Had a Room with a balcony, nice little set up for a chairs out on it The blonds and curtains hide the outside perfectly so at night it’s nice and darkThe bed is comfortable and they offer 2 different types of pillows, soft or firm

AC worked great and kept it as cool as I wanted it (63)Bathroom is a little small but overall great room for the King standardThe gym was nice and they have a great lobby as well Parking isn’t bad and I would recommend this place Great value for the space compare to around town

Andrew Fritz

The first room they gave me, the furniture in the room had food particles on it like it wasn’t even vacuumed off The sheets and bed spread were dirty with stains and food particles I went and talked to the front desk and asked to switch rooms

They provided me a new room and I went and immediately checked the cleanliness The sheets were also dirty in the new room with crumbs and stains! So I had to walk back down to the front desk and the front desk worker went and had to change them himself so he was sure I’d get a clean room So it is obvious the sheets were not being changed by housekeeping between guests It is disgusting The bed is the most important thing in a hotel room My wife and I are not ones to complain but this was so beyond the acceptable level The hotel management did not even offer any sort of discount or anything to make up for the trouble they put me and my wife through on our travels back from our wedding just days prior This truly ruined Marriott hotels for me Will not be staying there again

John Squires

The service and personnel were excellent The room needed some work My bathroom sink was clogged

I was quite surprised that it got that far since housekeeping should have reported that issue after attempting to clean the sinkI received a response from the hotel and am pleased with it This issue would not prevent me from visiting that hotel again I’d be happy to stay there again the next time I visit Tulsa

From the get go was the service we had I was sold Treated us like royalty Helping with suitcases to getting us our corner room like asked

Definitely a recommendation to others The room was 1 King bed Suite and Definitely a beautiful room just walking into it Rooftop bar/hangout area was beautiful and can see lot of city life from top views of the Mayo Definitely will be visiting again in future when in area

Kelly Bynum

I didn’t actually get a room for the night But the gentleman at the front desk let us check out the hotel We went to a few different floors to check out the views

They have pictures down every hallway telling the story of this historical building, the famous people that stayed there, the beautiful events, and even the men who built The Mayo Hotel It is all documented, framed, & lines the walls of the hotel They even have a museum, unfortunately it was closed at the time With all that being said I would definitely recommend it to family and friends & friends

Adventures of Snow

Attended a wedding here and some of the party checked out rooms for the weekend It was absolutely beautiful but there were a couple issues with the rooms themselves as they were not updated for things such as USB phone charging That would have been just fine if not for the outlets not working either which left one of the guests without a phone

The only other issue was there was another wedding happening at the same time and while we could not hear them when we were in our area with the door closed, they apparently could hear us and came to ask us to keep it quiet This was a bit of an annoyance as they had reserved the large hall with the beautiful stairway, and we were in one of the smaller rooms across the mezzanine I don’t know if this was a soundproofing issue or an other wedding party issueThe great thing about the weekend was the staff was amazing! The ladies who cleaned the wedding venue were on top of it the whole time and even helped to quickly clean it once the wedding was finished so we were able to get everything broken down and cleaned up for removal not even an hour after everyone left Since I was driving home and so tired from the day, this was so wonderful and those of us in the wedding party are still grateful to those two women The rooms were also well taken care of and the cleaning staff we met as we were setting up were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience so much better

Hotel:Nice and clean Staff was friendly T

V, mini fridge, microwave, and desk in the room Mini shampoo and conditioner, soap and face soap in the bathroom Indoor pool was fun, hot tub was out of order Continental breakfast from 6-9 Little nook by the front desk had snacks and toiletries you could buy Good hotelLocation: not close to anything, really Gotta drive to find a restaurant but pizza delivery is an option Felt like a safe area Fairly easy in and out for the parking lot

Lee Orrison

This was an okay stay Nothing stood out that would make it 4 or 5 stars Everything just felt average

From the rooms to breakfast to the pool I would recommend that you you stay in the rooms away from the highway side of the hotel as it’s loud and bright It is a great location for many of the west side attractions Everything is 15 or less minutes away

Angie Hanson

I only book hotels with a pool and hot tub for my back injury, flying is the worst for me, just hours of pain When we arrived the hot tub was blocked off with all the pool chairs, leaving an eye sore and no seating with caution tape and stagnant water They told me it’s been that way the entire pandemic

