I’d skip this oneThe only great thing about this place is the valet service that went out of their way to help us as it was pouring down rain during monsoon when we arrived They continued to be the bright spot of the entire stay here

The staff is fine but not friendly Every time we asked where something was on the property we got vague directions and couldn’t find it We weren’t offered a bottle of water or anything that we typically get when we stay with HiltonThe rooms are super clean but old There is a great vanity set up for getting ready but no outlets I’m not sure if the rooms have A/C or swamp coolers but the rooms were hot and muggy- again it’s monsoon season right now, but an A/C doesn’t typically cause that during this time of yearWhen we reserved the room the price said $180 a night with taxes and resort fees but we were charged $211It just overall is a tired and disappointing experience We have stayed at many Hilton’s for much less money and had a better experience I’d skip this one and book elsewhere in Scottsdale

My daughter and I stayed at the resort for a long weekend over the 4th of July The resort itself is so pretty, and we really enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the cacti, palm trees, and flowers I loved the bar at the pool-they had great drinks for adults and ice cream for kids

Our favorite meal was breakfast, and they also had great food for lunch and dinner as well The pool area was so nice, and the water was warm, and we spent many hours lounging and swimming! I definitely recommend this resort! We can’t wait to go back

Nicole Fraser

We were excellently treated by every member of the staff who were friendly and engaging The restaurant was great with a nice variety on the menu and well prepared dishes The rooms were clean and, with the sole exception of the air conditioning units, quiet

The lake made for a lovely contrast to the desert dry with birds and greenery Absolutely recommend

My friends and I had a great stay here! I don’t know the name of the woman that checked us in, but she was amazing! She gave us a list of restaurants in the area and added her specific recommendations, which were super helpful We love that you get warm cookies and water bottles at the front desk (and we were told we could grab more whenever we wanted)

such a treat- the cookies are so good! The pools (and hot tub) were great with pool towels readily available The parking is nice and convenient to wherever your room is located Our patio didn’t have an amazing view of anything, but it was still a nice thing to have in the room Beds were comfy and we all slept like babies The Starbucks in the hotel was a huge plus for the mornings We didn’t use the sports court/ golf/ restaurant/ fitness facilities during our stay We had a great time and were happy that we chose this hotel for our girls trip

Super pet friendly resort! Perfect place to chill with your little furry friends Pretty mini resort It’s not a tall building style— kind of interesting

We visited during the Easter weekend and there were lack of staff for sure There was steam sauna at the gym but no staff were there and saunas weren’t working at all, which was quite disappointing Still enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend for pet friendly resort 🙂

Great hotel! Rooms were updated and very comfortable A/C was very cold in August which was appreciated Staff was friendly

Bar got busy about 6:30pm but food came out quick and the boneless wings were very tasty Pool was fun and not crowded at all in the afternoon and at night on a Thursday Breakfast also came out fast and was tasty

A fantastic local getaway with the kids! This resort is a historical gem of Phoenix, and the staff rise to the challenge of protecting its fine reputationThe rooms are spacious, well appointed, and elegant The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well manicured

The family pool is huge and has a swim up bar, attentive staff, and great food and drinks The slides were a little terrifying for dad but my older daughter loved themA must stay for both locals and touristsMy only feedback: the parking should be free The garage is quite far from the hotel entrance and $28 is very excessive for the walk and lack of convenience Tip: valet your car for just $5 more

This stay was a treat We have been traveling the country visiting FLW properties and wanted to stay here The grounds are stunning and after taking the tour (which I quite recommend) absolutely love the history and the hidden gems in the hotel

Our historian was truly knowledgeable and fun to spend time with Our king balcony suite was as expected – perfect condition, clean and updated We had room service for breakfast and the brioche French toast was amazing – highly recommend! We toured the property our first night and visited every pool – 7 total I love history and find that the updates are the perfect balance between old and new I understand that to remain relevant you need to updateto a degree and the balance was struck nicely During our stay, the hotel had a convention going on and something we love about this hotel is the way that you can find privacy all over the resort – even though there are many people on property We value privacy and I can tell that this was designed to allow you that luxury if you so desire The hotel is a completely unique experience at night so do take the time to see it both day and night – striking Also, the additional $7 for valet is well worth the convenience There is beauty in the details everywhere you look here, and we will be back every year The staff including the concierge service is so friendly, efficient, and willing to do whatever you need to help that we felt like family here Our stay left us feeling as if we had been coming here for years and were owners – such a stellar experience

