The floor tiles in the room and bathroom need to be replaced not a deal breaker but for the price the floors should be updatedOverall- we had an amazing experience, great location We loved staying here, going out to the balcony and seeing the ocean, fishing pier dolphins etc

Breakfast was beyond expectations – huge selection and very efficient manager and staff running it VA Beach is our vacation spot for 20+ years now stayed at Sandcastle many times and will recommend to anyone!

This is a hotel with good location which is near the fishing pier on the boardwalk The breakfast buffet is also good with biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, bread, fruits, coffee and juice It can get a bit crowded sometimes

Staff at the front desk were courteous and even let us check in early 3 stars due to the size of the room We had a double queen bed which barely fit the room Rooms are very small compared to other hotels that we have stayed We did have a balcony with great view of the boardwalk and ocean Hotel is close to restaurants and shops, a great location There is a small fitness room as well The swimming pool is on the second floor but is very deep for kids It starts at 4 feet to 6 feet My kids were a bit scared to play in the pool There is a kiddie pool which is for very small kids Overall a great hotel but if you don’t mind the small rooms the it can be for you I personally will stay at a hotel with larger rooms

Daryle Abrahams

Just the TicketA last-minute booking at a great price (ton and a half) resulted in finding this gem on the boardwalk, by the pier Breakfast, featuring Americana staples, was stocked sufficiently and there was some fresh fruit tooParking is included and the second floor is ideal for Senior Citizens to gain access to the hotel, sans stairs

Be sure to check in first as you need a hotel key for access from the parking deckAs usual, staffing makes a difference The team, including Christine and Pam were accommodating as were the Ocean’s 14 staff for dinner on the boardwalk itselfSome live music, on a Tuesday night no less, added to what has to be a, for the money, five-star review Bravo BW+ team We will see you again

Where to start, well maybe 67500 a night! Entering the suite the heat was not on, it was 28 degrees outside The suite was poorly decorated, mixed matched furniture

The curtain rod in the sitting room was bent and the drape was hanging askew One robe and one slipper Yes, just on slipper and no hangers 67500 a night! Of course we called management They did bring up a robe, hangers, but no slippers We turned the heat on My husband used the toilet, when he lifted the seat there was dried urine on the toilet top Another call to management Same manager arrived examined the urine stains It was very late, we had traveled 10 hours, so, we told him to have it cleaned the next day We were gone very early and did not return until after 10 P M The toilet was not cleaned, the mini bar was not restocked and the heat was off again! We called the manager Same young man arrived visibly embarrassed when we showed him the same urine stains He did call a service person who cleaned the bathroom He also brought stock for the mini bar He was very apologetic and offered to remove our parking charges OK, 67500 a night; the parking charges were never removed from the bill The hotel is a beautiful, historic building and the landscaping is stunning, but the standards and service are deplorable Really don’t waste you money

Courtney Nankervis

Excellent customer service and very clean hotel!! The bell man were the absolute best part on top of the cookie service they do at night We stayed in the bridal suite because it was my wedding and it was the most beautiful room for me and all my bridesmaids to get ready in the morning of my wedding My wedding experience with the cavalier was more than I could’ve ever dreamed of

Excellent service from start to finish and the staff the entire night were so attentive to all our guests Everyone was very impressed with the wait staff that set all the plates down at each table at the same time Everything was perfectly cooked and the drinks by the bartender were 10/10 The only complaint I had at our wedding was the staff cleared the cake off peoples tables before they even had a chance to realize it had been served and most were untouched cake I would say don’t touch it if it hasn’t been touched yet and just wait until the end of the night for last call Also we had made party favors out of the champagne glasses we brought/bought and the staff cleared off most of those as well and a lot of our guests didn’t get them which meant all that money went into the trash That was the most disappointing part of the night and that is why I would give 4 stars instead of 5 Other than that everything else was amazing

Jana Scott

Oh my gosh! This hotel is absolutely magnificent The entire staff goes above and beyond They are friendly and helpful

The rooms are clean with any amenities you could imagine I wish we had better weather so we could have enjoyed the beach club more I recommend touring the distillery Very educational and the bourbon is fantastic!

