The experience was very negative overall The main issue is the cleanliness of the hotel Overall poor housekeeping of the rooms, bathrooms, and general gathering areas of the hotel

Overflowing trash cans in the breakfast area, dirty floors in the hallways and room, a dirty shower that stayed the same dirty despite me asking each morning of my stay for housekeeping to thoroughly clean the shower including the walls Even after specifying what the issues were and where, it was still not clean See attached pictures of what appears to be bloody prints on the shower wall and other dirt, not sure what, as well)I stay at Hilton brand hotels frequently and rarely experienced this level of unsatisfactory cleaning Additionally, the evening/nighttime front desk person was not pleasant and came off very rude and condescending to me and my coworker, separately I do not recommend staying at this hotel

Don Palmer

The room was very spacious The grounds were well kept, and the breakfast buffet was better than the average hotel buffets I loved that I was able to check in, get my digital room key, and check out from the app

Only thing I would like to see is an online map showing room # locations and access doors It took us a bit to find parking near the closest entry to our room without any avaliable online map

Selena Chen

Very great place to study because it is close to my school I hope they can build more in our bay area or even a hotel apartment for these business people And I hope the price is not too much if they want to stay as long

And please use the rental assistance as well I hope to see this more in the future My place where I stayed was very bad Job less, health less, and very homeless because everything was control by some people RUDE! I like your place! Get breakfast and housekeeping I can go to work and study without any worry I hope to this project soon

Easy check in and check out, easy location to get to, friendly front desk, and great for a few nights stayIt has the necessities- a microwave, multiple outlets, hair dryer, towels, soap, ironing board with iron, tv, mini fridge and drawersBesides a few hairs on the towels, the room was really clean and well kept

The area is near a road but was quiet the whole nightWould definitely stay here again!

Heather McDaniel

This was one of the most reasonably priced places in the area It was an older place, but very clean and well kept the beds were a bit hard, but the sheets and everything was clean

It felt secure, as the parking lot was well lit There was also a small pool for fun They had an ice machine to buy ice, which is normally free at hotels, but no big deal I was worried that we would hear road noise since it was kind of close to the freeway, but it was very quiet, however the AC/fan was a bit noisy They also called the day before to confirm that we would be coming, which was a friendly touch

Stayed 3 times and every one has been perfect Its located next to anything you can possibly need I love the suites, indoor pool, their rates are even better

They have breakfast downstairs and their checkout time is noon unlike most places nowadays My husband left his wedding band in the room last time we stayed and staff went out of their way to make sure we get it back Just wow!!! 5 stars without a doubt!

Leo Czekalski

Terrific location with BJ Brew house and Steaks next door Room was clean Not enough soap and shampoo in the bathroom

They only provided 1 small plastic bottle of shampoo 1 small bottle of conditioner and a small bar of soap Not the liquid soap dispensers we are growing used to Service at front desk exceptional Good place to stay overall Free breakfast in the morning

Really nice place, staff are beyond friendly The rooms are quite and clean There’s a shuttle to the casino every 30 minutes

Most importantly the restaurant The Bistro! Ive eaten there 3 times and I can’t say enough great things about it Super posh dishes with regular prices Fine dinning in your room or on the outdoor beautiful patioThere’s a gym and computer to use if needed Also nice pool area and hot tub Hit tubs not that hot but still enjoyableThe hotel is right off the freeway, but I personally didn’t even notice the noise if there was any

Brenda Lacy

The front desk staff are very courteous, pleasant and delightful to talk to (we also talk to Ruby, and she’s pleasant as wekll) The members of the cleaning department are always smiling and ready to help My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in May and June 2022, we’re both happy and very satisfied with the room that we stayed in

It was very clean and the shower room is spacious and it has a detachable shower for tall and small people The hotel has a 24-hour/7 days a week shuttle to/from Yamaava casino, location is convenient to go grocery shopping, and eating places There are security guards outside and inside the hotel, that makes you feel safe any time of the day Overall, this hotel is classy and I recommend it to families as well

Lillian Orleans

First of all This is a very nice, stylish hotel It has it’s good points and flaws

