For the most part the park is older, properties well cared for, mostly quiet, hookups were good Sites are tight, m ostly uneven Most reasonable on rental fees but not many amenities

Told in 11/21 when making reservation clubhouse under total remodel that would be complete 1/22 NOT! Left on 3/27/22 and still long ways to being done in fact for the 3 months there most the time no one working at all Before leaving was told now 6/22 complete date I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t done by 1/23 No clubhouse, rest rooms, although they had a temporary 1 toilet, 1 shower, rental trailer No exercise room Small pool, shuffleboard, tennis Close to grocery, all stores, restaurants Not dissatisfied, not impressed Good management, great people Would stay againGet what you pay for

Great RV resort They are constantly up-grading this facility to include club house and the complete part Swimming pool has already been upgraded along with some other recreational sports

Laundry has been updated to include the washers and dryers AND they all run on credit cards No need for coins or a card that you have to buy for $1000 or more You pai PER USEManagement is great Very friendly and very helpful They are very knowledgeable about the local area to include local shops and restaurantsThis site is on our Visit Again List

I found this park on a drive to visit another park The “acting manager” was nice at first I had a few questions that the response was “I don’t know” at least she was being honest

Then the question about occupant age, she quickly snapped that “I won’t even talk to anyone under the age of 55 about renting an RV site even for one night!” I never stated my age but quickly looked at my friend and said let’s go I’m the “young one” in a traveling group, everyone else is over 55 First impression is everything and this office worker with the angst in her response tells me that the corporate executives condone her attitude!

This has to be the nicest room I’ve ever rented ANYWHERE! It’s pretty much a suite without a stove I loved everything about it and felt right at home The lady that was working when I came in at 3am was so nice and helpful

Also the lady who was working in the morning was nice and actually greeted me with a “good morning” Everyone was just super nice and I was so glad that I found that motel Definitely deserves a 5 star rating It was my first time staying at Red Roof Inn and I will definitely give them more business!!!

Ciara Mason

It’s a really nice hotel, the rooms are really big we got a king suite and it is wonderful it has its own balcony The pool is nice and big and very clean Very clean rooms and I like that the rooms have their own A/C unit with a thermostat

It’s just like staying in a small apartment and I love it! We will definitely being staying here again!

Melissa Frye

This hotel is super clean and the rooms are incredibly spacious The air conditioning is amazing! I actually got too cold at one point The issue that I have is with the employees

We got in late but we had called to let the hotel know and they made it seem like it was an inconvenience for us getting in late The second issue we had was with them wanting to clean our room We work third shift and sleep during the day They should explain their policy when people are checking in that they need to clean the rooms every three days or whatever it may be, that way we can make arrangements The front desk called and woke me up, and when I told my boyfriend about it, he went down and she was incredibly rude to him saying how she had already explained everything to me Then after all that, and how they said they were going to come in and just get the trash and change out the towels, they NEVER EVEN DID! We were planning on staying there until our project ended, but after the first week, they lost our business

We were so pleased with our room Really comfortable bed, lovely pillows, and that cute little efficiency kitchen We didn’t need that for our one night visit, but will definitely keep the place in mind should we ever need a longer stay

Breakfast choices and area were wonderful A beautiful arrangement with lots of seating options for individuals or groups

Jenny Lawson

It was an overall great stay! It was clean, the rooms were nice, and the workers were polite I just wish the pool hadn’t closed at 8:30 That’s kind of early

When you’re on vacation you’re busy doing stuff all day, it’s nice to come and unwind in the pool, but it was always closed, unfortunately! We did get to swim once, it was nice

Upon entering the day to come to the hotel it was catastrophic traumatic uneventful frustrating and totally disorganized Nothing was done right the way it should have been done But the manager tried everything he could to rectify the situation

