I would rate this place 5 star ⭐️ instead if 4 if the parking spaces were assigned to units Other than parking situation everything else was good about this resort Going in we were skeptical especially after reading all the negative reviews but we found this place very welcoming and comfortable

Service was great 👍🏻 staff was polite and professional Room was clean and updated everything worked no issues, we stayed at 2 bed unit it felt like home away from homeThis place has several Pools and pools are the best part of this resort we were out all day and in the evening just relaxing at the pools with couple of other families no big crowds or issues We were only given 2 water park ticket and rest we had to pay for so we didn’t Visit parkThe market place, restaurant, gaming area and bowing was all fun and shuttle service was helpful Overall a good wholesome family fun experienceWe did sign up for time share sales presentation we didn’t find any staff members pushy or unreasonableMy only recommendation is if they can a assign parking space that will great

My experience here hopefully it never happens to anyone else

So we went here for a time share tour after buying some tickets for a discount We were promised a free continental breakfast for a 90 min tour So far soon good We get to the hotel fill out some papers and our rep takes us to another room where we get asked more questions She leads us to the “breakfast room”y’allits a pile of water bottles and muffins Once they take you into the back they start calling it snacks and not continental breakfastred flagkinda disappointed Moving onour rep tells us that because we aren’t staying at the hotel then we need to wait for another rep and it could be up to 2 hours on top of the 90 min tourY’allthis lady gives us two optionseither wait there for 4 hours or pay them $150 to leave We paid the 150$ and briskly left that hotel feeling freshly F***’d 150$ for a muffin and about an hour of our time Stay away from timeshares

Paige Brice55t,

Positive: The staff were very pleasant, I’ve met many and every single person was beyond pleasant especially Chucho,Maria, and Max they were a breath of fresh air The suites were very spacious for my family of 5 We enjoyed all of the amenities especially the fire pit

Beds were beyond comfortable and so were the pillows Check-in process was easy and fast Whatever you need the resort makes sure the address the situation immediatelyNegatives: From the time we arrived there had been issues after issues The key cards were not working and we were issued 7 The tub would not fill up past the jets, the toilets clogged, and the doors would not close properly We had to be moved to another room due to so many issues and he second room wasn’t any better There were no coffee mugs or proper kitchen utensils I found a roach in one of the cabinets and there were ants on the dressers The rooms are very dated and are in need of serious upgrading

This was one of my favorite vacations! The rooms are nice and clean, the patio with that breeze was great and the service was amazing When I requested extra towels and toilet paper it came in no time Manny at the outside bar was my favorite!!! His energy was warm and uplifting and he went above and beyond to ensure my food didn’t contain garlic (I have an allergy)! The pool was also great! Nice and spacious and very relaxing

I plan to come back soon!

I’ve been staying here for years If you choose this place you won’t be disappointedTop notch facility and staff The pool was plenty warm even during the cold snap we were there for Hot tub was clean and accessible Room was spacious and clean, all the appliances worked well, and showers were hot with great water pressure HGV does a great job and I’m considering ownership next year

We just returned home from a 5day/4night stay Our stay was in a 1 br suite The highlights were – friendly and accommodating staff(5 stars for them) , spacious rooms, cleanliness around the whole property was great

We were especially appreciative of the spacious bathroom since there were 4 of us We got a lot of enjoyment out of the outdoor games (pool table, ping pong, corn hole) Location is pretty awesome for getting around town, most things we wanted to visit were within 15 minutes of the property, it’s just outside of the really busy areas while still being close to most things The traffic nearby wasn’t bad at all I’d expect that might be different if a large event is scheduled at the convention center across the streetThe things that weren’t so great – during our whole stay, every time we tried to utilize the water slide, it was closedThe bed on the pull out couch was dreadfully uncomfortable unless you prefer a very firm bed Only on the last 2 days, we had issues with hot water Our room was in the second floor and it was explained to us that could was likely the cause for it taking quite a while to get hot water If you smoke, there is only 1 designated section out front and away from the front lobby We found it a tad inconvenient to have to use the key card in the elevators, especially if you’re carrying stuff and have you hands full

I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Orlando area I have to say this one really surprised me We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa

