The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because it was not the worst place I have stayed Room was somewhat clean and decent enough to spend the night However the front desk needs help

We were greeted with “she will help you ” with in seconds a group of teen girls jumped in front of us and the other employee took us hesitantly She lacked any hospitality training When I asked if there was room service I was bluntly told “no” without additional information regarding the hotel, the restaurant or the bar on-site As we entered the room, we immediately went to set up the pull out couch for our 10 year old son Unfortunately there weren’t any sheets or blankets available I called the front desk and was told no problem, someone will be up shortly No one showed up so my son slept with us We also didn’t have any bottled water! There were clear signs posted of quiet time at 10pm yet they allowed a bunch of preteen girls cause a ton of noise until almost midnight After a terrible night sleep, we go to check out The front desk clerk greeted us, put us to the side and checked in someone behind us and gave her 2 bottles of water When she finally helped us, I was told you have a zero balance & have a nice day I was not asked if I enjoyed our stay nor about the breakfast Not even asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt! Looks like I will have to find another place to stay when visiting my family Total disappointment

Sharon Maccagnano

It’s clean and quiet They do not have USB ports for charging your phone The TV is situated on the right side of the room which is a painful angle for your neck

Seems like they tried to cram too much into the room They could have taken out the couch, the room is a bit small for it, and set up the dresser and TV in that area This way you’re not straining your neck to watch TV The refrigerator is also next to the couch, like an end table It’s a very odd place for it Every single hotel I’ve been at over the last year includes water bottles, especially for the coffee machine, they do not There is a broken window in one of the hallways too Check in was pretty easy They have a restaurant but I haven’t seen it open yet since I’ve been here They serve breakfast, I think that’s separate from the restaurant, but seems a little pricey to me considering it’s not cheap to stay here It’s not close to really anything It’s not a bad place but I’d expect a few more amenities for the price that cheaper places offer It has some pretty scenery

Annette DiMuro

25 – 3 stars I had rented 3 rooms for my family We did not use the pool or gym so I cannot comment on those areas

The grounds and location are beautiful The customer service appeared to be short and borderline rudenot the usual customer service you would expect from hospitality industry even from a 3 star hotel which this one is rated The rooms were nicely decorated but not the cleanest The shower doors still had soap drips and water spots all the corners need to be cleaned The vents were filled with dust The beds were lumpy No complimentary water, coffee/tea or breakfast and free standard breakfast ONLY for Titanium Marriott members No access to computers unless you swipe a credit card

The Good: The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained Staff were friendly and helpful The bed and bedding were comfortable

The room had just the perfect amount of space, although the tub/shower was cramped (anyone over 5’7″ would have to bend down to get their hair wet) The location of the hotel is good being close to the freeways, and centrally located The Cooper’s Mill restaurant and Ruth’s Chris offer a fair amount of dining options without having to leave the hotel There were blackout curtains on the windows, which was great, but there was still the issue ofThe Bad: There was a good amount of light being cast in the room from the cable box on the back of the TV and the light from under the door Thankfully the location of the bed “hid” a lot of the under-the-door light, but nothing prevented the entire wall from being lit up from the green light from the cable box A recent study found that any amount of light in a room is enough to prevent a deep sleep, and I have always found this to be true In this case, it resulted in me never getting a solid night’s sleep and being generally grogging for the four days I was there And this was further exacerbated byThe Ugly: The walls are insanely thin Two of my nights ended up being late nights due to neighbors talking on their phones At first I thought they were just overly loud, but I don’t think this was true, just the lack of soundproofing in the walls Thankfully they retired by 10:30, but this was far later than I wanted to go to sleep (had to wake up at 4am the second time)

5 night stay Screwed up reservation (wrong dates) Pool closed-appears to be a months-long issue with little effort toward resolution