The beds are very comfortable The towels are large and plentiful, and the showers are roomy and modern I do want to point out a few things, though These rooms are NOT big enough for a family of 5but there were several large families hereI can only hope they reserved two roomsThe reservation agent messed up my dates, and I had to call VIP services at Yaamava a few times to get it fixed Finally, Kim came to my rescue THANK YOU! Great customer service! The Bistro is a little on the pricy side I ordered the stuffed chicken thighs, but was told that they were out of that item There was a set of oil and vinegar bottles on the table, so I asked for bread I was told that there was none I was offered yucca chips instead HATED THEM I asked the man who brought me my food if he had bread, and he came back with ciabatta bread for me?!?! So, the tip was minimal It would have been more if the other waiter was more efficientsmh

Ben Carson

Loma Linda Inn was great because it had a good price for a room for 4 nights is what I stayed It’s also nice to be near a city with less traffic to deal with compared to Los Angeles They also provided breakfast to your room

The people are very nice and care about their customer satisfaction It’s very detailed to give you a parking number so that you know where you’ll park instead of trying to find parking Everything was all good except my last night I found I had a dusty tv shelf, sheets with marks on them with maybe a small hole I told general manager Pete Flores and he appreciated the feedback for future reservations

Julie Bray

I was staying here for 6 weeks while I was undergoing cancer treatments at Loma Linda University Hospital The room was dirty – the housekeeping never cleaned it the entire time I was there There were even ants in my room when initially

They would replace sheets as I requested (put my sheets outside) They had breakfast delivered everyday but the food was a dry bagel, rice pudding, an orange and a banana It was the same menu everyday The Cafe was closed due to COVID In my mind this is more of a motel than a hotel A hotel has a pool and other amenities This only offered us a room

Really nice stay and the rooms are so cute they are like little studio apartments Has everything you need for cooking a meal The offered toiletries are very high quality

I liked that it had a desk for me to be able to get my work doneIt was a little noisy during the night but I am a light sleeper so no fault to the hotelReally great place to stay for a rest or for a business trip There are so many food options within walking distance from the hotel Staff is very friendly No complaints

Kristie Christensen

The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful He was so patient with someone that had a billion questions in front of me and seriously turned my bad day into a good one with his uplifting comments He was very helpful and even called to check if my room was okay

I got the cutest note under my door from the hotel And breakfast was great in the morning too!

Oasis UHAMAKA

Everything was good except the breakfast The breakfast was absolutely nasty The waffles tasted clumpy and you could taste the sugar like the batter wasn’t even mixed properly

The food literally felt like jail food There was food that was packaged like it was from the county jail smh Prepacked eggs and omelettes that’s 🤢 I was so disappointed because I looked forward to waking up and starting my day with some good food Not here Embassy Suites does it right they cook all the food themselves and serve it to you that morning I know Residence inn is trying to save money by serving breakfast like this but you lose more customers by doing this Besides that the stay was pleasant, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice and the hotel looks very well kept

We have stayed at other La Quinta locations and have always had great experiences with the staff First time staying here and will definitely stay again We arrived early and our room was ready

The check-in process was fast and efficient All the staff we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating The room was spacious and very clean The location has several great restaurants within walking distance Added bonus, we were able to check out 30 mins late Bag breakfast was a granola bar, tangerine cup, apple juice, and water

Andrew McCoy

The property is beautiful and well kept Rooms are clean and beds comfortable, why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 However, the owners are stingy and many of their amenities listed are closed or not working

No breakfast, just a paper bag with a water, fruit cup, danish and granola bar (used to be hot breakfast and still using the Covid excuse to be cheap) No maid service except when you check out and you have to go the front desk for towels, for which I was scoffed at when I asked for one for each person in the room Pool also closed $10 each day for your dog to stay (nothing about prices on the site, surprised at check-in) These should be corporately ran, not individually owned to uphold the standards of a corporate chain

Donna Halligan

We were a little early for check in and we were told to come back, which was fine so we grabbed something to eat The hotel is modern and clean and pet friendly They have a lawn area for the furry friends and bags for any clean up