On The Rocks Photography – Tucson

As a wedding photographer, I found this place to be gorgeous! Well maintained all-original very art-deco and conveniently located! Pretty much right smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood The rooms were spacious (could use a little updating) but the bride’s room had a quaint little walk-out patio sitting area that was very private and convenient Great spacious well-maintained grounds

You’d never know that you are right in the middle of a busy neighborhood-type area Just 15 minutes north of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport!

I stayed there with my partner in late February Had I physically visited the resort before we booked the dates, I would have definitely cancelled We are both used to 5 star hotels—this is not one of them

It is also not a 4-star resort We had a week stay planned, but cancelled after two days The service was deplorable The suite we stayed in was overpriced, rundown, (yes, run down even though the resort isn’t that old) Nothing worked well The washer/dryer, the automated shades, and the kitchen wasn’t stocked The management appeared snobby and self-serving, not what anyone would expect from a resort of this caliber Not sure who manages this property, but they are in dire need of help After the first two days, we checked out a neighbor hotel, and booked our stay What a relief to transfer to a resort that met our needs (which aren’t much) All we require is a clean room, easy access to their restaurant, pool, workout, workable appliances, and hotel managers, workers, etc, that understand what ‘customer service’ actually means If you’re thinking of booking a room here, check out nearby hotels first before you book This is certainly not what it is advertised to be

Sean Black

My Wife and I never been to AZ before and after staying with Mountain Shadows we will be back for sure! We loved our experience here The staff was so helpful and happy to help us out They gave us great recommendations for food and things to do around the area

The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing The two pools where perfect for relaxing We will be back to this hotel!

Jamie Hamm

We stayed at Mountain Shadow for 2 nights this past weekend We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby, our room and the grounds The staff were very accommodating and friendly

I loved the infused water dispensers in the lobby and the free coffee at Rusty’s We had a pool cabana room which I would highly recommend It was easy access to the pool and we could use our bathroom instead of the public restroom outside I was skeptical about the shower set up in the rooms I was afraid it would make the entire room hot/steamy but it didn’t at all! The shower was very spacious and there was a vanity with a stool separate from the sink We had room service for breakfast on our last day and it was delicious! Highly recommend the fruit plate and breakfast quesadilla We would definitely stay here again!

The McCormick Scottsdale was recommended by our family living in Scottsdale The hotel has quite a lot of amenities, which we weren’t able to enjoy However, we really enjoyed using the amenities that we were interested in using, during our stay

We had a very busy schedule that our family members had planned for us that we were gone for most of our eight days stay at the hotelThey have a very friendly, and great supporting staff, that lets you know that you are welcome and they show their appreciation by letting you know that they are glad that you are staying there We would like very much to compliment, and thank, the housekeeping staff that were assigned to our room The young ladies that my wife and I met while leaving for the day to be with our family, were so friendly and accommodating whenever we requested their services to tidy up our room and to exchange our bath linens We will definitely return to stay there when we visit with our family again

Gustavo Vegas

The hotel is well located and has many amenities Has a decent restaurant in the grounds, with tasty foodThe staff were helpful and greeted us with a smile

Now, the hotel needs a makeover, it is very dated Our room has a musky smell, and one of the beds squeaked as one sat on itOverall, I would come back in the future, but a renovation would make it more attractive than other hotels/ resorts in the area

Penny Liddell

My husband and I stayed at the property for to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary The check-in staff was very professional, very polite, and helpful The room was clean and comfortable as we received an upgrade to a king suite from a double queen room

We did not use any of the other amenities available to us such as the pool, restaurant or spa area I was impressed that the pool is available to guests until 10PM My only complaint is the resort fee charged at check-out even though I prepaid for it in the app I reserved the room under It was eventually taken off by a manager, but I should not have been charged in the first placeThey could also use another elevator on the other side of the hallway, as we had to walk down some pretty long halls to get to our room Otherwise, a great experience and I would certainly recommend to family and friends