It was quite large and had a nice living room with a comfy couch The chair was lacking but the rest of the room made up for it Parking wasn’t an issue at any hour, that is often a problem with hotels in the area If you get a regular hotel room (my room was a hotel room combined with a suite?) It would be a bit cramped for a family for longer than a night or two Would definitely stay here again

Tasha Taylor

The President is disrespectful, rude and racist I booked a room and he said that I could use my debit card to book reservation and $100 deposit Then he turned around talked to his staff and they did not honor what he said about taking $100 deposit on my debit card

I booked the room for 3 nights and gave them my debit card Then when I left there office my car needed a jump so that I could leave He came outside and said he will call the police to jump my car and that I need to leave private property because I’m not a guest He did not know I was recording the entire conversation because I was online giving a brief Church update Then I went back into his office and said, “but I booked a reservation why are you treating me as if I don’t belong here” He then went to the lady at the front desk and said, “Cancel the reservation and call the police” I don’t know what kind of underhanded trickery is this so it has to be racism

I am currently staying at the Crowne Plaza and it is amazing I give this hotel stay a 10+++ The staff Kim and Renee at the front desk are amazing women

Jillian Perez

Loved this place It was clean had perfect space and the bed was comfortable Had a great view of the Icon aka Orlando eye

The lobby was very welcoming and the check in process was very quick and easy The staff was great Close to a lot of shops Would definitely stay here again Oh and it’s great for a quick get away, vacation or family

Paris Burbidge

Front desk staff was great, so friendly! I read through the reviews prior to booking so I was aware of it being dated, etc but the big disappointment was that our room was dirty There was leftover candy from the previous guest on the floor and a huge pepperoni stuck in some cheese under the desk- we never had pizza during our stay The rooms were comfortable enough and simple

The restaurant in the hotel is worth skipping altogether Pricey for fine food The morning we left I ordered my kids breakfast at about 8AM I called 3 different times to check on it, finally they said they were on their way up At 10AM, we finally just checked out so we could go get something to eat Quite a disappointing note to end on

Just checked out after 18 nights This is an apartment rental with no room service so just know that before you stay We were fine with washing the sheets as the washing machine and dryer are in each apartment so room service was not a big deal

The rooms are still in good condition but could do with a little updating The beds are super comfy and the apartments are large with all the mod cons you would need to cook and prepare food The facilitys on site are brilliant and the gym although small is sufficient to do a workout Whoever does the landscaping does a brilliant job as the place looks really good Great warm pool and a lovely hot tub The bus stops right outside complex so everything is easily accessible I would definitely recommend and would come back

Greg Moots

The rooms are a bit dated but nice It’s nice having two bedrooms with full bathrooms and a full kitchen The sofa pulls out for a sleeper also, so you can sleep a full family in the units

The screened Balconies have tables, chairs and a ceiling fan The grounds are very well maintainedThe units themselves could use some preventative maintenance Our sliding bathroom door came off the track and couldn’t be fixed while we were there, faucet handles that are loose our neighbor’s dryer had to be replaced, and things like that The staff has been very helpful, especially SusanAccess to the trolley makes getting to many places, including the convention center, super convenient and cheap

Lyla R

My stay was pretty nice I appreciated most of the amenities offered there My biggest qualms would be how uncomfortable the blankets were and how dirty the dryer was

I didn’t even end up using the washer machine in fear of how unsanitary it might be The picture is of what I cleaned out of the dryer It looked like they hardly ever cleaned it The dryer also wouldn’t even close all the way because the rubber strip was broken Sadly that alone was enough for me to question how well they sanitize between customers and made my stay a little uncomfortable The jacuzzi also could afford to be hotter as it was almost the same temperature as the pool Outside of that everything else was pretty nice

Our stay was pretty good We stayed for a 6 days and they came and cleaned half way through our stay which was perfect timing The rooms are good sized and the location is perfect

I only have a few complaints there isn’t any vending, the furniture is a little dirty and the restaurant isn’t open all the time and they don’t offer everything listed on the Starbucks menu There also should be more towels in the family 2 bedrooms Other then that our stay was good

ToxSic Dream (ToxSic)

Had an Amazing stay at the point over the July 8th Weekend I spent my Days at Universal and it was nice to come back to rest and relax at The Point Had a nice 9 story view from my balcony