DisgustingThere is nothing about any closures on their site or in my confirmation email so I would consider that false advertising I asked for a discount for my trouble They offered a night off (their idea) but then decided they weren’t allowed I heard they had jacuzzi rooms and asked for one, they never followed up I was trying to visit my family, not deal with hotel issuesTo top it off, once I got home I realized I was overcharged $50 as compared to my reservation Shame on you, Wingate Corporate will be hearing from me

The room was so nice and modern yet cozy It was very clean and no bugs Breakfast is served 6-9 and offer waffles, eggs, and other hot options as well as cereal etc

Location was quiet! There’s currently construction nearby but didn’t hear anything in the morning besides emptying dumpsters Bed was very comfortable Kathy at front desk was very friendly and welcomed us cheerfully Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly W.

It’s very rare that I like a hotel and look forward to staying at one again Usually, the beds at most hotels are very uncomfortable, the pillows flat, the shower heads are mounted so you have to kneel down to rinse off, and they’re dark and drearyBUT

SpringHill Suites was different! We had a great nights sleep The pillows – and there were plenty of them – were fluffy and STAYED fluffy! And, the shower the head was mounted very high, the pressure was good, the shampoo, body wash and conditioner were already in the shower (no fiddling with those tiny bottles that are hard to open), and it was well-lit There were plenty of outlets to charge our phones with There were well-placed lights on each side of the bed Everything was very clean I’m not sure how old this hotel is, but it sure felt brand new Breakfast was delicious Everything was hot and plentiful All of the staff members that we encountered were very friendly and professionalWe will definitely stay at this brand of hotel again I just wish the website made it easier to find cities that have this hotel rather than making me enter the city I will be visiting to see if there is one nearby Knowing where they are could help me decide where to go on my next vacation

S R

Really happy with my stay! Only stayed one night on a road trip but really wouldn’t have minded another night Beds were comfortable, the rooms were huge I was impressed by the interior design of the rooms

They were located within walking distance to an Abuelo’s restaurant which was great We had 2 queens and a pull out couch, I slept really well Bathroom had really nice quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash Breakfast was such a pleasant surprise as well, a wide variety of items and very tasty, just get there early, not sure if they stock it up again Even if you missed the eggs and biscuits, they had a wide variety of other tasty breakfast items They have a small indoor pool and a small gym that I didn’t get a chance to try out but looked nice I would recommend staying here!

We had read great reviews on this newly remodeled motel, so we decided to give it a try The pictures looked nice and it was a good price But sadly I was disappointed

Yes the rooms were clean and nicely remodeled But when I got up to go to the bathroom there were roaches On top of that even though the pictures showed a pool and it was listed, the pool was closed in August! We were staying for a wedding so I wanted to iron my dress, no iron Got back from the wedding and went to shower and there was no shampoo, nothing but a bar of soap Then we decided to watch some TV before bed and it didn’t work Came on, but no channels My husband had to get under the desk and find the cable box that was just hanging and unplugged We had to move a stool under the desk to put the box on after plugging it in so the remote would work! Needless to say not the getaway experience we were hoping for

Brenda L Sommerfield

After checking into a different hotel, with reservations, checked room Wasn’t clean, stained beds, broken pictures and glass on the floor, hair in tub and on toilet Cleaning supplies left in room

Yes, got a refund and came to this motel So clean, nice, friendly there are now 7 people here, because they all checked into the other hotel with our reservations They all got refunds and left Thank you for making that 2 hour drama deal so much better walking into the room

Tish Tackett

I am moving back across the country with my cats and this is the nicest, cleanest and most cat friendly room I have stayed by far The beds have blockers all around the bed so there is no way a tiny cat can hide when it is time to pack up The front desk staff was amazing at check in

When they found out I had cats not dogs they changed my room to the first floor without me even asking It was so nice not having to lug the litter box, carriers and luggage up stairs I was traveling alone and felt very safe here The bed was comfortable and the room was very modern unlike many pet friendly hotels Sebastian cat gives this motel 6 two paws up

Our check in process was great! Unfortunately our flights were late and by the time we came to check in to the hotel, we were exhausted and tired But Travis, the front desk, made the process extremely smooth and enjoyable! He was kind, diligent, and very patient We are very happy with our stay because of Travis

He made us feel as if we are at home with plenty of help! Thanks for the great staff Renaissance!!We will make sure to stay here the next time we stop in Tulsa and hope Travis will still be here!!