Needed hotel maintenance to get in room (dead battery on door lock), next two days had to be rekeyed due to hotel requiring appearance at the desk to run credit card Hotel posts the weather at two entrances-forecast was six months old-tells you right away what the attention to detail is Titanium Elite member-never recognized by the staff Fitness area was once top of class; unfortunately at least four of the weight machines are in need of significant maintenance Aerobics equipment is state of the art Good location, the base restaurant is good (but expensive); not sure if the Ruth Chris restaurant is even open Housekeeping did a good job and worked around our schedule, and everything in the room worked Acceptable hotel for business trip but not up to the Marriott standard

Pete P

This is standard Marriott I’m very happy that the services are coming back after Covid! They actually have two redtaurant/bars! A Ruth’s Chris open seven days for dinner, and Copper’s Mill open 6 days a week for breakfast and dinner Quick and courteous staff

The rooms will need a refresh soon I prefer showers over bath tubs that I never use and are not very safe!

Spooky Historic and romantic Just what we wanted for our first anniversary

The staff was very friendly The outdoor pool/jacuzzi/bar was so relaxing and pretty We walked the halls and grounds late at night and got the feel of the place Room was clean and spacious Expensive stay but well worth the experience for a night or a few

Tony D

The rooms are super clean The staff is very nice The building is really cool

The staff will show you around if you ask It would be cool if they had a self guided tour The grounds are awesome The pool (and hotub) is only open till 6? (my only complaint) This is a cool place for a quiet night Tarrytown is a pretty quiet place, not a whole lot to do besides tour some other mansions The hotel restaurant is a work in progress, they are still recovering from COVID rules designed to put them out of business You can dine”privately” but that’s kinda dumb

Wendy Tyson-Wood

Beyond exceptional it was all that and more #1 love was the safety #2 service Brian, Bryan and manger Ceaser as well as all the staff were beyond accommodating, #3 which could easy be #1 the lodging – rooms are to die for, location centrally and close to the city, and the ground are impeccable I didnt want to share a review, but i had to say THANK YOU!! OUR 4O PLUS LADIES RETREAT and Birthday celebration WAS A SUCCESS, because of you!!!

Our stay was just great The room was lovely with a comfortable bed We had a private balcony with a table and chairs where we were able to sit for a quiet dinner

The inn is only a couple of minutes walk from downtown but is quiet, with a large garden and trees We even saw wild rabbits The breakfast was great – a wonderful quiche and great coffee The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lucas We would definitely recommend the inn and hope to stay here again

William Starrs

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Stanton House Inn – we both agreed that it felt like we were transported back to an earlier, more urbane eraThe room we stayed in (28) was comfortable and spacious, as were the common areas The breakfast was delicious – I’m still dreaming of the (I think it was) German egg bake

I could eat that every dayBut the features that set Stanton House Inn apart are hospitality and communication In particular, they make great use of text message as a communication medium, which was very convenientI was lucky enough to find a few quiet moments to chat with one of the I suppose the term is “Innkeepers”, as charming and quaint as that sounds, and it was immediately clear how thoughtful, attentive, and friendly they are It’s a labor of love, and that shines throughI don’t normally leave reviews, but Stanton House Inn deserves one We’re looking forward to the next time we’re in the area

J. Timothy Morris

Central location Lovely bed and breakfast Great communication from staff before and during stay

The house is quaint but substantial, a bit “creaky” – like an old fashioned New England bed and breakfast We had a very large room (Room 39) albeit with a Queen sized bed Staff is attentive and helpful We stayed 6 nights – SO MUCH BETTER than a hotel room Ample parking Walking distance to a little food, beverage, retail area and easy walk to Greenwich Avenue

Totally unimpressed I don’t count pennies when paying for delicious food, but I hate being charged premium prices for mediocre food That’s what we received at this restaurant on Easter Sunday

Based on this experience I wouldn’t revisit this restaurantOur food was cold The steaks were not cooked the way we ordered it It was almost like the chef did not know the different among well done, medium, medium well, or rare temperatures The eggs were obviously from a box and arrived cold as ice We weren’t served the potatoes that were supposed to accompany or steak and eggs dishSome people salmon which I was told was also cold and rather bland Our desserts were served with the ice cream completely melted into a puddle in the plate and the coffee arrived cold We waited almost 30 minutes to place an order for fresh drinksFor an occasion brunch charging a premium rate I really would look at some other options There are so many places to eat who knows what they charge but maybe you’ll get something tasty You won’t get that at Kittle House’s Easter Brunch Buyer beware

