful outdoor seating with fire pits The inside bar is classy and has very friendly bartenders

Good selection of food, good sized portions, reasonably priced for hotel food Very nice ambiance and I highly recommend! Hostess is very accommodating and the manager goes around consistently checking on the guests and their experience Nicely done!!!

This Marriott property has a great location near the Florida Atlantic University Rooms were nice but miss having a balcony to enjoy the Florida sunshine on my vacation They have a pool, hot tub and workout facilities

They DO NOT offer a free breakfast but do offer for a cost Starbucks coffee, tea and breakfast items Unlike Starbucks, they charge you for milk and do not notify you of the cost until you have made your cup of choice I know it’s a small thing, but with plenty of places to stay in the Jupiter area, the choice is in the details

Howard Walker

highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the areaPROs:- No resort fee, despite respectable amenities including a fitness center (open 24/7) and pool (I forget the pool hours, unfortunately)- Complimentary breakfast from 6-10 am

, and this is a legit breakfast with real options (more details below and in photos)- Complimentary coffee (light roast and decaf) and hot water/tea/hot chocolate, available 24/7- Highly professional and courteous staffCONs: None??? I suppose if I were really nit-picking- Valet parking only, for around $40/night, but that seems comparable to other hotels in the area- The walls may have been a bit on the thin side, based on my hearing other guests’ doors close from inside my roomCheck-in and check-out were both quick and painlessRoom was clean with lots of towels, a small fridge, a small safe, and smart TVMy room also had a larger desk/table than average, a 2-person couch, and wet bar It felt like a studio apartment!Breakfast was surprisingly generous Available daily were a waffle bar (make your own waffles with original plain flavor or another such as maple or blueberry that would change daily), oatmeal, variety of muffins, toast, various yogurt flavors, various juices (orange daily and apple or passion-orange guava depending on the day) And in addition to the daily items, there would be 1 type of meat and egg that changed every day (eg bacon, different types of sausage, scrambled eggs or omelet with cheese and veggies), and sometimes a form of potatoes or french toast sticks as wellFinally, Jupiter street is wide enough that it was easy for ridesharing services to pull up in front of the hotel And the driveway was also easily accessible for cars to drive in and turn around in the valet area

Daniela and Adrian at the lobby bar were awesome! They remembered our drinks every night and were super friendly On the other hand, the housekeeping service was lacking When we checked in, we asked our room to be clean every day

Not only was it not, but when we asked for extra towels or shampoo, it took a very long time and we ended up in arguments with the housekeepers This needs to be improved! Overall, though, comfortable and good stay Thank you

Sarah Callow

We had to change our reservation last minute The hotel was very welcoming and the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding and very professional The room was very clean and staff was friendly

We had to get an extra blanket because we kept our room on the colder side but asked the front desk when we walked in and they got it from the back for us

Beautiful lobby, restaurants and common areas, but the rooms and bathrooms are definitely lacking No better in quality/condition than the average 80s or 90s Hilton-type chain hotel, just decorated in prettier colors! Clean and comfortable enough, just dated for the high price Hotel is perfectly located, iconic and has nice amenities

I wouldn’t plan on swimming in the pool (as an adult) unless you want to be on full display of all of the dining patrons just a few feet away

I had a wonderful stay at the Colony Hotel this passed weekend for my friends bachelorette I was very impressed by the level of service and friendliness of the staff They were happy to accommodate any requests and drove my friends and I to all of our restaurants

The hotel is very charming with a beautiful pink lobby and cute outside restaurant I personally loved the older, vintage feeling of the rooms and I felt like I got the full Palm Beach experience! I would definitely go back!

This review is not about a stay but rather a luncheon we had outside There is no negatives about how beautiful the ambiance is

What was horrible was the service! We waited for 40 minutes until someone came over to the table to take our drink order We would have been better off going to the bar Once we got our drink order, it took forever to get our food It was a snails pace The food was not bad but for the price, it could have been a lot better The charcuterie board was a joke That was $5 worth of crackers and such for $38 It was laughable I think I had to get up from our table 4/5 times to get someone to come to our table I brought a cake with us for a birthday celebration and I thought they dropped the cake because that was another 25 minutes What a shame going to a five star hotel with a 1 star meal!