The room was a little small but it was immaculate and the air worked great in this San Bernardino heat There’s an IHOP right in front of the hotel that’s open 24 hrs Unfortunately, we are only staying two days because it’s in a good location to restaurants and shopping and close to the interstate for easy access

You get what you pay for Check in took awhile, but thankfully check out was a breeze Room was clean and the AC worked beautifully, bed was fairly comfortable as well

The sink is in kind of a weird location and the bathroom is small, but both are at the very least clean There are not a ton of outlets in the room and I had some difficulty plugging in my phone charger, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with things that need to be charged/plugged in Also, watch out for mosquitos – I had a few in my room and was bitten at least once

Oleg Fedorov

The worst ever seen hotel keep away Best western customer service is really strange

Both are terrible No service at all Heavy smell, broken shower, noisy refrigerator, no clean DumpThe Level of stupidity you can see if you read owner answers I think this hotel is head quoter of Best Western

Manuel Avila

I am very dissapointed with the service of this hotel My family and I had a very bad experience and it has not been addressed by the managers We stayed for 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday of last week

The water faucet of the shower was broken It released either very cold water or very hot water, but not in the middle This made it extremely difficult to take a shower This was a huge inconvenience especially when driving long distances I requested a change of rooms the last night because we were rushing between family events the first two days The shower of the other room worked, but the toilet was plugged I reported these unfortunate incidents in my checkout hoping to obtain a discount or something, but the receptionists didn’t seem to care They didn’t even apologized I paid $475 for the 3 nights and did not receive even half of the value in service I called the managers Monday and Tuesday, but they were not available I left a message but never returned my call They did not care about my experience at all

For me, it was decent The TV and A/C worked I had a refrigerator and a microwave (both clean), coffee maker and coffee, and I was able to take hot showers not lukewarm

For the price it was nice Property mgr seems to keep the riff raft To a minimum Also, no smelly carpet, room had nice wood looking grayish colored laminate flooring and my tub was clean with clean towels The room also had plenty of outlets and a couple of USB ports Not bad for a budget Hotel, especially after driving 12hrs

House keeping was wonderful and very friendly The rooms are ok but the prices for a room here is way too much money You have to pay

25¢ for ice when it should be free I never saw any complimentary breakfast out the office lobby was closed and roped off Some of the people in the office was nice But there was a couple of men working in the office that were very rude and not nice at all I told one of them I was having problems with my key card and if maybe he could give it a little bit of a charge to make sure it will work for me cause every time I left my room the key card would not work right the man in the office told me that the person that’s name is on the reservation has to do I told him he is not here the man told me if he is not here and your key card doesn’t that he was sorry he would not let me in the room (Mind you it was late at night and everyone know you don’t walk around this area at night especially for a female)So I said you mean to tell me if this key card don’t work I have to sleep outside and he said you do I told him all my stuff was in my room and that I’m the one that comes down every day and pays for the room with cash he knew that he just wanted to be a big jerk So I walk away and thank God my key card worked And I was in my room I feel like I didn’t get to relax not one bit while the whole time I was here and I have been here for over a week and a half now So overall I don’t know if I would recommend anybody to this place So sorry Days Inn Windham I have to give you a thumbs down on office workers but house keeping two thumbs up those ladies are great

Jason Stern

As soon as we got off the freeway we knew we were in a bad area Homeless people everywhere When I pulled into the parking lot I was instantly hit with the smell of beer

I walked up to the lobby and was greeted with a sign that said the lobby was closed and to use the window around the corner At the window was a lady screaming because they were making her leave and she had nowhere to take her kids Once I got to the window I was told there were no rooms available yet (it was only 15 minutes before the official check in time) I instantly cancelled my reservation and found a better hotel in Ontario for a similar price