After driving 6 hours frustrated anxious and tired with an elderly woman and a service dog it was very difficult for me to calm down Mind you I had gotten lost for an hour and 45 minutes because nobody knew how to explain how to get there to the hotel from where I was at No matter how much I was explaining myself to them where I was at I was not getting proper articulate thorough directions One of the employees kept hanging up on when I asked how do I get there and he didn’t know and then associate female did not know Which was creating more anxiety because I wanted to get in there freshen up and lay down I said how come you don’t know how to give directions which I found out later they were new people Instead of putting a manager on the phone to direct me it just became worse in an escalated By the time I got to the hotel more issues arose that I almost didn’t even say there that night I was ready to sleep in my car because of the battles that somebody else created before coming to the hotel Which one major one said I didn’t have a reservation but I had a reservation number The manager did everything he could to call me down but I was not about to calm down because I was just too tired and overloaded which nobody seemed to understand Make a long story short cuz this is a long one the end the manager of the hotel ends up fixing my reservation and my rate the way it was supposed to be originally The front desk personnel made up for whatever I was going through the breakfast the room and the accommodations help me to slowly get back to my rational self I was pretty angry and disgusted considering what I was encountering I left the front desk and tip hospitality tip which I always do when I visit a Marriott hotel This place was difficult to find cuz the road maps were two different zip codes and two different areas My GPS was telling me one thing and these guys were telling me something else I had a long conversation with the manager and he said he would fix the problem so the sort of thing would not happen again He promised to stay on top of it and the training would be better considering there was a new hotel and more training needed to be installed It’s in a good area It’s close to all the essentials things that you might need while traveling I hope that nobody has to go through what I went through because in the 25 years I’ve been a member I have never experiences in my entire time visiting Marriotts My mother and my daughter were severely affected by this as well as myself medically speaking I highly recommend you do not deal with reservations if you’re going to make arrangements to say it’s this hotel please deal directly with the manager himself then you know nothing will go wrong Thank you for taking the time to read this and you all have a nice day

This hotel is nice for the price The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is good in the shower I didn’t try the pool out while we were there

They have washers and dryers there, but the room is so hot, and if you’re like me and want to stay with your laundry, you’re going to sweat!!! The one thing we did not like is that they have signs at breakfast that say that they don’t want you to take food back to your room Most people want to relax while they’re eating The internet connection was good for our stay The other thing is, if you don’t fill out a form for your room to be cleaned by 9 am, then your room won’t be cleaned that day The air conditioner didn’t get as cold as it should, being in Florida All and all, it was a good stay

BED BUGSRented a room for two nights for my 83 yr old disabled mom so she could attend family reunion After the first night she mentioned a couple of bites on here chest We thought nothing of it at the time

The second night she went to the desk 10 PM, with two bed bugs in a baggie asking for another room They said they had no where to move her They did not get out of their chair and check the room In the am they offered her 10,000 rewards points BIG DEAL I asked the mgr why no one checked the room He said they are not bug professionals REALLY???????? Everything from the coffee pot to the bathroom to the floors were squeaky clean and well dusted There were plenty of towels The TV was easy to operate The sofa was clean and comfortable Breakfast was Western omelette and sausages, cereals and pastries This is the place to stay!

Van-Anh Le

No complaints about this hotel Breakfast offers a great selection with two different flavors of waffles you make on the spot, several different juices, different cereals, fruits, baked goods, and the proteins are slightly different each day Super friendly workers between those who serve breakfast, those who are at the front desk, and those who clean the rooms

The rooms are clean and it’s in a good area with plenty going on nearby We need to extend our stay and will continue to stay here

Excellent! My young family and I had such a great time here! LOVED their pool-side lounge beds! They were completely in the shade and made our day at the pool wonderful! The pool was a great temperature, probably heated We paid for the breakfast buffet, and it was delicious! Lots of variety and super fresh! My eggs were perfectly made! I’m picky about my eggs The rooms were comfortable and clean! Great water pressure in the shower

I loved that the thermostat went up in 5 degree increments And it was obvious that the AC unit had a good dehumidifier in it We thoroughly enjoyed our time and want to return! Highly recommend!

