17 Best Hotel with Tennis in South Park Township, PA (2022)

The power was out in our town for 16 hours with an estimated restore time of over another day away My 4 year old is on a ventilator so we were in dire need of a hotel room We called the front desk and they were able to get my husband and I a room to accommodate my medically fragile son, my very active 6 year old and our 5 month old daughter

They were even able to get us close to the front door so we didn’t have to carry a ton of medical equipment very far from the snow storm going on outside The room was very comfortable and even equipped with an entire kitchen, stocked with pots and pans and real utensils! The closet space was ample and the bathroom was very spacious Our unit did not have a tub unfortunately, but the shower was nice The pull out sofa was not very comfortable but when are they ever? There was a fire pit area outside that we would have used if it was not snowing, it was still lit tho! The pool was heated and open, but in our hurry to leave the house bathing suits were last on our minds The free breakfast was very surprising My son loved his huge fluffy waffle and the eggs and sausage were above average Free coffee and tea all day and the staff was amazing We will def be staying there again

ONLY gave 1 star because was forced to in order to leave a review Did not stay here because room was never made availableBooked a stay for Saturday, 5/14/2022, through Tuesday, 5/17/2022, for a two-bedroom unit

Check-in time was 3:00 pm At about 2:45 pm arrived to hotel to see if room was available I was told at that time that the room was not available and it would be probably another hour I stated that we had been up since 1:00 am and traveling, but would wait Went to nearby Walmart to purchase drinks for refrigerator when room was ready Returned after an hour, called front desk from parking lot only to be told room still was not ready and had no idea when room would be ready as only one housekeeper was cleaning rooms and desk clerk had no idea what floor she was on or how long it was going to be before she got to the room and there were other people who had checked in before usAfter securing another room elsewhere, we canceled our reservations Had we been told upfront that this was the issue, it would have allowed us to find a room sooner From reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like we dodged a bullet by not staying hereAfter

Loved all the staff You really have to get to them know them and interact with them Housekeeping staff especially Vandarol and Josephr were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay (which was over a month) comfortable

They both were so friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming To be honest I would go back just because these two work there Thanks for making me feel comfortable