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hermosa Inn this past weekend for the first time The staff was friendly and accommodating The service was top notch

There were a few minor issues with our room that we notified the front desk of They promptly had maintenance to our room to fix the issues The lady at the front desk was amazing There was an issue she felt couldn’t be resolved and she offered to upgrade us to another roomThe grounds were quiet, well kept and beautiful All the staff (front desk, cleaning, maintenance, restaurant staff) were quick to care for our needs and provided quality service We will definitely recommend them and enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon

Antonia Youngwirth

The atmosphere is amazing We sat outside and the flowers were stunning 2 of the three meals were very good

However, my Reuben Sandwich was a bust I asked for it without the Thousand Island dressing It was delivered with the dressing on it I sent it back and they actually only took off the bread that had the dressing on it Barely toasted that side and the meat and cheese they added to it was cold and the cheese not melted I told them about it and said I will just take it home For such a highly rated restaurant, that was a very suprising thing to happen Mimosa was good although the initial drink order took over 25 minutes to arrive Good thing for the lovely atmosphere Service was good, it was not their fault about the food or the slow drink prepNot sure if I will rush back to Lon’s

Jamilla Davis

Stayed 2 nights in June 2022 The service is excellent I wanted to highlight Carlos, the pool guy

He was so nice and welcoming The mango popsicles — such a nice touch! The grounds are a desert paradise, quiet and secluded The room is charming and cozy Didn’t get to try the restaurant and spa But will definitely try them when we come back

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by staff and went ahead using the driveway at the main entrance Luckily the luggage roller was available and we got into our room without a hitchAfter settling in the room, we had to appreciate our surroundings, the room was very clean

The layout was great, we had an amazing bed and the bathroom set up worked well for my family and I Had all the usuals available at home, TVs, microwave, fridge and a nice living room to relax inLet me tell you, the amenities at this hotel are fantastic as well, 24 hour gym, golf, pool set up was excellent as well as a lobby where you could relax and get some work done Or you could grab a drink and a bite to eat with your family It’s going to sound like an odd observation but, the hotel has this smell and feel throughout that just makes you feel at ease It was quite a welcoming feeling as we were staying due to an emergency with air going out With the animals and little one it was not going to work staying there So thank you to the hotel staff for making our time there a great experience, I would wholeheartedly encourage others to stay here, regardless of the reason The last thing I would mention is a big shout out to Cameron, he is an excellent addition to their staff and made sure to take care of us

Danielle Morgan

This hotel is deceiving from the outside Beautiful lobby and friendly staff The room was spacious with a private balcony, 2 T

V’s a small fridge and microwave The bathroom was updated and spacious as well There is a HOT breakfast with made to order omelet’s and pancakes There is also a happy hour, the only thing that could have made that better is some complimentary snacks as well It’s located near shopping and restaurants as well

Robert Valderrama

As I did not get anyone’s name, I would like to thank everyone at the front desk, the dining staff, the bartenders and even the maintenance folks Definitely my new go to when I go back This is my top 3 place so far

Comparing to my other stay at another Hilton location, this was by far the nicest, cleanest and most enjoyable Hilton I’ve stayed in

My wife, Lora, and I have stayed at many a fine hotel, and as Titanium members with Marriott, have grown accustomed to excellent customer service, but nothing has been as exceptional as our latest stay at the Phoenician in Arizona From the moment we entered the resort, where we were warmly greeted by Eddie and Ryan at the front desk, who gave us a complimentary room upgrade, to the day we departed, when Charlotte in Food & Beverage gave us a complimentary fruit platter, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional During our stay, when our flight was cancelled, Haley, a Front Desk Manager, and Jonathan, a Front Desk Agent, were kind and considerate, helping us negotiate another night, complete with a late checkout, for which we are grateful

Of course, the grounds of the resort are lovely, and the pools are amazing, but the best part of our wonderful stay has clearly been the people we had the pleasure of engaging with, so thank you to everyone at the Phoenician, you made Lora’s and my 10 year anniversary exceptional, and we look forward to staying at your beautiful property again soon