We picked the resort out randomly on a travel website and it was an unexpected and amazing few days We actually stopped on our way back from a resort hotel on South Beach that was multiple times the price and can honestly say this was better in every way What a rare find, from the desk staff to the amenities, to the cleanliness of the room, to lunch at Wolf Gang Puck’s by the pool it was exceptional

The conference center looks first class also The pictures online do not do it justice It is nicer We spent two great days and actually felt like we were at a luxury hotel in a rocky mountain resort by YellowstoneThanks for making us feel special! Our only complaint is that we could not stay longer

Ms. Millie

An oasis amongst the twilight zone of the Villages, the Brownwood is outstanding! It is the only Brownwood Hotel in the country From making reservations to checking in and out, you will feel like a special guest The decorating is beautiful with the feel of being on a cattle ranch

The multiple textures and colors are a breath of fresh air, literally The huge pine doors and room interiors smell of fresh cut pineWe didn’t use the architecturally pleasant pool But the wide-open area felt freeing and tantalizingWe enjoyed Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant where we found that the food and service were equally excellentI highly recommend Brownwood It’s definitely worth your time

This inn has the hospitality of a 5 star resort From the desk clerks to house keepers, even management are warm and invitingIt’s not the most modern place but it’s clean, a full breakfast is served in the dining room from 6 to 10 am, the coffee is fresh all day and even at midnight and staff remembers you by name

Cindy at the front desk saw I was having a hard day and she exceeded expectations in her professionalism and compassion In this day, every company would be lucky to have a person like her to representative their establishment*Kid Friendly*Outdoor pool*King size room very spacious*Let out sofa*Bathroom deep tubs and rails*Phone charger, coffee maker

Not bad for a night stay Only problem we had was people slamming doors maybe they need to adjust them so they close quietly

Whether it was a season event or what, but it was a little pricey but overall highly recommended staff was very courteous Also a nice little variety of breakfast Nothing fancy but fairly served

D. R.

Awful in every aspectFront desk, evening and morning staff, incredibly rude and not helpful in any way Quite nasty really!Breakfast was terrible, stale bread and muffins, no fruit

Coffee was luke warm The breakfast lady could have cared less even though there was still a hour and a half before breakfast endedThe room smelled like mold, AC didn’t work well, floor was stained, and towels feel like sandpaper TV is a joke since you get 10 channels and 8 of them are sports Didn’t feel clean and the bed was not comfortableSave your money, don’t spend it at this overpriced dump with bad attitudes running it Go somewhere else…Anywhere but Sleep Inn & Suites Ocala/Belleview

We loved staying at this Holiday Inn Express The hotel was clean, the public restrooms were clean The room was clean and well stocked

The staff is very polite and professional The maid service did a great job We returned to a clean, refreshed room Their breakfast is pretty good–better than your average hotel continental breakfast Hot coffee, juices, eggs & sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and more Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby Our first couple of nights we paid $114 through Travelocity and we extended a night at $139 at the hotel front desk Their laundry room is $4 per load and simple to use The TV in the rooms has what felt like 100’s of channels There’s an iron and ironing board in the room and a coffee/tea set up with single serve pods (2 reg and 1 decaf) The hotel has a large fitness room and meeting room There’s a small outdoor pool that’s 6 foot deep I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend

Stayed here the past weekend to visit family in The Villages I want to start off by saying the room itself and the hotel interior was well kept and clean Bed was comfortable, kitchen in room was well stocked