I just ended a long trip and was in need of a little R&R This hotel was perfect for what I needed The room was super clean and comfortable

And the spa tub was a nice touchThe location was great, everything was in walking distance Right in the middle of downtownThe best part of this hotel is the staff They made me feel at home, were friendly and checked in on me when I walked past the desk During breakfast the restaurant manager came out and asked every guest how things were going I had a nice chat with the front desk manager and even caught up with the housekeeping managerI also enjoyed everything about the lobby area (shout out to the fruit infused water!) I definitely recommend this hotel

Cathay Shepard

The desk staff was wonderful and friendly The problem was the cleanliness of my room A 7 day stay and my room was cleaned once

Not acceptable in this day in time especially with all the viruses and germs in this world now days I kept asking housekeeping to clean my room but no show Bathtub, toilet, and sink remained dirty with dirty towels all over my bathroom floor I’m so disappointed in the Hilton I hope they get better after this post so others won’t have to experience the things I went through Just expected more from an expensive hotel stay

Rebecca Jackson

The location is great if you want to stay near Town Center I prefer more near the beach but since I wasn’t paying for the hotel, I just enjoyed it as much as possibleThere is a pool

Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to use it because there were a lot of people using itThe rooms are big, at least for the king roomThe staff is GREAT! They are very nice and friendlyThe breakfast was ok I ordered 2 scrambled eggs which came with turkey sausage and potatoes The white of my eggs was a little runny I didn’t send them back because they were very busy so I ate around it and left the uncooked part on my plate The potatoes needed salt but otherwise good and the turkey sausage was good

Karen

The employees make this a five star experience Even a random worker who’d enter the elevator with us from time to time went out of their way to be pleasant and greet us Speaking of elevators- they are so fast! Love the free parking in the garage and loved being able to check in online and be being able to head straight to my room and use my phone as the key

The Market is a great spot to grab a Starbucks coffee and a quick breakfast to go The bath towels were large and fluffy and bed very comfortable The room was nice a spacious and included a lock box, but they suggest using the front office safety deposit boxes ( that was one thing that was odd having a safety box in the room with a disclaimer on it that the hotel was not responsible for items in it and suggested using the front desk Made me afraid to use the room one as I’ve never remember seeing a disclaimer one before )

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel This web site will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I’ve been coming here for years If you choose this place you definitely won’t be let downVery nice and up-to-date We’ve serviced and remodeled a couple different homeowners in this building and I must say that the views are spectacular and the units are super spacious I’m sure they’re super expensive The staff is always very pleasant and it is always very clean

Jonathan

This hotel is very nice and looks fairly new if not completely new In addition to this the location is greatI’m being mean when you arrive you’ll be warmly welcomed by their doorman and upon entering you will see a well-appointed lobby with very nice amenities you will continue on to the back and check in with the very friendly staff

After you do this you will head up to your room and find a well-appointed room The view from my 7th floor room was very nice Within the room you will be welcomed by a well cooled room with a nice sized TV and Starbucks coffee The rooms are a nice size and you will not feel squeezed

We loved our stayThe front desk staff was very helpfulHe helped us with the parking as well

Our room was clean, but I cannot say the same thing for the corners !The location is one of the best of the hotel Also the live music was so amazingI was worried a bit about the elevator because there were just two elevators but overall we enjoyed our stay!