Susan Oergel

Celebrated my birthday with my daughter and a couple friends with a high English tea The petite sandwiches were tasty and the desserts were amazing! The staff was excellent looking after our needs The only thing that would have improved the ambiance was that the piano music was way too loud

All in all we had a wonderful time and a great memories were made

Raahuul M

I had a horrible experience at this hotel, it was a beautiful resort but front desk night agent was not very friendly and greeted us very rudely If it wasn’t for everything else being sold out I would have rather stayed in my car I did not feel welcome at all

I did meet an amazing housekeeping worker she was more helpful than the front desk agent Do better

Jessie Lynn

The check-in process was smooth until I got to my room The key didn’t work and the light would only turn red I went back down with my luggage to have the issue resolved

No big deal, mistakes happen They moved me to a different room, so back up I went The room looked clean and presentableI picked this hotel because on the website it said there was a restaurant and room service However, when I called down to ask about ordering a dinner, they said that room service was only for breakfast and that I’d have to come down to the pool bar for food The menu was very, very small They did have gluten free bread though I ended up ordering their burger and was asked how I like it I said “medium” The burger came back and the poor thing really can only do well done- it was the same patty that you get in a school lunch or in a hospital Definitely not what I was expecting from a Hilton resort, and not for the price that they chargedThe room was ok, however, I must have been placed right under the AC or something (on the 3rd floor) because every time it turned on, it was a very loud creaking noise that would startle me awake about every hour I even tried putting ocean waves on my phone to drown out the creaks, but they were too loud I was disappointed that they didn’t leave water in the rooms too They said that water was available as self-serve behind the check in counterThe next day I attempted their breakfast which didn’t have much improvement from the burger So for dinner, I went and got takeout but got up to my room to find that I needed a fork I called down to the front desk to ask if they had any extra forks She said that they did I asked if I needed to come down to get it She said, “yes, because that would be considered room service and we only do room service for breakfast” Wow! I was in complete shock!I was under the impression that checkout was at 11am However, I had housekeeping knocking on my door during the 9:00 hour ready to start cleaning Definitely the cherry on top to my stay I hate to leave a poor review, but with so many things that just don’t match the expense and reputation of a Hilton Resort in the high-end city of Scottsdale, this was just not okay

Brittany Webber

This Hilton is more like a 3-star hotel I was only here for one night before my flight from Phoenix Upon arrival, the staff that checked me in were great

Very friendly I went to relax by the pool after check in It was late in the day (after 5pm) and there weren’t many people there The pool area was trashed with leftover food, plates etc all over the lounge chairs So bad to the point that birds were all over the place scrounging for food It was incredibly unpleasant Hotel was also noisy at night I was woken up by noisy guests walking the hallways in the middle of the night Bathroom was also not throughly cleaned Overall, this is good if you are just passing through or staying for the night, but I wish I would’ve stayed at one of the nicer “real” resorts up the road

Beautiful boutique hotel located in a great part of Scottsdale Wonderful service and overall vibe The staff was exceptional and there were so many nice touches (text access to the front desk, champagne at check in, etc)

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any Hyatt property (I’m a globalist so I’ve had my fair share!) The grounds were well kept and unique The only knock against the resort is that it is a little older so one has to accept that the rooms and buildings have an older feel (still very clean) I embraced that as part of its old world charm

Tiffany Griffin

We had our wedding there this past weekend and it was just amazing!! The staff and the service really just did an amazing job One little mix up with the room but they resolved that as fast as they could and made the whole weekend and wedding experience just top notch The guests told me as well that if you needed something they were on top of it

We were just SO impressed with everything! Service, Staff, Food, Grounds, Room If your thinking of getting married, this is the place to be! 5++++ Stars THANK YOU Royal Palms for a FABULOUS Weekend!!