András Szuromi

Excellent food, good service, outstanding recommendations and attitude! Well done! This place is very American and very traditional Lobster bisque is a must have The best I have ever had

Duck breast is outstanding Prepared with care the wild rice and the flavoring of the garnish very unique The sauce of the venison loin together with the slow steamed vegetables give a very special experience Varlhona chocolate gift is also a must have Puff pastry with hot dark chocolate filling inside together with whipped cream and strawberry on the side If you come to New York do not miss this upstate gem They are also serving Sunday Brunch The house also operates as a hotel in a unique place surrounded by nature Very nice garden where you can also book tables

Paul Chez Sanchez

Absolutely fantastic restaurant The food was amazing, I had the Pork Shank and the meat just fell off the bone The restaurant setting was very nice and well stated

The staff could not have been better They were right there with everything we could want, but NOT hovering or intrusive at all Our main waiter Lenny was so nice and accommodating, we we’re having a b-day party for my Aunt, Lenny was great in taking our family pics for us Also, when I go to bars & restaurants, I am always hesitant to ask if they have any single malt scotch, and maybe they’ll have a 12yr Glenlivet or Macallan, this place had at least 25 different single malts from all areas of Scotland & excellent distillery’s across the board And the prices were not anywhere near what I expected Worth every penny 1000% recommend for any special event

Beautiful hotel with cheerful and helpful staff They sold out of the smaller room we wanted, so we sprung for the Harbor View Suite – wow! It was a luxurious and relaxing experience, even for the 5 year old The big standout was the staff, they all seemed eager to solve problems and help us enjoy our staff

Alexander was a huge help right off the bat, assisting us with a tricky reservation issue Like every business in the service industry they are likely understaffed (as of Mar ’22), but they don’t seem stressed and all have a great attitude Highly recommend

Jack Sprat

We have been coming to The Delamar for years and the service is fabulous They have champagne upon arrival, the front desk is exceptional and the gorgeous lobby has a coffee barLocated on the water, it is worth the upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the harbor

A fabulous spot to enjoy your morning coffeeI am giving The Delamar 5 stars because I know its potential and the way things were prior to Covid, but the hotel is showing some wear, especially in the bathrooms The coffee station on the 4th floor is no longer operational, and the we only had a verbal confirmation as there was a glitch with the computer system All first world problemsWe have booked our trip back to The Delamar this November and look forward to a comfortable stay

karen ditomo

We have stayed here twice so far, taking a break before returning to PA This hotel is beautiful and the cleanest hotel I have stayed in throughout the New England states It is pet-friendly with a park next door

I feel so relaxed when I arrive and the onsite dining is delicious After dinner, I like relaxing in the lobby , grabbing a cocoa or coffee

Gorgeous property Room was nice but wasn’t cleaned properly before my arrival There was old food and drinks in the refrigerator

The safe didn’t work Wallpaper peeling off the walls and there was a used towel hanging on the shower rail Regarding the Pool: The website and the signs at the pool say “adults only” (which was THE reason for booking there) but the pool was filled with kids and the occasional crying children Would have been fine had I willingly known the pool was not advertised as adults onlyFood is outrageously expensive I ordered a pasta dish for dinner in my room It came in a small round plastic takeout container With all the service charges, taxes and tip it cost $52 There was nothing extraordinary about the dish Pic of pasta below The surroundings and property itself were beautiful, but I would not stay there again Didn’t get what I paid for

Ariana Milligan

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and enjoyed it! You could tell that they’d recently updated the furniture and wallpaper in the rooms I appreciated the blackout curtains and comfortable bed! The room itself was also very clean The hotel is older, but the property has a fascinating history and is quite charming