Shower had full size amenitiesBreakfast on Saturday was good, but very minimal Breakfast staff was not attentive to guests, didn’t hear one word from her I work in a Hilton branded hotel and was surprised to see the lack of interaction from the staff Breakfast on Sunday was even more limited, quickly running out of things such as plates and food more than an hour before breakfast endedI was really looking forward to the pool area as the pictures displayed online make it look inviting When I arrived, I was more than disappointed The hot tub was already whirling with debris settled in the middle and then somehow shut off during my soak I was not able to turn the jets back on as the knob to turn it on doesn’t stay on The pool deck is worn and cracked and DIRTY There was trash left on the tables, the dirty towel bin was full, the chairs and tables all scattered around The color and clarity of the pool was questionable so much that I didn’t even feel comfortable putting my body into such murky waterIt’s clear this hotel has gone downhill and the quality is barely sufficing anymore If I have any suggestions, clean up the fountain in the front – have someone come power wash the entire property 🤮 And take more pride in your hotel

Chrstine Ferris

This place is worn, torn and dirty I had to clean my own room upon arrival I also got an air freshener to mask the dank smell

When I cleaned the floors, ill tell you the wipes were black There was also a hunk of carpet missing Human and dog hair thoughout the good were the staff I encountered They did take care of my requests Please spend some money and update the place!

anne kerr

After spending the last just now 4 years with 512 days in Marriotts (Ambassador Elite) due to travel for the company I work with I will say the rooms need updating/better cleaning Also, this is the only location I have ever dealt with that has female service at the front desk with an attitude that have been extremely rude, hateful, and horrible for a simple request of providing a receipt they never sent in the first place in order for me to complete an expense report for work that has a timeline I recommend making some changes to better the hotel for sure

Have a great weekend

My daughter’s wedding was this weekend and what can I say nothing could off not being more perfect!!!! I want to especially thank Jacob that coordinated everything for the whole event to perfection His staff was superb, the food was great and the experience for the guest that stayed at the hotel was excellent The whole experience was awesome

Thank you for being a part of my daughter’s special day!!!

Integrity Vapor Barrier Services

Great community! Lots to do, we were actually here for work so we didn’t get to get the real experience but just while there got to read all the different activities that start as early as 7am like bocce ball, shuffle board, pool aerobics Everything is beautifully decorated and the employees are super duper friendly! I will stay again if there for work! It’s my 3rd time staying here so I definitely like because I keep coming back even if just to sleep after a long days work because showers are double headed and beds are extra comfy and clean

Jeannine Foster

The view was nice, and they have a pretty pool but it was too cold to use it The area of the hotel is nice, however, they don’t clean the rooms, the restaurant is closed, they don’t even give you fresh towels The bed was horrible and we woke up with hurt backs and stiff necks every day

The coffee bar is the only thing they offer and it’s terrible Oh and the parking lot is not big enough to accommodate so have fun parking, especially in the evening My thought is if they are not going to provide any services, especially when they advertise them, then they should cut the cost of the rooms Extremely over priced for what you get Will never stay there again

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very impressed by this hotel The staff was friendly, professional and engaging, and seemed to enjoy working there! The shared space for the free breakfast was very clean, well organized and had nice ambiance The free breakfast had lots of options and tasted good

The hotel room was a decent size, the mattress was supportive and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure We would definitely stay here again!

Jackie Goodman

This location was closest to the Villages, where I was attending a family event Everything about this hotel suited me just fine Contactless check-in and check-out was offered, although I preferred to check in and out at the desk

The staff was friendly and helpful; the hotel and my room seemed very clean; my “king Executive Suite” room was about the same price as all the other rooms but was HUGE and extremely comfortable It had a very large desk, a sofa and a chair, which I appreciated I was pleased with the small but nice fitness center and also the business center The breakfast was terrific, and complimentary coffee was available 24/7 Parking was convenient, and plenty of luggage carts were available when I checked in and also when I checked out I will definitely stay at this location again on my next visit to see family at The Villages

tiffany Lopez

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, they were always a step ahead of me with taking care of my needs The breakfast bar is great! The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, great temperature, and lighting I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

I also need to mention how amazing the breakfast we had was! I asked for the recipe and Brantley was very kind to share it with me, I’ll be making it at home now We had no problems with anything!