Also Enjoyed the layout of my room, Small but quaint and all I needed to enjoy my stay I highly recommend staying here PS Bathrooms are spacious and Very Relaxing to unwind in after a Long day in the Florida heat

James Ryan

Disappointing best describes The Point Hotel We arrived after the check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready, but we never did

When we finally made it to the room hours after the check-in time, we were impressed with the size of the suite, but otherwise disappointed It had not been cleaned well There was soup scum in the shower and tub and dirty floors Our kids immediately noticed how dirty their feet got just from walking on the carpetThe appliances are dated, seemingly 20 years old, as were the TV’s The picture quality and channel selection was a throwback to the 90’s The refrigerator barely worked The furniture was worn The cook ware and dish ware was minimal, making it very difficult to prepare meals There was a pull out bed, but no sheets or blanket The bedding we did have was very low quality, reminiscent of a Motel 6The staff was not at all welcoming and uniformly seemed annoyed by their job Literally every staff member we interacted with seemed like they hated being there They weren’t necessarily rude, just dismissive and seemingly annoyedOverall, the stay was very disappointing and not at all what we expected based on the online photos and other reviews If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando, our suggestion is to keep looking There are so many other options that will not disappoint

I was here for a conference and enjoyed my stay The room was nice, but could have been cleaner The beds were great and the sheets were clean

The hotel is enormous and has just about every amenity you could ask for in a conference center The diner served good breakfast food and the market was well stocked, but I waited for my coffee for a bit longer than I like The food in the conference center was okay by conference standards, but the staff was OUTSTANDING Going out of their way to make us feel appreciated

Bree Bucia

My husband and I stayed last August, had a blast We enjoyed it SO much, that we booked another stay and we are so excited to come back! The hotel staff was so courteous and kind, the hotel itself is gorgeous, the pool is lovely, the rooms are awesome, we couldn’t ask for more We really enjoyed our stay

One of our favorite parts of enjoying this hotel was playing ping pong poolside, relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the lovely view, and just enjoying the room We are considering the spa for our next stay, and we have no doubts it will be amazing as well! Highly recommend this hotel, and we cannot wait to come back!

This is easily one of my favorite hotels in America While it’s best if you’re a conference goer at a nearby facility, even a vacationer can find greatness in its services, facilities and amenitiesThe rooms are amazing

The conference space is huge The common areas are inviting and comfortable The pool areas are some of the best the area has to offer

Loved our stay It was very, very clean and the service was the superb Ritz! We loved the Maid attendant, Maria Very sweet and hard worker

Spa, Golf, Tennis, Brunch, Dinners, a couple of meetings and just far enough, but close at the same time for visiting any of the Magic Kingdom ParksWe’ve stayed here before and will again Just keeps getting better!

Andra DelMonico

The hotel was beautiful and well cared for Whatever cleanliness and maintenance issues other guests experienced of the grounds was not our experience We had no wait to check in upon arrival

While we waited at valet, it was never more than 5-10 minutes at the busiest timesOur initial room was a two queen that was freshly renovated It was lovely, until we took a shower Upon stepping out of the bathroom we discovered that the hallway outside of the bathroom that leads to the bed area was flooded Like legit flooded with water flowing onto the carpet in the bedroom area We started drying it with towels, only to discover the water was bubbling up from under the flooring We called the front desk and an engineer was sent up right away We were moved to a king bed room with a better view on a higher floor The second room was also newly renovated and lovelyService was on point and exactly what you would expect at a Ritz Maid service stopped by three times a day to ensure we didn’t need anything Every employee we encountered was friendly and asked if they could be of service When my husband went to checkout, I stood in the lobby waiting for him I repeatedly saw employee after employee approach guests and offer assistance They did everything from escort one gentleman to the FedEx office to another carry boxes for a woman leaving after a conventionWe chose to eat off property, so I can’t speak to the restaurants We did order the two egg breakfast for in room dining one morning It was expensive, but there was more food than what we could possibly eatWe spent one afternoon at the pool, and the staff there are super friendly and caring We’ve gone other places and waited forever for food and drink service Not here The pool was clean and all of the fountains were on

Derek Hunter (DHO)

Great place for a conferenceAll of the meeting rooms are well appointed Some of the best hotel staff I ever encountered