The staff we encountered were incredibly kind and professional

Poorly managed property with disorganized staffThis could’ve been a great hotel with a change of staff an better managementWe got a preview before our trip when we were trying to figure out if there were any restaurants on site that served breakfast

We were told no – twice, when we called the property, only to find out later that there is, in fact, a full service buffet dailyWe checked-in early, only to be given a room where the door and the window would not lock We called the front-desk (getting through there itself is a challenge and took us 20 mins each time after being put on hold), asked to be moved into another roomThey respond “Oh Yes! I forgot that room doesn’t lock” How does something like this slip your mind? Doesn’t your check-in system allow you to block a room that requires maintenance? After waiting for half hour, we had to walk over to the front-desk, someone came back with us to transfer to another room but the window would not lock there At the 3rd try, they tried to move us into a room with a king bed (we had requested for 2 doubles) After wasting 2 hours, we finally settled in the roomService at breakfast left a lot to be desired The waiter was rude Coffee was not refilled When we requested for a refill and waters for the table, he “forgot” to refill my husband’s cup and “banged” the glasses of water that he filled on the table so that they spilled on the phone that was lying besides itNot sure whether his problem was with us or with the jobTO Summarize:Pros: The location of the property is greatCons: The hotel rooms need work – not for an upgrade but to make them basic and acceptableStaff and Management need a changeDefinitely not worth the price that they charge per nightHighly recommend an alternative location for potential guests until the hotel has worked out their kinks

The staff were very attentive during my wedding and worked well with my wedding planner and the various vendors Also, the hotel it self is beautiful and served as a great back drop for my professional wedding photos! It was the perfectly executed wedding!

clean and updated, not bad for a one night stay wouldn’t stay longer than that walls are paper thin, I was woken up at 3:30 in the morning by the people in the room next-door talking loudly, not yelling

i had the “privacy please” hanger on my door and the cleaning staff ignored it and came in anyway breakfast had no hot food, bagels and muffins are your options

We spent a night here while we were getting our boiler replaced at our home We bypassed several other closer hotels to take advantage of the newly updated facilities here The bathroom was very spacious and the shower pressure was lovely

We stayed in Room 135Breakfast in the AM was a nice perk that included hot choices!

If you are traveling with young children please be aware they do not have connecting rooms and are not very accommodating! We had called ahead of time to be sure we’d be able to have a safe space for our family’s stay and we were told to call the day of and they’d help us out We called right before the weekend again and they said not a problem We then called the day of, 2 days later, as we were told, and they said “we do not have any connecting rooms at all” and they would not upgrade us to a larger suit or refund us anything at all

so good! Location is great, we were able to walk to Bars and Restaurants both in Piermont and the nearby town, Sparkill Kitchen is very well equipped if you are planning to cook your own meals Carolla is a great host, kind and a very interesting person with a positive attitude towards life The first night she came upstairs to bring us ground coffee for the following day and we were talking for about an hour in the living room We definitely recommend this place!

This Bed and Breakfast was perfect for our recent stay To start the location was perfect We traveled in to check out Tarrytown and Sleep Hollow

This B&B is located in Piermont which is a very charming small town that has excellent food, kind locals and during our time a very appealing Octoberfest We were also only a few minutes across the bridge from Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown allowing us to come and go very easily throughout the weekend Rates were very reasonable, the room was very clean and we right at home Carolla welcomed us with her sweet and kind nature We were provided with an excellent breakfast every morning with plenty of options Having never stayed in a B&B before a small concern of ours was having enough privacy but that was never an issue We had plenty of small exchanges and joyful conversations but always felt like we were given plenty of privacy I can’t say enough good things about Riverview I would highly recommend and we would love to stay again

A hidden gem! The MTK hotel ( formerly Holiday Inn) was a perfect place for my business trip Not knowing the area well, the hotel offered everything I needed The restaurant was wonderful

Make sure to see Ed in the restaurant! He will make sure you don’t go hungry And will ensure he sets your ordered meal aside should you have to arrive late Just call ahead The hotel is very clean and well appointed The room was very comfortable and quiet Will have my staff use this hotel when traveling in the region