I stay at this property every year for a convention The people are just very nice The rooms are great

Crystal in the Sales Department assisted me with my package, she was very helpful! Let me mention, Once you enter your room the AC is on and colda little too cold for me but it was just great to walk into a cooled room The concierge that worked in the morning of July 20th was extra special and we had a very engaging conversation You cannot go wrong staying at this property

Elizabeth Wise

The moment I walked in I could hear the running water from the beautiful water features complete with koi fish in the lobby It was very relaxing to see and hear after a long dayThe front desk got us checked in quickly and was able to fulfill our request for a balcony

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was one of the best I have had at any Marriott property They had more unique selections such as biscuits and gravyThe ONLY reason I would give 4 stars rather than 5 is the hotel does need some TLC, some upgrades For example the carpet in the hallways and rooms looks like it needed to go years agoOverall a nice stay, and would stay there again

Beautiful suite and hotel Decent hot breakfast and free parking The bed was comfortable, and the room was super clean

There is a $75 pet-fee We booked one night initially; the next morning, we inquired about extending our stay Evidently, this is a separate booking, so we would have to pay *another* $75 pet fee Had we booked two nights from the start, we’d only have to pay the one fee I love my Yorkie, but I’m not paying another fee If you’re traveling with a pet, book all your nights at once

Dalek Nation

Even with no reservation, we got one of the nicest rooms we’ve stated in in a long time I think this hotel gets overlooked since it’s only 4 stories, but the room was exceptional in all regards Staff was super courteous and made every interaction pleasant and welcoming

Pool area/exercise room surprisingly nice and wide open All around an amazing experience we were not expecting on short notice

Mandalynn Myers

I stayed at this hotel for an extended period for work I was moved from a holiday inn to “upgrade” to this residence inn I would have rather stayed at the holiday inn

This hotel is horrible The curtains do nothing so light beams in Parking is sparse and even if you can snag a spot the safety bars never work so you get stuck in the parking lot The road noise is insane Apparently street racing in downtown Tulsa is the thing to do every night The shower heads are gross and clogged up so the water pressure is less than spectacular 1/10

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t regret itOver the past 5 years, I have stayed in this property +50 times for business travel It is a full service hotel, great location with an easy walk to the Brady Arts District, Blue Dome area and BOK Center The rooms are always clean, front desk staff consistently excellent Nice gym, decent pool and while it’s a little long in the tooth in some areas of fit and finish, it’s a solid property with good bones and great rates However, the star of the show is the main man behind the bar at Daily Grill, Chris A welcomed fixture, , that never fails to greet people with a smile, a good story and amazing service; regulars or first timers A credit to the dying profession of the professional bartender Cheers!

The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel The location is perfect for exploring the Arts District and it is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops The hotel smells very pleasant and is very clean

The staff is friendly and helpful The indoor pool is a great amenity and the roof top pool is an added bonus The cafe inside the hotel is a great place to grab a quick bite Overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area

Danielle Randazzo

I LOVE this hotel We stayed in the executive suite The room was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, the bed was unbelievably comfy

The staff excellent I really can’t say enough about it The view from our room was beautiful There is a garden with trees, shrubs, and flowers that has a river with a bridge and waterfall built into it and sculptures scattered around it You can also see the beautiful landscape of Tulsa and at night the city lights are spectacular and the building in front puts on a lightshow The daily grill is delicious and convenient we had dinner and breakfast delivered to our room They had a Cobb omelet on the menu and it was amazing My only regret is we only stayed one night I had no idea how awesome Tulsa is, we were just passing through Now we know we want to come back and stay for awhile!