Very discrete, but attentiveRooms are exactly what you expect from the RitzLarge pool and a lazy riverDown sides are:No self parkingNothing within walking distanceHotel restaurants and bar are delicious, but pricing is ridiculous

2 pools have bars & they have fun activities at the resort Would definitely recommend+

This place was greatStayed here last minute after our flight was cancelledThe resort is well kept and has tons of activities

For kids and adultsThe rooms were great It’s a very small apartment at your finger tipsEverything was clean

Always a nice stay Would’ve given 5 stars but housekeeping doesn’t turn in the items you forget I contacted the property a few hours after I left yesterday 7/27/22 as soon as I remembered

Today they informed me nothing was turned in by staff, not surprised yet I am Reflection of upper management and housekeepers character Just wanted to put this out there if we forget our items, accept the it and unfortunately expect it? Enjoy your stay, we always doTo general manager:Try offering an incentive to staff, to turn items in left behind and help keep employees honest and feel valued Even if food items are tossed as required when left, document those items before tossing Make staff accountable and keep a reward system them for it

The staff at this location is amazing! Everything is clean and well maintained We had one issue with the room lock not working due to dead batteries, however, the staff were able to resolve it and get it back to working very quicklyThe beds were comfortable but nothing special (your normal hotel bed)

The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and soap One thing that could have been a little better was the temperature of the shower water While I never ran out of warm water, it never got hotter than lukewarmOne benefit to staying at Embassy Suites is the full hot breakfast The made to order eggs and omelet’s were delicious and everything else was also well prepared I will say though, we were there for 4 nights and breakfast was the same every morning So if you’re someone that likes variety and staying for very long, you may end up wanting something else after a few daysOverall, I was very pleased with our stay and experience

Adrianna Marion

I have no complaints! My family really enjoyed the stay I knew it was a hit when my kids rated it the best place we’ve stayed in Orlando/Kissimmee, so it will definitely be our go to when we’re there The staff was beyond pleasant and welcoming

The rooms were clean and spacious The breakfast was great The evening reception was awesome and a nice touch The vibe and energy as a whole was great, including the other guests

Margarita Fierro

All the staff I ran into or spoke to was very friendly and accommodating We were there for a church convention but also for a mini vacation and we got treated so well The breakfast was awesome! The pool was a great way to relax and enjoyed the little marketplace as well

It had plenty of options The evening reception was a nice bonus too, even if I just went for the complimentary snacks and a soda I loved my digital key and when we need anything or house keeping, the chat was so helpful!

I really liked this resort The employees are nice They let us keep our bags there before we checked in, and even stored our food in a refrigerator for us so we could explore around town and not have our food we had already purchased go bad

There’s probably five or six different buildings on the property and the doormen were very courteous and took our bags to our room and showed us where it was The property is relatively small but it has a decent amount of amenities and is very conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores The pools are heated and are nice The main pool has a huge waterfall and a pool side bar and restaurant that the prices aren’t too bad at either, especially for a resort The pool areas contain one ping pong table and the main pool area has a pool table too off on the side, next to the kids playground They have a basketball court and a tennis court on the property In the main lobby there’s a movie theater off to the side, but I didn’t go to it We got a three bedroom unit and it was huge! It had a washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient Our unit didn’t have a view of anything A couple outlets in the kitchen didn’t work and all the windows that open, and the doors that lead to the balcony, need to be resealed or replaced, they let a lot of outside air and temperature in They have a small lake that is relaxing to look at and a paved walking path that goes around the entire perimeter of the property I enjoyed this property and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

This was a wonderful stay The rooms were extremely clean and we were able to get an adjoining room with some friends who were also staying The beds were fairly comfortable and the room had a patio we could go out and sit on

The bathrooms were a great size as well, nothing compactThe building are split, almost like apartments/condos, but it was easy to find the building that we were in and there are elevators when you walk of the dead middle of the building It was easy for us to get to Universal for some fun as well I would definitely stay here again

The room is spacious People are friendly Lots to do

We are only staying one night and the room has everything we need including washing machine which was nice My only issue is the cleanliness The bathroom is gross and the bathtub and floor are dirty, the side table isn’t clean They said there are no other rooms Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of this which is sad as the set up is nice for families

We have stayed here 2 times and thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time The rooms are basically 2 bedroom apartments with a beautiful master suite and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and massive, separate shower The living room is nice, with a pull out sofa bed