K “Mimiko” A

We greatly enjoyed our stay over the weekend! We stayed in one of the oversized suites The front desk staff were very helpful We had a check in past our time and we’re compensated for that, so that was great

I was struggling with the key cards and they quickly helped, even recognized me to do so Our room was very clean, no bugs or anything! Everything stocked The fridge for some reason kept popping open, but that could have been user error Luckily we only had alcohol in it The pool was nice, although I do wish there was more sitting available We were worried about music given some of the reviews but it was off by 10pm The elevator at times was a bit of a hassle but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Tom Roman

I do really like the atmosphere of the hotel, the indoor and outdoor pool is awesome especially the children’s area I like the location of the hotel with all the restaurants and shopsOverall the hotel itself is very nice, and pretty clean

However, the shower had a very high water pressure which can be pretty irritating on skin and the curtain rod being curved let a lot of water on the floor no matter how careful you tried to be I did notice a moist part of the wall in between the door frame and shower edge and you could easily poke a hole in the wall I also barely felt comfortable allowing my 2 toddlers to take a bath in the tub because I can guarantee those jacuzzi jets are not cleaned and sanitized regularlyAs for noise I’d say it wasn’t bad until about 2 days before check out a party not far above us was blasting heavy base crazy loud till about 3am Which was annoying especially since the hotel staff didn’t seem to care to do anythingIt was a bummer we didn’t receive typical house keeping (coming in to freshen and replace linens, vacuum, re-stock, etc) as well as no valet service at the momentStaff was always friendly and helpfulOverall we enjoyed our stay and we would consider coming back

Letizia Walker

We booked with Ocean Beach Club resort and were very pleased with our beach view suite Having a kitchen was helpful The only thing was the Queen size room that was requested really felt as a full size bed

The indoor pool felt more kid friendly and not a place to relax luckily the sister resort next door (connected by the same patio) has a 21and up for indoor pool and hot tub Honestly that saved our trip as my husband and I were on a kid free weekend Overall we enjoyed our stay the staff was friendly and my room was clean and just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants was perfect

j copeland

Overall not the best experience We booked a King suite, but got a Queen studio The panels on the side of the shower/tub fell off onto the floor

There was mold/mildew in the tiles A lot of air in the water lines I understand resort pricing but for what we paid we should at least have an ocean view The bed was hard and had stains on it Privacy curtains didn’t close all the way leaving a three inch gap in betweenPositives: The pools are nice and seem clean Plenty of elevators Staff was courteous Right on the beach Restaurant on-site Within walking distance to nicer hotels

Highly recommend You can’t get any closer to the beach than this My family stayed for 3 nights in June 2021 in an oceanfront 1 bedroom suite

2 kids, 2 adults We had plenty of space to spread out in the room (which basically had the layout of a small apartment) The full kitchen and dining room table were definitely useful One large bathroom to share The bathroom had a shower/tub combo AND a stall shower right next to it When we returned from the beach I could bathe the toddler while the 10 year old took a shower at the same time Super convenient Lots of fun things to do for the whole family on the resort grounds The kids never got bored We walked around the neighborhood and found great spots to eat There’s a carnival attraction within a very short drive away from the resort that we took the kids to The boardwalk was great The resort made relaxing on the beach convenient as they provided lounge chairs and umbrellas Check in and check out was a breeze The CONS were that the parking structure was not attached to the resort 1 adult always had to walk back from (or to) the parking garage while the other managed the kids at the resort The other con was that we had a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean from our balcony but could never go out onto the balcony to enjoy it There were SO MANY mosquitoes and other flying insects perched on the balcony that we couldn’t even open the door for fear that they would enter the room We asked hotel staff if they could power wash or in some way address it but they said there was nothing they could do What a waste of a perfectly good balcony

Cathy Slusher

Great place to stay – very clean, convenient, in a nice area fo town, comfortable beach (not crowded) The adult pool and hot tub area are very nice for us parents of older children The staff was friendly and helpful

They were very accommodating and kind to our service dogBe aware that a second car (even if your condo sleeps 6) is charged a daily parking fee That was not a welcomed change, but I would still go back in a heartbeat

Melanie Riggins

I booked this reservation quickly because of the Hilton name and read reviews later I tried to cancel my reservation due to all of the terrible recent reviews but I was unable to cancel without a fee I went in to this with the mindset that I was likely going to have to eat my money and get another hotel during my stay