I wanted to give a shout out to Embassy Suites for the amazing stay we had there last week I request a room with a nice workspace that I could do some work to take care of my clients and this is the amazing suite they gave us It was so nice, comfortable/clean, the views were just breathtaking and the cook to order breakfast was delightful

It truly made our week there even better If you ever go to Palm Beach this hotel is the spot We stayed in room 919

Rooms are old and run down Tried 2 rooms, both smelled bad and the floors had not been vacuumed One had food crushed across the floor and the side tables were dirty and damaged

Both rooms had damaged and stained lampshades The refrigerator was tipping badly to one side lopsided in its cabinet, and it was very difficult to open because the door was blocked by its frame Staff was friendly and helpful Bed was comfortable enough The staff were the only reason I didn’t give 1 star

I stayed in the Hotel for 5 nights in Mai 2022 and it was a good option in West Palm Beach We loved the Management Happy Hour between 5 to 7 pm, with free drinks (soft, Cocktails, beers and wine) and some snacks The rate for the Hotel was definitely to high and therefore it got only 4 out of 5 stars here

Room:The interior of the room was a little bit old but still okay I got one with a shower instead of an bath tube and a spacious room It was clean and nice as well The king size bed was very comfy and I had some options for the pillows The only thin what I dislike was that it was really loud I heard every door slamming of other guests I will mention that I booked a suite and the room was very spaciousBreakfastIt is complementary and it is really worth to use it There are some warm options which change every day The best was the fresh made to order egg station Furthermore there was some coffee, tea, drink and cereal options as wellAmenitiesThe pool had a good size (10 m length) for a good swim exercise It was maintained every morning by one staff who was very friendly as well The whole pool was clean and i liked to use itServiceThe fron staff was very helpful and friendly I had a really nice welcome and everything went well I had a problem with the lights in the Bathroom and the front office staff helped me and it was fixed after some hours, while I was away

Just came back from the very last minute unplanned stay in this gem of a resort Was BLOWN away by kindness, care and attentiveness of every single staff member, most comfortable room I ever stayed in and gorgeous beach I’m already planning the next stay

Thank you, dear Jupiter Beach Resort for offering this island of kindness and comfort

First impression gets 1 starPulled up to loading to check in only to come back from front desk and find my vehicle had been moved without notice or permissionValet told me I was not allowed to park there and I wasn’t checking in (what?!)

The real reason my car was moved was to allow a Non-guest to park his golf cart (in the loading area) for SEVERAL HOURSI addressed this immediately at the front desk only to be told “sorry” while I had to unload luggage from the guest parking lotIf you want to be treated poorly and different from others, this is the resort for you!Update: thanks for your response but there was no reason for my vehicle to be moved It was the only vehicle checking in or out during the 5 minute period This was strictly done to accommodate someone else over me and I watched the valet get paid to do so Unless an emergency vehicle needed the space, this was completely inappropriate I am still on site if you would like to have a conversation about this

Food was great! Travis had an issue with me drinking more than one drink and ruined our evening Management should uphold him and make sure he doesn’t ruin other peoples evening when it comes to enjoying a nice cold beer! Anyways Kamryn was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for a better server as I come from a high end restaurant so 5 stars for her, 0 for Travis

Not the best, not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in The room was big and spacious, however, in 2022 still having carpet on the floor seems out dated and gross quite frankly The room had a weird odor

Assuming it’s probably from the carpet Luckily as a frequent traveler, I always travel with a my own sanitizing room spray The bathroom could use an upgrade Shower head sprayed water oddly, and there was no bathroom fanThere was a gap between the slider and curtain letting in light from the road in the middle of the night Bed was comfortable and good pillows Staff was friendly

A TOTAL DISASTER!!! We chose this hotel because of the photos on the website The marketing is deceiving and does not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel This has been by far one of the worst hotel experiences that my wife and I have ever had

It started with check-in The staff were rude and uncaring of the customers I asked if they could assist me with attaining a luggage cart and the staff member rudely said NO At the time of my reservation, I requested for 2 cribs, with hope of getting at least one for my toddler and infant sons Upon arrival, I was told by one staff member that the cribs should be in the room already and another stated that did not have any available Nonetheless we never got a crib Additionally, because we arrived later in the evening, we ask if they had any restaurant that serve food We were given a list of local restaurants outside the hotel and did NOT mention that we were able to order food from the hotel bar My family and I were really excited about our mini-vacation, unfortunately, it was ruined from the beginning Furthermore, we noticed that the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor The elevators was dirty as well The pull was filthy Our room was dirty as well The sheets on the bed had hair on it that did not belong to us and the furniture was outdated, chipped and dingy If I had the opportunity to move to another hotel, I would have; however, all other hotels were booked We have stayed at other DoubleTree hotels in the past and have had an exceptional experience One more items was that they did not serve/offer the chocolate chip cookies that you are known for