Zoe Polk

We had a nice long weekend at the Royal Palms, however I don’t think the property really competes with the other 5 star resorts in the area Our room felt a bit dated and dingy, I was particularly unimpressed with the bed and bedding The grounds are beautiful, I love the natural landscape in AZ

The pool area is very small, and the chairs easily fill up Not the right resort if you are interested in hanging by the pool for a good portion of your vacation We asked the front desk for where to go on a walk, and they provided us with directions with a nice loop around the neighborhood – but it did require half a mile on a busy road with no side walk

I don’t know why people expect a 6 star experience when staying at an older hotel… after reading all of the reviews I was a bit disappointed before arriving but you’d need to experience it for yourself firsthand Honestly, our experience was great I wasn’t expecting anything above and beyond with an older hotel

The hotel was clean, our room was clean, outdated? Yea but it wasn’t bad Our bathroom door would get stuck and that’s the only negative thing about the room The river ranch was fun, wasn’t too crowded, I can say I would suggest they come up with a different check in process Standing in 100+ degree weather in a long line isn’t the best experience, maybe hand out the wristbands at the front desk? The pools had some broken tiles but overall the pools probably just need to be updated The water wasn’t “murky green” like some of the reviews say… The hole in the wall restaurant was really good and Helen provided amazing service! She deserves to be recognized 🙂 over all, we had a great time and my kids had a blast hanging in the pool all day

Recently I stayed here for two night and to be honest before my trip I was contemplating to change my trip as recent google reviews are somehow horrible, thankfully I didn’t change my reservation and me and my family had great time at this resort Room was nice and comfortable having two TVs which is great for families There is a separate living room with sofa bed

Everything was clean Water park is good, my daughter had lot of fun Hole in the wall is the only restaurant open but we got the table easily and breakfast was decent I would stay here again

Such a disappointing stay I wish I would have read and paid attention to the other reviews before booking There was so many things “out of order” starting from the hotel lobby

During check in, the restroom was locked because the “water wasn’t working” Then the next day, the whole North Pointe building water was shut off for 5 hours due to an issue so we couldn’t shower or use the restroom in our room Reading previous reviews, this isn’t the first time this has happened 3 out of the 4 hot tubs weren’t working, and the one that was working was only lukewarm The washer and dryer were also out of service!Checkout isn’t until 11am, but starting around 10am, the housekeeper knocked or peeped into our room 3-4 times asking if we were leaving that day until we finally left the room at 11amI will say that the water park was decent and the kids enjoyed it It was pretty basic but it did the job The updated suite was also good as we were traveling with a baby and it was nice to be able to shut the door to the bedroom after they went to sleep There are no microwaves in the rooms, which would be nice I’ll stay elsewhere next time

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I’m sure!Visited the Westin Kierland today to spend the day at the pool and celebrate a birthday WOW! The accommodations and service could not have been better We were first greeted at the front of the pool by Savannah, who was lovely and showed us around After we settled in, the manager Matt stopped by and was not only helpful, but incredibly delightful and really added to our overall experience Because of how helpful and friendly Matt and the staff were, we will absolutely be back We are so glad we picked the Westin to spend the day at!

Pros: Perfect view of Camelback Mountain and an easy 15 minute walk to the mountain if you choose to hike The grounds are nice and staff is pleasant Poolside service is convenient

Front desk was very responsive to requests Cons: The room decor is dark and seems a little dated The ceiling fan on the balcony doesn’t seem to be stable and shakes as if it may fall down Several pool towels had stains and were worn out, needed to be tossed We had a few tiny black bugs in the bathroom/room, not sure what they were Wish there was evening entertainment and a better music selection at the pool We didn’t eat much at the resort, not a diverse selection of food The food we did eat was good quality though

Jenna Lyons

Had a wonderful 3 days of relaxation and pampering at the Scottsdale Omni hotel and spa The spa area was wonderful, treatments all done professionally and with friendly vibes The food was delicious at all of the restaurants

There were 3 weddings in the time we stayed there and while it was clear there were extra guests around, in general there were no major interruptions to our stay from the services / receptions, aside from one which took over the ‘adults only’ pool area for half of an afternoon As we had reserved a room next to the adults only pool, it did mean being forced to listen to the DJ and the party for a few hours Would have been nice to be informed by the hotel of this ahead of time so plans could be adjusted, if needed Fortunately, the music was good but I could see this not being good for everyone Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful Would recommend staying here Things were pricy but I feel that is to be expected at a luxury resort in general

Debra Baker

My experience at the Omni was awesome My daughter and I enjoyed the top terrace under the huge umbrella While sipping on our amazing drinks, and fruit tray looking out over the terrace

The views of palm trees and mountains were breathe taking I will always remember this place and visit again on my next vacation Loved this Resort!!