I am very picky when it comes to hotels, and yet I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised The room was not ready before 4 but it was very clean when it was ready The location is fantastic, there are wine openers in the rooms Balcony that overlooks the ocean A good kids pool with an outside restaurant to eat/swim If it wasn’t for the god awful bell hop/unloading your car situation I wouldn’t have any issues

Breakfast was great! Big selection and different breakfast everyday Bed was comfortable and clean Front desk manager, Joe, was nice and helpful

Floor wasn’t swept that well nor the table wiped down in my suite, which was something I could live with since the bed was clean and the suite in general was relatively clean The only real issue for me was that the shower and sink water smelled like bleach!! Even my wash cloth and towel smelled like bleach after it was dry the next day

Miri M

If I could give ZERO stars I would I was supposed to be staying here for 10 weeks, but could only make it through 3 because of their mouse infestation I stayed in room 222 where I first saw the mouse, then was moved to room 209 where I saw it AGAIN

I had to place MY OWN mouse traps since they were to lazy to do it, and woke up to the traps disappearing and being moved by the mouse I was told multiple times by staff that room 222 was being exterminated and traps were being set, but when I went to collect my belongings none of the above were being done The only employee here who was genuine with their help and care for the customer was Lorenzo If you ask me, he should be promoted to store manager since none of the other staff know how to abide by their word Don’t waste your money here unless you want to practice your mouse trap setting skills, because trust me, they have enough mice to go around

We had a room block for our wedding back in April The hotel staff and management did a great job helping us set up our room block initially They were very accommodating of adding more rooms as well as keeping us up-to-date on who had booked

The weekend of all our guests arriving there were many who requested other rooms and the hotel staff did a fantastic job mitigating all the requests and making our guests happy! We really appreciated everything that this hotel provided, including the amenities for our guests They loved it and enjoyed their stay, and the views as well

Barbara Martinez

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the private beach to the amazing shower We had a King Suite that was the size of a small apartment and we loved the space The bed was comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows

Every single detail was covered I loved this experience and will definitely recommend my friends to stay at this location Great Job Marriott

Jessy J

After researching several hotels in the area for spring break in April, this hotel was our choice based on what we were looking for while staying in Virginia Beach We definitely chose right!!! The staff, the food, the coffee, the rooms, the pool, the room view, and the convenience of being near everything was a plus for me and my family From the time that we checked in, until the time that we left, I had no complaints

This is the only hotel that I have taken the time to leave a review for because when it comes to hotels, I am very picky This hotels deserves an A plus The women at the front desk were very helpful and had great customer service The maintenance man that came to our room had just started at the time, but he was able to help my son get his game working on the TV right away and was very nice The woman at the restaurant had just returned from being off for a while, had the sweetest spirit and was very kind I have nothing negative to say and we will visit again This will be our getaway spot for sure

My family had a great time This was a much needed vacation for us all This particular hotel is PERFECT for families and kids

The movie theater played good movies for the kids and families The arts and crafts area was a bonus The staff was great with good activities for the kids It’s away from the crowds but close enough to get there by bus or car The pool areas are nice The breakfast was a plus too There’s a restaurant on the top of the hotel with great views The only complaint I have is one of our beds did not have clean linens The front desk was great and apologetic We had our linens changed and kept it moving We will definitely be back

Jakoby Mallory

Overall, I enjoyed my trip but not because of the hotel The price is only accommodating due to it being on the beach In addition, the care for the hotel itself is very much underlooked

The carpet throughout the hallways is filthy; there were holes in my bed sheets, the elevators require some maintenance, and one part of my shower sliding door was broken All furniture meant to be comfortable (bed and chairs) was hard and uncomfortable The carpet inside the room needs a deep clean as well The parking at the hotel is atrocious Only one vehicle per room can receive a parking pass to park in the designated parking area The front desk mentioned that there are only enough parking spots to accommodate each room; however that is a complete lie There are way fewer parking spots than there are rooms There were never any places to park throughout my stay I highly recommend a hotel with more parking options if you visit during any holiday or significant event in the city I didn’t expect this many issues from a hotel with such a steep price tag For the price, we should have received the Ritz Carlton service