Hotel was below average Aesthetically everything is a whole vibe, separately all components are horrible The pool was great, the bar was out of vodka our whole stay and also the card system was broken

Front desk agents were great and polite, checked us in prior to check in time They still have carpet in the rooms which has an odor to it, The tub was old and stained with brown and black stuff, the toilet waters pressure barely flushed We called about breakfast they told us $14-$16 per person No problem! We get there and it’s really just sad They served chunky powdered or yolk only egg No seasoning The fruit was hard The apple juice tasted like wine I don’t eat pork, so my only options that I was left with was chunky dry eggs, hard fruit, or toast the older waiter asked how was everything, I explained that everything failed, she refused to acknowledge us afterI had higher standards for a Hilton property but clearly I was let down

Decent! We went to the spa, the restaurant, and hung out by the pools all day The best parts were the quality of massages we got, the fish sandwich, poke bowl, honeybelle pie at the restaurant, and the large and spacious main pool We liked the concept of the mineral and dead sea salt pools, but we needed to ask them to skim them (to get the dead floating bugs and debris off) and all of the pools needed water, so that the built-in skimmers can function properly

The staff was pleasant, especially Alex, but they had me down as a female and had the wrong name for my massage, which was annoying The front desk experience at the spa could be more streamlined too We literally had to say our last name 3 times, which isn’t a difficult one The locker rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good! The pool area could stand to be weeded and the trees trimmed Overall, it was a good value and we would definitely go back! Personally, I liked it better than The Breakers, so if they just fine-tune on the details, they’re almost there!

Gustavo Villalpando

Didn’t get to play the Bear Trap because it is under renovation, so played the front nine twice The layout is average Several of the greens are incredibly resistant to approach shots, even wedges from 125 yards out

The ball trampolines off the green if you don’t have a good amount of backspin The greens were speedy but not overly so Don’t expect an off-season glorious time as there is construction everywhere The staff are the highlight here Lots of fantastic, friendly, and hard-working folks here, so tip generously as they are working hard to maintain things as best they can

Luis Sepulveda

Beautiful resort We had a quick stay while visiting friends in the area I would have given them 5 stars if I didn’t get a massive red toe nail stuck in my heal as I walked around my room, and find a clump of hair in my shower

They apologized when I called the front desk and was told they would come to clean immediately after we left for dinnerThey never cleaned the hair in the shower I wasn’t going to bring it up again but my fiancée said I should My resort fee was removed from my bill after mentioning what happened

We had a great time here Because we are diamond we got upgraded to an ocean view room It’s was great

(Full disclosure the carpet seemed a little gross)The room was clean and we had a nice wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean The AC worked…which is keyThe food options were redundant but everything we ate was awesome Jessica the bartender at Coconuts was awesome Such a pleasant and personable bartender It was coming down and seeing her smile every day The drinks were great tooThe only downside was the amount of kids in the small hot tub It was tough to even get a seat in there at timesOverall though it was a great time

My wife and I entered the hotel lugging our luggage No staff were in lobby to assist or guide guests It seemed in fact that employees went out of their way not to make eye contact

Since we arrived 2 hours before the 4pm check-in, we were told we could sit in Ketch restaurant, or just use the amenities We decided to go to restaurant where we were ignored by staff for over an hour Two other parties had orders taken and food served to them We had to get up and ask waiter for service There were only 3 or 4 tables occupied at the time Staff were literally walking around not making eye contact with guests and ignoring other guests as wellRoom was very dirty Our socks were black from walking on the floor Dust covered headboard, and picture frames Sheets were stained Interior of closet dirty Bedside Lamp didn’t work Light over door didn’t work Told staff and nothing was done Coffee pot not working correctly and located in extreme awkward position behind the television Guests smoking cigarettes, cigars and marijuana and the smell was coming in through the patio door of our fourth floor ocean view room Therefore we could not open door to enjoy a beautiful ocean breeze and view Bathroom shower floor could not tell if it was dirty since it was wood laminated and not white Shower drain clogged unable to touch because it was gross and I didn’t feel I needed to have to do such a thing during my hotel stay When arriving in room, there were only three towels in the bathroom and we had to be inconvenienced several times to call housekeeping not only for towels but for coffee supplies as well There were also no extra pillows or blankets located anywhere in the room and at that point we were so aggravated with having to keep calling housekeeping we didn’t even bother to ask for those things that should’ve just be in the roomThey totally misrepresented their Ketch restaurant, it was not glamorous at all as they made it look on the website! It was like sitting at tables in a lobby with a flow of people going in and outside while you’re trying to eat Overall a very disappointing experience at a Hilton hotel with a brand that we really truly did give our loyalty to in the past I no longer will