Brenda deGraw

It was expensive The food was awful for the cost I was disturbed by being stuck with vehicle breakdown and they brought us there closest to Meineke garage

I had two children No room service No continental breakfast past 9amSnacks were outrageous Yet they did give me milk for the little guy A very expensive trip to see my daughter in prison It was a disaster

Briana Post

Hotel MTK has fake pictures up with a description of “renovated” when it in fact has not been The manager says he begs corporate to take down the fake pictures and they refuse When you open the door you’re hit in the face with 50 year old cigarette must and mold smell

The lights are so dim you can’t see a thing inside The curtains don’t close The 50 year old wall unit struggles to spit out musty air but it’s still hot and muggy in the room The TV is an original flatscreen and can’t handle the way cable looks know so it hurts your eyes to look at it It sounds like people are inside your room when they walk by Doors slamming all night and early morning Want a migraine in the morning? This place is for youThey apologized the next morning and offered to refund me the night (I booked 4 nights) but instead they never checked me out and charged me $70575 for one horrible night

Where do I startThey said they had parking for me, then denied me when I arrived

45 minute trip each way So after switching vehicles I came back to check in This set the tone for the stayWhen I arrived back to check in I found that they downgraded my corner king to a smaller double queen room Another disappointment immediately following the firstI get to the room andBroken bath tub, no remote for the TV, and someone from the hotel just walked into my room No knock at the door, just walked in At this point I was just annoyed with being there and had wished I’d booked elsewhereI scheduled a 5am pick up for my vehicle from valet They didn’t pass the message along and had to call and get the car brought around pushing me behind scheduleThe only saving grace was the direct interactions with with the staff Very kind, very white glove treatment in personFor the price, I’d go somewhere else If this were a Courtyard or a Fairfield I’d have given it 4 stars still (5 without the walk in) but when you present and bill as a premium then these things shouldn’t happenThat said, the room was very nice in layout and decoration, and again, the customer facing staff were exceptional in person Great location with plenty to do right around the corner

As an ambassador member, I stayed here several times in the past Always good services and enjoyed a nice quiet room to rest But not this time, no one told me there is major drilling construction inside the building just upstairs from my room

Vibrations of the wall and so much noises starting 9am and continued non- stop This totally ruined my stay here Hotel Management should have given a notice of this construction to their customers So if I know I have this much noise banging with vibrations in my room beforehand, I would never book this stay reservation Total disappointment

The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooms are spaciousThe valet parking service (operated by a 3rd party) is what I have issue with One of the valets released my vehicle to my guest (who’s name was not on my reservation, nor did he have the claim ticket)

He could have been a stranger off the street! This was very wreckless, and resulted in a few dings and scrapes on the vehicle caused by my guest (who is arguably the world’s worst driver) Granted, my guest did not have my permission to take the vehicle, and did so sneakily, he should have never been granted access to it without the claim ticket and or ID to verify that was his vehicle I called the property who forwarded my concern to the valet service and I was promised a call back, but that was never received I was charged $35 for this (dis)-serviceThankfully the vehicle was a rental If I were driving a personal vehicle which I cared for, I would not be comfortable coming back to this property and leaving it with a valet company which apparently could hand your keys out to anyone!

Got married at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel in September of 2021 and it was an absolute blast The venue was fantastic Julie is the best

She was incredibly personable and was there to help at every turn Planning a wedding during COVID was at times tricky But thanks to Julie and her team, I feel confident throughout the whole process The venue is close to downtown, so guests can experience a wide variety of restaurants, bars, etc Then during the actual wedding, they walk straight to their room, which was great because it really got most of the guests involved in the after party The food was outrageously good I’m sure I was expecting it be at that high a level But, it was a major surprise Guests at the wedding still mention the Short Rib, months later If there was anything I had to be critical about, I’d say the rooms could use a bit of an update A few family members had a bit of trouble with their AC units But, overall it still easily warrants 5 stars