J Jarrels

This hotel had everything and more We just went for 4 nights and our 4 and 6yo LOVED it The 4 pools were amazing, live band oceanfront poolside every day from 3-7, unlimited pool towels, amazing staff and AMAZING kids play/art room

We even caught a movie one rainy night in the “real theater chairs” We were not impressed with the Square Whale Restaurant or their drinks but the concierge will give kids eat free coupons upon request so it saved us $15 and it was really convenient Parking spots were so narrow and across the street but the location was perfect Still on the boardwalk yet almost to the end and less busy and dramatic We will be back!!

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful!! The front desk night crew were the best!! Everything was clean and our stay was lovely We enjoyed the room, the pool, and the restaurant, Coach’s Even though the hotel was packed with two conventions nearby, a craft show, and two weddings, the staff staff was amazing and very attentive

Tori S

I did this stay on a promotion offer and there were only a few issues with the room If they wanted me to be impressed they should have put me in one of the Hilton hotels on the beach as per my preference I was told the hotel was a 5 min walk to the beach that was false

Maybe 5 minutes if I were a fast runner But I don’t run unless in danger and for only a short period of time My issues with the room were the cleanliness the vent in the bathroom was dirty, paint was chipping over the window, paint chips were on the floor The mattress box cover had a grease like stain on it and the shower had zero pressure Taking a shower took forever What I liked was the pool and the staff The staff were attentive and the customer service was amazing! I liked our stay over all

Lara Mi

Please don’t stay in Room 1201!!! The wallpaper and light switches are peeling off the wall and there are spores of mold behind! I had to switch hotels because they were fully booked so I couldn’t just switch rooms They did refund me but I told them not to let anyone else in that room until they get mold services out there, if we had asthma it could have been deadly I hope no one gets assigned that room until they fix the problem

My previous stay here in 2019 before the pandemic and was a wonderful experience What happened to the facilities in the meantime? Overall the staff is kind, the lobby was spotless, but rooms are a gamble so just beware!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in the area

I have been coming here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedA good place to hold your event They have many different rooms to accommodate your guest count Their main ballroom is unique with its multi-level design The hotel itself has many rooms if you are deciding to stay there The staff are polite and professional They are following Covid guidelines Recommended

Great staff, especially the twins! Special shout out to the gentlemen who came to fix our TV! He was awesome! They do not have free breakfast but do have a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner My suggestions for improvement are to have a kid’s dinner selection, and the small convenience shop should have a better selection of cold items Will stay again!

Premium IHG hotel Brand it was nowhere near that level The room they gave us was next to a room being renovated the hall was very hot and drywall dust everywhere The second room sink was chipped

And they didn’t offer any other accommodations so we canceled our reservation and went elsewhere I have been to hotels being renovated and they normally would block the full floor off to be renovated

First of all the rooms needs desperately updating the fireplace cuts off every 30 minutes it also smells like kerosene it is very hot not only that the tables , furniture is old everything! Entertainment center broken drawers, Toe nails was in the bathroom, microwave did not work! Had to wait till they brung a portable one! When you first enter your room the bed is at the door! You can hear people coming up and down the stairs! Tile in the bathroom loose! The bed was comfortable, kitchen looks nice , patio is beautiful that’s the only good things! I think they are being remodeled and should not rent out old rooms like that period! Also the luggage racks are big and bulky hard to maneuver, barely fits in the elevator, and u have to struggle to open the door to get the luggage rack in there! Pics attached

We recently stayed here and we have no complaints We sprung a leak in our ceiling cuz we had extremely bad weather and they ended up putting us in a much bigger room at no extra charge for the remainder of our trip Tiffany at the front desk was very helpful and kind and made sure we were settled in the new room ok