Beautiful, clean and quiet Hidden from heavy traffic areas which made it so pleasant and relaxing The Grill provided pretty good food so we didn’t have to cook everyday or leave the Villa to get meals

We really didn’t have to leave the resort w/ volleyball, basketball, miniature golf, swimming, movie theater & etc all on site The staff were very friendly & accommodating The light wasn’t working in the children’s room and it was fixed right away

Phil Rassi

Really like this resort because is a nice size property to get around in If the pool area is busy there are some grassy areas to hang out in Also the mini golf and putting greens add to the many other activities

Will try to come backWe had a unit by the busy Camelback road but we didn’t have any problem sleeping

Went for 4 nights with my mom, we stayed in one of the Studio villasThe grounds and rooms are EXTREMELY clean and well-kept, the resort is beautiful with good views of the mountain 5 star service, the staff was courteous (shoutout to Carlos and Meghan!) and made our trip special

The resort is so well thought out with the various activities during the day – we felt like kids playing mini golf and games by the pool! Highly recommended

Travelling with family to a work conference held hereWonderful food Clean and comfortable rooms

We requested a room near a pool and it was perfect Great staff All workers who took care of us at the meeting did a great job!Pools all very nice, family friendly Fitness center well appointed Convenient location to restaurants and shoppingThe only small issue was communication with the front desk On arrival, I got a text inviting me to message if we needed anything That service was unreliable Suggest calling or in person at front deskHats off to the landscaping crew Beautiful flowers, interesting cacti

It’s our second time staying at this resort, it was a joyful 4th of July weekend here The food and service was amazing! The resort is always very clean and organized, they can run low on the pool towels, so I would recommend you grab one asap otherwise they don’t get restocked We ran into that problem

Otherwise everything is amazing! Food is delicious! Will definitely be back again

Robert Green

We can not recommend The Scottsdale Plaza Resort enough! They were everything we could have wanted for our wedding weekend! The staff, the event spaces we used, the food, the hotel rooms and accommodations for our guests and everything in between was above and beyond our expectations They made the wedding planning process enjoyable and easy We got so many compliments on every aspect of the weekend from our guests

Our point of contact/coordinator, Kristin, was so organized and helpful through everything and she truly made our day run as smoothly as possible! She was attentive, listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond for us

When I stayed at this property they had the most amazing beds and pillows! I actually purchased the same type of bed Best decision of my life I took a picture of the pillow tag but was unable to match the pillow with the merchant

They needed more info I called Gainey and spoke to an amazingly awesome gentlemen name Josh He was so pleasant, helpful and super knowledgeable He was able to provide me with what I needed Thank you Josh for the best customer service experience!

I enjoyed our stay The pool area was very nice, the other guests were super friendlyThe room was clean, modern and decorated well but the carpeting will need cleaning or updating soon

This is a family oriented location so if children bother you, head elsewhere

Jayneee Smith

We rented a 2 bedroom suite, 2 bath Nice amenities in bathrooms Living area was smaller than other resorts we frequent

Kitchen was not fully stocked and no stove Range was low-end, but did the job Needed to clean the toaster before using as there was debris inside making it smoke and we didn’t want the smoke detector going off Great complimentary breakfast and 5 PM happy hour with food Very social with plenty of seating areas around the pool, water falls, under the trees The outdoor area made up for any issues within our suites Very relaxing stay

Online this hotel looks decent, but when you arrive it is very outdated and run down Plus, the parking is very limited The gentleman who checked us in was very kind, but for whatever reason my room key wasn’t functioning properly and I had to get it reset twice, which was such an inconvenience