Kim S

This place is the go-to destination spot on the beach! From the great hotel prices, the beautiful ocean view rooms, beautiful ocean views directly from their outdoor bar and restaurant to the beyond friendly and accommodating hotel staff both inside and out, you will not be disappointed! You are steps away from their fantastic beach, and have just about 10 minutes walk to other other great bars, restaurants, shops in a near by plaza Other fine dining restaurants are as close as 10 min drive There is live music at the hotel and at the other close by restaurants on weekends also! Beach front umbrella staff is so accommodating and friendly and work hard to find you that perfect view

Family friendly, but all ages groups are present I’ve visited this hotel a few times now and I will definitely be coming back very soon!

Check-in was seamless and professional Our room was much more spacious than expected and the level of cleanliness made it appear as though it was a brand new hotel Lots of attention to detail throughout the property and everyone we encountered had a welcoming smile

This is a great location that’s central to shops, restaurants & the beach The lake made for beautiful photo-ops (we took many) Overall, an excellent experience!

Where to begin, the front desk and all the staff especially Chelsea Ferruggia are unbelievable Never have I felt so welcome in a hotel in my lifeFrom the moment me and my mum set foot in the door Chelsea helped us feel relaxed, as she cared about every detail of our stay, and continued this amazing service throughout the 19 days we were there

Absolute professional and wonderful human, she really is a credit to the Hilton brand adding value I never expected or thought possibleOn top of this the entire staff from the Restaurant, Maid service and maintenance were all 11/10 unbelievable They were always there and ready to help and did so with a smileThe building it self was very comfortable and the food on offer was also lovelyThe staff really deserve 10 stars but I’m only allowed to give five Here’s the other five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The building while lovely, does lack in a few tiny areas All I’d say is that if the walls were built as well as the doors it might be a little quieter at night 🤣 Don’t let this dissuade you though this place really is lovely and what it lacks in some areas it easily makes up for in others and we were always able to get a good nights rest on the very comfortable beds This place is shooting well above its rating of 3 stars, easily better than 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in for sureThank you to all the team at the Hilton Palm Beach Gardens I wish you all the best for the futureSeriously though, Chelsea, Thank you 🙏🏼

I have been going to this Hilton since I was a child Now I’m an adult and bring my son here We would eat lunch with some drinks, while the kids play in the pool

We would come here probably once a month and charge up a pretty sizeable bar tab last month between my family and friends family our tab was over $500 on just food and drinksWe’ve never been disruptive, loud or intrusive in any way For the first time in probably 20 years we were asked to leave today because we weren’t staying in the hotelvery sad Not sure where this decision came from but we would often frequent this hotel as a family and spend moneyand now apparently after 20 years they want you to purchase a “day pass” at $100 a personI feel sorry for the service staff this decision will affect I imagine their sales will GREATLY decrease Hopefully someone from management will see this review and reply with a reasonable reason as to why I have to have a hotel room to spend money at your outletsprobably the worst business decision I could ever imagine

Though billed as an airport hotel due to its proximity to WPB airport, the amenities and staff at this hotel made it feel like we were staying at a luxury resort Amenities include a gym, heated pool, multiple bars, outdoor space filled with games, and much more! The staff was very courteous, attentive, & professional Gessica and her manager were very helpful accommodating our room requests at check-in, while Don, Phillip, and Jessica served amazing drinks at the multiple bars (lobby, pool, banquet) on property during our entire stay

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and staff exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel whether you have a quick overnight or when looking for your next family get away We look forward to our next stay here!

Drink prices are insaneThe hotel is great and clean, and I realize the location coincides with the price of drinks

However, bud light on tap and bourbon should not add up to $26 Absolutely insane It was an okay pour at least, and the only reason I’m not completely annoyed is the fact that they gave me a free drink card for filling out a surveyEven in a premium restaurant $12 is top price for typical bourbon So I’m assuming I was charged $16 for the bourbon and $8 for the beer? Crazy