We were not expecting to have such a huge upgrade but now that we see the size of the suite we will definitely book that room next time! For those checking in recently get the suite! Washer/dryer, dishwasher, large bedroom and a cozy deck that is perfect for morning coffee Nice beach access and just a short walk so it’s perfect if you have little ones and are having to carry a lot of beach toys with you If you are a jet enthusiast this is Also the place you want to be, we watched them fly over so many times Very cozy, they enforce noise control so you will not have to hear loud out of control guests so it’s definitely a place to go if you want a nice quiet atmosphere

My husband and I visited Turtle Cay for our honeymoon as a gift paid for by a family member Upon arrival (10PM), we were told there was no reservation in our name, even though we had a confirmation email with the dates and room After over half an hour of going back and forth with the people at the front desk, my husband was told to contact booking

com and get it straightened out through them While on the phone with customer service, the manager told us to hang up on bookingcom and she would just put us in a room We gave her our card for the $200 deposit and finally got to our room (now 11:30PM) The next day, we noticed that our card was not only charged the deposit fee of $200, but also $550 for all 3 nights We were not notified that we would be charged for the whole stay The manager told us the night before that she would “discuss this with corporate” If we were told about being charged for the whole stay, we would’ve never checked in to begin with We decided to check out after night 1 as we did not feel welcome and were not enjoying our stay Upon check out we were told that we would be charged for 2 nights ($300), even though the trip was already paid for We were able to get another room at a different hotel for the remaining 2 nights, and I am so thankful we did I am not one to usually leave bad reviews, but the manager was not helpful at all and the whole situation was very frustrating We will not be returning, and I really wish google gave me the option of leaving a 0 star review

The only good thing I can say about my stay was Max and Chris who worked in the Hilton Honors Diamond Lounge They were always friendly and happy and a joy to speak with They were very helpful and accommodating

I also have fantastic things to say for the valets They were all a joy to work with I give the whole lot of them 5+ stars, however the rest of the stay was not up to Hilton standards in my opinion I have been to this hotel many times but it was several years before the pandemic Now it is not a good place to stay and I will not be staying at this hotel property anytime soon The food at Catch 31 was terrible Overpriced and tasted awful, I didn’t even finish my meal The bartenders and waitstaff were not accommodating and the bartender, Smith was downright rude The elevator was slow and made a lot of noise making the riders feel very unsafe Staff even commented on how guests were trapped in it a few weeks prior The room was not very clean, in fact I found small shards of glass in my sheets on my first night It is sad to see how awful this property has become as it once was a great place to stay and eat; unfortunately it is not any longer

From the second we checked in until we arrived home, this was my worst experience with a hotel and management team ever! There were so many issues and I’ll certainly address those in this review but the biggest issue was that the valet damaged my vehicle and DID NOT TELL US! We didn’t see the damage until we arrived home I immediately contacted the hotel and have been getting the runaround ever since! It has been two weeks and I’ve called the hotel management, the valet company, the parking garage that the hotel rents space from and even corporate offices NO ONE is responding to me

I’m always promised a call from the manager or the supervisor of this department or that department and NOTHING!When I made the reservation, I made it very clear that I didn’t need a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower, as I have a disability but don’t use a wheelchair, and simply requested a shower seat I was promised the shower seat The day before check in, I called again about the reservation and shower seat and was told it would be taken care of, there were notes in my reservation At check in, we reminded them of the request and told it was taken care of When we arrived to the room, there was no shower seat Called the front desk twice, in a two hour span and then my husband went down to the front desk and was told housekeeping would bring it up An hour later, the seat arrived We missed our dinner reservation because of this! The air conditioner broke and maintenance was quick to come up to fix it The issue was that they needed to put the heater on to fix the problem with the air conditioner We were inconvenienced because we obviously couldn’t stay in the room with 100⁰ degree heat outside and the heat blasting in the room! And then, at check out, we were charged for 3-$40 gift cards, which was part of our reservation to be used at the restaurant or bar at the hotel that we were never givenI would NEVER EVER stay in a Hilton again and would certainly never recommend that any family or friends stay at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront!!