I only stayed one night and booked through a third party app at a very low rate It seems like those rooms might be reserved for an older part of the hotel but I’m not sure because I have nothing to compare it to The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size, the room came with a refrigerator and coffee machine (no cups though)

The furniture in the room and the rug we’re very dated and not in the best condition I didn’t have a do not disturb sign, a box of tissues, or any cups for the coffee machine Otherwise the stay was fine for one night, and for what I paid The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly

I booked this as a birthday getaway for myself as a busy mom of 3 I needed this I’m an Hilton Honors member and have never been disappointed Now I’m not hard to please and very understanding, but somethings in hospitality just don’t stand

Upon arrival I check the to room 212 I had a king suit with the jacuzzi tub it was beautiful (I needed the tub), all appeared in good standing but the toilet was not wiped and had some urine residue on it But I didn’t stress it I brought my own cleaning products and disinfecting spray, as I always do a nice cleaning and disinfecting Upon further inspection my shower had some mold in the corners and on the floor Again it was a small bit and I had my bleach so I was going to handle it I called maintenance to have a the light bulb in the shower replaced because it was not working This matter was taken care of right away It was a quiet stay, I even deep cleaned the jacuzzi which came back very clean I checked the bed and towels of the two towels only one smelled sweet as though it had been used or had not properly washed at the time of laundering So I threw that one to the side and use the one that appeared fresh, I was only staying 2 nights 3/8-3/10 I sprayed all soft surfaces with micro ban and Clorox fabric disinfectant and I was comfortable with that Room service was hard to get in touch with, but front desk staff was very professional and proficient in addressing this matter At one point room service was too busy to deliver to the room which again didn’t ruin my stay However 10 days following I’m now covered in an unexplained super itchy rash, I went to my doctor today 3/18/22 to find I have acquired scabies Which takes about 2 to 4 weeks to show symptoms, an has never happened in my life I called to speak to the manager immediately upon finding out, I was actually still in the doctors office The front manager for the evening of 3/18/22 disregarded any possibility of me acquiring my infestation at their establishment He further explained that due to it being 10 days out, there was nothing he could do for me not even take an incident report He did not ask questions, or hear out all the details and that was the icing on the cake for me For the amount of money I spent as an honors member who just wanted a nice birthday for myself, to have the experience I had is unacceptable I could have certainly saved my money, I am extremely disappointed and suggest you stay else where The area is beautiful but this particular hotel wouldn’t be in my list of places to stay It’s unfortunate to say, but it’s clear that corners are being cut within their housekeeping department even during a pandemic And I should have never overlooked the warning signs, I saw before laying in their bed Because now I’m suffering with a mite infestation in my skin covering my body that I also found out I am highly allergic too and now suffering double With no resolutions or concern

Rachel

I stayed here with my boyfriend from Dec 27-30 in 2021 Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the front desk and check-in was seamless We even received warm chocolate walnut cookies and complimentary water bottles

That was a nice treat to start the stay with We were able to check in on the app also and picked out our room We only went to the front desk to pick up the key cards because we prefer having a physical key in addition to the app key Upon arriving into our room, the king bed and the room was very nice and cozy and cleanThe bathroom is spacious, and the counter top has so much space which I loved with a bright and lighted vanity mirror However, when I checked the shower heads (there were two), it looked like it could use a good soak and scrub because it had hardened limescale (See pictures)I requested for them to clean it the following morning as we could wait to shower until the next day since their room service options are limited hoursThe following day, room service did a light clean in our room, took the trash and used towels, re-made our bed, and supposedly cleaned the shower heads There was no visible change in cleanliness so I just cleaned one of them myself so that we could shower I felt like it would be pointless to argue and call them back up if they weren’t going to do anything That was quite disappointingThey had an attached restaurant on the ground floor whose food was really tasty and convenient Their servers were kind and we were able to dine in and /or order for pick up to eat in our rooms I wish they could have also delivered the food but no big deal On the occasion we ordered our food to be picked up so we could eat in our room I noticed they gave us ketchup packets for our side order of fries but they were expired I could tell because the packets were extremely puffy meaning bacterial gas build up I threw them out They were so puffy that I knew if I ripped one open it would burst with the gas and contents Better safe than sorry Restaurant needs to check their inventory to prevent guests from having food poisoning Condiment packets are good for only about 90 days I have a food safety license so I knew better than to let myself and my partner consume ketchup packets that were past their shelf lifeAnother thing to note about my stay is that the heater is extremely drying and inconsistent It was cold in December naturally so we used it but I would have to raise the temp to like 79 to get the room at least up to a comfortable 70 It was just rather inconsistent and would make the room feel extremely dry although I tried to keep it at a solid room temp of 72 degreesMy partner and I did not attend the breakfast because it wasn’t complimentary anyway so we would try local restaurants and diners instead which I highly recommend Their restaurant was helpful and convenient for lunch or dinner because it was open late and just a few steps awayOverall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel minus the poor clean on the shower head and the expired ketchup packets They will hopefully address these issues in the future and have more room service availability I would stay here again because the location was nice and their staff is kind