We stayed for three nights at the end of May and were pretty happy with our accommodations The room was clean and nice and we loved the balcony and the walking path The pool was nice as well

The ice machine had trouble keeping up because the one on the floor below wasn’t working and everyone on that floor was using ours But all in all it was a nice hotel that we look forward to staying in again

Tabitha Joplin

My son and I really enjoyed our calm stay here Our room was very clean and the lobby was nice as well The Lobby area is currently under renovation

The staff is friendly, and there is a Starbucks in the Lobby The breakfast buffet is very good, and is currently $1499 per person The pool is lovely when the sun is out, with nice big windows and pretty landscaping outside The place does have an 80’s vibe about it in parts, but still a beautiful building

Maria Tipton

Do not stay here until construction is complete! Improper signage directing you to elevator The service elevator (only 1) is functional to take you to the makeshift lobby so be prepared to wait There is no true lobby or business center

No room service I took the regular elevator to the lobby and was greeted by several construction workers and an active construction site They should consider closing or at least not charging a full rate when they are not providing a full hotel experience I would call and ask if construction is complete before booking! Very disappointing experience and with other things happening we asked for a refund and leftI was staying with my 2 kids and it was a huge hassle just to get my luggage to the room due to the elevator situation

Apparently, no one is in charge at this hotel I know because I asked how to reach the general manager after our room hadn’t been cleaned for three days and was told, “we don’t have one, just somebody from corporate who stops by once in a while” No kidding, that’s what I was really told

Oh, cleaning had been promised by the front desk the day before, but it never happened When I went down to sternly, but politely ask that it be cleaned, the woman at the front desk shouted, literally shouted at the person I assume was running housekeeping that “some guy is here giving me a hard time because his room hasn’t been cleaned” For the record, I wasn’t rude at all I just asked for what I was paying for The staff at this hotel acts like they could not care less about guests That’s what happens when no one is in charge Also, you’ll love the breakfast sausage if you like eating flavored plastic You’re better off going across the street to Jimmy’s Egg and paying for it Anyway, I’m obviously not staying here again

Laura Perry

We checked in on Saturday and they didn’t notify anyone until Monday that they were replacing the roof so at 8am Monday morning we hear banging, loud music and yelling, open the curtains and there’s a roofing crew up there having a great time We had already made reservations to stay until Tuesday No blankets or pillows for the sleeper couch and no extra blankets or pillows for the bed

The pool “wasn’t working” but were told to go next door to sister property to swim- who wants to do that? Floor area that was carpeted was sticky and made our feet black Totally disgusting Then told we would be charged 20$ per day for incidentals, so that was an extra 60$ we weren’t expecting to have to pay Breakfast was cold eggs, Pebble like sausage and some kind of disgusting bacon, we had a kitchenette, the dishwasher didn’t work, two towels for bathroom, was told that they didn’t offer extra shampoo, toothbrush or anything extra We were in the process of moving and needed a place to stay until our new home was ready so everything got packed up I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I have a service animal and was told that I would be charged 100$ When I told them that was illegal that they couldn’t charge me, the lady at the front desk gave me an attitude I even gave them my animals service papers which is also illegal for them to ask for Worst experience ever We will definitely never go back or refer this place to anyone The housekeeper was kind enough to give us extra towels & a pillow from another room when we saw her in the hallway ONE STAR

Imogene Dent

When visiting Tulsa, we booked The Residence Inn by the Marriott South for our stay!I am EXTREMELY scared of hotels and don’t look forward to traveling because I am!When I first checked in, the front desk lady Kenya was very nice and pleasant When I went up to the room, the first thing I do is check under the sheets and pull the mattress protector back, and when I did a spotless clean mattress, clean room with a kitchen area and a pull of sofa bed!Breakfast was good

I had sausage, eggs, and a waffle Now… the pool wasn’t working at the time, but we were able to go right across the street to the sister property so no complaints! On the way out, the check out clerk Ronda was very nice as well! This is a hotel that I can say if I’m in Tulsa again, I will book again 🧡

Fabulous hotel Didn’t stay here Just on the Routee 66 Passport tour

However, John-Michael was fabulous! He welcomed us in, provided excellent historical information and even arranged a tour of the Route 66 room With this kind of exceptional service to a non-paying guest, I plan to return and stay here the next time I am visiting the area! Just outstanding and exceptional service! They do have a fabulous bar and from what I understand, in need of a fabulous bartender! Wow! I think this would be a great place to work! Otherwise, I encourage you to stay here on your next trip Or, if you are localbook events here!