Maria Chkeri

You can’t beat the location The hotel is located right by the Neptune Statue The rooms are nice for a beach town

The service wasn’t so great though The rooftop pool was the best We had a great time especially when there weren’t many people as the pool is on the smaller side The restaurant was nice too but there are much better alternatives in the immediate area if you’re looking for good fish and seafood The worst part was waiting for the elevators!!!! They were so slow and took forever to get to our rooms I may try it again but most likely during off season

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itAmazing experience, the front desk guy was able to check us in a few hours before check in time We requested the highest floor possible to get a good view The hotel was very clean, my wife and I both loved it! Will definitely be back again to La Quinta whenever we’re back in town!

Courtney Holt

The look of the hotel and the location is amazing In the middle of everything on Pacific and Atlantic Ave Close to a Harris Teeter, like a 3 min walk

The pool is open late which was also nice The room was essentially very clean The shower could have been cleaner but we did clean it moreThe rest of the stay…not so great The hostess tried to charge us double for the pet fee but we had previously booked and were explained a different price Thankfully she did honor it The breakfast was mediocre, yeah it was hot but it was same sausage and eggs, muffins served daily with no variety The room itself seemed small for 3-4 guests The bathroom was very small Only 3 little drawers for our 2 queen bed room Also, the mini refrigerator froze the little groceries we did have even at a medium setting The A/C even set to 68F – 72F was too hot so we had to set it to 60F to be comfortable at night without throwing sheets off of us Also this hotel is said to be non smoking but the whole stay it seemed that periodically through the day, someone would smoke in the bathroom and it would ventilate to our room We told the front desk and the only thing we saw done was someone spraying in the hallway We will be taking our stay to VA beach somewhere else from now on

Aj Feliciano

This is not an amazing hotel but it is good for the price The hotel is VERY pet friendly

so with that in mind, as soon as I got there, I originally got a room across from an extremely barky dog That room also smelled like a dog HOWEVER, A woman at the front desk by the name of Heather was absolutely amazing We told her and she immediately apologized and put us in a brand new room that smelled great! I appreciated the staff here and the complementary breakfast was also a plus The only other thing I can say is the bathroom was painful small

First off this hotel is stunning! The hotel is modern, clean, and quiet The workers are super friendly and happy 😊 One of the workers named Tracy was on the move whenever we needed things The Bathroom in room was very clean and the water pressure for the shower was normal not over pressured or under pressured I would say it’s just right! The beds are cozy and smell amazing! And the room comes with a refrigerator that works amazing

Comes with AC / Heating which both work awesome and cools/ heats the room up in under 5-7 min They have an indoor pool which is heated and during our stay we didn’t use it that much, but what I heard it’s a very nice indoor pool We did use the outdoor pool and it’s themed like a beach with a cute water slide and a clean refreshing pool! It also holds 4 big waterfalls that have seating inside of 2 of the 4 waterfalls They have breakfast that is delicious and super quality (not bad food at all) Overall this place deserves 10+ stars over how they treat us And the location to everything like the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants! This place is welcoming and clean, definitely book a stay 😉

I had a pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel for the very first time, and it did not disappointThe front desk staff was very friendly, and luckily we were able to check in early and they gave us the option of a higher level view of the beach (a big plus!)The room was a decent size and everything was clean

We did have trouble with getting new towels though – they never picked up our basket of towels either day Consequently we ended up with old used towelsThe only thing I wish they also had was free breakfast (since other hotels in the area offer it for the exact same price)

Samantha Charlie

We spent two nights at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our stay The staff was INSANELY friendly I wish I had names to share but literally it was every single person we came in contact with

You have awesome pool bartenders! The front desk guy was so so nice and helpful He explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and area The woman at the coffee stand was also nice along with the folks at the breakfast buffet The kids LOVED the pool; indoor and outdoor Our room was SPOTLESS So clean and fresh walking into The view was breathtaking especially watching the sunrise If I have any complaint it’d be hotel guests smoking on their balcony’s It wasn’t a constant thing but something to be aware of We’d come back here and recommend it to anyone!