Pete Ponyboy

The location is great for the area The restaurant staff and food is terrific Not happy at all with room service as I was not told when I checked in that room service was only upon request

On day three as the wife and I departed, I asked for the room to be cleaned while we were away Upon returning 5+ hours later, the room wasn’t serviced I asked the housekeeper, who happened be across the hall, if she planned to clean our room and she said that she was not told toNeedless to say, the desk clerk assured me that the request was made and the manager(?) made excuses for the housekeeping staff Eventually, the garbage was taken out and towels exchangedUpon checking in, the room was clean overall but the couch and chair were stained I’m told by locals that this is the best of the hotels in the area but I am not that impressed

Nice rooms but they are not cleaned during your stay You must request fresh towels The bar food is absolutely horrible the pizza taste like frozen microwave pizza ,the cheeseburger is hard and dry

The breakfast sausage, eggs bagels and oatmeal where good but the French toast was hard and dry The Hyatt at one time stood for luxury and 5 star Hotels Not sure what happened to this place

Tracy Lawford

Overall a good stay The room is like a mini 1 bed apartment with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee making, stove, etc The rooms are spacious with one of the most comfortable beds and pillows

Rooms are newly renovated and my only complaint was the urine on the toilet seat and around the floor which the cleaner must have missed I love that you can open a window for fresh airFacilities include a gym, decent enough to get a sweat on, coin operated laundry with soap for sale, business centre, bar, free breakfast with a basic but decent spread, free coffee and I did see an outdoor pool area but wasn’t there long enough to test the waters The location is super quiet and I felt safe staying hereStaff were friendly on check in and check out I would stay here again

Hyatt house was our main hotel for our wedding block and we were so happy we picked them!! Block rates were very reasonable and Christine was so easy to work with We loved the amenities (pool, fire pit, basketball court) and having the extra space with the living room in each room made it so much easier to socialize and prep for the wedding in the days leading up Hotel breakfast was also great and served as a nice gathering point to see our guests

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic, great hosts, and a great waterfront view The home is located on the widest part of the Hudson River Inside you will find a artistically renovated interior decorated to the max

The bedrooms are quiet, no TV, phone,or radio, just solitude Breakfast included fresh fruit and croissants from Italy We met one other guest and he was super charming and very interesting! Special kudos to Andrea and Nelson!! Thank you Bill and Yvonne

Casa Hudson is a beautiful B&B! The house has been fully renovated and is absolutely gorgeous When walking through the courtyard my first night there I felt like I was visiting a villa in Tuscany It has water views

There is a restaurant right across the street and plenty of convenience stores nearby The host treats you to breakfast croissants specially shipped from Italy I’m not a coffee drinker, but there is both a coffee maker and espresso machine My one tip would be to bring your own pillow if you’re particular about pillows

Adrienne Lynch

Great place to stay Myself and my husband had a mini honeymoon here We were both so delighted we found this treasure of a place to stay and get away from the craziness of life and just sit back and relax