I’ve stayed here before and the experience was great Just arrived for an overnight stay with my hubs & it’s a total disappointment We were set to stay in the Oklahoma Legends Room, we picked it! The door wouldn’t lock nor did the heat work

They offered to move us to another room but the options were very limited, not due to availability, but “guest services” There are no baked goodies waiting your arrival any longer, no spa, no working fireplaces, Jane’s (the restaurant) has moved, and the bar has no snacks Very sad! Won’t be coming back unless something happens to change my mind

This would be better advertised as a haunted house The floors were squeaky, it was very loud when others walked down the hall, the lights were very dim, there were weird doors midway up the wall, and the wind howls through the doors It would be fine to visit but I had to bail on my second night because it was just too creepy for me

I spoke to someone on the elevator who thought the same!

The hotel is a bit dated and the room smelled bad The windows were closed without the possibility to ventilate, the air conditioner did not help The room was with two beds, but rather small

Breakfast one day was with scrambled eggs and sausages The next day, only bagels, coffee and dry cereals It turned out that breakfast, as on the first day, was not always the case No berries as in the photo in the reviews We were there at the end of May In general, so-so, there is no desire to return at all Three stars

The only reason this hotel gets a star is because it’s not the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed Otherwise, it’s horrible The trash cans had not been emptied and had beer bottles in them

The room felt “wet/moist” and everything is sticky The ice bucket had melted ice in it and was not refreshed There were no towels and no shampoo/hand soap were replaced The previous guests used soap bar was in the shower Just total inattention to detail Would not recommend and will not stay here again

Stayed here for a wedding A couple of weeks later, I noticed I had an additional charge over $600 and what I thought would be an early resolved mistake, resulted in being told we had a cat in our room and it smelled strongly of urine and had fleas and that’s what the charge was for We didn’t bring a cat and this is either fraud or we stayed in a room that had fleas when we arrived

In the process of suing as I am completely flabbergasted I even insisted that they check their cameras as they informed us that an animal carrier was observed being handed off to an employee an the front desk and that a third party confirmed the presence of a cat Pool was nice tho

Nice, really nice place, clean and we’ll put in front and lobby That is as far as I went The staff was nice

Sitting behind a Covid shielded /partition deskThe attendants answered my questions about a single I was surprised they didn’t have a single avail in the middle of the week and veterans discount wasn’t availableI know it’s better to get booked online but I thought I’d give it a shot They only had options with more beds than I needed and all set prices So I continued to look for something more suitable for meI hear it’s a really nice place tho

My entire experience with this hotel from start to finish was excellent I wanted to stay there for a concert but it said online that it was sold out I called to ask how many cancellations they usually get and if I should call back closer to the event

Dakota was super nice on the phone and said he would go check with the sales manager to see if all of their group reserved rooms were still needed He called me back a bit later and said he could release a group room for me that they did not need! On the day of the concert I arrived around 1:30pm, well before the check in time of 3pm I decided to stop in and see if it would be possible to check in early All of the staff were so friendly and could see my daughter was excited to swim They said if I could wait just a few minutes they would check with housekeeping to see which rooms were done After about 15 minutes we checked in and since the garage wasn’t open yet they gave us a great parking spot right out front/side of the hotel We were able to swim for a few hours before the concert The pool was very nice and clean Our room was sparkling clean also and we had the COOLEST view of the BOK center! It was so convenient to just walk over to the concert and not have to worry about parking! The breakfast buffet the next morning was delicious and there was a big selection of items We had a great experience in every way here and will totally be back! Thanks again!

I’m glad I read reviews on this location before showing up Parking is not free Hotel clearly seems to have trouble with parking which is why they’ve got many flyers posted around regarding parking

Upon arrival I recommend going straight to front desk to ask about parking They have a flyer with clear and easy instructions regarding parking I arrived hours before check in but the front desk staff was able to get me into a room without me asking for early check in The staff could have let me wait til 3PM but got me in around noon and that alone meant a lot to me I was able to get rest before the rest of the day Hotel lobby and room were clean I was iffy about this location given the reviews I had read but the staff went above and beyond to make it that much better My final invoice was accurate as well I look forward to my next visit

I am currently writing this at 1 in the morning We checked in at around 11 pm

and we had to check out at 1 am We had a horrible experience at this hotel First off, we felt a heavier air in this room than normal and the carpet was damp Second, the beds were wet and we were unable to sleep After trying to fall sleep, we couldn’t able to because of the wet and damp air I recommend not wasting your hard earned money here

First of all anytime we travel finding a hotel that can accommodate my family of 7 is difficult Staybridge not only had a room with enough beds but a suite with two bedrooms(three beds) and TWO BATHS(rare find) Not to mention a small kitchenette and full refrigerator