Decent 2 night 3 day stay, room was big for 2 adults and a kid, also loved that it was within my particular budget!Location was excellent, close to freeway and dining all around, if you’re adventurous try the local restaurants, won’t be disappointed, but if you care for big chain restaurants theres plenty nearbyRoom was a bit unkempt, some stains on the bathroom wall/floor, looked yellowing in color so may have tried to clean but anyway also noticed the shower curtain was old and ripping at the seams in some areas, kind of surprising for a place with Hilton in the nameOverall couldn’t really complain, I mainly care that the bed was nice and comfy, had a TV, plenty of free parking and most of all, free wifi!!!I’d add that I did have some noisy neighbors a few rooms down the hall but the noice mostly dissipated once I shut the door and turned on the TV

Overall enjoyed the stay and will be coming back if I’m traveling to this area again, thanks

My husband and I went to this particular hotel because we enjoy the king bedroom with whirlpool inside the room We went there for just an overnight stay for Father’s day and to relax The rooms are pretty much always satisfactory, but this time was different – unacceptable and outside of the range of service and comfortability expected from Hilton

Upon checking out, we noticed that there was a large blood smear on the side of the white comforter, as to where one would sit on the side of their bed We immediately reported this incident to the front-desk staff (Sabrina), who urged us to contact the corporate office for further assistance (we took a picture for reference) Thus far, I have been on three separate calls to Hilton corporate office for assistance with the matter at hand and was advised that I would be given a case number and should receive a call back from them within 3 – 5 business days Customer service is not at all the way it use to be, unfortunately

Price gouging at its finest for a sub-par room and dangerous hotelThe floors were VERY slick when we arrived Almost like someone threw down a bunch tops on the tile in the hallway

My friends and I almost broke our necks walking to our rooms We told several hotel staff as we watched other guests slip around, nearly injuring themselves, same as us The hotel staff didn’t care at all No “wet floor” signs were put out the entire time we were there We avoided the area entirelyBy the time we left the floor was sticky and dirty in that area It was still a real safety hazard

On June 1st 2022 I went to the Holiday Inn Express to get a room for one night I asked for a quiet room which they provided I was interested in going right to bed

It was about 6 pm when I got there When I got to the room and sat on the bed I noticed the mattress was soft Upon further inspection I noticed that the bed consisted of a mattress pad upon a box spring I was so tired that night I tried to make it work But it didn’t work I tossed and turned all night and I didn’t get any sleep at all It was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on I will never go back here And I don’t recommend it to anyone And for this they charged me $172 I think they should give me a refund But I’m not expecting anything I just thought I’d share my experience

This hotel was recommended by the conference organizers It is located near the conference site, and as an IHG member, I went ahead and booked a roomI was able to check in online so I just walked in, signed the paperwork, and got my key

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and offered great dinner recommendations They acknowledge you each time you walk through the door, so that’s nice and comfortingMy room is spacious and I do like the amenities There’s a Keurig, microwave and fridge There is also an iron and ironing board The bathroom has a hair dryer and toiletries mounted in the shower The shower is fantastic as it has great water pressure and as a walk-in has ample space It was disappointing to find that the shower gel bottle was empty, so it was a good thing I had brought my own soapFor the most part, the room was clean However, I found crumbs on the floor so it appeared it wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed There is a bench in the room and when I went to put my suitcase on it, I found white powder/residue all over it This tells me that the staff doesn’t clean the room well as they don’t pay attention to detailsLastly, I like to keep my hydroflask filled with ice and water The ice machine was just across the hall from me The machine did not have ice So disappointing!!!Because is these misses, I gave this hotel 3 stars

Good place Paid alot more than i should have because i stayed for an event at the Nos center, but it was worth it The place was very clean and comfortable

A few blocks down there is some questionable characters and sketchiness but the hotel itself felt very secure If you are going to an event at the nos center this is probably your best choice because you can walk to the center easily or pay like 10 bucks for an uber Just remember book as far as advance as possible because you will be charged like triple of their average rate All in all a good place and if youre just staying there because you need to, it seems like a good rate for what you get No complaints Also a drive thru panda express and in-n-out within half a mile of the hotel was nice

My friends and I stayed here for a rave(Countdown 2022)I would highly avoid this place if possible We came back to our hotel room being robbed and management did not help us out with anything