The kitchen is a nice size and is fully stocked with all of the necessary cookware The two pools are beautiful and almost every room has a great view of them and their small lakeThe only downside is the long check in process and that they really try to push for a meeting to try and sell a time share They do offer perks like gift cards for hundreds of dollars if you listen to their spiel Other than that, it’s a terrific place that’s minutes from all of the parks

We arrived at the hotel To our unpleasant surprise, the room was filthy and smelled like mold There were brown unidentified smears all over the doors and walls

The bedsheets were dirty and torn up There were scented dries sheets hanging off of the air vents to mask the smell The next morning I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager The front desk person took notes and took my concern to the manager but the manager never wanted to come out and talk to me Instead, she told the front desk lady that everything would be taken care of and the room would be properly cleaned right a way My family and I went to the parks and came back at 11pm tired to the same dirty room Of course we were disappointed as we had 4 tired kids with us and we didn’t even have fresh towels to take a shower I called front desk and we all had to wait until 12:30am to get fresh towels which is unacceptable The following day I went to do that again, and once again the manager refused to come out and talk to me about the issue That evening, once again, I tried talking with the night shift manager, which contacted me with housekeeping The housekeeping manager contacted me and said she will send up engineering to take down the dries sheets and replace the air conditioning air filter and assured me that the room will be properly cleaned the next day Engineering came up, took down the dries sheets, replaced the filter but the problem did not go away The room continued to smell like mold The next day it looked like housekeeping came up but only fixed the beds and left fresh towels for us They did NOT clean the brown stains/smears For the duration of our trip I tried contacting management but with no success We are extremely disappointed in that hotel and will never go back there again

This place was amazing! We stayed for six days and enjoyed every minute of our stay The room was immaculate and equipped with everything you’d need for an extended stay Washer, dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher etc

The bedrooms were very spacious Our master suite included and jetted tub and a huge shower They provided a list of daily activities for the duration of our stay and we enjoyed participating There was something fun for all ages going on each day There are 3 beautiful pools and each has their own unique things They ll have a bar where you can order food and drinks Cabanas, tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs are available at each pool as well as fresh towels Also, there are basketball and volleyball courts if you’re into that The grounds were well kept and so beautiful, we took walks often just to take in the scenery The staff was accommodating, the on site market makes it so you really never need to leave the resort 10/10 experience and will return

We stayed here during a convention The location was very convenient for the convention We could walk there or take a shuttle

We got a pool view room, and were even able to see fireworks at nightThe rooms were clean The water in the bathroom became hot quickly Shower pressure could have been a little better, but I like a shower water pressureThey give you the key access through their app so we didn’t have to check in at the registration desk on the first dayThe room has a fridge, no microwave It has been overall quiet, unless you are trying to nap during the day, the music by the pool was quite loudIt does have a lazy river and a nice pool area Would recommend

My family and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times while in Orlando on vacation, the entire property as a whole is absolutely beautiful, inside and out The front desk, bar and restaurant area are very business type, and always very busy but also kind of blocked off from the main hotel floors, and hallways The selection of pools and hot tubs outside are great! The lazy river is also a family favorite of ours! This is all open very late compared to others, I want to say 11, if I’m not mistaken

You can order food and drinks right by the pool area, very convenient, the food and selection are both very good! There is also a fedex, along with many others restaurants and bars, right in the hotel which is very convenient if needed! The only thing I can say, is that unless you want to pay over $1,000 for a night you will be in a very mediocre room! Microwave and small fridge Even then, rooms can be close to $4-500 a night This is very hard to accommodate when staying for a week or even longer If the prices were more reasonable with others in the area, I would definitely stay more, it’s always a good time!