As for the room, it’s pretty neat that it’s a suite but it only has two double beds, vice queens, which to me are way too small and pointless Then the sofa bed was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced It was all lumpy and all the springs were practically popping out What an embarrassment for this hotel That mattress needs to be throw out immediately! As for the bathroom, the door is a sliding one that does not allow any privacy and it doesn’t even lock On a positive note, the breakfast is great and the movie night for the kids is a splendid idea

I’m a loyal Hilton customer and to say I had a horrible experience at the Scottsdale property actually breaks my heart This motel claims to be a resort, but it is so far beyond disrepair there are no words Upon walking into the lobby, you’ll be immersed in the most sickly sweet and pungent air freshener you’ll ever experience

My room was on the third floor and I got stuck in greenhouse style elevators twice The stairs are a much safer and more reliable route! The hotel is very outdated in decor My room smelled extremely musty, likely because the toilet was leaking water 24/7, enough to make the bathroom and hallway floor soaked with moldy puddles The walls and ceiling were covered in dust, hair, and mildew Housekeeping was non-existent even after making a written request to replace the towels I used to soak up the water and fix the toilet I should have checked out immediately after checking in, but I thought I could get through a 2 night stay I won’t make that mistake again

Steve Joerger

The hotel is a little older but gives it more of an eclectic feel It is a short 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to Old Town The Scottsdale Airport is about a 15-minute drive

The breakfast buffet is one that would compare to a restaurant The nightly happy hour was very nice too with open bar and light snacksNote they do charge a $25 resort feeThe staff was kind and got me checked in quickly The room was a large two room suite The first room had a pullout couch, table, wet bar and tv The second room was the bedroom that was very big The bed was comfortable as were the linens Both rooms were clean as was the bathroom that had a shower tub comboOther Amenities:- Free WIFI- Mini fridge and microwave- Wet bar- Large outdoor pool and spa- Fitness Room- Laundry room- Free bicycle rental- Nightly happy hour with open bar- Hot breakfast (Eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, fresh fruit, oatmeal and cereals)

My husband and I stayed here for a 3 year wedding Anniversary trip When we arrived we had been upgraded to the Presidential Suite It was a beautiful room

We had the best time at the pool with drink service Our room was always spot less when we arrived back after it was cleaned The location is perfect for walking down to Old Town, Fashion Square & Night Clubs The aesthetics of this place are SO PERFECT!!

Enrico Dolcecore

This is a 2-3 start hotel at best The price is WAY TOO much for what you get Rooms are dated, and minimal

You really don’t get anything above and beyond for staying here Choose another hotel across the street for half price and you’ll be happier We stayed her 7 years ago, and it was awesome Pools were fun to hang at, but the price was right We felt like we got what we paid for For $500 a night I can stay at a Ritz Carlton

Alex Anzhela

Place is nice Too much party life in this town in general though If you’re traveling with kids, probably good idea to find a more kid friendly hotel/place/atmosphere

Otherwise the resort is very pretty Also the heater/AC unit in the room emitted too much dust so we ended up not turning it on anymore They do have a complimentary shuttle service which we loved

The stay was great, we had a room with a pullout Had to contact the front office for the bedding but good thing is… they remembered we had two toddlers and gave us two sets for no fighting over blankets The included breakfast was 10/10!! The kind smiles and greetings while having breakfast was nice too! The staff was attentive, kind and patient

Would for sure stay here again and recommend you pick this place too!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel This web site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in this area

I have been coming here for years If you choose this place you won’t be disappointedStayed with a gal friend at this place for the first time The lobby area and food service is immaculate The staff was very courteous as well Great room Pool area very clean You don’t always see that these days We’ll be back

Patrick English

Convenient location to the airport is a big draw here I gave three stars for service because we needed to go to the front desk twice for towels and bedding for the sofa bed The people working there were all very friendly though

We were there during a heat wave and the room air conditioning couldn’t quite keep up with the heat outside The included breakfast buffet was very good as was the variety of offeringsFront desk staff said the entire hotel is going to be renovated beginning in July of 2022, so the air conditioning situation may be addressed thenOverall I found this to be a pleasant stay and if you want a reasonable price for a larger room and don’t mind some small service issues I recommend giving it a try