They did not seem shocked that this happened and made no effort to accommodate my party What baffles me most is our hotel room is right across from their officeThe manager asked us to verify if anything got stolen and then insisted to tell my friend that the camera’s do not show a break in When in fact the manager did not know how to work his video footage and we ended up finding footage of someone breaking in through our windowIf you are coming into town for a special event, we recommend going somewhere elseHappy New Year

Use EXTREME CAUTION if you are looking for place to sleep during an Insomniac Event Our room was broken into and we lost valuable materials (backpacks, wallets, car keys, etc)I called prior to arriving and requested an early check-in if possible, the manager was kind enough to accommodate and allow us in an hour early

When entering, the room looked clean at first glance After being in for a few minutes, you begin to notice all of the issues and flawsThe pillows and towels were dingy and not clean The owner did mention that the towels may not be ready when I requested the early check in, but I would have rather had no towels over used The dresser below the TV had a dead spider and a smashed cricket/grass hopper inhabiting it The toilet seat was handing on by a thread and the handle was one good tug from falling right off We weren’t able to use the freezer too much because there was a large build up of ice that had not been cleaned outWe attended the aforementioned Insomniac Event and returned to find out that our room had been broken into I walked directly across the parking lot to the front office, both room and office very visible to one another, to report what we had found When mentioned to the actual owner, he asked us to go verify if we really did have our property stolen To be honest, we did double check, but really felt insulted that he wouldn’t take our word for itThe owner claimed this was the first time anything like this had happened and that he had no clue When I asked if there are any cameras we can look at, he explained that his IT guy had told him the week prior that the cameras did not record I insisted we look at the cameras and he was able to pull them up with help from another employee in the building While reviewing the video footage, he was unable to navigate the application and properly look for any sign of forced entry His suggestion was to forget it and call the police I persisted and asked if I could try to use his phone to find the footage, he was kind enough to let me searchOnce I was able to find the footage of the person who broke in to our room, he continued to pressure to drop it and just file a police report , which we had done, but continued to find any angles of the crime He mentioned, ” I would file the police report Sometimes people don’t file the report bc they are afraid to be arrested for what was stolen” We didn’t have anything to hide, we just wanted our belongings and car keysAs the morning got later and later, we were waiting for spare car keys to be delivered to us We approached checkout and needed to speak to the office again We tried talking to the owner again for some form of discount or accommodation due to the lack of security or help, we were swiftly and angrily told to leave We asked for any form of documentation or signature acknowledging that our room was broken into, but the owner was not cooperative and denied having any insurance that would assist usWe collected our belongings and left with a terrible taste in our mouthsI want to rate honestly with a 2 Star because the owner did try and help us out upon arrival Robbery aside, this may be a decent place to stay, but definitely consider anywhere else if you are traveling with anything valuable The lower price will not make up for the lack of help when things go wrong here

VERY GHETTO!!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! My husband and I usually stay at Motel 6 motels when travelling with our dog because of their pet policy We booked this one while my husbands truck was in the shop I called to ask about early check-in at 1pm and the woman on the phone was very abrupt while stating “no”

We pulled up at 230pm and I went to the window (for whatever reason, their lobby is closed Probably because of the neighborhood) and asked if we could check in We were told no, room wasn’t ready I went back to our vehicle to wait and watched a woman approach the window then walk away moments later with a key card in her hand It was 244pm I asked her if she just checked in and she said yes While sitting in our vehicle, we saw so many sketch people hanging around and walking around the property One woman was half dressed and rummaged through the trash can The Hotelscom reviews are false This is NOT a 70 place to stay More like 00 and needs to be shut down I immediately canceled our reservation through hotelscom and we drove away to another, nicer motel

For a Motel 6 I was not expecting much but this one impressed me despite being located in the not so good neighborhood The front desk was very helpful with my add on reservation, the ice machine worked, the room was clean tv worked and had lots of choices I used the refrigerator and the bathroom had a tub and the water instantly was hot They even came in and replaced the drain with one that had a stopper

This tells me they are water conscious and trying to conserve I was happy with the rates wifi worked great just had to reset the router once but the staff had no issue doing it Best of all for me was no deposit required That said take care of your room