We recently stayed here for a dance convention I highly recommend this hotel The staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Our room was very nice and clean and had a view of the beautiful pool area I had an opportunity to speak with Mr Hess, the hotel manager, and he was very polite and pleasant and willing to help in any way possible I will definitely stay here again when in the Orlando area

The is a true resort hotel The grounds are well kept and immaculate The hotel is really spacious and very inviting

Had the buffet breakfast at Citron, food was good As for the room, the bed along with the pillows were amazing, absolutely comfortable The outside lounge and pool are in a class by itself and the grounds are so well maintained Enjoyed my 6 hour stay

Melissa Lu

We enjoyed our stay on 12/23-12/25 using our Marriott Points Got a room upgrade to pool side view and it’s beautiful Front desk staff was very nice

Pool was relaxing and I wish I knew what amenities were included before we arrived My husband wanted to book a fishing excursion but it was fully booked Nice lakes and golf courses I expected the room to be much bigger and more updated with the price you pay The A/C thermostat definitely needs an update Was not working properly so the room was either too hot or too cold My biggest disappointment was the thin blankets in the room It’s not even a real comforter but a thin throw Kept me up almost all night because it’s so uncomfortable Breakfast Buffett was good but not the items were exactly the same for the two times we went

Travis Lane

The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the hotel itself is very beautiful I booked the room in advance and paid a specific price to get a balcony facing the pool When we checked in the room did not have a balcony

They agreed to move us after calling the front desk but we needed to come down to get a key I went down to get the key and then went to our new room The bell service did not show up with our luggage for 30 minutes so I called front desk who assured us the bell service was aware of the new room number and to wait for our luggage After another hour I went down myself as we needed items for our autistic daughter who is 4 The bell service advised they came up to the previous room and no one was there so they were holding our items So 2 hours after arriving we finally have our room and luggage This ruined our entire afternoon and time in the pool before dinner The next morning I called the bell service to come get our luggage to checkout and contacted valet to get our car We arrived downstairs only to wait for 30 minutes for our car in the heat with our 4 year old This was after a 15 minute head start with my call providing my valet ticket number Absolute joke with the price I paid for the room, valet, dinner, and drinks I highly recommend finding another place to stay There are too many beautiful hotels in Orlando to deal with this headache

This resort is second to none The place has always been clean and well maintained, the staff do an excellent job, are friendly and really great to interact with The pool is beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of fun things to do like chess, billiards and ping pong

Arriving here you can feel the stress just melting away The management here also is very nice, not only to guests but the staff as well They knew each employee by name, introduced them and spoke very highly of everyone working with them This place is classy, warm, and inviting beyond measure

Normally (we stay at Lakeshore about once a year) I’d give this place a 5⭐️rating but our most recent visit (July 2022) we had several issues with the room Nothing really bad and they addressed the issues once notified of the issues, but this time we’ve noticed that the place is in need of a real renovation The sofa bed at some point must have been broken and the “fix” they did was shotty

The front of the sofa both leaned in and out simultaneously due to the “repair” The washer sounded like it was trying to take off and the plumbing gurgled the entire week we were there The pullout cabinet for the trash and recycling wouldn’t stay closedLittle things that don’t seem that bad, but as owners we expect better from Marriott

We got a unit that had been renovated, so it was really nice Loved that the outside carpets are replaced by wood flooring, so much cleaner The unit was nicely laid out and efficient, no wasted space

We called room service a few times for towels and other misc items, and service was very fast They had a small miniature golf and life size chess/checkers which the kids loved The pool was nice, but a little small The only activity at the clubhouse was ping pong, and that was also outside Wished there were some activities indoors when it’s very hot outside

Darik Chapman

The condo was wonderful with easy check in Stayed as guest of my brother & sister-in-law for the whole week, Saturday to SaturdayCondo setup was like a small apartment with all the amenities

We filled the fridge with some breakfast items, snacks & drinksThey had activities everyday by the pool Somedays and at some times pool was empty, nearly had it to ourselves Plenty of chairs & umbrellas around the pools tooThe location of the condo was perfect to get to all the fun, the parks, the shopping & the restaurants We couldn’t get it all in the one week, would have stayed 2 weeksGreat place, no complaints!

Bernadette Ferea

Beautiful campus with a warm pool (except the kiddie pool) My kids enjoyed catching and releasing all of the lizards around the property (shout-out to Mr Payne, the security guard, for teaching us about the cup method!) Very family friendly with bbq areas, a mini golf course, outside chess/checkers, and a playground

The rooms were clean and the kitchens were stocked with basic stuff and some spices Our rooms were set up a little strange with the master bedroom not having an in-room bathroom but it was fine There was also an annoying electrical issue with the ceiling fan in our room which caused it to crank up to the highest speed and flicker the light on in the middle of the night All in all, the staff was helpful and friendly and the overall experience was positive