Fantastic room for my large family! Couch also pulls out into a bed also so we were good Everything was clean and hotel over all was fun to stay at Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court and there is also the option for firepit at night We did not use that option but it was sure cool to see people around the firepit out my window in the evening I highly recommend this place for large families as people with alot of kids know finding accommodations can be challenging Also there are great restaurants nearby and when I say near I mean practically walking distance Texas roadhouse is directly across the road and Cheddars is literally 30Sec away This is also a great plus with a big family as we are not very familiar with the Tulsa area and touting 5 kids around looking for a place to eat is not really an option if we can avoid it We WILL be staying here again Thanks Staybridge

I found a used Syringe in my Hotel room, and I took it down to management; they informed me that they would be reaching out to corporate about the situation and I would be hearing from them The next day, someone went into my hotel room after I requested that nobody go into my hotel room during my stay, and whoever went in there had left a half-empty water bottle in my hotel room I brought that down to the front desk, and while I was standing there, the woman working behind the desk made a note under my account, and I asked her to have the manager call me

It’s been over a month; I have not been contacted by the hotel manager or corporate I called IHG corporate today, and they informed me that they have no notes or comments regarding any of my complaints during my stay After eight years of traveling (on the road for 50 weeks a year) and staying solely with IHG hotels, this has been my worst hotel experience with IHG

Had a good time, wasn’t too busy for us, only downfall is they only allowed one of the fishbowl margaritas at a time 🙄One of the nicest casinos I’ve been too Staff was friendly and attentive

For the casino being not very packed the parking lot was full (no show concert/live show) so have your walking shoes on (It’s not terrible but I know my parents wouldn’t be willing to walk the distance I had to park)

KarmaReCycled

First experience here! Loved it

Was going to spend the night, but they were sold out! I am definitely going to book in advance next time! The pool looked clean and refreshing, the lobbies and slot machines were new, well kept and clean I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun night out with family/friends, a loved one or even by yourself

Nice facility Went for a concert and decided to have dinner Route 66 cafe was pretty good and prices weren’t outrageous

Concert venue is very nice but only one entrance so getting out after took a while My biggest issue was confusing signage Had to stop employees twice to find the restaurants Plenty of parking and it was free which was very nice Not a casino person but I wouldn’t hesitate to go to another concert here Just need some “You are here” maps to get around

What an awesome place to stay Check-in wasn’t until 3 pm

, so my wife and I hit a couple of local pubs to have a drink, when check-in time arrived we were able to go right on up and check in was super easy The room was fabulous and clean, even had a couple of robes, a first for me King bed was fluffy and soft but not weak, slept awesome! Went for some drinks on the Roof Bar; it was a lot of fun, and music was good Views Yes indeed! Afterward we went to the Prospect restaurant located inside the hotel, really simple nice fare, the best meatloaf I’ve ever had! Wife’s fried chicken was delicious as well After dinner retired to her room for the night and enjoyed a really quiet, relaxing time In the morning had another awesome meal at the Prospect, breakfast was really good, and service was excellent Recommended, I would definitely stay again

Stylish bit pricey, you are clearly paying for the location which is great The rooms are nice, clean, and well decorated The beds are comfy but the pillows were terrible

We had a standard King room The staff overall were friendly and it was not a bad stay The downsides were as follows, seems like your paying for a lot of fluff The toiletries provided were all mismatched and old, the sugar/creamer packets provided again old The provided iron did not work and neither did the blow dryer Our friends room had a very loud AC unit You have to pay $16 per day to park in the hotels parking lot, and at no fault of the hotels the construction surrounding the area makes it difficult to get around by vehicle The worst part was that they charged us for 3 nights, we only booked for 2 Thankfully I check my credit card statement because I never received a receipt They front desk tried to tell me we were there, but change his tune when I told him I had my original reservation confirmation which clearly showed the check out date He did refund me for the error Again, not bad but a little pricey for what you get

Livia Al-Rihani

The beds, omg the beds So comfy Room was very cute and clean

We had a nice view too Rooftop bar was lovely Restaurant had delicious breakfast as well Check in/out was easy and staff was friendlyThe noise, internal and external, was pretty bad I understand there isn’t much to be done about the noise from across the street, but you could hear every word spoken from guests in neighboring rooms and hallways
